Can I give less than one star

Can I give less than one star? Horrible. Horrible customer service. I spent almost $550 on 12/3/24 on a walnut desk shelf and a desk tray. Was disappointed to learn, from tracking my order status on their website, that my order would ship between 1/3 and 1/10. That’s over a month after I placed the order! On 1/11, per my order status, my order still had not shipped. I was never contacted by Grovemade. I called and never got anyone who answered, but had to leave a voicemail. No one ever called me back. I finally sent an email and did receive a response. I was told the desk shelf was unavailable. That was the first I had heard that. No one ever bothered to call or email me letting me know that what I ordered was not available. Their website did not indicate the walnut shelf was unavailable. I was not told if or when it would be. Rather they tried to sell me something different. After a couple of emails back and forth, I told them I wanted a refund. That was on 1/16/25. I still have not received my money back. Today is 2/17/25. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and will probably file a complaint with the better business bureau. So disappointing.

Update 19/11/2024 Finally I got my product on 16/11/2024 it really it's looking amazing, Big thanks to Caroline and the team. From thefirst experience with this site, there is no credibility or transparency. I bought a large shelf on October 13th, and upon payment, the first shock of shipping from November 2nd to 8th, and before the specified shipping and delivery period has expired, there is no update and the false excuses begin?!! - I sent them an email to inquire about the status of the order, knowing that I know the expected shipping date and the response, of course, will be answered within 2-3 business days, and no one responded to me. - There are no updates on the shipment at all. - I contacted one of them in the instant chat on their website and asked him about my order, and the truth and excuses began to appear, and the words veiled with lies, we are a small team, and there was a delay in the large shelves, and when we receive them, they will be shipped to you!!. I told him when, and he said I do not have a specific date!! Which means wait until we benefit from your amount except for an unknown day, and he said that you will be answered tomorrow by official email, and of course he wants to end the discussion as usual. I advise against dealing with such sites that take people's money in this heinous way and they have no credibility & transparency. I agree with the people who wrote about this site negative things because it is a fact that I went through. 80% of those who advertised this product or site were paid or received the product for free, just talking lies. This is the art of marketing on the dark side. On the surface, it is something completely different, but in reality, after trying it, you discover the truth.

Total junk for the price. The wood was so poorly cut that the slots for the cork were totally off, and the cork was falling apart when I tried slotting it in. The instructions said to screw the shelf divider into the wood but the wood did not come with pre-drilled holes (said not to use screwdriver in instructions) and was too hard to use a screwdriver on.

What is this?

Their website is quite fantastic. They sell their products with superb photography and a user-friendly layout. I purchased a Monitor Stand - wondered about the price, but decided I wanted something nice and worth keeping. I spent the $350+ [I ordered a wool desk mat as well] and waited for them to arrive. We were excited when they arrived, opened the packaging, and found assembly was required. Not a big deal, but it should have come completed for that price. This stand was a disaster. Cork legs, metal stand, and the wooden top. It came with very simple instructions, but this just did not fit together with any sturdiness. It's design was terrible, so cheap when put together- no way it could hold anything on it. It took me 2 minutes to unpack, 2 minutes to put together, then 2 minutes to want to pack it back up for return. So very disappointed. Never unrolled the wool deskmat since they were purchased as a matching pair. No return label - cost me $45.16 to return this. Caution anyone from even trying their products - because when you are disappointed, you'll be out $50-$100 for the shipping and have nothing to show, but a sick feeling that you have been had.

Was worried, but received excellent service!

I received my order, it arrived fast, and was what I was expecting, but it has a minor issue. I ordered the walnut planter pots, but the metal inside the planter didn't correctly align with the wood. It's a minor inconvenience, but for the price I paid I was a little disappointed. I reached out to them over email about the issue, and as I waited for a response, I read these reviews which made me really worried. They responded really fast, and offered to send me a free replacement planter, and had it shipped out right away. They even covered the customs fees for the replacement order. I was stunned at how great their customer service was, especially after reading the reviews. The issue I had inquired about was very minor, but I'm happy to know that they stand by the quality of their products, and do their best to ensure you're satisfied. 5 stars, and definitely recommend Grovemade!

I drank the Kool-Aid and ordered the Grovemade shelf unit. Order came fast enough and well packed. When I took it out of the box, I saw some styrophone which I assumed was for packing. Turned out the styrophone was the actual legs for the desk shelf. The top is made of stacked plywood with a real oak veneer. Add the metal shelf in the mix and the unit was close to $600 with tax and shipping. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. I do not understand the rave reviews on every YouTube office makeover. How in the world can this mediocre unit be worth so much? On top of that my 32" dual monitors felt so high that I had my head cocked like I was sitting too close in a theater watching a movie. Uncomfortable for sure. I tried to accept my fate but could not comprehend what I received vs the cost. Didn't see the value. Didin't see the need for the premium price. To add the icing to my crumb cake, I decided to return the unit less than 24 hours after receiving it. I carefully boxed it up and took it to a UPS store to ship it back and get a refund. First mistake, Grovemake does not provide a return label. The unit has to be returned at my cost. I hated the unit so much, I decided it was worth the cost. Did not even hesitate. To my dismay, the cost to ship it back to Portland, Oregon from Chicago was $116. Yowza!! Second mistake, I was already out the $35 original shipping charge and now will lose $150 total for the priveledge of trying a medicre product. Don't believe the hype. The product is mediocre and you will never feel it is worth close to $600 with the extra overpriced $160 mid-tray. Skip it. Plenty of DIY videos on YouTube. Spread the word.

I placed an order on the 4th (the "order status" page said it was supposed to be delivered between the 6th - 13th), and I still haven't received it. I've emailed multiple times, and they keep saying they are going to ship it. At this point, I'm probably going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Nightmare experience. Placed an order weeks ago total silence thereafter, multiple emails (unanswered) and phone calls to find out what is going on, just cancelled the order I hope they won’t take months to issue the refund. I would never suggest that anyone buy anything from Grovemade. The product I ordered was a desk shelf It took quite a while to be shipped to me and when I got it there were no instructions in the box and parts were missing...some screws. I corresponded with their customer service people only to find that customer service was not on their agenda. I wrote several times and got no answers after the first coupe of emails. They told me they would send the screws in 5-7 days. Why not just put a few screws in an envelope and mail them to me? I never got the parts that were missing. I sent a copy of my emails to the company founder. He never replied. I liked the way the product looked on line and the website seemed to depict a customer-centric company that had a nice vibe. Nonsense! They have totally abandoned me and I have never ever seen worse customer service. STAY AWAY!!! BTW, there are alternatives to their products on line at better prices and though I have not yet ordered from their competitors I am positive no matter what, I will receive better treatment.

Really terrible. We've been using a company Called Memset for over 10 years. IOMART bought them and it wall went downhill. This week alone our server went off 3 times because their system thought we had not paid, whilst simultaneously billing us twice on direct debit and card. Each time they profusely apologise but unable keep messing up. It's all automated with minimal staff or service.

Sudden Price Hikes With Little Notice and Worsening Service

We used to be with Bytemark who were bought up by iomart. Bytemark were excellent, but following the switch, support worsened and prices suddenly jumped several times with little notice. I discovered that we were being overcharged based on their own provisioning system but they didn't want to know. I changed our VPS spec manually and their system reduced our bills to what they should have been for a few months but then the price increases started. Each time, the increase was huge 9-10% and there was very little warning or option to do anything. Overall, I'd have to say that this company doesn't really care about its customers - just its bottom line and gobbling up the (better) competition. We've finally had enough and have migrated our services away to better AND CHEAPER competition...

