I used to buy jewellery form here all the time, and they were always reliable, cheap and provided great service. However within the past few months, they've deleted their Facebook page, stopped updating their website and haven't posted to other social media since last year, at the latest. I sent an email a month ago expressing my concerns and I received no reply. All the latest reviews have 1 star too, saying there was no trace of the ordered products, and no communication from the team at all. Do not make purchases from here. You'll just end up having to get your money back and cause yourself an unnecessary fuss. Karma Se7en is no more.

Placed an order on the 6th of April, despite advertising same day dispatch I still haven't received my order and it is now the 19th of April, there "track and trace" on their website says my order is being picked ready for dispatch but it has said this since the 6th. The phone number just constantly rings and then tells you all their operators are currently busy and I've been trying constantly for the last 2 days. I've sent them an email 2 days ago but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Thank fully I paid through PayPal so I will be opening a case for my money back through them if I've not had a response by the end of this week. Update: I've now received my money back through Pay Pal and I've still not had no contact from Karma Se7en. They didn't even respond to the Pay Pal claim.

Have not received my item and no one is responding to my emails. This is the second time I have had this problem with KarmaSe7en. I carried on shopping as mistakes do happen, but for it to happen again is not acceptable. I understand that items do go missing in the post (am an online retailer myself) but it's the complete lack of responses that show the true calibre of a business. I will be putting in a PayPal claim unless someone comes back to me.

Looked online for best price and availability of item. Attempted to order. Note on checkout page - "this store cannot process payments". Rather bizarre for an online store. Went back to the basket and hence removed item. Now received e-mail stating I had left an item in the basket - when patently I had not. If an online company cannot process payments nor clear its order cache - what is it doing online? By all means suspend the site's ordering ability to prevent this nuisance, but if they cannot be bothered why should I be bothered to purchase from them? Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere. Broken technology equals broken reputation.

As a newbie to roller skating I was having a hard time navigating the world of skate parts!. I emailed Slick Willie's and got a response within minutes. They guided and explained to me exactly what I needed and sent a helpful link to take me to it on their site. I purchased there and then (Thursday at 11:33), delivery was so fast (Saturday 12:06) that in 2 days I had my part and it was fitted at my Saturday afternoon lesson. This is absolutely fantastic customer service.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Slick Willie’s Skate Store. While their customer service is generally friendly and helpful, I’ve had issues like stock inaccuracies before, though they did resolve it quickly. Delivery is fast, and they seem skater-focused, which is nice. However, I think there’s room for improvement, especially compared to other big skate retailers. Solid enough, but not perfect.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of a hair pin coffee table. I had been researching for a rustic one that was narrow. It was not expensive but it looks like it has been made by a school boy in his woodwork class at school from raw pallet wood Does not look rustic. The colour is not as seen on the website and there are dents all over it. I was going to buy other products to match this but thought I would wait to see the quality of the table first. Thank goodness I only ordered this piece. Will not be ordering again. Very poor quality.

I got exactly what the written description said. The doors do work, the frame hinges are deformed, the plastic bushings on the shafts are missing so they are difficult to open and close. I've picked better previously when I took the time to go and get one myself. I only asked for easy opening doors and was told the driver would take care of it.

I purchased a 20ft. container from Eveon Containers online. This was my first purchase of a container. Although Eveon does a very good job of explaining what is necessary to deliver and unload the container, it is hard to completely follow those directions if it is being placed on the ground. Getting it level is quite important as the doors won't close properly if not level. The fella that delivered my container was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing, but didn't seem to care if the container was level or not. I had prepared the location with #9 gravel and had leveled it as best I could, even using a 4ft. level. The bottom line is the container is not perfectly level, and the doors are difficult to close. The location I chose was not conducive to easily making it level, so I take responsibility for that. This comment is for those who plan on buying a container and placing it on the ground. Make sure the drop location is perfectly level from the start as it will be very difficult to level it after dropped!

