The turnaround for the valuation report was as agreed, and the quality of the report was very high with comparable transactions provided, and helpful analysis included as to how the valuation was arrived at. This superior service was provided for a very reasonable and competitive cost. So impressed was I of the service, that I am considering asking them to provide project management services to a potential re development of a family home. I would highly recommend using Terracotta Property for all your property needs.

Avoid this company!!!
This is a company to be avoided. They are lazy. My property has a garage, the surveyor did not ask for access bit nevertheless stated in his report that the garage was dilapidated - even though it is far from dilapidated with modern working electrics with a sound roof and solid structure. Their comparables are awfull, my house is a semi detached but they used only terraced properties for their comparables. If your bank instructs this firm you should request that your bank provide an alternative. They also tell lies, they will say they have spoken to local agents but this is a lie because I spoke to the local agents and sent them the emails whereas they will say they have spoken to local agents without any evidence of having done so. Edited 14/10/2024 after a response from Terracotta The fact remains that you described the garage as dilapidated without stating a single issue that was actually wrong with the garage I.E a leaking roof or decaying structure etc for example. You did not ask for access to the garage and even now you still can not say precisely what was wrong with the garage - this proves I am right - you are lazy for not entering the garage and you tell lies because you still can not point to a single issue that backs up your description of the word dilapidated. You also stated that the property will lose value because of its proximity to a halfway house hostel however the said hostel houses people with mental health issues. Mental health is often classed as a disability which in turn is a protected characteristic therefore it appears to me that you have discriminated against a protected group of people and I will be taking this up with your professional board who oversee you.

Total incompetence
Total incompetence, sat on a report that was vital to be done in 5 days waiting for and answer but never chased. I found out the report was not done and got it moving. Spoke to Charlie no apologies NOTHING, it was a “we will do it when we can” this is not good enough. Reported to the instructing company VAS This company says that its not them. They were trying to remover a bad feedback making out its against the wrong company. Shame on you. Update I am the bill payer. Lie after lie, I am the bill payer. The surveyor stated he would pop in the next day if he needed to get access to the room as it was not a problem for him, Nothing happened. The bank never told them to put it on hold, they contacted the bank re access to the room, and received no reply so sat on the report and did nothing till I chased. The bank then told them to send it it, they dragged the time out from what they had told me 5 days, I did not swear at Charlie, he was very rude and I put the phone down as I was not going to be spoken to in that manor. This them again is trying to get a feedback they do not lie removed

I was approached by "Teresa Klovis" via WhatsApp (+1 (646) 739-6580). The number is area-coded out of Manhattan and masked. "Teresa," an "Uberall Trainer" offered me a work-from-home job to "upload and manage 80 products daily" for a "base salary of $860 weekly, plus additional compensation of at least $100 per day." Upon query, "Teresa" claimed that Uberall is located at "19 Clifford St., Detroit, MI 48226." That address comes back to a "WeWork" office- and workspace location. Uberall (the real company) is an internet marketing service in Berlin, Germany. A work-from-home job that pays "at least" $1,360 weekly and all you need is a bank account and social security number ... too good to be true? You decide.

The initial setup was somewhat annoying, but help was there, if not always immediate. After all, the results are not what has been promised. A competitive vendor has achieved much better than Uberall in a shorter time span.

Pendragon are Shambles (Lynn)
Purchased my car from Evans Halshaw in Hull almost 3 years ago. I cannot complain about that experience. I also bought the Premium Guarantee to cover me for 3 years at a cost of £799.00. One month before my cover ended Feb 2025 I noticed a noise coming from the vents. The heating was extremely hot, even when on cool. I booked the car into Evans Halshaw Hull. I would need a diagnostic test at a cost of £156.00. I was also asked to take my service receipts. Despite only having to service my car every 2 years I actually had it serviced every year. When the lady looked at these receipts she informed me that 2 of them were probably void as they hadn't listed specifics such as the type of engine oil etc. I had previously spent a week trying to contact Pendragon so I could speak to someone because I had also been told by Evans Halshaw that my services should have been done in January. I bought my car in the month of March. No one answered the telephone until the day before my car was booked in. I was told someone from Pendragon would ring me before the end of the day. No one rang. I tried contacting them again, on the day my car was due to be booked in. Again I was told someone would call me, no one did. On arrival at Evans Halshaw I explained the situation. Mainly that it appeared there was one excuse after another as to why my car might not be covered. I agreed to the diagnostic test.i then received a call to say my car had no AC so asked them to refill it. I was also told the heating matrix was not working. This would cost £2000 to fix and it was not covered by my Premium Guarantee. £2000? Just because they have to remove the dashboard. I told them to forget it. I'll look elsewhere. I was literally at the end of my tether. I have since been told by a friend that due to the age of my car he suspects the problem was there when I bought it because the heating matrix should last longer than 6 years. I only have March left then thank goodness I don't have to have anything more to do with Pendragon. I think their motto should be "We'll take your hard earned money but we won't do any repairs". I honestly feel well and truly had. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I feel they just find excuses as to why certain parts are not covered and reading other reviews it is very clear they must be making an absolute fortune out of people like myself. Shame on you. Please be aware, if you are buying a car and want peace of mind incase anything needs replacing etc. DO NOT go with Pendragon. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I'll be happy if I never hear that word again. In fact the name should be changed to Condragon.