This company is an absolute disgrace

Dealt with Melbourne which was an excellent experience, no service issues, billing issues and the team and staff were there to help not attempt to deceive the customer, Iomart on the other hand is a corporate animal, more interested in their share price and driving profits however this achieved. We dealt with them by default, they bought Melbourne and very quickly we saw the change. I am more than happy to share my email dealings with them, i ended up having to contact the CFO of the group who in fairness tried to help but once it was back to his subordinates I was back in the same deceitful spiral. You have been warned, these people need to learn a lesson, i believe they will only ever take notice if their share price tanked and then they would go back to the same ethos that the companies they bought had, a customer centric approach. Complete disgrace from the top down. Its very simple really, there is much better companies our there who can offer far better services without all the baggage you get with Iomart, try ANS in Manchester, much better and where we have now moved all our hosting.

Ex Memset? move provider NOW!

Another ex Memset customer. Went from best in class to bottom of the barrel. Loads of random issues that are never explained. Servers taken down over Xmas period because of an error in their billing system (Their words) No support available till the 6th of jan meaning almost 3 weeks of downtime during which we started the move to AWS. No apologies. Cant email IOmart because I'm not an IOmart customer, GDPR etc. IOmart support rep cant deal with Memset customers and was equally as frustrated as me at being unable to help. Billing was duplicated so getting IOmart AND Memset bills with the IOmart bill being double, then triple my Memset bill. Phones at Memset are ringing out it took an email to the CEO to get things moving and sorted but I have no trust in their ability now. What a complete shambles.

We were a very happy Memset customer for many years, then they were taken over by Iomart and everything has gone downhill rapidly. Unexplained hosting outages which have taken an unbearably long time to resolve. Patchy and unhelpful support. Oddities with billing. Infrastructure shifts carried out in normal business hours leading to downtime. Overall a truly terrible experience. Will be moving away ASAP as they just don't seem interested in providing a reliable service or anything close to acceptable customer support!

Rapidswitch 90% cost increase without notice!!!

Just had the cost of our server increased by 90% without any notice. The reason apparently is a new minimum charge per "chassis" type. Any servers on special deals are revoked. Response from Iomart customer service manager Tom Hughes was, would I like to proceed with cancelling the server. Arrogant and unhelpful customer service. Avoid. (Iomart t/a Rapidswitch)

Botched Memset takeover

Botched Memset takeover Every element of the iomart takeover of memset has been a problem. Lost servers, double billing, support tickets get ignored and emails take days to get answered What is weird is they don't seem to want to be a hosting/VPS company, if you go to their website you see a load of marketing guff with no specs or prices. Something else going on?

I downloaded the app like 6 months ago and still have yet to be qualified for an advance. My debit card is still processing. It also took 2 weeks to get a link to reset my password. Don't waste your time it's basically a platform to advertise and accumulate points for using their advertisers. Then you cash the points in for cash. 1200 points for $5.

I originally downloaded this app in 2022 and then uninstalled cause it said to contact support and I never heard back. I apparently forgot about this app until I was reminded about it and thought I'd give it a try. Lol. I downloaded it today and was reminded that I already have an account. I can't change my address or add my gender in the app. There is a section where you can connect various retailers, including Doordash and get points for those receipts. I had to connect Amazon, Walmart, and Target 3 times within 5 minutes cause they wouldn't stay connected. I tried adding doordash but it kept telling me that my login info is wrong but I even verified they're not. I sent cs 2 messages tonight asking about changing my address and about the retailer connection issues. I'm kind of scared to try to connect my other shopping accounts cause I don't wanna have to reconnect each one 3 more times. Klover does have a referral program to where you can get 2500 points if your friend signs up but I have no idea what the steps are to trigger the bonus, other than signing up. All the copy ref link says is: Hey! I've been using Klover to get free cash advances. Try it using my link to get up to $200 in free cash advance. Tip for consumers: This apps is technically a cash advance app that goes by your pay dates to give you an advance on your check and has a cash for receipts function. There is a $3.99 a month membership if you wanna use this for the advance.

Today is the 21st Nov. I ordered a clock from this mob 26th Sep. I too didn't read the reviews. (Stupid). I have internet shopped for over 10 Years and have NEVER encountered such an appalling experience. I have now sent my 5th email asking for my money back. They appear to be thieves. I have given them until the end of the day to confirm my refund. If they give me some dribble about "we are checking" etc, I intend to do everything I can to shut this scam outfit down. There are laws protecting people from this type of practice and I will investigate and make it my soul purpose to see they can no longer trade. Grrrrrrrr. Very angry

Does not in my opinion even reflect the true violation this company have put honest buying customers through. I Purchased a Henry Vaccum Cleaner for £89.99 three months ago, received nothing and when I tried to contact the seller via the contact details provided it was a useless automated system. I have never been so disappointed and angry in all the years I have done internet shopping. This supplier was suggested by Google also to add to the scandal. DO NOT USE this website.

My partner ordered a set of GHD Hair Stylers (£80) from this 'company' nearly a month ago. We received an email confirming despatch the next day, but a week later it still hadn't arrived. We have emailed and phoned them but got no response, multiple times, the telephone just goes straight to an answer machine. Save yourself some money and stress, do not order from the variety store as the only variety you'll get is nothing for your hard earned cash!! I'll be reporting this to Trading Standards.

I purchased hair straighteners for my sisters birthday a few weeks ago. Supposedly the item was shipped the following day. Since then I have had no further update, the gift has not arrived, the company will not respond to email and their phone line now seems to be down. It all seems to have been a massive scam. Now have the joy of trying to get my money back. Hopefully the police catch up with these people and put them away. Lets just hope we are all covered and that they have not got away with everyones money!

Schlechter geht es kaum! Auch wir haben einen Vertrag vor über 20 Jahren bei der Central abgeschlossen gehabt, welche von der Generali übernommen wurde! Und auch ich kann die ganzen Kritiken bei der privaten KV bestätigen! Wenn man bedenkt, dass man monatlich für die private KV fast 1100€ zahlt und nun, wo man nach Jahren mal krank ist, kein Krankentagegeld bekommt, weil sie zu dumm sind zu lesen! Wahnsinn! Geht jetzt alles zum Anwalt! Warum übernimmt Generali andere Versicherungen, wenn sie nicht fähig sind? Aber pünktlich abbuchen ... das klappt tatsächlich! Finger weg von Generali!!!!

Ich habe eine private KV bei der Generali. Früher war ich Kinder der Central, die von der Generali übernommen würde. Die Bearbeitungszeit ist wirklich unterirdisch. Gleichermaßen nervig ist, dass immer wieder Teile der Leistung nicht korrekt ausgezahlt werden. Das bedingt wieder, dass man telefonisch Kontakt mit dem häufig nicht sonderlich freundlichen Kundenservice Kontakt aufnehmen muss. Das dauert und ist anstrengend. Generali setzt wohl inzwischen auch KI ein, um den Personal zu sparen. Immer wieder treten auch hier Fehler auf. Vorsicht bei der privaten KV der Generali, ich kann sie nicht empfehlen.

Ich bin nun bereits 25 Jahre bei der privaten KV der Generali ( vorher Central ) Ich zahle auch einen hohen 4-stelligen Beitrag und würde gerne erwarten, dass Leistungsabrechnung, welche vorher auch noch mit eingereichten Kostenvoranschlag von diesem Versicherer genehmigt wurden, zeitnah erstattet werden würden. Ich wartete nun bereits mehr als 3 Wochen, nach nachweislichen Eingang bei der Generali-Leistungsabteilung. Nun habe ich mir erlaubt, heute mal bei der Leistungsabteilung nachzufragen - die Aussage von einem überheblichen und extrem kundenunfreundlichen Mitarbeiter war " denken Sie, wenn Sie hier anrufen, würde es schneller gehen - ganz im Gegenteil - Sie nehmen uns die Zeit zum Bearbeiten der Vorgänge und somit müssen auch andere Versicherte länger warten - wir haben ja schließlich bis zu 28 Werktage Zeit, um Ihr Anliegen zu bearbeiten " ......... was ist das denn? Fachkräftemangel ist das Eine - unverschämte Nichtsnutze das Andere. Hätte ich nochmal die Wahl, würde ich mich definitiv für einen Versicherer entscheiden, bei dem der Kunde im Vordergrund steht!!!!

