Same unfortunate experience as others. Made an order in early April 2023. All payed for. The order was never sent. At first excuses was made of delays and too many orders to fulfill. Then customer service stopped responding to emails.

Please read before purchasing! This company is totally fraudulent. I purchased a rug back in December, received multiple emails stating excuse after excuse as to why my order hadn’t shipped yet. At one point I expressed my concerns after reading reviews on trust pilot and they defended themselves saying that the negative reviews were from people who had to wait too long for the product but then never changed their review once they received it. I was suspicious, but had already committed to the payment. After sending I don’t know how many emails, I got a shipping notification only to find out the DHL international had never received the package from the sender. Seriously MC, you can suck a big one and know that I will haunt every single advertisement post of yours to save someone from falling for the same trap.

In this world no one will give you a free opportunity to make such big profits .. you gotta earn it the hard way or get scammed! They will invite you via WhatsApp that’s what they did to me and they’ll have a group chat where everyone talks about their day but their profiles all look very much so generated. Be careful I have blocked them. Make sure you do too.

Webdesk Solution are indeed a very fine company indeed but PLEASE beware !! I recently been scammed out of £3.5K by scammers masquerading as "Webdesk Solution"...... Basically, It's a scam using their name (which is a reputable company). They apparently change their web address every 2-4 weeks and their website looks remarkably like the REAL company, VERY convincing. It is a very clever and well conceived scheme to lure you into thinking you're gonna make good profits by using their platform. This was the case very much so for the first 4 transactions - then they forced me into a corner whereby at last count, I had to send them another £7k to "release" my profits. They use bitcoin transactions via Kucoin and have what appears to be a very faithful set of existing users on Whatsapp (who are obviously "in on it" to make it seem viable and legit. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they use AI via ChatGPT). I now have to try and recover my money in some way - which I suspect is highly unlikely :-( AVOID like the plague folks. PS. You will probably be contacted over Whatsapp and "invited" to join....Their "recruiters" are very pleasant and friendly- all part of the scam I'm afraid.

Don't Invest in this companies platform !! My wife was contacted by them and persuaded to Invest in product boosting via their web platform. Already the second day rose their demand for investment rapidly without my wife was made aware of this exponential demand of investment to make a claimed few percentage profit. Lost 1200$ in 5 days and they wanted you to invest 2300$ more to not loose the 1200$ and be able to continue investing (charging they call it).

I engaged Exiliensoft Consulting Services Pvt Ltd for a project expected to be completed in two months. Instead, it dragged on for nine months, and even then, the product was incomplete. Despite the delays, they demanded the final payment upfront, threatening to halt work if I didn’t comply. I agreed to pay half, but following that, they ceased all communication and progress entirely. Extremely disappointed in their professionalism and commitment.

Just got our third bed from this company. Each time they have delivered on our chosen date with great communication. The beds are brilliant quality at amazing prices having just paid £299 for a king size bed with mattress. Always recommend them to people I know and won’t buy a bed anywhere else. What an absolute rip off company had a kingsize ottoman bed delivered last Friday put it together Saturday to find that when you open the storage the mattress pushes the headboard off it’s bolts then realised there was no footboard and wrong mattress and it was dirty fair play they then sent the footboard 2 days later and what they say is a 2000 pocket sprung it definitely is not and in two days you can hear the springs creaking like a 10/15 year old mattress then tried fitting the footboard it’s to wide for our bed 😳😡 messaged them they read the message but never reply very bad customer service so we are now £540 out of pocket 😡😡

Update: To get back at these scamming basta*** I played them at their game, opened a new Facebook account, placed another order for another type of bed, waited for the delivery driver at another address I gave and asked for my money, he eventually took back the old bed, gave me a new one which is of good quality. Claims the company are on commission, they send orders to multiple factories in the Dewsbury/Batley area, take their commission and block you if any problems. I was approached to speak at their conference recently. On probing for details, I was sent a link. It quickly became apparent to me that this was a scam. I asked questions about speaker fees which is commonly understood terminology for how much a speaker gets paid. They got back with early bird discounts after which I understood that they were asking speakers to pay them ( a huge amount imho) to speak. Please be vary. Leading conferences usually are well recognized. I do not want to say more here as they may change their modus operandi based on what I’ve shared. Please do not engage; this is a fake conference without credentials. An event management company only executes on behalf of someone else. So there is nothing here for you as a speaker. Even if the conference does go ahead - what is it really? Please ask yourself some questions and research. Having spoken at many conferences, I was quick to spot the signs - This is a scam!

