I ordered sign riders and thought I had paid for them since I used my credit card to purchase the order I got an email saying your order has been completed. I thought I was done with ordering, got my confirmation and waited for my order. I thought I confirmed the order since the sent an email for me to do so. I waited a month went by they never called me back. They dropped my order. I couldn't even find it on line. They are unreliable and unwilling to fix their mistake. Warning - don't depend on them for real estate. I will try Aztec signs or Lowen signs.

Ordered open house flag
Ordered open house flag. noticed their website placed two orders. Tried to call and email to see if they could cancel on order and to get an idea of when they will arrive. I have only received a confirmation receipt for my order. They can't or wont provide a delivery date so now I am stuck doing open house without advertisement. Lucky a fellow agent has signs. I won't be using them ever again. They lost a major client as I buy alot of signs through out the year.

Don't bother
Don't bother. Poor customer service. I bought sign posts (3) from them and they didn't calculate shipping at the total. Instead, they said that we will receive an email with the shipping costs. Didn't get an email following up and the shipping costs made the signs way overpriced. I would have cancelled, however, without the email, I was unsure of the price. I called to try and figure this out and instead got told there was nothing they could do. Sign posts are okay quality, not the best I've had, not the worst. Definitely not worth what I paid. Poor customer service makes me say spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible and slow
Terrible and slow! These guys can't get the order rifht first of all. Back on June 29 I had finalized an order. June 30 I find it is incomplete although I have a receipt showing otherwise (what gives?). We go through that email. After clarifying design and items ordered, I ask for a time frame, no response. Over a week later I inquire again as I havent heard of ANY progress! Dont go to these guys if you need something in 2 weeks, even. The first time I ordered and the signs missed my name even though I had requested a small add on for it. It took forever but these were generic realtor signs! Now the signs I need are more specific and they're taking longer! I'm covering up my old signs to say what I need! Don't count on these guys.

Slow service. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They make no effort to correct their mistakes. I've ordered them several times in the past, but my current order will very likely be my last. I'll be looking for a local, reliable sign source.

Never again
Never again! My Most recent $800 order of signs and riders was terrible. I was under the impression they were silhouetting my photo on a sign background. The signs come with a big blotch in the white space. The quality control process at Dee Sign should be catching things like that before printing. I reached out to both contacts from the company that I dealt with and neither one responded to my complaint. I’m disgusted and will never order signs from them again. Beware if you use them.

Ordered open house directional signs on …
Ordered open house directional signs on their website. They failed to process the order and a week later called to ask if I would like to put my picture on the signage. I said no picture just process the order as I need for an open house in 2 weeks. A week goes by, I call in to check on my order status and it still has not been processed. I asked if they could rush it and on top of that the customer service said "We are too busy with other orders". AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Time wasters
Ordered Open House signs. Received For Rent. Spoke with Kyla. She said no worries, toss for rent - we will ship you correct order, Open House. Asked her how long it will take, she said about 5 business days. Cool. Called her yesterday, left a message. No response. Emailed her twice asking for a tracking number since the order should be arriving any day now. I receive notifications that she opens/reads emails and ignores emails and calls. On top of that, your 800 number does not work. Do you have anyone in your organization who can process order properly the first time or at least do it right the second time ? Beware when placing orders. Broken operation here.

I ordered 6 simple SOLD riders and 6 …
I ordered 6 simple SOLD riders and 6 small "corrugated" For Sale arrow signs with my name on them. I waited almost 2 1/2 weeks, and only part of my order arrived (the generic SOLD riders and the small metal stakes to hold the corrugated plastic/paper arrow signs... all of which would have been in stock). I called DeeSIgn and explained the situation. The employee put me on hold, then came back to say she needed to dig further into the issue. It took another day for her to call me back. She explained how they goofed up (really good excuses, but of no use to me) and said the rest of my order "will now be shipped out." - So... it will take, I assume, another week or two to get the arrow signs. And yes, I received..... an apology. An apology does NOT make me want to do business with this company again. I would suggest you offer the client a $25 discount, which is what i would have received had i seen the ad offering that discount. Wouldn't hurt the company, but it WOULD get me back as a customer!

