I would give zero stars if I could... I'm hoping for some help from the online community. Recently we have had a very tough time moving our new to us boat from Florida up to the Great Lakes (Finally made it up, but we ended up doing it ourselves.) One of the companies did not fulfill their end of their agreement, and has been more than unethical, causing me great anxiety and distress. YouShip4Less.com was hired on June 7th to facilitate our vessel's move. A contract for a large amount of money was signed, to commence the process and finalize our agreement. One June 11th my deposit was received by this company. On June 14th this company called to inform me that the quote and contract given and executed could not be met, because the cost of the move would be DOUBLE (not exaggerating) what our contract outlined. So, on June 14th both parties agreed this would not work and that my money would be fully refunded, minus a $75 fee. This was acceptable to me. Move forward 3 months, I have still not received my large deposit back. I have called this company over 24 times and sent a dozen emails requesting my deposit be refunded, as agreed on June 14th. Each time I get a different reason for the delay, but nothing ever happens. I have reached out to an attorney, which feels that we have a great case and could file in Bayfield County Wisconsin, to make this process even less palatable than court in Florida, where this business is located. My final email to youship4less.com was informing them that my next step was to file a lawsuit in Wisconsin, if my money isn't finally returned. This time, no response. So my last ditch effort before proceeding to the court system is doing everything I can to bring awareness to this companies poor ethical behavior, online. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and now every social media platform they have a presence on. I'm asking of all of you for help spreading the word about this unprofessional and highly unethical company. I'm done playing games and I definitely understand the importance of a business's online reputation. DO NOT USE YouShip4Less!

Extremely low standard of customer/technical support… if you have one of their products that becomes problematic or even fails on you…. Then the APECS team basically does the same to the customer in a support aspect. They will become problematic throughout, and they will fail you. We experienced this firsthand and were very disappointed. Very disloyal considering we were a loyal customer that had purchased many of their products. They need to remember. Great customer service will always cost far less than bad customer service in the long run. I will never ever purchase an APECS hardware product again, and that’s for sure.

A genuine scam!

Took over 2 weeks for them to ship my order with no response after emailing over 3 times as it was a gift. Order came and looks nothing like the product images and video. Not 340gm probably one of the cheapest products i have ever received they wouldn't even sell this in Primark. It's 100% polyester.... it's never seen cotton. Emailed twice more for a return address and refund but nothing until i kept commenting on their posts. They eventually reached out over DM. Opened a dispute with my bank due to them not refunding me even after sending the item back. They are now ignoring my bank and refusing to resolve the issue. Just scammers really. UPDATE:Got a response, got sent tracking and tracking said it was from China so I already was expecting bad quality, then the hoodie arrived and it’s far worse than I imagined. Unfortunately I can’t upload photos but extremely cheap made looks NOTHING like the orginal, not even acid wash just shiny and obviously plastic, shape is completely different not the slightest bit baggy, fibres easily coming off micro plastics everywhere smells very plasticky and how I could tell this isn’t even the slightest thing I ordered was there was a draw string which isn’t in the photo. This is completely different people aren’t stupid I don’t know what this brand was expecting.

De eigenaar van deze webshop is dezelfde die al eerder webshops had onder de namen: Ti-84, Gadgetfreakzz, Goedkoopbenelux. Hij is een oplichter die geld van mensen steelt. Soms krijg je het bestelde product toegestuurd maar meestal komt niets en krijg je ook geen terugbetaling. Er zijn al duizenden gedupeerden en de overheid is er mee bezig hem failliet te verklaren. Zeker noot hier bestellen, liever googelen en op facebook de groep van gedupeerden vinden en dan lees je wel genoeg over die man die dit allemaal doet. Además, algunas tragaperras tardan mucho en cargar o directamente no funcionan bien. Las promociones parecen atractivas al principio, pero cuando lees los términos te das cuenta de que es complicado cumplir con los requisitos. El peor casino que he jugado. Me han pagado la mitad de mi dinero y la otra mitad después de bloquearme la cuenta dicen que no me la pagan. Que si quiere que denuncie…. Te envían un código de promoción cada semana para 10 jugadas gratis una vez has hecho tú primer depósito. El código por dos semanas consecutivas repetido, por lo q no puedes activarlo. La atención al cliente es nefasta, se basan en decir que no puedes activar el código dos veces, como si eres tú el que intenta canjear el mismo dos veces, siendo el casino el que te envía el mismo código repetido para que no puedas utilizarlo. Nada profesional ni serio. No me imagino si fuese un importe mayor o ganancia que no te validarán o desapareciera. Muy difícil lo tendrías con semejante atención y nula forma de reclamar.

Something can break or an error can occur --> that's when good customer service shows itself. We had 6 Olimpia heaters and 2 suddenly had technical problems that led to smoke. I got in touch with Olimpia customer service through Amazon and they took the problems seriously right from the start. We exchanged video material and exchanged a lot of emails. The customer service was always friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. In the end, and to be on the safe side, they organized transport and kindly exchanged ALL devices for new ones! Real respect and unique customer service. THANK YOU

I’ve used other heat pumps before, but this all-in-one model is by far the least effective. It struggles to heat even a small space, and the airflow is so weak that you have to be standing right in front of it to feel anything. For the cost, I expected something much better.

