item did not arrive, 5 months late
Ordered respirator sensors for our baby (to use with Graseby MR10) on 23rd April and still not arrived. Last order was over 3 months late but not many places supply these so tried again knowing delivery is slow. This time, no response to our emails and no answer when calling. Terrible company considering these are medical supplies that are needed for health. Want a refund but I'm not going to hold my breath

It's been 3 months and still no item. My emails have been ignored since the week after purchase and there's been no resolution to the fact they've not even dispatched my item. I can't get through on the phone either. If you want to effectively flush your money down the toilet then by all means order from here but if, like me you prefer to spend money on tangible products that are useful then go elsewhere!

Merchandise and refund never received
On 2/03 I ordered a pair of pants for bruncheon in March. After about 2 weeks I emailed them because I hadn’t received a tracking number or anything saying my pants were shipped. They sent me a fake tracking number which showed the pants originating in Illinois then being sent to China. I live in New Jersey. It said my pants were shipped and it would take 7-10 days to reach me. After a few days the tracking number stopped working. I emailed them and they sent me a new tracking number which now showed the pants were waiting to be shipped. On 2/26 I still had no tracking info so I requested a refund. It is 3/26 and I have still have not gotten my refund!

I loved my consultation with Habiba for the Ice soprano laser hair removal. She was really patient, knowledgeable and made me comfortable straight away. I’ve only had 1 treatment since my consultation so far which was completely pain free but too early to review the results just yet but am excited to go back for The rest of my treatments after lockdown.

Dyr undersökning som aldrig resulterade i ett svar. Sökte för ett vanligt dykintyg men trots upprepade påminnelser, mail och samtal har jag 8 månader senare fortfarande varken fått intyg eller avslag. De svarar inte på mail från mig men från andra som mailar. 900 kronor för att ödsla min tid. Nu har jag intyg från annan läkare.

I have to come back and update my review on my experience with Radwraps.Since I wrote my last review on the 25/10/2024, the seller contacted me and offered to right the situation. He validated my experience and then informed me that he had processed my order and sent it out to me. He did all of this for no charge as he had already refunded me fully and didn’t charge for postage. I feel it’s only fair now to update my experience and say that I’m happy with the item and will consider returning in the future if I need too. Thank you Radwraps.

Am 11. Februar 2025 habe ich über Check24 einen S25 mit Vertrag bestellt. Als Lieferdatum wurde ein Zeitraum von 3 bis 4 Tagen nach Zahlungseingang angegeben. Die Zahlung erfolgte noch am selben Tag. Am 19. Februar 2025 nahm ich telefonisch Kontakt mit gethandy auf. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Freischaltung des Vertrags bis zu 72 Stunden in Anspruch nehmen könne. Am 20. Februar 2025 erkundigte ich mich erneut und erhielt die Information, dass mein Vertrag voraussichtlich erst am 28. Februar 2025 freigeschaltet werden würde. Nachdem ich den Mitarbeiter auf diesen Fehler hinwies, bestätigte er mir, dass die Vormerkung gelöscht werden würde und dass das S25 „heute oder morgen“ versendet werde. Am 21. Februar 2025 erhielt ich schließlich eine Nachricht von Check24, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass mein Vertrag storniert wurde. Aufgrund der wiederholten Unstimmigkeiten und der Stornierung des Vertrags ohne vorherige Erklärung habe ich Bedenken hinsichtlich der Seriosität des Unternehmens.

Ich warte seit Wochen auf mein Phone
Ich warte seit Wochen auf mein Google Phone. Voller Vorfreude habe ich letzte Woche endlich ein Päckchen erhalten und was war drin: ein Briefumschlag! Dort enthalten eine vorläufige Sim Karte damit ich wenigstens mobil bin. Mein alter Vertrag ist nämlich ausgelaufen und diese SIM-Karte habe ich mich selbst in zig Email s selbst bemühen müssen da eine andere Kommunikation nicht gegeben ist! Ich habe mich auf die Aussagen des Angebotes verlassen: Schnelle Bearbeitung, schnelle Lieferung usw Kundenservice nur per E-Mail erreichbar aber ohne konkrete Aussage wann die Hardware zugestellt wird. Dort spricht man ständig nur von Lieferproblemen. Den Vertrag habe ich über Check 24 abgeschlossen, mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen jedoch letztendlich wieder nur eine E-Mail erhalten mit selbiger Aussage: wir bearbeiten ihr Anliegen. Ich bin frustriert und enttäuscht. Als Kundin verlässt man sich nun mal einfach auf Aussagen des Anbieters im Vergleichsportal. Dazu kommt, dass mein jetziges Handy den Geist so langsam aufgibt. Keine Ahnung wie es nun weitergeht aber ich finde es nicht in Ordnung mit einem Angebot zu werben welches nicht eingehalten wird. Check 24 habe ich meine Erfahrungen mitgeteilt.

