Een noodradio gekocht bij bol van medionshop. Opladen op welke wijze dan ook doet het niet meer. Gemeld. Aantal keren contact. Blijkt geen radio of onderdelen meer te bestaan. (Binnen 1 jaar ??) Zou geld terugkrijgen. Nooit meer een mail over gehad. Slechte service dus.

lape top accu

3 jaar geleden lapetop bij BCC gekocht maar ik zag dat het bordje waar de muis mee word bediend steeds verder omhoog komt nu inmiddels al meer dan 1 centimeter maar het werkte allemaal nog maar ben nu op onderzoek gegaan en wat bleek dat de accu 2 x zo dik was gewordenaccu eruit gehaald weer in elkaar gezet de bediening van de muis zit nu weer helemaal goed , medion gebeld daar vertellen ze mij dat de accu wel had kunnen ontploffen wat ik dus niet zo leuk vond want dat had ook veel eerder kunnen gebeuren ik moest maar een nieuwe accu kopen maar aangezien hun antwoorden durf ik dit niet meer aan de accu is er nu uit dus alleen maar op elektra het is niet anders maar geen Medion meer bij ons in huis mischien word er van uit Medion nog wat ondernomen we wachten het af ik heb 1 ster gegeven maar bedoel 000000sterren

Eigenlijk geen ster waard dit bedrijf! Sinds gisteren, continue strepen over het hele beeld! Functies werken helemaal niet meer! Alle facetten geprobeerd, schoon gemaakt, fabrieksinstelling, andere stekker locatie. Geen resultaat. Heel triest dat de TV het hierdoor niet meer te gebruiken is na nog geen 3 jaar! Viel net buiten de garantie, is totaal geen tegemoetkoming voor de geleden schade. In 2022 hadden ze allerlei prijzen, waarschijnlijk prijzen voor de slechtste kwaliteit. Er triest dat je zo met de klanten om gaat. Dus koop dus niets bij MEDION!!

3 maanden geleden een soundbar ter reparatie aangeboden.., tot heden niets ontvangen. De laatste 4 weken gebeld en iedere keer een ander antwoord.., ik zal hier nooit meer kopen en adviseer andere voor een ander merk te gaan. Vooral niets kopen! Door een software probleem is mijn tv niet meer te gebruiken. Maar omdat dit buiten de garantie valt doen ze hier niets aan. Zelfs niet als ik aanbied de reparatie kosten zelf te betalen. Kortom software werkt iets langer dan 2 jaar en daarna kun je hem weggooien. Zo kan ik ook geld verdienen. Super slecht, tevens dat dat mensen bij de klantenservice totaal niet weten waar ze over praten en je van alles op de mouw spelden.

Scammed me. I sent my laptop in to fix the charging. They tried to charge me £750 to fix the motherboard, which was so sketchy. I told them I'm only paying to fix the DC port and ended up paying £150. They took my money and then sent it back without fixing anything. THEN, I send them an email, there's a back and forth and then they tell me they'll fix it again free of charge. I'm happy, they 'send someone out' to collect it, and then no one comes. I email them again, and the email 'failed to deliver'. This has been going on for half a year, and my laptop is still broken. I checked the repairs receipt today and it says they fixed my motherboard too. It's like they take the laptop, write whatever they want on the invoice, do random 'quick fixes' that will break again after a week (stuff you didn't ask for), and then send it back and cross their fingers. It all seems very illegal.

Ik krijg maar geen antwoord op een al 2x ingediende vraag over de Medion internetradio die ik heb. Het blijft oorverdovend stil! (MD 87990 Internetradio DE anthracite MSN: 5006 0293) Op mijn nieuwe mobiel krijg ik geen verbinding meer met de internetradio via de app Medion Life+. De internet radio staat ook niet in het overzicht als je deze app opent. Op mijn oude mobiel was het de Lifestream II app maar die staat niet meer in de Play Store. Echte waardeloos als je geen reactie krijgt op vragen!

Ik baal enorm dat ik in 2020 voor een medion laptop heb gekozen, dit vanwege het verlichte toetsenbord. Ik betaalde €600 en wat een belabberd toestel krijg je daarvoor en wat een spijt want 4 jaar later is deze niet meer bruikbaar juist omdat alles één is en reparatie erg duur ten opzichte van een nieuwe kopen. En niks verkeerd gebruik, ik ben erg zuinig op mijn spullen en zeker dit soort electronica. De repateur gaf aan dat er geen stofje te zien was, het leek een nieuwe. Hij gaf aan dat er een megaclaim op touw gezet werd en wilde mij dan op die manier helpen maar helaas Medion zorgde ervoor dat het onmogelijk was om een claim in te dienen zo zei de reparateur. Voor mij komt er NIETS van Medion ooit nog in huis!

We hebben ongeveer een jaar geleden een robotstofzuiger X20 gekocht en daar zijn we echt zeer tevreden over. Hij werkt prima tot ongeveer een maand geleden de dweil functie niet meer werkte, vervolgens medion service app geïnstalleerd en alles geprobeerd om het op te lossen maar helaas. Volgens de site kan je ook gemakkelijk reparatieservice regelen maar dat is nergens te vinden en heb een mail gestuurd met het probleem..........na twee weken geen reactie.......nu proberen we het telefonisch maar na 20 min wachten gestopt en meerdere malen weer geprobeerd te bellen maar of geen gehoor of naam inspreken en zouden dan terug gebeld worden......... we horen vervolgens niks en zijn er nu wel klaar mee. Echt heel jammer dat de service niet op orde is...........het is een mooi apparaat )-: .