However, they refused to cover the cost of a hire car for the absurd reason that, according to their policy terms, my car was considered written off. In reality, the only repair needed was a simple battery replacement, which they also refused to cover. When I requested to cancel my policy, they again cited the same ‘written-off’ clause to deny my request. Avoid this company at all costs. They convince people to sign up for their warranty, only to use their terms to justify denying coverage for repairs, car hire, and more.”

Having read the majority of negative reviews on this site I can only say that my experience was the complete opposite. I was 18 months into a 2 year warranty when my engine developed a ticking sound - I called Pendragon (they answered on my first attempt) and explained I would need to get the problem investigated by a recommended garage. This I did and the upshot was I needed a new engine - the quotes were sent to Pendragon by the garage and I had an email response within 24hrs. They did check that I had complied with their servicing recommendations ( which I had) and thereafter immediately approved the work at an approx cost of 8K. Having previously read the reviews on this site I was very concerned that they would find a reason not to cover the cost - but they didn’t. Throughout Pendragon have been nothing but responsive and supportive.

Unlawful warranty terms
I am extremely disappointed with Pendragon’s handling of my warranty claim and their apparent disregard for the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Order (MV-BEO) regulations. My warranty claim was rejected because the service on my vehicle was carried out by a non-VAT-registered garage, despite the fact that the service adhered fully to the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines. Under the MV-BEO, this restriction is unlawful, as it unfairly limits consumer choice and imposes conditions that are not compliant with the regulation. This legalisation was introduced in 2023 and is in place until 2029, all companies that fell under the rules surrounding it were told to familiarise themselves with the policy. Pendragon have clearly failed to do that. What I will say is Pendragon will say and reply to everyone saying about their terms and conditions within the warranty, I have checked this with the CMA and taken legal advice on it, THEY CANNOT OVERRIDE THE MV-BEO WITHIN THEIR OWN WARRANTY TERMS, IF THEY DO THIS YOU MUST REPORT THEM TO THE CMA, IT IS A SIMPLE PROCESS. I have now reported this issue to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for investigation. If the CMA finds that Pendragon has breached competition law, the consequences could be severe, including: • Significant fines of up to 10% of the company’s annual global turnover. • Mandatory compliance orders requiring changes to Pendragon’s practices. • Public enforcement actions, which could damage the company’s reputation and credibility with consumers. Pendragon’s refusal to honour my warranty under lawful conditions is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to fairness and customer care. I urge them to address this issue and align their policies with the MV-BEO to avoid further repercussions and restore consumer confidence. What worries me is how many people I’m reading about that have been financially affected by this, they should and need to be held accountable. I would strongly advise other customers to be cautious and aware of their rights under the MV-BEO when dealing with Pendragon’s warranty terms. All I wanted was an amicable and fair resolution, I really did not want this to become adversarial, I gave Evans Halshaw and Pendragon every chance. I have also emailed and mailed their CEO.

Terrible service
Brought the car from Evan Halshaw with extended warranty in July and car broke down away from home in January. I rang Evan Halshaw to see if I could just get it recovered to my nearest Audi as I don’t have an Evan Halshaw near me. I made 6 phone calls in less than 24 hours to confirm this. When I was able to get my paperwork to ring Pendragon nobody answered. I was then told they would only cover the part and £45 per hour labour as I hadn’t taken it to their garage. Not once was this said on the 6 phone calls I made. I should have been offered a courtesy car but as they never answered the phone or even emails in the 3 weeks my car was in the garage. I was then left without a vehicle and unable to work. It has been the worst customer service I have ever had and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Audi fixed my car and I was out of pocket £500. Pendragon didn’t even cover the cost of the diagnostic test.

Got an extended warrenty threw evan halshaw on a used vechical, first time i needed to use the warranty i was rejected leaving me with a £2500 bill i had to pay out my own pocket, the warranty isnt worth the paper its written on absolute joke of a company. I had only owned the car over a year and was properly maintained. At first they asked for proof of service to make sure id looked after the car and then when sent the service proof they then pulled another excuse why they wouldnt pay. Wish i never payed the extended warrenty absolute waste of money and i feel robbed they took my money for nothing and when i needed them they hung me out to dry! Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Side note i payed £900 for 2 years warranty

NEVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANY - ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY
If I could give zero stars I would!! Discovered a fault with my car 3 weeks ago and I must add its still within the 6 months of purchase so the dealership is responsible however they have referred me to their 'premium guarantee' which I mistakenly took out. After emailing the warranty company they told me to book my car in with one of their approved garages. After several phonecalls to all their local approved garages, I've been told that they don't have the correct diagnostics equipment for a Land Rover and it will have to go to a specialist. So why wasn't I told this when they sold me the warranty, knowingly their approved garages will never be able to fix the car they sold to me??! So the 3 year warranty I now have is absolutely pointless to me. All's they are intrested in is making money on a terrible warranty and mis selling it to their customers. I complained two weeks ago and I'm still sat here waiting for a phone call to 'fix' this issue. Constantly false promises, zero customer service and not interested once they have your money. Ironically, I can go to their website and book in a major service for my car yet they are unable to plug it in and find the fault. Although my £20 scanner is able to do it. Their answer to this is that I have the option to take it to a specialist however JLR charge £200 labour per hour and I am only covered upto £30. Laughable. I also have to pay for the diagnostics myself and the work and then claim it back, so defeats the object of even having a warranty. I should have been made aware from the start they don't fix the car they sold to me under their warranty and I'm yet to find it in their terms and conditions where it states this. They also said my car had just been serviced when I bought it which another complete lie!! Next step for me is involving trading standards and the Motor Ombudsman seeing as they can't be bothered replying. Shambles of a company !!!!

