Bare afvis dem med det samme, udgår dialog og hverken bekræft elelr sig ja til noget. Og skunne de fremsende en faktura og true med inkasse, så slå koldt vand i blodet, deres metoder er ikke lovlige og de komme aldrig til at vinde i en retsag, optagelser hvor der siger "ja" eller ej.

SVINDEL !!! Danskonlineservice har ringet mig op og "solgt" mig en 3 årig vedligeholdelse af min profil på google, det gjorde de tilbage i 2022 første gang under navnet Danske Erhvervs profiler, og de har på intet tidspunkt leveret noget som helst af de ydelser de påstod at levere , jeg blev i samtalen lovet at de ville sikre mit ejerskab til profilen, da jeg ikke havde nogen email tilknyttet, jeg fik at vide at det var meget vigtigt og at det ville de , ud over opdatering af profilen,sørge for at jeg fik! I 2023 ringer de igen under navnet danske e-profiler og bilder mig ind at min aftale på 3 år er udløbet, og sender mig endnu en faktura på 3 år. I 2024 ringer de igen fra danskonlineservice og bilder mig det samme ind. Jeg har skrevet til Kasper ( der også står bag sikker profil ) at jeg kræver mine penge tilbage, han kommer med et standart svar som de også gør på Trustpilot. Jeg går selvfølgelig til politi,ombudsmand og pressen med denne sag, det er organiseret svindel der jo også bliver bekræftet på dr kontant.

Fusk og svindel! Kunne man give 0 stjerner havde de fået det! Se kontant på DR! De sælger optimering af den virksomhedsprofil på Google. Noget du selv kan gøre på 2 minutter. De har ikke engang selv en virksomhedsprofil og skylder en formue i moms (da folk sjovt nok føler sig fuppet og ikke gider betale de fakturaer de sender). Røg i kløerne på dem i foråret, købte mig ud af deres "fremragende" tilbud og nu har de så lige prøvet igen i dag! Sig nej nej nej, læg på, bloker nummer og alt hvad den kan trække! Det fuskerfirma skal bare lukkes asap!

I booked a baby shark mascot for my son’s 3rd birthday he is baby shark mad. He was so excited about baby shark coming to his party. Booked for Nov 2nd at 3pm. 3:30 I ring and text the number because it hasn’t arrived 4pm I get a message to say he’s on hols he will try get hold of his mascot crowd at this stage the party was nearly over so was pointless coming. They did not even have the decency to text and apologize that it was a no show. Extremely disappointing AVOID!!!

I would highly recommend Mr cool events. I ordered a castle on Saturday for my daughters birthday and it arrived 9am on Sunday morning. It was set up in minutes. The staff were very friendly and understanding when I wanted it moved around a bit they had no problem doing so. I would rate this a 10/10.

Absolute Disgrace - Dangerous damaged bouncy castle

Absolute Disgrace! I booked Barry in January for my daughters communion this weekend just gone. I asked for a covered bouncy castle in case of rain and he convinced me to pay a deposit for a castle he didn't even have. I was happy to have an older one going on the pictures, but he insisted this one was better. He rang me 2 days before arrival to tell me the one he recommended was coming from China and hadn't arrived yet!!! He gave an alternative then of an uncovered one but I asked for the one I requested originally. Friday came and it arrived.... I asked Barry not to go a certain point past our garden as it was wet after the rain. He ignored my advice and his rental van got stuck on our lawn. He continued to get crosser and crosser as he dug up our lawn with wheel spin and damaged our garden. After I suggested he gets a recovery truck he advised me he didn't have time and continued to damage our garden trying to get the van out. I eventually booked a recovery truck to pull his van out. I wasn't happy to pay the full amount after he destroyed our garden, and he threatened to pack it up and take it away in front of our daughter. We paid after he begrudgingly gave 50 off! After a 2 hour fiasco, we checked the bouncy castle after he left. It was filthy dirty and did not inflate properly!!!! I called him twice and sent him a picture of the castle not inflating, which he ignored. The communion day arrived, and we inflated the castle. One half of it did not inflate fully, and it was dangerous. I called Barry this morning to advise of the same, and he laughed and said "well you got the bouncy castle you wanted! The covered one.... I told you it was old and dirty and it ended up being 23 degrees (laughing as he said it)." On speaking with his delivery man this morning he said Barry was fully aware of the state of the castle and said they won't be using it again. Barry didn't apologise that the castle wasn't fit for purpose and it appears knowingly sent it to us in this state. There is a difference between and old bouncy castle and one that does not fully inflate!! Do not book this company. There are plenty of reliable companies out there...do yourself a favour and steer clear!