Jeg kjøpte et produkt hos dem, og da jeg først satte det sammen, viste det seg at det var dårlig designet og det ikke ville fungere som det skulle. I stedet for å ta ansvar for produktet deres, vil de belaste meg for returgebyret, som er kr. 499,- for å returnere et produkt som ikke fungerer. Dette, i tillegg til all tiden jeg måtte bruke til å sette den sammen og deretter sette den fra hverandre og pakke den. Det er veldig irriterende at jeg taper penger og tid når det er de som selger søppel. Jeg vil ikke anbefale å kjøpe noe her.

Arrived for part exchange and new car from jenson’s today to be told, my car had low coolant and oil level which according to the mechanic meant my engine was on the verge of exploding and the car would not be worthy enough to part exchange. The mechanic still wanted me to purchase his car but advised me to sell my car to someone that basically didn’t know about car’s and sell privately. My car has been back to my preferred car garage where it’s fully serviced each year to find out my car is in great condition and basically they were testing the waters to see if they could offer less for my car or not part exchange at all. By looking at the other cars for sale, I could see this was not a trustworthy business. Please avoid at all costs.

Cambelt wasn't changed. I was OK with that they gave me 3 months warranty. After I've discovered that the thermostat was faulty also. When I wanted to charge my AC gas, another fault. AC condenser had to be replaced. Stay away from those guys. 3200 pounds for the car and another 1000 to fix it after.

Whilst I am on the whole happy with my vehicle it runs and I’ve had no major issues. I do feel as if jenson have been sneaky 1) upon getting my car home I noticed that my break lights are not working properly ( refer new bulbs) however , this exact issue was the reason for a recent MOT failure on my care and when retested (jenson) did this before I collected this issue appeared to be fixed as it had passed …. Dodgy MOT? 2) on the passenger side in the foot well in my care a very poor job as been done repairing what appears to be damage to where the light is held - it’s been taped ??? 3) my radio screen is does not work properly and I often cannot see the display I did get my car back in April 2022 , but I’ve not had a chance to raise these issues , the car is mechanically sound and I’ve had zero issues there , but these smaller issues really have let JEnson down and makes me feel as if they cannot be trusted .

AVOID MIROSTONE

When purchasing a new build property Waterside Kitchens And Bathrooms of Doncaster who were fitting out my kitchen gave me an option of MIROSTONE worktops. Spending a small fortune on these tops i expected them to be seamless. I wasn't informed that because the worktops aren't sold in large enough sizes they would have to be joined. The kitchen fitter has had a go but i'm far from impressed. I have a double island with 2 very obvious joins and a long piece incorporating the sink with a very poor hatchet join. The builder and kitchen company have refused to complete snagging. On contacting these muppetts for a resolution they're not interested now they've got my money FURTHER ON FROM YOUR REPLY. Your images will only show machine finished Mirostone joins for the purpose of propaganda and NOT ones that a bog standard joiner would complete

The faulty surface of a worktop supplied by Blackheath products

The surface of a worktop supplied by Blackheath lifted away on the rounded edge after being fitted just under 2 years ago. Two small sections an inch apart. The company who fitted it sent them a picture I supplied but someone called Warrick at Blackheath replied that it must have been caused by impact and rejected any liability. I wrote to 'Warrick' directly and sent two further pictures of the the area above and around the damage to show there had been no 'impact' whatsoever. I asked if someone or some agent could come to inspect it. After two weeks I've had no response at all from them. The problem, to me is clearly a fault in the manufacture of the worktop and I would have expected at least the courtesy of a reply. I wish I could upload the pics I sent to show you.

Worktops for our kitchen supplied by Sheffield Kitchen Outlet have been shocking. Of the initial three supplied none were fit for purpose. Second batch two were the third one wasn't and again was returned. We finally thought we had our kitchen completed until I noticed the main one on the island was not as shiny as the others. It was dull and the finishing on the edges was poor. A visit from the company to our home confirmed that it was below quality. This was November/December 2022. Two worktops delivered to SKO since have had imperfections/scratches on them. 7 months after our kitchen was started it's still not completed due to the poor quality and poor finishing of worktops supplied. The worktop in question is the Spectra Collection – Square edge.

I was a bit doubtful contacting Purplebricks as they are not a high street Agency and also why the low fee..what was the catch?!.but my doubts were quickly dispelled. They are extremely efficient and there is no catch! I paid a one off fee which covered the Agent's visit; advertising and marketing and if I had a query the Agent Patricia was there immediately. On one occasion I needed to contact Head Office . There was no waiting around and my query again was dealt with efficiently and immediately. I had to contact the Patricia many times...being the first time I was selling..and never a problem! She was so helpful and quick to deal with my queries. I would highly recommend anyone to use Purplebricks..They advertise on all the Housing Buy and Sell sites so why pay extortionate fees to the High Street Agents when you can pay a small one off fee and receive exactly the same service? One word....Excellent!

Ordered on 28th of January, had conflicting emails saying the package would be delivered mid February, only to be told via messenger it'd be later on in the month, advised I'd be given a little extra merch to make up for the miscommunication , unsure if anything extra was actually sent as there was only 4 items in my package, and now I'm being ignored via messenger when trying to establish what was meant to be sent as an extra. The package was finally delivered on the 15th of March, can't say I'll be purchasing again after this experience.

Biophenix is outrageous ly unprofessional. They have a customer care person who appeases you patiently but that doesn’t solve a real issue EVER. It can take you hours to days and weeks to place, receive your order. Once the order is placed you are at their mercy to hear about your shipment. I have waited for 6 days to hear about my order, sent messages but no body responds to the request. So long as you are placing the order this customer care person hears you, after you pay everybody disappears. Biophnix should do something to clean up this mess. I am dependent on them because my doctor prescribed these supplements . Best is not to get into this entanglement and insist on other brands in the beginning. I hope to help other new victims like me. Stay away if possible.