Hello, I was invited to Speak at one of their conferences in Paris. They chased and chased and chased me to register and make the payment. My life circumstances changed and I was unable to make it. I notified them over 3 months prior to the program dates and requested a refund. As should be the professional thing to do. I have yet to receive a refund let alone a response. They have pretty much ghosted me. January 5th, 2023: Update - as you can see below, they responded to my review and asked that I email them. Which I did right away, and again no response. January 8th, 2023: Update - Please note that I have sent multiple emails to said email address. If you are truly committed to correcting this, please resolve it. Otherwise please stop wasting my time any further.

They are really good at hosting virtual conferences but they lack in few things so won't give them a 5, Their conference was quite informative I've attend their AI conference and all the other speakers were really good, I advice them to improve their customer service a little more and hire better employees for coordinating with speakers.

Unfortunately to my horror I ordered 10 of something instead of 1 with a couple of other goods instead of a £13 order I ended up with a bill of £66.49 I tried email 5 times with no response whatsoever. We have been using the neutral shower gel for some time now and both my husband and I really like it. It does the job without any unnecessary perfumes, etc. Great for sensitive skin. Low minimum order value needed to qualify for free delivery.

I so wanted to like this because of all the great features and ingredients of the product, however this is gave me the worst purplely-white cast I've ever gotten from a sunscreen. It was also very thick and near impossible to run in. I ended having to use a lot of foundation and powder to try and hide the cast, which I didn't even completely do. Thought I'd use it for my body but it still gives a cast and is thick and uncomfortable to wear.

Do not buy from them. I ordered a 10in bob wig and it looks more of an 8in. The wig is super thin and the wig has uneven choppy lengths. It looks like they just took some scissors and was just cutting the wig to the supposed 10in length. Some areas are longer and shorter then others. I emailed the seller and they told me someone will get back to me and they didn’t. It’s been almost a month and still have heard from them. This firm is showing up falsely at an address in Boston on Google Map. I tried to contact them at the phone numbers shown but was phoned back from a Welsh man who spoke a string of four letter swearwords of the worst kind. This was after they had charged a friend thousands yet did nothing and did no report. Total scam. Should be imprisoned.

Those guys used cheap web agencies that created dozens of fake venues for them. Unfortunately for me, one was made in Burnley at my address. Called them to tell them to remove it and stop using my address and was simply told to shut the f.. up. Was so upset that I decided to dig a bit more and oh surprise, they have made it in many cities. They try to catch customers by creating a national presence but guess what, reviews are all fake and a guy reviewing Burnley agency is also reviewing Leeds or Manchester... At least I had a good laugh. Honestly stay away from those piece of sh... that even don't understand what they paid agencies for. On the phone he sounds totally unprofessional and uneducated. AVOID

My cat Albus was very poorly & Village Vet worked tirelessly to diagnose & treat him. He was in their hospital all weekend & the vets (Jennifer D & Anna) kept me informed of his condition throughout the weekend, and they were compassionate & kind to me (as a very distressed pet owner!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vet surgery.

First and only time I'll ever use their non-services. I registered my cat in an emergency. I explained what the problem was. Then the vet couldn't examine my cat as cats don't like being examined under their tails! Nothing much they could do but charge me for a few medication. So, let me get this straight. I paid £200 for having to do the job of cleaning the cat's glands MYSELF. I'm truly disappointed with the service as it takes a considerable effort to get my cat to any vet. Cabs and all! Then being told that, in effect, the vet is unable/incompetent/couldn't be bothered to handle the cat. What's the point of this practice if they can't look after pets in pain and distress? I'm not going back there under any circumstance. Not buying the pet food they advised me to buy and not booking my cat to have his teeth cleaned. I can conclude that this vet is only interested in selling more expensive add-ons instead of treating pets. This should be banned. I plan to complain to Trading Standards about the whole matter as I'm truly upset that my cat was left without much treatment. I'm asking other pet owners to avoid this practice.