Kundendienst von Olimpia Splendid

Eine von Fa. Viessmann geschickte Fa. verbaute in unserem Haus im August ´23 eine Wärmepumpe incl. im Angebot hochgelobter Olimpia Splendid Heizkörper. Bereits drei Monate später, zu Beginn der Heizsaison mussten wir feststellen, dass diese Heizkörper keine ausreichende Wärme erzeugen. Nach mehreren Reklamationen war unser Installateur nicht mehr erreichbar und meldete kurze Zeit darauf Insolvenz an. Soweit die Vorgeschichte. Am 07.November ´24 fiel einer der Heizkörper kpl. aus. Da die Fa. welche die Anlage baute nicht mehr existent war, wandte ich mich an Olimpia selbst. Von dort wurde ich verwiesen an deren "Werkskundendienst" Wiegmann-WKD. Nach mehreren wenig fruchtbaren E-Mails erhielt ich am 21.11. einen Anruf des Seniorchefs, der mir versicherte die kpl. Elektronik ersetzen zu wollen. Da ich Elektriker gelernt hatte (heute Rentner) stimmte ich zu, die Elemente selber zu tauschen. Leider handelte es sich bei dieser Zusage lediglich um Verzögerungstaktik. Also hielt ich 2 Wochen Ruhe, stellte aber zwischenzeitlich fest, dass lediglich eine Feinsicherung durchgebrannt war, deren Stärke jedoch nicht zu erkennen war. Dies meldete ich sowohl WKD als auch Olimpia, nur um die Ampere-Zahl zu erfahren. Aber beide Unternehmen waren nicht in der Lage diese Auskunft zu geben. Nach inzwischen zwei Wintermonaten ohne Heizung reichte es mir und brachte dies auch per Mail zum Ausdruck. Antwort von WKD: "MIR REICHT´S AUCH"! Das Beste aber kommt zum Schluss. Als ich anbot, alles Weitere mit meinem Rechtsanwalt zu klären (schließlich war es ein Garantiefall) erhielt ich folgende Mail. Gerne würden wir uns Ihrer Reklamation kümmern. Das Gerät muss zu uns in den Service. Verpacken Sie das Gerät auf einer Pallet mit ausreichender Befestigung. Welche, spielt keine Rolle. Das Gerät muss mit der Spedition bei Ihnen abgeholt werden. Teilen Sie hierzu mit , zu wann das Gerät fertig verpackt ist und nennen sie mir einen verbindlichen Termin zu Abholung. Selbst zu erkennen/wissen, dass es sich nicht um eine Elektro-Heizung, vielmehr um einen in den Heizwasserkreislauf eingebundenen Heizkörper handelt, war oder ist dieser "Kundendienst" nicht in der Lage. Letztendlich kaufte ich ein ganzes Sortiment an Feinsicherungen, 100 Stk. für 6,99€, und ab 0,5 Ampere brannte die Sicherung nicht mehr durch und die Heizung läuft ohne weitere Ausfälle. Sowohl Olimpia Splendid als auch WKD kann ich all denen empfehlen, die mal so richtig "aufs Maul fallen" wollen.

Paid for item and received an e-mail stating order would be received within 7 days with delivery confirmation. No plates arrived within the specified time, contacted company , no response . Waited several more week then e-mailed them advising I was contacting trading standards and my card provider to report the matter as I had not received the item and not received a response to my mails. I received a mail stating they would take me to court for fraud ! Absolute cowboy company . Avoid at all costs.

Just received my order after over 2 weeks. The plates themselves are fine but the communication and shipping time was appalling. I received a shipping notification over a week ago when they clearly hadn’t shipped them till Monday this week from the postage label- why even lie? I emailed twice during this time asking for tracking and was ignored, so if there was a problem with my plates I reckon it would be difficult to sort because they just don’t answer. I have to admit I said if they didn’t come by Friday I would be doing a claim through my bank because they hadn’t responded to me. Just a note on other reviews, don’t blame the website that you ordered illegal plates, it’s clearly stated that only plain black non tinted 3D/4d is legal and anything else is not. I think to avoid this maybe marking lava plates etc as ‘show’ would resolve, but if you filter on the website by legal plates it only shows you non tinted 3D black text which is correct.

Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered set of plates and left a space between the first 2 letters, distance on the front was 95mm and the distance on the rear between the first 2 letters was 78mm when I contacted to request a replacement i was told these are show plates and that they could more or less send what they wanted. Contacted again over 11 time backwards and forwards between us and no resolve just told to read terms of service. Absolutely no customer service at all avoid this company at all costs

Queried where plates are as 10 days had passed and told to be patient, plates arrived and where good quality, only problem I was advised by the police they where not legal, I advised the supplier and basically was told it’s my own fault as I asked for Tints and tints are only for show cars after I relooked at the site I found a very small ? if you tick the tints option and the same ? On another page advises show plates only. I found the customer service abrupt if not cynical and am now the owner of an expensive set of unusable plates.

