Not great customer service! After being kept waiting for almost 2 weeks for a quotation for a bouyant corner chaise. Despite a clear email with the fabric required (not on Cfs fabric swatch but available from the manufacturer) Was told sales would contact the manufacturer and obtain a cost but instead after repeated emails and calls Cfs just resent the fabric swatch from their website that I could view anyway! When I explained the colour fabric was similar to one on the swatch they just quoted on that instead, and not a competitive price either! So basically 2 weeks a waste of time! I then called another company they immediately inquired regarding the fabric with the manufacturer 10 minutes later gave a great price. Order placed 😊 Cfs if your customer service is this poor I wouldn't want to experience your after sales!

This bank has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. If you have a problem not during regular business hours...which are very limited and nonexistent on weekends...you are just out of luck. They don't care. They will put a restriction on your account without connecting you to verify a purchase They deem "unusual". My son passed away and I was locked out of my account multiple times during the month even though I repeatedly informed them I was traveling, etc. Worst bank experience ever in my life. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!

Absolutely disgraceful I ,ordered a display cabinet back in November to be told it would be delivered by 9th march ,It didn’t arrive by then and no email to say when it would be arriving,I then phone CFS up to be told it would be 31st of may ,not happy but I really wanted this cabinet, then I found the same one on a different website and it came within two days so I rang CFS to cancel there’s and they told me my refund would be in my bank within seven days that was on the 9th April.I have had to chase this company up every day to get my money back and it was only yesterday April the 26th I got it every day I was promised it would be in my bank that same day and every day it was not the stress this has caused me had been terrible just to get my own money back ,nothing but lies and even said they didn’t have my bank account details strange when I paid with the same bank card , NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this company

Oggi 29 Dicembre 2023 ho ricevuto 1 confezione da 25 pezzi di test rapidi Covid con scadenza Maggio 2024 Ho immediatamente contattato il servizio clienti la quale si giustifica che sono così come li ricevono dal loro fornitore e al mio disappunto che non li potrò consumare per maggio mi propongono un buono sconto di 13,00 euro o il rientro in sede. Avrei preferito essere informato al momento dell'ordine, perché ne ho assoluta necessità oggi e sono costretto a tenerli... La mia valutazione personale è che se il loro fornitore glieli manda così, vorrà dire che CFS Medical non ha cura per i propri clienti, sono loro che dovrebbero non accettarli e pretendere una scadenza di 1 anno.

I have always bought the cooked chicken breasts, I will never be without them. Fantastic. Recently I tried the signature meals, great eco packaging, good size portions, ready to eat from frozen very quickly, a really good way of getting a good balanced meal in minutes. Great service, goods arrive well packaged. Its a 10/10 from me. :)

Convenient and good value for money but the quality is so hit and miss. Like a lot of people have said sometimes the consistency of the meals is either really dry or there’s too much liquid. I’ve just had the chicken peppercorn pasta, which I enjoyed the last time I ordered, but tonight it was like mushed pasta in soup there was so much excess liquid.

Arguably, this place has by far the best stock of cars that you'd love to buy and own. My choice of happiness was the audi sq5. The journey from home to Oldham was around 2 hours. But worth it. The stock is incredible. The game changer was joe who works there. He was like an encyclopedia when it came to information on different models. It the first time where nothing was a problem. I kept on changing my mind but joe was extremely patient. Not once did he make us feel like we were awkward customers. I'll definitely be trading with this company again in the future. I bought a 330d X-Drive from Blackline at a very reasonable price, on the test drive, everything was fine, car behaved as expected, it was only after driving it a few days that I noticed there was an issue with it when the engine was warm. I took it to my local BMW dealership for a service and diagnostics on the fault and found it required a replacement transfer box. After a few emails, we agreed to have the repair completed by a transmission specialist local to me, they sent me a number to call, I booked it in and the repair was completed at a time convenient for me. I have now had the car for a couple of months and I am over the moon with it. Easy and simple process to buy the car, as with every used dealer I went to see, they offered me peanuts for my part exchange, which I sold privately for 5 times what I was offered, but that wasn't just these guys, that was everywhere I took it. After dealing with the fault on my car with absolutely no fuss, nothing was a problem for them, and they have dealt with everything brilliantly. I work in the motor trade and have worked at Prestige Retailers for a number of years and the customer service I have had from Blackline has been better than I would have expected from most of the "Prestige" retailers I have experience with. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for everything you guys have done

