Ich habe mir hier ein gebrauchtes I Phone bestellt und es war zu 100% wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Bin super zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und Originalkarton und Zubehör waren auch dabei. Wer keinen Wert auf dat aktuellste Handy legt eine absolute Empfehlung.

Das im Dezember 2018 gekaufte Apple iPhone 7 Smartphone (11,9 cm = 4,7") 32 GB, Farbe Schwarz, hatte, wie sich jetzt bei der Überprüfung durch Apple herausstellte, bereits einen Vorbesitzer, Ich kaufte es jedoch als neues Gerät. 13 Monate hat auch alles funktioniert, doch danach nur noch sehr unzuverlässig. Wahrscheinlich kam es durch das Wechseln des Akkus und des Displays (beides keine original Apple Teile) zu Überspannungen. Das Smartphone wurde heiß und war nach ganz kurzer Zeit vollständig entladen.

Ich habe ein iPhone7 dort gekauft, genau genommen auf der Real-Plattform, geliefert wurde es, mit Verzögerung, von TR-Vertrieb, zum Preis von 419,95 Euro. Nach etwa 8 Monaten begannen Fehlfunktionen des Touchscreen, bekannt als "Ghost Writing". Nach vielen vergeblichen und zeitaufwendigen Versuchen (einschließlich Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen), das Problem in den Griff zu bekommen, schickte ich das Gerät ein, es kam nach 11 Tagen zurück, laut Begleitschreiben mit ausgetauschtem Display und neuem Akku. Auch ein Funktionstest sei durchgeführt worden. Beim Versuch, das reparierte Gerät in Betrieb zu nehmen, reagierte der Touchscreen schlechter als vor der Reparatur, ich konnte das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Nach erneuter Rücksendung kam es dann in voll funktionsfähigem Zustand zurück. Nun war erkennbar der Screen ausgetauscht worden.

Needed personalised wedding candles at very short notice. Less than two weeks before the wedding we ordered in the hopes that this company could help. A man called me the next day to make sure all details were correct, he sent me messages to see if any changes needed to be made and kept in touch with me through the next couple of days. I was thrilled to get a message 3-4 days after we placed our order to say it was in the post. They had noticed our wedding date was so close and went above and beyond to make sure our order got to us on time. We recieved the candles yesterday and we are delighted with the finished product. A foreign girl with frizzy hair and awful clothes for working in a shop was very rude when I asked her a question about balloons she told me to wait, I work in retail I didn’t ask her anything too difficult to answer, she seems annoyed wasn’t at all helpful Balloons were extortionate price I seen them cheaper with free helium a few minutes away in another store after I bought them I won’t be back and maybe check your staff about appearance and rudeness she’s not Irish but she’s working in Ireland so maybe she should realise it’s not ok to speak to people like that, maybe where she’s from it’s normal but it’s not ok here, she could have more respect as I have respect as an Irish person for all nationalities in my work and life

I wanted to get balloons delivered to a local hotel 2 weeks before Halloween for a family members special birthday. I wasnt impressed from the call to the balloons. On the call I was told the balloons couldnt be delivered or happen like I was asking a favour as they were busy, even after they took the payment I was told will try to deliver but no garantee. All I wanted was 3 balloons with the age and only 1 balloon delivered and 2 standard colours I wasnt happy. I was charged €10 delivery to go across the road to the hotel. It cost €27 for 3 balloons and I feel a rip-off for what was supplied.

I ordered decorations for my daughter’s christening, they arrived so quickly and there were plenty of updates on the purchase and delivery status! It was great to get so much variety from an Irish store! I will definitely shop here again!

Customer service responds within a day that's the only reason it's not 1 star but would avoid buying from here again based on this experience

First time ordering and unfortunately ended up receiving a product with an unknown dirty substance on the head of a vibrator. There was even a sticker broken on the box saying it had been quality checked.. clearly not! I emailed Bondara who confirmed they will send me a replacement, but surely noone should be receiving products in this state! Potentially a massive health risk! Really disappointed in the lack of standards here.