Everything written in the reviews below that is a good review is a lie, and those that say that they were ripped off is true. I could have copied, all the details, and put them on here for myself. Almost exactly the same thing happened to me. He changes the name of the shipping company, but I believe Pro Gun Dealer and the shipping company are the same person. One of the reviews I saw on Better Business Bureau said that the IP address is an address in Germany. Do not give a dime to this person. They are a criminal and I hope they are caught and jailed.

SCAM WARNING

I saw this dealer had a IWI Tavor 7 for a sale price of $1599 + $24 shipping. The dealer only accepts ZELLE for payment. Payment goes to an individual "Wilnafaite Dolce" with an email of "dolcenicky60atgmail.com". I paid this price and he said he shipped the Firearm to my FFL via xpresshiping.com. The dealer sent me the tracking number which was a joke as the tracking site showed it was out for delivery on day one. The delivery date was 5 days later. On that delivery date xpresshiping contacted me via email wanting a "mandatory" $599 that they claimed was refundable for insurance before they could deliver the firearm. First, there were grammar errors from the shipping company email and .pdf they sent me. Next, in their web URL, shipping is spelled "shiping". If you look for the IP address for this progundealer.com, it is out of Germany. I have told them I will not pay a dime more as the dealers site only says $24 for shipping. Once I made the demand that the dealer pay the insurance since they say it is refundable and if not, then send me back my money, they have not responded. This is a scam. Do not be fooled, do not use them. I have all email and text and will be reporting this to the BBB and the ATF. This is a scam from all appearances. I strongly suggest you not get dupped by the lower prices and you move on to a reputable dealer who uses UPS, FEDEX and/or USPS and takes multiple forms of payment. Stay away from progundealer.com. Also, I downloaded the 2023 .xls from the ATF of FFL licensees in MD and progundealer.com is not listed. Also, their address is not listed in the ATF .xls under Parsonsburg, MD. Stay away from progundealer.com

Misleading, dishonest, fraudulent, IMHO - you decide

Misleading, if not completely dishonest bordering on fraud. Seller, Pro Gun Dealer (PGD), states a shipping charge and requests shipping address. After you pay PGD, it ships your purchase to another shipper who, in my case, demanded an "insurance fee" of ~125% of the purchase price. The shipper refused to explain what the insurance is for, how it is used, how it is returned. After asking for that information, the shipper refused to respond to further communications. Informed PGD and it did nothing. PGD took my money, failed to ship my item to the shipping address it asked me to provide, failed to refund my money. The owner claims to be a Dave Brooks, the email account to which money is sent supposedly belongs to a Simeon Washington. You decide if it is fraudulent to charge (or waive) a shipping fee, request the name and address of the recipient and then fail to ship it only to have a third-party demand more money for shipping. BTW, the third-party shipper ("Universal Freight Movers") claims to have a high Trustpilot rating. I could not find it. Based on my experience, under no circumstances should you deal with PGD. Further, as I understand it, at least 2 Attorneys General from 2 different states may be investigating PGD's business practices. Likewise for the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Looking at all the reviews I can relate to them, I got a bike from them. It turned into a rust bucket within months, cheap sprayed up frame and terrible components. Emailed them to get some answers and was just fobbed off the guy running it was a complete 🔔🔚. No wonder they are now bankrupt. Was lured in by the fancy marketing and website like everyone else. Stay well clear of this guy and any other company he starts up.

However as of Dec 2023 they are operating, posting 'feel sorry for me' social media posts about scraping by and trying to pick themselves up - this is because they've taken money from dozens of innocent customers like me. One of the most cobfusing order and delivery I have ever experienced in my life. I placed an order for a Norfee Industries bag from the Norfee website (I know, this does not make sense now under Mango Bikes, but I will explain) on the 4th of September. The website was saying that shipment would have happened between 3-5 days since the order confirmation, for EU countries. For this, a 14.99 euros shipping fee was requested. I was more than happy to pay this. Confirmation email was received immediately and this was stating I would have received another email when my order was ready to be shipped. I did not, so after few days I contacted Norfee Industries via the only available contact in their website: a support email. I asked if everything was ok. I did so because I decided to order the handlebar bag in advance, to have it in time for a friend's birthday and a cycling event we were taking part together. I sent the email on the 8th of September and I had no reply at all. Hence, on the 14th of September I tried to contact them through Instagram DM. Finally, someone replied to me, saying they were very sorry and that they had an issue: "looks like the connection between the website and the order system dropped abd we didn't notice" (this is what they replied on Instagram). I wonder if also their email system (where they should have my email in the inbox) dropped or disconnected. The person replying to my message apologised and said they were going to place an immediate upgraded express delivery. Nothing happened until the 18th of September, when Fastway confirmed my "Mango Bikes" parcel was on its way. You can imagine my surprise, since I was waiting for a Norfee Industries delivery. End of the story, I paid 14.99 euros for a 3-5 days delivery and I received my order 14 days after my order was confirmed. Obviously the order did not arrive in time for my friend's birthday nor for the event. Do you think that an upgrade for rxpress delivery is enough to make up for an issue that did not depend on me and for a total lack of communication? For them, it seems this is enough. For me, it is not. Hence, I will totally avoid this company/mix of companies or whatever it is.