Let me paint you a picture
Anti Fungus Paint ordered for a bathroom used by 3 tenants. None of my tenants are capable of opening a window (the house has central heating so the 'it's too cold excuse' is not a reasonable excuse). Even though there is a good quality extractor fan in the 1.6 x 1.9 bathroom, naturally mould starts to form on the ceiling and around the window (particularly on cold spots). I've cleaned it numerous times but needed something to prevent it from coming back so after some research I discovered Glixtone Anti-Fungal paint. It has loads of great reviews so I thought I'd give it a go. I ordered it from Holman Specialist Paint as they had it at the best price. The paint arrived on time and well packaged. The ceiling and around the window have now been painted for about a week and so far so good. The paint does go on really nicely, oh anyone doing this should clean the area with sterilizer Glixtone do their own but in theory you can use any sterilizing solution. It does say on the can that 1 litre covers up to 13M2 I managed 2 coats equalling 6m2 and ended up with a splash of paint left in the can.

Amazing place …
Went to the shop looking for bathroom ideas, the staff and the owner were very polite and super helpful. I could not believe the honesty and price. Really an amazing place with a very wide range of tiles and bathroom. Staff were very knowledgable and went out of their way to help us, They never met us before, but trusted us instantly. If anyone is planning to upgrade their kitchen this is a must place to visit. You would not be disappointed.

They sell FAULTY and BELOW STANDARD products
We bought thousands of pounds from this company. I thought at the time the prices were cheap however I now understand the reason behind the cheaper prices. They sell FAULTY and BELOW STANDARD products. I bought for example 6 DURAVIT toilets and seats amongst other items. Within a few months if use the seats all went all yellow and the hinges went rusty. You would think they would replace them no problems knowing I spent thousands of pounds with them and knowing that there are thousands of reports online about reporting this very same problem. I contacted them thinking they were the good guys , they were so lovely selling and thought they were honest. Oh NO NO how wrong I was !! they blamed me for cleaning the toilets seats incorrectly!! And you know what??? They said you can buy new toilet seats from us!! They even sent me a quote!!! the same happened with the £500 shower heads I bought from them. It leaks no end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW!!! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS SND THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU!! Sorry about my rant but I’m so angry it’s unbelievable how many companies think they can get away leaving customers out of pocket. I just want to save you some money !! Buy from someone else !! You will tank me later!!!

We have had a fantastic experience with Park Street Bathrooms. We worked through a design we had created with Becky the showroom manager and she was able to make great suggestions around the products we wanted to source. We have been able to source mid to high end priced furnishings in one place. Importantly, the follow up service from Becky and the team at Park Street has been nothing short of amazing! We have had our few issues resolved quickly and with the friendliest of service. Highly recommend them. The peace of mind and customer care has been outstanding!

Great price, advice, delivery and follow-up.
Friends recommended Park Street Bathrooms for price & service - very, very pleased we listened. We ordered bathroom furniture, tiles and fittings for main bathroom and ensuite through Becky, and it's been an easy, pleasant & hassle-free experience. A couple of issues post-delivery (tiles,showerhead) were sorted out quickly and easily at minimal cost. Can't fault Becky and colleagues for excellent customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PACKAGING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Received my order on Sunday which was severely damaged due to leaking products. The box was destroyed and most of the contents were missing. I immediately contacted customer services with order number, contact details including my phone number and photographs and I am yet to recieve a response. I have resent my email with attachments 3 times and I all I get is an automated response saying their customer service is highest priority (laughable) and they aim to reply with 24 hours (lies!!!) my order was large and Im absolutely disgusted that no one has had the decency to even respond saying they have received my emails!!! Terrible customer service, terrible packaging and definitely DO NOT recommend!

I was browsing for some spray varnish to finish a project I am working on and came across this website. Customer service with this company is laughable ! Received a package today ,10th Jan, damaged with the liquid contents soaking the cardboard packaging , not water because you could smell the fragrance of the contents . Contacted Vitapoint who asked for photos ok no problem . Their reply needed more photos ,no problem . They profess to offer top customer service , no they do not ! Their offer ……..25% refund of an item that only cost just over £7 ,not a replacement , be warned .

Det første jeg hører efter jeg har modtaget ordrebekræftelse er om jeg vil anmelde min oplevelse… Jeg skriver til firmaet for at sige jeg ikke har modtaget anden information end den ene mail. Her ville jeg selv mene at en opfølgning på mailen ville være på sin plads - men en status på ordren. Det næste jeg hører er en standard mail om at ordren er afsendt. Frem kom den men det kunne håndteres bedre.