I purchased my car through Evans Halshaw in November 2023 on 20 plate. In July this year the engine mount failed causing damage to the drive shaft and catalytic converter. I have the extended warranty which I purchased for peace of mind as I am paying a lot of money for the car. I was unable to contact pendragon as the phone just rang and rang. No response to email either. The dealership were able to make contact and pendragon declined responsibility saying the damage was not covered and the fault lay with myself!!!! I was without a car for 3 weeks as a result. Just 2 weeks later and the car has developed another fault with the dealership saying they cannot look at it until 9th September saying if I take it elsewhere it will not be covered under the warranty. I again cannot make contact with pendragon via phone and have had no response to my email. This warranty is worthless and I will be seeking compensation as a result. This is an absolutely shocking service and I will definitely be doing my research in future. It’s very interesting to see that they respond to these reviews quick enough!!!

Cumbersome and inaccurate as of date of writing
I've got to say, the process of identifying (unsuccessfully) a font with this site was cumbersome and a waste of 5 minutes of my life. Even on a large laptop screen the site was cluttered and disorganized and awkward to use. Then the font suggestions were not close to the image uploaded. Not sure what the deal is here

Not Like It Used to Be
I have used WhatFontIs a few times before and been able to find a couple of very obscure fonts to recreate lost graphics for my car club. Used it again, with a very clear, simple font image, and it did a very poor job. Didn't actually find the font, thought the letters were merged, would only show me 20 fonts, and I kept getting pop ups to pay for premium membership. Not worth it for me with the amount I have used it, but, even if I did need to identify fonts regularly, I wouldn't be happy to pay for something that no longer seems to work. I get that people can't provide things for free, but you need to have confidence that you would get the service you're paying for.

Then to go through the process of finding the font, and the website finds the wrong font.. Just use WhatFont on chrome.

J'ai passé une commande le 27 novembre 2024, à ce jour malgré de nombreuses réclamations, toujours rien,j'ai fait la demande de remboursement et là rien non plus. Ce site n'est vraiment pas sérieux, pourtant ils disent qu' ils pratiquent les remboursements en cas de problèmes. ( je précise que ma commande concerne 2 tubes de fond de teint ) A FUIR. Könnte man null Sterne geben würde ich dies auch tun. Hatte am Samstag einen Termin wegen eines Cupra der online angeboten wurde. Bei der Besichtigung ein ganz klarer Steinschlag in der Windschutzscheibe dies wurde bereits laut Verkäufer im Ankaufs Gutachten mit aufgenommen. Der Verkäufer meinte bei Nachfrage ob dies repariert wird,wenn ich mich dafür entscheide das er erst einmal schauen müsse. Aber ich könnte diesen Schaden ja auch meiner Versicherung melden sollte er niemanden finden der dies Repariert . Alleine diese Aussage ist für mich ein Unding und Grenz an Anstiftung zum Versicherungsbetrug! Am Montag darauf einen Mail bekommen das am Auto nichts mehr gemacht wird, aber man mir mit 220€ entgegenkommen würde bei einem Auto das für 31.220€ im Portal steht. Und man preislich nicht mehr machen könne. Ganz klar Finger weg von diesem Händler da mittlerweile die Anzeige des Fahrzeuges gelöscht wurde. Alles sehr mysteriös.

Unseriöser Händler
Achtung unseriös: Unfallwagen werden nicht als solche gekennzeichnet!! Kurz bevor ich mich entschied einem Auto zuzusagen, hielt man es für angebracht mir noch zu sagen man mache den Vertrag fertig als "reparierter Unfallschaden, war aber nichts wildes nur was kleines". Die Bilder zeigen eine völlig demolierte Tür, die komplett ausgetauscht wurde. Völlige Abzocke, Lügerei und nur der Versuch Kunden zum Abschluss zu bringen!

Reklamationen werden nicht berücksichtigt
Wir haben einen Ford Kuga inklusive Wartung und 1 Jahr Garantie gekauft. Das Auto sollte komplett gewartet geliefert werden, nichts war mineralisch, wir mussten kurz nach der Lieferung Ausgaben tätigen. Außerdem wurde das Fahrzeug schmutzig und ungepflegt geliefert. Wenn man die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen will, geben sie nicht nach Hause und verweisen auf ihre eigenen Garantiebedingungen, lassen Sie sich davon nicht abschrecken, sie sind verpflichtet, Ihnen die volle Garantie zu geben. Wenn Sie woanders kaufen können, sollten Sie das unbedingt tun, Autohaus 24 kümmert sich nicht um den Kunden. Kaufen Sie lieber bei einem Händler, der sich um seine Kunden kümmert.

Das war sehr ernüchternd eigentlich auch eine Frechheit man wollte mir für mein Fahrzeug das 3 Jahre alt ist und ca.39000km gelafen hat 15400€anbieten, angeblich ist das der Preis dafür das Auto hat einen viel höheren Preis. Ich empfinde es wie gesagt als Frechheit die Leute so abzuziehen.