Blackline motors are a great company and haven’t disappointed me ever since i purchased my car from them, the start and stop on my car wasn’t working due to the battery needing replaced, I got in touch with the dealership and with no hesitation they sent one out to me at no cost and i received the battery within a day with them telling me they will send one out, they did this out of there own good will. I really appreciate the service they have given me ever since I went down to Blackline, the battery resolved my issue. Great company no doubt and great staff.

I was interested in purchasing a car from Blackline Motors and have made numerous attempts to get in touch, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. I’ve tried calling, texting, and emailing, but no one has responded to a very simple inquiry. I understand this is a busy holiday period, but their website doesn’t reflect any updated hours, and there has been no communication to clarify. What’s particularly frustrating is that during the time I’ve been trying to reach out, the company has been actively posting new car advertisements on their Facebook profile, even promoting “the best customer service” and encouraging people to “call us today.” Yet, despite following these instructions, I’ve been met with complete silence. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. The lack of response and apparent disregard for potential customers speaks volumes about their priorities. I will not be pursuing any business with this company going forward. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Legitimately, it is the worst company, not just a financial company, but the worst company I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of business. Prospa mandates that they have to be repaid through their app. You can't pay by direct debit or Bpay, it has to be through the app, and the app can take anywhere between 1-4 days to actually take the money from your account, meaning if its your main transaction account, you need to manage your money around waiting for them to eventually take it and if you don't and they happen to attempt after 4 days when money now isn't there, you'll get a non-payment strike affecting your credit score. I reached out to Prospa via multiple emails to proactively raise this as an issue at least 4 times with no response. Each time, the payment was manually repaid after but the non-payment strike had already been placed on my record,d affecting my credit record. When I needed additional funding to expand my business further, it was denied because of these payment strikes due to their system. At one point, I even attempted to pay off the $27k debt ultimately, but as the app took 4 days to try to pull the money and it was my main transaction account, I had been moving money around, and the payment bounced. I tried numerous times to reach out to the Prospa Management Team and various other people within the company that I could find online, but to no avail. I wouldn't touch Prospa with a ten-foot barge pole and suggest they need to drastically change their systems instead of s***ing on their clients.

Ho acquistato a Novembre 2023 un anello di fidanzamento con diamante certificato. so embarrassing. going as a first time patient didn't know what to expect. saw the time frames for the calls were each five minutes --knew this industry moved us along fast but didn't try to judge anything based off that alone. doctor was so short and curt with me. cut me off when I wasn't sure how to explain a question. advice to those who use--keep it short. they don't give a fart about what you're there for. they'll approve you instantly so just say hi I have anxiety and that's it. 28 seconds later and the call is over! just came to write review. haven't even dealt with supposed wait times and approvals being an awful experience too. I will probably not be renewing with these guys if I'm able. yuck. gonna need to medicate to wash this nasty feeling off.

I tried to renew my card in July and up my allotment. They took 199$ and 1 dr video called me and then nothing. My app jist sat there. The 1st week of Aug i called. My application was jist sitting there no 2nd dr nothing. I asked them to just renew what i had and refund the difference. Its now the middle of aug no refund no card no nothing. When I called i wasnt allowed to speak to supervisor or accounting dept. Very angry they took my money. I do not recommend to anyone. When you call they treat you like you are stupid and did something wrong when they did. Go elsewhere.

I reached back to the number that the doctor called me from and he told me that I needed to speak with customer service. In total it took less than 24 hours and the company was great at communicating with me. The doctor I spoke with was professional and lovely to speak with. So the transplanted area is ok, it has been 4 months and my donor area has visible scarring from the procedure, it will never look good cut short. I have asked for my medical certificate to see how many grafts were taken but they ignore my messages on WhatsApp. So in terms of customer support I’d say it has been quite poor which is upsetting. I had high hopes for this clinic.