There is a reason why this guy doesn't allow for reviews on his Facebook page. Do not book this guy under any circumstance. We booked a bouncy castle for our 6 years old birthday months in advance. We confirmed the castle on the Wednesday before the Saturday party and then on the Friday night he cancelled, and somehow suggested it was our fault as when he rang to confirm the castle on Thursday we didn't answer (we only confirmed the day previous) I got lucky and managed to find a local man who could provide a castle for us. When I spoke to him on the phone, he asked was this Mr Cool who let you down and when I responded yes, he informed that he has had this type of phone call at least 20 times after Mr Cool cancelled, including from a bride who was let down for her wedding. Obviously this guy likes to double book and then on the day he'll take the jobs that are more convenient to him and who cares about crying children, brides on their big day, well obliviously this waste of space certainly doesn't.

I had to give one star because I couldn't move on otherwise. I wouldn't even rate this outfit. I ordered a slushy machine and a popcorn machine for my daughter's 13th Birthday Party 3 months ago. I rang them 3 weeks before hand to make sure all was ok and they said they would ring me the day before the party which was Saturday the 25th of June, 2022, Surprisingly, there was no call on the Friday beforehand so I spent all day ringing. I eventually got through using a friend's mobile phone. I was told they would ring me back with a time that they would be calling on Friday evening. I rang again that evening and again, couldn't get through or got this number is no longer in use. I continued to ring as it was a big party for my daugther, I eventually got through and was told one hundred percent they would deliver the machines on the Saturday morning before the party and that I would get a call back to let me know what time they would call. Again, no phone call, I rang a couple of times on the Saturday morning and got no reply and at 8.30 am I got a text saying can't deliver carts today, driver sick. I was do disgusted. My daugther was very upset and wanted to cancel her party. I am going mad that I didn't read the reviews before hand as I certainly would never have ordered from Mr. Cool or should I say Mr. So Uncool. No way to carry out business. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't order from this outfit. Margaret Walsh, Mallow.

I'm a bit disappointed about the service provided at this volvo service centre. I took my car for services and I told one of there customers service attender that esc light keeps coming off and on and the car do skids on a small waterlogged. On Thursday 03/10/2024 I received a call from Joshua telling me they have checked the car and it was discovered the the whole 4tyres are beyond legal limit that I need to change them as soon possible which I refused to do with them, I said okay I will sort that out and the service and esc done. To my surprise again he rang me around 16:28 telling that gear oil is so low that it has affected the gearbox. I said this is not what you told me earlier why are telling me this now. My tyres were totally changed to damaged tyres from there workshop. I did the mot with them on April 2024( the mileage on the was 48000) there now advisory or recommendation on any of the tyres than the oil leaking around the engine which is one of the reason I took the car back to them to fix the oil leakage they discovered back then. I will advise anyone not to leave their car with them unless you are going to.be looking at what they are doing. You will spend more than what you bargain for. They will reaped you off, I was trying to upload the pictures of the driverside tyre I took 2months ago but I couldn't do that here. I challenged them to have access to the CCTV in the service area not the edited clips after they have damaged the car further

Purchased a jeep compass just over a year or so ago from the Canterbury branch, which is now currently back up for sale with them (as of 26/09/24). There was never a handover and I was literally handed the keys, and told to go tax it myself at the post office, I then had to highlight it had literally no fuel in it. Throughout the brief ownership it took over a month to get the slice in the drivers seat from point of sale rectified. The wheel bearing failed in the first few days and they had to have this for a good few days just to sort this as apparently the new one was louder than before which never made sense to me. This was returned with black stains in the headlining and a deep chip in the drivers door which had to be rectified, a courtesy car was never offered and they had this for over a week. This was followed by numerous visits back due to intermittent steering clicking, serious gearbox droning and numerous ecu and alarm failures paired with the vehicle cutting out in the middle of the road. This Jeep was and likely still is riddled with faults which they failed to rectify. This was put back up for sale after only 7 days of them having it back following rejection. This was formally rejected through the finance company as it was deemed to have serious faults by a Dekra inspector - with the gearbox and steering. Lipscomb were never willing to work with me and I was more than fair, yet they continued to be dismissive. They were adamant it was all just a “Characteristic” which it certainly was not and I was told by Dekra if left the gearbox would only get worse. Lipscomb told me that they had discussed with Jeep tech engineers to review the issues however when I asked for the reference of this they backtracked on that statement. They said all along i should’ve just lived with it, All very well when it’s not your hard earned money or car your spending hours in each day. There was always a lack of response from sales and the director told me to basically try rejecting it and see where it goes, backfired to say the least…. Please never buy from them, you’ll only be disappointed and I’ve never heard anything positive from others - poor stock, poor prep standards, Poor customer service, and a sense of arrogance from management. The finance company also stated that Lipscomb were difficult and unwilling to cooperate, this took a financial ombudsman ruling to make Lipscomb cooperate.