If only I could note this company -500, I would do that! I am angry! Ordered a phone, paid. Received. The phone came is not working. Sent it back. Everything was done perfectly right. Thr packaging, the time delay. (They aswer to my mail a week.alter)The started by denying the percepted the parcel, tellement me this is not for them. After showing them proofs from DHL , they miraculously found the parcel at the neighbours street. 4 days later they told me the phone was locked with my Samsung account and asked my email and password, which I did in order to get my refund. Then, 🔕 silence... what a "professional ". They decided to keep my money (485 euros) AND the phone. They don't know I will engage a lawyer EVEN IF COSTS ME MORE THAN THE SMARTPHONE! Never order anything from them. Just liars, in denial. Companies like this should be banned from every commercial sites, like bol.com. I hope I could prevent some client from an error.

Samsung telefoon via bol.com gekocht bij tecmix. Nu ging voor de tweede keer het scherm stuk. Deze stopte er zo maar mee. De eerste keer hebben ze het netjes gerepareerd, maar nu ben ik vanaf januari al aan het mailen met ze. Elke keer krijg ik pas na dagen reactie of als ik meerdere mailtjes via bol.com stuur reactie. Na een telefoontje kreeg ik de melding dat de onderdelen nog niet binnen waren en er een nieuwe telefoon mijn kant in zou komen. Nu 2 weken verder en nog steeds geen telefoon en geen reactie via Tecmix en heb ze geprobeerd te bellen maar het nummer is niet bereikbaar. Hopeloos gewoon. Fantastische service! De bestelde gloednieuwe Samsung S21+ bleek niet helemaal goed te werken (NFC deed het niet). Opsturen voor reparatie was niet mogelijk ivm telefoon nodig. Tecmix heeft vervolgens in goed vertrouwen nog een nieuwe Samsung S21+ opgestuurd zodat ik die kon testen en alles over kon zetten van de niet goed werkende, waarna ik de niet goed werkende terug heb gestuurd. Top dat er nog ondernemers zijn die dit vertrouwen in klanten hebben!

ik heb bij de webshop van bol iPhone besteld de bedrijf die het heeft geleverd heet Tecmix heeft de iPhone verkocht zonder gerantie bij Apple die gewoon was verlopen. Tecmix komt niet met oplossingen en het bedrijf is zeer moeizaam te bereiken en je krijgt niet snel een duidelijke gerichte oplossing of reactie terug waardoor ik de situatie weer bij bol moet neerleggen. inmiddels met toestemming van Tecmix dat mijn telefoon geretourneerd is en ik mijn geld terug krijg op mijn banknummer waarmee ik betaald heb. helaas is deze banknummer buiten gebruik en ik mijn geld op me nieuwe banknummer moet ontvangen. graag zo snel mogelijk mijn geld terugstorten op de juiste nieuwe banknummer wat ik diverse keren heb aangeven en is fatsoenlijk reageren.

Tried to visit cardingmill valley, after driving miles, got turned away, carpark full, maybe if they hadn't closed the upper carpark we wouldn't of wasted hours travelling. In December 2024 I order a NT gift…

In December 2024 I order a NT gift membership for my daughter and her partner. Temporary cards were emailed to me along with the promise to send the membership pack and actual cards shortly. By 1st March no cards had been received. I phoned NT to find out what was happening. I was irritated and remain concerned about what I was told: 1) I was told the issue was caused by me because I had only entered my incomplete postal address information! I objected because I think that is highly unlikely. I take care with my information, especially online. 2) I was told I had also entered only partial postal address information for my daughter! Again I think that is unlikely and certainly don’t believe I would have repeated the same type of error. 3) NT does have all my correct address information anyway, because I’m a member and it used my email address to tell me it was processing my gift application! 4) NT is legally required to have adequate, up to date and accurate personal information when processing but doesn’t appear to have done that. It must also have appropriate technical and management processes in place, and regularly test those, to ensure only lawful processing of personal data happens. It doesn’t appear to have done that either. 5) NT didn’t check or validate my information when processing or allowed it do become corrupted. Neither of which is acceptable. Hopefully my daughter will receive her cards (oddly she has received other mail from NT) without further delay. I remain concerned however that personal data is not kept secure and is unnecessarily exposed to loss and corruption. NT please urgently review your systems and procedures.

This site lost my text twice, they are not making it easy to leave feedback... National Trust family membership was £83 in 2016, raised to £169 in Mar 2025 - way above official rate of inflation. Do we get more services along with inflated prices? I don't think so. Properties only got older and dustier, cafe food is still mostly unhealthy and even more expensive, children playgrounds are not maintained in many places.. Blossoms are nice though - but there are other non NT parks around as well. NT management want less visitors paying more to compensate for the loss of working families - good luck with that..

I was shocked, staff polite & cafe free from queues. I visited Tredegar House and was pleasantly surprised. staff were pleasant and interacted well with a family (sadly often not the case). Went to the cafe and found that I didn't have to queue (sadly often not the case). Cakes and coffee was nice too. A great day out in Newport.

