So far I have had a good experience with this company. My sons star lord costume is very nice. The t shirt did not arrive but they are in process of either refunding this part or resending it. So I have now ordered the Sam Wilson captain America brave new world costume for my other son and I look forward to reviewing this when it is made and received. The star lord costume was made with quality materials and looks like a perfect example and screen accurate. This part is important to my sons who love to attend comic cons and want to look the part. You must have paitence as these costumes can take a while to be made and then sent out. But they are worth the wait

Was helpful at beginning saying they would process it quickly but as soon as they had my money. Was not helpful at all. It’s disgusting that I have to pay and return it out of my own pocket, even tho I have already paid extra for fast shipping which wasn’t fast at all.

Worst experience ever!
I ordered an abba outfit for a themed party. I read the bad reviews but thought that I'd order a size large as I am petite it would fit anyway. The outfit arrived weeks later, and was too small at the chest area ! So i did write to the customer service asking how to send back for full refund, someone answered me twice asking me to measure the outfit and give her the measurements to check if i ordered a large! I couldn't believe their explanation sent twice as its the first time i see a company refusing to take a return and asking the customer to take measurements of an item!! Their sizing is totally wrong believe me for EU/UK sizing and you will be wasting your money and time! Very appaling commerce, in 2025, you should be able to return or exchange any item in the world no quibble or further checks needed!!! They offered a refund of 2 pounds ! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Disappointed. I ordered a £50 costume and paid extra £20 delivery to get it express. I ordered a whole outfit and accessories. The only thing that turned up yesterday was the hat nothing else but it says it’s been delivered!? No other information. I needed it in 3 days time and they have completely let me down.

At least 50% of the items I purchased there were defective. Company never responds to questions and I end up throwing the junk out. The nearest thing I can figure out is that this is a clearing house for defective equipment or items that do not pass quality control inspections. It's easier to sell on a fraudulent site and not give refunds than it is to throw the merchandise out. They let the customers throw it out instead

It's cheap, so expect cheap
It's cheap, so don't expect high quality. But it works. And having to wait for weeks to get the items was just as could be expected. Only thing not as expected: I needed a micro(female) to mini(male) USB converter. I found what was called a micro(female) to micro(male) adapter (cannot remember the exact wording), but that does not make sense and the image displayed micro to mini as I needed. I got a micro to micro. Who needs that?!? It's a 3 cm extention plug. I pointed it out in a review of the item on their page. The review was rejected, and the misleading image is still there. So now I had to write it here instead. All in all: Buying here is a gamble. If I can wait a month for an item that costs 1-2 $ I would take the chance and buy here again. For anything over 10 $ I would look elsewhere. PS: My goodness a lot of fake reviews for this company :-o

You might find a cheaper policy, but look at that policy, the excess, the exemptions and the small print. If something does happen - are you really covered? Not so with Kingsbridge, reliable policies and great customer service.

It's really easy to sign up with Kingsbridge -> but literally impossible to cancel unless you wind up your company. I previously used Hiscox but tried Kingsbridge on a personal recommendation - big mistake! Think really hard before chosing Kingsbridge as your insurance broker!

Not suer why there was a query I rang a photographer twice and left messages and also sent 2 emails but didnt get a reply and the number i rang on the website didnt answer with the message saying it was a coach. Tried to contact a photographer, 4 attempts with no reply, so rang main number on website. Number is not even this company its for some coaching business!!!

I worked for Access Tax Services off and on since 2006. After taking years of abuse, harassment, and verbal abuse, I quit last year, and I want nothing to do with the 3 bullies. I had told call repeatedly to get my last paycheck after telling them I was calling the police. Now, they are withholding both my 2022 and 2023 W-2's. They also misfiled one of my t040, and I now owe IRS OVER $2,000. John lied and said he would file an amendment but never did. When I spoke to the owner, she told me to go to IRS. Yesterday, she text me slanderous statements on how poor and mentally ill I was, and how prosperous she is. This lady and her company preys on the economically disadvantage to fatten her pockets. SHAME ON YOU!! SEND ME MY W2"S, IRS IS NOW INVOLVED

For example there was menu for breakfast but management told me they were working on it. They also promised to serve hot foods for breakfast.

Sexcare is just your regular online Indian shop, where you can get Adult toys. I bought the Fleshlight Girls Masturbator, Lisa Ann/LOTUS texture. They sometimes keep decent products, but they really need to improve on their Customer service support, and delivery. Though, the options are very limited, because it's hard to get different varieties of Male toys, especially FLESHLIGHT. Can't comment on Female toys though. I wish they also improve on their product listing, and try to get more Legit toys from different brands, and try expanding their business legally.