My experience here was horrendous. I had Implants which turned out to be cemented in, not implants at all . On arrival home I was admitted to hospital due to the botched work . I was bullied into paying twice the original stated price .im a pensioner on a limited budget. They had me empty my bank and purse . Alex my coordinator is a snake , smiling in my face yet robbing me blind . I had to have all the teeth removed. Please take notice do not use this clinic . I’m now taking legal action against this company of scammers!!

Had an endoscopic brow lift. Biggest mistake ever. This clinic is not known for surgeries. I’ve been suffering from complications for the past 7 months and now I have to do a revision for 4x the price due to my vision being affected. Sad part is all my consultations are asking for the surgeon name or technique and they’re refusing to disclose any of the information. DO not risk getting botched here!

I am very picky and generally advice against going out of the UK for surgery however this clinic is one I went to as it was recommend. Transfer are excellent. The clinics are beautiful and really high end. The service and care was amazing, they are so hospitable. They made sure I was safe and they comforted me as I was scared at times. If you are thinking of having procedures done in Turkey, this clinic is my only option.

The clinics were beautiful and clean, the staff were professional. From the time of inquiry to the actual procedure, the staff were extremely communicative. The hotel was nice, the ride to and from the clinics were seamless. My transplant seems to be healing great, I’m just very anxious to see the final results in a couple of months. Ich rate jeden von dieser Klinik ab. Nachdem 2 bekannte von mir total verpfuscht worden sind habe ich sofort storniert. Seitens Asli Tarcan kam, wir klären das mit ihrer Anzahlung in Höhe von 500€. Natürlich kam anschließend keine Antwort mehr wie auch bei meinen Kollegen mit ihrem verpfuschten Spenderbereich. Wenn man genau darauf achtet sind die positiven Bewertungen alle gleich… 1 Bewertung und die ist für asli Tarcan. Meiner Meinung alle gekauft. Schauen Sie sich lieber die schlechten Bewertungen an, alle berichten über die selben Probleme. Wenn Sie sich in YouTube schlau machen, werden Sie von selbst Abstand von dieser Klinik nehmen. Hier geht es leider nur ums Geld !!!

She also gave me advice regarding what is going to happen after I go back to London. Leider ist der Service unterirdisch. Zuerst muss man sich 2 Monate damit rumplagen, dass sie die Gewährleistung versuchen abzuwehren und dann, wenn sie es endlich anerkannt haben, halten sie einen hin mit der Behauptung das Ersatzteil sei nicht lieferbar. Auf die dann geforderte Rückabwicklung des Kaufs wird gar nicht mehr reagiert. Hier bleibt dann nur der juristische Weg, der zusätzliche Nerven und Geld kostet.

Fischer E-Bike bestellt, permanent Probleme und dauernd "Error 30". Nach ca. 4 Monaten hin und her kommt der Kundendienst und tauscht den Motor und das Problem ist erstmal weg. Jetzt nach gesamt ca. 26 Monaten dasselbe Problem wieder, "Error 30". Ich hatte aber keine 2 Jahre ein funktionierendes E-Bike, trotzdem wird auf Anfrage nur der Fischer Reparatur-Service genannt mit seinen Preisen und wenn sie wie beim ersten Mal knapp einen Tag daran arbeiten und den Motor tauschen müssen bin ich locker so viel Geld los wie wenn ich ein neues E-Bike kaufe. Auf jeden Fall dann kein "Fischer" mehr.