Sehr enttäuscht, hiervon ist nur abzuraten!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von getHandy. Meine bestellte Ware wurde auch nach drei Wochen nicht geliefert. Nachdem ich so lange gewartet habe, sah ich mich gezwungen, den Vertrag zu stornieren. Auf meine E-Mails wurde zwar immer einen Tag später geantwortet, aber konkrete Auskünfte über den Lieferstatus konnte man mir nicht geben. Der gesamte Prozess war extrem frustrierend und ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Ich habe bei Gethandy einen Handy Vertrag abgeschlossen und warte seit ca. 1 Monat auf den Versand. Meine Bestellung wurde zzm 3.Mal in den Versand gegeben, weil gethandy meine Sendung falsch frankiert habe. Auch beim 3.Versuch habe ich keine Post bekommen. Auch reagiert das Kundenservice nicht auf mein Anliegen/Beschwerde.

Über CHECK24 Handyvertrag abgeschlossen, Handy bezahlt. 3 Tage später die Info das WebID benötigt wird für Bestätigung. Aus dem Prozess geworfen worden, weil die email Adresse falsch ist, weil es eine von CHECK24 generierte ist. Aussage: aktualisieren sie die email Adresse. Auftrag wurde daraufhin von gethandy storniert, ohne Möglichkeit zu geben eine E-Mail-Adresse bei CHECK24 in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum man eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muß? In meinem Fall lief alles wie beschrieben und man muss nur lesen können und das Gelesene auch verstehen, dann klappt alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der Bonus für Rufnummernmitnahme lief ohne Probleme und mein Enkel freut sich über die Nintendo-Switch wie Bolle.

Nicht mal einen Stern wert, empfehle nicht weiter nach einer Woche musste schnell schon stornieren weil es einfach so schlecht gemacht ist System, erst einmal Bezahlung, dann die Verifizierung was bei mir sowieso nicht geht mit kasachischem pass! So ein blödsinn! Kundenservice ist Mega unfreundlich!

Einmal und nie wieder Widerruf ist raus
Handyvertrag mit Nintendo Switch als Prämie bestellt. Wollen auf einmal ungerechtfertigte Uploads von Rechnungen, welche weder auf der Homepage beworben wurden, weder in der AB noch in den Einlösebedingungen standen. Erster Mitarbeiter spricht von einem Fehler seines Kollegen und ich hätte recht. Beim zweiten Nachfassen als nichts passierte war der Mitarbeiter sofort unfreundlich bzw. rotzfrech. Wollte dann seinen Teamleiter sprechen, wurde mir verwehrt. Ich könnte mich per Email an die Fachabteilung unter info@ wenden. Noch nie soetwas dreistes erlebt. Hab Widerrufen, werde den Verbraucherschutz informieren, die sollen sich das mal anschauen

Complete deadbeat outfit.
I gave them one star because the system wouldn't allow me to give them a zero rating, and they're not even THAT good. Offered a bridging loan by these amateurs, and after having a valuation and paying a deposit towards their legal fees, I was asked to provide numerous pieces of information, much of it irrelevant to the loan. Why didn't they give me a checklist of items that they'd require before fleecing me of my money? Avoid like the plague, they'll over-promise and under-deliver.

Waste of time and money…
Was given advice from our broker about using Masthaven for a bridging loan. Was very sceptical after reading reviews, but was assured everything would go okay. We bent over backwards and did everything they asked us to do with getting surveys etc to be let down after 4 months. Was very disappointed a would never recommend anyone to use them. In fact I wouldn't even give them one star. By the way they are not doing bridging loans so don't bother looking at them

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever, unhelpful, incompetent staff. They kept us hanging on and started asking daft questions almost like what colour my partners favourite underwear was and my favourite socks, even worse wanted personal details about my accountant!!!!! They only deserve -20 stars. They also took the survey fee on almost £600.00 up front a d no survey after nearly 3 months was arranged. Thankfully I had a massive row with what seemed like a child and did get my money back. Please please don't have anything to do with this complete bunch of cowboys. I'm very surprised that the FCA hasn't shut them down. AVOID.

