From start to finish this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, great turn around time and a finished product that surpassed all expectations. We chose our own fabric, which they sourced for us, that was a complex pictorial print. It made the layout for the upholsters quite a challenge. I am utterly appalled by my experience with Garden Street. I purchased a Palram-Canopia Skylight shed over two months ago and not only was the wrong shed (Rubicon model) delivered, but I have been stuck in a nightmarish loop ever since. They still have £750+ of my money, and I have no shed and no clear date for when—if ever—this will be resolved. Communication? Practically nonexistent. Every time I chase them, I get vague promises that they’re “looking into it” or “waiting on the supplier.” Their latest update was just another round of finger-pointing at the supplier, with absolutely no sense of urgency. I made it crystal clear that I needed either the correct shed delivered promptly or my money returned. Yet here I am, still out of pocket and forced to consider a chargeback. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Garden Street at all costs. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever endured.

I got item , delivery driver was very helpfull have put chairs away for winter .On checking item I noticed 2 screws had been put in wrong and had burst through other side of wood and were sticking out will sort that when I get them out. They look good and strong though so fairly happy.

Good company to deal with. The prices are very reasonable. We ordered a self build large 'car port' for our motorhome. Unfortunately several of the parts were damaged - poor packing from the manufacturer, howerer Garden Street customer service were on the case and parts were replaced with no fuss. They did take a while to arrive but it was much better packaged than the original. I did like the fact that in the kit there was some spare bolts and screws, great if you drop one!

I bought a 3 seater swing. It was a good quality wooden swing. The delivery man was very helpful and parked the pallet to where I wanted it to be. They were very heavy as it is a 3 seater however there were some defects on the canopy of the swing and I contacted customer service. I emailed them with photos of the damage. Customer service was brilliant and acted immediately. They sent me the replacement slats very quickly. I haven’t assembled the swing yet as winter is approaching and I am sure it will look fantastic when it’s up. I will definitely buy from garden street again as they are the best price online. I ordered a Canon R7 bundle for just under £2k on 13 may 2024 and finally received the last items of the bundle on 6 July 2024. If you are in a hurry for your purchase, I would consider buying elsewhere. The items from my order arrived in dribs and drabs... some if them via amazon. I wasn't advised what was being sent or when. I was emailing a gentleman named John who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. Until then, my emails were answered very promptly but it still didn't help with making items if my order appearing any quicker. I then telephoned a couple of times and spoke to a man who said my last remaining bits would be posted the following week - they weren't. The website has been down for a couple of weeks & the telephone number isn not working. So just as i had made the decision to contact my credit card company, the remaining items I'd been chasing turned up yesterday with post date if 5th July (& not 2 weeks ago!). I really wish I'd ordered with another company. But now, thankfully, it's over.

Absolutely mental experience trying to buy a camera. Ordered a camera that was listed as special offer, week and a half later told I can have if I pay an extra £400… really poor communication during the whole process, with me constantly chasing for progress. I had not heard of this company until very recently and consequently was a little reticent about buying from them - especially as the prices were very reasonable. Absolutely outstanding service, I placed an order for a new camera last Wednesday John informed me it could be around a week before coming, two days later on the Friday afternoon Andy contacted me to inform me the camera was with them and could be delivered to me the next day (Saturday), Saturday arrived and so did my camera. This is a continuation of the outstanding service I have received from H Preston for the last 32 years, hence I keep going back.

There seems to be a common thread regarding many of the reviews on here. For any one reading these reviews, Please take note - this company and it's owner are dealing with fraudulent activity. The responses from John Preston, on all the negative reviews are the same. Here is an example of his many fraudulent quotes "I suggest you contact your bank and do a section 75 as the funds have ben taken form my account many months ago" It is the responsibility of the merchant to make sure the funds have been returned to the buyer if the item they purchased never arrived. In this case a £2500 tripod system. After having taken over 6 months for this item not to ever arrive - countless emails and phone calls later, we asked for a full refund. He then asks us to contact our bank for a section 75 or any other kind of payment dispute. The bank cannot proceed with this due to a 120 day policy. H. Preston / John Preston will not provide any evidence that he has actually made the refund. He will not provide the evidence because he never made the refund. Do not trust this company. Small claims / Ombudsman will be in touch.