Website not user-friendly re: cancelling auto renewals

I want to support the National Trust, but I also expect to be able to go onto their website and cancel an auto renewal without having to go through the hassle I encountered in trying to do so. I received a letter from them telling me they will automatically take payment from my account in March. This was a surprise because I thought I had already cancelled the auto renew; however, in the letter that arrived, the wording stated: 'If you need to make any changes to your membership or do not wish to renew, please call us before March 14.' Excellent that they at least notify members before taking payment (many companies don't), but to have to phone to cancel a direct debit, seems tedious and wholly unnecessary in this day and age when you should be able to cancel an auto renewal simply. I would have been happy to restart my membership at some point in the future, but having gone through this much hassle, I'm not inclined to do so. Having said this, the person I spoke to on the phone was efficient, well-informed and provided me with excellent customer service. All I have, though, is his word that it has been cancelled. I have made a detailed record of the time and date of the call, just in case...

Vegro: fout in systeem? Of gewoon te lui...?

Ik belde Vegro om af te spreken dat ze een geleend hooglaag bed zouden komen leveren. Dit was afgesproken met de huisarts. Maar het bericht van Vegro was dat er een melding in het systeem kwam dat er 'geen actieve zorgverzekering' zou zijn. Dat klopt niet want ik heb wel degelijk een actieve zorg.verz., maar men wist verder ook niet waardoor dat kwam. Ik kreeg het advies om contact te zoeken met mijn zorgverzekeraar. Daar ingelogd bleek alles uiteraard helemaal in orde. Sterker nog, ik kon het bed via de site van mijn zorgverzekeraar gewoon bij Vegro regelen. Laat ik het er maar op houden dat er bij Vegro een fout in het systeem zit waar ik (en wie weet ook anderen) de dupe van zijn geworden,....Want anders zou ik denken dat de medewerker gewoon te lui was om me te helpen...

Slechte afhaalservice

Goedemiddag, zojuist heb ik telefonisch contact gehad met Vegro. Dit ivm een bezorging waarbij er NIET is aangebeld of aangeklopt maar wel briefje door de deur is gedaan. Mijn partner en ik zijn de hele dag thuis geweest. We mogen nog niet eens naar buiten met onze kindjes. Telefonisch ben ik zojuist ook niet goed geholpen. Ik kon niet verbonden worden met een klachtenfunctionaris. Ze gaf aan dat er geen kosten zitten aan het inplannen van ophalen leen goederen . Online zag ik dat dit wel zo was. Vroeg aan de dame of ze dit dan per mail wilde bevestigen dat we hier geen kosten voor kregen. Kon ze ook niet doen. De naam van chauffeur kon ze ook niet geven terwijl ze ervoor na gevraagd zou hebben bij hem over de levering, diegene zegt 3 keer te hebben aangebeld (onze bel is echt niet te missen en deze is niet afgegaan). Ze wilde me niet verder helpen behalve nieuwe afhaal afspraak geven (wellicht dus met kosten) en ze gaf me het mailadres kwaliteit@vegro punt nl

Hele slechte klantenservice

Onlangs hebben wij tot onze grote verrassing een factuur ontvangen met een aanzienlijk bedrag voor de huur van bedverhogingsblokken die wij via uw zorgwinkel hebben geleend. Wij willen hierbij onze onvrede uiten over de gang van zaken rondom de facturering en de wijze waarop onze situatie is behandeld door uw medewerkers. Voor de geboorte van ons zoontje hebben wij deze blokken in bruikleen gekregen, met de mededeling dat wij deze enige tijd konden gebruiken. Rond de uitgerekende datum ontvingen wij echter de sleutels van ons nieuwe koophuis, wat een zeer drukke periode met zich meebracht. Naast de verhuizing moesten er talloze administratieve en financiële zaken geregeld worden, evenals alle voorbereidingen rondom de komst van onze baby. In deze hectiek is het doorgeven van ons adreswijziging aan uw zorgwinkel helaas over het hoofd gezien. De nieuwe bewoners hebben ons pas enkele dagen geleden op de hoogte gebracht van deze rekeningen, waardoor wij totaal niet eerder wisten dat de blokken teruggebracht hadden moeten worden. Op het moment dat wij dit ontdekten, zijn wij direct naar uw zorgwinkel gegaan in de hoop dat er begrip zou zijn voor deze situatie. Tot onze teleurstelling werd er echter geen enkel begrip getoond, noch door de medewerkers in de winkel, noch door de klantenservice. Er werd enkel gesteld dat dit onze eigen verantwoordelijkheid is, zonder ook maar enige bereidheid om mee te denken over een redelijke oplossing. Van een zorgwinkel hadden wij op zijn minst verwacht dat er rekening gehouden zou worden met persoonlijke omstandigheden en dat er enige vorm van coulance mogelijk zou zijn. Wij zijn heel erg teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van dit bedrijf en zullen ieder dan ook afraden om hier spullen te lenen. Mocht er door persoonlijke omstandigheden iets verkeerd gaan, dan blijven ze zich heel strikt vasthouden aan bepaalde richtlijnen. Gezien mijn eigen werkervaring bij klantenservice van een ander groot bedrijf, ben ik gewend om klantvriendelijker en welwillender om te gaan met situaties zoals deze. Het bedrag voor bruikleen is bovendien ontzettend hoog, dus de rekening is enorm!