Les produits Biophenix sont a priori fabriqués en France….mais nul part il n’est fait mention du lieu exact de fabrication. L’entreprise a son siège au Luxembourg et fabrique…. Quelque part en France… cela manque vraiment de transparence !! J’ai posé la question à Biophenix et jamais eu de réponse et plus de trace de de ma demande qui a mystérieusement disparue.… Voyons si cette fois ci il y aura une suite !

Hatte eine Sprossenwand mit m.E. Metallsprossen bestellt. Geliefert wurde eine mit Holzsprossen. Als ich daraufhin anrief, wurde mir von Herrn P. mitgeteilt, man werde das prüfen und zurückrufen. Der Rückruf erfolgte auch zeitnah und Herr P. ließ mich wissen, dass in deren System kein Fehler vorgelegen habe. Er bot an, mir die Metallsprossen zuzusenden, aber natürlich hätte ich die zusätzlichen Versandkosten in Höhe von 12 Euro zu zahlen. Wurde erledigt und ich erhielt die Sendung. Zwischenzeitlich (blöderweise nicht vorher) hatte ich die Bestellunterlagen eingesehen und feststellen müssen, dass ich tatsächlich schon bei der Erstbestellung die richtigen Sprossen (die Metallsprossen) bestellt hatte. Es hatte also sehr wohl ein Fehler im "System" von NiroSport vorgelegen, für den man mich hat zahlen lassen. Und dann sogar noch viel zu viel, denn der Versand des Pakets mit den Metallsprossen kostet 6,99 Euro, wie bei der Retoure deutlich wurde. Eine Kommunikation ist mit NiroSport nicht mehr möglich. Im letzten telefonischen Kontakt sagte Herr P. , dass er zwei Retourenlabels zusendet. Das ist nie geschehen, vielleicht aus Kalkül (damit KundInnen die Rücksendefrist verpassen)? Würde mich nicht wundern. Und seitdem wird auf Mails nicht geantwortet und nicht ans Telefon gegangen.

I called in to get booked in for a backbox muffler that needed welded onto my system. I spoke to the helpful lad on the phone for about 18mins also sharing photos of my current system on whatsapp so he can see what kind of system i have with my car details etc. He told me because its a 3” system it would cost £220 if i wanted to keep my current tips or upgrage the tips for £30. I agreed to the price and got myself booked in. When i turnt up at the garage and got my car on the ramp i was told it would be £250 because its a 3inch system. I told him i was priced £220 he didnt listen. I went ahead with the job because maybe it was human error whilst doing the job the guy said it will be £270 all in because it would need new piping? I watched the welder cut off my pipe and directly weld on a muffler with no extra pipe used. I believe i was charger unlawfully and prices were just going up on the spot without clear justification.

They sent a handyman to do an electricians job. The job description was clear before the quotation was sent to me. Beware the job was incomplete and covered up in a way so he could take payment from an old lady. The following day it fell apart and just missed hitting someone on the head. When i complained, the company admin told me to take it up with their handyman. The handyman says its an electricians job, not something he can do. But if i pay more, he can do it. The admin made no comments and continued to ignore me. Avoid at all costs. Find yourself a qualified electrician from the start for electrical work. Do not trust these guys - cowboy finish, dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not even trust with moving personal belongings.

Driver booked for 7pm arrival, message at 7:15 and was told to call the driver directly. Call the driver and he knows nothing about the job. Contacted back and an other driver sent out and hour and half later. Second driver nice guy but won’t be using them again or recommend their business I’m afraid.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Just like everybody else had the hardest time speaking to someone. Luckily my order didn't go through. I had to respond with my correct billing address with in 24 hours. I did much before that. Never got a reply. My ordered was cancelled. Tried to contact them through email (which they say is the best way to contact them). Called them over 10 times. Left voice mails. From what I found online they do some kind of drop shipping and they also outsource their call center, which makes sense. That is why some time it takes them forever to ship some products. They don't even know if that specific product is in stock.

This place is apparently just another drop shipper! Of course on their site, they claim that your order will be processed within 2-3 days before shipping. NEVER disclosing that they don't even have your product in- house! Well, your LABEL will be created within 2-3 days... And then sit in that state as "Pre-shipment. Post office awaiting package" until their distributor in Marion, Virginia decides to ship it out. Which I assume will be whenever they feel like it! Been a full 7 days since they took my money and it hasn't even shipped yet. I will never order anything again from this place! Too many people get caught up in the idea of discounted products. Just know that discount comes with a price. You'll be waiting... and waiting...

Stay Away! Ordered 4 perfectly legal knives to Canada. They "mistakenly" added a fifth knife, a butterfly knife, which is illegal in Canada. When i contacted them (which took forever) about it, they said too bad so sad, you should know the laws. I had the invoice and receipts showing what i had ordered which did not include a butterfly knife. They just ignored emails and i had to file a claim. Do NOT do business with these guys.

1.5 jaar geleden panelen laten plaatsen...geen advies over birdblockers...deze inmiddels laten plaatsen,netjes opgelost zou je zeggen...echter bij het plaatsen van de blokkers zijn er ook panelen losgemaakt omdat er nesten onder zaten,en ik deze weg wilde hebben ivm brandgevaar..bij het verwijderen en of het terug plaatsen is er een omvormer defect geraakt...dit gemeld pee mail en per telefoon geprobeerd,maar na 1.5 uur in de wacht word je eruit gegooid...de vertegenwoordiger heeft volgens zijn zeggen mij klacht al 3x doorgeven aan kantoor,maar nu al 1.5 maand verder en niks opgelost en of een reactie...echt schandalig! Ga maar eens verder stappen ondernemen, misschien dat er dan wat gedaan word!!

