Completely ripped off! Placed order, requested PayPal for transaction, they gave me Patrick Osiemo as my PayPal contact to send to, as a gift, so I paid the transaction fees. They said they shipped it, it never showed, they said had to pay delivery insurance deposit.... I had already paid for the whole order! They would never tell me even after 5 requests the amount to be paid or who to. Never got order, never got refund, got apology, contact said all this took place while they were our....but never any action, and no return communication since. Blocked it seems. I'm a vet, I'm used to false hopes and empty promises.

Absolutely unreliable company
Absolutely unreliable company, definitely a scam. We ordered an outdoor run for my son’s tortoises nearly 2 months ago, paid in full and are receiving excuses why it cannot be delivered till today. No refund received of course. Stay away from this company!

Absolutely amazing company!!!
Absolutely amazing company and really great prices! Ordered a grow your own tortoise food, flower mix and cuttlefish bone. All came packaged really well and once it was dispatched it arrived the morning after! Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service Having had dealings with the tortoise shop today i would agree with the previous persons review. The customer service was arrogant, unprofessional and rude. We were critisised for taking 3 weeks to return an item which was faulty. In these times of Covid 19 things are difficult to be able to post and to be accused of using the item was wrong. The person we dealt with said she didn't remember the phone call we made to inform them of the problem but then told me what she had said on the phone !! They were very condescending and not at all bothered if we did not order from them again. This pandemic is bringing out the worst and the best in people and it is certainly the worst as far as this company is concerned. We will not use them again and i would urge anyone needing any sort of guarantee not to.

DomainNameAPI was a disaster for me. I was shocked to find out that, without my authorization, my domain was linked to different nameservers and redirected to someone elses site. This sort of negligence raises serious issues and shows the absence of adequate security measures. It is astounding that such modifications can be made without the domain holder’s consent or prior notice. Anyone wanting dependability in the domain management area should steer clear of them. They are to be avoided!

Terrible experience with this domain registrar. My domain was compromised and started redirecting to a suspicious external site. It’s shocking how weak their security is. I reached out for support, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I trusted this company to protect my domain, and they completely failed. The worst domain reseller ever, they will simply hold your domains WHITHOUT GIVING ANY NOTICE to the customer or the reseller. Their support is very arrogant as well and no resolution system for domains. They will simply just suspend a domain whenever they want. And when we report the issue, they always send a robotic reply and never understand what's the customer is saying. Your domains aren't safe here. stay away from this provider.

Whitmoore Custom Homes Temporarily Shutdown
I am a customer of Whitmoore Custom Homes. The company has been temporarily shutdown. The owner removed the name WHITMOORE from this site and other sites to try to hide from all of the negative reviews and collection agencies. Their business listing and web site have been taken down. Their office in Garland, Texas is closed but they still have properties on Caprock in Sunnyvale, Texas under construction. Their job sites are dirty and the wind blows their trash everywhere. The quality is well below average and they do not install any landscaping even though you paid for it. Over a year later and I am still dealing with costly air conditioning problems.

I'm losing my patience with this house
I'm losing my patience with this house. It's been nothing but one big headache. Problem after problem. I'm so stressed out. I can tell you that Whitmoore Custom Homes builds a very low quality and problem prone house. Plumbing problems like 2 different water leaks and weekly clogged drains. The walls are suffering from something called nail pops. That's when the house wasn't built right and the nails holding the dry wall on start working their way through the dry wall or out of it. I'm pretty sure all of the windows need to be replaced. they don't open and close with ease and you can feel a huge temperature difference when near them. The house is pretty much brand new. Do your research and ask for references. You will learn a lot from an an online search about this business.

Oh my. Their website is not fooling anyone. Its covered with pictures of homes they did not build. my friend had a McMansion built by Whitmoore Custom Homes. Wow, what a mistake that turned out to be. 2 years later the house still is not finished. Imagine waiting 2 years on a builder when he promised less than 1? That schedule screwed my friend on the mortgage. Interest rates are back up. Whitmoore Custom Homes is doing their best to trick him into signing off that the house is finished but its still not. Every unfinished or incorrectly done item is a fight with this obnoxious company. Don’t be naive. Check his references and inspect his past work. Ask him to take you to the houses pictured on the site. He will probably never call you back or change the pictures. Its builders like this that give all contractors a bad rep.

