Poor Translation
The translation of the instructions into English was not great, so the carer who had to set the phones up found it difficult to follow the instructions. Also it would be helpful if the phones could be made louder. The contrasting colours on the buttons works well but if the buttons on the cordless phones could be bigger, that would be even better

Not impressed with this product!
Ordered these headphones for my mother who cannot hear the tv without having it on loudest volume. They arrived promptly and worked for the first 6 days. Unfortunately they then worked sporadically and completely stopped working after that. Contacted the helpline who said to send them back (emailed a postage paid label to print) and they would check them in the service department and be in touch. Received an email after 3 days thanking me for my order - no mention of the problem found! New set received this afternoon which, after charging, did not work! The optical cable was faulty - fortunately we had a spare cable to try which worked. Crossing my fingers that this set actually continue to work.

God kundeservice
Varen blev leveret indenfor rimelig leveringstid. Varen var desværre beskadiget fra leverandøren, men det løste vi med et afslag. Meget nemt at komme i kontakt med kundeservice via mail. VI har handlet flere gange hos farveland butikken og har ikke noget dårligt at sige om dem som butik. Man kan roligt handle her. :)

Det var hyggeligt nok men...
Jeg husker for bare 15 år tilbage hvordan det var på bakken, der kunne man altid komme hjem med et par bamser, nu når man smider en 20 kr i automaten, så kan grabben der skulle tage fat i bamserne ikke engang tage fat, hvorfor skal alt handle så meget om penge. 👎🏼

Find en anden medarbejder..
Min pige på 11 år og hendes veninde på 12 år har haft en ubehagelig oplevelse i Tornadoen da vi var på besøg hos jer i august. En ældre herre uden hår valgte først at give dem et chok og derefter stå og fortælle hvor ubehagelig en forlystelse Tornadoen var og at de kunne brække nakken hvis ikke de holdte hovedet tilbage. Udover dette var han ifølge pigerne meget grænseoverskridende, kiggede meget på dem og var lidt for påtrængende da de sad i vognen. De var i tvivl om de ville tage den igen, men jeg overtalte dem til at tage turen igen da det godt kunne være mine piger der overreagerede og de trods alt synes den var sjov. I mellemtiden bemærkede jeg så at det bestemt ikke kun var min piger han gjorde det for, men også mange andre. De valgte at sætte sig i modsatte side af manden resten af dagen så de heldigvis slap for hans grænseoverskridende adfærd. I får 2 stjerne udelukkende for den ellers gode park, men man burde nok tage en større snak med denne medarbejder om at lade små piger være i fred og stoppe med den grænseoverskridende adfærd? Håber på næste besøg bliver uden vedkommende på Tornadoen, for Bakken er ellers et hyggeligt sted med dejlig natur omkring.

Er normalt glad for bakken og har altid holdt af at komme her. Vi har i flere år købt årskort. Vi modtager løbende en masse reklame pr E-mail. Og også angående rædselsdybet i efterårsferien. Så igen i år tager vi i d for at se dette med vores årskort. Men da vi skal ind bliver vi nu afvist. Nu gælder turbåd ikke længer som sidste år. Som der ellers står på mit bakken at det gælder alle forlystelser. Nu står vi her og skal betale 120 kr pr person for st få den tur vi fik sidste år inkluderet i årskortet. Dette burde være tydeligere i e-mails og virker som noget nyt der et tilføjet siden sidste vinter hvor vi købte årskort. Så prisen er det samme for turbåd men i 2024 får man bare mindre. Det er skuffens at stå med børn der glæder sig og blive afvist. En klage i skranken virkede ligegyldig de forstod problemet da flere har henvendt sig. Men kunne ikke gøre noge uden en chef som ikke er der. Kære Bakken i kan være bedere end det!

