The most delicious smelling candles I've ever had. And on top of it, they're animal friendly and are made with natural products. This also makes the smell very nice and natural (not filled with chemicals). The price is so worth it, also if you take into account that they're handmade. I usually wouldn't spend a lot of money on candles but Candle Lab is so good that I have purchased their products 2 times and plan on doing it again. I highly recommend the Cherry Blossom, best smell ever.

Candles made it all the way to Mexico intact! I chose the Cherry Blossom fragrance and it smells delicious, and the packaging was very nice too.

I would give it more stars if it was possible! The service and delivery were fast. The candles smell delicious! The thank you card and small surprise in the package made the whole thing even more special. My only problem now is that I don't know if I should keep them, for me or give them as gifts. Candle Lab is one of those brands that I fell in love with immediately. I love that the candles are vegan, handmade and pet-friendly! I’ve purchased 2 candles from Lariza: Autumn Delight and Blissful Relaxation. Both have great scents that are not too overwhelming, but give a relaxing smell to the whole room. Our dog Wookie also loves the smell of the candles! For me sustainability is very important and the candles from Lariza are made with recycled packaging materials and use glass containers and wood to light up the candle. I could even return the used glass and lid so she could reuse them. This really adds a dimension to the quality of her products! On top of that, I love her Instagram-page with lots of positive posts that make you smile whenever you see them.

These candles are super great! I tested a lot of vegan candles, but these really exceeded my expectations! Their smell is wonderful, you can smell it through whole apartment, they last long, the way they burn is really nice, it's like you have your own fireplace, you can hear wood cracks :) The package is also beautiful and when you put out the fire, you don't see any black smoke or smell stinking smell that is normal for toxic/petroleum candles. I really love these candles and I will buy them again!

I love them! I have 3 candles from Lariza and they all fill my massage room or yoga practice room with beautiful and delicate scent. They are not overwhelming but helping to go into the relaxation mode. Also, they are lasting long.

I've purchased several candles: Winter Cabin, Autumn Delight and the Bundle Box. All candles were great! They all smell AMAZING! And they last pretty long. Delivery was quite fast and the packaging was sustainable.

Limited Edition UWCC Minex Rugby Tops. I bought the Dambuster polo shirt and out of interest rang up and talked to Matthew concerning making our tops. I sent the company photos of old tops and they came up with a few design idears. Members agreeded the new design, paid, order placed , time frame given and the tops were delivered promptly bagged up, labled etc. The qualiity is really good and our 100 year old logo reproduced on the top accurately. Its not a huge order but more members are wanting to order the top now. I have used / designed many tops for our Minex group over the years this buy was easy, Help given were needed. Design diagrams sent out by e mail and changeds confirmed promptly. Thanks for a easy purchase of our Minex Rugby Shirts.

I approached Mathew and explained that we were a new Disability Darts organisation and were looking for international team shirts. We used an existing design and with Mathews help made a few modifications. We duly made an initial order for 30 shirts, those were delivered within 4 weeks. The quality of the shirts are 1st class and actually exceeded our expectations. The price per shirt beats that of similar manufacturers. Needless to say we have committed ourselves to Knightsportswear as our shirt supplier until the end of 2025 and almost certainly beyond that Thank you Knightsportswear.

I came to Istanbul Turkey on the 3/01/25 alone ready for my new journey with Dr Mustfa. I was picked up and taken to the hospital where I met my coordinator ( Emrullah) who has been nothing but amazing! He has made me feel so ease with the whole process. The nurses, the doctors and everyone in this hospital are the most loviest, friendliest and down to earth people you will ever meet. Most of them speak english. Nothing is too much! I have no regrets!