Leah the receptionist has been fantastic; she has been supportive and empathetic regarding treatment for my dog.

I've witnessed an Irish vet during the night kicking dogs bandaged up. Cruelty upon belief but nothing is done. Violence to animals definitely goes on at this practice. I've lived in Belsize village for 10 years. I've seen graphic abuse to dogs during the early hours.

If you want to pay Blackrock clinic prices for your dog, go here! They charge you for everything, prices are more expensive and quite frankly it is rubbish service, I went to Tallaght and Clondalkin. I could write an essay here on the amount of times they lost tests, charged me a small fortune for an ear infection 150 euro where previous vets would charge for the drops. They charged for a lab and never bothered to give me the results. Also charged me for urine tests when I went with my dog saying I think he has a kidney infection, I was a Month before I got anti biotics because they kept losing the tests. They are joke and charge you a fortune, go to a local small business vet and your animals will be better cared for.

The vets were great but I'm so disappointed in the reception staff. When my cat passed and they were informed by the referral team at DWR, they didn't cancelled the pet plan with me, I then had to tell them to cancel it?! Then they STILL charged me for it the next month. When I called up they were reluctant to do anything and said the accounts team would get in contact. It's really drawn out a horrible experience into something extra stressful. They also sent me through the incorrect pet's bills when I needed them for the insurance and were just overall quite insensitive about the whole experience of losing my pet. They were rude sometimes, told me my flea drops were ready when they weren't making me make unnecessary trips out to pick it up, no apologies made. I would not recommend them for somewhere that is compassionate and caring. The vet care was good, however, can't fault the vets or nurses at Whittlesford.

The worst vet ever!!!! All they want is your money, ZERO care for your dog!! If you are thinking to sign up with these guys, DON'T!! Look for a private vet which is actually ONE person, one vet and not a money hungry chain. I've been with them for 3 years now, every single time I go there, they are very arrogant and not happy to help you at all! They act like they are doing me a favor even tho I am paying them every month. The vets are very young and no experience. Every time I go there I leave pissed off and annoyed by them. All they want is MONEY MONEY MONEY in return they give you no care, no attention to the poor animal. They say they have an emergency service included in my package!!! Dont fall for this, this is all bullsh*t and just another way for them to charge you TRIPLE if god forbid something happens to your dog. I don't recommend this vet at all!!!

They were there for my elderly little girl in my time of need and excellent. They worked with me and my budget and the front desk was really caring and spoke to me about their preventative care payment plan which makes it more manageable. The vets were really great w my girl and reassured me all the way. Finally my 18 year old cat is back to herself (for now!). They are open MWF only, and if you need emergency care, you need to go to St John's Wood!

Unfortunately vets keep leaving. As advertised I discussed my dogs itchy paws and before the vet even looked at my dogs paws she discussed money. On the whole it has been great but the constant change of vets made me leave.

Ordered a TV table in summer 2024 which was delivered in November, but was missing important screws to put it together. I have emailed the company a few times since then but have still not received a replacement.

I have been meaning to write a reply for some time but never got round to it, but I am glad I remembered after reading a couple of other reviews on here. I have been buying numerous items from this friendly independent business on numerous occasions. I know there are lead times and people buying should understand this. I have always been informed of lead times upon purchases and therefore have always been happy with the service. My items have always arrived in good condition. Sam and her assistant, Rebecca are always friendly and polite and have always kept me informed on when deliveries are likely to arrive. I have never had a problem and been buying from here for a number of years now. Products are always high quality.

I ordered a couple of side tables over two weeks ago. They still haven't been dispatched and I got no response to my emails. Will be contacting my bank to recover my money. Avoid this company. I should have checked truspilot reviews before placing the order.

We ordered and paid for a Nkuku Anbu Acacia Dining Chair on 30/09/2023 and after constant chasing and being told by Sam that they were 'having a nightmare with the supplier' the chair was eventually delivered on 9/11/2023 nearly 8 weeks later! Unfortunately it was very badly damaged when it arrived with a broken leg, we emailed immediately with photos and when no one replied followed up with phone calls. We were told on November 13th that a replacement chair had been ordered and would be here before the end of the week, and then collection and delivery would be arranged. Guess what? No delivery or collection of the broken chair, despite constant chasing. This item is showing out of stock on the website but as yet no one has had the honesty to tell us this. Avoid and go to Nkuku direct, we wish we had.