Jeg havde igår fredag bestilt Turpas til mig og min kæreste, og vi havde sådan glædet os til at vi skulle afsted i dag, og prøve forlystelser og hygge os sammen med familen. Men glæden blev desværre hurtigt til en rigtig ØV dag.!!! Da vi kommer ind og skal scanne vores billetter, for vi af vide at vi har billetter til i morgen søndag og ikke i dag lørdag. Jeg forklare den unge dame der står i udleveringen af Turpas at jeg bestilte billetterne fredag formiddag, og trykkede på den 7 september som ønske for at skulle bruge dem idag.Hurtigt stikker hun mig et kort i hånden og fortæller os at vi kan skrive ind til den mail der står på kortet og her klage, og MÅSKE hvis vi er heldige kan vi få vores penge tilbage. Vi ringer så til kundeservice først, som selvfølgelig er lukket. Vi prøver igen og tage kontakt til nogen af de andre informationsteder der er derinde, og får tæt på de samme svar. En medarbejder siger sågar at vi lige så godt kan lade være med og skrive ind til kundeservice, da hun ved at det er spild af tid, og at vi alligevel ikke får noget ud af og klage. Råddet hun gav os var at vi kunne gå ind på diverse steder,og sætte vores billetter til salg, og så håbe på at vi kunne få dem solgt. Det har virkelig bare været en rigtig L***E dag, og man har inderligt bare lyst til og tage hjem igen efter sådan en oplevelse. Jeg plejer ALDIG og komme med negative kommentar på trustpilot, men efter den her oplevelse vi havde i dag så syntes jeg bare at andre skal vide det, så du/i ikke sidder med en lige så kæmpe dårlig oplevelse/følelse i kroppen som vi sidder med. BAKKEN DÅRLIG STIL AF JER.!! Håber virkelig at i får rettet op på det, og ellers så var det sidste gang for mit vedkommende at vi kommer på bakken igen.

Vi var på vores årlige bakken tur i går. Det var en hyggelig tur MEN. Jeres service niveau er simpelthen så elendigt. Vi mødte ikke en eneste smilende eller venligt personale overhovedet. Og det startede lige fra vi skulle ha vores turpas de 2 piger i boden skænkede og ikke et blik de var bare sure og top arrogante. ALLE andre forlystelser på nær til de helt små børn var folk MEGET træt af deres arbejde. Prøv nu lige at stram.! Tænker vi tager i Tivoli næste år.!

Sikkerhed på bakken
Jeg var på bakken d. 17. august 2024 for at fejre min lillebror. Bakken er altid et hyggeligt sted at tage ind om man end skal prøve forlystelser eller ikke. Vi havde alle købt turbånd og prøvede massere af forlystelser. Vi var i den gamle rutsjebane flere gange, men det undrer mig at de ikke tjekker bøjlerne som de normalt gør i alle forlystelser. For at man føler sig sikker og spændt fast, så burde de da lige hive i ens bøjle for at de også er sikre på at alle sidder fast og der ikke er en fejl. Selvom køen er lang osv. så burde de stadig tænke på sikkerheden fremfor at få folk hurtigt igennem køen. Og de var endda to medarbejdere til at kunne gennemgå sikkerheden, i følge min optik er det blot procedure at man gennemgår sikkerheden. I alle andre forlystelser vi var i der tjekkede de om alle sad sikkert fast. Blot en reminder og et råb om at skulle huske sikkerheden fremfor at få folk hurtigt igennem køen.

Commande arrivée dans les temps même si j'y croyais plus car au début la commande n'avançait pas et ce n'est qu'en relançant que j'ai appris qu'ils attendaient des couleurs pour l'envoi du reste de la commande. ça serait bien si les clients pouvait être informé quand il y a une attente de produits, ça rassurerait. Sinon la personne qui m'a renseignée sur la commande étant professionnelle et agréable.

Sur l'affichage il n'est pas mentionné qu'il faut des bas/collants supplémentaires car le déguisement arrive mi-cuisse. La partie de la poitrine tombante perd facilement les bouts de cotons qu'elle contient. Dans l'ensemble le produit est de bonne qualité. Je suis satisfaite.

I was confused about whether I owed state taxes or not on my pension living out of the country. Someone I trusted told me I did. I barely spoke with them and just hung up. Unfortunately, I had already given my CC information. They charged me $375! I finally called the people running my pension and I did not owe them. Instead, I got $535 back in federal taxes. My bank is now dealing with it.

Kendte ikke shoppen på forhånd, men de havde lige det jeg skulle bruge (jumpsuit i pink) og den blev oven i købet leveret super hurtigt . Samtidig sparede jeg lige 2-300 kr i forhold til de andre dragter jeg havde kigget på..