They have to understand that their service is exceptionally confusing. The representative does not respond in the requested language; does not provide a clear explanation of 75% of the requested documentation; does not respond for more than a week and you refuse to continue the process, even though I’m doing the best according to what they send me. We are customers and a higher level of care should be taken.

I saved for 40 years and put my savings into this "wonderful company!" Desiree called me and set up everything. They had all their stuff together. They set me up with a great business. I started it all with a small down payment and monthly payments. I paid for 5 years, then suddenly. I was no longer getting responses, as soon as I was ready to pay off the business. I emailed, no answer. I called all the numbers, no answer. I researched online. It seems that they have gone out of business with my life savings. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am so frustrated and dissatisfied this was a bad investment.
First off, I think the Training and Customer service for Time To Eat Delivery is excellent. Now Deliver Logic, the Software company not that great. I have already been a business owner, know the tax laws and payroll laws, and did my homework on the delivery business. I did make them change the Employee Hand Book to read "Contractors Hand Book" and change the verbiage in the handbook because I am giving drivers 1099's; they can't be employees. TTE employees respond fast and try to help the best they can, but I don't think any of these TTE employees have run a business before. They think all you need to do is work hard. Yes, that does help, but that is not the only factor. I busted my butt to get restaurants to sign up for me. I spent $$$$ in advertising to get customers to use my app. Now, after over a year in business, I don't think the company overall can make enough money to live on; it will take a long time to make a salary like 13 years. I bought the company for $55K and invested $100K in advertising, employees such as a Marking professional $2,000 salary a month that worked part-time, and an IT installer of tablets or hooked up Chowly for $18 per hour as needed bases about $400 a month. It is tough to get restaurants to trust and sign up with you and to stay with you. If you do not bring in business, they get rid of you in a month and turn off your tablet. I only get orders through Google Food Orders. No one orders from my Time to Eat App. So if the company doesn't use Google Food Orders, then I can't do business with them. I even offered free delivery to my customers for a year to the first 100 people that signed up. No customers nowadays order from apps. I ask customers how they ordered, and they just say "Through Google! I don't want to deal with any apps." Door dash and Uber have the same problem. Maybe 3% of their customer order from their apps. Everyone in my area of California orders from GFO (aka Google), which is off Google. They Google the restaurant and click Order Online. Another thing is I don't get enough delivery orders now that Covid is not a big deal. I do get Walk-in orders, but Delivery Logic, the App company, will not let me markup Walk-in orders. How Delivery Logic can dictate how I can run my business is mind-blowing, but they can because you use their dispatch services and software and App. They can tell you what you can charge and who you can sign up on your website. This isn't fair I still get charged for it running through my business. After Google takes 10%, partnered restaurants take their percent; and Deliver Logic takes their percent, credit card companies that their percent. I might have 6% money to work with to pay bills. I had to pay a good driver stand-by to pay $150 a week for sitting around doing nothing to keep a driver in an area I was not close to myself to do the driving and to keep his App on. Now, I have it farmed out to Uber or Doordash and no longer have drivers because I couldn't afford to pay stand-by and the monthly bills. I don't have time to keep hiring drivers because I don't have but a few deliveries a night. Overhead is not taught in the training package. There are bills like mailboxes, licenses, Insurance, and Credit cards for office supplies and meals for eating at the restaurant you are hoping to get business to have a meeting, and paying me a little salary is a joke! I am afraid trying to get my $155k back will not happen unless I bust my butt for the next 20 years. I just ran my first full year with TTE, and my financial statement says $5,500 positive for 12 months. This is inaccurate because the darn report doesn't have overhead costs. So I have to use another Accounting software to do my accounting. It is more like negative $150k. I calculated it out, and you will need over 1000 restaurants to make $50K a year, but this doesn't count your overhead cost. Overhead Cost: Gas, any driver's bonus, mailbox, Insurance, license, accountant fees, and your salary. I busted my ass and only got 90 restaurants to put their faith in me. I won't give up because I might have to go to other rural areas that Doordash and Uber don't go to as much. It might take me 13 years to get 1000 restaurants, that is what I calculated, and make $65k and under 20 years to get my $150k back. My only problem is I have to be the darn driver or ask the family if they can help. It's tough when you need to make $$$ and a living, but you only get $400 a month to work with. How do you do this and a job? I am not satisfied at all with my investment. The competition is too great, and customers are too dumb to use the App and get free delivery. Thank God, or I have a bigger loss. The biggest problem is everyone has their hand out, taking my little 10% that I charge the restaurant and the 10% I charge the customer. I mean mainly the Delivery Logic and Google!