Somehow managed to take 10 days to even process deposit refund all the while not answering emails or returning calls despite “taking great pride in delivering personal and outstanding service to all our customers“. Makes you wonder what they would be like if they weren’t so proud of taking someone’s money and then having to be chased to give it back. Unpleasant experience and stereotypical used car dealer behaviour.

More hassle than it's worth

Honestly, I wouldn’t give even one star. The service I received was beyond awful. I can maybe understand why an employee would lie through their teeth to keep their job. BUT to go as far as throwing a customer under the bus? What surprises me, is when the whole company connives together to make sure they make that profit regardless of what’s wrong or right. It’s truly sad when a company chooses money over quality…and with container lift it is money money money, Zero quality. The amount of mistakes made by container lift was very expensive and the customer has to bear the expense of Container-lift's mistakes. For the sake of your peace of mind, run a mile & some more miles in the other direction if you come in contact with Container Lift. Seriously, there are much much better container and freight companies out there, just take the time to look.

I purchased a container for export. It arrived without the required CSC sticker and a bent door that is far from wind or waterproof. The Director Alistair agreed telephonically to repair and inspect the container, but later reneged on the repair part. I would not recommend buying containers from this company, I used Containerlift as my export agents and Charlotte gave me the quote and Emily did the bookings for export. Both girls are lovely and did a good job. These services I do recommend.

Absolutely criminal company - appalling to deal with on many levels, highly recommended to avoid at all costs. They have lied to us 2 or 3 times about when the containers we own will be delivered, each time they have given us a date and then failed to deliver has costs of £750 + Vat on crane hire, a cost that the refuse to acknowledge of compensate us for . Their inefficient & incorrect communication/lies has costs us thousands, not to mention incredible stress.They do not return calls, they simply don't care, a huge, greedy and terrible run company. AVOID.

I had assumed that the insurance policy I had against loss and theft would cover it; however, the policy is worded in such a particular way that I don't think there are any situations other than being literally mugged which they would agree to cover, and even then, I feel like they'd somehow say it was my fault and would find other ways to wriggle out of honouring the policy. My bag was taken from an event I was photographing. It was stored in a staff room away from the public, and left in the care of the various event staff who I was working for; however, because it wasn't left with ‘a singular member of staff who I specifically named’ and was instead left with a multitude of trusted people in a secure staff room, this apparently means I'm not covered. The whole policy is worded like a big series of gotcha's to make sure they don't ever have to pay out. So now I'm out of pocket, and out of business as I can't afford to absorb those kinds of losses. Without my kit I can't run my business. They have absolutely let me down when I needed it most. The insurance policy isn't worth the paper it's written on and I would suggest everyone stay well clear of these charlatans. I have no doubt they will reply saying that 'all of the information was available in the policy documents' or some other deflection, but frankly they're out here selling insurance which isn't fit for purpose. You shouldn't be allowed to sell insurance against theft which then stipulates they only pay out under conditions where it would never get stolen in the first place and being a victim of a random crime is basically your problem, despite the fact that that's what I paid for insurance against.

Totally misleading, don't request a quote

Visited the site looking for stock insurance, landed on the stock insurance page, the page talks all about stock insurance for small businesses, so I click on the "get a quote" option, go through all the questions and when I get to the end and it displays the quote but it's not for stock insurance at all. It's trying to sell me a policy with employer insurance, public liability and several others - with stock insurance as an optional extra (and not even selected!) Highly misleading and total waste of my time. Glad I used a fake phone number in the quote now. [update based on your reply] Don't give me that nonsense about giving me the "right insurance", I knew what specific insurance I wanted and you deliberately mislead me into thinking I was getting a quote for that specific type of insurance, and then switching it for a totally different type of insurance. It's like if I wanted bicycle insurance, and a company had a page offering bicycle insurance, then after taking all my details them giving me a quote for house buildings and contents insurance that happens to include bicycles as an option.

They advertise giving a quote in 2 minutes online. I put in my details (simple consultancy business - plain vanilla). Got a message that they cannot quote online and someone will call me. Nonsense. Seems a bit of a scam where they get you to provide all your details, which they capture, then say they CANNOT quote, and one gets bombarded with sales calls and emails. I have been there before. If you cannot quote for even a basic simple policy online, then why advertise that you can.