Min hurtigvoksende dejlige dreng er efterhånden vokset ud af alle sine bukser, jeg googlede "børnetøj udsalg" og bladrede mig igennem flere hjemmesider der kun havde få tilbudsbukser i min drengs str. Så fandt jeg Milledille.dk, som havde et større udvalg af rigtig gode kvalitetsbukser til en favorabel pris:-) Der røge et par trøjer med i købet - og pakken kunne afhentes i den lokale brugs når jeg alligevel skulle sjoppe mælk:-) Fin service og fint udvalg af gode produkter.

En bluse jeg havde bestilt var udsolgt men Milledille var god til at komme med andet forslag og svarede hurtigt på min tilbagemelding. Det betød nærmest ingen forsinkelse på varerne trods den lille ændring. Hver handel har været en god oplevelse :o)

Umiddelbart godt tilfreds..
Eneste grund til 4 istedet for 5 stjerner er fordi et af de produkter jeg bestilte via web shoppen havde de pludselig ikke på lager alligevel og havde ikke et lignende produkt ej heller tilbød de at prøve at skaffe det.. Men resten af ordren kom hurtig og smertefrit..

Get on the call and won't give me a quote and wants to book another call. Incredibly bad process flow - which is probably incredibly uncomfortable for the sales reps. Do better.

Good service when no outage
Until recently, we were quite satisfied with the experience provided by Exavault. But in the last two weeks we have had two serious service outages, and lost our own customers' data in the process. The ExaVault status page gave no information about these outages and hardly gave us any hint that wouldn't happen again.

Unjustified Huge Increase in Price with Little Notice
The have been using ExaVault for some time and paying $20 per month. We were sent an email out of the blue recently saying that the annual subscription would now be $2,100! This is way beyond our budget and leaves us in a very difficult position, needing to restructure our IT, and our relationship with the 3rd parties at short notice. If this is how their customers are treated, they deserve 0 stars. I am trying to imaging what they would say to their providers if bills starting landing on their door mat with little notice and 500% increases in charges. We are small business with very low volume users, only transferring a few files a day, each nothing more than a csv file with a few lines of text. Very unimpressed.

FTP/SFTP made easy. Fantastic.
We've used ExaVault for several projects requiring secure and auditable file transfer. It's much easier and more flexible than the "old school" methods of setting up FTP or SFTP servers. We've not (yet) had a need to use the API or the "Widgets" feature, but it's good to know they're available when needed. It just works. Highly recommend.

Easy, secure, flexible...and no training required.
Our business has to create new FTP accounts all the time and ExaVault makes it as easy as possible. I'm a big fan of their easy-to-activate custom notifications that make sure everyone everyone is keep in the loop about the latest file activity. I also love how they're constantly improving the service and interface. ExaVault will have my business for years to come!

Nytårsmenu takeaway
Vi havde i år bestilt nytårsmenu takeaway fra Jørgensens Hotel. Vi var fuldt ud tilfredse! Maden var virkelig dejlig. Opdeling i farver og instruktion gjorde tilberedningen overskuelig og nem. Afhentning med mulighed for at vælge et for os passende tidspunkt var perfekt og gav mindre stress. Kan kun varmt anbefales!

Take away nytårsmenu 2024
Fik deres take away nytårsmenu i går. Super nem afhentning med forklaring og hyggesnakke, alt var pakket fint ned, inddelt med farver for hver ret. Samtlige retter var fantastiske både i smag og udseende. Den medfølgende brochure (samt mulighed for video) med vejledning var meget udførlig, så super nem at tilberede og anrette. Det blev en helt perfekt aften med super god og lækker mad og gode portioner. Ville gerne kunne give 10 stjerner herfra.

Summa summarum
Summa summarum - en dårlig og dyr oplevelse. under opholdet d.15. til 16. november oplevede vi flere så ting, som vi så gennem fingrene med. Feks var der meget beskidt under sengen, meget koldt på badeværelset, og under den tilkøbte middag, blev vi af tjeneren anbefalet at købe hvidvin til maden, dag vi skulle have kulmule til hovedretten. Det blev så ændret til andebryst. Vi var blevet lovet gratis parkering, men har netop modtaget en opkrævning fra APCOA, (1,1 stjerne på trustpilot), og ingen hjælp fra Hotellet. Så alt i alt en dårlig og dyr oplevelse. vi kommer ikke igen.

