Appalling company to deal with
We booked a weekend away at Rockpool, a Stay North Yorkshire (AKA Host & Stay) property in Scarborough through Vrbo. We arrived after a 3-hour drive, to find that it had not been cleaned, bedding not changed, bins not emptied etc. After several attempts we managed to get through on the contact number which was answered by a messaging service. We were initially told by the person who answered, who had very poor English, that this was not possible so we had to send photos. They then said that they would send a cleaner (it was after 8pm om a Friday night). We explained that we hadn’t eaten, couldn’t unpack etc. After an hour on the phone, they told us that we would be relocated to a different property on the other side of town. We accepted this, fetched the car, reloaded it and drove to the new property which was fine. At no point did anyone say that this was for just the one night. We eventually got to eat at nearly midnight. Next morning as we preparing to get on with our holiday, we received a phone call to say that we had to move back to the original property. We explained we had made plans to meet a friend and this wouldn’t be possible. We then received a text saying that if we didn’t leave, we would be treated as trespassers. We repacked the car and returned to Rockpool. At this point we raised a complaint through Vrbo. We then received an invoice for the night at the new property which we ignored assuming it was just automatically raised and would be cancelled. They then tried to collect payment from the bank, who fortunately declined it. We tried to make the best of our weekend and forget the ordeal we had. However, we then received an email saying that because Host & Stay had not been able to collect payment, unless we paid by return that they would start legal proceedings! At no point has Host and Stay apologised, we have been treated appallingly and Host & Stay have not responded to our complaint either to Vrbo or directly to us. They claim to have a “passion for being the best”. Every contact we have had with them has been the absolute worst, they may work hard for their property owners but have no customer service support for paying clients when things go wrong. What an awful company.

Terrible company to deal with
I recently stayed at a Stay property in Whitby, North Yorkshire. There were overflowing bins outside the front door of the property when we arrived, which seagulls quickly set upon, meaning we ended up with used sanitary pads, chicken bones, various other bits of rubbish and a swarming flock of seagulls outside the front door. I immediately contacted Stay, who said the best they could do was to send a maintenance person around the following morning to clean it up. Nobody turned up the next day, meaning we had to clean up the refuse ourselves. Stay have refused to offer me any kind of refund since. The property was clean but no where near worth the £200 a night we paid for it. It smelt of drains, you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom and the shower was luke warm. Once you’ve booked, Stay try to make you submit all of your personal information and upload a copy of a photo ID to a third party company for ‘track and trace’ reasons. Avoid!

Awful stay in a filthy musty split level apartment in Whitby. Potent air fresheners in cupboards to mask smell. Dirty utensils, broken equipment. Hairs and toothpaste in main bath, hairs and wet dog smell in ground floor bedroom and numerous hairs on bed. Dirty outdoor courtyards with cig dimps, a floating used plaster in an ashtray of rain water. Lots of unwanted visitors, beetles, slugs and a few dead beasties. Need I say more. Stay North Yorkshire don’t care. Avoid.

Work to do
Stayed for a weekend in a property managed by this company. Issues with the water at the house were unfortunately not dealt with adequately by the company. We also found that they had provided incorrect information on specific queries in advance of our stay. On a positive note, the subsequent complaint I made was dealt with well. I hope they will look at improvement actions to provide a better service in the future.

Waste of Money!!
Purchased this insurance for a hiking trip to Europe. We used this company because we had purchased it two times previously for hiking trips booked through REI adventures. Fortunately we never needed to use it on those trips. Three days into the European trip my husband suffered a stress fracture diagnosed at a hospital in England. Upon return home we contacted the insurance provider who told us what we needed to do to submit a claim. We submitted the claim which was denied because they said we did not submit all the required paperwork. When my husband talked with the agent to confirm what was needed and submitted the requested form, the claim was denied again due to additional information being needed. Once again spoke with an agent and explained it was submitted. They said it would have to be forwarded to the original agent. That pattern repeated two more times. Long story short we resubmitted all paper work 3 times and got nothing but a complete runaround. I guess they just hope they beat you down enough so you stop requesting reimbursement. So not only are we out the $800.00 dollars for the insurance, we are also out the remaining cost of our trip that we were unable to complete. I would not recommend this insurance or this carrier.