Weigern sich Versicherungs Rabatt ab zu geben

Eigentlich-10 Sterne. Wir haben das Auto abgemeldet und es wurde auf jemand anderen angemeldet mit einer EVB von einer Anderen Versicherung. Die Generali verweigert aber dies anzuerkennen weil es innerhalb der Familie zum Halterwechsel gekommen ist. Nun schickt Generali Inkasso welche völlig unbegründet ist. Gebt endlich den Rabatt frei , das geht garnicht! Das Auto wurde unter einer neuen EVB mit einem anderen Halter Angemeldet! Es tut garnichts zu Sache wie der Verwandtschaftsgrad ist. Wir überlegen uns mittlerweile rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten wegen Betrug und die Presse zu informieren.

Schreckliche Versicherung

Wenn ich Sterne abziehen könnte, würde ich -10 Sterne geben. Noch nie so eine schlechte Versicherung gesehen wie diese. Mein Freund hatte innerhalb seiner 5 jährigen Versicherungszeit 5 Unfälle, welche nur 2 von ihm verschuldet wurde. Die beiden Unfälle liegen auch sehr weit auseinander und waren nur kleine Kratzer am gegnerischen Fahrzeug. Ihm wurde anschließend die Versicherung gekündigt. Ich habe ein neues Fahrzeug bei der Generali anmelden wollen und wurde ohne Begründung abgewiesen. Auch wenn man per Mail, telefonisch oder auf anderem Wege Änderungen mitteilen möchte, werden diese selten bearbeitet oder erst viel viel später, wenn es schon zu spät ist. Aber selber bekommt man wöchentlich Post die nicht nötig ist. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schrecklicher Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit ist dort ein Fremdwort.

Generali schlechtester Krankenversicherer

Die Generali ist mittlerweile einer der miesesten Krankenversicherer in Deutschland, Gigantische Bearbeitungszeiten, Kürzungen, gigantische Beitragsanpassungen. In den letzten 4 Wochen hat man 2 mal eine Kürzung von knapp 4 € vorgenommen und auch noch mit unmöglichen Aussagen begründet. Einmal bezahlt man Zähne ziehen nicht, dass sei im Tarif nicht versichert, dann bezahlt man nur einmal die Betäubung pro Kiefer, weil das auch nicht versichert sei oder man kürzt einfach Medikamentenkosten, die bisher bezahlt worden sind und das irre daran ist, dass das die Gesamtkosten des Medikamentes günstiger geworden sind. Das ist ja heute eher eine Seltenheit. Wenn man dann eine fragende und deutlich Mail nach Köln schreibt kommt dann kleckerweise Post mit den Resterstattungen, jedes mal einzeln. So kann man natürlich auch das Geld der Gemeinschaft auf den Kopf hauen, indem man die Verwaltungskosten explodieren lässt, weil man 3x 4 € erstattet und dazu jeweils Post schickt. Andere Erstattungen werden gar nicht vorgenommen oder deutlich verspätet. Die Post kommt teilweise erst nach 2 Wochen hier an. Sowas spottet jeder Beschreibung! Der Kundenservice und das Beschwerdemanagement kann man eigentlich direkt nach hause schicken. Die haben gar kein Interesse am Kunden. Der stört eh nur.

Unfähige Bürokraten

Seit 8 Monaten muss ich praktisch alle 2 Wochen eine Abrechnung beanstanden, weil sie der falschen versicherten Person zugeordnet wird. Kommt dann eine korrigierte Abrechnung, enthält diese schon die nächste Fehlbuchung! Hinweise, dass Abrechnungen vom entsprechenden Rechnungsteller der richtigen Person zugeordnet werden sollen werden dauernd ignoriert. Sogar wenn der Arzt auf der Rechnung an zwei Stellen die richtige Verbuchung vermerkt, schafft es die CSS falsch abzurechnen!

Der Kunde sollte immer an erster Stelle stehen, leider hat sich die Kundenbetreuung in den letzten Jahren stark verschlechtert. Dazu kommen happige Preisaufschläge im 10-20 Prozent Bereich über mehrere Jahre. Man fühlt sich eher wie eine Melkkuh, die nur ausgebeutet wird. Die Kommunikation erfolgt nicht auf Augenhöhe. Versprochene Telefonate bleiben aus und Kommunikation ist schlecht – es ist typisch für einen Grosskonzern, der die Kontrolle über die eigentlichen Aufgaben verloren hat. Ich kann nur jedem raten, keine Verträge mit der CSS abzuschliessen. Den Mitarbeitern empfehle ich dringend, dieses sinkende Schiff zu verlassen. Ich hoffe, meine Nachricht erreicht viele Menschen. Ich jedenfalls werde in naher Zukunft alle meine Versicherungen bei der CSS kündigen!

Jahrelang war ich bei der CSS…

Jahrelang war ich bei der CSS Versichert nun ist aber Schluss. 12% Prämienaufschlag einfach definitiv zu viel. Für die Hausratsversicherung ebenfalls ein Aufschlag von 25.-, weil ich einen Schaden gemeldet habe für welchen ich Schlussendlich 50.- erhalten habe. Wer ein bisschen Rechnen kann merkt, dass der Betrag spätestens nach 2 Jahren durch die CSS wieder eingenommen wurde. (Wenn keine Prämienerhöhung erfolgt. Ironie OFF) Im Active 365 wurde die Vergütung ebenfalls massiv verkleinert. Ca. um 50%. Und dies alles für einen Kunden der in den letzten 10 Jahren 1mal beim Arzt war.

Leider geht bei der CSS immer alles nur telefonisch. Ich habe online ein Angebot für eine neue Versicherung angefordert. Statt mir nach 5 Tagen endlich eines zuzustellen kam lediglich ein Anruf auf die Mailbox mit Bitte um Rückruf. Poor customer support

Shipping took long. When it finally arrived, it was too big. I also could see it was cheaply made and would be ugly even if it fit properly. So I asked to return it for a full return (as per the so-called guarantee.) Really terrible experience. FYI: The email response comes from an off the wall name. It looks like spam that you don't want to open. When I finally did look at it, it says I haven't responded so they might close the ticket. Bottom line, they will not give you a full refund. Best advise, always buy from a trusted source.

I don't understand the good reviews about Luxysense. The bra took a long time to get to me. I knew it was cheaply made as soon as I took it out of my mailbox b4 I even opened it just from the weight of the package. I wear a DDD/F. It was a flimsy, cheap bra from China. Of course way to small. Customer service is awful when and if they decide to read or answer any of your emails. They claim if you're not satisfied you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Don't believe it. Not only did I have to pay to have it shipped back, they didn't refund all my money. Also the bras you see on they're website isn't what you're going to get. DO NOT BUY FROM LUXYSENSE!!! Not sure on the date I ordered so I'm just guessing mid July probably before

Don't order from this company, Moona Bra was very cheap material and although I sent my measurements the bra they sent was about 3 sizes to small. Made in China and very cheap cotton used. No stretch. Of course they do the routine of sending it back to China or taking 50% off. Neither one works as they do not return any money and costs to much to return.

