Dragon Medical One versie 15 of 16
Let op: dit gaat NIET over het bedrijf AVT / spraakherkenning maar UITSLUITEND over het online pakket Dragon Medical One!! Diverse pakketten Dragon Naturally Speaking gebruikt (tm versie 12), downloads die steeds beter waren dan de basis die destijds gemaakt is door Lernout en Hauspie. Nu heb ik de versie Dragon Medical One geprobeerd, er is alleen een on line versie, volledig pakket (gratis volledige testversie) via het bedrijf waar ik als medisch specialist interim werkte. Over AVT kan ik niets zeggen want het pakket werd door een ander bedrijf geleverd. Uitgeprobeerd met een headset Poly Blackwire C 3220. Samengevat: dramatisch iit de eerdere genoemde paketten. matige woordherkenning, van 'medische woorden' redelijk goede woordherkenning, (oudere versies deden dat minder) woordherkenning), vervelende woordcorrectiewijze (het gecorrigeerde woord was ook nog steeds met een hoofdletter), onmogelijkheid iit eerder om met bestaande documenten het programma betere woordherkenning te krijgen, kortom zeer teleurstellend en ik heb de proefperiode niet afgemaakt. Het bedrijf waar ik interim was propageerde dit systeem maar nog 2 collega's die het uitprobeerden zijn ook afgehaakt en adviseerden met de spraakherkenning die in Microsoft 365 ingebouwd is. Dat werkte prettiger en sneller en leek ook bij te leren en was dus beter!!!!. Erg erg jammer dat het zo dramatisch slecht is. TIP: Als het intussen beter zou zijn geworden wil ik het wel opnieuw uitproberen.

Het help mij om snel notulen en agada's te maken. Je moet het programma eerst leren te gebruiken en ook kun je het gemakkelijk vullen met speciale namen of omschrijvingen. Er wordt duidelijk hulp aangeboden door Dennis. Het uitwerken kost minder tijd. Dus meer tijd om andere klussen af te handelen. Aanrader voor veel mensen. Testen is weten!!

Een absolute topper
Bij AVT vind ik zeer geëngageerde en betrokken mensen, die echt moeite doen om alles goed te laten verlopen. Ik had een probleem (waaraan AVT niéts kon doen), maar ze hebben álles gedaan om een oplossing te vinden. AVT is vlot bereikbaar (telefonisch, per mail) en reactie mag je zeer snel verwachten. Een absolute aanrader voor mensen die spraaktechnologie willen gebruiken en je vindt bij AVT grote deskundigheid.

Na de proefversie van Dragon spraakherkenning wilde ik software aanschaffen. Ik heb gebeld voor advies en ben enorm goed geholpen. Mijn software werd helemaal ingesteld en ik kreeg een korte uitleg om wat grondbeginselen te hebben om te werken met het programma. Tevens kreeg ik advies over de voor mij juiste koptelefoon met noice cancelen. Binnenkort wil ik een cursus volgen om nog meer uit het programma te kunnen halen.

Never arrived, no contact, no answers. Shambles.
Ordered boxes and a trolley for a move, and received an email saying "your order has been loaded for dispatch and will be delivered to you tomorrow". Which is today. Never arrived. Waited until close to 5 pm, as per the email. Have tried calling, no answers on the phones, left messages, no contact whatsoever to say there is any issue with the delivery or anything. Moving house is planned for this weekend, and they apparently only deliver Monday-Friday. It's Friday now. What a shambles of a service.

Never arrived, had to chase and not apologetic at all!
Ordered a box on 30 Oct for a delivery which I've now had to push back three times due to the box not arriving. I had no emails or anything about any dispatch so chased on 11 Nov. On 13 Nov I was told my box had dispatched (no apology given for the delay) and was offered a re-send or refund. I asked them to re-send and heard nothing so chased again the next day when I was told it'd be 3 working days. I then received an email the following day (today) to say actually they have no stock (first time I've received an apology) and that they'd have to refund. They clearly never dispatched my original order so I've had the hassle of waiting almost three weeks and postponing my order collection three times for no reason and, worst of all, they still have the box available as in stock on their website. Will not be using this company again.