Das Gute vorweg, ich habe nie Geld auf Monestro verloren und eine Endrendite von 8,83% einfahren können. Ich war lediglich zeitweise auf Monestro investiert, um zusätzlich Cashback über meine Kreditkarte zu kassieren (nachlesbar unter passives-einkommen-mit-p2p.de). Der Grund wieso es nie zu einem "echten" Investment gekommen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass sich die Plattform nie weiterentwickelt hat. Keine Regulierung, keine Geschäftsberichte, keine Transparenz bezüglich Performance. Man weiß so gut wie nichts über die Plattform und dessen Kreditgeber. Zudem hat der Mutterkonzern PlusPlus Capital Probleme seine Anleihe zurückzuzahlen, daher ist die Zukunft von Monestro aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls ungewiss. Auch haben Anleger mit einem Investment in die entsprechenden Kredite Verluste erlitten.

Nu har min mor boet i AABs lejemål i 12 år, og jeg selv hos hende i 5 år. Slut november/start december får vi en ny overbo, som har raseret og chikaneret os siden første dag. Der er rettet henvendelse til AAB som ikke kan behandle flere af vores sager, fordi overbo klager den modsatte vej. Overbo ønsker ikke at mægle, og vi har af Marianne jura fået at vide, at vi skal klage videre og pr. telefon af Sofia fået forsikret, at man tager vores klager alvorligt. Da vi så klager videre får vi at vide, at de ikke kan behandle vores klager, fordi overbo modklager, men ikke ønsker at indgå i mæglingsmøde. Det er udtryk for, at AAB er bevidste om at overbo aktivt forhindrer håndtering af klager, men ser igennem fingre med det. Her bør AAB netop se bort fra overbos klager og udelukkende behandle vores, da overbo ikke viser reel hensigt om at nedtrappe. Der er ydermere sendt materiale som beviser, at overbo smider skrald som det passer ham og generelt ser stort på afdelings regler, men AAB tager den chikanerendes parti. Hold jer derfor fra AAB. Hvis I nogensinde klager over en anden beboer kan de stoppe hele processen ved blot at sende en enkelt klage, og så nægte at indgå i mægling, og så kan de gøre præcis som det passer dem. Det er dybt useriøs behandling af deres lejere som har problemer.

Jeg endte med at bo i AAB i cirka 15 år. Boede i forskellige afdelinger og var også medlem af bestyrelsen i flere af dem. Det er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt og fordærvet selskab. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogen som helst at bruge dem. De huser nogle af de mest sårbare i Danmark og har et hav a jurister ansat med den eneste formål at flå dem for alle de penge, det er muligt. Virksomhedsstrukturen er helt forskruet deres tilgang til deres beboere ligeledes. Gør jer selv en kæmpe tjeneste og overvej dem aldrig. Det er simpelthen ikke der værd. De burde ikke have lov at eksistere og de burde gås igennem i sømmene.

Man skriver sine børn op

Man skriver sine børn op, så snart de kan i en alder af 15 år, i håbet om at der så er en bedre chance for at de kan få en 1 værelses lejlighed når de skal flytte hjemmefra. Når det så bliver aktuelt, får sønnen så at vide at AAB's1 værelses lejligheder/studieboliger skal søges via en centralt system, hvor de så er på lige fod med andre uddannelsessøgende, altså at de i praksis ikke står bedre end unge der ikke har været skrevet op. Meget mærkeligt, vi forstår det ikke.

Hvad er egentlig meningen med jeres ventelistesystem. Min mor meldte mig ind i AAB for 40 år siden. For 40 år siden! Alligevel er jeg ikke blevet tilbudt hverken en lejlighed i København eller Frederiksberg. Jeg betaler 200 i gebyr pr. år. Til hvad? A small order was purchased using express checkout to hopefully receive the items within 4 days (Europe) the order was returned by customs and I had to wait for it to arrive back with squires before they would send it back out. Ordered small sponge cup cakes 31st MAY, Squires-shop description of them stated they could be frozen. Which was my intention for some of the 24. I was surprised to find when they arrived looking rather damp, and slightly squashed, that the box had a second sticker (not shown on the photograph on the site) showing they had already been frozen! BestBefore of 13th APRIL and Frozen on 12th MARCH! It has never been recommended that anyone re-freezes de-frosted food but that is what Squires told me I could do. I've just had to wait thirty days for the refund, the other items I bought, Icing sugar etc., were fine. They should endeavour to display accurate descriptions of what they sell. Had they stated the cakes had already been frozen I would not have purchased them.

Not allowed to claim tax exempt

I work for a local hospital and part of my incentive package is a stipend for scrubs. They have placed a few orders for me through Figs and being a hospital, we are tax exempt. Our finance admin has reached out in the past to request the taxes be refunded, which were a minimal amount. Figs previously did not have an issue refunding this. However, on the last order, they refused to refund the taxes. A representative by the name Courtney, stated that we had to be part of the TEAMS program through Figs in order to purchase a tax exempt order. Our finance admin explained that we would have to return the purchase and request a refund and Figs would rather we do that than to refund our taxes, being that we are tax exempt. It's perplexing to me that they would rather lose out on business vs. refunding approx $40. I also do not understand how they could tell a tax-exempt hospital that they are not all owed to use that government benefit unless they are a member of the Figs TEAMS program. Very disappointing coming from such a known company in the scrub industry.