Kæmpe smagsoplevelse
Fik i aftes en yderst fantastisk mad oplevelse på Jørgensens Hotel i Horsens. Havde bestilt en teater menu til min veninde og jeg. Wow vi blev blæst bagover i smagsoplevelser af den skønneste Vesterhavsbisque suppe.Efter suppen fik vi Rosastegt andebryst med tyttebær, grønkål, persillerod og en skøn peber sause. Derudover blev vi betjent af de skønneste personaler, som var yderst service minded. Virkelig en stor og dejlig oplevelse vi begge sidder med idag. KÆMPE ros til Jørgensens Hotel i fortjener det største skulderklap herfra. Venligst Jette og Jette

Dårlig mad....
Dårlig mad.... Vi var et stort selskab 80 mennesker.... Forret var ok dog træls der var skind på det lille bitte stykke fisk som lå i suppen. Hovedret var Rosa stegt andebryst.. Det var svært at skære i og havde en træls konsistens at tygge i.... Desserten var suveræn, så tak for det Nat mad bestod af tarteletter som viste sig at være den største katastrofe da fyldet både lugtede og smagte surt... Da vi var færdige med at spise så vi ikke en tjener, så ingen opfyldning af vand... Flere ville bestille den vin som blev serveret til forret men den havde de simpelthen ikke...

Vi bestilte bord på terrassen servitricen var ikke ret opmærksom det tog tid til menukortet kom klasket på bordet, ingen smil eller hyggelig kontakt , efter ca. 15 minutter kunne vi afgive ordre efter ca. 15 minutterfik vi vore drikkevare ventede på maden den var perfekt den unge servitrice havde travlt med at servicere en TV kendis hun burde tá et andet job untereseret, jeg har i de 68 år jeg har været tjener altid forsøgt at være venlig mod mine gæster Trist at tjenerfaget er blevet så dårligt. Jeg vil gerne fortælle om en god oplevelse vi havde på Jørgensens Hotel Horsens d. 2. Marts til en 70 års fødselsdag. Maden var super god og personalet dygtige og imødekomne og gjorde alt for at alle var tilfredse og godt betjent,de bevarede smilet og den gode stil,selvom nogle af gæsterne kunne trænge til at få et kursus i god opførsel. Our golfing holiday in Tenerife from 12-26 Feb ‘25
Our golfing holiday in Tenerife (8 games over 2 weeks) was hugely enjoyable. The two hotels Las Madrigueras (with its perfect buggy system in the Hotel Basement taking us straight to the 1st tee) and Melia Hacienda are very comfortable with fabulous food (especially the latter). Las Americas is a marvellous course. The Buenos Vista course (designed by Ballesteros) is on a strikingly beautiful coast line but is not a favourite of ours because of its unfair hazards. Good shots on line can hit rocks and disappear. Lakes, streams and gulleys on the Course also take their toll. This hotel and course are also a 2 hour drive from the airport. Organisation of tee times, hotel bookings, transfers to hotels and airport by Elegant Golf were perfect. We have used them for several holidays and will continue to do so next year. We may fly by Jet 2 rather than EasyJet as the latter was not a comfortable experience for ‘Oldies like us’!