Under al kritik! Har ikke modtaget mit sleeve, telefonnummeret til dem eksisterer ikke, og de har ikke svaret på alle mine mails?! Læste i en anden anmeldelse her på siden at når man søger på deres CVR-nummer, står der at de er under tvangsopløsning. Åbenbart har de "undladt" at lukke ned for deres hjemmeside siden i vinters hvor de dårlige anmeldelser begyndte. Trist men sandt, undgå bomo.dk!! Elendig kundeservice! Bestille snus. Fikk dårlig dato og tørr snus. Men siden den er bedre enn 5 uker fra nå, nekter de å gjøre noe med dette. Eneste de tilbyr er retur, som er merarbeide for meg som kunde. Kan ikke anbefale og bestille noe her om en ikke bruker opp snus på under 5 uker. Oppdaterer etter at snuslageret har kommentert under her: Har vært i kontakt med kundeservice 5 ganger. Eneste alternativ de ga var å returnere forsendelsen. De gjemmer seg fortsatt bak det at snusen skal ha mer enn 5 uker holdbarhet. Noe som er altfor dårlig dato. Snusen jeg mottok er produsert våren 2024- så rett fra leverandør kan den ikke ha kommet.

Det står tydelig på hjemmesiden deres: "Lynrask levering" . Nå vet ikke jeg hva de anser som lynrask levering. Men fra pakken ble sendt, til jeg kunne hente den. Så tok det 1 uke. Vil ikke akkurat kalle det lynraskt, men det er nå min mening. Klart frakt tiden kan ikke snuslageret klandres 100% for. Men responstiden dem sin er heller ikke lynrask. Var kjappere å kontakte og ha en dialog med fraktselskapet enn å vente på snuslageret skulle ta seg bry til å sjekke + svare. Når svaret kom, så fremstår det som det er helt greit og normalt at leveringstiden er på 1 uke.

Fantastiske produkter til relativt gode priser, men nå stopper det. Prisen er fortsatt under dagligvare, men en økning på litt i overkant på 7% er for drøyt spør du meg.

Jeg opplevde at min leveranse av snus hadde endt opp på feil adresse. Kontaktet kundesenteret hos Snus lageret idag og forklarte problemet. Jeg opplevde stor forståelse og vennlighet av kundesenterets mann ( Yassir ) som ordnet at jeg får varene allerede i morgen. Dette er 'speed and service's på et høyt nivå. Takk :-)

Very poor quality wallpaper sold at high price
Very poor quality wallpaper sold at over £10 per roll, ordered 2 rolls, was sent 4 in 2 lots and charged over £44 in the process. They have accepted I do not send or agree to pay for the 2nd shipment and it appears I will now be refunded for them. The wallpaper was so thin that it tore very easily when damp, the pattern on the surface came off the front when damp. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good shipping, 3D effect does not = textured
Very fast with shipping. The prints are beautiful however I did think that the tongue and groove wood effect was textured. 3D effect just means that it looks like it is textured. The pearl white is a lot more of a cool Grey than the pictures let on as well, but overall the quality seems good. Have not hung on the wall yet

Glass arrived totally smashed. Was just packaged in cardboard box, no packaging material. Received a full refund but was told I couldn’t have a replacement due to building work at the shop. Won’t be using Beaver Frames again.

Disappointing purchase
I have used this company before and have been very pleased with my purchases. However on this occasion I ordered a customised size frame to match my previously purchased frames for a graduation photo. Unfortunately, I was not told it wouldn't be supplied without a stand, so I'm left with a frame that can only go by hung on a wall. I did query this when my order arrived (they didn't tell me when I placed my order), but I was simply told they couldn't supply a stand. Very disappointing. I'm now stuck with a frame that cost me a lot of money that I can't use.

Quality frames and excellent turnaround
Beaver Frames in-stock range is impressive, and so are their custom made to size frames. Glass in place of commonly used PVC gives each frame a premium finish and their turnaround time ensured frames ordered arrived much sooner than expected.