Very cute, handbag sized pink rabbit. BUT did not do it's job! It just didn't have the power to stimulate anything!! 😯 No instructions either to say the battery unit needs removing from inside the 'toy', which was a task in itself. There is a tiny paper disk between the two batteries which needs removing before pressing the on/off button. All this exertion for nothing, and I obviously won't get a refund as I had to use the toy to find out it was rubbish😕

Wow. Don’t know where to start, from the initial enquiry with Michelle to the installation this company have been superb. The quality of the bed is excellent. The quality of the service is excellent. The delivery was excellent, Shaun tried to call me; when I didn’t answer (because it was an 0333 number I thought it was a sales call) he sent a follow up text to say it was him, I called back and delivery was arranged within less than a week. The engineers who came out to install the bed and explain how to use it were awesome with my elderly disabled mother. So patient, so calm and understanding, we did not feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance. I wish I’d taken their names all I know is one of them has a dog called Rusty and the other used to be called Rusty when he was at school! I am so impressed with this company and would 💯 recommend over and over again.

I’d just like to commend Jordan Sinclair on the amazing customer service. We had a problem with my mother’s bed. It stopped working. Still under warranty. Jordon got the parts sent out that were needed the next day. Which was a Saturday and we got her bed operational again that day. What an amazing employee. I would highly recommend this company. They have a great range of beds and if you are unable to visit their showroom, they can arrange a video call to show you round virtually! My parents ordered 2 profiling beds and Michelle gave them lots of information and advice on mattresses, etc and was so helpful and always available on the phone. Communications were excellent via phone and email and all staff responded very quickly when contacted. We put the beds up ourselves with the help of an excellent step by step video they produce, and it was straightforward. Opera beds will arrange fitting up of the beds though if you wish. Fantastic products and fantastic customer service as well as after care and support. The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended 😊

It was so wonderful to be able to change position at the pressing of a switch. The ability to change the height to suit different procedures will ease tasks greatly. The bed was very comfortable.

I confidently ordered my bed over the phone having looked at the information on the website. Two friendly gentlemen arrived on the prescribed day and carried out setting up the bed in a very efficient way. I had a detailed demonstration on how to operate the various functions of the bed and was delighted to see so many buttons, giving a scope of options, including a torch. Having used it for 12 nights I am delighted with it. The welcome box (with chocolate biscuits !) and the card were an extra touch to complete the success of my order.

Very pleased with the service received from Opera for the purchase of the Classic Low Profiling Bed - Enclosed - Side Rails. Bed is a bit pricey but paying for durability and quality. Sales advisor Ricardo Singh was patient and helpful with determining the best bed for the needs of the user. Installation team Owen and Nick were friendly and super efficient, giving a demo of the bed functions and taking away all the packaging. The whole installation was done within record time.

Après avoir été baladé par mail ou échanges par chat, je n’ai à ce jour plus aucune réponse de Malea depuis ma demande de remboursement suite à un produit renvoyé qui était défectueux. J’attends ds toujours mon remboursement depuis plusieurs mois. Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour récupérer mes fonds. Malea fait le mort.

Sachez pour votre gouverne et celle de vos lecteurs qu’une livraison est attestée juridiquement que par l’apposement d’une signature sur un document officiel et non d’un soit disant déclaratif d’un postier comme vous le prétendez. Délais de réception anormalement long du à une rupture de matière première et endommagement de la table durant la livraison, commande effectuée en septembre et livrée en avril. Malgré cela, table de grande qualité, geste commercial pour compenser le retard et communication permanente et efficace avec le site. Je mets 3 étoiles car j'ai été impactée professionnellement par le retard de livraison.

J'ai acheté une table de soins il y a 6 ans avec 3 moteurs électriques. J'en suis parfaitement satisfait à tout point de vue. Il y a un mois, brusquement, je n'arrivais plus à faire fonctionner les moteurs électriques. Le SAV m'a répondu immédiatement en m'indiquant par téléphone le problème à résoudre. Tout marche à nouveau bien. Non seulement les produits sont de très bonne qualité, mais le service après vente est au top, même 6 ans après l'achat.

Ik had een pannenkoeken pan bestel. De week erop zou hij binnen moeten komen via dhl.. maar nooit geleverd. Volgens tintelingen zou de pannekoeken pan al niet meer op voorraad zijn geweest… toch raar dat je hem dan wel kan bestellen en dhl mij ook bericht geeft over de bestelling.