Bin so enttäuscht. Man kauft für hunderte Euro ein E Bike Lieferung schnell Fahrrad Akku defekt . Der gesamte Rahmen ist verkratzt. Kontrolle vor dem ausliefern Fehlanzeige. Direkt beim Kundendienst gemeldet. Telefonisch bekommt man gar niemand ans Ohr. Also Email eine Woche später keine Reaktion. Dann endlich ruft jemand an. Die Dame am Telefon hat keinerlei Erfahrung was Retoure / Reklamation angeht . Möchte abklären was zu tun ist meldet sich . Es ruft nie wieder jemand an. Emails beantwortet niemand seit über einer Woche neues Fahrrad halb defekt . Habe jetzt ein Paypal Fall geöffnet ist mir zu doof . Läuft euer Fahrrad im Geschäft bestellt nichts . Geht Fischer / MTS aus dem Weg . Sollte sich etwas ändern an meinem Fall ändere ich die diese Bewertung

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.....und vorallendingen das ``Tutunsleidgelabre´´ und die Frechheit das Wort Kundenzufriedenheit überhaupt zu benutzen, wo doch diese dem Hersteller und den Verkäufern sonstwo vorbei geht !!!! Erstes E-Bike geliefert...für meine Tochter. Rücklicht ging nicht. Wohnort Leipzig Miltitz...fast um die Ecke...Rückmarsdorf Fahrrad Hammer. Die dürfen zwar Teile wechseln, aber keine Garantieleistung ausführen. Jetzt mal auf die Karte schauen. In Espenhain, Autohaus Wöller, rund 29km entfernt. Nachteil, der einzige Mechaniker war gerade im Baby Urlaub. Vorraussetzung, der Kunde hat ein Auto mit AHK und Fahrradträger. Irgendwann stellte sich heraus...Motor mußte gewechselt werden...wegen Rücklicht. Kein Schwank aus der Geschlossenen Abteilung...Service Fischer. In den Wochen 3 Nachrichten. Die Anfragen empfand man schon als Nötigung. Und nach jeder Anfrage ist man total überlastet und man solle Verständnis u.s.w. haben. Die Wahrheit...die Gelder die man einspart bei sich, soll der Kunde drauf legen. Punkt. Dann kam endlich der Tag, wo das Fahrrad abgeholt wurde. Dann kam mein Fahrrad. Etwas größer. Ich mich gewundert, warum das Fahrrad so schwer fuhr. Um es abzukürzen. Fehlercode 19 . Es fehlte schlicht, ich nenne es `´Stift´´ für die Messung des Drehzahlmessers. Nach Wochen bis heute keine Ersatzlieferung. Hatte ich mir dann bei Amazon bestellt für 10 Euro. Das Fahrrad fährt nun. Aber 80Nm halte ich für ein Gerücht. Von wegen in den Bergen nutzbar. Da schütteln sich die Berge vor Lachen und es gibt wieder Schneelawinen Abgänge. Lachen kann man nur nicht als Nutzer. Dann kam das 3. Fahrrad...wieder für meine Tochter. Diesmal ging das Rücklicht...die 80Nm auch ein Märchen aus 1001 Fischer Nächten. Das Fahrrad sollte registriert werden, wegen Garantie. Das dumme nur...Fischer hat laut eigener Maske die letzten Fahrräder 2022 gebaut und diesen Typ des E-Bikes gibt es da gar nicht bei Fischer. Das Rad sollte laut Angaben 2024 gebaut worden sein. Man weiß weder um die Rahmennummern, man weiß gar nichts. Warum sollte man sich auch melden, wenn man nichts weiß. Keine Meldung bis zum heutigen Tag. Wie sagen schlaue Richter...``Unwissenheit schützt vor Strafe nicht.´´ Und nun frage ich, wenn ich die weiteren Fälle bei TrustPilot lese, wie tief schlafen die Gewerbebehörden, die vom Steuerzahler ausgiebig und teuer bezahlt werden. Solche Hersteller, die den Kunden , Sorry, verarschen...das ist die Wahrheit, denen gehört das Handwerk gelegt. Aber der Kunde kann sich eh nicht wehren und man macht das durchtriebene Spiel unbehelligt weiter. Ich kann nur sagen Finger weg. Und es kommt noch besser...das Rad für meine Tochter ist noch immer nicht registriert. Ein Rahmenbruch mit tödlichem Ausgang....ich habe die Firma aufgefordert beide Räder wieder auf ihre Kosten und mit vollständiger Rückzahlung, abzuholen. Nichts passiert. Jeder kann sich selbst seine Gedanken zum Thema machen....und Fischers...laßt euer den Kunden verspottendes Gelabre über Verständnis, Bedauern und Entschuldigungen. Das ist eure Unternehmensphilosophie und passiert keinesweg durch Zufall und selten. Handelt...Schrott abholen und endlich alle berechtigten Forderungen der Kunden erfüllen. Punkt.