Poor customer service
Not sure how your supposed to actually buy a plan. I tried on 3 occasions to purchase a plan online. It took me to the screen that said your order was processing, please wait a few moments. That being said, 30 min later...nothing. Even tried on a different browser in case that was an issue, but no luck. So I tried calling. First time I left my number and it took 1.5 hrs for a call back and by then I was on my way out the door and couldn't answer. Second time got a return call in 20 minutes, but was put on hold while customer service checked on something and when they picked back up they disconnected the call (maybe an accident) but then they never called back. So I called a 3rd time and never received a return call. I only wanted to use them because REI recommended them for our trip and I feel like REI is a reliable company. But if it's this hard to give TripAssure my money, I can't imagine how they'd ever come through on any claims.

Total Disappointment
I have e-mailed trip assure 3 times and called 5 times and no support what-so-ever. Really, really disappointed I purchased this policy. They gladly take your money but good luck getting any support. What a sorry @$$ business model and company. Going to Better Business Bureau with a formal compliant.

DO NOT BUY! TripAssure offers NO SUPPORT after the sale
Your reply is a joke. My trip was scheduled for 03/03/20, so it is too little too late. To make things worst on my day of travel a tornado hit the town where I live, Cookeville, and roads around my home where littered by downed power line. I emailed you about that also and still no reply. You people do not have a heart! You have the time to reply to a review, but still I cannot get a call back. I tried to file a claim and your web site has a critical error when I go to the claim link. I will post negative reviews everywhere I can. I have filed a BBB complaint and will file a complaint with my state insurance commission. TripAssure offers no support after the sale. I called several times to find out if getting sick with the Coronavirus was covered by the insurance that I have purchased and after long hold times the only choice was to leave a call back number. The message said that the call would be returned within 48 hours but I never got a call back. They did not answer my emails either. Because of not knowing if getting sick with the Cironavirus was covered by the insurance that I had purchased, I decided not to travel. I will try to file a claim, but at this point I have no confidence in this insurance. Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY!

We've used TripAssure many times
We've used TripAssure many times. Booking the coverage is easy and they are quick to answer any questions leading up to travel. Thus far, I've only had to invoke the insurance one time and the process and system could not have been any easier. Filing the claim was easy and straight forward. My contact walked me through the entire process and we received a full refund for our vacation in a matter of weeks. I would recommend, and do recommend, TripAssure to family, friends and anyone who is interested in travel insurance.

Promises, Promises!
Bought a wig from Uwigs, asked to return it due to wrong color. Was told they could refund 30% of the purchase price and I could keep the wig. Explained I wanted the wig in light brown and would be happy to return the original wig as the color was unbearable. Well, for six months I've been told they shipped a replacement and, for six months I've been telling them I never received it. Now they don't even bother answering my emails. Very unreputable. I would caution you not to purchase anything from this company. worst car auction ever, with hidden fees. I bought a Vauxhall for £600 hammer price, then the fees come up to £435 which is around 70% of car price. absolutely outrageous, when asked the customer service what is the logice for these fees so when I am bidding I know how much would be the fees, she said every car has different fees and we can't tell how much is the fees until you win the bid. don't rely on fees advertised on website because it isn't true. I bid on another car BMW for £6700 then after fees it came to £8600 luckily I didn't buy it, as the car is worth £8000 at private dealer with guarantee. who knows their car has engine fault then another few grand on repair.