I was asked for proof of identification so, after a phone conversation assuring me that whatever I sent would be returned after a couple of days, I sent my driving licence by recorded mail. It took many phone calls before I got my driving licence back, 6 weeks after I sent it.

Legals were tortuous
Masthaven were all good for the bridging loan we used them for. The terms were good and their administration efficient. However, their lawyers Brightstone Law were an absolute pain. They were pedantic, nit-picking and went to a level of enquiry well beyond what was appropriate for a residential property. For example, they insisted on hard copies rather than email of documents from our lawyers as if we were in the 1980s. I have sold and bought a few houses in my time, but this lot made this the most stressful transaction ever. I couldn't work out if it was because they were using untrained tick-box staff or their anal-retentive actions were driven by a gravy train of fees from their client.

Awful company
Awful company. Took 4 months of them asking for the same information over and over, and copies of documents they had already received. Get to the final hurdle and they decline at the last minute. This was from the same bank statements they had seen 4 months before and said everything was fine. Joke of a lenders. Never again !!!!!

Inefficient and inept
In this modern, digital world, it is amazing that an organisation such as Masthaven Bank still exists. We had the frustration of watching their ineptitude from the position of a vendor waiting for our buyer to secure a mortgage from them....and they lived up to their previous feedback. Really poor in terms of time taken to do anything; really poor at committing to when things would happen; really poor at communicating clearly as to what is the next step. We were lucky enough not to lose our onward purchase despite the delays inflicted by the ineptitude and inefficiency of this bank, but there were times when we felt we were being held hostage to their poor service. If you are selling a property and your buyer is getting a mortgage through this bank, I suggest you wait for another buyer - it will be quicker than waiting for the bank to get into gear.

Great service
Have a fixed term savings account with Masthaven. It was easy to set up, interest paid monthly. The great beauty of the bank is that you can choose the exact term you want to invest for in months. This suited me as I the money was available to invest in a December and I wanted it available in April 2022. Fitted the bill perfectly, and with a decent interest rate (which is set based on a sliding scale depending how long you want to invest for). Wish other banks would take this idea on board

Scam webshop. Komt uit China.
Artikel besteld, vervolgens komt het uit China, iets over twee weken moeten wachten. Ik moest het op eigen kosten terug sturen en vervolgens geen email gehad om het terug te sturen, ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen binnen 7 dagen, wat niet gebeurd is. Toen ik een email stuurde werd er gezegt dat ik het artikel terug moest sturen, wat we anders hadden afgesloten. Ik heb de emails en screenshots ervan. Ik zou mijn geld eerlijk moeten terug krijgen maar ze reageren opeens niet meer ondanks dat hun site 24/7 email klanten service heeft. Zelf bellen heeft geen zin. Ik heb aangifte gedaan voor fraude. Dit is een slechte webshop. Niks kopen hier. VenturedNL, alls jullie dit zien, ik wil mijn 70 euro terug.

Niet gekregen wat er beloofd was, ik heb een masker besteld voor een aardige prijs ook nog, bleek het nogal anders te zijn dan op de afbeelding en in veel mindere goeie kwaliteit ook nog, verder is de achterkant ook helemaal niet goed (lijkt wel alsof er in geknipt is) er is geen enkele manier om dat vast te maken waardoor het er niet uitziet als je de masker op doet, dus ik.ga het terug sturen en wil ik mijn geld terug want voor die prijs had ik wel een beter masker verwacht. Echt jammer dit.

Pathetic experience
Pathetic experience. Booked a car for Abu Dhabi that never got delivered. Call multiple times to hear that they had the wrong number although we were talking via WhatsApp and they had my email. After multiple calls got the the confirmation at 3.15pm that the car will be delivered to finally hear at 8.00pm that there is no driver available. The service is not reliable at all would not recommend.

At our arrival to the airport, no driver/no car was waiting for us as agreed. At their Deira branch, they provided smaller car than the booked model. Abusive and fraudulent withdrawed amounts at the end of the rental.

TERRIBLE experience—avoid this company at all costs. The car was supposed to be delivered at 2 PM but didn’t arrive until 10 PM. Their customer service is just awful—they don’t respond and completely ignore your messages. And on top of that they still haven’t returned my deposit, even though I returned the car in the same condition over a month ago. I tried contacting them they are not replying to my messages. Judging by other customer reviews, it seems scamming people is a common practice for this shady company. They shouldn’t even be allowed to operate.