Op 22-01-2025 een bij Vergro gekochte ter reparatie aangeboden.

Op 22-01-2025 een bij Vergro gekochte rolstoel in Lisse gebracht ter reparatie omdat er een schroef uit de rugspanner was verdwenen. Na 10 dagen gebeld dat de monteur ziek was en de stoel daarom naar de fabriek werd teruggestuurd. Na ca. een week teruggebeld dat de reparatie going plaatsvinden en alles onder de volledige garantie viel. Ca.14-02-2025 zelf gebeld hoe het er nu mee stond, antwoord was dat het onderdeel binnen was en hij snel klaar zou zijn. 25-02-2025 factuur ontvangen voor reparatiekosten, na gebeld te hebben bleek dit een vergissing te zijn en op mijn vraag wanneer hij nu eens klaar zou zijn omdat de nota blijkbaar wel gereed was kreeg ik geen duidelijk antwoord. Vandaag 27-02-2025 maar weer eens gebeld of ik de stoel eindelijk eens op kon komen halen, weer een onduidelijk antwoord van een weinig empathische vrouw die vond dat ik niet de enigste was en ze het nogal druk hadden. Ik wacht het nu maar weer af maar zet Vegro niet bij mijn favorieten,ik ben er wel klaar mee.

1e aankoop paar jaar geleden…

1e aankoop paar jaar geleden vriendelijke verkoopster die een rollator Pegasus Carbon Turbo ons verkocht. Wij staan altijd voor u klaar werd er nog bijgezet. Inmiddels had ik voor mijzelf hulpmiddelen nodig voor een knieoperatie welke 24-02-2025 heeft plaats gevonden. Krukken, urinaal (automatisch lekvrij inhoud 1 liter) en de schoonmaakborstel gekocht, contant. De krukken zijn prima maar nog lastig in gebruik. Na de operatie de volgende dag naar huis en 's-nachts de urinaal moeten gebruiken maar bij rond de 500cc begon de boel te lekken en te overstromen. Daar wordt je dan midden in de nacht niet blij van want de hele vloer werd natuurlijk nat. Dan probeer je nog zo goed en zo kwaad als het kan de boel beetje te drogen en dan maar gebruik te maken van het toilet. Klacht via het formulier opgenomen met Vegro maar de volgende ochtend nog geen reactie. Het gaat om hulpmiddelen voor mensen die dat nodig hebben. Maar goed, dan de telefoon maar gebruiken. Nou daar worden we dan ook niet blij van, het eerste wat je te horen krijgt is dat ze dat nog nooit hebben meegemaakt en ik het verkeerd had gedaan met het klepje. De betreffende dame begreep er totaal niets van want ik had gelijk verteld dat het om een urinaal ging die niet lekt en rond de € 65,- heeft gekost. Ik moest er maar mee naar de winkel dan zouden ze daar er wel naar kijken. Ik had ook nog een extra rollator nodig om i.p.v. de krukken te gebruiken want in de slaapkamer was er meer ruimte gemaakt zodat ik daar ook met een rollator kon lopen want dat gaat u makkelijker dan met krukken. Maar nee hoor, totaal geen empathie voor de situatie en ben ik maar gestopt met het gesprek want ik voel me niet lekker en nu helemaal niet meer. Slechte klantenservice en voor ons nooit geen Vegro meer en gaan we andere ook zeker niet aanraden. Inmiddels is de klacht netjes opgelost daar zijn we blij mee.