Customer Service is appalling. Go elsehwere.

We have been ordering from Precision Technologies Supplies for over a decade and I have been told they no longer want our business as our orders are too small. We work in the Aerospace industry and have the need for same batch parts at smaller quantities. This never seemed a problem in the past but after a very rude phone call from one of their managers telling me they no longer want to deal with my request for same batch parts. I would definitely say do not work with this company. Unless of course you spend what the manager thinks is a good amount to receive good service. If you place orders from the website and do not ask questions of there sales team then you will be fine. There are plenty of companies out there and if I were you I would give them a try first.

Good service

I ordered some machine screws from this company that I was unable to find elsewhere. Fast delivery and an honest refund of a duplicate payment I made unawares when the website froze, earns them a thumbs up from me. My only gripe would be that postage costs are a bit much for small items like a packet of screws. Other than that I'm happy and would use them again.

Maybe that "Gods Kingdom" (see below) is happy with ONX3. But I am not. TheY send me a product that was different than what they wrote on their website. It don't work for the yoke they said it would work for. And now, 6 weeks later, they say I can send it back with the address on the enveloppe!!!! Do you really think that I have that enveloppe after six weeks. Just send me an adres to return it. I don't think they really mind about the customer. They don't help you. After weeks of emailing and writing, Fruugo informed me that they will refund me. De facto this means that Klarna does not collect. But what a hassle for 19.50 euros. Nevertheless I don't buy here anymore.

I feel scammed and not valued as a customer

I ordered two shirts about a month ago, sent numerous emails. They responded to one email stating I would receive my items no later than Jan. 26th, I still haven’t received them. They also stated in that email on the 8th that they would send a tracking number, didn’t get that either. I’ve sent about 5 emails since and get no responses. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope the product quality is good because the customer service is horrible!

This is an update regarding my original review as listed below. Eventually my son did receive his t shirt. It was absolutely beautiful. Good quality material. He said the fit was perfect. As of now, I would suggest that the company has a better way of communicating as well as tracking their shipment. In the interim, my son moved and I will give them credit for correcting the address. As of now I would recommend Rashninja as the end result was worth the effort. See original review below: I ordered a t shirt on December 16, 2024 and have been trying to find out the status of the order. The order number is RAS2970. Nobody responds to emails and nobody answers the phone listed on your site as 325-242-9088 (Texas), which on your site lists Colorado. I believe this is a scam.

I ordered over a week ago, my order hasn’t even been packaged or shipped out. I can’t get a hold of anyone, their phone number is fake and no one picks up. The only details I have for shipping is that it’s “standard”. Most USPS/UPS shipping is 2-5 days at most MAYBE 7 days. I didn’t think it’d take half a month just to ship some shirts. I ordered WAY before Christmas since it’s a gift expecting it not to take that long, if I can’t get it before Christmas I want a refund. Especially seeing all the reviews about the poor fabric quality I will definitely be reaching out again for a refund if the quality is poor. Order number ras2875

I've enjoyed the Como Audio Solo radio for a couple of years. suddenly there is no audio coming from the unit. Volume button doesn't affect it. Input has no effect: internet radio; FM; Bluetooth... all are completely silent. Tried rebooting and reverting to factory settings. No answer at the company phone # which is no longer connected. Am I just out of luck?

I've had my unit for around 1 year

I've had my unit for around 1 year's...but I never used it because it's unusable...the audio is shockingly bad the speaker vibrates it's got some kind of sheilding problem... thought the speaker might have got a tear in it but it's not that..what it is is the speaker is picking up some kind of interference and it's not an outside source it's definitely in the unit.. waste of money also all of a sudden you cant buy these anymore in my country...shops choose not to get them...I wonder why?... thrown it out today which is why I've written this review...cant be bothered sending it away to get looked at..if a company can't get it right the first time then I can't be bothered...I don't spend money to buy a hassle on anything I buy.