Would not recommend this company at all. Had a bike from them and had nothing but issues. The shop would not accept responsibility or repair the bike despite it being under warranty. The quality is not worth the money spent. The bikes are cheap and imported. Seems like I’m not the only person that has had issues after reading other reviews. Take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic deal on Lexmoto SRT125
Enquiry call on Wednesday (Ryan), picked up my Lexmoto SRT125 Saturday, the staff were pleasant, professional and efficient, pleased with a great deal and will use again, my only minor niggle is the email paperwork isn't clear on the payment procedure and their accont/sort code was tiny (perhaps because it was a phone screen) I wasn't contacted to confirm collection (I had to call them late Friday) as it was an hour and 30mins journey to collect No big issue but these things can improve the perception of a business, I'm puzzled by the 1 star reviews here, I suspect youthful impetulace and attitude may be a common factor due to the nature of the markets footfall My visiting impression was a successful business struggling to keep up with demand which is understandable, good luck Speedway Motorcycles

Ordered some barbells. Whilst the order was "processed" quite efficiently there has been no further comms and obviously nothing delivered. Phone numbers do not connect and no response from emails yet the website is still working fine ! Company name on Credit card bill does not match the website at all. I have started proceedings with credit card company to recover the money. this is either a SCAM or they are useless and should not be trusted anyway.

Kinder nicht erwünscht
Wir waren im GigaSport in Innsbruck. Dort gibt es eine Rutsche für Kinder, meine beiden Mädls sind mit der Rolltreppe hoch und wieder runter gerutscht, dabei haben sie gelacht (verständlich) es kam SOFORT eine Angestellte und hat mich gebeten meine Kinder unter Kontrolle zu bringen, da wir uns hier in einem Geschäft befinden und nicht auf einem Spielplatz, wir würden andere Kunden stören und vertreiben. Wtf? Die Mädls haben einfach nur gelacht, weil ihnen die Rutschpartie gefallen hat. Warum stellt ihr euch eine Rutsche in den Laden, wenn ihr Kinder scheinbar nicht dort haben wollt? Hatten uns mit Ski, Skischuhen und Skianzügen ausgestattet, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, dank dieser Verkäuferin haben wir dann alles beim Eybl (Okay) gekauft.

Online Bestellung Fahrrad
Wir haben im Online Shop ein Fahrrad bestellt und sind äußerst zufrieden. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Für die immense Ersparnis warten wir liebend gern 3 Wochen. (Günstiger hätten wir es gebraucht nicht bekommen können.) Wir finden 3 Wochen absolut angemessen, wenn man bedenkt das es aus Österreich kommt. Nur leider sind alle zu sehr verwöhnt und wollen alles sofort haben und geben dafür eine schlechte Bewertung. Das ist für uns einfach unverständlich. Das Fahrrad ist wirklich top, wurde ohne Mängel und Beschädigungen geliefert. Es war so gut wie fahrbereit, lediglich die Pedalen mussten montiert und der Lenker gerichtet werden. Das Fahrrad ist ein echtes Träumchen. Wir empfehlen jedem Gigasport👍👍👍 und würden gern noch viel mehr Sterne vergeben.

Do not give them your data. They keep sending me emails years after I’ve told them repeatedly I no longer work in that sector or live in the area. When I emailed them politely to remove me from their mailing list (they don’t have an unsubscribe option) they emailed me back saying they simply won’t do that. It’s simply not worth the hassle.

This program is SO counter intuitive! You spend most of your time trying to figure out why you are getting error messages than actually creating. It cant communicate with it's own sister programs that come in the same bundle which is insane because all of the most basic tools are singularly spread out between them. This program sucks! HARD! Terrible experience with Japanese Taste. I ordered beauty products from them to China, and they shipped the package but only to customs. After that, they told me to contact customs myself to resolve an issue. It turns out that China rejects all cosmetics from Japan, something they should have known before accepting my order. When I asked why they allowed the purchase in the first place, they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no support, and no refund. Extremely unprofessional service—avoid if you expect any kind of customer support or accountability!

They do mention the customs fee in the small letter, but you have to pay €20 extra for the customs handling (this money does NOT go to the customs) which they do not mention at all.

I’m located in the USA and paid for express shipping. I did not get a customs fee at the time of writing this and I am still waiting on my package. I ordered a bunch of snacks a little over $100 worth on February 1st and it was cleared through customs and in the States by today, February 5th. I will edit my review if the package takes too long to get here or if the items I ordered are expired, but otherwise I’m extremely excited to have some snacks!