In maart 2019 zonnepanelen laten…

In maart 2019 zonnepanelen laten installeren door dit bedrijf. Als leek beoordeelde ik dit als 'naar tevredenheid'. Begin april van dit jaar bleken de zonnepanelen niets meer te doen. Bellen, mailen etc. naar Zonadvies Nederland leverde dezelfde teleurstellende resultaten als voorgaande reviews. Uiteindelijk via-via-via terechtgekomen bij de voormalige directeur (inmiddels met pensioen) die mij een rechtstreeks telefoonnummer van Solar-Edge verstrekte. Noodgedwongen heb ik op advies van Solar-Edge een andere installateur in de arm genomen die na onderzoek concludeerde dat de omvormer kapot was en dat de aansluiting in de meterkast volstrekt buiten de geldende normen aangelegd was. Inmiddels is alles naar tevredenheid hersteld. De omvormer viel onder de garantie van Solar Edge, herstel van de aansluiting in de meterkast echter niet waardoor ik met een onkostenpost van ruim 600 euro geconfronteerd ben. Dan hebben we ook nog te maken met Zon Zeker Garant waar storingen gemeld moeten worden. Pogingen hiertoe hebben geen enkele zin want ook vanuit deze 'luchtbel' heb ik na veel pogingen geen enkele reactie mogen ontvangen. Zon Zeker Garant kent 2 partners: Zonadvies Nederland... en Teunissen Belasting advies bureau. Laatstgenoemde weet echter, na telefonische navraag mijnerzijds van niets.... Kortom: Zonadvies Nederland in combinatie met ZonZekerGarant: Ik hoop dat een ieder alle waarschuwingen ter harte neemt.

Since Dec 2023 - Microinverter shows error ( 19 numbers ) and it works sometimes but not other times. After much discussion - ZONADVIES asked me to install noise suppression rings- because this is because of Noise . i had to pay for this. after much discussion i agreed to pay for this . they came in after much delay and installed it- BUT the issue was not resolved. called Enphase and they found out it is a Q relay problem and sent a new Q relay to my house . i was chasing ZONADVIES for installing this for a month - even after multiple reminders mail and spending hours waiting on call to reach customer service - No response my calls to customer service is not picked , my mails are not answered It is like they are closed and out of business. This is the worst way to treat a customer - who has paid for a service that they should be doing as maintenance - as it as a faulty Q relay

Let op bij dit bedrijf! Ze weigeren service te verlenen, zelfs als het onder de garantie valt. Sinds twee jaar heb ik zonnepanelen van Zon Advies Nederland. Vorig jaar begonnen problemen met uitval van de panelen. Er is twee keer naar gekeken, maar niets opgelost. Sindsdien houdt het bedrijf zich volledig doof: de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen en mails niet beantwoord. Inmiddels doen mijn panelen het nog maar af en toe. Ik ben noodgedwongen naar een andere installateur overgestapt, tegen hoge kosten en met verlies van de garantie op de aanleg.

Teksavvy rips off customers and are heartless towards a customer. I paid my bill on time every month. I got bedbugs and had to move. I called them and asked to move my internet to my new address and I was told that they could not. I explained i have bedbugs and no way to send the modem right away to protect them from getting it too. 6 months later I sent the modem but to the wrong place I had no ckue Teksavvy was not Roger's since they sent Roger's to fix my line a few times when I had it. Teksavvy lies saying I never told them about the bedbugs yet i told every company and i know this for a fact. They just want to extort me for $200 even after they verified that they can see Roger's has the modem. I offered to get the modem back to send them and I was told they won't take the modem back after a month and it has been too long they said. They don't care about people, they just want to extort money from customers for literally nothing. No compassion. Stay away from teksavvy, they are scam artists and put it all in their fine print and don't tell you they will charge you 200 when closing your account.

I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding the treatment of existing clients, specifically in relation to recent pricing discrepancies. Yesterday, I called to update my plan and was informed that the better rate of $71.95 was only available to new customers, despite my current plan being priced at $136.67. I find this unfair, especially as I have been a consistent customer for over ten years, contributing to TekSavvy's ongoing success. It is disappointing to see existing clients, who have helped your company grow, excluded from the same promotional offers available to new customers. I got the 1 gig internet and i was getting around 150mbps when standing beside the router, my computer is directly about it in a room and it was getting around 50mbps. I asked them to put it in the one room and the service tech kept saying it would be worse in that room, and id get at least 500mbps even if it was put where he put it because there was already a coax cord there he could connect to. I didn't ask for this thing now it's my responsibility to get it back to you?

I scheduled a tech to come to my house and instead they sent me a modem and when I called them to ask where the tech was, they told me they had it booked as a self install. I cancelled because they either can't or won't send someone to my house to actually set up the infrastructure required for this modem to work and they have made returning this thing such a nightmare. They said I can just bring the it to a post office and they will scan a code but the post office said they don't do that. They keep saying they will send me a return label in the mail and then they just email it to me and expect me to print it myself which honestly I could, I have a printer, it's just a hassle to set up and I don't feel like I should have to since I never asked for this thing. I'd give zero stars if possible. We attempted to set up internet at our new home. Punched in the address and all seemed good to go. We were supposed to have it set-up Jan. 20th between 10-12. At approximately 4, we hadn't received any update from them. We called and was then informed that they don't service our address. After they had already sent the modem, and after we had already waited a week for the installation. They then asked us to send the modem back...on our own. We asked if they could pick it up since it was their fault for not telling us our address wasn't serviceable and they told us we would be charged if they didn't get the modem back. Shitty customer service and we'll never know how the internet was...but it probably also sucks.