The last 5 years of community in the bespoke forums has been a great resource to learn from other people making a living from online businesses.

Tim is a scammer, beware of him. Coaches from the past that worked for him left because of this very reason. People from the community that have found success did it by doing a completely different model. He has never been successful doing the model that he teaches. The positive reviews you see here got bribed by a "special training". Look at all the people that have just 1 review here and came saying "great stuff". Many of the modules he promised to deliver in his program never came out. Total fraud, he should be teaching launches cause that's the only thing he knows how to do. Instead, he teaches online business which he know nothing about. Of the many programs on business, marketing and online entrepreneurship Tim is the worst one, the only one I see as a total scam. Problem is he is so charismatic that people flock to him.

The ice was still frozen on delivery. Got exactly what I wanted and considering the care taken for this feel I got a good deal. DPD delivery very efficient. Fully recommend and will use again. Bought two lots of galettes and have individually frozen them in our freezer. The ones we ate were lovely and reminded us of France.

I spent £2,500. I did not feel that the technical support was as good as I experienced before. It was almost as if it was down to me to ask the awkward questions i.e. Does the PSU have the right plug for the Graphics card. I also felt that the PSU delivery was not handled very well and lots of promises about when it was being delivered and it didn't arrive. The kit itself is very good. The MB Bundle worked well. The price point was reasonable (I did check!). Just don't take your customers for granted.

Easy process to order and collect as I live not far away! The motherboard bundle was great value. I fitted a Radeon RX 7800xt graphics card for gaming and found I needed to fit a bigger cpu cooler than the stock intel one that came with the bundle as the cpu was running really hot. This combination now runs MSFS 2020 on ultra settings at 45-50 fps in 1440p so I’m very happy with that.

I have bought 4 PCs from Novatech over many years, without any problems. I chose Novatech because of the customisation options. All have performed well.

Customer Service (in the shop) was amazing. Tested my PC and confirmed PSU was dead. Recommended suitable replacements. Next day, after I had problems installing new unit, they helped get it into the box, going above and beyond.

Har købt krydderiglas med mærkater. Mærkater/klistermærkerne var ekstremt svære at pille af og det skulle klippes en del rundt om mærkatet for overhovedet at få løsnet klistermærket. Dernæst måtte jeg bruge en pincet til at fjerne resten, da der skulle et præcist og hårdt greb til. Ærgerligt at der ikke er indbygget en top, hvor der kan veksles mellem stort hul og mindre huller. Det er lidt usmidigt og toppene er ikke sådan lige at tage af, hvis der skal et ordentligt drys ud af glasset.

Meget tilfreds med smykkeskrin og den hurtige levering og god info undervejs. Tak

Kan desværre ikke give mere end 3 stjerner. Det er første gang jeg handler her. Har modtaget et super lækkert termosæt fra Mikk-Line, som var på tilbud og fragtpriser er også helt okay. Leveringen var super hurtig og pakken var med en fin hilsen og chokolade MEN jeg kunne ikke selv vælge pakkeshoppen. Får så en besked om at pakken bliver leveret til en pakkeshop i Rødovre, vi bor i Glostrup! Det kan godt være at der er kort i fugleflugt, men man skal altså hele vejen udenom🤯 Nå, men jeg ringer til GLS med det samme, de siger jeg skal kontakte afsender. Man kan ikke ringe til jer så sender en sms, hvor jeg pænt Beder jer rykke pakkeshoppen til spar i Glostrup hvor jeg plejer at få mine pakker, men hører intet og dagen efter er pakken så leveret i den anden pakkeshop! Øv altså! Det er sådan noget som gør at jeg ikke ville vælge jer en anden gang. Ordre nummer: 32735 Bestilte en Mikk-Line - wool baby suit hos MiniJacobi i januar 2025. Fik varen leveret hurtigt og var glad for den. Mindre end 2 måneder senere er syninger på den allerede gået op og der er kommet et hul. Kontaktede MiniJacobi via e-mail 2 gange og vedhæftede billeder den 28.02.2025. Der er nu gået over 3 uger og ingen svar. Det er ekstremt dårlig service. Vil ikke købe der igen og anbefaler det ikke.