I was really impressed with the coordinator's/assistant's (Emrullah) work! His attention to details and problem-solving skills was exceptional, and he consistently exceeded my expectations. Ho acquistato a luglio 2024 una Wilier Urta SLR con cambio GX Sram elettronico . Sul discorso del prezzo non posso che essere soddisfatto ma l'assistenza e pietosa, lunga e praticamente assente. La prima cosa che ho riscontrato la batteria del cambio non funzionava , mancava la gabbietta di protezione batteria cambio e un tappo manubrio. La batteria sostituita in tempi ragionevoli, la gabbietta mi hanno fatto un rimborso. Poi ho riscontrato problemi al cambio , malgrado le richieste , messaggi ecc ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un negozio di zona che molto gentilmente mi hanno fatto sostituire il cambio presso l'assistenza SRAM. Per ultimo cartuccia forcella con blocco invertito rispetto al mono, ho scritto, provato a chiamare, ma mi hanno risposto dopo un periodo lunghissimo, a questo punto ho nuovamente portato la bici in negozio che sempre con molta gentilezza hanno spedito la forcella in assistenza sostituita e montato cartuccia corretta . Ma io mi chiedo , com'è possibile che le biciclette prima di essere spedite non vengano controllate ? Bisogna dal mio punto di vista avere una assistenza più rapida e collaborativa . Purtroppo do un voto negativo per questi due aspetti .

Bici arrivata con sfregio molto profondo sul tubo di sterzo e rimborsato 30€ che ho accettato, cambio non regolato e cavo trasmissione fretto non inserito nell'occhiello della forcella anteriore. Dopo qualche mese posso confermare che la bici che viene venduta ad un prezzo superiore alle 700 ne vale si e no 200. Evitate la Bergamont.

I bought one bottle (#2) of 1990 Château Mouton-Rothschild, Premier Cru Classé Pauillac for Christmas lunch and it was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money I paid. The wine was too old, off and acidic. Dropped an email to the customer service with my feelings a few days later and I never received a reply. Following my complaint, I have received a £75 refund which is appreciated as a goodwill gesture.

Ich habe Geld telefonisch mit Legitimation bei der PSD angelegt. Nach einem Monat, und persönlicher Nachfrage, habe ich festgestellt dass das Geld überhaupt nicht angelegt wurde obwohl alle dafür nötigen Abfragen durch den Kundencenter ausgeführt wurden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Geschäftsstellenleiter von Speyer war bei diesem keine Einsicht eines Fehler zu erkennen und er wollte mich mit einem Gutschein von einem Drogeriemarkt "abspeisen". Das Personal dieser Bank im Kundencenter ist fachlich inkompetent und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Diese werden nach eigenen Aussagen des Kundencenterpersonals auch nur eine Woche geschult und sollen danach qualifizerte Geldgeschäfte durchführen. Ich werde keine größeren Geldbeträge mehr anlegen denn man weiß nicht genau ob das Geld auch angelegt wird. Zukünftige Geschäfte mit der Bank werde ich vermeiden.

Immer wieder andere Ansprechpartner ist nicht so schön.

In meinem Kreditvertag steht noch meine alte Adresse obwohl ich vorher schon 2 oder 3 Mal die Adressenänderung mitgeteilt hatte. Telefonisch schwer zu erreichen. Lange Wartezeiten. Ich habe am Schalter in der Bank von meinem Girokonto von Bankmitarbeitern Geld auf mein Mitgliedskonto überweisen lassen. Diese Überweisung wurde nicht realisiert. Habe dann später telefonisch mit einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin (Frau Müller?) die Transaktion noch einmal erfolgreich durchgeführt. Warum die am Schalter durchgeführte Transaktion nicht realisiert wurde weiß ich nicht.

Immer sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung. Stets an guten Lösungen interessant.

Nach Ankündigung des neuen Gebührenmodells habe ich zum 01.10.24 meine Geschäftsbeziehungen gekündigt. Am 05.09.24 wurden ohne vorherige Information alle Zugänge gesperrt. Nun kann ich auf Auszüge usw. nicht mehr zugreifen. Nach zweimaligem Anruf bei der Hotline warte ich immer noch auf die versprochenen Rückrufe. Als Krönung wurden mir für September noch 4,95 € Gebühren berechnet. Das entspricht 1 € pro Tag + unterirdischer Service. Fazit: - Eine zuverlässige Bank hält sich an Kündigungsfristen oder Termine, vor allem vom Kunden festgelegte Kündigungstermine. - Schade, dass eine regionale, genossenschaftliche Bank sich so verhält. Wie heißt es so schön: "Das regelt der Markt von alleine!"