Poor Quality Control & Function

I bought several units from Como audio for my home gym. I really wanted to like this system and the reviews were encouraging. I had owned a previous product by Como's designer and was impressed with it. Big mistake buying the new Como units. On one unit the speakers started vibrating badly after a month. On another the input jack didn't work so no hooking up to my tablet or Ipod. On a third the display went out. The app only connects to the units about 50% of the time. Spotify can only be picked up about 50% of the time. Sometimes it takes 30-45 minutes for Spotify to work. Wifi is strong so that isn't the problem and other wifi devices work just fine. If you group several units (one of the big selling points) the app decides at random times to dis-connect one or two units or change which one is the master. Customer service's "solution" is to tell you to turn off your wifi and turn it back on again. They did tell me to buy an enhancer for my already fine wifi signal and recommended a product. First purchase of that product didn't work at all. Replacement basically shut down my home wifi. Fire TV wouldn't even operate. Returns are a pain. Just stay away from this product. Additional information. I received a response from Como Audio so an update. For the last two weeks I have tried to listen to music for at least an hour a day from their units. Every single song in that time has broken up. One day nothing could connect with their units. I have tried two different wifi systems with Como's units and had the exact same problems. The grouped units are in an open room about 20 feet across. Very strong wifi signal. A friend's smart speakers from another manufacturer were checked out in the same location and worked perfectly. I have turned off all other devices using the wifi and the problems continue. The app doesn't detect their units even when placed on a shelf an inch from the units. Basically impossible at this point to listen to their system. The previous help they offered was a waste. Strike 3 and they were out. Seriously, turn the wifi on and off before using the Como units? What a sick joke.

My love affair with my Como Solo radios

I won my first Como Solo radio, and was so impressed that I purchased 3 more. This amazing radio has a remote control as well as an app that fully operates it. It plays local FM stations, Spotify, world-wide internet radio, Bluetooth, music via usb port, (2) aux inputs, and optical inputs. They can play individual sources, or grouped together to play the same source through all radios. They now can also be linked to Amazon Echo products. Good sound, very versatile, what more can you ask for? I'm Como audio's biggest fan, and have recommended their products to many people. I can highly recommend their products and personalized customer service. Please check them out, you won't regret it.

6.09.2024 zarezerwowałam wycieczkę na wyspę Sulu Ada. Przedstawiciel przesłał mi potwierdzenie na whats up z dogadanymi szczegółami m. in. nazwa hotelu z którego mieliśmy być odebrani. Kolejno 19.10 zabokowalismy do tej samej wycieczki jeszcze dwie osoby. Również otrzymaliśmy potwierdzenie. Dzień przed wycieczka ok. godziny 13ej dostaje informacje z przypomnieniem o odbiorze spod hotelu dnia następnego. Kolejno ok godziny 17ej kolejna wiadomość od Minister Tpurs z prośbą o przesłanie lokalizacji hotelu (mimo, że kilkukrotnie od kilku miesięcy takowa informacje otrzymali), jak również dostałam potwierdzenie że strony organizatora wycieczki, że wszystkie dane się zgadzaja. Niestety okazało się, że organizatorowi POMYLIŁ SIĘ HOTEL 😅 i nagle cena jest prawie drukrotnie wyzsza oraz wycieczki w danym dniu nie ma. Nie ma jak to dostać jedna wycenę, kilka potwierdzeń (kolejne po zmianie ilości uczestnikow) a kilkanaście godzin przed planowana wycieczka spotkać się z aż takim brakiem profesjonalizmu. NIE POLECAM NIE KOMPETENTNA I NIEPOWAŻNA FIRMA!

Very bad experience. We booked a tour back in August, departing from Izmir in October and we got a confirmation via email. I became suspicious of this dodgy company after sending emails asking about our pick up time a few days before the tour and didn't get any reply. I again contacted via phone when in Turkey one day before the tour. Answer was that they don't do this tour from Izmir. When pointing out that I have the booking confirmation, there was no reaction. No apology, nothing. Trip is still being advertised on their website as I'm writing this review. Unbelievable! Be careful, don't fall for their tricks.

Vi får anvist en plads hvor vi skal fiske fra, efter vi har sejlet i ca 15 minutter stopper båden og der kastes anker og nu skal der fiskes , vi får en fiskestang med meget små kroge, jeg tænker at vi skal fange agn til de store fisk men jeg blev klogere. Vi skiftede placering to gange inden vi sejlede tilbage til havnen med syv søsyge personer. Som betalte yderlige 10 euros for en anden tur Vi sejlede ud igen og ca 20 minutter senere skulle vi forsætte fiskeriet efter små fisk vi fiskede i ca 1 1/2 time inden vi sejlede mod land igen. Vi fangede ca 30 fisk (maximum 7 cm) og da vi kom i land igen troede jeg at vi skulle smage på de fisk vi havde fanget men dem tog kaptajnen og der blev ikke lavet noget til os På deres hjemmeside bliver der skrevet at vi skal huske badetøj så vi kunne svømme i havet (det skete så heller ikke) Alle billeder på deres hjemmeside er ikke fra en sådan fisketur som jeg var sat i udsigt plus til alt hvad de lover er usandt Jeg ville ikke give dem nogen stjerner men var tvunget til at give den en stjerne for at kunne lave en anmeldelse Bundefangeri på højeste plan Jeg var ikke den eneste som syntes dette alle resterende syv personer gik skuffet fra båden sulten og IKKE en oplevelse rigere