a neutral honest review
This company does have some good stock, and you can get good stock nice clean cars at a good price. I wanted to come write these guys a review because their staff are really friendly nice people, they have always been super polite with me. I can understand people’s frustrations on these reviews, the auction is fast pace, and making mistakes on our own behalf is quite easy even for an experienced buyer. They are easy going and will let you pop the hood and take a look when the cars are in que to get into the lane, which can be a huge help. The fast pace is what can catch a lot of people out, it is easy to miss a marker on a report, also the AA checks can miss certain things that maybe you can pick up with the limited time you can see the car running. Logistically you can’t expect these guys to go give every vehicle a comprehensive check they don’t have time for that, they are turning over a lot of vehicles on a weekly basis. At the same time I can understand customers frustration, what I will say is that cars that are part exchanged with major issues will a lot of the time have telltale signs on certain history checks along with physical checks. To be fair to them if you know what you are doing as I said they are quite relaxed with you checking the vehicle over at the right opportunity. If you were specifically interested in a slightly more valuable car they would most probably let you come a day before & take a look, I’m sure if they know your face and you call to request it. They are really friendly nice people, I can only imagine the type of situations they deal with from upset customers on a regular basis and despite that, they treat you with respect. They also let the public come and buy which helps a lot when your self employed. My advice is, if you are not experienced in the motor trade or mechanics this is not the place for you, you can’t expect to go obtain a vehicle at a large discount to what it would be on a dealers forecourt, and obtain all the safety nets a dealers forecourt offers, that’s just not how the motor trade works. We are taking huge risks ourselves, a lot of these cars on forecourts have had work done on them to make them right, and ultimately these factors are what makes in most cases the prices lower than it’s resale or retail price. If you make a mistake learn from it. This company is a good tool for those who know how to use them, it is a minefield for those whom are inexperienced. That’s a really neutral ground review I can give! Hope to see you guys soon if I can get these cars flipped quick!

This auction company deliberately hid a serious problem with a car we purchased, £2,500 worth of problem, the Assured scheme is just worthless. We have bought in the last 6 months 6 cars and 5 have serious faults, two needing engines, now the latest needing a gearbox. Please avoid at all costs, they are charlatans, which is a very polite description of them and their business practices. UPDATE Following their appeals process, THEY DO NOT CHECK IF A GEARBOX IS WORKING THEY ONLY CHECK IT WHEN STATIONARY, HERE IS A TRANSCRIPT OF THEIR REFUSAL OF OUR APPEAL. 3.4 In the respect of the Scheme regarding the operation of a vehicle’s gearbox will differ depending upon the type of gearbox fitted to the vehicle. Claims will only be considered when there is a fault, as described below, that is apparent when the vehicle is stationary, and the engine is running: 3.4.2 Where an automatic gearbox is fitted, one or more of the gears that is indicated on the gate as being available for manual selection cannot be engaged with the engine running.

Assured scheme run by opteven uk is a complete rubbish. you have no choice in having to pay, and they do not ever honour there assurance. 2 items that was assured on my purchase, no warning lights, fluid levels. the assurance is for 250 miles, yet i had trouble within 10 mile and they still refused my claim. no explanation no communication and no pay out. disgraceful way to treat customers.

December collection at 4.45pm in the dark
Man came to collect my car on December 2 2024. I was ready at 8 am. Man came at 4.45 pm. It was cold and very dark. He spent 1 3/4 hours taking pictures in the dark of my car. Price agreed beforehand but he knocked £200 off for a slight scuff on front bumper which I never saw. Not impressed . Would avoid useing these people again.

Peter Strutt called me asking me for an interview for a role I applied for, I accepted. 1 day later he asked me to explain why it took me an extra year to complete my degree as the client wanted to know, I went into great detail about this as he was demanding he had to know for the client, his response was the client will be understanding of this and if anything you will be a superior candidate for overcoming this. Then hear nothing for a week. I call him, he thanks me for the call as he says otherwise he would of forgot to chase up. Once again after this heat nothing for a week! He didn't get back to me after several e-mails. No decency whatsoever. Not good. How hard is it to respond to an e-mail that should take max 30 seconds? By the way, this was a few months ago now, so well before the coronavirus "caused" any issues in the UK.