Deres behandlinger virker ikke. De lover de virker på alle og det passer ikke. Jeg prøvede først fedtfrysning på min mave ( efter deres anbefaling ) hvilket gjorde min hud løsere på maven . Istedet for en flad mave fik jeg en hænge mave. De forsøgte derefter og rette op på det med laser slim og EM sculpting uden resultat . Jeg brokkede mig og de gav mig heldigvis mine penge tilbage . Men var mere tilfreds med min mave inden jeg kom hos dem. De virker meget uprofessionelle, de famler i blinde og alle de målinger og billeder de tog, hvad skulle de bruges til? Troede jeg fik en forklaring til sidst men hørte aldrig fra dem efter min sidste behandling i november . Det virker bare som en penge maskine og de aner ikke hvad de laver. De burde lukke deres klinik. “Tak” Shapes fordi i gjorde min mave grimmere!!

Shapes giver IKKE fuld tilfredhed for pengene som de lover. Ingen er tilfredse men de siger bare man er tyk og derfor ikke kan få penge retur for fedtfrysning der ikke virker. De er SÅ uforskammede. Jeg havde en Lotte Gram i røret der sagde at jeg lignede i hvert fald ikke én der kun ku fjernes 200 gram fedt på efter de billeder hun har set. Jeg er helt normal vægtig og normal bmi. Tror de skynder sig at skyde skylden på deres kunder så de slipper for at betale retur som lovet. Dårlig behandling og dårligt snyde firma. Medierne bliver kontakte pga det her.

Hold jer væk fra denne klinik. Fedtfrysning virker ikke. Har flere venner der har prøvet fedtfrysning hos dem uden det virkede, det eneste vi fik ud af det var kæmpe blå mærker og meget ubehagelige behandlinger. Da jeg gik tilbage til klinikken for at fortælle det ik virkede målte hun med vilje forkert, hun målte ikke fra nul men fra den cm der starter før nul. Så det ville ligne man havde tabt sig 1 cm. Hun sagde det var de oplært i. Hun tog så målene rigtig og kunne godt se jeg ikke havde tabt mig. Efterfølgende har klinikken shapes ikke svaret på min mails da de i annoncen lovede penge retur hvis kunden ikke oplevede noget resultat. Efterfølgende har Lotte sagt til mine venner at hvis de er samme størrelse som før eller taget lidt på frafalder garantien 🫣🫣🫣 vi købte allesammen et tilbud hvor der stod at man kunne få pengene tilbage hvis man var én af de få som ikke tabte sig.

Ho letto molte recensioni in merito al mancato ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati. Da parte mia devo ritenermi estremamente fortunato, perchè: ho acquistato online un TV LG 43" in data 03/01/2020 pagandolo tramite Amazon Pay. Poi, non ricevendo il tv entro i 14 gg. indicati, ho iniziato a sollecitare la spedizione anche con una mia pec che ho. Avevo già deciso di andare per vie legali, quando il 18/02/2020 il tv LG è arrivato tutto perfettamente imballato in doppio cartone e perfettamente funzionante. Adesso devo ammettere di essere stato fortunatissimo, sia per il prezzo pagato sia per averlo ricevuto, anche se ho dovuto combattere contro la loro "minima serietà". Buonasera, anch'io come ho letto nelle altre recensioni ho effettuato un ordine in gennaio, di un piano cottura per l'importo di € 180,00. Dopo piu di un mese contattati hanno riferito via mail che l'ordine non può essere evaso perchè hanno rotto i rapporti con quella ditta, ho chiesto il rimborso con diverse mail e si sono arrampicati sugli specchi con mille scuse compreso Covid.. Ad ora non riesco a contattarli in nessun modo e non sono ancora stato risarcito. Che gente truffaldina e disonesta, Vergognatevi, vergognatevi Vergognatevi. Acquisto una Smart tv LG con bonifico di € 607,60 in data 04/02/2020. Al momento dell'acquisto, la Tv in questione è dichiarata disponibile, quindi mi viene inviata una mail di conferma dell'ordine recante data approssimativa di consegna stimata in 14 giorni lavorativi. Dopo numerosi contatti telefonici (gli operatori sembrano sempre seccati dalle richieste legittime del cliente pagante) e solleciti via mail per conoscere le tempistiche di spedizione, MAI AVVENUTA del bene acquistato, recedo dal contratto con loro modulo di richiesta rimborso. Siamo al 31/03/2020. In contemporanea, avendo stipulato con partner assicurativo della ditta in questione una polizza per estensione di garanzia, li informo dell'accaduto e riesco con documento prodotto da Stars Srl che dichiara di non aver MAI provveduto a spedire la TV da me acquistata, a ottenere il rimborso totale della suddetta polizza. Successivamente, dopo opportuni solleciti per il mancato rimborso, il venditore in questione si dichiara non operativo causa "decreto". A nulla è servito far notare che per un rimborso con bonifico online si poteva tranquillamente operare in regime di smart working (come tutti gli altri e-commerce), quindi dopo aver indicato sia il DPCM vigente con relativo allegato 1 che l'art 640 del codice penale, ricevendo sempre la stessa identica risposta, mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad una associazione per la tutela dei diritti del consumatore. A breve presenterò formale denuncia alle autorità competenti, poichè, se si effettua una semplice ricerca su Google è lampante che questa pratica scorretta di mancato rimborso sia praticamente una consuetudine. Sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi tipo di acquisto su questo store, definirli inaffidabili è fargli un caloroso complimento.