Good Experience With This Hire Car Company
I hired a car for a month from this company via Discover Cars website. I collected the car a new model Mazda 3 from their Al Quoz branch in Dubai. The document procedure went smoothly and I was on my way within 30 minutes or so. The car was a bit small for me (I'm 2 m tall) and necessitated my performing contortionist tricks to get in and out. However the driving experience was a pleasure with surprisingly quick acceleration and good fuel economy. After a month I continued the hire for a week but changed the car for something more comfortable for my height. They provided me with a KIA SORENTO SUV which was also new but had a dent in the body where it had been rear ended in a previous hire period. No worries the car was driveable and the damage photographed so I could not be held responsible. The changeover documentation was swiftly handled by their office staff who were always pleasant and courteous. I was a little concerned after returning the car as some reviewers on here reported they had not had their deposit returned. My fears were assuaged when my deposit was duly returned to my bank account after the 20 day period following the ending of the hire had passed. Would I use this company again, sure their rates are competitive and their cars new.

AVOID AVOID I hired a car from this…
AVOID AVOID I hired a car from this company for 6 days to use whilst on holiday in Dubai with my children. When we took the car a warning light appeared to say air needed in back tyre. The gentleman who was checking the car out shrugged it off and told us to add air! Reluctantly we did so, using up our holiday time and the warning light disappeared. The next day the same warning light for the same tyre appeared. I contacted the customer service straight away & was told they’d arrange a replacement. No one contacted us all day, so we had to take a taxi. I then contacted them again and after ALOT of back and forth was told they’d arrange for someone to come and change the car the next morning. No one did. Nor have I been contacted. I have tried all day to get hold of someone but my pleas ignored. We have spent money on a hire car that we can not use and no one is getting back to us! Appalling. As I type I am Still waiting for someone to come back to us, in spite of calling, WhatsApping, I’m point blank being ignored!

SCAM ALERT!
After paying extra for a custom car drop spot they delivered the car 2h later than scheduled. The same happened when the retail finished arriving 3h late keeping me awake until 24:00 at night. On top of that, I had to block my credit card because they subscribed me to a random service as it was a hidden condition in the leasing contract. Awful experience.

BEWARE no refund policy even if customer not at fault.
Bottom line is company failed to inform of ticket times for meet and greet night before the concert, which was on a Sunday. Sent after office hours so could not make an enquiry, until the day by which time friend and I had missed the only time slot. LW Theatres refused to refund, even though they were negligent to not state times anywhere on tickets and email - not even any compromise or part refund/ credit. I felt staff reply was polite with patronising undertones - rubbing nose in the fact we missed it out of all those who attended, appalling mentality. Claimed to have sent times in 2 separate email, (did not receive before show) - Times were nowhere listed in email sent night before which was sent with the tickets - Stated they did not know time before the show for meet and greet when I complained. Ruthless, unkind disgusting attitude towards customers. Will not be spending any further money or booking again. BEWARE no refund policy, even if customer not at fault.

So they get the tickets I release and sell them on for £350 each, take my £5 a ticket admin fee, and give me shitty seats in return. Oh and guess what plenty of availability for all performances as ticket prices are RIDICULOUS! Why can't ordinary people be allowed to afford tickets to the theatre in decent seats.

Back to the Future with Customer Service!
i had to book x7 tickets for some visitors to see matinee of Back to the Future. I was having a really blonde day and booked for Saturday (they leave on Friday!) instead of Thursday - I hadnt got insurance but having read the theatre 48 hour change couldnt believe how easy and helpful it was to rectify my stupid mistake. Then... The guests cancelled due to illness!! So im 48 hours away from using 7 tickets!! i called again and asked to change to a date in December when I knew I could get people together - 2nd Change - and yet again no problem!! perfect customer service like going back in time!

Marvellous Customer Service.
I called this morning to swap my Hello Dolly tickets for another date. There was extra to pay, I knew that, I chose them. I spoke to Scott who was a wholly excellent representative for LW Theatres. Yes, I have booked multiple times but he assisted me graciously and resent another ticket that I couldn’t find at the time. I’m just amazed at the comments attached to the 1 star reviews. To the lady that states there’s no policy for returning/upgrading tickets, tou are wrong. There is and it’s a very simple Google search. To the customer with the aisle seat problem, every seat is viewable online. It’s patently obvious which is an aisle seat and which is not? Anyway, I think your customer service is excellent. Even the bag search was quick and unhindered. Lastly, there are a lot of ladies loos opposite the kiosk as you enter for the stalls. 2 rooms full of them. Thank You