Don’t waste your money and time with…
Don’t waste your money and time with TTE. Their training and resources are archaic and are not up to par with current technology. The 8-weeks of training is not actual training. They give you one module per week to work on your own and will not let you advance to the following modules if you finish early. They insist on having your software training the week before your soft launch and expect you to know everything you need. Once you launch, you’ll look like a complete moron to your restaurant owners when you can’t answer their questions to issues or concerns about the DeliverLogic software they’ll be using. Apparently, I was their only client who has ever wanted to receive the software training well in advance and for me, I wanted it on day one. You’ll also rarely hear from them or get responses from emails or phone calls. Their continued support after you launch is you submitting a ticket for help and hoping they’ll respond in time. If you get a hold of anyone by phone, they’ll tell you they’ll look into your issue and never get back to you until you ask about it again. Or they’ll just tell you to submit a ticket for your issues. Their market research of your area is only done on the population size of your zip codes or on information that doesn’t help you succeed. Clients struggle when competitors such as Doordash, Ubereats, etc. are already in their market that they fail to tell you. They give you a budget of $2000 for advertising which is not nearly enough to get you started when your competitors spend millions to advertise in your area. Our local radio station alone costs about $450 per week to advertise with a 10 week commitment and other advertising companies charged well over $2k for any service. When you tell TTE you’re struggling and overwhelming stressed out, they will offer their help but turn around and ask you, “How can we help you?” and, “Tell us what you need help with?” Clients have no idea what they need help with when they’ve never owned a business themselves. It’s not that TTE won’t help, they don’t know how to help. They are not staffed with experts or experienced professionals who have owned businesses and know tax laws, accounting, or IRS requirements. They simply tell you to hire a lawyer and CPA, which for clients, are unaffordable since they’ve already paid TTE their life’s savings from 401Ks and retirement accounts (TTE’s lowest package is currently $54,500). They have no references to any potential or major issues you might encounter. They advise you to hire individual contractors for drivers but they give you hiring documents like an “employee handbook” which the IRS clearly states that if you refer to them as an employee and require them to be uniformed, they must be classified as W2 employees. Additionally, you will not receive all the materials in your contract unless you ask them about it. Had I not done an inventory before I launched, I would have never received my printers that were included in my package. Don't make the same mistake I made. I wasted $54,500, which was their regular package at the time.

This is not the first time Desiree Malek has sold this model. Buy nothing from her, she's a con-artist. She has sold this failing model under a different name before and closed it when the pressure got too much. The owner of the business does not even operate a delivery service herself. They are closing their doors AGAIN! The dispatch team is awful. Drivers have to go through hell with the dispatch team to get an order. This business does not work well. Sure you will make money...less than $10 after fighting with dispatch for an hour or two. What a waste of time and money. ALOT of Money gone. If you want to get into delivery, work directly with a dispatch team. Do not buy it through a business like Time to Eat. You will be throwing money away.

Great Opportunity If You're Willing to Work Hard
I started working with TIme To Eat a little over a year ago. I would not have been able to start my delivery business without them. Their team is responsive, helpful and professional. Starting a business is never easy, and my journey hasn't been easy. I didn't expect it to be. I feel too many people pay TTE their fee and think a business will magically grow with little or no effort on their own part. TTE gives you the tools and a roadmap, but you have to choose to use those tools and follow their path or do it your own way. Every market is different, and an entrepreneur needs to be flexible and able to make decisions that will work for their unique situation. One should not expect TTE to hold all the answers in their hands. I didn't follow everything TTE told me. I started down their path, and when I met with restaurant after restaurant, I learned their needs and started doing things differently to accommodate them. A business owner must be 100% accountable for their business. When I read reviews blaming TTE about their own failures, it is clear to me the real reason they fail is lack of accountability. Time to Eat points you in the right direction. You have to bust your butt to ensure you arrive at your destination. If you're not willing to work hard, don't sign up with TTE. Don't start your own business. Continue being an employee and procrastinating on someone else's dime.

My experience with Timetoeat has been great from the get go. It’s not a fraud it’s a real company and I have been to the main office for training myself. The staff is great and my business is doing better than I expected. I had my investment back in less than a year which is incredibly fast for those who know how real business works. I see a bunch of negative reviews pop up all within a week after years of positive customers. That looks more like a fishy campaign than a true reflection on Timetoeat