Mes demandes sont traitées dans les délais enfoncés par VSI. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement c'est la facilité d'échange par mail ou par téléphone avec les conseillers qui arrivent à chaque fois à m'apporter la réponse à une question concernant les formalités d'obtention de visas d'affaires quelque soit le pays. De plus, s'il y a un élément manquant à mon dossier de demande, au lieu de me renvoyer le dossier, la conseillère (Caroline en général) va m'appeler et me de demander de lui renvoyer cet élément par mail. J'aime beaucoup passer par VSI pour faire mes demandes de VISA, ils sont très efficaces.

Nous avons dû faire nos visas pour la Russie, après avoir tenté de les faire par nous-mêmes (très compliqué sauf si vous avez le courage d'attendre dès 6h30 du matin devant le centre de dépôt des dossiers de l'ambassade, sans garantie d'être reçu). L'équipe VSI (Morgane pour la Russie) a été très réactive et professionnelle. Morgane a été de bon conseil pour finaliser notre dossier de visa. Nous avons eu accès à un statut de notre demande via leur site, et tout s'est bien déroulé comme annoncé.

They were successful recovering data from a broken flash drive. They will make you wait the full time for data extraction if you don't upgrade to the next level. In my case, I was told they were shipping it to me and gave me a tracking number. I selected to download the data and had to send an email to get it corrected. Bottom line! They did it! Thank you!

We sent in a project for data recovery. We expected a 2-week turnaround as advertised. However, after about a month of you still having our hard drive and we had heard nothing back we finally called. They stated that because the hard drive was in poor physical condition it would take about a week longer for the data to be recovered. Another month went by and still, there was 0 communication. We finally received a notice that our data had been recovered 2 months after they received the hard drive. On top of that, we requested overnight shipping because we were assured by them that the project would show up the next day. Take note that the next day is a Saturday and technically our business was not open we had an employee track the package so we could have someone here for its arrival. They provided us with the incorrect tracking number so the package was not delivered till the following Tuesday. We are also a business that deals with tech so we are very understanding that sometimes things take more time, however, this is not a cheap service that we are paying for and that absolute lack of communication was unacceptable.

The process was so simple and I was always informed of what process we were in and then going to.

They recorded all the data. I am not giving a 5-star because I had to call twice after they said the data was ready. The 1st time I called they said that it would be sent today or tomorrow. Five days later I called again and they said they had trouble sending it automatically, so they sent it by hand. They said I could have received it 13 days ago. I operate a small shop and that was a customer order.

This all could have been avoided if they would have simply diagnosed the drive, gave us a quote/price for the recovery and we could have done business together. Our customer was totally ok with paying Drive Savers fees as she wants the data recovered no matter how much it cost. But I suggested we try Outsource as they have had a lower cost in the past. But they had to be greedy and require a nonsense open seal fee just to diagnose it. Don't be fooled. These guys have a misleading front page add that claims "If we cannot recover your data, we have a no data, no fee policy. You will not pay anything." This statement is false advertising. They have fine print on another page that contradicts this statement in an "Advanced" section. So if the seal is broken on your drive, this statement is false. I sent in a Seagate drive for "free diagnosis" that they wanted to charge me $99 to diagnose due to the seal being removed. The sad thing is, the customer gave me the go ahead to pay whatever the final fee was up to $3500 to recover her data, but I promised the customer it would be free diagnosis due to their front page wording. The customer did not want to pay unless the place could guarantee recovery. I cannot tell the customer they need to pay $99 to assess it after I already told her it would be free. I contacted Ashley (a manager) and she could care less. She had all the tender sweetness of a robot reading a script. I dont mind taking my business solely to Drive Savers as they dont play these games. They freely assess your drive and give you a final price. I refuse to give them my customers business based on this ridiculous fee. If they were smart they would have just diagnosed it and rolled their $99 fee into the final price. Site exceptionnel ! Nous avons acheté une chaise haute neuve sur un autre site et surprise : il manquait le plateau dans le carton ! Impossible de l’avoir via le site d’achat, nous l’avons donc cherché d’occasion. Nous l’avons trouvé uniquement sur SOS poussette et il a été expédié le lendemain de l’achat ! Ce site est une mine d’or pour les parents désespérés et on hésitera plus à commander à nouveau dessus à l’avenir ✨