service déplorable en cas d'accident
J’ai effectué une location au mois de Juin 2023 via OUICAR. Après un très bon contact avec le propriétaire, j’ai pu récupérer le véhicule qui correspondait totalement à la description et en très bon état. L’après-midi même, j’ai été victime d’un accident de la route avec 0% de tort (j’ai été percuté à l’arrière par un conducteur qui déclare s’être endormi). Après plusieurs tonneaux et une admission aux urgences avec une et une coté fracturée, je suis rentré chez moi dans la nuit. Dès le lendemain, je signale l’accident au propriétaire ainsi qu’au service Sinistre de Ouicar et c’est là que les ennuis commencent. La déclaration de sinistre a été envoyée dans les temps à OUICAR avec tous les renseignements demandés. Je ne peux pas joindre le constat amiable car une enquête de gendarmerie est en cours.A ma grande surprise alors que je ne suis pas en tort, la caution de 400 euros m’est prélevée (moins de 5 jours après) puis je reçois un mail indiquant que je dois la totalité de franchise augmentée des 60 euros de frais de dossier… Je contacte le service sinistre qui m’indique que c’est contractuel. Je fais analyser le contrat par ma protection juridique qui m’indique que ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Ouicar me dit alors que c’est son assureur qui en attendant le PV de gendarmerie a mis ma responsabilité à 100%. (il faut savoir que c’est illégal) et donc ouicar rejette la responsabilité sur son assureur AXA. Pire, Ouicar me dit de traiter directement avec AXE. Biden entendu le numéro communiqué n’est pas le bon et je dois passer par maints services chez AXA pour enfin obtenir l’opérateur qui gère mon dossier. Là encore, surprise, l’accident a bien été déclaré mais uniquement en matériel, AXA n’a pas été informé des dégâts corporels ( !!!). En parallèle, je reçois es relances de OUICAR pour le paiement de la franchise, ce que je refuse systématiquement. En attendant le PV de gendarmerie(qui ne sera fourni que début Octobre), mon assistance juridique prend le relais et contacte OUICAR pour régler le problème. Sans succès. Une autre prise de contact vers AXA permet de mettre le dossier en attente coté AXA mais coté OUICAR, aucune évolution et c’est désormais avec leur cabinet de recouvrement que je dois traiter puis avec l’huissier mandaté. L’enquète de gendarmerie enfin close en Octobre (à mon avantage 0% de tort), je transmets les informations à AXA qui après près d’un mois déclare non responsable et m’indique transmettre les infos à OUICAR. Après un nouveau contactavec leur huissier et plus d’une semaine d’attente, je n’ai toujours aucune nouvelle. Le service sinistre à nouveau contacté m’indique qu’ils ont réçu l’information d’AXA mais qu’elle n’est pas encore traitée. Je laisse encore passer une semaine et sans nouvelle de OUICAR, ni de remboursement de la caution sur mon compte, je relance l’action. La réponse est : c’est en cours de traitement au service financier. Je patiente une nouvelle semaine et renouvelle mon appel (l’huissier m’a mis la pression cette semaine et je lui ai expliqué la situation, il m’a donné un délai pour lui produire les pièces de gendarmerie). Cette fois encore, le service sinistre me dit que le service financier traite. Je m’énerve u peu et leur demande de stopper au moins les poursuites de leur huissier. Je leur rappelle que lors de l’accident, leur service financier a mis moins de 5 jours à me prélever alors que là, cela fait 3 semaines que j’attends le remboursement. Fin novembre, je reçois enfin le remboursement de ma caution mais déduit des 60 euros de frais de dossier. L’huissier ne me contacte plus. Fin de l’histoire ? pas tout à fait, car sans aucune responsabilité de ma part , je perds 60 euros. C’est contractuel mais ça veut dire qu’au moindre pb, vous êtes débités automatiquement de 60 euros (avec assurance complémentaire ou pas), on frise l’arnaque. Votre assurance personnelle procède t-elle de la sorte ? Pour terminer, j’ai demandé une facture pour ces 60 euros mais là encore, on m’oppose une fin de non recevoir (car c’est CONTRACTUEL). Il me semblait malgré tout, toute transaction payante peut faire l’objet d’une facture. Je me fais insistant et là, le service sinistre me raccroche au nez. Mon mécontentement est grand. Si je suis satisfait des relations avec la propriétaire du véhicule, j’estime que OUICAR n’est pas à la hauteur au niveau service , tout est opaque, les services se rejettent la responsabilité ou bien la rejettent sur leur assureur. Jamais, mes informations n’ont été prises en compte et les opérateurs n’ont que faire des clients. Ils appliquent un protocole sans se soucier de l’humain et des conséquences. Heureusement, AXA a été plus pro sur cette gestion. En bref, si vous avez besoin de louer un véhicule, passez votre chemin.

Location d'une voiture un we, Remboursement de la caution dans la foulée mais 3 jours plus tard, mail me disant qu'il y avait un problème informatique pour le remboursement de ma caution et que je devais remplir mes coordonnées bancaires en cliquant sur ce lien. Cas de phishing habituel mais comment les escrocs savaient-il que j'avais loué quelques jours auparavant chez OuiCar?! Soit quelqu'un dans la société renvoi les informations aux escrocs, soit ils ont été hackés. Contact avec Ouicar, pas de réponse et blocage sur facebook. Conseil, supprimer votre compte sur ce site, il n'est pas sur du tout.