Avoid this company. They do not stand behind their service or business. They offer a guarantee and twice I've had them back out on it when a candidate didn't work out within the 1st 3 months. Always find a technicality to make sure they don't have to give you any money back or replace the candidate. Very poor business attitude, not the sort of company that you want to work with.

I wouldn't give a star for this crap. Applied for a loan , got approved and them got a SMS to call them. The woman was very quick and told me to call premium number to get the funds organised. After calling the premium number same woman answer the phone. She kept talking and talking and give me another site top login blueletter.co.uk. When I logged in only options I had was a links to apply to another finance companies. What a scumbags. Next day i've got a call from my mobile provider saying my bill is over the limit and the call to premium number cost me £60 for 15 minutes. I sent refund letter and waiting to heart back.

Have emailed several times and been told they are a bit behind with orders and my order will be with me within a week. Suspect they never really checked what was actually happening with the order. Don’t bother wasting your time
They claim same day dispatch and 2-5 days for delivery. I chased up after 8 days and was told they have a backlog and I could cancel if I wanted. I asked if they could send it next-day delivery and they said they don’t offer that service but I ‘should’ receive it by the end of the week. Following day they sent me a cancellation email saying I’d request the order to be cancelled. I did not. How they are still operating is a mystery.

I would leave a 0 star if I could. They advertise as free so I klet me son download it. A week later I was charged $119.99 USD. I did not authorize this charge, my apple pay is hooked up to my account so my son must have accidentally charged it. I spoke to the company and they do not refund. Biggest waste of money as the app did not even work.

I was shocked to see my personal details on google for the world to see when googling my business. Have emailed them to have it removed but heard nothing. I'm still waiting for a response or action as my details are still on google. Awful company. Ordered a 3x3 gazebo through Ali express, they sent the the 2x2m. Ali express kept denying the return, finally after multiple videos of proof they approved the return but I was being asked to pay return postage for THEIR mistake. Finally got in touch with mcc direct who arranged collection of the incorrect gazebo, no collection turned up and they have ignored me ever since. After showing this proof of being ignored , Ali express finally refunded me. Awful dreadful company most likely run by the usual suspects.Not to mention the gazebo is absolute rubbish which has collapsed already with the smallest amount of rain.

Terrible customer service. Ordered via b&q not knowing it was a reseller. They sent the wrong product and it takes them 48 hours minimum to respond to queries. We’re on day 5 after contacting them no return is arranged and I’m told I can’t get a replacement in time. However this could have been avoided should they have actually replied in a timely manner.

MCC direct Warning steer clear as the products that they sell are unsafe. I just purchase a trampoline from them. The box was CE marked but nothing else. The main fixing screws supplied were too short (screw thread only picking up on maybe two threads of the threaded tube fixings, within the frame work of the trampoline). The screw thread should pass all the way through the treaded part of the frame fixings, as if not it will simple fall apart. Also any screw fixings in this instance should be supplied with some form of a spring washer, so to prevent the screws from coming undone. Even the protective spring cover mat, the material ties attached to it weren’t made correctly. They couldn’t be tied off where it said in the instruction, as too short and incorrectly attached to the cover. One of them, the tie off end, was even stitched down in error to the cover. All in all a very unsafe product with no true CE certification. Reading other reviews of other products sold by them, they also sound like they aren’t CE certified. If you ever buy anything from this company only buy it on a credit card, otherwise I guess you will be out of pocket!

Appalling from start to finish, I purchased a gazebo which was delivered 2 weeks late and the anniversary party which is why I purchased the gazebo, was ruined due to rain. Then I realised they had sent the wrong gazebo, I contacted them but to no avail, they even admitted I had purchased a gazebo with sides then went back on what they had said in their email to me. Worse company I have ever dealt with, steer clear at all costs.