TekSavvy Frequent downtime, Not recommended

I used to like TekSavvy because of their reliable network. Sadly, since last year we have experienced about 20 or more down times. It is even worse in 2025. They seem to be overselling and not doing enough to expand their network. Very disappointed. It is time to look for alternatives. Their technical support are polite and friendly but they have no solution whatsoever. All they will tell you is that a technician will be at your home in about 5 days. If you work at home, TekSavvy is not for you.

I was then given a delivery date within the next 7 weeks. A week before my bed was due to arrive (last week), Barbora sent on the invoice with remainder balance which needed to be paid. When I went on to pay, the amazon pay option had gone or wasn’t working and only way I could pay was credit or debit card. I knew payments on debit cards weren’t protected and a I never had a credit card, so I was stuck in terms of making a payment and protecting myself at same time. I then borrowed my uncles credit card to make the last payment. During all this Barbora kept assuring me that they were legitimate, and everything was going ahead as normal but just reading so many bad reviews, I kept doubting myself. With knowing my payments were protected anyway, I decided to make the payments to Anderson themes and dreams and knew if the bed turned up, I would be happy, if it never, I would get my money back. Barbora gave me fitting date of Friday 21st Feb 2020 and bed was due to be delivered and fitted in evening. Friday evening comes and guess what ……………………………………… I HAVE 2 MEN CHAP MY DOOR WITH DELIVERY OF A NEW BESPOKE BUNK BED. I was ecstatic (not even seen the bed built yet) but just knowing It was not a big scam was a big relief. Within an hour and half the bed was built and the BED IS PERFECT. My kids, my wife and I all love the bed. It is amazing. The Best thing I have got my kids. I will attach pics and videos if it lets me here. So in the end, was all worth it, so glad I stuck with my gut feeling and glad I trusted Barbora. Barbora, you were incredible! So polite and helpful and I must have changed my design about 8 times and each time you never complained or moaned. You were very professional and reassured me every time I needed it. Even now after the bed has been delivered and built your customer service skills are very good! Hats off to you! I hope the company recognises your worth and how customers feel welcome and at ease with you. The final shoutout was to the two lads who came to fit the bed. Can’t remember their names! It was an older lad and his younger helper was his cousin! The workers were amazing! Got their head down, covered the house with dust sheets as they had to walk in and out of rain and built the bed perfectly. Even toughed it up where needed with paint etc and left me paint if I ever need to touch up. Guys yous were fantastic.! So yeah people! Go with Anderson Themes and Dreams as you won’t regret it. If you feel you can’t trust, pay by methods which are secured but I am 10000% a legit customer. You will find my review on their facebook page, if you do, I am sure you will see videos and pictures of bed on my profile. They have the best designs I have ever seen and also can do any design you like basically and I have now been told they are moving in to the adult bespoke bed market! Barbora and the rest of team, thank you once again! You have made two girls so happy with their bed and a relieved father! All the best guys for your business. The old reviews should be taken down as it will mislead potential customers, but I hope my honest review assures some people. MY GIRLS LOVE THEIR BED! so happy! thanks for the final time! and thanks for all your help Barbora.

Fantastic company

I was originally worried about re ordering my little girls bed when the original company ceased trading. However I can not stress enough how helpful and fantastic the new company is. The delivery and assembly of the bed went with out problem, the guys were considerate of my home putting down protection The bed quality is fantastic and everything my little girl could wish for. Wonderful service

After being let down with the previous owners of Anderson themes and dreams. I can not recommend the new owners highly enough. They guided us through the process of retrieving our money back and in return we took the faith to order our twins beds again. The two men arrived yesterday morning via the ferry to northern ireland and they both where such a pleasure to have in my home. One of them had made our beds himself in the workshop and to see the enjoyment in his face when the end product built was a pleasure. I had two very happy little boys last night and can not recommend the new owners highly enough. Please dont hesitate to order from them the new owners are prompt and efficient. Great bed!

When Anderson’s closed down earlier this year I was really disappointed as I’d ordered a bunk bed for my 2 daughters birthdays. I did get my money back and after a while was contacted by the new owners offering me a deal if I were to order again. I was cautious but I loved the style of the beds so I took the risk. The beds arrived when they said. Communication was great from the company. And the two men who came to fit the beds were great, Conor the main joiner could not be more helpful even putting the new mattresses on the beds for me. The finish on the bed is great and my girls couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a bed from Anderson’s just six weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday, and I have to say, me and my kids are thrilled with it! The quality of the bed is amazing – everything I hoped it would be – and the service I received, from ordering to the delivery and fitting, was superb. Although we had a few issues with…

Although we had a few issues with delivery .. i can not fault the quality of the bed I recieved and how over the moon my children are with their special magic bed .. Delivery was not made on time due to timing issues with other orders.. this was a slight inconvenience however I was constancy assured and kept informed that my product was on it's way ... Fitting of the bed was quick and tidy and done to a high standard... Would 100 percent recommend this company... the quality of bed is amazing and I have very happy little girls . Worth the wait

Prix compétitif et service client OK

J’ai acheté une veste The North Face en promotion sur le site Asadventure.com. Une fausse manipulation de ma part a empêché la validation de la commande. Ne recevant pas d’infos sur la commande, j’ai tenté de les contacter et je suis tombé également sur les avis très négatifs de la société sur Trustpilot. Il est vrai qu’il est impossible de les joindre au téléphone ( attente musicale de plus de 15 minutes). Mais j’ai pu les contacter sans souci sur Messenger et Whatsapp. Mon erreur a été corrigée et j’ai reçu mon colis dans les délais indiqués. A noter que la veste était vendue au prix le plus compétitif d’internet. Je suis donc très satisfait e mon achat même si j’aurais apprécié pouvoir joindre quelqu’un au téléphone.