Very bad experience at the London Palladium
A bad experience, both at the location, plus sheer lack of customer service from LW Theatres. I booked tickets for a long awaited show at the London Palladium. As I am registered disabled and have mobility issues, I booked an aisle seat some months prior to the performance. I received the very expensive e-tickets some time afterwards and excitedly waited for the show to come around. On the day, it was a long arduous and somewhat painful journey into London. We arrived at the theatre an hour before curtain up. After the statutory wait, we entered the theatre in search of the bar area and welcomed sit down. Unfortunately there is no seating in the bar areas... I had to sit on the stairs for a little rest bite. We then went into the auditorium in search of our seats. It very soon became apparent that I was not allocated an aisle seat as arranged. I sought assistance from several attendants/ushers, but to no avail. The only 'advice' I received from management was... 'you can stand and view from the rear of the theatre, as long as you don't breathe down peoples necks'!!!!! Actually, I CANNOT stand for any given period. Completely demoralised and deflated, my partner and I left ten minutes into the show! I have written many emails of complaint to various folk within LW Theatres... but to no avail. Their customer service appears to be non existent!

Think I have been conned with a Roksan Attessa turntable.
Having experienced awful tone arm problems with this turntable it went back to Richer Sounds who made a complete mess of it. Roksan had it also and told me they replaced the lifter which was problematic by taking far too long to cue due to a bent lifter. Having this back it is in the same condition but worse. The tone arm just hangs because the lifter being bent from purchase makes it almost impossible to cue properly. I thought it was too good to be true. Today 14/11 After a while I decided to set this turntable up on a new amp. I have the same problem occurring again. The tonearm just hangs and will not drop onto the record. I am also very dubious everything they said that was replaced wasn't. I now have a turntable faulty again and out of warranty. It cannot be used by hand as the fingerlift is too small. Very dissapointed and I feel really ripped off here. This is one of the worst expensive deck I have ever used. Every time I want to cue the lifter to play a record I have to pull the tone arm forward to make it lower. Unbelievable. One HIFI shop I visited recently explaining about this while looking to replace told me it was a dreadfully designed turntable. AVOID if you don't want ptoblems.

Great kit and stylish
Purchased the turntable as upgrade of my previous one. Watched the one line video and was able to connect and set up within 10 mins. Easy peasy. Fantastic build quality and the able to heard things from my old vinyl records that I never heard before. Looks so stylish just sitting there, never mind when operating!

Pathetic service
Pathetic service. I raised a return request which was manually processed by the team. After 7 days also there is no update on when the product will be picked and now if I check the status on website it shows the pickup has been cancelled. There is absolutely no way to reach to the customer support team - they do not respond on emails and their number is unreachable. Totally a fraud company. Advised not to buy from their website, not at all trustworthy.

BEWARE Unibank will rip you off
Worst bank I've encountered. No responsiveness, no accountability and rude staff. Staff will LIE to your face. This was my experience at the Belconnen Uni bank where the receptionist lady lying to my face and being very unhelpful with a rude attitude playing games by putting me on to some fraud officer called Leverne who was even more unhelpful and rudely talking to me and answering "no" to every request telling me I can't close my own account, like what..? Bizarre! Most unhelpful. Not interested in solving issues and retaining customers but inciting them to leave even more faster by their attitude. Like who trains/hires these people? They will make it exceedingly difficult for you if you want to transfer anything out or close your account. They will claim forms that were filled out days ago and are same day transactions are being processed indefinitely for days on end. No accountability either as there emails are unattended and call backs are never honoured while they put you on hold for indefinite periods. BEWARE and keep away for your own good. The bank employees are taught to lie and keep stringing you along. If you want accountability, you will not find it here. SO STRESSFUL dealing with this bank and right before the holidays as well. Really negative experience for me. Cannot recommend in good conscience.

Horrendous! Booked a cab last night through All night cars (job went through to Crawford express cabs) for 7:50am this morning and after it being 20 mins late I rang to ask where it was. A gentleman told me it would be with me shortly and they had prioritised my booking. 20 mins later and it's still not here. I ring again to be told (by a different person) the the first person shouldn't have told me what he did and that the booking hasn't even been given to a driver yet due to school run. Why was my booking taken if there wasn't enough drivers to honour it and could someone not ring me to apologise so I could have booked with a different company. Awful service and will not be using again. Booked with Swanscombe cars instead and they could not have been and nicer and accommodating. Sort it out All nights and Crayford express not acceptable!