After having to find somewhere so late in June for our August two week Summer holiday, I found Marbella Luxury Homes who helped me from start to finish find a property that matched our needs. They were very easy to deal in the build up, were always on the end of the phone and were responsive to my emails. Once arriving in Spain, Natasja met us at the apartment to greet us at the apartment and made sure everything was ok. The apartment was amazing. Exactly what was advertised and was perfectly clean and ready for us. Throughout our stay for any questions we were able to get in contact quickly and easily using what's app. I would highly recommend Marbella Luxury Homes as an easy going way to make sure you get what you are looking to book a holiday in the Costa del Sol. Hassle Free, Amazing Apartment & Fantastic Service. Will for sure be using them to book our holiday again.

Unhelpful, unsympathetic and generally bad at their job
I'm not going to lie, I don't leave bad reviews often. I'm ever the optimist and see a silver lining to everything. I also believe a good review, when deserved, goes a long way, so I'm more likely to give 5 stars or just not review at all. But, marbella luxury homes really deserves this single star. Weve just returned from an 8 day, £2000 stay in a property they manage, and the experience was really stressful and more than underwhelming to be fair. Now, the property was not ready to receive guests, especially not paying guests, and especially not at the price bracket we were in. This is and isn't the agency's fault as they should know their property's before representing them, look after the properties they do sign up with and then deal with any problems that arise efficiently. Sorting a problem, especially if it takes half the holiday to resolve, doesn't mean you did your job and we are happy as paying guests. It means you did your job which should have been done when we arrived and because of this, we are seriously put out and Infact, furious. Our first holiday in years due to covid was totally ruined. I've never paid for a meal in a restaurant for them to serve it frozen, or been happy finding a hole in my new designer shirt. Both of these things would be expected to be refunded or replaced. Marbella luxury homes thinks that 4 days out of 8 with no pool (the one thing we rented the property for) means a 10% refund on the property price. Ridiculous. They need to sort out their priorities. I don't want to go on so I'll just finish this review with a list of the stuff we arrived to: the pool was unusable for half the trip (green with a severe leak), the electrics to the house left everything flickering the whole holiday, the house was barely cleaned with broken glass and even toe nails scattered around the property, the washing machine was rancid, as was the dishwasher, the sun loungers were all broken with no cushions and the kitchen sink was blocked. (We had to use a toilet plunger every time we used it). Please do think twice about using this agency and be careful, they look after properties in the area (marbella) that are listed on Airbnb.

Terrible experience, rented a property with pool to find out that we couldn’t use the pool for half the time we were there and the agency, specially Julia and Sonia at the Alhaurin El Grande offices, were not helpfull at all, we had our holidays ruined completely. Sent a form online to request van hire. Guy who originally called me back was very helpful. However I was in the gym and unable to pay. He asked me to call back. When I spoke to them the next day, the person I spoke to was obnoxious, rude and condescending. If he had shut his mouth for 30 seconds and allowed me to explain my request he wouldn’t have been so “confused” Absolute gasbag! Avoid!!!

Ik heb bij deze oplichters een tv gekocht van €2200 maar na maanden werd de tv nog steeds niet geleverd. Blijkt dat deze zaak ineens constant gesloten is en niet reageren op e mails en hun telefoon nummer bestaat niet meer maar mijn €2200 krijg ik niet terug. Ik heb beslag laten leggen op alles wat zij nog hebben. Mijn advies is KOOP NOOIT IETS BIJ DEZE WINKEL.

Op 28 oktober een bestelling geplaatst, op 29 oktober betaald en daar geen bevestiging van gekregen. Later heb ik de order geannuleerd omdat er ook via de telefoon geen contact mogelijk bleek en ik dit verdacht vond. Heb ze gevraagd mijn betaling per ommegaande terug te storten. Helaas niets meer vernomen, er wordt simpelweg nergens op gereageerd. Vandaag aangifte gedaan bij de politie. De enige reactie van het bedrijf is een automatische orderbevestiging.

Besteld op 25 augustus. 2024 plasma tv. Bevestiging gekregen daarna niets meer gehoord. Na diverse mails uiteindelijk aangifte gedaan bij politie. Toen heel snel op 22 oktober geld teruggestort. Advies niet bij bestellen hoop gedoe en ergenis.