Uważajcie na to biuro! Wycieczka z Kemer do Myra, Demre, Kekova. Porozumiewałam się z biurem przez Whatsapp (taka forma wydawała się bezpieczna - biuro nie wymagało przedpłaty, a całość miała być opłacona w busie podczas wycieczki). Parokrotnie Minister Tours potwierdzali i zapewniali, że będzie polski przewodnik. Gdy podjechał bus pod hotel okazało się, że przewodnik jak i cała reszta wycieczki jest rosyjskojęzyczna. Ostatecznie zdecydowaliśmy się wziąć udział ponieważ sama wycieczka bardzo nas interesowała, a niestety za późno już było żeby znaleźć taką samą w czasie naszego pobytu w Turcji. Podczas trwania wycieczki nie odpisywali i odezwali się już po, zdziwieni całą sytuacją. Cwaniaki i tyle.

Avoid this company at all cost. Be forewarned!!! I click on a site searching for Lara Hamam and it led to this tour company. Naively, I booked for a slot and was told it costs €20 per pax with pick up service. This place was highly recommended by a local with the price range that was mentioned. Little did we know, we were brought to a far off place in a residential facility and my daughter and I refused to go in the spa. Leaving my husband to check the place out. We were surrounded by 3-4 men who insisted this was the place I booked. We feared for our safety and stayed closed to the poolside with the residences in full view. We walked out and they were still trying to get us to see the facility. God will only know what would happen if we had stepped in as suggested to take a look. By the way, my husband said, not a single soul was in the spa and the reception counter was not manned. A lady will call on WhatsApp to confirm appointments, it sounded all so real and yet, it is DEFINITELY A SCAM!!

They sell you an excursion offering completely inaccurate information, the excursion is run by thugs, who seem only interested in making as much money as possible and causing accidents which could lead to them making further claims out of the customer. The two company’s blame each other and despite not allowing my son to use his quad, they still charge him the full price for doing so.

Vorneweg, der Mietpreis war günstig und bisher war ich auch immer zufrieden aber diesmal kann ich nur von diesem Unternehmen abraten oder aber ganz viel Zeit investieren um eventuelle Schäden zu dokumentieren! Habe Gott sei Dank ne Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung gehabt! Mal sehen ob ich mein Geld wieder bekomme! Anscheinend hat diese Autovermietung sich dieses Jahr vorgenommen niedrige Preise durch vorgetäuschte Schäden zu erhöhen. Ich habe ein ziemlich dreckiges Auto (innen und außen)bekommen mit angeblich nur zwei kleinen Vorschäden--gefunden und dokumentiert habe ich wesentlich mehr! Leider habe ich einen übersehen! Bei Rückgabe des Autos ging der Mitarbeiter gezielt auf zwei Schäden zu, die offiziell nicht angegeben waren! >Einen hatte ich bildlich aber festgehalten und trotzdem wollte er dies nicht glauben und fing an zu streiten-bis er es einsehen musste-den anderen hab ich leider übersehen! Obwohl ich diesen Schaden nicht verursacht habe und dies mit Zeugen belegen konnte wurde selbst, als man sehen konnte das dies ein schon wesentlich älterer Schaden war nicht akzeptiert! Man nutzte dann auch aus das man bei Abgabe auch etwas unter Zeitdruck steht wegen des Rückflugs! Es wurden sofort 350 Euro einbehalten und 3 Tage später kam auch schon eine Werkstattrechnung (auf Menorca gerade fast unmöglich so schnell nen Termin zu bekommen) per E-mail mit meiner einkopierten Unterschrift vom Beginn der Vermietung! Schade dies war das letzte Mal das ich dort ein Auto gemietet habe! Das ist einfach nur noch BETRUG!!! Wie ich lesen konnte bin ich auch nicht der >einzige, der dies dieses Jahr zu spüren bekommen hat!

I rented a car 28 July-4 August via Jet2 holidays. My advice is do your due diligence. Pick up from the airport was prompt. Check in at the office was prompt with plenty of agents available. They do operate a ticket system during busy periods. I had purchased full protection insurance from jet 2 so didnt need any additional insurance. I was not pressurised into buying their insurance. The agent was very good and explained very carefully that there was 2 pieces of damage highlighted on the car and explained that i should check the car myself and video any damage i found. So i spent 20 mins checking the car. I know its a pain in 30 degree heat but you must do it. They are very clear check the car!. I found 19 other bits of damage and some quite substantial . Yes alot and you could argue that you could be caught out. I videoed the car. Upon return i was told the damage was too minor for them to worry about and i was not charged and my card fully refunded. I had refuelled and fully refunded. So they are very upfront what you should do. I know its a pain on holiday to check and double check but if you do you should be ok.