Buyer beware!
We started researching Time to Eat in May 2021. We checked reviews on the BBB. We watched all of TTE’s videos online and we were sold on the “Workplace Lunch Delivery.” After TTE was featured with Montel Williams on The Balancing Act, that sealed the deal for us. Little did we know, anyone can pay to be featured on The Balancing Act. We spoke with the financial companies that work with TTE clients and we were told that we would have no problem paying the loan back within the first year. This ended up not being the case. When we were eventually able to get financing on our own and start the training process, we had modules missing and there were not any modules on the “Workplace Lunch Delivery” at all. We were told “Workplace Lunch Delivery” was something that they do not recommend anymore. This was after we had already paid IN FULL and invested our time. After a few weeks of training, some of our supplies started trickling in. We were highly disappointed in the boxes that we opened. The tablet stands were cheaply made and embarrassing to take into our partnered restaurants. The candy jars, stickers that did not fit on the jars, and expired candy we received, was subpar to our expectations. Our brand colors are charcoal gray with silver lettering. The hats that we received were black with white lettering. The uniform shirts were the cheapest shirts possible and were not available in the size that we needed. As for the “design team,” everything was cookie cutter designed and looked just like all the other RDS’s from TTE. We were told that we would be able to customize our logo however, this was not the case. We wanted our font to match TTE Delivery’s branding. We were told this wasn’t possible and that we could not add anything else to the design. All of our marketing materials included a “launch” code for free delivery that made all of our marketing material unusable. The training for hiring drivers was poor and a waste of time. We did not get a business plan or handbook during the training process. TTE has very little knowledge of the restaurant delivery service and hospitality industry. Whenever a question was asked, we were met with “that’s a great question, let me ask the team and get back with you.” This sounds great in theory but we often did not receive answers to those questions. There was absolutely no training on finances at all. When setting up tablets for restaurants, TTE knew from previous clients that fake emails do not work, but continues to train new clients to use fake emails for software use which hinders business. The ads for Facebook were purchased for an area that was 30+ miles away from where were starting up and this was a waste of money. When the sales person came, we were told that we would have to pick and choose which restaurants we wanted because we would have more than 20 partnered restaurants to start with. This was not the case. In fact, we still do not have 20 and we are at our 7 month mark. We were told that if a restaurant refused to work with us, they could be added to GFO (Google Food Ordering). This is not ethical for good business practices. The sales person was unprofessional. He pushed his son’s graphic design services on us after we declined. He also got us thrown out of a restaurant from being too aggressive. While he was here, he engaged in several unsolicited conversations about weight loss. We were told that the app for our customers would be available in 4-5 weeks after our launch date. In reality, it was actually 3 months after we launched. We were told that by week 5 of training, we should free up our schedule or take several weeks off of work. At the time, we had a successful trucking company for almost 3 years. We communicated with TTE about the timeline of training and launching. We were very clear about the importance of following our timeline before the trucking company was dissolved. At first, we were bullied to start sooner than our projected launch date then because of the high demand of other clients starting at the same time, we were manipulated into starting later and told that it was unknown when we would launch, which was false. In short, we had a successful business. We took a step of faith and wanted to serve our community. We were taken advantage of and given poor tools and training. We were unaware of the extreme learning curve and due to this, we are unsure if financially we are going to be able to continue in this industry. The toll that this has taken on our marriage and our mental health has taken us to new lows. Buyer beware! Do not let them manipulate you. I came across Time To Eat searching for a business I could start that would help others myself and my community , I don't have a dime to lose so I did my research and found Time To Eat to be a reputable company! So I got my cash together and here I am on this new journey in life and I just want to say" Thank You Time To Eat Delivery for amazing service and your knowledgeable staff that I now call family I have learned so much from the training modules and the zoom training meetings and I am eternally grateful for the keys you have given me to run a successful delivery business. Hidden Charges Galore From These Scammers
This company knows how to scam people. I book a car with them for 10 days over the Christmas period and paid additional insurance cover through RentalCover.com. When I went to collect the car from Malta airport I was told that I would have to pay additional insurance of é127.56, damage excess of é140 a delivery & collection fee of é35 and a location fee of é10 plus a deposit of é400. Considering I had to go and pick up the car and drop it back off at the car park, I don't know how they could charge a delivery and collection fee as they didn't deliver the car or collected it from me. The additional insurance was a scam as I had already paid for this when booking the car initially. I wasn't surprised when I met another couple at the airport who told me that they had the same unfortunate experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's a pity Trustpilot do not allow zero stars.

Incredibly bad experience
Incredibly bad experience. We had an accident, luckily no one was hurt. The whole communication since then was a terrible disaster. For months they refused to give me any information about the case resolution, didnt give me any final invoice, used swearing language, saying things like "How can I remember all the customers who had accident with our cars :`(", they were lying about GDPR (saying they can't give me the name of the insurance company because of GDPR), accusing me that I know that the same as they do, making all kinds of excusses that didnt even make sense and trying to make me feel guilty as much possible, so that I would feel intimidated and stopped. After months they completely forgot about it and didnt care at all. Finally I made them to write an email to an insurance company, which simply replied with their statement (if it was the real insurance company at all, because they never give anything to check their claims). All it took was one email. Then they finally sent an invoice, claiming they already sent it, but they dont know when they sent it..., because they "have too much work". Only obstacles in an already stressfull situation. EDIT: Based on the reply to this review, I contacted rentacarmalta.eu. Weeks later, they are still not able to send me invoices from the repairs to support the whole excess deduction.

Much like CY’s experience below, I would highly advise anyone from the UK (or outside the EU) not to purchase from this awful brand. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I buy from a lot of online brands. Completely and utterly shocked. It took them 20 days to communicate with me that the reason my order was taking so long (instead of the promise 3-5 day shipping) that it was because of custom fees (£29.50 for a £78 order total). I’ve purchased from many brands outside of the EU and have always received support should anything go wrong, and have never experienced such fees.

Refuse to refund
It’s been almost 2 months since I requested to cancel and refund my order but they are just not refunding the order instead they ask me to pay additional custom charge for a delivery being returned to them. I cancelled my order right after I placed it as the size was wrong and they said they can’t change size so I have to return parcel and place a new order. Therefore I didn’t accept parcel delivery so the parcel would be returned back to sender but they still ask me to pay for additional duty charge and refuse to refund me for the order I never received. Even now I haven’t heard from them regarding a solution. Really bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend to any UK customers.