Een LG tv via Hofma
Een LG. Tv besteld via de webshop op 13 september. Na betaling keurig een ontvangst bevestiging per mail ontvangen. Op de website stond duidelijk vermeld dat de winkel tot 12 september gesloten was om bepaalde redenen dus ik heb het even afgewacht. Na een week vroeg ik naar de status. Hier kwam geen reactie op. Een paar dagen later heb ik de bestelling per mail geannuleerd en verwezen naar het herroepingsrecht. Hier werd enkele dagen later netjes op gereageerd dat het in orde gemaakt zou worden. Gisteren heb ik mijn geld retour ontvangen met een excuus mail van de winkel. Hoeveel jammer dat de tv niet is geleverd netjes afgehandeld. Tip voor de winkel is duidelijker communiceren en aangeven op welke termijn klanten iets kunnen verwachten. En zorg dat je webwinkel producten aanbiedt die je kunt leveren. Ik heb begrepen dat de winkel volgende week weer fysiek open gaat. Succes met de heropening.

OLED55C46LA gekocht bij firma Hofma. Besteld op 3 september 2024. Sindsdien is er radiostilte. Ik krijg geen antwoord op mailtjes en telefoontjes. Ik zag via de website dat ze dicht waren tot en met 12 september ivm ziekte/vakantie. Dat is inmiddels 7 dagen geleden en had wel een update verwacht… Nu rechtsbijstand en de creditcardmaatschappij op de hoogte gebracht. Update: Geld teruggekregen.

I have £90 'bonus cash' from very little work, and a lottery syndicate seems like an overall good idea however it is extremely unclear how you actually get to the point of being able to cash anything out? I think winnings somehow get applied to your account if the syndicate wins anything but this is very unclear how it works in practice - do all members receive a share or is it something to do with daily draw? Really not sure. It seems like it would be more worth my time checking my account balance once a month (or less) to see whether any money has magically been applied to my cash out pot? As the bonus system works right now I'm seeing little point in checking the daily draws so diligently...

Delighted with the service!
I have read a lot of negative reviews about the Used Kitchen Company on this site, unfortunately I read the reviews after ordering the kitchen so was very worried. I have just had the kitchen delivered today which was a relief so I can now tell you of my own experience. The web site was very informative and when I phone to enquire about the kitchen I wanted the staff were helpful and knowledgable. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and on the day of delivery I had three phone calls to update me with progress. When it arrived it was well wrapped and packed onto two vans. It was a three man team who were really hard working good lads, very polite and very professional with the way they worked. They talked me through all the parts of the kitchen as it came off the wagon. We bought the lads a fish and chip dinner to thank them for their hard work and sat on the tail lift of the wagon chatting about the job. Overall I genuinely could not be more satisfied. I bought a lovely kitchen, marble tops and a range of Miele appliances for a very reasonable price and the service was excellent. I will definitely buy from them again.

My kitchen was never delivered and they refused to help! Said it was "out of their hands". TUKC RESPONSE: No. Not the wrong company at all. Your response is unbelievably patronising. I can help jog your memory. Jonathan was meant to come and dismantle then deliver the kitchen but had apparently gone missing. Never receieved my kitchen. I saw you again at the homebuilding show. My last name is Jackson. My mother's name is Corinne and we spent what little money we had post COVID/ losing our job on the kitchen for it all to go wrong and money to be stolen from us.

Sorry I don’t agree with the reviews below. ( They mainly look to be caused by the companies organised to dismantle the kitchens?). I’ve had a really positive experience. Great customer service and really professional. Cannot recommend them enough. I was a seller and the buyer we had, has used them lots, and also highly recommended them. This company is a complete joke... Don't waste your time with them. I was looking to sell my kitchen and contacted these people to give me an estimated value. They advertise on their website that they can sell any kitchen if the kitchen is in good condition. When I rang them, they said that if I can share some pictures of my kitchen and then they can provide me with an estimated value. I didn't have the pictures taken already and the kitchen was already dismantled from its place, so I really struggled and spent time to find some good pictures which I can share with them. Finally, I gathered some good pictures and share those with them. The next day I received a reply from them saying "Unfortunately, your kitchen is a bit too old for our website and we would struggle to find a buyer. I would recommend listing your kitchen on EBay or Gumtree as you may have more luck there." Seriously, if I have a new kitchen, why would I sell it in the first place? A kitchen is not something that you change every 2 years right imo. Though there could be some crazy people in this world who would do that. Are they meant to sell a new kitchen, if yes then why their company name is "THE USED KITCHEN COMPANY"? So should I go to the market, buy a new kitchen and give it to them to sell because I bought it so that this company can run their business? Complete waste of time, don't go near them unless you have a brand new kitchen to sell