Professional Service throughout
I was in communication with Howard from Algarve Coast Villas from the day we made the reservation for Villa Pinta for our family of 8 adults arriving from 11 May for 7 nights. Whenever I phoned Howard he was very informative and responsive to our queries. Prior to arrival we received numerous e mails on different aspects of our holiday keeping us up to date. Howard assisted us in organising the airport transfers who were prompt and professional, On arrival at the villa we were met by Howard, he showed us around and made sure that we understood all details of security etc for the villa. We spoke during our stay and at all times he was very helpful. Very bad experience regarding our trip cancelled due to covid in 2021. firsly we looked for an other date with howard but pandemic was still there and we decided to cancel our trip. We asked a refund in 2022 request N1 07/22 : no answer Request N2 07/22 : no answer Request N3 : 11/22 no answer Request N4: 06/23 : no answer Request N5 : 11/23 : no answer We are talking about £2,034.25 , to never get an answer is not serious from info and howard. So i would not recomand a trip to Algarve CoastVillas , when you have an issue costumer service is not there?

Wedding at Villa Refugio Oct 2020
My husband and i booked Villa Refugio for a 1 week stay with our families originally in June for our wedding reception. Due to local and European lockdowns, we moved our wedding date to October. Howard assisted us in moving our dates and ensured everything was ready for our October arrival. The villa itself was excellent for 9 guests, spacious, clean and has that 'wow' factor once you enter the door. The outdoor area is exceptional - large heated pool, BBQ area, plenty of seating and social areas for bigger groups/families. Howard was always happy to assist if we had any questions. Thank you for a truly amazing stay!

Very highly recommended
Like many others this year, we have been unable to visit the villa we booked in the Algarve. A stressful time. Not so, because the way Howard and the team dealt with our cancellation was absolutely exemplary. we are so grateful for his understanding and prompt action in getting things easily sorted for us. We will definitely be visiting the Algarve as soon as we can and booking another villa with Howard. Well done!

Painful, delayed ordering resulting in no painting
Had a first painting done which was lovely so started the process for another. It was for a very special occasion so I left well over 2 months to get it produced. We got so far in the process but then nothing. As time ticked on and no one was responding, I tried calling the number on the website which went through to a Care Home advice line! Eventually got a response but was told it wouldn’t be ready in time. No apologies, no explanation, no discount for the painful service. Customer service could’ve rectified this but there was nothing. Such a shame because it could’ve been a great gift but turned out to be a total waste of time and a frustrating nightmare. Must be artist dependant on what experience you get.

I am pleased with the portrait I ordered. I have a critical eye and think I would have requested more adjustments than I did and it would have looked better in a smaller size. My advice is to consider the size and anything in the photograph you would like subdued or omitted at the outset which would leave you delighted with the result

Buyer be warned/ updated
The first attempt at a oil of my individuals came with parts not painted or missing like is was brush stokes missing in various spots. I thought it was shipped wet, however there WAS no oil paint on the bubble wrap so it was intentionally shipped in this condition. I was mortified. They did have it redone by someone different which i had to wait.. and it was ok.. i contacted them and said , because of this i thought it was appropriate to offer a free oil or greatly reduced painting.. lol i got the same 15% everyone else gets.. i would say its a coin toss ..i wont be using this service again They redid the piece.. offered a substantial discount on a new piece and the redone painting is gorgeous 💯

Superior Customer Service
I purchased the FloLogic system and had the plumber install the water line components and I did the installation of the Gateway module, the Connection modules X 2 and the power supply. A call to customer service at FloLogic was returned by Brandon in short order. He assessed my need for a comprehensive review of the installation process and in short order completed the overview, added some caveats and I got started with installation. The system is installed and working well. Brandon’s directions made this possible. Brandon also helped me with a set up issue with the humidifiers on the furnaces. The customer service and Brandon, hands down, provided superior customer service and did it with a smile. Thank you

Big waste of time
We turn our system off in the summer and every fall I waste 20 minutes trying to figure out how to turn it back on. Today I'm past 20 minutes and since we're only at this house on weekends, the companies so-called "Customer Service" isn't open. I think we're gonna go back to just shutting off the valve manually and try to forget all the money we spent. By the way you can't email the company either and their little chat bot is utterly worthless.

More than a decade aand system works as promised.
We have had the Flologic system for over a decade. It works incredibly well and is easy to adjust. It is hooked up to my security system through a wireless attachment. I only wish the older versions were able to be updated to WiFi.

Best of Breed!
I have 2 systems in place and enjoy peace of mind of knowing how sensitive the monitoring is. Recently we got a notification of water running more than 30 minutes while we were home. Didn't notice anything at all. After further checking we saw a sink with just a little more than a steady drip! It is that sensitive! If you want the best protection this is it! The customer service is amazing too.