Deze organisatie is totaal respectloos, Geen ster waard! Waardeloos! Dit ook nog op deze manier omgaan met behoeftige mensen: oude mensen, zieke mensen die nogal vergeten, mensen die de dag moeilijk door kunnen komen, die met de computer niet kunnen omgaan, mensen die steun nodig hebben en het niet uren en dagen lang aan de telefon met hen kunnen zitten bellen om een onjuiste factuur ongedaan te maken. Ook nog 4 weken wachten op hun antwoord die maar niet kwam, ip daarvan viel een factuur op de deurmaat. Tot de bloeddruk nog hoger en hoger gaat stijgen van de zoveel spaningen veroorzaakt door deze waardeloze praktijk. Ik herken alle ervaringen die in andere reviews gelezen heb. Ze komen de afspraken niet na, ze negeren de emails. Het automatisch omzetten van het lenen in het huren ondanks dat je het aangaf dat je het niet wil. Ik heb het idee dat ze dat bewust doen om maat te te verdienen. Ik belde ze allang vantenvoren om ze te vragen hoe lang ik de spullen nog kan lenen. Ze zeiden dat ik voor die tijd een brief zal krijgen. Maar ik kan de spullen ook huren, na die tijd, zeiden ze. Meteen gaf ik aan dat ik ze absoluut niet ga huren. Ik stond aldoor op die brief te wachten maar er kwam geen brief. In hun email staat dat de leenperiode is BIJNA voorbij. In de tweede email las ik weer hetzelfde zin: BIJNA voorbij, terwijl de leenperiode 3 weken geleden al VOORBIJ was. Vervolgens krijg ik een factuur van 8 keer hoger dan ik de spullen nieuw ergens had gekocht. Stel je voor als ik niet na 3 weken had gebeld, had ik voor de oude wc pot van hen net zo veel moeten betalen als ik een tweedehands auto had aangeschaft. Ze negeren de emails Bespottelijk! Wanneer 6 maanden de leenperiode voorbij is en de zorverzekering niet meer willen betalen, ze op de rug van kwetsbare mensen willen verdienen. Imoreel, asociaal gedrag!, Helemaal gezien de doelgroep, zou ze op zijn minst kunnen bellen en vragen of je de spullen verder wil houden, dan wel huren. Maar nee, ze schrijven je niet eens een brief! Het gaat hier niet om een redelijke huurprijsje. Het gaat hier om honderde euro's voor het huren van een oude wc pot!!!. Ze declareren ook nog iedere maand 51 euro bij mijn zorgverzekering voor een trippelstoel. De trippelstoel mag ik onbeperkt lenen. Hoe naief moet een zorgverzekering zijn om 51 euro per maand, misschien levenslang aan zulke praktijken te vergoeden! Reken maar uit! 600 euro per jaar. Binnen 20 jaar gaan ze 12000 euro verdienen aan het lenen van trippelstoel!!! Dit is te gek voor worden om zulke oplichtingspraktijken in ons land langer te tolereren! Hebben wij hier niets in de wet (autoriteit) die deze praktijk moet controleren en stoppen? Maar ik beloof jullie dat dit spel is voorbij. Wij hebben wel rechters in ons land.

I recently bought their product code G2700 which is a 20v Trimmer. This is i totally useless piece of kit which does not do anything it is supposed to do and what they say it does. About 3 years ago we bought the stainless steel hose and spray. I recently dropped the spray head and broke the connector between the hose and spray. (This is a unique type of connector from what I can see. No one else's will fit). My fault, and I contacted the company to ask could I buy a replacement. "No. We don't stock spares". But they are still advertising and selling the full item. I got a second very curt reply. They are not willing to supply a spare part for items they are still selling. They will only sell the full item again. Shocking customer care, in fact no customer care.

Failure to Provide Services

I have been using their service for approximately 2 years and have been very happy with my growth and their service up until about 4 months ago. They were originally very responsive when things dropped off, addressed my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. However, their services completely tanked several months ago…in the last four months I have lost more followers than I have gained using their service. I have attempted to garner customer support repeatedly and through all means available (i.e. multiple text, voice calls, emails, chat, etc.) to no avail. I have repeatedly emailed their designated contact email (which I am prohibited from adding here) and have not received a response. I have provided them notice of intent to cancel my service if they cannot respond and/or address their current failures…with no response. I have sent the required “cancelation” email and have not received a confirmation nor a simple response. DUE TO BOTH PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURES I AN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AND WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING IT.

3 month Review - they actually work!

I've been using HypePlanner for about 3 months now and I'm so happy I found these guys. IG growth has become so difficult over the last year and and there are a lot of "cheaper" services out there that just DID NOT work. I was at my wits end of trying various services but I'm happy to report their growth systems actually do what they say they will do and they also have a very responsive team that TEXTS with you instead of emailing every 24 hours like others. I've been growing by ~500ish followers a month. Worth a shot.

Lost my account due to Hype Planner

I started using HypePlanner a few months back, and it started off well. Within the first few days I gained some new followers. However, within the first month my account was locked by Instagram for using a service like HypePlanner. I reached out to support and did receive a few tips on how to reach out to Instagram for them to to unlock the account, but in the end was unsuccessful. HypePlanner's customer support did not reach out to Instagram on my behalf to assist with this situation. In fact they were pretty hands off and blamed Instagram's change in algorithm (which on their site states they "adapt to any algorithm changes to keep accounts growing"). Prior to committing to a service like HypePlanner I did have concerns of using a service to assist with growing followers, but I did my research, read their reviews and felt confident with my choice of moving forward with their service. However, after moving forward, I felt as though I was misled - their service was not compliant with Instagram which led to my account being suspended. Even with submitting documentation, and numerous emails to Instagram support my account is still suspended. I would caution those looking to use HypePlanner that you may lose your account... I don't like to leave negative reviews but I don't want others to lose their accounts and be in a similar situation. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Thank you for your response...while you may feel this review is unfair or misleading, I'm simply expressing my experience with your company. While the Captcha was one of the issues, (which in fact was done correctly) the Instagram error states that the "account was disabled due to violating the terms'' oddly enough within 1 week of activating your service. We followed all steps (accurately) provided by both the HypePlanner team and Instagram/Facebook to get the acount reinstated to no avail. While this situation may not occur with all of your clients, it was my experience with your service.