Absolute joke, ordered gazebo from B&Q then was told it was being sold by this company that I have never heard off, items said it was dispatched so been checking the tracking and it has not! I waited in yesterday as it said it was being delivered, I have then googled to see if I can see any reviews and gosh, I won’t be buying from B&Q ever again then if they use people like this. Not received the gazebo asked for refund, they have put down that I have changed my mind as the reason! It is not! And it says I will get my refund in 14 days. Honestly how is this legal. If your reading this then most likely it’s too late for you also.

1 Stern ist zuviel, ich fahre seit 26 Jahren PW - meine Bilanz ist ein Haftpflichtschaden in all den 26 Jahren, leider hatte ich in 2 Jahren dazu 3 Teilkaskoschäden, zu denen ich in keinster Art und Weise etwas hätte ändern können. Ich habe weder den Hagel bestellt noch den Steinschlag verursacht. Dann wird einen die Versicherung gekündigt aufgrund der hohen Schadensfälle. Sprachlosigkeit! Ohne Vorwarnung. Moralisch nicht vertretbar. Wofür habe ich denn eine Versicherung? Welch ein Versicherungsmathematiker hat die Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung nicht verstanden!! Ist es denn nicht so, das jetzt wieder die guten Jahre kommen?Welch einen Support habt ihr denn, wenn mir ein Vollkaskoschaden angerechnet wird der vollumfänglich von der gegnerischen Versicherung getragen wurde. Daraufhin wurde mir telefonisch gesagt, dass der Computer, dass nicht berücksichtigt. Wie bitte EIN COMPUTER!!! Und das bei einer detaillierten Ansicht, die Kündigung nicht berechtigt war. Aussage eines. Eurer Mitarbeiter. Dann wird einen eine Rechnung mit neuer Police zugestellt, worauf man als Verbraucher sich fragt, bin ich jetzt noch versichert? Die Datumsangaben waren falsch, wofür natürlich wieder der Computer schuld war. Ich selbst noch eine Zahlung leisten sollte obwohl ich noch auf eine Rückerstattung wartete. Es wurde mir unter anderem auch telefonisch gesagt die Zahlung wurde geleistet an die Carglass, ich habe es schriftlich, dass die Zahlung erst eine Woche später eingegangen ist. Der Support, die Arbeitsweise und der Umgang mit Kunden ist sehr schlecht, nicht transparent, und baut auf Unwahrheiten auf. Ich bin sehr verärgert, da ich jetzt mit der Problematik der Wiederversicherung konfrontiert bin, und ich von den neuen Versicherung Selbstbehalte eingeräumt bekomme, selbst bei Haftpflichtschäden nur weil eine Allianz die Kunden aussortiert, die doch mal Versicherungsleistungen in Anspruch genommen hat. Es ist mit der Wirtschaftsethik nicht vereinbar. Ich persönlich werde für Euch kein gutes Wort mehr finden und meiner Familie und Freunden abraten mit Euch ins Geschäft zu kommen. Es ist ein haltloser Zustand und ich werde mich jedesmal daran erinnern wenn ich Eure Werbung sehe. Noch ein kleines Stück Poesi am Schluss- ein Mitarbeiter der Allianz sagte mir vor Jahren Die Allianz „Versicherung „ hat sich einen falschen Namen gegeben, es sollte heissen Allianz „ für sich errungen „ und wenn man Eure Bilanz anschaut ist es doch sehr erstaunlich wie ihr in den Jahren mit sehr hohen Schadensfälle gleich noch Milliardengewinne erwirtschaftet habt. Für mich kommt Ihr nicht mehr in Frage, und ich arbeite mit dem Versicherungsbroker daran geschäftlich alles bei Euch auszulösen und zu einem anderen Versicherungsunternehmen zu wechseln. Vi fikk pålegg om et par utbedringer, og det var greit. Vi er bortreist og jeg ba om å få bekrefrelse på ail om at de hadde fått inn papirene fra elektriker og at alt var i orden. Fikk ikke svar, og purret igjen. Etter en uke ble mailen vidresendt fra kundeservice til elsikkerhetsingeniør. Han skrev at saken var avsluttet for 1 1/2 uke siden, og det var det. Da vi kom hjem, fant vi brevet i posten. Vi er i 2024 og det er umulig å få bekreftelsen på mail????