My experience with this so called 'company' is terrible. My dryer has been sitting in the middle of my laundry room for over 3 weeks, waiting for the repairman to return with the part I PAID for. I have at least 5 different phone numbers to contact them, but the phone either cuts out, or they don't answer. I contacted them via online connection, using a different phone number and they phoned me immediately. When I explained my situation, the 'customer service' guy told me he would investigate and get back to me....which he didn't. I have emailed 2 different contacts with the company, with no response. After a few goes at this, I have given up. Doing a little more investigating, I discovered their physical address in Regina is actually a VACANT building. In Regina they go by the name, 'Superior Appliance Service of Regina', when in fact, this is just a cover name for 'Appliance Repair Expert'. I am sure that all of the positive reviews they have on various sites have been written by their team of fraudsters. If you have high blood pressure.....AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

After contacting them for an appliance repair, a technician claimed a special-order part costing $500 was needed for the fix. We paid promptly, but the company failed to deliver the promised service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Total scam. I purchased some bathroom faucets here, after receiving them, I realized they were way bigger than listed on their site and would not work for the bathrooms. I’ve attempted to return these, but it is impossible to get a response. They keep messaging me “the American warehouse is having issues.” I don’t really care? Just send me a return label? Also won’t give me any instructions on how to make a return, won’t answer any emails, and won’t answer phone. The “return policy” on their site is a total lie and the product I received weren’t correct. I’m now out money for 3 faucets that weren’t the right size.

I called the phone number and someone who spoke very little English answered "hello" and kept apologizing without being able to helping me and there was no one else to talk to. Glass was wrong size, damaged tubes, broken fixing, Broken tiles promises after promises but ALL LIES. 9 months later yet more lies the job is sill not finished. I have used this company twice

I have used this company twice - once in late 2018 for a glass/stainless steel balcony balustrade, and once in november 2019 for a stainless steel and wire balustrade . Both times the product has been great. On the first occasion, we had excellent service, and everything arrived on the date promised. The second time last year, we had to wait a long while for delivery ( a month more than originally told), as various components were not available. However, they slightly changed the design in order to source the components, and so eventually everything arrived. Upon construction, we thought we may be missing some "cable holders" and Jo at customer services was very good , sending them out the next day even though the new design did not necessarily actually need them . This business and people that work for it are clearly and completely inept and void of any responsibility, trust, honesty or compassion. They pass the blame and buck from one another if they haven’t left as many do. They give you the wrong emails to send to and come out with many many lies as to why they can’t come to the phone or deal with your problems while you wait. In a meeting, on holiday, out is the office, that n another call, person had left, off for bereavement and don’t know when they will be back and so on and so on. They never return your emails or calls and then come up with excuses as to why they haven’t seen them. They promise to deal with the issues and then fail to deal with any of them. One even told me you will find the company directors phone number on trust pilot, which I didn’t, although I did find so many poor reviews slating everything about this company. I paid two deposit sums over for 3 balconies. My original order was back in Aug 2019 and it’s now the middle of Jan 2020. They took my money and promised a 5-6 week turnaround. Since they took my money they have never given me a fitting date although I have rung and emailed on many occasions. Excuse after excuse and till finally I took some advice and demanded my money back having given a deadline for a fitting date and had still not had one. Although I eventually had an email promising me my money back after several weeks of chasing again I’ve still not had it. Today I was told the owner had to give it back even though I’d been through accounts and customer services to do so. Apparently he’s off or missing without action. Give me my money back you thieving crooks as I’m going to creat a forum and go into every social media platform to tell my story and have another place for people to tell everyone what dishonest lowlife criminals you are. I’ve already contacted my MasterCard and have spoken to trading standards. I’ll be sending my experiance to watch dog and rogue traders too and obviously informing the ombudsman. WARNING!!! Good product but very bad service, missing parts and no email replies!!

I purchased a glass balustrade to surround our swimming pool in 2016. The quality of the components was good and the install went well apart from a shortage of components that they had to send me twice to fit myself. In March 2019 I paid a deposit for a second balustrade to match the first which i was happy with. However, communication within the company was really poor and despite many chases and emails we did not achieve installation until August 2019. This time the install did not go well as angled panels were not accurate and again there were missing components. The freelance installer did his best and finally got the panels installed and the company again promised to post us the missing parts for us to fit. I chased the production manager Paul Bayley for 2 months by email & phone but he would not reply so I never received the missing parts. Such a shame as the product is basically very good. The organisation within the company is a shambles and they do not reply to emails unless its about money. This is my second Optimum watch. The first one after about 2 years if that just went haywire, the timer just stopped or changed time during the starting sequence. the second after less than 3 months use is leaking with moisture getting into the screen and misting up the display

Sorry to say my 2012 sailing watch has packed up after only 3 years of Sunday morning racing. It took it to Vasilliki on holiday and the salt water must have done for it. It seems to have leaked through behind the face somewhere as I could see condensation inside the glass. I sent it back and they confirmed that it was cattled. They offered a replacement at £25. The original was twice that and considering it was only used for about 3 years on a fresh water lake once a week, I think it is bad value, so I will look elsewhere for a replacement. Some other guys at my club have cheap casio type watches that seem to last for ever.

This company takes 20% of contract…

This company takes 20% of the contract between you and the customer. It threatens and coerced contractors on the back end. And threatens them to keep quiet about the 20% markup they force. It also pretends it is a General Contractor that has a right to the customer and plays that as a down right lie. As it is simply a lead service and payment service provider. It makes up bad reviews on contractors to kick them off their platform. It is a matter of time before class actions and lawsuits bring these corporate demons down. If you a lawyer look into them.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible and inflexible customer service. They used to offer ice melter buckets throughout the entire winter. Now, they only offer them at certain times. They claim to send out emails about it that do not always get received, even when their flawed system says that they were. I can attest that I never received any of these emails. Regardless, their inflexibility is really not good customer service. They do not care about the convenience of their customers. They are only looking to make things easier for themselves. Then they shut down the conversation and ignore you instead of perhaps finding alternative ways to make the customer satisfied. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. It's a shame as now we have to go spend more money to get ice melter elsewhere when it would have been free due to our Jiffy+ membership (which we've had for years and will be cancelling if Jiffy continues to refuse to do the right thing). Rosita claims the promotion has ended but it's hardly a promotion if their customers don't actually get the emails. But I must be a liar. Now they've gone and cancelled my subscription before I actually asked them to do this. I guess that's the easy way out for them. They don't want to actually work toward finding a resolution. I would suggest that if you are looking for a company that provides good customer service and is willing to show flexibility, that you look elsewhere. To respond to the Jiffy owner's reply: I did not have a conversation with their team. I had Rosita implying that I was a liar and making baseless claims followed by fake empathy. Then she just started ignoring me. Your resolution was to refund me money (and that's fine) but you didn't ask before you CANCELLED my account. I had said that I might have to. I didn't say to actually cancel it. In addition, I had credit on my account. That credit is now gone. Where did it go? You are unwilling to acknowledge that the error may have been on your end. This is the SECOND time that this has happened this year. The first time, you did the right thing and got ice melter delivered to my house. This time, you adamantly refuse. I did not receive the email and Jiffy made no effort to ensure that I did this time, given the trouble I had during their first promotional window. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And now they have blocked me from chatting with them on their app proving that they are unwilling to have a conversation. They keep saying the same thing a conversation. They are unwilling to address my concerns at all. Not a good look.

I bought 3 packs of heavy duty plastics cover and non of them are proper, the far end tear apart when you trying to cover. I was given damaged plastic as the far end is not even straight. I can even use them.

Jiffy is easy to use but heaven forbid something goes wrong, customer service is not helpful whatsoever. Customer service will be unable/unwilling to assist with even the simplest requests. I have used Jiffy 4 times, but it only takes one bad experience to make me to never use them again. The professionals I have encountered have been reasonable and professional but I can’t say the same for customer service unfortunately

Ordered fish and snails from them on…

Ordered fish and snails from them on December 26th and they decide to ship it on January 9th, the worst weather we have had in three years. The package was never delivered and they sent me an email saying they would refund my money, but they never did. If you try to call them it’s at least a 3 hour hold time. Most recently they were not even accepting calls and saying their mailbox is full. The last fish I purchased from them was a naso tang that was disease ridden and died in three days. Before you purchase anything try and call them. They will not answer the phone. That’s all the proof you need.