Picked up / Dropped off car in Son Bou. Car was great for what we needed however despite returning the car with a full tank (closest petrol station was 7km so had to drive back from there!) they still charged me ~€20 for fuel. When I went to the desk to discuss it, the employee couldn’t care less, despite showing them a receipt from the petrol station and the fact that there was more range when I gave the car back than when I collected it. Looking at other reviews, this company just takes advantage of having your card details for extra charges. Will not be using this company again.

I wouldn't leave 1 star if I didn't have to. Absolute scam of a company. Take photo's and I mean lots of photo's. Just dropped a car back, the chap that I handed it back too, went straight to the passengers wing mirror and found the smallest scratch. I wiped it off, but still claimed it needed painting. I couldn't find the photo when I was there, but I have now, so will be emailing very shortly. They are taking 350 euros out of my deposit. I had just watched the same person do exactly the same to the customer before us. I have extra insurance to cover this. Strange he asked me if I had before he told me.

Pues la verdad una experiencia contrastada y más o menos bien, menos la chulería que tiene un hombre por teléfono para explicarte un suplemento que se lo sacan de la manga el mismo día de la reserva, si nos avisan con tiempo...no me parece ni normal ni transparente, ya que no lo indica en absolutamente ningún lado, si es verdad que el extra es entendible pero hay maneras de explicar las cosas de manera calmada y sin faltar el respeto, yo llevo más de 10 años trabajando en una multinacional en atención al cliente y jamás he tratado así a nadie...Al final los perjudicados somos nosotros y que si alguien debería estar enfadado, somos nosotros...pero tampoco se justificaría que hablásemos así con alguien que nos está atendiendo...pero aquí al parecer si... Me pidieron por teléfono que les enviara un email con una captura de pantalla de las condiciones dónde no pone nada de eso...¿Respuesta? Ninguna, no había argumentos...al final decidimos seguir con la reserva, te avisan unas horas antes para que ya no puedas contratar el alquiler en otro lado. Os aconsejo mejor otra empresa de alquiler, os costará menos y quizás sean más amables, eso sí, los que nos atendieron en al recoger el coche, muy amables y también nos dejaron un coche mejor del contratado...pero eso ya nos trastocó el inicio de vacaciones...

The pickup time was for 11am at a hotel in our local area. Turns out it was the wrong address. After calling the number from the confirmation email, the man on the phone repeatedly refused to give me the actual address of the meeting point and kept insisting to look on their website. I was an hour late due to his negligence, only to meet the most vile, disgusting human wretch on the face of menorca, who was only interested in arguing with me over the exact address of the pick up point. (I even had the receptionist at our hotel we were actually staying at speak to him and he shouted at her over the phone!!) He then admitted the address was wrong and hadn't been updated in six years but made it apparent that it was my fault. In the end I walked away and I was glad. Words cannot describe my experience with this utter pathetic troglodyte, who is better off unemployed!!

Got a multiple damaged some dirty car

Got a multiple damaged some dirty car. Pictures of the damage I had to take myself when picking up for proof. Not at all fully fueled. Long lines when bringing back. Some irritated personnel. High charge of little damage of which some might have been there. They informed not correctly about the deductible sum. Good quality car though.

We got the car dirty and my sister made…

We got the car dirty and my sister made pictures before. When we brought back the car, they insisted, after a long inspection, some (light) scratched which they said, where not there before. They did not want to get in discussion or look properly at the pictures we made at the start of the rental. They where very impolite. After they charged us 450€! For what? The rental was cheap but do not go for it. They make their money by charging damage.

I am very pleased with my recent loft insulation and extractor fans by SGEC. Customer service has been very good and the installers have been efficient, caring and polite. Overall, very good service, thank you.

Poor customer service

Emailed them to make an appointment. They didn’t reply so I contacted them again. They finally replied asking for more information. I replied and heard nothing. Chased it up and heard nothing. Not a great way to treat potential customers

Cavity Wall Insulation

My next door neighbour had his cavity wall insulation completed at a cost of £2,000 so i contacted them for a quote. I called their office and they took my details and said the surveyor would be in touch. One month later they contacted me to arrange a survey. He completed the survey and then told me it would cost £4,000 which obviously i questioned as the next door property is not that different to mine in size and he said he would look into it and let me know. One month later i had to chase for an answer, but there were no notes on my file and would need to look into it. On calling me back they said the reason for the price difference was the size of property, which i replied my property is not another half the size of next door. At this point i told them to forget it, you try to give local business a chance and that's what you get. The customer service is disgraceful and can understand their review score, If there was a minus i would go there!