This has been my first experience of hiring crates and I would recommend Crate Hire UK to anyone. They make it so easy. Their website works well for ordering and their staff are there for you if, as I did, you need to extend the hire period owing to unforeseen circumstances. Online queries were answered very quickly. Drop-off and collection were timely, swift and efficient and the delivery crew friendly and cheerful. The crates supplied were in good condition and clean internally. However, they are not weatherproof so take account of this if storing them outdoors. Overall an excellent and thoroughly professional service which I highly recommend.

Stevenson's heating came to service my elderly Mum's boiler and my sister was there and told the engineer my Mum was deaf. He left her with no heating. When he returned and had to light the pilot light he said he asked my Mum if she wanted it working before he left and my sister said. "No you did not " the engineer said I told your Mother not you. I think he was trying to exploit the elderly.

Expensive
They fitted my boiler. So thought I would use them to repair/replace faulty radiator valve. Wrong decision on my part. I booked the engineer, who had problems with his van. So young assistant came out. Charge for this visit 60 odd quid. Then Engineer came out and replaced valve, charge for supplying and fitting £210 odd. After I complained they knocked off £50. Very short sighted approach. I will not use them again. So they lose profit from some new radiators I was thinking of having. Plus if course at some stage a new boiler and any other repairs I may need in future.

Bad experience from the Stevenson Heating Ltd service department
They have twice failed to turn up for a pre-booked service on my boiler and water heater. There was no apology for the inconvenience of twice waiting-in for nothing. After the last no-show I asked to speak to the service department manager to find out what was going on, but he was away from his desk at that time. I was told I'd be called back by him as soon as he got back, naturally he did'nt!! I called again and finally spoke to him, he said he'd call back with an explanation for the no-shows, I waited a week and nothing, so I called again yesterday and surprise, surprise he was not around, but he would call me back later that day. Again nothing!! As we're supposed to be one of their priority customers, I wonder how we'd be treated if we weren't. Needless to say, we'll be going to a more reliable company going forward.

IF YOU HAVE A SOLAR ISSUE AVOID THIS COMPANY
I contacted Stevenson heating re my hot water solar system. I noticed the heat wasn't transferring from the panels to the store like it used to. it was taking so long to happen where before it was as quick as the boiler for heating up the store. It says on there web site they can repair and service all makes. first they said it was a problem with the boiler interfering with the system so the cut some wires and left. felt it was odd as the system had been working fine for the last 4.5 years. the next day we noticed we had no solar and not only that the boiler was no longer picking up where the solar falls short. so no hot water. I called them back they took another look to find they had blown 2 fuses in the boiler. they used the spare ones in the control board to fix the problem and said they would replace the spare ones (but still haven't) Boiler now working but still no solar heating. I rang them back they came out and replaced the fluid in the panels. still no difference. I rang again they sent out another engineer who took the pump off and said it looks ok i will have to speak to my boss to see what he wants to do. Since his visit the system goes into thermal shutdown as soon as the sun comes out even though the system gets over 145 deg the water never gets to the store. i rang up again to find out what was happening as we are in the peek of the summer and I'm not getting the benefit of the solar. He replied i will have to contact the manufacture. Day passed i heard nothing. i left 2 messages on the engineers mobile but no reply. I contacted the office to then find out the person who was dealing with it went on holiday and didn't delegate another engineer to fix the problem. I rang and spoke to the manager who said he will get up to speed with the job and ring me back. days later still no call back and i had to call again to find out what was happening. The manager said he would get the engineer to call me. What a laugh this company is. Poor communication and to be honest i don't think they know what they are doing AVOID THIS COMPANY

Trouble free installation of a new boiler and control system
Many thanks for installing my new boiler in the busy run to the Christmas period. The work was completed in a very professional and efficient manner by Steve the installation engineer and another Steve the installation supervisor who called in from time to time to help if a problem developed or an extra pair of hands were needed. Also thank you to the electrician (whose name I can’t remember) who wired the system up and Dave who carried out a power flush at the end. The house is now nice and warm and ready for winter when it finally comes!

Next day delivery of Keston parts NO ONE else has!
I needed some Keston parts to complete a boiler repair, all other suppliers were saying they'd have no stock until the New Year. One call to Stevenson (Gas Boiler Parts) and the boiler is back in business the next day, and the prices are very competitive too. I will be keeping their website bookmarked for all future parts enquiries.