Disapponted handling of fish

First fish was shipped Dec 30 for delivery Dec 31 but was sent out too late and FedEx held the package through New Years Day and delivered Jan 2. Fish was DOA. I don't think it would have survived even if delivery was on time as it was poorly packaged - water bag was wrapped in newspaper and a single heat pack in the hot. Phone LiveAquaria immediately and they gave me credit and ordered a replacement Flame Angel. The second angel arrived overnight Jan 7 and again DOA. Water was extremely cold, single heat pack and poorly wrapped. I used to order from Live Aquaria back before they were part of Petco and never had any DOA and many of these fish lived in my tank for many years. Things have changed and I will not order fish from LiveAquaria again.

Saved Me Thousands of Dollars!!

This place saved me thousands of dollars in lost money!!! I have 12 tanks set up and running in my house. I have a long list of fish that I plan to buy, spanning from freshwater to saltwater of all types. If you know anything about fish then you know you cant buy them all at once and dump them in your tank. You have to phase them in. So I was planning to spend thousands of dollars over several orders. Well Live Aquaria was SO BAD on my first order that I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM again. This place engages in false advertising to start. They show fish In Stock when they aren't. They appear legit on the website but that's where it stops. The website will go so far as to say "If you order by this date then your fish will ship on this date and your order will arrive on this date. Seems pretty straightforward, like it should be because lets face it. Their job isnt hard. All they have to do is advertise what they actually have and then ship those out when they are bought....That's it......But NONE OF THAT IS TRUE. They have no idea what they have in stock. Thet dont keep the website updated. Michelle and Sheila over there that "answer the phones" (After being on hold for 2+ hours) are LOADED WITH EXCUSES. No one there takes responsibility for the clown-show / scam they are running. SO MUCH IS WRONG with this place. Like I said, They saved me thousands of dollars in lost money. Company will ignore their own guarantee!

One order placed and out of the six Cichlids only three survived. There were two bags, one contained three electric yellow cichlids that had enough water in it to support 1 cichlid and the other bag had 3 blue peacock cichlids which had enough water but they were all males so one had his tail fin chewed off on arrival. Bag #1 electric yellow cichlids with two DOA fish. Water was horrible smelling and there wasnt enough to support three fish for a 24hr period. I filed a claim after i did their acclimation steps. They did get back to me with credit for the two E yellow cichlids. Bag #2 there was plenty of water in this bag for three nonterritorial fish but not when you have territorial fish like cichlids so one of the fish arrived missing most of his tail fin. I still acclimated them all and was not surprised to find the one damaged fish dead within 24 hrs. I filed a claimed right away and have heard nothing. I filed a second claim and have heard nothing! This company had standards back when it was Drs foster and smith. Now it seems to be run by people who dont seem to care. Never again will I order from them. Also they ask who packaged the order. Maybe this is something they should know and why should we tell them this information. They obviously dont care enough to do anything about it based on how they ignore their own claims! Don't buy your fish food from here!!!!!

Just to let everybody know DON'T PURCHASE FROZEN FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased $278.42 of frozen food (16 oz flat pack Krill (9)& Plankton (9) on July17 (last week) and the mourns placed it in a cardboard box with out any dry ice to keep it frozen. Well I live in Florida and by the time the shipment got to me it was melted and they refuse to make my order good!!!!!!!!

They refuse to delete my data from their website!

I have sent several emails & spoken with their CS on the phone. I currently have no aquarium, so I have tried, unsuccessfully, to remove my information from their data base. There is no way to remove it from their website. I called and walked through this with CS. She told me I had to delete it, so I explained, as I tried, yet again, unsucccessfully, to remove my data, that the site will not allow me to do so. I was assured they would get back to me with a resolution. It has been over 30 days. No matter how many emails I send, they tell me it is up to me to delete the info. There are too many hackers out there & I hate having my data sitting on a website I NO LONGER USE!!!

Mais plus de cuisiniste BUT à Granville donc je les appelle pour vérifier avec eux au téléphone s'ils peuvent faire l'intervention. Personne au téléphone : pas de souci, on a tous les modèles de frigo. Le jour de la visite : c'est bas de gamme, il faut tout refaire : c'est plus de 3000€ Non ce n'est pas bas de gamme c'est une cuisine BUT de 14 ans en état impeccable avec des portes même pas bancales. Conclusion : un autre professionnel lui sait faire l'intervention. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec eux. Ne savent pas s'adapter, ils veulent travailler avec leurs cuisines.

Une très grosse déception …

Le 30/1/22 nous avons commandé une cuisine modèle symphonie N1 pour 24066€ très bien conseillés par M. Tiphon le concepteur très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Livraison prévue pour le 24/6/22. Nos déboires ont alors commencé avec des côtes mal prises et donc une cuisine inexploitable … mais le chèque de solde aussitôt encaissé. Le poseur n’est revenu que le 9/9 pour modifier et relever des anomalies à reprendre (alignement évier, étagères four abîmées, cachés manquants , Porte frigo abîmée,…). Apres plusieurs relances auprès de Karel qui gère les interventions, nous prenons enfin possession de notre cuisine le 24/11/22 soit 5 mois après son paiement final ! Heureusement que nous avions une cuisine d’été pour palier à cet inconvénient. M. Tiphon nous avait dit qu’il nous ferait une attention (un porte serviette pour le meuble sous évier), mais rien! Il nous avait vanté le professionnalisme des poseurs et du service commercial… personne nous a contacté malgré les problèmes rencontrés, ils ne vont jamais reçu de demande d’avis pour évoquer notre satisfaction sur leur site. Fin, octobre 2023, soit un peu moins d’un an après la prise de possession de notre cuisine, le meuble situé au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson a commencé à gondoler, et ce malgré l’utilisation de la hotte. Problème de conception? Problème de groupe, pas suffisant ou trop éloigné de la plaque? Nous sommes donc rentrées en contact avec notre vendeur Arthur Bonnet, Cannes, Mandelieu (la société Casanova) afin de rectifier le problème. Sans réponse, et après plusieurs relances, trois mois après, on ne répond que cela intervient suite à une mauvaise utilisation et pour parfaire le tout « que l’installation ne présente pas de défaut de conception. Néanmoins, une hotte aspire de l’air et non pas de l’eau. Qu’il convient de retirer l’excédent d’eau (vapeur) qui se dépose sur la façade après utilisation de la plaque de cuisson »…. À croire que nous sommes stupides !!!! Devant ce manque de considération, nous sommes intervenus auprès du service client du groupe début avril qui n’a pas eu plus de considération, nous répondant au mois de juillet, après plusieurs relances que le revendeur ; la société Casanova Arthur Bonnet cannes Mandelieu ; nous avait déjà répondu en février. Mais quel sens du commerce !!!! Qu’il s’agisse d’Arthur Bonnet Cannes la société Casanova (qui porte bien son nom) ou de la maison mère d’Arthur Bonnet où sont fabriquées les cuisines (cuisine Design industries) située dans le 85…. Ils ne sont pas du tout dans l’empathie. Nous avons tous les atouts pour faire un recours car la hotte est en retrait de la plaque de cuisson et donc forcément la vapeur attaque le meuble positionné au-dessus. Il s’agit bien d’un défaut de conception , la hotte devrait recouvrir toute la plaque. Cependant les frais engendrés par cette action seraient supérieurs au montant de la reprise du meuble où est intégré le groupe hotte. À défaut, nous postons aujourd’hui cet avis qui permettra aux futurs clients d’être plus vigilants que nous l’avons été. M. Mme Russo Clients et consommateurs, déçus 😞

Cet après-midi, visite au magasin Arthur Bonnet de Pérols. J'ai fait le tour du magasin, 2 vendeurs étaient présents, très absorbés par leur dossier !!!! Aucun accueil , aucun bonjour , ils n'ont pas levé le nez de leur bureau. Tant pis, c'est dommage, j'irai voir un autre cuisiniste !