Die PSD Bank war die letzten 30 Jahre meine Bank. Solider Service, keine Kontogebühren, kostenlose Unterkonten, Geld abheben an VR Bankautomaten, wenig bis gar keine Zinsen, aber dafür eben auch keine Gebühren. Zum Oktober 24 ändert sich das und unverschämterweise wird einem die massive Preiserhöhung von 4,50€ pro Monat und Girokonto als Bonusprogramm verkauft, bei dem man unter gewissen Umständen Geld sparen kann. Gleichzeitig denkt die PSD Bank nicht einmal daran Zinsen auf Erspartes zu geben, nicht einmal auf das "Spar direkt" Konto. Schade, aber da bleibt einem nach 30 Jahren nichts anderes, als zu wechseln.

Ich habe das Girokonto gekündigt, da das Bonusprogramm ist aus meiner Sicht völlig daneben ist. In meinem Fall hätte es eine Verdoppelung der monatlichen Kontogebühr zur Folge gehabt, ohne Rücksicht auf einen langjährigen Bestandskunden und Genossenschaftsmitglied. In Zeiten, in denen andere Banken kostenlose Girokonten einführen oder zum kostenlosen Girokonto zurückkehren, erlaubt sich die PSD KN eine Verdoppelung der Gebühren. Ob das ein zukunftsträchtiges Geschäftsmodell ist?

Had our hallway, longue and kitchen with LVT in October, and our stairs ans landing with carpet. They came, they did what they said they would do, and they did it well. They offered some great advice, but also listened to what we wanted. Would recommend!

I used Deakin & Peck to fit my stairs and upstairs carpets. Chris & Lee did a great job. They are both very amiable and did a quality job, being punctual and tidying up before they left. They readily offered to help move some larger furniture items from one room to another to assist with the fitting. I highly recommend them.

Dat is zeer onterecht, Transferendi maakt gebruik van native speakers en heeft voor ons goed werk geleverd. Wij hebben onze hele webshop laten vertalen naar het Frans en Engels. Kortom, zeer tevreden!

Stipt 2 dagen later de vertaling keurig in de mail ontvangen. Inmiddels een paar vertalingen verder met dezelfde ervaring. Zeer tevreden, perfecte service, echt een aanrader !

Uiterst teleurstellende dienstverlening van Transferendi! Zowel voor Duitse als Engelse vertalingen 1 op 1 Google Translate teksten aangeleverd gekregen. Ik kan me nog voorstellen dat bij het werken met freelance vertalers een keer iets mis gaat en dat de interne kwaliteitscontrole wel eens hapert. Echter na een klacht daarover is zowel de communicatie als geboden oplossing van een teleurstellend niveau. We zijn zeer tevreden met de vertaling. De vertaling betrof een psychologisch rapport en deze was zeer goed vertaald.

Mijn eerste ervaring met Transferendi is meer dan fijn verlopen. Ik zat met een krappe deadline, waarin ze snel, creatief en kundig meegedacht hebben. Zeer prettig, want nu liggen de vertalingen op tijd bij de drukker en uiteindelijk mijn klant! Ik zal zeker de volgende keer weer mijn vraag bij hun uitzetten.

I needed to get a reference for an injury, and having spoken to the claim department they advised me to contact their doctor and gave me the number. An appointment was made for the doctor to call me that evening at a specified time. The doctor was happy to send a referral and I am now being treated. From me thinking it was going to be a ‘faf’, the whole process was quick, easy and seamless.

I submitted a request for physio treatment for back, shoulder and neck pain. I received a response within half an hour agreeing 5 treatment sessions. I booked an appointment and was seen the next day. Excellent.

I have the Bupa dental cover, I made a claim recently for some dental work I had. It was a very easy process on the app and the funds were credited back into my account within the time frame. I also chose to get updates by text msg. All in all, nice experience

I called BUPA to get an authorisation number for a process that my GP had proposed. It took very little time on the phone to get through to the person respondsible for issuing an authorisation code. He asked me a few questions and sent me a text with the relevant infirmation and authorisation number. No problem

Very easy when you have two or three years in as a customer, so there is no suspicion of preexisting condition. Within 24 hours i had preauthorisation and list of dr i can see. Than physiotherapy after was sorted while on chat with bupa.