Sehr geehrter Herr Kaufmann, Ich bin fassungslos über den respektlosen und kundenfeindlichen Umgang, den Ihr Unternehmen in meinem Fall an den Tag legt. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, mir die Verantwortung für einen Schaden zuzuschieben, der bei einem Fahrrad, das gerade einmal zwei Monate alt war, definitiv auf mangelhafte Qualität Ihrerseits zurückzuführen ist. Dass Sie mir nun auch noch eine angeblich fehlende Inspektionsquittung als Vorwand präsentieren, um sich vor Ihrer Gewährleistungspflicht zu drücken, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Eine derartige Arroganz gegenüber Kunden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Inspektion wurde durchgeführt – und selbst ohne diesen Beleg ist es eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass ein Produkt dieser Preisklasse nach so kurzer Zeit nicht kaputtgehen darf. Ich habe den Schaden inzwischen selbst auf eigene Kosten beheben lassen, da ich von Ihnen keinerlei Entgegenkommen erwarten konnte. Doch seien Sie sicher: Nach Erhalt aller Rechnungen wird sich mein Anwalt mit Ihnen auseinandersetzen. Ich werde zudem nicht zögern, diesen Vorfall publik zu machen, damit jeder potenzielle Kunde sieht, wie wenig bei Ihnen Service und Kundenzufriedenheit zählen. Gunnar Schmitz

Ich habe bei Fischer vor ca. 1Jahr ein Fahrrad bestellt,welches nicht ankam. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass es das Fahrad nicht mehr gab. Man bot mir ein Fahrrad in einer niedrigeren Preisklasse als Entschuldigung an. Das habe ich Kopfschüttelnd abgelehnt. Ich habe mir dann ein Fischer-Fahrrad über Amazon bestellt. Das hat super geklappt! Jetzt nach einem Jahr musste hinten das Getriebe ausgewechselt werden weil es verrostet war.Ich habe noch zwei E-Bike außer dem Fischer-bike in der Garage stehen,die viel älter sind.Da ist nichts verrostet. Bei mir festigt sich der Verdacht,dass diese Verkaufsfahrräder irgendwo auf Halde gestanden haben. Denn der Fachhandel, der das Fahrrad repariert hat,war erstaunt, dass das Fahrrad noch kein Jahr alt ist. Ich hatte zu der Zeit schon regelmäßige Korrespondenz mit der Serviceabteilung,weil etwas mit der Schaltung/ den Gängen nicht in Ordnug war. Man hat mich abgewimmelt und mir Servicekontrollen für ordentlich Geld angeboten. In meiner Umgebung arbeitet aber kein Fahrradgeschäft mit Fischer zusammen ( ich habe da einen Verdacht) und ich bin mit meinen 70 Jahren nicht mehr in der Lage mit Fahrrad in Bus und Bahn zu einem ausgewiesenen Fahrradgeschäft zu fahren.Ich habe das Rad reparieren lassen,da ich es täglich brauche. Natürlich, hahaha,kann man mir den Schaden nicht begleichen! Also,nie wieder Fischer!

Ich habe ein Fahrrad gekauft, welches laut Angaben ca. 140 km weit kommen soll. Tatsache ist, dass man in kleinster Stufe max. 83 km kommt und das bei einem geringen Körpergewicht und ebener Straße. Falsche Angaben finde ich irreführend.