When I was first introduced to the FloLogic leak detection system in 2021, it was by suggestion of my new homeowner's insurance company. They alerted me to the fact that most home damage is done by water. They also told me that there could be a fairly substantial premium cost savings if I had a FloLogic system installed in my house. I had never heard of the system so I was a little skeptical of the performance that the system told me I could expect, program, and monitor. I am not the greatest tech informed person so I was even a little unsure about setting up the system. I have to say, with the incredible support I received from the tech people, it was and is as easy as they said. FloLogic, as far as I am concerned, overperforms what I expected. The peace of mind we have whenever we go anywhere or travel is well worth the cost. We recently purchased another house in Florida and because we are splitting our time between the two houses, we really didn't need anyone to suggest we install a FloLogic system there. We love our FloLogic system
We have had the FloLogic system since we remodeled an old 1910 farmhouse in the country back in 2018. On several occasion's flow logic notified us that we have had a running faucet, broken pipe, or toilet not shutting off. I did not set up the app controlled module until after COVID, and in 2024 we had to send our controller to FloLogic for a firm wear update. All communication and assistance from technical assistance has been stellar. Our app allows me to adjust setting on the fly when we have more guests than usual or freezing weather so I can drip faucets without shutting down our water. We love this system.

The FloLogic system is amazing. I have it in multiple locations. It is very easy to use and extremely effective at picking up water flow. When we first moved into our home it picked up a broken pipe outside the house. It also picked up leaking faucets. I highly recommend this product.

Jeg manglede en mindre del til en model, som jeg er usikker på om den manglede ved modtagelse, eller om jeg havde smidt den væk. Der blev dog - uden beregning - sendt en ny som med et kvikbrevs hastighed kom frem. Dernæst skulle jeg bestille lidt ekstra maling og lim, som ligeledes blev sendt uden uden beregning for fragten.

Jeg gik et sæt i julegave. Der var desværre nogle ting jeg ikke helt forstod ifm vejledninger, download ligesom jeg manglede info vedr. maling mht rens af pensler mm. Nu har vi hentet Too Go 2 gange og har været målløse over hvor tørt og gammel deres brød er. Begge gange har vi været nødsaget til at lave croutoner af alt brødet, mere var det ikke værd. Har lige hentet fra et andet bageri i Kolding og det var noget helt andet. Lækkert frisk det Hele. Samt der var også kage. Handler ikke ved Seest mere.

Har den seneste tid prøvet lykken med to good to go poser, den ene dårligere end den anden. Prøvede så en sidste gang med en pose fra Seest bageri. Det var så alligevel den ringeste jeg har prøvet. Det var en pose fyldt med rundstykker vel og mærke til om eftermiddagen. Der var dog 2 hindbær snitter ellers bare morgen brød og 2 flute. Det er så absolut sidste gang jeg prøver fra den bager, endsige besøger den bager

Jeg har aldrig fået så dårlig en kaj kage og romkugler. Ikke nok med kajkagen var hård som sten og cremet inde i smagte som om den var alt for gammel, så var romkuglerne lige så elendige som det værste man kan tænke sig til. Føj for den lede det var 120 lige i havet...😤😤

Det er meget skuffende at bestille en brownie med saltkaramel til afhentning for så at finde ud af, når jeg pakker den ud, at kagen måske er samme størrelse som for en uge siden, men karamellen er næsten ikke-eksisterende. Jeg beklager - jeg er på ingen måde imponeret denne gang.

Det sødeste personale i Kolding Storcenter! Alletiders service hver gang trods travlhed - og de har altid et smil på læben i hverdagene. MEN! Jeg var forbi i weekenden (d. 13/1-24) og skulle have et par kager med hjem. Der stod to meget unge piger, hvortil jeg spurgte ind til en kage. De virkede usikre men beskrev kagen som en gulerodskage med creme, men da min familie og jeg sad til aftenskaffen, var det en æblekage med citron. Min bror er ALLERGISK overfor blandt andet kiwi og ÆBLER, og familien er desværre ikke til æblegrød (hvilket kagen smagte af), så vi måtte spytte kagen ud i servietterne. Det var en virkelig ØV oplevelse, da jeg ellers er blevet meget glad for bageriet i Kolding storcenter…

Lækreste morgenbrød. Vi bor tæt ved og har vores daglige morgengåtur på ca 2 km - og vender hjem med det lækreste morgenbrød. Seest bageri byder også på mange andre delikatesser. Personalet er altid søde - smilende og serviceminded. NB: Når Seest bageri holder lukket i sommerferien - kan vi ikke finde noget alternativt som vi gider sætte tænderne i.