Brilliant and I would recommend BUPA every time over the NHS (sadly). I had crippling foot pain last year and I seen an Orthopaedic consultant, had MRI & X-rays and a diagnosis all within two weeks. The consultant offered me a operation date (debridement of my Achilles tendon, shaving of the heel bone and reattachment of the tendon) within the same two week period but it was too soon for me so I had to rearrange. The hospital stay was spot on and all the staff were friendly and not in a rush to get the bed back and my rehabilitation and physio has been excellent.

Super good customer service, the helplines always got a reply and the chat messaging was very helpful too for quick questions on how to go about paying the excess etc. Really straightforward, once I gave information about my planned procedure they were able to confirm what was covered in my policy and gave me all the relevant details. Everything went smoothly so far!

Really impressed with speedy access to help. I called BUPA first thing, had a call with a physio within 1 hour, and through them managed to book an appointment locally that afternoon. It took a couple of calls to clarify what I was able to get, but it was all really easy to arrange and worked very smoothly. Every person at BUPA I spoke to was really friendly and helpful.

I accessed the app and gained an authorisation very easily. I then wasn't really sure how to proceed next, it was a bit overwhelming searching for a consultant/hospital/specialty and so I found a number to call and Kyle could not have been more helpful, sending me a list in my area. I feel a more step by step guide and what to do next and better search facility would have helped but a friendly guiding voice was available and a comfort.

Jeg var der nede i december 2024, jeg var på intet tidspunkt utryg ved at være i udlandet for at få en gs. Blev opereret d. 3 september hvor jeg fik lavet en gastric sleeve, men blev fejl opereret og endte med en forsnævring fra spiserøret til mavesækken, en forsnævring og et hul I den nye mave og spiserørsbrok. Fik slem refluks hvor der skete det at hvergang jeg lå ned så rendte det op i munden på mig med mavesyre. Jeg kunne fra start ikke indtage i nærheden af den mængde væske jeg skulle i løbet af et døgn, men ingen svar på hvad der var galt. Så blev indlagt efter en uge hjemme og hvor jeg så lå 5 uger på Esbjerg sygehus også kom jeg hjem med akut hjemmesygeplejerske 4 gange om dagen fordi jeg ikke selv kunne spise eller drikke. Blev så flyttet til Aalborg og om opereret d. 22 oktober til en bypass og fik fjernet spiserørsbrok. 😮‍💨 Grundet skaderne efter min sleeve operation kan jeg stadigvæk ikke spise ordentligt og har tabt næsten 45 kg på 4 måneder og i øjeblikket går lægerne med tanken om jeg skal have tpn eller sonde igen for at kunne få noget ernæring på den måde. Angående selve oplevelsen med rejsen derned, operationen og rejsen hjem så har der ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Yderst behagelige mennesker hele vejen rundt! Men kunne godt have brugt noget mere opbakning når det er så tydeligt fra det danske sundhedsvæsen at der er sket en fejl. Hvilket burde give en form for kompensation for en slags svie og smerte og som kunne have gjort efterforløbet for mig noget nemmere grundet medicin, sondemad og tusindvis at ture frem og tilbage fra adskillige sygehuse..

Intet mindre end fantastisk og livs ændrende.. (GS) fortvivl ikke med at tag rejsen ned og ændre dit liv. Mit engelske var jeg meget i tvivl om ville række til sådan en tur men jeg forstod alt og mit svage punkt var nok mest talen men det klaret jeg os fint og havde så os min mand med som livline på det punkt. Men alt var så professionelt og gennemført, fra vi landet til vi rejste hjem. Og efter at ha vendt oplevelse med en veninde der er op her i dk vil hun os sige mit ophold lød så meget med professionel end her i dk hvor det er op og hjem igen. I use to love Goseek.com, they'd be my first choice when booking a room. Then I signed up for the premium service. Unfortunately all the "deals" I tried to book were no longer available even though I would immediately try to book it. I then emailed Goseek requesting to cancel the premium. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard anything from them. Here's the real kicker, when my bank statement this morning I noticed that Goseek has charged my card twice. With the economy the way it is right now I don't have an extra $20 to give some multi-million dollar company. In my opinion this company is down right being shady by screwing over us middle class American's. Clearly if we were rich we wouldn't need to shop around for a good price when traveling. Any company that refuses to have a customer service phone number is up to no good.