Remboursement toujours attendu…
Le 13/12/2022 j'ai loué une voiture pour 4 jours, tombée en panne au bout de 2 !! J'attends encore le remboursement des 2 jours non roulés !! et en plus j'ai sauvé le moteur de celle-ci en remettant du liquide de refroidissement pour lui permettre de regagner mon domicile. La prochaine fois (mais il n'y en aura pas !) je laisserai crever la voiture ! Tout cela sans aucune assistance de Ouicar ! A fuir absolument. Depuis je loue mes véhicules par Booking qui renvoie vers les loueurs Hertz et autres avec des tarifs très compétitifs, et des véhicules sûrs et en excellent état.

Ouicar et axa des escrocs.
A fuir absolulent ! en tant que propriétaire mon véhicule a était abîmé avec un devis à 1300€ et ouicar avec axa a mis 6 mois pour déclarer " que je devais effectuer les travaux avec mes mains !" La blague de l'année comme si j'étais carrossier et leur pigeon. Résultat ils m'ont versé 536 euros au lieu de réparer mon véhicule. L'assurance axa multi risque de ouicar n'existe pas en réalité Je suis resté 6 mois sans véhicule. Préjudice financier monstrueux assurance payé pour rien , vehicule bloqué dans le garage et problèmes de roues et de parallelisme ...préjudice moral concernant le fait de ne pas pouvoir allé voir ma femme hospitalisé 4 mois et qui accouché pendant que ouicar se tourner les pouces pour gerer mon sinistre .Axa et ouicar Refuse de répondre aux courriers , mails... et Direction le tribunal avec avocat spécialisé qui va chiffré mon préjudice financier, de joussiance du vehicule et préjudice moral . Et la axa et ouicar va falloir sortir les preuves de vos mensonges. La facture reste d'être très très salée !

A Fuir : voiture dangereuse - non assistance et arnaque
OUICAR - devenue TURO - n'est pas une plateforme sérieuse ni fiable. A FUIR ! J'ai loué une voiture dont la boite d'embrayage a explosé dans la première heure d'utilisation ! Je me suis retrouvée en panne sur l'autoroute avec 2 enfants et 2 personnes âgées après avoir frôlé l'accident. "Débrouillez - vous" a été la réponse de OUICAR et du propriétaire de la voiture. Je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée par OUICAR et tout le monde est aux abonnés absents. UN SCANDALE ! Fuyez cette plateforme.