I have used Hypeplanner since April…

I have used Hypeplanner since April 2020 in COVID-19 lock down conditions. They have grown my Instagram account by thousands in just seven months using the follow and unfollow techniques. I am a photographer and the targeting they used got all sorts of interesting followers and a few spam accounts that are all over Instagram. I was told by Hypeplanner that if I had a problem with certain accounts to make a complaint to Instagram. After several complaints, Instagram took action against accounts breaking the rules and my business trust score went through the roof. I have never been blocked with Hypeplanner like other social marketing companies that use bots. Hypeplanner has had some problems when the Instagram interface changes however they are quick to recover and get my growth back. I would recommend Hyperplanner to anyone trying to grow their account. There are those people in these reviews that claim the reviews are false and that the negative reviews are real. Just remember the negative reviews could be the competition trying to stop Hypeplanner success.

I'm always intrigued by new IG services around followers. I went on the phone with the founder and I was sold on a good approach. After 60 days I lost 10 followers. From an empirical POV, this is a net loss for me and doesn't really speak their growth strategies.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I wish I read these reviews sooner, because a previous review had the same exact experience that I did. This service just followed inappropriate and spam accounts that I was not comfortable following and targeting, and when I told them I was not okay with the accounts they were following that post graphic photos, they got upset with me and said "do you know how targeting works? our clients who actually understand targeting are the ones who see the best results" -- like yes I understand targeting I just dont want to target these accounts that are making me uncomfortable??? Also got me locked out of my account numerous times. ironic that they preach how good their customer service is, when really they just respond in a timely manner but are very rude once you start asking questions. don't waste your money

Bonjour, j’ai passé ma commande le 11 décembre 2023 et à ce jour je ne suis toujours pas livré et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Impossible de joindre le service clients par téléphone sur ce site. Je me demande même si je ne me suis pas fait arnaquer, si je n’ai pas de réponse d’ici 48 heures, je pense que je vais donner ce dossier à mon avocat. Je suis très déçu de ce site.

Commande passée il y a un mois pour une montre : le site n’avait plus la montre. J’ai cependant été débité et je suis toujours dans l’attente d’un remboursement. Le site ne répond pas aux mails envoyés sur leurs différentes adresses. Je déconseille vivement de commander chez eux, aucun service clients, et mise en vente d’articles qu’ils ne possèdent pas.

Really satisfied with the service

I am surprised to see people not being satisfied. I made 3 bathrooms and bought everything from Reuter.com. The customer service was great, they even helped me when a wash basin broke while we were installing it. In particular Mehmeti has helped me enormously and was always kind to support with the orders, payments, cancellations and re-ordering. I would definitely use their services again.

Domani mattina depositero’ una denuncianper truffa dettagliata. Tanto dovrebbe bastare per non far cadere altri consumatori nella rete di questa societa’. Aquistato un prodotto ad ottobre rinviano ogni giorno con le piu generiche scuse la spedizione, che oggi dopo quasi 2 mesi mi dicono sia stata assegnata allo spedizioniere, che dovrebbe impiegare 15 giorni lavorativi per la consegna. Gli addetti che cambiano nome scaricando le reciproche responsabilita (alle volte ilaria alle volte sara o alessandro) si vedono bene dal comunicare un numero di traking ne’ di telefono del corriere. Il personale del centralino abile a dare informazioni generiche, da garanzie e rassicurazioni in linea con uno schema commerciale diretto solo a raggirare il consumatore. Al momento ho da oltre un mese il cantiere bloccato in attesa del prodotto che nelle impalpabili rassicurazioni del customer care del venditore dovrebbe arrivare in un altro mese. Inizialmente la gentilissima quanto scaltra venditrice invitandomi ad un immediato pagamento mi aveva rassicurato la spedizione in 4 giorni lavorativi. Non ci sono altri temini per definire la truffa che questa società ed i suoi addetti hanno ordito. Tomorrow morning I will file a detailed scam report. Das Unternehmen schickst zwar bei rechtzeitig getätigtem Widerruf ein Rücksendeetikett, weist aber an keiner Stelle darauf hin, dass für dieses Rücksendeetikett ein pauschaler Betrag von rund EUR 15 vom zurückzuerstattenden Betrag einbehalten werden! Bei entsprechendem Hinweis hätte ich das Paket um 1/3 des Preises zurücksenden können. Auch bei der Information zu Widerruf und Rücksendungen wird an keiner Stelle auf die Kostentragung durch den Konsumenten hingewiesen. Sehr unseriöses Unternehmen!

KundInnen sollten wissen, dass Ware nach Ablauf der 14Tagesfrist nicht zurückgenommen wird, auch wwnn sie neuverpackt und unbenutzt ist. Anders als bei anderen Anbietern behält sich das Unternehmen eine individuelle Prüfung vor. Kriterien bleiben dabei unbekannt. In meinem Fall wurde die Rücknahme ohne Angabe von Gründen mit Verweis auf die 14Tagessfrist abgelehnt. Keine Kulanz, keine Kundenbindung. Für mich als Lernerfahrung- wntweder amazon, Baumarkt oder Fachhandel vor Ort.