Abbiamo effettuato un ordine a Gennaio 2020, il quale NON E' MAI STATO CONSEGNATO, nonostante le numerose chiamate fatte al centralino. Non riusciamo più a contattare l'azienda in alcun modo (sito, email, telefono) e per questo ci rivolgere a chi di dovere per denunciare la truffa.

I write this with great disappointment. I am currently a customer of Vuma and Rocketnet and I have missed a payment that was supposed to have gone off on 01/06/2023. I have contacted Rocket via WhatsApp to find out about getting a payment arrangement or extension, which I've been told they do not do. They do however offer a 7-day grace period. I would not be able to make a payment by then, therefore the beforementioned. They bill the month in advance and if payment is not made you are expected to for a full month even though your services will be suspended from the 07th of the month, which is not right. If a service is suspended, then no payment is due. As it was explained, by Kyle, over WhatsApp and over a phone call he gave me, an R100.00 reconnection fee would be charged and I will need to be billed for line rental. Line rental is not part of the monthly service fee of R439.00. As gathered, I would need to pay for the outstanding bill plus a new one both in full come the next payment date. The customer service received, in this respect, was poor, due to there being no solution or resolution offered. I've been working in the service and telecommunications industry for 11 years now, and have not come across such poor customer service, whether local or international. I am not looking to switch to I.S.P. due to this whole experience. I've stuck with them even after having outages, billing and connectivity issues at the begging, etc. Paying R978.00 + on 01/07/2023 will be out of my budget. I trust someone from Vuma and/or Rocketnet reads this, as it will be posted on LinkedIn, Hello Peter, etc.

I purchased a BenQ monitor for the MacBook series (BenQ MA320U) with express shipping and transit insurance as I am aware that their warehouse is in NSW while I reside in VIC. The whole process was smooth and well-managed. The one thing that could improve is providing their delivery partners such as Direct Freight customer contact numbers to notify they have arrived since less experienced delivery personnel sometimes don't realise that in large apartment complexes you have to key in the unit number at an intercom for the resident to be aware you are at the drop off. We later resolved this swiftly as I directly collected the item from the delivery partner's depot. I have now changed my mind regarding the monitor, after seeing an attractive discount for the "Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 32" Mini LED UHD Curved 1ms 240Hz Gaming Monitor". I will provide a separate review on how the returns process goes.

They sent me an email stating the rtx 5080 pny graphics card in store to shop now but the item is unavailable in all jw.com.au stores and is currently unavailable to purchase at all why send an email to everyone with this as top post in new email today for item that don't exist. Not for the first time I've ordered from them only to have to wait weeks for the item to arrive. They clearly have little/no stock locally and have to order most of it in from overseas. I'm currently waiting for some RAM I ordered on 17th Jan. There was no indication the item was not in stock or had to be ordered in. It's misleading and dishonest. You might save a few bucks but there's a good chance you'll be waiting weeks for the your order.