Plötsligt annonserar min telefon om att Evoliappen är skadlig och att jag ska avinstallera den. Jag gör så för att ominstallera och då finns inte appen längre på Google play. Jag ringer Evoli som säger att appen slutat fungera och de måste göra en ny. De ska meddela kunderna när detta är klart men efter veckor av väntan har inget hänt. Varför meddelar man inte kunderna om att appen inte finns längre? Nu kommer jag inte ens åt nåt försäkringsbrev och på Sensor står endast att jag har en försäkring, inget mer. Hopslagningen med Sensor verkar ju inte riktigt genomtänkt tekniskt sett för det känns som man hänger i luften. Kommer att byta bolag så snart min period är slut. Lojalitet går i två riktningar och jag tycker nog att man glömt bort sina kunder i detta.

Jag valde Evoli då dom hade lägst pris. När försäkringsperioden gick ut och det var dags för nyteckning hade dom höjt priset med 30%. Jag hade inte haft någon som helst kontakt med dom under året. Dom skrev inget i det nya försäkringsbrevet om någon orsak till höjningen. Kanske är det så bolagen funkar, att man lockar in folk, och sen hoppas att dom ska stanna kvar utan att kolla på priset? Jag tycker iaf det är oärligt.

Upptäckte precis att de fortfarande debiterar mitt konto trots att försäkringen är uppsagd vid två tillfällen och bilen är försäkrad i annat bolag med betydligt förmånligare vilkor. Hemsida har de men för att se mina sidor är man hänvisad att ladda ner en app som inte kan mäta sig på något vis med andra bolags service. Har fler bilar försäkrade hos evoli och blir tvungen att flytta dem till annat bolag på förfallodatum då det uppenbarligen inte fungerar som det ska på Evoli.

Unglaublich schlechter "Kundenservice"
Ich hatte eine Bestellung im Wert von 250€ aufgegeben, bei der drei Paar Handschuhe enthalten waren. Zwei davon passten nicht, daher wollte ich sie zurücksenden. Das dritte Paar passte gut, daher wollte ich es behalten. Während ich die Rücksendung vorbereitet habe, lief eine Rabattaktion in dem Shop, bei der nochmal 20% auf bereits reduzierte Artikel gewährt wurden. Da ich den Rabatt auf das verbleibende Paar anwenden wollte, habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und darum gebeten, diesen Rabatt nachträglich zu berücksichtigen. Ich habe ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich auch einfach alle drei Handschuhe zurücksenden und das passende Paar neu bestellen könnte, um den Rabatt zu erhalten - da Versand und Rückversand für mich kostenlos sind, wäre das problemlos möglich gewesen. Allerdings wollte ich dies aus ökologischen Gründen und aus Nettigkeit zur Vermeidung unnötiger Kosten für das Unternehmen vermeiden. Deshalb habe ich stattdessen vorgeschlagen, den Rabatt direkt nachträglich auf das eine Paar anzuwenden. Dies wurde jedoch mit einer Ausrede abgelehnt, und man hat mit der Antwort extra gewartet bis der Aktionszeitraum ausgelaufen ist. Da möchte man dem Unternehmen entgegen kommen und denkt an die Umwelt, und dann bekommt man so eine unlogische, sinnlose Ausrede als Grund für eine Ablehnung genannt.

Ich habe eine angeblich echte Lederjacke für 400 Euro gekauft. Bei einem Empfang erhielt ich einen Namensaufkleber, den ich auf der Jacke angebracht habe. Beim Abziehen haben sich Teile dieses angeblich „echten Leders“ gelöst. Das kann ja wohl nicht sein! Der Kundenservice schreibt dazu, es sei mein Eigenverschulden. Hände weg von diesem Shop!