Ordered a cab for 8.20 am to take my granddaughter to school, we were waiting outside, it was so cold, they turned up just before 9 am, 50 minutes wait. I did call and they said he was on his way, but they had given the driver another job! Eventually we got to school at 9.15! There are problems with road works atm, but this was an excuse! Have used this company a few times, but they are always late. Disgraceful service . I would however like to say the driver was apologetic and respectful, and I do not blame him at all, but the organisation!

We have a leak in the piping system after an installation of a new boiler (through E.ON) done 4 weeks ago. Leak is not their fault, but they came back to assess the repair straight away. Engineers are good and competent but the back office is just ridiculous. Since then, I have chased multiple times to get a quotation (even through E.ON). Despite saying they were going to send a quotation the same day, NOBODY sent us a quotation and they left us with no heating nor hot water in the coldest time of the year. Umbelievably unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this company

Had. sources heat pump installed …
Had air sourced heat pump installed last winter. The owner of GT failed to measure my airing cupboard/the boiler would not fit into the cupboard. Consequently I was without any heating for 10 of the coldest days of the winter and also had to have the obtrusive controls sticking out into my bedroom rather than in the cupboard due to lack of space).The technicians were absolutely wonderful (though constantly frustrated) and had the additional inconvenience of having to put the pump in the loft. The technicians were very careful about not making a mess but GT’s electrician ruined my carpet. I am still awaiting radiator valves and compensation for my carpet- both promised for 8 months now. Basically I think this company would benefit by the top manager and electrician developing better communication skills.

The weather was unbelievably hot on the roof, locally recorded at 32C. The team of three, an Electrician and two roofers worked tirelessly throughout the day to install 15 panels on the South and East facing sides. I would use again and recommend Gas Tech (Wales)

Gas Tech Wales Eon Solar contracts…
Gas Tech Wales have a contract with EON Solar to put solar panels and batteries into businesses and houses. The lead team arrived, scaffolders and deemed the job too hard for them. I had a meeting a couple of days later, sorting access on a Saturday in the hospital next door. A sensible solution and made it easier for them to install. The boys then refused to work a Saturday due to Rugby Internationals and Bank Holidays. Totally unhelpful in the office, even though a solution was there. Teams work together to sort problems but unfortunately they all work for themselves.

None existent customer service
On friends' recommendation we had solar panels fitted by this company. No problem doing the job...the blokes turned up on time and did the business on 4th January. However there was absolutely no, zilch, instructions about the workings of the system, which is the least you'd expect for £8.5k worth of hardware. I had to call them a few days later to see if the system was up and running and got instructions over phone to connect it to app. I then had to call them to get system connected to grid for feed-in, as they seemed to have gone to sleep on the job. A few weeks back I had to get back in touch with them as the app had disconnected from system…3 times I called but am still waiting for return call. I had to get a friend in to sort it. Our 4.8khw battery has not charged to more than 10% since its installation – 10 weeks ago- despite the fact our panels are producing twice the amount of electricity we are using in the house. I emailed a few days back to report this….still haven’t heard from them. Yesterday the app informed me that the battery was 18% full, which went to 19% and then instantly dropped back to 10%. At this point half of the electricity in the house went off. I saw a trip switch had gone to off and turned it back on …that then blew again within minutes. Eventually I turned it back on again and it appears to be ok now. Whether the battery situation is cause or correlation, I don’t know. However, my battery is not delivering what it is supposed to do. All the Gas Tech installers were a joy…
All the Gas Tech installers were a joy to have on our property except for one electrician whose attitude, manner, and general demeanor were offensive to me and my wife. He wanted to walk on our light beige carpeted staircase in his work shoes until I told him he could not and that I wanted the number of his head office. I was asked to sign three separate documents that were not shown to me. I still have no idea what I signed. This is highly irregular. The Givenergy battery was mounted crooked and the next day when some errors in the electrical connections had to be rectified, I pointed this out to their staff that came out and an attempt was made to straighten the inverter. This electrician did not even have pride in how the labels were placed on the inverter and battery. They were put on crooked. We got the impression that he thought he was doing us a favour. Really disappointed. Because of this one offensive individual, I would have great difficulty in recommending Gas Tech. Finally, they did not link up my Zappi charger even though I offered to call the Zappi engineer to explain to them what needed to be done. I’m not sure they know what to do. This is not a unique request as the internet is full of what the correct procedure is to link my Zappi charger. No one explained how the software works nor what my preferences are as I installed the system to charge my car via solar only. Sad how one individual can undo the work of his colleagues and employer by poor attitude. I cannot recommend Gas Tech Wales to anyone.