Bonjour à tous, Je tenais à m’exprimer sur les conditions de travail et la hiérarchie de chez AS Adventure spécialement à Drogenbos, j’ai débutée mon contrat début mars et signé mon CDI mi-juillet et j’ai été licenciée récemment, comme pleins d’autre d’ailleurs qui après + de 20 années se sont fais jeter sans forcément un MOTIF valable, j’ai subis un abus de licenciement et je tenais à m’exprimer là dessus par pur solidarité. Pour ma part ma seule motivation étaient mes 3 collègues, bref, après presque 9 mois j’ai eu le temps d’analyser le reste de l’équipe et la face cachée de ce magasin était pas très belle à voir… Entre hypocrisie, injustices, liaisons indécentes, jalousie et favoritisme j’ai malgré tout réussie à tenir mes distance avec ces peu de personnes au commandes qui sont de vrai poisons, en particulier le store manager et sa jeune petite assistante, qui elle, n’a pas été virée bien évidemment car entretenir 2 liaisons indécentes au sein de la boîte m est apparemment permis… je vous épargne d’autre injustices encore! J’ai toujours été discrète et fais mon travail du mieux que je pouvais, j’ai donc donnée ma confiance à cette « boîte » et décidée de déménager dans une habitation, et tout ça je l’ai malgré moi partagé avec eux, qui malheureusement n’ont pas hésité à m’enlever cette liberté, et mon jetée, suivie jusqu’à la sortie comme une vulgaire criminelle et sans justification valable en plus? SANS LE MOINDRE DROIT D’expression?? Je convenais parfaitement il y’a quelque jours et je ne conviens plus soi-disant maintenant? Ou sont les droits là dedans? Comment peut on être si répugnant et sans un minimum d’humanité? Je suis sans voix, complètement désemparée et dépassée pas la situation. BOYCOTTEZ cet endroit sans aucune morale et aucun respect! Bjr, je suis passé au magasin de Hognoul ce mardi pour acheter une paire de chaussures qui , sur le site, étaient de stock. Je demande au vendeur ma pointure ,et le voilà parti voir dans la réserve .( le gars , genre pas motivé du tout ) .J'ai eu l'impression que cela le faisait "chi..". Il reviens quelques secondes après et me dit qu'il n'a plus cette pointure. Je lui demande ce qu'il a comme autre modèle dans cette gamme de prix, et il me répond qu'il n'a quasi plus rien. Je reviens chez moi ( me suis tapé 60kms ) et là, surprise, je fais une simulation de commande sur le site, et je vois que je peux aller chercher mes chaussures dans l'heure qui suis. Donc ces chaussures étaient de stock . Je pense franchement ne plus jamais mettre les pieds dans ce magasin, et tout cela faute d'un individu désagréable .

Service client scandaleux, qui fait tout pour soustraire à leurs responsabilités. Ils ont d'abord essayé de me faire croire que les chaussures de marche que j'avais achetées n'étaient pas prévues pour l'utilisation que j'en faisais (ils n'avaient alors AUCUNE information sur l'usage que j'en avais), en retirant des morceaux de phrases de la description du produit. Des chaussures "faites pour tous les terrains, des randonnées en forêt aux balades des villes [...]", ils m'ont envoyé "chaussures faites pour les balades en ville" comme excuse au defaut. Depuis, ils ne proposent que des solutions irréalisables, prétextant qu'ils doivent vérifier différents aspects du produit, alors que la marque (Adidas), m'a confirmé au téléphone que leur produit était couvert, et qu'AS Adventure pouvait me rembourser sans autre preuve nécessaire. Mais de leur côté, tout est fait pour éviter de me rembourser (je suis à l'étranger et ne peut revenir "déposer les chaussures au magasin" pour effectuer leurs "vérifications").

Ski na 1 week gebarsten... uitleg AS ADVENTURE... overbelast. Euh... Jullie verkopen ski's voor volwassenen die beiden op dezelfde plaats barst. Hier klopt iets niet. Volwassen ski's van kwaliteit zijn onderhevig aan sprongen, belasting,... Sorry maar dat is geen kwaliteit. Ski al 20 jaar. Gevorderd, met divers materiaal, geef les... Nog nooit meegemaakt en zal deze ervaring volop delen op SM en bij skicontacten. Zelfs geen enkele commerciële geste.

Ein Chaosladen!!!

Beim Verkauf sehr teurer, hochwertiger Waren und Kunstartikel erwartet man als Kunde eigentlich auch eine hochwertige Abwicklung des Kauf- und Rückgabevorgangs. Leider nicht so beim ZEIT-Shop. Ich habe ein teures Bild bestellt, musste dies aber umgehend wieder zurück schicken, da der Rahmen überhaupt nicht der Abbildung entsprach. Nach 8 Tagen fragte ich nach, ob das Bild denn inzwischen angekommen sei und wo meine Gutschrift bleibt. Ich wurde gebeten, einen Einlieferungsbeleg zu schicken, was ich auch umgehend tat. Der Eingang des Bildes wurde schließlich bestätigt, der Rückgabevorgang werde geprüft, am 20.12. bekomme ich die Mitteilung, zur Klärung werde "mein Anliegen nun an die zuständige Fachabteilung weitergeleitet". Meine Rückerstattung habe ich heute (28.12.) immer noch nicht erhalten! Am 30.12.24 erhalte ich eine Mail, dass ich das Bild an eine falsche Rückgabestelle geschickt habe. Das Etikett für die Rücksendung wurde mir aber vom Zeit-Shop per Mail geschickt. Und nun soll nach dem Verbleib des Bildes geforscht werden!!!! Am gleichen Tag erhalte ich eine Auftragsbestätigung für einen völlig anderen Kunden!!! Das ist ein absoluter Chaosladen. Ich kann von einem Einkauf dort nur dringend abraten!!!