Big mistake, AI generated or heavily photoshoped images with paid actors or AI ran messaging system. If you have already signed up, quit and save your money. The site is not a scam but a rip off. It is like sitting in a cab and the meter is runnung and you don`t know when the ride stops. There are exceptionally beautiful women on the site that makes the heart of every man beat faster. But the women are NOT interested in having a relationship with you but only want to chat and you will pay and pay and pay. And not only for chatting, but for every picture, letter or video. Initially, I was charged 10 credits for 2 minute of chatting. Then all of a sudden it was 200 credits for one minute without notice. If you ask any lady to switch to WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, email or any other channel for communication, they will tell us that they will feel "safer" on this site, meaning that they want to continue to milk you. The communication follows always the same pattern. The send you an icebreaker and you respond, they do not talk much about themselves but send you question after question anly for you to talk more and burn credits. The next step is that they send you nude pictures talk about sex and may even send you a respective video. But they will never meet with you. As a test, I send a message to more than a dozen women from the same city, telling them that I will visit their town in a few week and stay at this hotel and would like to have dinner with them at a specific restaurant. Once again, I received any excuse you can imagine why it can`t happen. If you want to look at pictures of pretty women, stay on, if you except a relationship with any of the women, run.

Email list does not work. High Bounce Rate
Purchased the Singapore Email list from them since they promised that there will be 180,000 emails in the file, and promised a 90% valid data. When first received the file, the number of emails wasn't right. Decided to go ahead with using the list since it wasn't a big issue. However, after only using 600 emails from the list, I was informed by my email database provider that my account was suspended due to high number of negative metrics. The bounce rate was so high that eventually my account was suspended. Contacted them for refund but yet no news from them till now (last contacted them on 17 August). I am still waiting for your reply for the refunds.

Scam alert
Scam alert! These guys are purely scammers. Even on CASH ON DELIVERY they will ask you to pay 15% advance for booking and shipment. Pure scammers later they will claim some nonsense happened in the shipment and delay the orders for months. They don’t have normal calling number all they have is WhatsApp and Purely fraud.

Company took my payment knowing there was no item to sell as it is also showing on Amazon, not available. Had an email saying they have cancelled my order! However I am still waiting for my payment which has not yet been refunded! My payment should have been refunded straight away!

Excellent choice made going to Mark. We had a bad kitchen fit 8 yrs aho so we were cautious about choosing again. From design ideas to fitting I can’t fault the service and the various tradespeople who were involved. Very competitive and prices all up front with nothing hidden. All trades paid directly by me which made things simple. An excellent company with a personal to touch.

Try before you buy!
I have to admit, I was a little sceptical after reading reviews about Riverside! We had however, been recommended by two of our neighbours so thought we would at least visit and get a feel for the place, and I am so glad that we did!! From our initial showroom visit with Margaret who helped us choose styles and colours, to Mark bringing our ideas together with the design process creating a visual on his computer, to Lauren in the office who was only too happy to help with any queries that we had. 7 Weeks later works began with Alex removing the existing Kitchen and plastering in-between the Electrician doing his bit, two days later once the plaster was dry the Kitchen was delivered. Ryan the Kitchen fitter arrived and began working straight away barely stopping for the duration of his stay and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Prestige Granite completing the transformation by installing our bright white quartz worktops! One hiccup - Our cutlery tray was nowhere to be seen, one phone call to the office & two days later it was delivered to us by a gentleman on his way home! I do wonder how many of the reviews on this page are actually genuine, we couldn't fault this company! And if you are still unsure, ask them to view our Kitchen, you would be more than welcome.

Fantastic experience with Riverside. Mark designed our kitchen and after my husband had confirmed our build we went from there. Kitchen was fitted over Easter period and nothing was too much trouble. Ryan installed our kitchen and was clean, punctual and his eye to detail is second to none. Thanks so much Riverside, could not recommend enough.

Please Please Avoid.
Avoid. Left my elderly parents with doors that have come off in a brand new kitchen. Absolutely disgusted. 2 months and still waiting. People please don't use them. All they will do is sell. Everything is then contracted out. When things go wrong it's everybody else's fault. Lies lies lies. Update. They finally sent someone out to fix the door. Took months but better late then never. Even so I would still not recommend. There were many snags with the kitchen that should not have happened in the first place.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Poor quality materials extremely bad installation and zero appliance supplied, even though purchased as part of the deal. Had to call and pay for a professional kitchen supplier and installer to rectify all the issues, left by these people. Kick boards loose, bad water leak under the kitchen sink, need I go on?

Mark will give you the Supermarket price plus £200 for a couple of meals. Sales pitch. That is included in your price. Tony will measure up then let you down on agreed dates. Wrong appliances will be delivered but everybody will blame each other. Phone calls are never answered. John will promise to come and snag your kitchen but that never happens. They lie at the drop of a hat. There is an old saying. "Buyer beware". If heartache is what you are after this is the place for you.

Poor quality units, kitchen fitting absolutely awful
Our experience with Riverside Kitchens was a nightmare from start to finish. The design looked great. However, in reality the products are very poor quality, the fitting absolutely awful and the customer service dreadful. They lie constantly - make promises and don't deliver. We have a very expensive kitchen that we will need to replace. The fitting is just awful - the units aren't lined up properly, the doors aren't fitted correctly, the cuts are poor - an absolutely amateur job. The only positive is the Granite that was supplied by Prestige Granite. Don't waste your time, money and energy on this company.