Boiler Installation
Gas Tech came to my home in October 2020 to fit a boiler on behalf of Eon Energy. Whilst fitting the boiler the engineers melted a water pipe and an electrical cable whilst joining new pipework to old (a protective gauze should have been used) . This has caused a water leak spanning over 14 months which started to come through in December 2021. Currently I have over £1500 worth of damage still not attended too in my kitchen (see photos). Neither Gas Tech or Eon want to address the problem now, neither are answering their emails or phonecalls and a formal complaint has been rejected by Eon. Gas Tech are for some reason saying their not responsible for the work. Stay very clear of this company if you want work done by them. Their nothing more than a bunch of cowboys that think it's acceptable to come into someone's home, cause extensive damage and walk away. If looking for a boiler stay clear of Eon, as aftercare service is non existant. The matter is being taken further now through the ombudsmans service and court action.

Servizio pessimo al 100%. Ho richiesto un banner, inviando la grafica ho appositamente pagato il servizio (facoltativo) di eventuale correzione. La bandiera è stata stampata nel verso sbagliato, nessuno ha chiamato o segnalato l'errore che era più che evidente. La data di consegna era il 10.10, il banner è arrivato il 21.10. Nel frattempo l'assistenza mi ha garantito che saremmo stati rimborsati per il ritardo. Ho chiesto mail di conferma rispetto alle richieste dell'assistenza (a due indirizzi per essere certa che anche il mio titolare vedesse le promesse) ma non è stata mandata alcuna mail. Ultima chiamata all'assistenza, hanno proposto una ristampa corretta ma addebitandoci l'intera cifra (senza più quindi venirci incontro sul disagio con il rimborso promesso), dicendo che "più di due disguidi alla volta non avrebbero gestito". La soluzione poteva essere consegnare il banner corretto con un rimborso parziale per l'enorme disagio, ma non c'è stata la volontà di farlo. Personalmente ho perso due settimane di tempo per stare dietro a questa attività e come risultato non ho avuto il prodotto che mi serviva, tuttora devo ricominciare tutto da capo con un altro fornitore. very poor customer service
very poor customer service, waiting 3 weeks to receive some small missing parts from my order. Finally they decided to reprint the whole order and send in express instead of just providing the missing parts. Had to pay the custom tax twice even if the second sending was free of charge. No solution provided so far from the customer service that promised me I will not have more tax to pay for the second sending. Instead they just apologies for the inconvenient.

I had a very frustrating experience with eyemyeye, and I feel compelled to share it. While their product return process was quick and efficient, the refund process has been a nightmare. Despite their promise to process refunds within 10-12 days, I’ve been waiting far longer without any resolution.I’ve sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly, and even tried to call their customer care number only to find out it’s not working. The responses I did get to my emails were generic and didn’t address my concerns or provide any timeline for my refund.I wouldn’t recommend eyemyeye if you value good service and timely refunds and yes I'm still waiting for my refund

Affordable. Acetate frames did not feel as expected
I paid $0 for the frames, $5 for the lenses and $6 for shipping. This is ridiculously affordable for prescription glasses. My single vision prescription was accurate. The frame size also seems to be in line with the dimensions offered on the website. The material is described as acetate on the website. This may be true - I can't say for sure. I will note that the frames are noticeably lighter, and less substantial than other acetate frames I've tried. They are thick frames, but it's almost as if they're hollow, if you can imagine that. I might have guessed that they were just regular plastic. It's possible that this is just the style of this particular frame.

I had a FB promo to get my first pair of glasses for free, so I figured why not try them out? I added blue light filter for a few dollars and paid shipping, so well under $20 for glasses. I love them! They fit great, the script is perfect, they look cute and are exactly what I ordered. Shipping took like 3 weeks but for virtually free glasses it was worth it imo!

Appalling attitude and customer service
Dore to Door undertook a removal job for one of my neighbours and whilst they were reversing the vehicle caused damage to my property. I made contact with Dore to Door on numerous occasions without much success. Several phone calls later and having to provide proof that it was my boundary and photos of the vehicle and damage caused, they agreed to settle a proportion of the cost of the damage. Their customer service is somewhat to be desired and the attitude of one of the Managing Directors was appalling as in his words "fed up to the back teeth with this". I would not be recommending this Company as if their attitude is bad would you trust them with your wordly goods.