SAV d'une médiocrité absolue

Je me bats depuis 1 an et demi pour un défaut de pose de mon four Micro-onde. Le service consommateur ne fait que nous prendre pour des c**. Depuis plus que 1 an et votre « Expert » n’a pas de RDV !!! Vous avez combien de litige en cours en fait ? Mais en fait, avez-vous en vrai un « Expert » dans votre boite ? Il ne me reste plus que la voie judicaire avec vous. J'ai acheté une cuisine à prix d'or pour le Made in France et la soi-disant qualité et le SAV. J'aurais dû acheter de IKEA beaucoup moins cher avec une vrai garantie.

Mauvaise expérience chez Arthur Bonnet

Je suis allé chez Arthur Bonnet dans la zone du Luc à Dechy, on m’a très bien accueilli en m’expliquant tout le projet qui allait se mettre en place en précisant ttes les étapes , de la conception à la livraison, cela semblait très intéressant, le commercial ventait son expérience et son professionnalisme. Il m’a dit que le rdv que ns allons fixer allait prendre presque 2h….. Il m’a reçu qq jours après, le rdv a duré 20 mins, il m’a dessiné sur une feuille de papier son idée ( intéressante), il m’a dit qu’il allait travailler dessus et qu’il reviendrait vers moi 2 jours après…. Au bout d’une semaine j’y suis retourné, il m’a dit qu’il y avait un oh de logiciel et qu’il me préviendrai par mail des q ça serait rétabli, 10j plus tard j’y suis retourné à nouveau, il m’a dit qu’il y avait tjs un pb de logiciel……à ce jour, 2 mois après j’attends tjs son devis. Énorme manque de respect et de professionnalisme pr une enseigne digne de ce nom. Le commercial était le plus petit des 2, je ne connais pas son nom sinon je l’aurai écrit parce qu’il s’est littéralement foutu de moi, c’est inacceptable

Pratiques décevantes de tous ces "pseudo" ARTHUR BONNET. Si Arthur Bonnet assure 30% de la commande, il ne s'agit que du mobilier. Si Arthur Bonnet réclame la totalité de la somme avant la livraison, il ne s'agit que des caissons+portes+plan de travail+crédence. Accord entre A.B. & le magasin "franchisé" UNIQUEMENT (transfert de propriété). Car ces modalités ne peuvent s'appliquer au Client qui fait poser sa cuisine par le magasin avec qui il signe le bon de commande, sur lequel apparaît également électroménager, sanitaire, électricité, plomberie.... matériel non fourni, donc non garanti par A.B. Car si le poseur endommage un meuble quels sont les recours. Par contre, le Client peut exiger avant signature les Assurances R.C. décennale, garantie de paiement. Idem pour les intervenants. Ce qui éviterait tous ces désagréments. Pour la signature d'un contrat il faut être deux, donc vous avez la possibilité de modifier le contrat qui vous est présenté afin de le rendre plus équitable et éviter certaines clauses qui peuvent être considérées abusives. Certes, toutes ces enseignes qui profitent de la bonne renommée des anciennes entreprises, se cachent derrière cette bonne réputation n'est pas gage de sérieux et ne présage rien de bon pour le Client. Difficile, lorsque l'on franchit le seuil d'un magasin de penser à commencer l'approche par "vous montrer votre K.BIS ou INPI" Jusqu'à quel point, c'est légal ARTHUR BONNET au dessus du pas de porte, puis en tout petit dans un coin une adresse mail reprenant certaines informations du franchisé ?

Arnaqueur à la foire de Paris

Grande enseigne à la foire de Paris, j'achète une cuisine sereinement chez Arthur Bonnet. Je prends une cuisine toute option, le vendeur me fait croire à une promo exceptionnelle mais il n'en est rien, je paie le prix presque normal pour la gamme arthur bonnet et quelques mois plus tard, le magasin situé dans le 94 est en liquidation judiciaire. Je l'apprends par hasard en allant sur internet, j'appelle donc le service consommateur qui m'informe qu'il s'agit d'un indépendant qui utilise et vend la marque Arthur Bonnet et qui a la possibilité de représenter la marque à la foire de Paris sans que la marque elle même soit responsable. Arthur m'a proposé de prendre en charge 30% de la cuisine mais je perds tous les avantages de la pose et de l'électroménager. J'ai préféré perdre mon apport plutôt que de travailler avec une entreprise qui a pour partenaire des escrocs. C'est apparemment une pratique répandue dans le milieu. Donc à tous ceux qui me lisent, il vaut mieux éviter d'acheter à la foire de Paris car je me suis rendu compte que les cuisinistes en magasin pratiquent aussi de belles promotions

Mauvaise expérience globale. Les quotes ont été mal prises, ce qui a entrainé un retard et le fait que certains éléments prévus n'ont jamais pu s'intégrer dans la cuisine. La hotte n'est pas adaptée au piano de cuisson qui était là avant l'installation de la cuisine. Le plafond est à présent noir au-dessus de la hotte. Une bouteille de champagne devait être offerte, je l'attends toujours. En guise de compensation, nous avons eu droit à un blender déjà utilisé, avec encore des traces alimentaires à l'intérieur. Nous avons écrit au siége d'Arthur Bonnet. Le délai moyen de réponse fut de plus d'un mois. Mon dernier mail en date du 22/08 n'a toujours pas reçu de réponse. Ils l'indiquent très bien, Arthur Bonnet, ce n'est pas le gage de qualité, puisque ce sont des franchises indépendantes. Comme je l'apprendrai par mail, "le service consommateurs est là pour trouver une conciliation, une médiation dans le cadre de votre requête " Traduction : On ne peut rien faire, débrouillez vous. Je ne recommande pas cette agence, nous sommes très déçus de notre expérience.

Je suis très déçue de la qualité et du SAV ARTHUR BONNET au bout d'un an les tiroirs se referment mal certains rails ont été changés d'autres j'attends encore depuis plus d'un an j'en ai fait mon deuil. Certaines charnières sont déjà rouillées et mon îlot central s'est déjà renversé 2 fois en ouvrant les tiroirs. Auparavant j'avais une cuisine DARTY de bien meilleures qualité

J'ai du changer mon préparateur solaire en juin j'avais un Atlantic depuis plus de 15 ans par un de Dietrich UNO 300 BSL. Vous prenez trois douches et plus d'eau chaude. C'est parfait quand vous êtes 5...je suis vraiment déçu car ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on vous vend le produit Je n'ai jamais eu de soucis avec l'ancien. Je le déconseille vraiment pour le prix et posez Bien toutes les questions avant installation si vous ne voulez pas être déçu comme moi. Produit a éviter si on est une famille de plus de 3....

Depuis 6 ans que ma chaudière est installée (MCA 35), voilà la 4ème fois que je suis censé changer le Corps de chauffe qui se dégrade rapidement. De ce fait, il faut à chaque fois désembouer le plancher chauffant. 15° dans la maison alors qu'on demande 21°. Et chaque année, le même problème qui revient et l'attente de la réponse de DD. Chaudière de dietrich mcr 24/28 une catastrophe

Une catastrophe! Appartement équipé d’une chaudière de Dietrich mcr 24/28 depuis 2018 et c’est une véritable arnaque. Nous sommes depuis embêtés en permanence et ce malgré un entretien plus que régulier puisque nous devons faire intervenir un réparateur très très fréquemment ! Code erreur 05 , baisse de pression …. Tout et rien qui fonctionne. On remplace les pièces mais le problème n’est jamais résolu. On a changer de réparateur il n’a pas non plus réussi ! Ils testent les pièces, tout fonctionne parfaitement et ça recommence quelques jours, semaines après : la chaudière se remet en défaut. Notre locataire n’en peut plus et à juste titre et d’ailleurs nous non plus. Après avoir regardé différents forums sur internet, le problème est récurent sur cette chaudière !!!!!! A quand une solution de la part de cette marque ?????