Bij de organisatie van de kerstpakketten heeft ons bedrijf dit jaar gekozen voor Tintelingen. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen. Super service en voor iedereen genoeg keuze!

Vervelend als je 2 weken eerder een tinteling gekozen hebt met bevestiging van je bestelling. Hierbij leverdatum 2 weken vooruit zodat het geleverd word na de kerst (was ook verzoek om hetgeen je niet met kerst als geschenk nodig had na de kerst te laten leveren om drukte te voorkomen) dan 1 dag voor daadwerkelijke levering een mail dat het product niet meer beschikbaar is en ook niet meer beschikbaar komt. Ineens is het assortiment gehalveerd. Dit is niet oké.

Tintelingen werkt samen met het bedrijf waar ik werk voor het kerstcadeau van dit jaar en die bedrijf ligt in de grensstreek waar dus heel veel mensen uit de aanliggende landen werken(belgie vooral) en wat blijkt? Tintelingen bied de belgische medewerkers een totaal ander cadeau pakket aan dan de in Nederland wonende mensen,veel minder keuze geen fashion cheques ik kan niet mijn 40€ aan een liefdadigheid schenken ik kan geen bioscoop bon krijgen en het aanbod van de tintelingen store is amper 40% van wat de nederlandse collegas krijgen. En bij contact wilden ze mij helemaal niet helpen. Schande! Duscriminatie

Wat was ik blij dat ik via tintelingen iets kon verzilveren! Als er iets mis gaat met je bestelling heeft het alleen zin als je de klantenservice een mail stuurt, blijkbaar?! want de dame aan de telefoon kon niet veel voor je betekenen. Het begon al niet fijn en door de drukte rondom feestdagen waren veel servicepunten ook dicht, waardoor je pakket niet kunt ophalen binnen de 7 dagen. Maar, dan komt het verhaal. Mijn pakket ging retour binnen 3 dagen. Uitvoerige mail via tintelingen gestuurd. Ik kreeg pas antwoord na 8 dagen en dat zijn zo'n 10 mails. Gelukkig heb ik mijn volledig punten teruggekregen en de cadeaubon is een echte aanrader, want dit is onbeperkt geldig! Dus voor de mensen die dit lezen! ik raad jullie aan een cadeaubon te verzilveren als je geen gedoe wilt met je pakketten!

Het is dat je 1 ster moet aanvinken om überhaupt een review te kunnen schrijven. Maar dit bedrijf verdiend ECHT GEEN 1 STER! Schandalig bedrijf !! Wanneer het geld binnen is laten ze de klant voor wat het is, ongeacht de teleurstelling etc. Ik heb bijna 4 weken geleden een geurtje besteld voor de feestdagen. Met de feestdagen nog steeds geen pakketje.. Na veel mailtjes eindelijk een reactie vanuit hun dat het geurtje niet leverbaar is, pardon???? Krijg geen tegemoetkoming of überhaupt een excuus. Moet nog maar even 1,5 week langer wachten. (Uiteindelijk ruim 5 weken!!) Dit kan echt niet!! Wat een slecht bedrijf!

Bedankt voor de hulp van tintelingen na de problemen met DHL waardeloos bedrijf drie keer bericht dat mijn paket geleverd was wat niet klopte ook nog dat ik niet thuis was ook dit was niet waar via Tinteling dleek het pakje nog op de sorteer afdeling lag tinteling bood nog aan punten terug testorten de zelvde dag werd nij pakje bezorgd na 5 dagen wachten GROTE DANK AAN TINTELING 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Op de website worden alleen oude restpartijen verkocht voor bizarre bedragen. Mijn werkgever gaf 50 euro (maximum bedrag). Met bijleggen van 10 euro kan ik dan een peper-en zoutstel kopen! Bij de action kost die minder dan 10 euro. Verder verloopt de bon binnen een half jaar, dus als je niet oplet ben je te laat. Tevens houden ze het restbedrag ook zelf!