I recently did a 2 day trial with this company, as they had a good rate on a hotel that I wanted to get. Well, after trying the service, I cancelled the premium membership. I have contacted them several times about getting my money refunded and they still have not done it yet! It has been more than 5 to 10 business days from the day I cancelled (Oct 10th) and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. BEWARE!!! Rang at 12.30 on Monday to order a clay bucket. Was told it had to be manufactured and could take up to 10 days. I bought 14 new excavator buckets Tooth buckets. Twelve for brand new E55R2 excavators and for w20 All Bobcats. 12” and 24” Just yesterday 4/24 a customer of mine used the first e55 with new rhinox tooth bucket to dig a small trench. All the bucket teeth broke off in less than two hours. The construction workers removed the bucket and drive 1.5 hrs away to get new teeth from Bobcat. I called Rhinox office here in the US sales and told him what happened and that the teeth were hollow all the way out to the tips. Rhinox guy told me they had several bad buckets go out with bad teeth and didn’t catch this. I asked him to ship me all new teeth for the 14 buckets, I would personally go out to six different locations in four states and change these teeth out with the new correct ones and return all those that came on the new buckets. Then Rhinox could inspect and deal with those retuned teeth in house. He immediately said no. I told him that when a contractor is down for four or five hours plus had to go buy new teeth on a brand new bucket it’s a five hundred plus dollar loss/cost. Now imagine if every new bucket just shipped out to these various job sites all have these same junk braking teeth issues what kind of cost I cause my customer and headache by using this Rhinox brand buckets. We’ve never had any of these issues with John Deere or bobcat bucket teeth. We can usually get two months on a set of teeth. These teeth are breaking off att the end. Not coming loose and the pins falling out, simply snapping like a twig. I’m hoping Rhinox does the right thing, sends me all new replacement teeth and I’ll go change all them out. Or I’d like to send all 14 new excavator buckets back for a full refund and I’ll buy buckets new from Bobcat.

The best way to judge a company is when something goes wrong. Nothing in life is perfect and things do go wrong. Had a rther expensive item from these guys and it failed, so what did they do?, sent me a new one after seeing photos and didnt even want me to return the faulty item... brilliant. In contrast if you are reading this I bought and item 7 weeks ago from Charles and Ivy and about 5 weeks ago part of it arrived (they quoted 3 days) still trying to get the rest so i can use it. Basically the difference between craking good and really bad customer service

This company approved us for a line of credit. We took a small draw and paid it timely every time. We received constant offers to draw more and we are in California so when the wildfires hit near us they made offers to assist. We had a couple of customers who were impacted by the wildfires and did not want to press them for immediate payment so we made a further draw. They then subjected us to new underwriting (with no prior notice) and then declined the draw saying that we could not take more money until the business "stabilized" -- there was nothing to stabilize the business was not materially impacted just a slight cash flow issue that was going to mitigated in a couple of weeks. What good is a line of credit when the lender won't fund it when you actually need it? Had we had any idea this company would bail on us we could have simply pressed the customers for payment (despite the wildfire impacts) but we had no reason to think we needed to. We have large receivables, no risk, no default ever, no other debt. Just a completely unjustifiable failure to fund under the line of credit they offered. Worst lending experience ever and would never do business with them again.

I have a text and a recorded call of Al Beutel threatening me and raising his voice saying he only reports to the CEO and he can do whatever he wants. I had a fire at our retail location and thought Idea Financial would have my back thought I could get funds to help. No, since it took months to reopen and my bank account sales badropped (imagine that, your sales dropping while being closed) they denied my request even though I never missed a payment my checking account balance had more than my loan. They are great as long as you don't need them, I have had a loan with them for 15 or more years. I will find someone else and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