Totally Hopeless. I ordered a router on 26th of January 2025, I have yet to receive it. They keep making excuses. Are they a scamming website or going broke? I asked for a refund, and they said they need to wait for courier to see where the goods at? Beware of buying off them!

I chose JW Computers because they had my item in stock with reasonable delivery charges including an Express option & additional Transit insurance for under $20. They processed my order quickly & my monitor was dispatched next day with delivery the day after. They kept me well informed by email after placing order including tracking for their delivery partner. I'd definitely purchase from them again & would recommend to friends.

Been trying to return a phone that i bought that has numerous operating system glitches, camera doesnt even work to spec, system hangs, been in contact for 6 months advised by OPPO to await a software upgrade, done that, phone is now worse then before and alot of functions not usable, despite all this JW computers aren't complying with Australian Consumer Laws with returns, in term want to send the phone to OPPO when all they had as a means to fix the problem were to wait 5+ months for an operating system update to patch the problems with the phone, so its a no brainer OPPO cant address the issue, JW dances around my rights as a consumer, now i dont even get email responses upon uploading video evidence of the phones poor operation and unusable functions... Technical/Warranty Support line never picks up, stuck with a phone i paid over $1000 for where the camera application doesnt even open, torch is in use and cant use due to the software glitch, part of the screen goes unresponsive upon recieving notifications, camera doesnt rotate in certain applications and application crashes repeatedly, phone over heats and doesnt work as advertised. I want this phone returned and about to take them to ombudsman and have my lawyer draught a letter to take them to small claims if nothing happens this week.

Do not buy here. Purchased screen protector from JW via Kogan marketplace. Product that arrived wasn't fit for service, the screen is curved and the protector was flat and overhangs. Contacted customer support, they'll only replace it with the same if it's faulty. And if they deem it not faulty, I have to pay the shipping. Waste of time,money and effort.

Promised my laptop within a certain time frame but it’s overdue. I did have to complain a couple of times before I got a response. Once JW replied, they did manage to rectify my concerns and frustration. Got a good result at the end and looking forward to receiving my laptop.

Return claims will not be accepted. JW will screw you over as per my experience. Even if your new projector lamp causes smoke and trips your power, when the projector was working fine moments prior — they will blame you instead of convening with BenQ. Even though my old lamp works fine. It’s my fault apparently, not there’s, breaking Australian Consumer Law. They will try to charge you $50 to return it. 10 days or you void this “policy.” When you mention Australian Consumer Law these predatory policies disappear. I’m currently at “we’ll give you 50% of your money back” and JW ignoring me. All for $250. Great business mate. I pray for their bankruptcy. Do not use BenQ either, I used their repair service back in 2018 after one year of ownership and they tried to charge me for something under warranty… Taking four months to fix. All of these companies are predatory and prey upon the assumption that they will not be dragged through small claims court. They claimed they’d give me a refund if I show them A) a video of it not working. Oh yeah sure, I’ll plug it in again 5 months after it caused mercury smoke and tripped the power in my house. Sure. Unsafe instruction against ACL. B) Show JW my BenQ repair emails from 2018. How that has anything to do with my projector now? It was repaired and sent back as new. It worked for years until JW’s lamp went in. This is just transparent ‘looking for reasons to offload responsibility to BenQ’ when they are the ones who sold it. It’s quite simple to deduce but they really want that $250. JW can claim ‘it works here’, BenQ can claim ‘it works here’ and then they can charge me for trying to return their faulty product and take no responsibility. Brilliant system they’re got going. Don’t waste your time or money. Not a site worth trusting, we bought tickets for an event in Glasgow flew down to the city from London, booked a hotel and the day of the event to was told seller has withdrawn the tickets. After holding on line for 05 hours on the day of the event I was told they can’t help. Who is going to pay for our flights, hotel and water of our evening.

Booked tickets months ago for my daughter 15th birthday day. Called th3m twice on the day of the concet and was advised twice and promised that the tickets would be availible. (All calls recorded)2 hours before the actual concert sent me an email saying that the seller can't fulfil the ticket purchased. The suggestion was go to the venue and ask them for spare tickets for a show that sold out in 10 minutes. Don't use this company. All they do is lie to you and make you travel 2 hours to tell you not our fault.