Installatie van de airco's leek goed te zijn. maar door een storing omdat het koelmiddel op was en er dus een lek in het systeem zat een afspraak gemaakt. Helaas 10 weken wachten tot er een monteur komt. Daarom heb ik een ander bedrijf ingeschakeld wat niet mee valt omdat niemand onderhoud of reparatie aan SAMAN installaties wilde doen. Ik begrijp nu waarom. Na testen bleek dat de koppeling aan de buiten unit niet goed was aangedraaid waardoor het systeem leeg liep. Daarnaast ook ontdekt dat er perskoppelingen in de muur zijn gebruikt, ook niet handig als je onderhoud of reparatie moet doen. Daar kom je nooit meer bij zonder te breken. Ook een streep (condensvocht?) op de muur omdat de leidingen niet goed zijn geïsoleerd en gewoon open liggen. Kortom, prutswerk waar ook nog eens teveel uren waren gedeclareerd. Voor mij geen SAMAN meer. Dus let op, als je de installatie door ze laat doen zit je ook de rest van de levensduur aan ze vast want niemand wil deze systemen onderhouden blijkbaar. Helaas na 2 dagen een reactie op mijn mail ontvangen met foto's en filmpjes dat er bij SAMAN een griepgolf heerst. Ik zou de naam iets kleiner op de racebusjes zetten want ik zou hier niet niet trots op zijn. Update 18-03-2025. Ik heb mijn gegevens doorgegeven, helaas geen reactie op mijn mail en deze review ontvangen. Update 21-3-2025. De mail was om aan te geven dat ik de telefoon niet heb opgenomen. Misschien omdat ik werk? Ik begrijp dat jij als marketeer hier op zit anders had je gezien dat ik allang een mail met foto’s en filmpjes van het prutswerk heb gestuurd. Op deze manier maak je het alleen maar triester. Zie dan ook graag een reactie op mijn mail en bevestiging van de annulering want ook dat heb ik nog steeds niet gehad. Update 27-3-2025: ontzettend onvriendelijk telefonisch contact met Amber gehad. Blijkbaar moet je eerst bellen voor een storing, daarna krijg je een link om de storing in te plannen waarna je nogmaals moet bellen of ze eerder kunnen komen dan na 2+ maanden. Helaas heeft ze de foto's niet gezien waarin ik heb aangegeven dat ze dat eerst moet doen zodat we weten waar we over praten (ik heb aangegeven dat ik ze ook via een google review kan sturen) en wil graag weten of saman dit een normale manier van installeren vindt. Hierop kreeg ik als antwoord dat er een installatiegarantie van 6 maanden is en deze installatie 5 jaar geleden is geplaatst en ik al eerder een storing zou moeten hebben gehad. Weet niet wat dit met de vraag te maken heeft maar ik heb een aantal keer gevraagd wat saman van de foto's en installatie vindt en dit graag terugkoppelen waarop saman aangeeft geen contact meer met mij te willen en wordt mij nog wel een fijne dag gewenst waarna de verbinding werd verbroken. Blijkbaar als je ze niet meer hoeven te komen omdat ik geen vertrouwen in saman installatie heb wordt dit gezien als geen contact meer te willen. Dus als je feitelijk gelijk hebt (met foto's en filmpjes), met feiten het gesprek aangaat en het moeilijk wordt verbreken we het contact. Lekker bezig Saman!

Hele fijne en professionele organisatie. Inmiddels hebben ik zonnepanelen en de warmtepomp van de Saman groep. Van advies tot installatie alles professioneel verlopen. Wat ik sterk vind is dat de organisatie ook goed is in aftersales. Een extra aanpassing van mijn warmtepomp hebben ze snel verzorgt. Vandaag contact gehad met de serviceafdeling en ook hier professioneel geholpen. Top!