The most unprofessional customer service and lack of accountability that we have ever experienced.
In February 2022 we bought a nearly new kitchen from these people. We were given details of their recommended partner to dismantle and deliver the kitchens that they sell. For context, we are in Hampshire and the kitchen was coming from Cheshire. The delivery went to plan until I came home from work that evening, and we were able to check off the items delivered against those listed and sold by the Used Kitchen Company. We were missing a double base unit, both the dishwasher housings, the undercounter fridge housing and the Siemens Extractor fan. We contacted Looeeze at the Used Kitchen Company to notify her of the missing items, but she was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional: 1. Looeeze blamed us for not understanding descriptions when they are the “experts” and as a consumer you rely on expert advice. They had listed “housings” for several items which it turns out were only doors to cover the front of the item. Yet other items listed as “housings” were actual base units that the ovens and fridges sit inside. She hid behind the description stating that the list came from the owner of the kitchen and because she is in London and the kitchen was in Cheshire, she couldn’t possibly check the list for accuracy. Sadly, she was happy to take our money for things that she could not supply us! 2. Looeeze never answered a direct question. Throughout a protracted period and a vast number of phone calls and emails, she repeated the same irrelevant answers and always evaded blame and responsibility again hiding behind unfair and inscrutable Terms & Conditions. 3. We asked for a partial refund or even a payment as a gesture of goodwill for the items that were missing but this was met with derision. Not the way to do business! 3. The Used Kitchen Company recommended a company (Designer Dismantles) who did not deliver on their many promises and tarnished both companies’ names and reputations. Both companies lied repeatedly, and we never received the missing items. Apparently, they can do this because it’s in the T&Cs that it is acceptable for the client not to receive what they’ve paid for! Don’t go anywhere near either of them.

Damage caused, no accountability and aggressive
My oven was cleaned via this company about two months ago, Marius cleaned my oven to a reasonable standard but also wiped over my backsplash and the extractor fan (I had not asked for this). Both were left with drip stains that were very visible. I assumed they would wipe clean but after a month, they were still visible. After three chasing emails to Warren and two phone calls, he became very aggressive and intimidating. He refused to let me know which products had been used or how I could remove the drip stains. It has been a very upsetting and unpleasant experience. I confirm this is my first review for Premier Ovens. Warren’s libellous response to my awful client experience is another example of their aggressive and unprofessional service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid. Very poor clean and service.
Had an oven clean on 18/4/23. Really poor job. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would as this actually ended up causing me more work in the end and was not clean. I have cancer and had to arrange the appointment around a major operation I was having. They quoted, we sorted a date and it wasn’t changed, they called the day before to change the time but then called back to change to the original time. But at that point it seemed all good. We had a friendly and nice rapport and I was pleased I’d found someone to do the oven at short notice as my mum was going to be looking after my son at my house when I was in hospital. However the end result unfortunately was Bad smears on the glass inside and out and we had to have it taken apart later to be put right. When we open it up it was filthy still and you could see how little effort had been made. The oven was not horrendously dirty to start with and was installed with the kitchen around 9 years ago, so not very old but not brand new. I have photos of how smeary the glass was after the clean and I sent them to Premier ovens but they didn’t comment about it. Before the cleaner came I was called to say he was profoundly deaf, which was absolutely fine as I couldn’t see how this would effect the job. I was told he could lip read perfectly and so I made sure I stood in front of him and spoke clearly. I was also told he had a hearing device on his phone which meant the managers could communicate with him. All sounded fine to me. He called upstairs a few times to get me and We understood each other perfectly plus he was a really friendly guy. My issue is not with him personally but thar the job was not done well. The manager Warren called at the end of the clean to take payment and asked me if I was happy and I said it was very smeary and not clean. I also said to Ollie (the cleaner) that it was very smeary and I wiped my finger through it to show him. But he didn’t say or do anything. I went to get a microfibre cloth and as I was on the phone to Warren, I was also cleaning the front glass of the cooker. Ollie just stood and watched me. Warren just said that Ollie was normally very good but didn’t ask him to do the job better. There was mess, dust and dirt on the floor of my kitchen. He emptied a dustpan and brush but left loads of mess on the floor. The cleaner used my downstairs loo without asking me. I would have said it was fine - but it just seemed a bit rude. He communicated fine to me about other things. The cleaner did not wear shoe protectors or take his shoes off, which I though was unprofessional. Also the cleaner turned up late and Warren kept calling me, which in some ways was good but was overkill and kept interrupting my work which they were aware of. Apparently Ollie had been asked by the previous client to stay on to do other jobs. I now suspect the previous client made them do it again? Not value for money either as was told it was half price but I paid about what other companies charge full price. Quoted £46.80 net but had a lightbulb in so paid about £4-£5 extra which I’d agreed to and was pleased he did. I normally use Clover oven cleaners but they were not available. Other professional oven cleaners quoted between £50-£75 net and so what I paid in the end was not an example of ‘half price’ from the competition I’d say. I did feed this back to the company but all they said was Ollie didn’t get bad feedback normally and they apologised and said as I was not happy they’d remove me from their database. just shocking service and follow up after an issue. Felt like they just took their money and washed their hands of it. Their attitude seem to be to blame the customer rather than see it as an opportunity to improve and accept the fault. Nothing was offered to rectify the issue - they did not offer or want to send anyone round to complete the job. Avoid