Artikel vergriffen und Verzögerungen

Ich habe 4 Artikel bestellt. 2 davon sind nicht lieferbar, da vergriffen und 1 Artikel hat Lieferverzögerungen. Da frage ich mich schon wie man 1-2 Tage Lieferzeit angeben kann und Artikel, die vergriffen sind, nicht auch so direkt vor der Bestellung so markiert.

Abzocke bei Österreich-Versand!

1) In der Österreich-Ausgabe, zugestellt am Freitag(!), dem 12.7., wurde ein Grundschul-Lexikon angeboten; mit kostenfreiem Versand bei Bestellung bis Sonntag(!) dem 14.7. - an sich schon eine Zumutung: wer hat diese Zeitung denn schon in (idR weniger als) nur zwei Tagen durchgelesen? 2) Daß für den Bezug danach dann sage und schreibe €14,95(!) Versandkosten verlangt werden - um €10,00 mehr(!) als in Deutschland - ist (für ein Buch im Wert von nur €30,00!) ist der Gipfelpunkt Frechheit: sind wir vielleicht außerhalb der EU? Fazit: - ein (seriöses) Angebot einer Wochenzeitung muß zumindest bis zum Erscheinen der nächsten Nummer gelten, und - Versandkosten von Büchern im EuroRaum betragen allgemein (siehe zB amazon) - nur +€1,00 mehr als für Deutschland ); Alles darüber hinaus ist unveschämte 'Abzocke' - wenn nicht sogar gemeinschaftswidrig!

Keine Lieferung trotz Bezahlung

Habe am 8. 3.24 ein Puzzel bestellt, und bekam eine Woch später eine Info über Lieferverzögerung. Nach mehrmalige Nachfrage keine Info über Lieferung. Heutige Mail wurde blockiert. Was soll man davon halten. Hoffe das ich das Geld wiederbekommen

Tolle Produktauswahl - netter Kundenservice

Wir bestellen immer mal wieder etwas aus dem Zeit Shop und freuen uns dort immer wieder neue Dinge zu Entdecken. Zu Ostern haben wir hier einige Kleinigkeiten und guten Wein gefunden. Der Kundenservice hat sehr freundlich bei der Änderung der Lieferadresse geholfen. Bisher haben wir nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht!

Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten…

Der normale Versand funktioniert soweit gut. Aber, wenn man etwas zurückschicken möchte, hört der Service auf. Man muss dies auf eigene Rechnung tun und entweder sehr teuer mit Nachverfolgung oder teuer ohne Nachverfolgung. Ich hatte auch einen Gutschein zugeschickt bekommen, bei dem nur im Kleingedrucktes ersichtlich war, dass er für die normalen Aktivitäten nicht anwendbar ist. In Summe war ich enttäuscht

Not recommended to deal with this company.

Email received from Oddcolours, enough said I think: wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter with bemusement. Which parts of my previous correspondence is your mind ignoring? 1) Whilst there may be a couple of mm’s difference in the specification between Ideal Standard and Sottini, the seat is the same, as manufacturers (Sottini and Ideal Standard being part of the same group of companies) allow themselves a few mm’s of tolerance on pottery anyway. 2) I still have your original e-mail, expressing how pleased you were with the seat 3) As also previously expressed, it’s pretty obvious that you’ve failed to install the seat correctly and have damaged the hinge mechanism somehow, yet you’re wanting to try and BULLY your way into extorting a new seat / hinge out of my Company. Well, as also previously explained, that really won’t work. Sending futile letters to me and wasting even more of my and your time won’t result in your expected resolve. I don’t need to enter into further discussions with any third party, as I have more than sufficient evidence to support what my Company has supplied you, including your own wording to express how pleased you were with the seat. You may need to seek independent legal advice, who I’m sure will explain to you and – who knows – get through to you that, having expressed how pleased you were with the seat, that you can’t then expect to back-track 100% and suggest that it’s not right and you having botched the installation also means that you are liable for the seat, as it can’t be returned in the same condition. You agreed to my Company’s Terms and Conditions, which fully show the returns procedure for Goods received/ordered. Now please,.. however used to getting your own way elsewhere you may be, please resist in wasting even more of my time. Go ahead with whatever Court action you feel you want to progress with to try and justify to yourself that you’re in the wrong, that you’ve damaged the seat, that you’ve fitted the seat (thereby unconditionally accepting the condition of same)… I really won’t be intimidated by anyone. Others have tried, and failed miserably. Now please, stop with the barrage of communication, which could now be deemed as harassment. I have fully expressed Oddcolours Ltd’s position. I trust you don’t need further clarification of this. If you do, I suggest you pass any further correspondence through your appointed solicitor for any legal action. Futile attempts at intimidation and bullying only suffices in making you look weak and as though you have nothing better to do, other than deflect the facts to twist them to meet your own misguided thoughts. Please stop harassing me without further delay. You are now becoming increasingly annoying, but this will not affect my Company’s position or the evidence I have readily at my disposal. If you want to waste £70 or more on taking this to Court to try and make yourself feel better for failing to have the seat installed correctly by a competent installer, then please feel free, but please rest assured that any such action will be vehemently refuted and the evidence I have shown to make the magistrate laugh at your vain attempts to extort monies / goods from my Company. I shall say no more. Please go and try your bullying tactics on someone who they may actually work on,… They won’t ever work on myself. What do you do when you break a cistern…

What do you do when you break a cistern lid? Not wanting a whole new toilet nor the plumbing involved, I asked Replacement Seats & Oddcolors to help, sent them a photo of the broken lid and they were able to send me a suitable replacement by Parcelforce courier - it has safely arrived and fits - problem solved. Emails answered swiftly, queries resolved, I am very happy to have found Nick and his company.