Briefwisseling in de wijk ontvangen, diverse keren om info verzocht, nemen de moeite niet eens om te antwoorden. Update, nu vragen om info is in mijn ogen iets te laat, als er op meerdere verzoeken geen reactie komt en dan nu wel omdat er een negatieve referentie is. Er zijn meerdere zaken die Daikin warmtepomp leveren.

Hebben een thuisaccu besteld deze werd geplaatst door Chris verwoert.deze zag al snel dat de accu niet volgens offerte kon worden geplaatst en na kort overleg met mij kozen we voor een andere opstelling. Veel beter, Chris denkt mee voor een goed resultaat.

Robbin, Bob en Jivanihson zijn zeer betrokken, beleefd en vriendelijk in de omgang. De installatie is zonder problemen en vlot verlopen.

Saman heeft binnen 5 dagen een nieuwe CV ketel geplaatst omdat onze ketel kapot was gegaan. Richard de monteur die de ketel plaatste was heel vriendelijk, dacht mee en heeft de ketel vakkundig opgehangen. De kinderen mochten zelfs mee helpen ;-). Het waren de 2 beste stagiaires die hij ooit had gehad zei hij!

Al is het al enkele weken geleden dat Richard en Simon de cv-ketel van me moeder hebben vervangen. Wil ik toch via deze weg mijn lof uitspreken deze 2 mensen wat een fantastische werk ze hebben geleverd ondanks de lastige werkomstandigheden door ziekte van mijn moeder.

Nieuwe cv ketel werd geïnstalleerd door Richard, een bijzonder aardige kerel. Deskundig, harde werker, gaf goede uitleg. Dacht mee, werkte netjes. Kortom, een dikke 10 voor Richard.

Nieuwe ketel geplaatst door Richard, duidelijke uitleg en hulp met de app. Richard kwam professioneel over en deelt zijn kennis graag. Energieke, vriendelijke man waar jullie als bedrijf trots op mogen zijn. 👍🏼

Snelle afwikkeling en een goede specialist aan het werk! Richard was aardig, rustig en heeft het heel netjes achtergelaten en een goede uitleg gegeven!

Encore une société qui vend vos numéros sans se soucier que vous soyez inscrit sur bloctel. Moi dictateur, le démarchage téléphonique ne sera autorisé qu'en visio, comme ça on pourra refuser ces appels incessants de sociétés bidons vendus sans le moindre scrupule par manifone !

C'est du harcèlement téléphonique ! bloquer tout ce qui commence par 3327000

Appel jusqu'à 15 (quinze) fois par jour avec le numéro 0187640550 que Manifone donne à une entreprise qui ne respecte pas Bloctel et la liste rouge. C'est un peu comme donner un couteau de cuisine à une personne qui ne sait pas s'en servir. Autres numéros car cela tourne : 0187641758 / 0186562063 / 0187643343 / 0186562162 / etc... Avec ces numéros, Manifone peut m'identifier et demander à ces entreprises de me rayer de leur répertoire ou de rayer ces entreprises. Le 15 décembre, j'obtiens une réponse de Bocofone/Manifone où ils désirent mes nom, prénom et numéro(s) de téléphone. Est-ce une blague ? Avec les moyens informatiques dont ces gens disposent, ils suppriment les numéros sur Bloctel et en liste rouge. Leur donner mes numéros, c'est donner des bâtons pour se faire battre. La preuve quand je demande à un opérateur d'agir, un autre prend le relève et ainsi de suite... En attendant les preuves du harcèlement s'accumulent et une plainte sera déposée auprès du procureur de la république. Et si ces opérateurs continuent, je coupe le téléphone pour mieux vivre. Comme les services du gouvernement (fisc) demandent un numéro, je donnerai les explications avec les preuves.

Pas de messages mais appelle à des heures indues et même le dimanche... Une hérésie commerciale plus que douteuse que la réponse automatique lue sur les avis précédent. Numéro bloqué.