This firm stole £52 of my money. After my car broke down, I was transported by Rac to my repair garage. On the way there I was contacted by eurocar oxford as I had an onward travel policy with Rac. I explained that. I did not have my drivers licence on my person and gave all my other personal details over the phone I told the manager that I would contact them later with my number. This was agreed. Two couriers arrived with my hire car which I signed for . As I was driving out the garage door I was stopped by the second courier who told me that I could not have the car. I then phoned my mother in law who gave me my drivers number over the phone which I gave to the firm. I was then told that I still could not have the vehicle and I was left standing with four bags of luggage and had to travel by bus and train 50 miles to get home this was SHOCKING service and there was a serious language barrier...NEVER AGAIN ! BEWARE. Mr. Swan

Da jeg ankom fik jeg at vide at der kun var sommerdæk på bilen (vi er i januar) jeg havde specifikt bedt om vinter ell helårsdæk og var blevet lovet helårsdæk. Havde også bestilt snekæder da jeg skulle i bjergene, der lå ingen forespørgsel om snekæder hos Eurocar ved ankomst. Måtte leje en anden bil med helårsdæk i stedet, 150 euros dyrere.

Poor customer service practices
Poor customer service practices! We have been with iSalus as our EHR and billing software company for over 6 years. When we first started with them we understood that they were a newer company that was expanding. We had always been willing to work with them on "work-arounds" and settled with some of the short-comings of the system because we knew they were new and the price worked for us. However, in the past year the customer service practices have become quite poor. When the pandemic first hit in March of 2020, we saw that there was a discounted price for the telehealth through their system. Within a few weeks it was clear that the system had a lot of "bugs" that consistently dropped calls, froze often, or simply did not work. Further, we noticed on our first bill we were charged FULL price and they denied there was an advertisement for a discounted price (I had not thought to screen shot the advertisement as we always had a fairly descent working relationship witht the company). When we contacted iSalus support in regard to the poor telehealth platform, their staff told us that there were too many users nation-wide on the system and that the "platform was unstable". Seeing as we work with very high risk clients and their treatment was being compromised, our Clinical Director made the decision for us to switch systems for the SAFETY of our clients. I was told that we would be let out of the contract early and refunded the cost. However, after 10 months of being told that we would be refunded while charges continued to be withdrawn from our account (over $9000 total) the staff we were working with left the company and the new staff would not honor the refund (even with months worth of dialogue over email regarding the subject). Instead of working with us, we were lectured on the meaning of a "contract" and told that their parent company ecommerce would not allow them to refund us. After much back and forth I was reluctantly offered a "credit" but only if I signed a contract locking us into the system 2 additional years. Needless to say, we were quite insulted by this offer as we had done nothing wrong but were being forced into another contract. In addition, we were NEVER able to get our client portal up and running despite working with their team for OVER A YEAR. We are still be charged for this service as well that we cannot use. We have decided to leave the EHR because of their dishonest business practices. I have involved the highest of admin on correspondence but usually have to threaten to contact a lawyer on 3 occasions after waiting over a week for a response even after several follow up emails. I have had to refuse to speak with them over the phone anymore as it is clear that they will be candide over the phone but side-step putting anything in writing. I can work with a system that is being expanded with honest and forthcoming people but I cannot work with the business practices that iSalus has resorted to using within the last year. I will be contacting ecommerce to see if they are more willing to work with us on honoring the loss of money that has been taken out of our account. As the parent company they should know the types of issues they are indirectly supporting.