Vanaf 1e contact duidelijke uitleg en afspraken, heel veel keuze. Erg blij met resultaat! Ik heb aanrechtblad en barblad laten vervangen, van koken op gas naar inductiekookplaat, nieuwe gootsteen en een Quooker. De elektricien kwam via Steven en die zorgde voor de juiste stekker en extra groep in meterkast.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de vervanging van de frontdelen van de 24 jarige keuken. De keuken is bijna weer als nieuw!! Toen een onderdeel van de nieuwe afzuigkap niet in orde was is dit naar tevredenheid opgelost. Steven is een serieuze vakman en een prettig man. Mede door goede reviews op Trustpilot stuurde ik mail naar de keukenvernieuwers voor afspraak ve keukenrenovatie. Ik werd binnen paar dagen gebeld, maar niet door bedrijf in mijn regio. Ik vertelde wat mijn wensen waren en maakte kenbaar dat ik graag een offerte wilde. Ook wilde ik geen dure luxe apparatuur maar wel nieuw gas fornuis en koelvries combinatie. Verkoper raakte erg geïrriteerd. 'Ik kan geen offerte uitbrengen per mail, ik kan geen fotos opsturen ik ben zelfstandig ondernemer en moet ook verdienen als ik offerte stuur met Bosch apparatuur vindt u dat zeker te duur.' ik dacht dat keukenvernieuwers aan huis kwamen, maar daar had hij blijkbaar geen zin in en ik na die onbeschofte bejegening ook helemaal niet meer. Ik heb hem afgekapt en gesprek beëindigd. Als je de klant alleen maar dure apparatuur wil aansmeren dan vind ik dat niet erg klantvriendelijk. Gelukkig ben ik hier niet ingetrapt.

This is a dishonest company. Do not trust them. It is almost impossible to cancel a subscription and they slammed me with another three months of a medicine that frankly doesn't work. They are refusing to stop shipment and refund my money. I will be posting this information to Trust Pilot, BBB, and Google Reviews. Unbelievable.

Not only does their product not work and I had to return it during the 1st year of subscription they also autorenewed my subscription without warning even though I have told them I have not used the product because it doesn't work and would happily return it unboxed and unused. Technical support didn't help instructor
The content was good, but I was put off by the way the technical person treated the presenter. She logged on with two accounts and was experiencing feedback. Instead of asking her to log off both accounts and reconnect with one, he just told her to continue with the feedback she was hearing because the audience could not hear it. If you have ever tried to talk with feedback (your own words coming back at you), it is very difficult. I do not think he provided a good solution for the presenter. She did a great job considering the conditions but it had to affect her presentation. Several Compliance City people were on the call and did not speak up to help the presenter.

There was a lot of great information. A rocky start with the getting the presentation going. Speaker was very good, but I didn't feel that the person introducing her was very good. She was having trouble with the audio and he seemed a bit impatient with her. Also, still waiting for the email with additional documents that were mentioned during the presentation, When can I expect that?

The webinar was very general not specific, most of the slides were read verbatim and rediscussed toward the end. The presented topics were moreso topics to think about when revisiting your handbook, why the handbook is in important, political changes that "could" impact. I felt this was unhelpful to anyone that has ever actually redone or reviewed their handbook.

Not Worth the Price Tag
It was a nice review, but the facilitator just reading the slides far from justified the cost of the course. This presentation style was neither engaging, nor was it any more informative than just purchasing the slide deck would have been. It was also extremely disorganized getting started as the facilitators were talking amongst one another on the webinar about who was to share their screen and figuring out technical difficulties. Overall, I would look at finding free, or lower cost resources if you are looking to get this information for 2024 year end. As for preparing for 2025, there was little useful information provided as for what to expect next year.

It wasn't what I expected. I would have liked more information on the submission process, and IRIS. I feel like it was basically, "There is a new form but don't worry, it's no big deal, just start using it now." The trainer presented what he had in clear fashion, but it was very basic.

I have done over 12,000 miles on my R&M Delite. Every service I received in Greenaer, Pearse Street, has been top-class. I crashed the bike on a wet road recently and Nick and the lads did an exceptional job to get it back running like new again. I have always found them conscientious and professional. I trust them with my bike.

I recently purchased the Moustache Lundi 27.1 (curry colour) from Greenaer’s shop, Cork. The assistance I got from Pierre with my zillion questions was second to none. He had loads of patience, no query was too small. He is extremely knowledgeable and it’s easy to know that he’s passionate about all things e-bike and bicycle related. I am so thrilled with my new e-bike. I know it’s a great product! If you’re thinking about getting an e-bike, I’d highly recommend that you speakto Pierre in Greenaer’s Cork office. Very poor after sales service
Great service when you buying a bike but awful after sales service - actively disinterested in any after sales service or even common basic customer service. When you spending so much money it’s disappointing to have such poor follow up. It’s poor from a sales perspective also as we are in the market for a second bike for my partner but will be looking elsewhere to somewhere who will provide even basic after sales service. My advice would be go elsewhere to a company that appreciates your business.