Cuisinière, la qualité s'écrase en chute libre et le prix monte au ciel !

Fin 2019 j'ai remplacé une cuisinière De Dietrich qui m'avait donné toute satisfaction pendant 30 années par une nouvelle cuisinière induction DCI 1594 X, similaire au modèle DCI1583X de 2024. Moins de 5 ans plus tard, le four est HS, l'afficheur reste éteint et les commandes tactiles sont inopérantes. Quel exploit pour ce modèle haut de gamme ! En bonus, son prix est passé de 979,30 € en 2019 à 1499 €. Avant de l'acheter, prévoyez le prix de la réparation : 140 € pour le diagnostic + le remplacement des cartes électroniques pour plusieurs centaines d'euros... Et ça pourra recommencer ... Vite un bon petit plat pour vous réconforter, tant que ça marche ! Client, il ne m'a pas été possible de mettre un avis sur le site DARTY : CQFD et bon appétit PS pour nos députés adorés : une garantie minimale de 5 ans pour le gros électroménager, ça serait bien pour cette foutue planète mais très mauvais pour le GROS business

Mon lave vaisselleDe Dietrich installé il y a 12 ans par Schmidt est tombé en panne. Par le passé, les réparateurs venaient et le réparaiznt sans avoir besoin de mon intervention. Maintenant, le réparateur exige que je retire la plinthe de l’intégralité de la cuisine pour pouvoir intervenir. Comme je ne sais pas le faire, je demande à avoir un réparateur qui sache le faire mais on me répondque c’est à moi de le faire et quand je demande pourquoi avant je n’avais pas besoin de le faire, je n’ai pas de réponse. J’ai tout de mêmepayé 129 € pour que le lave-vaisselle soit toujours panne depuis début septembre 2024

Nous venons d’équiper une grande…

Nous venons d’équiper une grande cuisine moderne sur maison neuve avec 3 fours de la marque (dont 1 vapeur) et une grande plaque à induction. Nous avons eu un problème sur le four vapeur (fumée marron et fuite d’eau qui a abîmée notre mobilier cuisine ) des le 1er jour d’utilisation…. Aucun SAV nous avons attendu plusieurs mois et au bout de 5 mois ils ont envoyé un technicien…. Mais aucune solution propose juste de nous dire qu’il y’a avait un problème de fabrication sur ce modèle…. J’aurais du lire les avis ici avant d’investir dans une marque que je croyais encore prestigieuse…. Mais ça c’était avant il y a bien longtemps sans doute. Des dizaines d’appels téléphoniques, des mails et jamais de retour ni de rappel de De Dietriech. On nous ballade de service en service de quoi prendre des crises de nerfs . Ensuite problème sur panneau de contrôle du four traditionnel et la aussi aucune réponse pro du SAV. Plus aucun mode d’emploi en papier …. Ça clear la petite cerise sur le gâteau…. Au prix de leurs appareils ils pourraient imprimer un peu de papier (plus pratique à l’usage en cuisine). Bref Marque à fuir car sans SAV aucun et une grand méprise de leur clients…..

Non respect de l'offre de remboursement

Mes parents ont acheté une plaque à induction qui devait bénéficier d'un remboursement de 80€.... Déjà ça a été compliqué pour faire la demande de remboursement parce que le site ne fonctionnait pas et il a fallu envoyer plusieurs mails avant d'avoir une réponse avec un lien vers un site qui fonctionne.... Mais le pire, c'est que le virement a été fait mais seulement de 50 € au lieu de 80 € !!!! C'est de la publicité mensongère et c'est lamentable !! Donc Dedietrich plus jamais !! Et encore plus quand je vois les autres avis ici concernant la piètre qualité des appareils (pourtant excessivement chers) et du SAV.

Do not buy from them as they sell fake products. Requested to return the Uggs I purchased as they were clearly fake and was told to send them back to Spain for a full refund or get 50% off a further purchase. Requested a UK address to return them to which I was provided with but when I didn’t receive a refund I was told the Uggs weren’t eligible for refund. I contacted my bank who investigated this with Visa and they have refunded me on the dodgy companies behalf. DO NOT BUY

Was actually worried having looked at the reviews however I dont think this company deserves all this backlash from impatient customers. They do have a either 10/14 working day delivery policy however there prices are decent and if you are happy to wait then you should buy from here. I ordered a longchamp bag as a birthday gift, after I read the reviews I panicked and emailed, although got response after a day or two I still got a reply in the end. Order was delivered within the time frame given and product was authentic and good quality. No issues from me, dont be afraid to purchase just because of the bad reviews.

Totally frustrating experience. Settlement was on the 13th of December. Our over payment of over $28K took over a month to be paid back. Numerous calls made with little action made. Still to this day we have not received a final statement of accounts after asking more than 10 times. Loads of excuses made and blaming other conveyancing companies for their lack of follow up. Find another service provider that is customer focused.

To say the least they are nightmare to deal with, they call themselves professional which I don't think they know the meaning of it, they call themselves exceptional customer service which they have proven over and over they are otherwise. They settled our to buy property without our knowledge and to make the matter worse ignored the very important contract's special condition so burdened us with potentially a faulty property. No communication and no one own to the blunder they made, we are still to receive settlement documents after a week. Absolutely stay away from this firm at any cost as they aren't what they claiming to be, not at all.

Since settlement of my new property I have been sent an overdue council bill in my name when I didn’t even own the property at that time. I have rung and you guess it no one available to speak to me. Their warranty is non-existent. I bought an airmattress from Walmart, and it started deflating after 3 use. So I contacted Intex online for 1 year warranty. First, their email system is so terrible. You cannot respond to their response email so you would have to go back to their website and rewrite the same thing everytime you need to respond about the same issue. On the first email, I specified what product and where I bought it with my address and everything. It took them 4 emails back and forth just to tell me that I cannot get a replacement because warranty does not extend to their products bought thru other retailers. Most people buy intex products from Target, Walmaet, Costco and Sams, not from their website. What a scam this company is. I will never buy another product from intex.

Purchased the largest above ground pool they sell. Took over a month for delivery. Set up went pretty smoothly. Filled pool and started filter and salt chlorinator per there very minimal instructions. Filter worked fine but no chlorine was being generated by the salt system. Sent inquiries (only half wete answered) to the company but got suggestions that made no sense. Salt level was perfect as was the pH. They told me not to put regular chlorine in as it would damage the already non-functioning salt system. 4 months later I still have no solution. They are running me in circles by asking for photos and videos multiple times. I had to empty the 55,000 liters of water because it was all algae and bug ridden. Going to cost alot to fill again.

Tras 3 años y poco de uso de la piscina, en los cuales 1 año no fue utilizado, el estado en que están los tubos de la piscina es de vergüenza, llenos de óxido. De los tubos caen trozos al suelo, de hecho la piscina por alrededor habían trozos pudiéndoselos clavar mis hijos. Les pasé le incidencia a Intex y me responden: ** El fabricante estima que, transcurridos 24 meses desde su compra, cualquier fallo que pueda surgir no será de fabricación, si no que puede darse por el uso o cualquier otra causa ajena a la producción del producto. ** Entiendo que el producto pueda tener una garantía de 2 años, pero es que esto es una vergüenza, tras 3 años de uso, cuando la garantía ya ha pasado que el producto esté en estas condiciones. Esto no es por mal uso, esto es por MALA FABRICACIÓN O POR MALOS MATERIALES EMPLEADOS. Encima me dicen "Le facilitamos el link de los repuestos de su producto" Claro vuelvo a comprar los materiales y a saber como son estos, prefiero comprar otra piscina en otro sitio. Es una decepción.