Tuote palautettu asianmukaisesti ja nyt kuukauden päästä palautuksesta Klarna ilmoitti, että palautus on hylätty. Kun soittaa verkkokaupan puhelinnumeroon ja valitsee sieltä "palautukset" (paina numero 2), tulee saksankielistä puhetta ja kehotetaan lähettämään sähköpostia ja linja sulkeutuu. Sähköpostia laitettu, mutta epäilenpä, että tuleeko ikinä vastausta. Edit. Laitoin Trustpilotin kautta viestiä verkkokaupalle 7.2. Sieltä vastattiin muutaman päivän päästä ja pahoiteltiin ruuhkaa varastolla. 14.2. tuli ilmoitus palautuksen käsittelystä ja 17.2. Klarna ilmoitti hyvityksestä. Hyvittivät sekä tuotteen että postikulut.

Huonoa asiakaspalvelua!
Asiakaspalvelu todella olematonta, eivät vastaa yhteydenottoihin. Eikä sivuston palautuskeskus toimi ollenkaa joten vaateiden palautus ei onnistu. Ennen on paketin mukana tullu suoraa palautus osotekortti mutta nykyään ei tule ja yllä mainituista syistä palautus ei onnistu.

En suosittele kenellekään tätä kauppa🤬🤬🤬 Palautustarran saaminen todella hankala- sähköpostitse sitä ette koskaan saa, koska itse pyysin sitä englanniksi, saksaksi ja suomeksi ja vastausta ei tullut ikinä. Soittamalla sain lopuski kiinni heihin ja silloin se palautustarra ohjeineen sähklpostiin kilahti. Ohjeiden mukaan palautus tehty, mutta en tiedä mikä mennyt vikaan, koska he hylkäsivät sen. Jäin ilman tuotteista sekä myös 100e. Tilauksen maksutavaksi valitsin Klarnan 30pv laskun ja sieltäkn apua pyytämällä sain vain voivoitelua asiaan liittyen. Tilasin joulukuussa neuleen joka osoittautui liian pieneksi. Sain asiakaspalvelun muutaman sähköpostin jälkeen kiinni ja tulostin palautuslomakkeen palautusta varten. Neljän viikon päästä palautuksestani sain Klarnalta (mikä oli maksutapani tilauksella) ilmoituksen että palautukseni on hylätty koska palautuskäytäntöä ei noudatettu. Tarkempaa tietoa syistä en saanut myyjältä eivätkä he olleet minuun asiasta yhteydessä. Yritin tavoitella palautuksen hylkäämisen tiimoilta asiakaspalvelua mutta en ole toistaiseksi saanut vastausta. En ollut käyttänyt tuotetta ja toimin mielestäni palautusohjeiden mukaisesti. Vaikuttaa siltä että asiakaspalvelun kanssa kommunikointi on tämän yrityksen kanssa erittäin hankalaa.

Ich hatte eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit diesem Broker, einer Investmentgesellschaft, die ich gezwungen fühle, mit anderen zu teilen. Dieses Unternehmen hat sich als sehr unzuverlässig erwiesen und weist eine Reihe von Problemen auf, wie z.B. konsistente Systemausfälle beim Versuch, Auszahlungen nach der Einzahlung von Geldern vorzunehmen. Darüber hinaus haben sie darauf zurückgegriffen, Benutzer daran zu hindern, auf ihren Hilfedienst zuzugreifen, was zu Kundenfrust und mangelnder Lösung führte. Fxvc-Praktiken, Menschen von ihren Konten zu sperren und ihr Geld allmählich abzuschöpfen, verschlimmern nur das Misstrauen und die Unzufriedenheit weiter. Mit der Einmischung von EUths. Cloud konnte ich mein verlorenes Geld von diesen Betrügern zurückerhalten, ich bin so froh und erleichtert.