Ik heb voor de verjaardag van mijn vrouw een mozaïek laten maken door Moz-Art, Deze is echt super mooi geworden en mijn vrouw was hier super blij mee. En vooral ook aangenaam verrast. Door omstandigheden en een computer crash kon ik niet op tijd bestellen en was ik niet zeker of het op tijd geleverd zou worden voor de 18de verjaardag van mijn zoon. Maanden geleden had ik de foto's al klaar en wist precies welke ik wou samensmelten tot een mozaiek. Iedere foto was op dat moment een pijnlijke herinnering en keek er niet meer naar om. Toen opeens was de tijd daar. Optie Lambda geplakt, 50x50, formaat foto's 1.6. Zeer snel nam Tamara contact met ons op en gaf aan de hand van voorbeelden aan dat het foto formaat 1.2 voor een scherper en mooier resultaat zou zorgen. We centreerden alle foto's en stuurden het door. Het pakket zeer goed ingepakt ontvangen, ophangen ging zeer makkelijk. Nu, iedere keer als we er langs lopen in de gang kijken we op en zien we telkens iets nieuws in die grote afbeelding van onze zoon bestaande uit vele kleine mooie herinneringen. Prachtig en dank jullie wel!!!!

Wat een leuk concept en mooi bedrijf. We konden makkelijk alle foto’s uploaden en hebben vaak alles laten renderen, tot er een mooi plaatje uitkwam. Die heeft moz-art naar onze wensen, met veel geduld, nog aangepast. Vervolgens is de verzending snel en netjes gegaan. Heel tevreden en vijf sterren dik verdiend!

Goede site, werkt uitstekend allemaal. het proces wordt duidelijk uitgelegd. En niet onbelangrijk: in goed Nederlands! Zonder problemen 1000 foto's uploaden en even wachten op het resultaat. Dat resultaat valt goed te zien, zodat je nog iets kan aanpassen. Snelle levering, degelijk verpakt. Mijn dochter was heel blij met haar foto-mozaïek-cadeau! Dochter blij, ik ook blij!

Ik kan Moz-art iedereen aanbevelen voor je foto mozaïk projecten. De website werkt fantastisch maar kom je er toch even niet uit dan word je persoonlijk geholpen en de hulp en service die je krijgt is geweldig! En dan krijg je ook nog een super mooi product!

Not a perfect match and as I couldn't prove it as had sent car in to be repainted professionally they refused to give me a refund. DON NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY IF ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED. Check the returns policy even the consumer act 2015 apparantly means nothing to them. I sent them back unopened as they told me to for a full rufend and then they refused to pay it, still no refund.

Paint has been lost by courier. No matter how many time I email them no one ever responds. Have asked for a full refund still no response. Going to use charge back on my credit card for this. Paint was ordered on 29th January, Evri said they tried to deliver it on 6th February, they didn't as someone in at all times. Courier has now lost paint and Paintnuts are still not responding. Terrible customer service.

I was having trouble getting a colour match for my blue Toyota. I tried eBay and Amazon but I could never get the correct colour match. Then i came across Peanuts touch up paints and I thought I would give them a try and I entered my reg number and they did the rest. And when it arrived it was a perfect colour match. It is more expensive than eBay etc, but you have peace of mind that it is a good colour match for your car so it's worth it. I fully recommend them, and I am very pleased with the touch up paint that I received, and I will order from them again in the future.

Competitive price for products and has the option of free click and collect. This is good for me as it means even if I don't spend that much I can collect from my nearby Tesco express for free. I have really come to love using this program to help build our team's schedules and coordinate plans for our events. At first it took me a bit to work through how to use it, and I am sure there is more I can do, but overall it does a really good job.

My page is not working as it should i.e. cannot log in properly can not recognize that third party Cookies are enabled. And most grueling is there is NO SUPPORT just some dumb bot.

I think it's a great system to use, it makes things easy for my job and also for those using it. My only take is wish things were a bit easier to find and he language used is a bit difficult

We're a mid-size museum and have been using this software for about four years. My favorite aspects are its 1) specificity for volunteer management needs, 2) robust customer support, and 3) frequent updates and improvements based on user feedback. We just had our annual review (a feature of the "plus" account that's well worth it!). Our advisor Josie Connell has really gotten to know our organization and is amazingly skilled in helping us make the most out of the software and applying it to our specific needs. Highly recommend!