Terrible servic
Terrible service. Ordered 6 yard skip, received 4 yard ( actually measured the volume and came up to 3.8 cubic yards ). Skip was shorter in length by 42 cm and shorter in height by 30 cm - and I was checking against their page. Tried to dispute it with the driver, but he said that he checked with the office and its correct. Tried ringing the customer service, 5 out of 6 times got put on hold and then hung up on. After successfully getting through, got asked to send email with pictures and measurements, did that and customer service came back with same story that it’s correct. And its weird that you book a skip with their page, got confirmation email from 2nd company and the skip actually came from 3rd company. Very strange way to run a business. First time ever had such hassle with such a simple transaction, and definitely last time using it. Avoid like hellfire.

Poor customer service.
Thier system failure in calculating my delivery cost menag I paid for a hire put was unaware until the day(when I emailed them) before that they were unable to fulfill my order without additional payment. I ended up having to use a other company and pay a premier for short notice hire and still was 2 days after i had initially planned. I agree mistakes are made however when realising this, they never refunded or called me. In my opinion they should have fulfilled the order at the agreed price or refunded me as soon as they were aware of the miscalculation. To date I still haven't received my money back.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered online on a Friday morning for a skip to be delivered on the Monday, received an email Friday afternoon (no call) telling me that the online price I paid was incorrect and I needed to pay more if I wanted the skip. After a few emails they then told me that the skip couldn’t arrive on Monday either and it would be later that week. They also said it would take up to 5 working days for the refund to made. They stopped responding on Friday afternoon and were then uncontactable leaving me to pay for a second skip through a different company and await a refund which arrived nearly a week later. Do not trust the online booking system, for either price or availability.

Be Careful booking online - wrong prices
I booked a skip online, selecting the right skip required, delivering to my address, and for the period required. Everything seemed fine. Then they emailed me to say there was a bug on their website and that I needed to pay additional delivery fees if i wanted the order to go ahead. This was NOT advertised on their website. Got it refunded in the end as this is basically false advertising.

Skip was delivered, but it was very difficult to get it hired. I paid on line, then was informed that i didnt pay enough, then i had to spend 20min on hold to be able to pay the missing amount and then was informed the skip will be delayed by a day. And now the link for this surveu somehow comes in spanish. Avoid.

My case reference SPC29954. I used Airhelp and they instructed this Lawfirm to solve my compensation with British Airway. It has come to my attention through recent correspondence with British Airways that compensation in the amount of 110 GBP was disbursed to Shergroup Ltd on my behalf approximately six months ago. However, to my dismay, I was not informed of this transaction, nor have I received any communication regarding the status or disbursement of these funds. I demand immediate disclosure of all information pertaining to the compensation funds received from British Airways on my behalf. Additionally, I insist on the prompt restitution of the full amount owed to me, including any accrued interest or damages resulting from the delay in payment.

Started off very well and was informed of what was happening. After that I had to chase for information and what was actually going on. Applied for an extension of the writ and heard absolutely nothing. Stay clear of these for high court enforcement.

They're happy to take your money but then nothing happens. After 10-months of terrible service from Jackie Morgan i made a complaint and was promised weekly updates - i've had one in 2-months!!!! I call and leave messages and NEVER get a call back from either Jackie Morgan (case handler) or Sue Loustalan (Complaints Mgr). I have phoned and asked for Claire Sandbrook CEO and she never returns calls - clearly doesn't care as i'm probably small-fry and unless you're chasing £100's of k with a big fee for them they can't be bothered. I had a fantastic service from Jackie, Antony, Donna and the Shergroup team (I think I spoke to everyone) from an employment tribunal award of over £8k that was just being consistently ignored to actually instructing this team to collect and they did just that - whole process (once judgement was awarded) took about 3 months from start till money received, I thank you all so much, I was racking up debt left right and centre because of this and now am debt free - I’m sleeping well at night now, thanks to you all :)

Failed to collect any of the large debt even although their bailiffs entered the debtors premises and identified assets belonging to him. Their CEO doesn’t care and doesn’t respond to email. Don’t believe what you see in their TV show. If you want your debt collected use someone else.

Ordered an item on 23/1 and they charge a lot for postage but I thought Id book for next day delivery. Still not here on 27/01 and difficult to get through to them to ask why its not here yet. Wouldn't use again. Don't seem very professional to be honest.

EICR not recommended
Bought EICR through Propcert and was referred to this company. Difficult to book, cancelled last minute and tried to again. Attended property and failed EICR with recommendation of remedial works circa £1300. On contacting other local providers I was able to secure remedial works for £600 total.