Der Kundendienst ist eine absolute Frechheit. Habe Ende November ein Fahrrad bestellt und gar nicht erst angenommen weil mir der Telefon Service schon sehr suspekt war. Das Fahrrad ging also auf direktem Wege Retoure. Als ich nach 2 Wochen immernoch kein Geld zurück bekommen hatte ging meine Telefon Odyssee los. Bei jedem Telefonat wurde ich in gebrochenem Deutsch vertröstet, ausreden hier ausreden da. Habe dann nach 3 Wochen einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet und nachdem ich nochmal ne Email geschrieben habe bekam ich dann tatsächlich eine Antwort, das Paypal das Geld einbehalten würde weil ich einen Fall eröffnet habe, ich solle den Fall schließen oder mich direkt an Paypal wenden. Gutgläubig wie war hab ich den Fall geschlossen weil es eine bekannte Firma ist. Weitere Tage vergingen und immernoch kein Geld. Bei Paypal angerufen die haben nichts bekommen... man riet mir dann die Polizei einzuschalten weil das schwer nach Betrug in deren Ohren klang. Ich habe es dann nochmal per Email versucht und nach 6 Wochen die knapp 1000€ erstattet bekommen. Am Ende des Tages kann ich nur sagen nie wieder Fischer und ich kann auch nur jedem davon abraten dort was zu kaufen. Der Name blendet der die Firma nur von früher kennt. Finger weg!

Wir -63 u 62 Jahre alt, waren heute bei Fischer in Landau, hatten 250km Anfahrt. Unser ETD 1606 (10200km) koppelt nicht mehr richtig ein, wir erstellten vorab ein Ticket, das lange weder beantwortet noch bearbeitet wurde und eigentlich nur Ärger machte. Das defekte Fahrrad nahmen wir mit zum Werksverkauf. Ich schilderte den Ticketverlauf und uns wurde gleich geholfen: Das Fahrrad wurde gecheckt, eine Kostenschätzung gemacht und eine Lösung gefunden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und das Personal war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Een zagg folio keyboard gekocht. Ding haperde, natuurlijk net na twee weken. Terug gestuurd. Niets aan de hand zeiden ze. En dat bleek niet het geval. iPad, iPhone , de Bluetooth valt telkens uit. Heb je niks aan dus. Inruilen niet mogelijk, geen tegoedbon of iets anders. Gewoon een defect apparaat terug gekregen... Heb vervolgens elders maar een Logitech gekocht.

Op een vrijdag een product besteld bij Telecomtelecom. Volgens de site wordt een product de volgende dag geleverd als je voor 22:00 uur hebt besteld, wat ik heb gedaan. Ik kreeg het product echter pas die week daarop de woensdag binnen. Helaas werkte het product niet waardoor ik het weer terug kon sturen. Het bedrag kreeg ik een week later teruggestort. Een pluspuntje daarentegen is wel dat de klantenservice snel reageert en behulpzaam is.

Je kunt op ze bouwen en volgen hun afspraken ik ben zeer tevreden.

Når man køber en pakke med et usb/usb-c kabel og der på pakken står at det er et kabel på 2 meters længde der er inde i pakken, så er det altså ikke ligefrem jubel der præger billedet, når man pakker det ud og finder ud af at det er 1,9 meter langt! Fine produkter men de virker ikke sammen. Købte et pro usb c kabel pg så en orange lader. De virker så ikke sammen og det stod der ingen steder da jeg købte dem. Er indlagt på sygehuset uden udgang så er det fedt at finde ud af at de 2 ting ikke kan arbejde sammen med 30 procent strøm tilbage på mobilen. Øv øv. Desværre ikke pengene værd. Jeg kan indimellem få det til at virke med en opladningstid på 5 timer og 50 minutter. Den lader så 2 minutter og stopper med at lade igen. Må se hvornår at jeg kan komme ud og købe en anden oplader igen

Godt nok nogle møg kabler. Købte 3 kabler i Spar Blistrup, de 2 af kablerne virkede kun 14 dage. Ja så siger i der er ombytnings og lang garanti, men jeg vil have noget der virker, og ikke noget jeg skal ned og bytte. Spild af tid, resurser til produktion og transport, spild af CO2. Jeg tager på genbrugsstationen med LEKI produkterne og køber et mærke der holder.