Good, batteries need charging and some replacing
Good, but all the batteries for the different devices needed to be charged as none of them had a full charge. The Sony NPF batteries for the electronic slider need replacing, they died very quickly and didnt hold much charge due to age so aren't really fit for purpose, I had to use my own sony batteries to use the slider.

Perhaps a bit slow but otherwise excellent
Used their calibration service for the first time, and no complaints. They tell you 10 working days turnaround, and the only word of caution I'd offer is that they mean it: you'll be without your instruments for 10 working days. So make sure you won't be needing them or that you've got a backup. Looks to be a decent calibration job though, it didn't cost much and the instruments were returned with all accessories. I'll use them again, but as I say, be sure to book your calibration to coincide with a holiday or make sure you've got backup units.

Great Customer Service
Joshua and the team at Test4Less were really helpful. I had purchased a Di-Log test kit online but there were supplier issues, which meant that I had been without a test instrument for a number of weeks. Joshua and his managment team couldn't have helped more in trying to resolve the issue, but unfortuantely the supplier still had issues. In the end, Test4Less provided me with an upgraded model in the MeggerMF1720, which is a brilliant bit of kit. Thanks for all your help with this Joshua.

We have order flags from CollinFlags for years and have spent thousands & thousands of dollars. The last flag we purchase for $600 started to rip a lot sooner then the ones before. I was going to purchase another one, as we have a large company building and we fly a very large flag which could be seen by 2 major highways in NJ. (Our father started doing this years ago and we keep it going in his honor.) When I looked at my last purchase, I notice the flag was less then 7 months old. Finding this very concerning I sent them an email. I would think they could see our past history and how we have been customers for a long time & spent thousands of dollars. I would also think they would apologize and give us a discount of some sorts. In stead, after sending them pictures, I get this email. I will be giving our business & money to a company that: 1. Stands by their products 2. Values their customers THEIR RESPONSE: "I do apologize, however due to the wind conditions in your area, these can be found at (trustpilot told me they dont allow links, so I had to delete the link that they sent me), this has been found to be normal wear and tear. The U.S. Government generally expects a flag to last approximately 90 days based on daily usage from sunrise to sunset - but not during periods of inclement weather. Tests have shown that in some cases a flag flown 24 hours a day will last only one-fourth as long as one flown during daylight hours only. The major enemies of a flag are the wind and sun. Neither you nor we can control the weather, but you can take care of your flag and lengthen its life. #1. Occasional washing in warm mild detergent water will prevent dirt and pollutants from attacking the fabric. #2. Have your flag repaired at the first sign of fraying. Our flags are manufactured to give maximum service in return for reasonable care. No two flags wear the same. The best I've used
I've used a fair few call answering services in the past and there was always a flaw somewhere. My business is in the North of England and always wanted a local accent answering my calls so Simply66 ticks that box. It doesn't end there though. They have good opening times, appear to answer the calls quickly. The bit I love most is they send the call recording which is valuable in terms of not needing to ask the customer to repeat themselves, it also gives me a sense of whether its a customer I want too. Finally, they offer various levels of plans, I usually only need quite a low volume so its great value for money

A great cost effective solution for a small business

Simply66 have been responsive to my business needs and enhanced the offering that I am able to provide to my customers when I am not available. A fine service most of the time, although they mispronounced the company name a few times on the recording - just a pain when you try and cancel. (Actually, I cancelled on Thursday but your system was down, and you lied about sending an email on Thursday when you thought you wouldn't be caught...I don't think I should have to pay for your error, but you obviously feel differently. Agree to disagree).

70 year old ‘newbie’ PCH experience with ABC Leasing
As a 70 year old using PCH vehicle leasing to obtain my new vehicle for the first time I found that the ABC Leasing Hub, specifically Mark Poole one of their Business Development Managers, provided a simple and straightforward service and excellent experience. Having used a leasing aggregator website to choose my ideal car I selected ABC as my preferred supplier from their recommended list. I contacted ABC via email and Mark replied to me immediately. He carefully listened to my exact (and exacting) requirements. He offered very sound advice and guidance and supported me through the entire process.