Terrible company. I bought their air mattress and it started to deflate after 3 use. I read that their mattress comes with 1 year warranty so I contacted them online. First you cannot respond to their response email so every single time, they ask you questions, you would have to go back to their online form to input all the information all over again. Second, I included the product info and where and when I bought the mattress with a screenshot of the receipt in the first email. Then it took me three more emails back and forth for them to ask to what my address is, and what the model # is and ended up telling me that they do not have warranty for intex products sold from a retailer (in my case Walmart). Because it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, walmart does not give me any back or replacement. How many people actually buy intex products from their website?? Not a lot, and if you buy from Walmart or Target like most people do, their 1 year warranty means nothing. I would never ever again buy intex product.

Zwembad filterpomp met overcapaciteit gekocht 2,2 jaar geleden. Pomp werd 4 mnd en 5 uur p.d gebruikt. Altijd netjes opgeruimd schoongemaakt en onderdak gestaan. Intel heeft één belang en dat is eigenbelang samen met Toppie. Geen coulance of enige vorm van een tegemoetkoming, vinden de consument vervelend terwijl Intex kwalitatief slechte producten verkoopt samen met Toppie. Gelukkig zijn er kwalitatief goede merken op de markt. Voor ons geen Intex rommel meer en geen Toppie die sturen je alleen maar door.

Als je dit bedrijf mailt vanwege een probleem ( in mijn geval met de Spa jet en bubble de luxe) krijg je gewoon geen antwoord. Won't let me give a minus star result! Laptop bought and within 4 months the hinge broke after using it as the intended hybrid tablet TWICE! Hinge snapped. We're told that MSI get to decide whether this is our fault and ignore consumer law, apparently MSI decide this. We were shouted at aggressively in the store by Craig L (Adelaide branch) and told he had already decided it must be our fault! Last laptop lasted 11 years, so clearly not heavy handed and also someone who just spent $1200 on the item and treated it with kid gloves. Fully intending to take this further. AVOID

Ordered incorrect part - contacted them before it was delivered to me to ask about the process to return and replace. After being disconnected and redirected to the wrong section 3 times I was told they had recently changed their policy that they do not exchange or refund for change of mind or choice of wrong parts even if the goods sent back were not even opened. There's so many computer stores you can go to online, just do yourself a favour and avoid Centre Com

I had a very disappointing experience with Centrecom after purchasing a TP-Link modem from them. Shortly after buying it, the modem stopped working as expected. When I brought it back to Centrecom, instead of offering proper support or honoring their warranty policy, they tried to charge me $45 just to inspect the item! This is ridiculous—customers shouldn’t have to pay extra just to check a faulty product they sold in the first place. It feels like a cash grab, and it left me feeling like they don't value their customers. If you’re considering buying from Centrecom, be careful. Their post-purchase service is seriously lacking, and you might end up paying more just to get basic support for a defective product. I won’t be shopping here again.

I had ordered a gaming laptop from them

I had ordered a gaming laptop from them -Product arrived and after 3 months of use it turned off and wouldnt turn back on -I contacted them prior to christmas, dropped the product off at their Frankston store on the 30/12/2024 -I contacted them the first week and was told they were still diagnosing the issue and that it was due to the motherboard -They ordered a new motherboard and put it in the system and advised me that did not fix the issue also, I was told it was then that another part had been ordered and this was the AC power adapter??? and a topshell part??? and when these parts arrived at the store they arrived DOA (Dead on arrival) I have been going back and fourth with them since dropping this system off and it has been close to a month of them having the system. I had requested a refund but they said they are exhausted their diagnosis prior to issuing a refund. I note in their invoice of the purchase it states: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Never buy off centrecom again

Had a full MOT lane installed by Gemco, Sam arranged the whole thing and was on site multiple occasions overseeing the various stages then helped us with the application to DVSA. Once installed we had a few teething problems but again Sam came to the rescue and with the aid of Ash in customer services all issues were resolved. As with any new build problems and obstacles will always arise but Sam and Ash sorted it all. The engineers are all excellent at their work particularly Chris who sorts the emissions side,,

Where is the zero option for a review?

We have been constantly let down by this company but alas they have the monopoly on calibrations for out gas and smoke machines. Despite booking and paying months in advance they fail to turn up on the agreed dates and no one seems to give a monkey when you call them. Here we are again with a machine that will not allow testing just three weeks after another late calibration. An engineer cannot attend for over a week leaving us unable to carry out our core business. Avoid having anything to do with this terrible company

Avoid at all costs - Terrible post sale service

I strongly recommend avoiding this service and have advised others to do the same. They supplied a defective ramp, which has caused ongoing issues. Each time an engineer is sent out, they take the ramp out of service and the business faces months of delays due to parts being unavailable. Despite numerous official complaints, resolutions are incredibly slow. The Essex area manager promised to visit and address the problem but never showed up. The company is quick to blame the customer, claiming, "It has been determined that the ongoing issues with the pulley covers, pulleys, pins, switches, and cables are not due to manufacturing defects, as suggested by the customer. Instead, the damage is occurring during the loading/unloading of vehicles onto the lift." This reasoning is questionable given that there is only one way to load and unload vehicles, which suggests the product is not fit for purpose. These issues have persisted for years and, judging by other reviews, appear to be a common problem. As a single-ramp MOT station, the impact on our operations has been substantial.

Very bad service

Very bad service. They convinced us to buy a Bradbury ramp from them, promising that should anything ever go wrong, they would be out within 48 hours to fix. We called them first to come out and conduct the annual lift inspection. They could not come out and we had to wait for 4 months for them to conduct the inspection. Ramp broke down eventually and we needed them to come out and fix it...3 months later and we are still waiting for someone to even return our calls. Their service is absolutely rubbish once you have purchased the equipment

Scam alert

Now a full week has passed since refund was promised and nothing from them! I guess it is really a scam, and have to take it to relevant authorities now…. ——————————————————- Yet an other day past, three days since promised refund to be processed immediately, yet only more delays and BS! They really want to get all negative reviews to be removed, at all costs! A bunch of bullies as it seems…. ———————————(original post below) They have quoted me for a lift and I have paid immediately! Two weeks later, tell me that no stock, wait for an other three weeks, when I was told originally stock at hand available! An other couple of weeks, now they ask for payment, that has been done to that was originally supplied, only now asking to a different bank! Scammers all around! Be aware!!!!!!! Subsequent to my first note above, I have been told that they didn’t send an account reminder, and request for a payment again! If that is true, they system is compromised and customer data had leaked to people with malicious intent , yet company didn’t warn anyone! I have also been told that refund is processed, yet beyond more ‘talks’ and deflecting, like keep asking for bank details to refund to, nothing has been send back! Also been told aggressively, that they are a multi million turnover business and they have no time for me with a single lift order….. Sad to see such behaviour and lack of respect to clients. Also, let not forget, they were not aware of this site till I have send the screenshots, and now busy fighting to get my notes removed, instead of resolve the issues and restore customer satisfaction!

Rubbish company Great ramp and I’m so…

Rubbish company Great ramp and I’m so glad they use contractors to fit them, they are the worst company out there for garage equipment and back up service rubbish, phoned to book service and they wanted £200 up front before they would even consider booking it in. My advice is avoid at all costs

Had a very lovely chap called Michael…

Had a very lovely chap called Michael in today. Re calibrating mot emissions machine, absolutely first class service from Michael ( travelled from London) took the time to explain everything and answered all questions with no problems. Absolute gentleman of a man and a great credit to your company