Jeg var i LEKI i City2, og Rana var så hurtig og sød til at hjælpe mig med at finde et panserglas til min iPhone 15 Pro, samt at hun satte det på for mig, meget bedre og hurtigere end jeg nok selv ville have mulighed for. Super god service 🩵

I've been buying the Nature soap bars for the last year after deciding to stop using shower gel in plastic containers. Arrived within couple of days. Full ten wax wraps set. I’d say they really saturated with wax comparing to my other wax wraps, but I think I personally can easily manage it. I find it nice to use to keep my vegetables and fruits fresh.

Even though it took a bit longer to get my glasses, I was still quite impressed. I have been looking for this style of frames because of my high prescription and that I need a smaller frame for it to work with sight. You were the only company that offered this type of frame. The frames were great quality but they did not make my prescription lenses (progressive) properly. I have used the same prescription with several other opticians and those lenses work perfectly. Unfortunately I ordered three pairs from this company and none of them correct my vision properly. I triple-checked the prescription I input to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. When I contacted the company, they said they had made the prescription lenses correctly but offered me a partial refund. So, based on my experience, if you're ordering prescription glasses, I don't recommend this company.

Als ik mijn mening mag geven. Zijn ze gewoon een oplichters. En als je af vraagt waarom.. Paar maanden terug familie van me heeft auto gekocht. Hij mocht de auto niet rijden dus alleen bezichtigen. Dus je weet niet wat je koopt. Bij de advertentie stond dat de conditie van de auto goed was. Stond niks van dat de auto schade heeft gelopen. Dus wat ze bij de beschrijving of conditie van de auto zetten. klopt er geen reet van. Zo zie je toch karma is een bitch. Je ziet al meteen aan de sterren wat ze kwaliteit waard zijn. Degene die de auto heeft gekocht is normaal niet de moeilijkste, Maar we zijn daarna zelfs achter gekomen. Dat zijn auto heeft zelfs een ongeluk gehad heeft hiervoor.... Dus Schade auto is geweest. Hij had online gereageerd op de auto. Toen hij daar was mocht hij niet eens proefrit mee rijden. Zoals ik eerder aangaf. je bent zogenaamd niet verplicht om te kopen. Maar zodra je geen interesse meer hebt toch van mening veranderd. Moet je een boete betalen van 1000euro. We dachten nemen toch het risico. We vonden 1000euro zonde om weg te geven. Geld groeit tenslotte op niemands rug. Tja achteraf zeg je altijd had ik het maar niet gedaan. Na dat wij de auto gekocht hebben. Hebben ze daarna Tien duizenden euro's uit moeten besteden. En de auto is nog steeds niet in een goede conditie. Elke week of elke maand een probleem. Dus een nachtmerrie geworden, Slapeloze nachten hebben die mensen gehad. hele ellende gehad met de auto. Voordat me broertje de auto wilde kopen heeft die gevraagd of hij door een Mercedes dealer kon controleren. Of door zijn eigen monteur erkende bedrijf. Werd niet geaccepteerd. Ze hadden blijkbaar hun eigen monteurs. die de meeste dingen door de vingers kijken. zoals ik mijn mening gaf puur oplichters!! wees alert. Ze weten precies hoe ze moeten spelen en hoe alles werkt. Kwa rechten en plichten. kun je heel moeilijk van ze winnen. Ze kunnen het beste lulle, Mijn advies houd nogmaals Afstand!!

Du hast keine Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen. Das ganze sieht sehr unseriös aus. Keine Reaktion auf Anfragen.

WEES GEWAARSCHUWD, KOOP ER NOOIT. Ik heb een nieuw stoomapparaat gekocht. Kreeg het kapot. Moest het terug opsturen naar de leverancier. Betalingsbewijs, alles overlegt. En nu na een half nog geen geld terug en u zult het begrijpen; ook het stoomapparaat is zoek, spoorloos enz. Een half jaar gruwelijk gezeur. Grote waarschuwing. KOOP ER NOOIT. WEES GEWAARSCHUWD.