Nie wieder Gekaufter SAT-Reciever hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Nach Rücksendung als Garatiefall wurden wir 2 × vertröstet mit der Begründung, dass Retouren ausstehen würden. Jetzt überhaupt keine Reaktion mehr. Aufgrund dieses unseriösen Verhaltens, viele würden hier noch drastischere Bezeichnungen wählen, kann ich nur von diesem Shop abrsten. Das ist jetzt ein viertel Jahr her und inzwischen habe ich meine Rechtschutzversicherung eingeschaltet. Er hält mich nur hin. Wird Zeit, das die Justizia eingeschaltet wird. DVBSHOP FINGER WEG.
Habe einen Sat-Receiver über Amazon gekauft. War nach 6 Monaten defekt. Habe ihn nach Rücksprache als Garantiefall zum DVBSHOP hingeschickt. Auf Anfragen nach dem Verbleib keine Antwort. Erst nachdem ich den Herren darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich einige negative Bewertungen ins Web stellen würde (was ich nun tue) wurde mir per Mail nach 3 Monaten mitgeteilt, das Gerät käme nächste Woche und würde mir dann zugeschickt und ich solle ihm nicht drohen. Habe ihm dann mitgeteilt dass das keine Drohung war sondern eine Feststellung. Das ist nun schon wieder 3 Wochen her. Auf dem Paketporto bleibe ich wohl auch sitzen. Leider kann man keine negativen Sterne verteilen sonst würde ich 5 negative Sterne geben.

They noted my participation failed validation for each of these surveys. I contacted the help center via the portal and email several times, and have not received any response. This company is dishonest.

Once the panel member reaches a point close to the threshold, the survey points do not get credited, resulting in no remuneration being paid. After posting a review on 17th June 2018, I received a response on 15th May 2023 (close to 5 years later, about time!), of course denying anything and everything, and claiming for the gallery that everything was ok. For a start, my account was locked, and my email not recognised for login.

Terrible customer service
I was planning my wedding from overseas and chose Forest Green as my supplier of flowers. A terrible experience from the get go with the lack of communication and service. I was overwhelmed organising an overseas wedding to begin with. Initially, I was able to secure a booking with the team and was charged a non refundable EUR 100 fee. After that, no one reached out to me with plans to finalise my big day. Towards the months leading up to my wedding, there was no communication from Forest Green and I tried to contact them on numerous occasions to no avail. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I didn’t feel assured with the lack of responses to emails and had to find another supplier within 2 months of my wedding where bookings were really tight. I emailed the company to cancel and no one even had the decency to reply my email or apologise for the inconvenience. Disappointed indeed regardless of the size of the business. No point offering a service you can’t provide.

She took some details amd told me she'd contact the funeral home to ensure correct delivery etc... everyone at the funeral commented on how gorgeous the spray was, it was so amazingly beautiful. Worst service, worst customer experience, worst customer care reps, worst billing, worst back end team, worst invoicing process, WORST EVERYTHING. You will be forced to pay upfront and then god knows when will they deliver. They don't deliver as committed timelines and quantity. They rob your money by holding of part of the order nor do they return your money. No response when questioned on the missing items. Net net, don't waste your time, effort, money.

Good app with great discounts on medicines
I feel, it's good app and really helped us a lot in buying medicines online. Medicines are available at a reasonable rates and delivery speed is good too. The app is easy to use and one can very easily track down the orders.