Lidt skuffede
Vi bor i Nordjylland og skulle på ferie i Polen. Vi havde i pressen hørt om Danmarksmesterskabet i romkugler, og da vi passerede området søndag morgen ved 7.30 tiden måtte vi jo undersøge sagen. Jovist tror vi nok at romkuglerne smagte godt, men de var jo ikke større end pebernødder. Den var ikke gået her i det nordjyske, med romkugler i halv størrelse og til dobbelt pris.

Er super glad for mit forløb hos Team Kjeldgaard
Jeg har været i gang med forløbet i ca. 1 måned, og hvor er jeg super glad for, at jeg meldte mig til. Lige fra den første dag har jeg følt mig tryg og i gode og professionelle hænder. Jeg bliver altid mødt med en forståelse for de udfordringer, jeg står overfor, og jeg kan altid række ud til teamet, som står klar med støtte og guidning. Jeg har valgt et forløb med lækre madplaner, sjove danse og gode træningsprogrammer, som passer til mig men som også min familie tager aktiv del i, og for mig er det helt fantastisk, at vi kan gøre det her sammen. Allerede efter en måned føler jeg, at jeg har fået mere energi og overskud i hverdagen. Jeg har også fundet ud af, at det at danse er mega sjovt og giver så mange gode smil på læberne. Derudover har det sat gang i en spændende proces, hvor jeg øver mig i at prioritere mig selv og at gøre det, der gør mig glad. Jeg ser utroligt meget frem til de kommende måneder, og jeg kan varmt anbefale andre at komme i gang med forløbet.

Genial kombination af dans 💃🏻 og styrketræning 🏋🏼♀️ for kvinde på 60
Jeg valgte Mortens tilbud pga. muligheden for at kombinere dans 💃🏻 og styrketræning 🏋🏼♀️ og er vild med at kunne træne hjemme i min stue, lige når det passer mig. Mit mål var at få pulsen op og opnå styrke og opstramning. Efter en måned i de bedste hænder hos Emilia og Morten har jeg allerede opnået tydelige resultater og i tilgift et bedre humør 🥰 Jeg ser frem til de næste måneder.

Jeg kan virkelig anbefale Morten Kjeldgaard og hans team, da et forløb hos dem indeholder alt det, jeg har savnet fra andre vægttabsforløb. ALT bliver skræddersyet til DINE behov, og ALLE kan være med - så selvom du tænker: "Jeg har prøvet alt", så har du ikke prøvet alt, før du har prøvet noget så fantastisk, motiverende og omfavnende som et forløb hos Morten og hans team! Min coach har været Sebastian, og han har været enormt støttende hele vejen igennem mit forløb, selvom jeg havde mange personlige udfordringer og nedture. Han er virkelig god til at rumme og have fokus på det positive, og han er altid klar med et godt råd og støtte, hvis motivationen mangler. Vægttab og en masse mere
Jeg tilmeldte mig i første omgang et online forløb på 4 måneder med ønske om at tabe 7-10 kg. At komme af med mavefedt, og jeg havde hørt forløbet kunne ændring ens syn på mad, og jeg fik lidt for meget “vi hygger på terrassen med snacks og et glas vin” fredag og lørdag. Så syntes det lød spændende. Jeg fik alt det jeg håbede på og mere til. Efter 3 måned havde jeg smidt 12 kg - lidt over målet. Det var sjovt med dansetræning, og styrketræning hjemme bare med kroppen, en lille håndvægt eller elastik var nem at gå til. Super gode videoer med dejlig musik. Og nye træninger med jævne mellemrum. Maden er lækker. Og på ingen måde kur, diæt eller lignende. Jeg skulle i starten lige vænne mig til at spise lidt mere end jeg plejede faktisk. Og jeg kører træt i at skulle måle mad, men her skulle jeg bare følge en hel opskrift, ikke anderledes end en hvilken som helst anden ny opskrift man vil prøve, og hurtigt fanger man mængden og fordeling af kød, grønt osv. Der er også plads til lidt snacks osv. og lidt vin stadig. Alt handler om fordeling og mængder så er intet forbudt, hvilket har været godt for mig. Når jeg efterlyste nem hverdagsmad, eller lidt snacks muligheder til gæster til en weekend, så har teamet hjulpet med muligheder, og som med træning kom der nye madplaner løbende. Jeg kommer til at savne der ikke kommer en ny madplan når jeg stopper, for det har været lækkert og spændende hver gang. Når man kontakter teamet for spørgsmål om mad, træning, udfordringer (som jo ofte er mentale), eller gode oplevelser man bare deler, hører man fra Sebastian inden for meget kort tid. Selvom det er online, så er de lige ved hånden. Jeg valgte på trods af at vægtmål var nået, alligevel at fortsætte 2 måneder mere, så mit forløb bliver på i alt 6 måneder. Hvilket var godt, da jeg fortsat tabte mig, at have tid med Morten og specielt Sebastian til efter de første par måneder at ændre fokus fra vægttabet til i stedet at holde vægten, og ikke at gå i panik mental, hvis vægten går 1 kg op, hvilket næsten har været det vigtigste og bedste for mig, ikke at stresse over julen, over et bryllup, men at se det går fint, at vægten kan gå lidt op og ned, og det normaliserer sig hurtigt igen. Så man kan faktisk godt leve et liv med sociale tiltag, nydelse af mad osv. men stadig tabe sig eller stadig holde vægten. De sidste par måneder har jeg arbejdet med Sebastian omkring opstramning af kroppen, det tager lidt længere tid, jeg er ikke der jeg gerne vil være endnu, men jeg er nu klar på at slippe kontakten med Morten og Sebastian, og træne videre på egen hånd. Maden fylder ikke ret meget længere, det er blevet en ny vane, og når jeg afviger f.eks. til jul, trænger jeg til sundere mad igen. Det har været et super givtig forløb. På trods af jeg har rundet de 50 år, har jeg ikke været i en sundere eller bedre udgave af mig selv i mange år. Har god søvn, masser af energi, en følelse af at være stærk. Og som bonus har jeg lært mental ‘hvad er godt for mig’, og ‘hvad har jeg lyst til’, så jeg kan varmt give mine anbefalinger til Team Morten