Ik heb bij troostwijk auctions een electrische fiets gekocht waar de kettingbeschermer en jasbeschermers voor kapot zou zijn ( ik had ook een nieuwe accu gerekend). toen ik m kreeg zag ik dat het frame bij het stuur gescheurd is (en de accu kapot is )dus ik heb meteen de bot ingevuld en kreeg na een paar dagen een reactie (ipv 4 uur wegens drukte) alle begrip voor. Ik zou de volgende dag een reactie krijgen maar dat is nu een week later en ik weet nog niks, ik heb een fiets gekocht voor een hoop geld waar ik dus niks mee kan ja weggooien de verkopende partij moet dit geweten hebben

In de documenten staat getest en correct werkend. Twee dezelfde sproeiers gekocht. Krijg je een volledig werkende en in de andere doos alleen sproeikop. Tijdens het uitpakken voel je aan het gewicht al dat er iets niet klopt. Hoe kan een sproeier correct werken als hij niet compleet is. Nu ga ik mijn regenpomp gebruiken die helemaal perfect is ingepakt en beschermd. In september gekocht en laten draaien zonder water. Blijkt hij met water te lekken. Kop gescheurd dus ook weer niet getest en correct werkend. Beginnen ze over de garantie is verlopen wat een onzin. Pomp nooit gebruikt netjes in de doos. Oplichting.

Pakketje nooit ontvangen, krijg 30 dagen voor een formulier in te vullen, had ik toen gedaan, "niet goed ingevuld" 30 dagen gaan voorbij "wij kunnen niet meer helpen" nam contact op met postnl en zijden dat postnl niet werkt met dat formulier..., zelf camerabeelden maar niets.. -120 euro iguess... Dit was al een tijdje geleden gebeurt had de mails nog eens gezien, deserved review.

IK heb gewacht met het schrijven van deze review om BVA voldoende tijd te geven om te reageren en mijn klacht op te lossen. Maar dat was tegen dovenmansoren. 10 maart gekocht, SpeaKa Professional SP-3947568 Flex - 2 Monitor-tafelbeugel. ik krijg de monitorbeugel echter geleverd met een Wall Mount. Dus een bevestiging voor aan de muur en niet voor aan een bureau. Diverse keren BVA klantenservice gemaild met foto's van de pagina waarop duidelijk staat omschreven (met foto) een Monitor-Tafelbeugel. Op de factuur staat ook Tafelbeugel. Ik heb BVA de mogelijkheid geboden om het juiste product te sturen of anders mijn geld terug te geven. BVA REAGEERT GEWOON HELEMAAL NIET!!!! Ik heb alle bewijs meegestuurd en ze laten je als klant gewoon barsten. Ik zou hier in allerlei superlatieven mijn boosheid en frustratie willen uiten maar mijn fatsoen gebied mij dit niet te doen. Waarom heeft dit bedrijf überhaupt een klantenservices?

Il lavoro documentato quasi in tempo reale grazie a messaggi video e foto.

Abbiamo recentemente usufruito del servizio di pulizia offerto da Aurora Cleaning per la pulizia post ristrutturazione del nostro nuovo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La squadra di Loredana si è dimostrata non solo efficiente, riuscendo a pulire l'appartamento in modo impeccabile e nei tempi previsti, ma anche molto cordiale e disponibile. In particolare, Loredana si è distinta per la sua gentilezza e simpatia, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più positiva. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto (un graffio sul parquet e un segno sul muro), ma ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la loro onestà: senza cercare scuse, ci hanno applicato uno sconto sul totale dovuto. Un servizio trasparente, affidabile e di qualità, che consigliamo vivamente!

Ho avuto bisogno di un intervento post ristrutturazione soprattutto per la polvere che era rimasta ovunque e il pavimento pieno di residui di stucco a cui non era stato fatto il lavaggio acido di fine cantiere, e mi sono rivolta ad Aurora Cleaning. In pochissime ore hanno spolverato e lavato il pavimento e anche finestre e balconi. Sono stati attentissimi (cosa a cui tenevo molto, essendo tutto nuovo) e molto precisi. Non solo la squadra di Loredana ha svolto quindi un lavoro eccellente (la casa luccica), ma Loredana stessa è una persona eccezionale, che segue tutto e tutti, è scrupolosa e non lascia mai il cliente. Sono contentissima di essermi rivolta a loro e di aver conosciuto Loredana. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente alla loro squadra ancora in futuro.