FXVC are lying and their brokers are untrustworthy. Everything that FXVC responded to here is untrue. The professional account, I was coerced to sign under false pretences by saying no one really checks the requirements and it gives you better leverage and opportunity to make additional profits. Also, I was never allowed to trade by myself - always instructed by Alexis Skourous by email (I have the emails and I can provide) and telephone calls (I have them as well and can provide) for any person wanting to know how FXVC brokers operate. The response provided is pure lies and I dispute this response as I always have because the truth is that I have been scammed by FXVC broker Alexis Skourous and the company continues ignoring my complaint. Has anyone been through a similar situation with FXVC? Please write about it and warn the innocent people of their unsavoury behaviour. Moreover, write to CySEC and to the Ombudsman of Cyprus and the Ombudsman/Financial Authorities of the country that you live in.

FRAUD BY FXVC
FRAUD BY FXVC After posting my review on Trust Pilot three days ago, FXVC left a message asking me to contact their customer support to resolve the issue. I would like all the people reading this review to be aware that this is only a generic response from FXVC. Furthermore, I would like to stress that I both called and emailed the company customer support many many times in the past - these are the dates 18th January 2021, 11th February 2021, 22nd March 2021, 7th May 2021, and 12th May 2021, I sent them via email. I did not get any satisfactory response from anyone nor was there an effort to resolve the fraud that was caused by their broker "ALEXIS SKOUROS". Additionally, I would like to inform all that is reading this review that I have been cunningly defrauded by FXVC's broker " who took advantage of my inexperience and coerced me under false pretenses to invest all my life savings. He even told me to take loans and borrow from friends or family - I have all the telephone calls to prove this. I firmly believe, this has grossly violated the terms of the contract, resulting in the loss of my life savings. I am unable to withdraw any money as promised I am still waiting for my funds to be returned by FXVC for over 7 months!!!!

Unos auténticos sinvergüenzas. Para depositar y apostar ningún problema, te validan la cuenta con el DNI casi al acto. Pero si ganas y quieres retirar, suspenden la cuenta "temporalmente", alegando que se toman muy enserio la seguridad de los clientes, MENTIRA. Para desbloquear, piden selfies, documentos y te hacen una encuesta de 20 minutos como si fueras un delincuente. Pasan los días y las semanas y al contactar con ellos, te dicen que el departamento de verificación está saturado, MENTIRA. Lo peor de todo, es que tengo MI dinero bloqueado sin poder retirar. Trabajo con muchas casas de apuestas y esta es la peor con diferencia. No la recomiendo ni al peor de mis enemigos.

Como el 99% de las reseñas que veo de esta estafa de página de casino online,le ha pasado lo mismo a mi pareja que a todos/as!! Se registró,se verifico ponia que todo estaba verificado correctamente y que no había que hacer nada más,sin ninguna otra pega!! El único dato esque yo le deje mi tarjeta para hacer los depósitos,autorizada por mii!! Deposito 450€ en total,y cuando las ganancias eran de 583€ decidió retirar. Pues la llamaron por telefono para hacer una encuesta,le hicieron hacerse una foto con el dni enseñándole junto con el codo y el brazo tipo selfie,hicieron que mandaro yo mi dni,certificado de titularidad y hasta un escrito autorizando a que podia y siempre a podido utilizar mi tarjeta,y no quieren devolver ni los depósitos realizados...dicen que por sus términos solo van a pagarle 100€ de depósitos no disfrutado!! Cuando sus ganancias fueron de 583€ y se depósitos 450€!! Tengo la llamada grabada,tengo capturas de todo y mañana voy a denunciar a consumo,RGIAJ,guardia civil y hablaré también con mi abogado!! Haber si les cierran ya el chiringuito a esta gentuza estafadora!!

I saw a decent amount of reviews and they were all mixed but still decided to go order a jersey from Teamsoccer . It has taken almost 2 months now for a single jersey !!