Do not go near this company. This is probably the worst experience I have had in 30 years of business. Selling non OEM products as branded goods at vastly over inflated prices. No customer service - owner is abusive and threatening.

Steer clear!

This gentlemans business model seems to consist of selling discontinued bathroom components at vastly inflated prices, presumably taking advantage of the desperation of people who have damaged part of a bathroom suite and have few alternatives if they need a matching item. Very friendly and ready to take your cash at the outset, but a different matter if you have a problem later, in my experience. Did his utmost to wriggle out of taking any responsibility, accompanied by a flurry of increasingly rude, agressive and boring emails. He's certainly lost me as a customer, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else.

My parents ordered a replacement toilet…

My parents ordered a replacement toilet seat from this company to find it damaged on arrival, I can't say we aren't surprised as the quality is unbelievably poor. The man that contact them once they expressed their unhappiness and request for a refund was extremely rude and aggressive and suggested they damaged the item themselves. This is no way to treat any person let alone an elderly one. Now my parents are scared of this individual. Please please do not do business with this company at all costs they don't deserve your trade and If replacementseats.co.uk don't deal with this immediately I will be taking further action - I can't believe your threatening behaviour towards my parents. They just want a refund is that too much to ask?? Reply: Hi Nick, thank you for your reply. I'm puzzled as to how you don't think you sound rude or aggressive towards customers, your tone is disgusting. You have accused them of damaging the toilet seat you supplied when it clearly arrived damaged. You are also now accusing me of trolling you when leaving a review is one of my rights. You can see from my account that my other reviews have been 5star. All they are asking is for a refund on the faulty item. They are not happy with the product and pictures supplied are proof of this. I'm sorry you can't take criticism but I'm telling you the product is faulty, it's not right and the way you deal with customers is damn right appalling.

We used their ID My Seat service and the man told us which of their toilet seats would fit our loo, so we ordered it. The seat arrived the next day. It's impossible to tell before removing the packaging and fitting the seat whether it is, in fact, the correct contour. They have a no returns policy once you remove the packaging - smart move by them. In our case, the front curve of the seat is too long and it protrudes over the rim of the pan by about 1cm which looks terrible. Moving the whole assembly back towards the cistern to get the seat to fit flush with the rim of the pan means that the seat won't stay upright when raised. Great. We are now faced with the decision to "live with it" or to fork out another £110 to get a seat direct from the bathroom suite manufacturer.

First impressions

We installed turf in our garden last autumn and now here are our first experiences and feedback. Overall, it's a positive addition, but there have been some issues. Was motivated to a wildflower look, seeking to break away from the tyranny of the front lawn. The installer did an excellent job preparing the ground and laying the turf. The first flowers were a dense carpet of violet at about 30-40cm tall. It was a magnificent sight that caught the attention of all the neighbourhood. The second wave is of very tall daisies (well over 1m) and some tall grasses. For the location they are (front of the house) they may perhaps overwhelm the garden. Some of the grasses (?) induce hay fever symptoms. Waiting to see if there is a third phase later in the summer / early autumn. The turf rests on a dense plastic (?) net and in all seems very successful in suppressing weeds, but that has also meant that (expensive) tulip bulbs that were scattered under it never made it through. The installer reassured us that tulips will come through, but evidence suggests that if laid properly, nothing will. I'm curious if the underlying plastic net is biodegradable or if it will litter the garden for the next 1000 years... Overall, net and turf are very tough to cut through, if - say - you want to plant something. So, the general impression is positive for the turf, with the observation that unless you do want to hide behind mega-daisies and grass, perhaps you should not plant it in front of the house. In that respect, it'd be ideal for a more remote place in the garden that you may want to be pleasing to the eye from afar. On the other hand, customer experience with the company has been negative. They do not provide any meaningful customer support; they are only geared towards attracting new installers. Registration on their site is for companies only, and any newsletters that are sent are only geared for "trade". If you need to find how you can care for their product is a dead-end. Also we have no idea which type of turf was installed, and how long it will last... The installer seemed to have only a rudimentary knowledge of the product and its aftercare. So, if you want to be the envy of the neighbourhood do plant it in front of the house. It will also attract numerous bees, insects and birds, and you will be hearing the humming noise of bees all day long:-)

Very disappointed

We paid an awful lot of money for nearly 200 m² of wildflower turf 3 years ago. Unfortunately we really regret our purchase and feel that we wasted a lot of effort and money. Even though we had professionals clear and prepare the area and followed all of the instructions that were given to us, it hasn’t looked anything like we expected. The first year we were told to give it 12 months for it to establish and it should look better next year. Then last year we were told maybe if we do an additional chop it might help. This year I was told I need to pull out all the weeds (sticky weed & nettles) by hand which is an impossible task considering the amount we have and the steep slope it is on. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with the product and I’m sure there are a lot of other happy customers but we are not one of them and we really regret our purchase. I really wish we had just left our lawn to grow and scattered a few wildflower seeds amongst it as it would’ve looked 100 times better than the weed patch we currently have. Also, just to let you know that they advertise the green plastic mesh as degradable. Although three years on and it still looks exactly the same and is a real nightmare to try and pull out of the ground. We assumed it would be gone after a couple of years, but when I asked, they said they don’t actually have a timescale for when it will finally degrade. Could be 50 years for all I know. You’re supposed to rake the meadow after cutting which just rips up the plastic mesh as it’s so visible. Looks such a mess we’ve decided to rip the lot out and start again. What a waste of money.