Recently bought a R&M bike from GreenAer. Fantastic service from the staff in Sandyford. They really are experts in their field and really helped guide me to find the perfect bike for me. I also really appreciate Emanuel building my bike ahead of schedule so I could have it for the weekend. He also gave me great advice on how to maintain my new bike. I would highly recommend going to GreenAer for excellent service and sales! They really are the best in class. Thanks again guys

Utterly Disappointing!!!!, no improvement to brakes no evidence of service being done. Bike the exact same as we left it. Squeaky breaks, loose bolts and a saddle that won’t stay up. RUDE and sarcastic staff won’t be going back other than for a refund

Terrible service
Terrible service. The staff there left our bike with multiple bolts loose or falling out AFTER the service. This put the lives of our children who sit in the seating space at risk. I brought the bike back for another service and once again they failed to check the brakes leaving them squeaking loudly. On both occasions their staff have been rude and dismissive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Go somewhere else where customer service and safely are actually prioritised

Terrible. Has taken 18 months. A woman hit my son and wrote his car off. She took full responsibility. The insurance company didn’t pay out value of car so had to be replaced by a year older one which we had to pay an extra £1000 for. He was injured and had to have physio all the time whilst taking his A levels. He had time off from his part time job. He thought he was getting £900 which is terrible for what he went through and nowhere near covers his costs and when they’ve actually sent out the final letter advising after they have taken their costs and physio off he is going to get £300!!!! Seriously!!! Shouldn’t her insurance company pay for the physio!!! His insurance company recommended these cowboys!! He is still suffering and in pain but didn’t want it going on any longer. Do t use this company!!!

Astounding Service
Faultless service. I enquired on Sunday and had a response by Monday. I missed the call but called them back and I had further call with a solicitor at exactly the time I was told to expect. Victoria provided some great insight and based on the information she gave me I didn’t require their services at present but there is no way I will be going anywhere else for legal advice based on today’s experience.

This rental car company operates a scam: they falsely accuse you of damaging the car and charge your credit card afterward, then block you on WhatsApp and ignore emails. Here’s how it works: - When you collect the car at the airport, they don't record existing damage but ask you to take photos. - On return, they claim the car looks fine but insist on "checking back at the office". - Later, when you request your deposit back, they accuse you of causing damage and demand your photos. - When you send your photos, they claim the damage is somewhere else and refuse to provide evidence. - They eventually charge your credit card without your consent and stop responding to all communications. They even claim that you didn't book with them, and that you should contact Expedia instead, despite the paperwork and credit card charge clearly showing "Amsterdam Rentacar". Charged more than 360 Euros for damage that was already present on the car. The car was not in good condition: the brakes were shaking, and the radio wasn't working. Did not receive any paperwork for the damage and the drop-off of the car. Cannot understand all the good Google reviews; they must be fake.

Pathetic customer service and the worst…
Pathetic customer service and the worst brand ever to shop from. They potentially kept scamming and annoying us every step of the way. Sent a wrong order to begin with and talked rudely and aggressively. After a long struggle, I received something in exchange after a month. She handled everything terribly and above everything, her behavior was really bad as she kept lying on things (long story). Absolutely do not recommend this page. Bad bad experience.

The customer service is so bad. Sent me a necklace and jhummar which was all broken. I paid on top for a velvet box and then they never sent it in that. Crystals were missing. The jewellery is made or poor quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere! First I chose a different design was told it was available and then they wouldn’t refund my money and sent me another design. Absolutely fuming. They lie so much. Sent pictures of all the damaged items and now they’re ignoring my messages

I have ordered this set from Naveedbrossjewellers nd asked them to only replace pink colour with maroon. You cam see they have changed the colour of entire set. The quality is so low, it is already rusted and turned to black at various spots. Number of so called stones were missings. They just didn't waste my money but time as well. The quality is so low that my heart is crying for spending my this much amount. The quality I received is not more than 1 -2k. They are on the urge of not refunding instead asking for exchange. The set has polishing issues, its not a high weight piece at all, stones are missing. Im so pissed off. Worst experience.

I got damage set. Stone are not real and paste with glue. Delivery timing was late. First time I got damage set and I returned them because they said they will never refund but they can change. 2nd time again I got damage set and when I complained they blamed on courier and said ap kay nseeb ki bat hai.