Don't go there.
My wife was recommended Northwich Kitchens by a lady she cleans for in a flat in Winnington. So we rang them and John promptly came round, Measured up and gave us a price.Tony from the company came round a week later to confirm measurments e.t.c. He said some measurments were wrong and John thought we were using our old oven and microwave into our new kitchen,How stupid was that ! When the plasterer came he was very arragant as he thought he was only going to skim the kitchen and not the dining area also.The electrician Aggy was fantastic also the plumber and the fitter Rob was outstanding and the Granite people were faultless.The fault with the company lies with the people in charge John and Tony who dont communicate with each other when we had to ring and visit the showroom on numerous occasions to finish the job properly by boxing in some pipework which should have been done by the plasterer. We are still waiting for someone to put an air vent in one of the kickboards for the hob. Overall we would recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to shop around first and read reviews.

Riverside fitted my kitchen and my granddaughters weeks apart. It was only after a few weeks we realised units wasnt finished properly units hadn't been sealed. Kick boards left loose Plug left live and covered up. Wouldn't give them any business They are a waste of time. Stay clear.

Threatened to be dragged out
After purchasing some units for an extension that was built they sent the incorrect doors. After nearly two months of promises that I would get a resolution or even a call back I recieved neither. I spoke to Mark in Warrington and told him I would come to the showroom and perhaps then I could get some resolution to my issue. I was told that I would be "dragged out" if I arrived. As a customer who has the incorrect doors which is Riversides fault, who has not had a single call back and has wiated for over two months I feel entitled to be frustrated. The considered repsonse from Riverside is to threaten you with physical violence. If you buy from them and everything goes well you're lucky. God fobid something goes wrong because you'll get little or no follow up or remediation and if you're really angry you're likely to get threatened. I do not reccomend that you use this company unless you feel lucky.

Four Froghopping competitions closed in December 2022: "Win A London Barbican Apartment" on 10/12/2022, "Win A Home In Airdrie" on 19/12/2022, "Christmas Cash Box" competition on 23/12/2022, and "Jubilee Bonus Competition" on 31/12/2022. As of 19/01/2023, still no winner for any of these competitions announced on their "News, Reviews & Winners" page. In addition, a "DIY Tool Stash" competition was due to close 02/05/2023, but has now vanished from their open competitions page without explanation or announced winner.

Dont advertise your house!! …
I listed my property with froghopping.com and they said on the phone call i would get above and beyond my selling price. Well let me tell you this, it actually sold 253 tickets at £1, minus there fees the winner was due £202 and i was due 1%. That means i get £2.02 the company is a total joke. I looked on all there social media sites and not once was my property listed on them. So im not going to rant on too much, but all i will say is avoid this company at all costs, they big it up on the phone but dont follow through with there advertising. Fly by night company 🤣

This is a total waste of time and money. Look at their twitter account (20 followers??). None of their property giveaways come anywhere near. There’s no reporting on how many entrants or their costs. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I even emailed them to ask about a competition and just got a blunt response. Give your £1 to anything but these people. It stinks Ok so since posting this the company Froghopping posted the following reply. This is in complete breach of privacy rules. I hope they remove this message in which they copy and paste a private email message. Kinda shows you that this company has no legal knowledge or competence. Please remove my private email message.

Nobody ever wins the big prizes
I agree with the other customers who purchased tickets. Froghopping seem to have all these fantastic prizes listed on the website, but nobody ever seems to win the top prizes. I would stay clear from this company and make purchases from more reputable companies like Omaze or tramway path who have actually given away properties.

"Win Your Dream Home!" "With FrogHopping a home can be yours for just £20! No Deposit. No Mortgage." That's from the Froghopping website: it's still up there on their front page. Sounds great, right? Unfortunately, the hype doesn't match the reality. Over the course of 2021, the company listed seven properties as prizes on their website, ranging in value from £200k to over £1mil. Accompanied by snazzy video tours, it looked like a great product. Now, however, all seven property competitions have concluded. Nobody who entered a Froghopping competition has won a dream home. Instead, they won paltry cash prizes of £4406.34, £1225.83, £1007.22, £1661.06, £729.23, £303.92, and £1135.78. That may be enough to pay a few months rent; it comes nowhere close to the value of the houses they hoped to win. Given this 100% failure rate, I'd recommend people avoid Froghopping. The money people spent entering the competitions turned out to not be justified by the small value of the prizes that ended up being awarded. There are better value competitions out there- choose them over Froghopping.

Might as well shut down the company They're abysmal. They pretend to offer houses of £500k+ but when the draw happens they only award £1.2k cash prize after taking their fees off. The best thing FrogHopping can do for Christmas is buy a striking off notice at Companies House and shut the place down.

Started well but....
I suggest you watch the draw of their first house competition! A comedy act! And yet their videos are excellent and so professional... And I also bought a ticket at 20 pounds being reduced now to 1 pound so I am expecting 19 other tickets! Only fair! I asked them for another 19 tickets, they refused!

Outrageous transport costs
I purchased one print and one painting, for a total of 10,300 DKK (Eur 1,380). The transport charges were an additional 8,925 DKK (Eur 1,200). It is said that you can arrange your own transport, but in practice that is impossible. By any standard, this is an outrageously high price, negotiated by the auction house, at the huge expense of ordinary clients. Never again.

Hun bedømte ringen til 4-6.000, men da jeg havde certifikat med, måtte hun pludselig hæve prisen markant! Så vendte hun ryggen til og gik! Er det firmaets politik?