Really bad experience here
Really bad experience here. Cancelled my contract 3 weeks early (after mis reading the contract end dates), after being a customer for 2 years. I assumed that this would be no issue after contacting their help team. Flogas gas have applied €100s in charges to my account.

Avoid at all costs
I decided to switch to Flogas because I thought I was going to get a better deal, but what a mistake that was. I submitted my application, got an email confirming everything was processed, and was told I'd receive my welcome letter soon. But then, out of nowhere, I get bills from my previous provider at the full rate, because apparently, I wasn't in contract with anyone. So I call Flogas customer service, and they tell me there’s no account under my name, then transferred me to sales. The sales agent finally admitted that my application was never processed, but he couldn’t even offer me a reason why. I’ve wasted hours of my life—5 or 6 hours across multiple calls—just trying to get some answers. Every time I spoke to customer service, they bounced me to sales, who would just send me back to customer service. No one seemed to have a clue, and no one could fix anything. Now, I get a bill that doesn't reflect my discount at all, and when I call about it, they tell me it’s an "estimated bill." Are you kidding me? I only signed up 2 months ago, and now they’re telling me I need to call every two months just to get an accurate bill, otherwise, I’ll keep getting estimated charges. This is beyond frustrating. I can't wait until my renewal date to leave Flogas behind for good. This entire experience has been a nightmare.

One of the worse customer service interactions I have ever had
I tried to switch to flogas, as I thought I was going to get a better deal. After I submitted my application, I received email communication that it has gone through and that I will shortly receive my welcome letter. However, I never received that letter and to my surprise a month later I got a letter from my previous provider saying that my electricity supply will be cut off shortly as the property had not been registered to any provider. I then called flogas customer service who said that there was no account in my name and then transferred me to the sales department. The agent clarified that the application was never actually processed but he couldn't give me an explanation as to why that was and why no one had reached out to inform me about this. He then proceeded to ask for my current meter readings so that he can process the application. I then refused to provide any further details until I could get a clear explanation as to why my initial application hadn't been processed. He then proceeded to say that he would end the call if I didn't follow his directions. Very rude and arrogant. Trying to get the meter readings without even addressing the reason behind their mistake and on top of it all threatening me that he will end the call. Such an unpleasant and frustrating experience. They were not considerate about the fact that my supply would have been cut off due to their mistake. I want nothing to do with this company and I have proceeded with a different provider. Better deals doesn't always mean that they are trustworthy. I had to learn this the hard way. Never dealing with them again.