I've been here before, with respect to sharing my abundant sentiments about the quality and excellence of the Hattons of London numismatic treasures. However, there is in fact one facet of the Hattons experience which even eclipses their position as the 'Apex' of numismatic product quality...it's their most precious asset, and I've written about such in the past, but I 'm here again, taking the time (it's going on 5am here in central Texas) to reiterate what I've previously shared. The most conspicuously salient and most precious asset of the Hattons of London Enterprise, is identical to what I characterized as such in my last review; it's their people. The team. But, make no mistake for I have, once again, a brief but further addition that is sure to capture the attention of some, if for no other reason than to at least qualify whether they have read my review correctly. So, let me just keep it brief and say the follwing: What makes the Hattons team so interesting and I believe innovative, is that the customer serves in two, albeit related capacities...yes, the customer is, of course, the end user and the ultimate target of the company's outreach and attempt to cultivate connectivity with those who share a passion and enthusiasm for the numismatic world, and the corresponding historical, fiscal, cultural, scientific, and humanistic ramifications of 'us'...civilization. Having said the obvious about the customer, here is another, and I believe, entirely nuanced view of that same customer person. You see, in a very real sense, who knows more about the culmination of Hattons of London's strategic business plan than the customer. If you think about it, the customer is the ideal field worker for the enterprise. Does the customer desire such? Perhaps there are exceptions, but I'd have to say, without much equivocation; YES YES YES. Why? Because the customer truly is KING, and the feedback, follow up (did we get it right), problem solving (was there a glitch, a hiccup, an omission, a defect, and if such was or has been the case, what did our people do, and what are they empowered to do?). What I can say is that the Hattons of London team members are second to none...can they respond directly to customers? It's better than that, as the Hattons team essentially always reaches out to the customer, preemptively, and NOT solely in response to circumstances that are less than ideal. NO, they reach, and in doing so, a powerful message is transmitted to that customer; a message that I believe builds brand respect, confidence, loyalty, and value; NOT only the value of the product and its purchase from Hattons, but there is yet another value to which I refer to here; it's this company's particular culture, and it's leadership via Hattons of London's CEO, Mr. Simon Mellnger. Specifically I am referring to the value placed upon ensuring that the customer is NOT just a purchase agent, but is valued in a way that is, at least to me, is similar to other members of the Hattons team. A customer that feels and truly feels authentically valued, is one who also potentially sees themselves as having a voice that is respected, dignified, and is also one that is desired to be heard. This is, in essence, also in keeping with the customer being not only a stakeholder in Hattons, but one that truly has a seat at the Hattons table. While I"m in Texas, and have never actually sat at a conference table within the Hattons enterprise in the UK, in a very pragmatic sense, such a concrete place-setting is unnecessary given that I'm already there, whether virtually, via email, text, or on the phone. To be clear, this is NO theoretical diatribe, or proprietary pep rally for Hattons. I'm simply sharing what I have experienced. Yes, by text, email, and yes, on the phone live with members of the Hattons team, with my specific communications related to very specific questions. Suffice it to say that, for me at least, there has been a diversity of questions, inquiries, and some trouble shooting as it relates to particular products no longer in stock, but whereby such can eventually become accessible via the customer's initiative in sharing specific interests with Hattons staff, either by designating such on their website, or via the direct approach of communication, via email, phone or combination of such. In fact, I reached out recently to inquire about the last two of the 5 coins within the highly limited and coveted Concorde set. Outstanding local service without exception.
Matt from Torbay has been feeding my feline companions for around 8 years now. Even the snow in early 2018 didn’t stop him from getting through (south Devon roads are pretty hilly and windy). The care he shows for his animal customers is outstanding, with him going that extra mile for their wellbeing. Corporates could learn a great deal, following his example and cascading it down. I’m just outside his area now, so drive over to collect out of loyalty.

10 years of being a loyal customer
10 years of being a loyal customer, told to go elsewhere. Very disappointing from Trophy pet foods Stafford area. We understand inflation and price rises that’s totally understandable but when we were charged a large increase the next month without any notification at all, our local supplier stated it’s probably best for both of us if you find another supplier, after ten years of loyal and happy custom this is very disappointing. We have had zero communication and been ignored since this call Very very poor customer service

Avoid this company like the plague. If you get into financial difficulty they aren't willing to help you. Tried to set up a tenporary payment plan which was affordable for myself and they refused it saying it wasn't sustainable for me and would take too long to pay off the loan.

Regulated by the FCA but dont abide by the rules
Geeenlight credit which trades as a varooma are regulated by the FCA but unfortunately do not abide by the rules. They secured a loan on my sons car without even making any proper checks on whether he could actually afford the loan. Of course because they didn't make any of the necessary checks my son fell behind with the payments and they attempted to reposses his car. In the end I had to raise a complaint to them on the basis, they had not stuck to a basic principle that all FCA regulated companies must agree to, which is to lend responsibly and make all the necessary checks to prove affordability. I raised a complaint to varooma providing all of the evidence that proved no checks had been made. Their compliance officer did not uphold my complaint and they continued with their bullying repossession tactics. I then took my complaint to the Financial ombudsman presenting my side of the case. Varooma couldn't even be bothered to respond to the information the ombudsman were requesting. I then had to raise a DSAR request asking Varooma to supply me with all of the information they hold about my son and what checks they had made. Thankfully they had no choice but to provide this information. Once I presented this to the ombudsman it did not take them long at all to uphold my complaint and decide in my sons favour. Varooma had no choice but to cancel the loan, refund back all charges plus 8% compound interest, return the log book and remove all negative information from my sons credit file The only good thing about varooma is they ate regulated by the FCA so you have some protection.

Fine if your payments are on time
Fine if your payments are on time, then they revert to bully boy tactics. The insolvency agency has told them my debt doesn't need paying due to bankruptcy. Every once in a while they will try and scare me into paying. They were fine when I was with them but this debt has been ongoing for over 2 years and they still contact me and are rude.
