Ik heb een pre-workout en een ander product gekocht die op voorraad waren en de volgende dag geleverd zouden worden en tot op heden heb ik niets thuis ontvangen, ik heb al 3 keer een mailtje gestuurd en ik heb ook geen reactie gekregen. Nooit meer kopen bij bodylab.

Vorsicht! Übelkeit, Geschmack wie Wandfarbe, schlechter Kd-Service!
Ich habe lange Zeit bei Bodylab eingekauft und war immer zufrieden. Ich hatte vor allem das neutrale Whey aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses gekauft. Zuletzt hatte ich 1x 1kg und 2x 2 kg Eimer des neutralen Whey bestellt (mische ich immer mit Chunky Flavour von More). Mit der 1kg Packung war noch alles ok. Bei der Entnahme einer Portion nach dem Öffnen einer der 2kg Packungen ist mir jedoch extrem übel geworden. Ich hatte mich bereits beim Öffnen sehr über den Geruch und den Geschmack gewundert. Erinnerte eher an Wandfarbe oder ein anderes chemisches Produkt. Um auszuschließen, dass es sich um einen Einzelfall bei der Packung handelte, habe ich den anderen 2kg Eimer ebenfalls geöffnet. Dort kam mir exakt derselbe chemische Geruch in die Nase. Daher habe ich das Zeug dann auch nicht angerührt. Also 4kg Whey zum Entsorgen. Auf meine Reklamation beim Kunden Support hin bekam ich die Info, dass dies überprüft wird. Nachdem auch nach mehreren Tagen keine Rückmeldung kam, habe ich nochmal nachgefragt. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um ein Naturprodukt handelt und daher Geschmack und Konsistenz abweichen können. Das war alles. Also ein Naturprodukt, das wie ein Eimer Farbe schmeckt. Völlig ok für Bodylab. Auch auf meinen Vorschlag, denen die Produkte per Rücksendeschein zukommen zu lassen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Es besteht also offensichtlich kein Interesse daran, Qualitätsmängeln nachzugehen. Ich halte das für sehr gefährlich und extrem fragwürdig, dass dies nicht überprüft wird und die Produkte einfach weiter verkauft werden. Genauso ist wohl die Kundenzufriedenheit egal. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen und die Produkte daher niemandem empfehlen! Edit: erst auf meine frustrierte Antwortmail hin hat sich der Kundenservice erneut gemeldet und erst dann eine 50%-ige Erstattung angeboten und auch umgesetzt. Immerhin etwas. Andere Unternehmen hätten jedoch 100% erstattet und/oder wären interessiert an einer Überprüfung der Ware. Da dies bei Bodylab nicht der Fall ist, bleibe ich bei meiner Bewertung. Ich würde höchstens auf 1,5 Sterne erhöhen. Dies ist jedoch nicht möglich. So sind immer noch rund 45€ und 4 kg Whey für die Tonne. Noch etwas: inzwischen habe ich von einer Bekannten, denen ich die Produkte ebenfalls empfohlen hatte erfahren, dass sie ähnliche Erfahrungen mit dem neutralen Whey gemacht hat. Sie schilderte ebenfalls, dass es auf einmal anders und seltsam schmeckte und sie es nicht so gut vertragen hat. Also offensichtlich ist hier eine größere Menge oder ganze Charge betroffen. Aber Bodylab interessiert das leider alles nicht.

Doe niet mee aan Black friday
Prima bedrijf met prima producten. Maar doe gewoon niet mee aan Black friday. Hoe opzichtig kun je de prijs verhogen om daarna “heel veel korting” te geven waarna je precies op dezelfde prijs uitkomt als het normaal kost. Het ziet er gewoon triest uit.

Pakket niet ontvangen.
Van de week pakketje besteld. Netjes een tracking code gekregen. Na 4 dagen nog niks en besloot op dhl te kijken waar die was. Bleek dat de “ontvanger” het pakketje had geweigerd, en hij retour werd gestuurd. Ik ben constant thuis geweest en niemand gezien. Ook geen mail ontvangen of geld terug gekregen. Terwijl het best prijzig is. Ook geen vorm van contact kunnen krijgen. Na wat onderzoek ben ik erachter gekomen dat op de dhl site het verkeerde adres staat , terwijl op de factuur wel het goede adres staat. Ik hoop dat ik ergens contact kan krijgen en mijn geld of pakketje terug krijg.

Top service! Meerdere keren al bij besteld, laatste keer foutje gebeurd met de inhoud en dit zelfs niet door Bodylab zelf maar door de leverdienst. Na 1 dag hadden ze al een nieuwe pot opgestuurd! Ik raad ze zeker aan!!

Vorige week een bestelling gedaan. Ze geven aan dat het leveren 2 a 3 werkdagen zal zijn. Inmiddels zit ik op een week en heb zaterdag een event in de sportschool waar ik deze producten wil uitdelen. Ook geen snelle reactie op de mail over deze bestelling.

Goedkoop, maar daar is de kwaliteit dan ook naar. Weinig smaak aan de whey, klonterig en proeucten binnen een paar dagen niet meer bruikbaar doordat er ook klonten in de verpakking ontstaan.

Proteinkaffee Espresso 🤬 von Bodylab entspricht einer Zuckerbrühe 👎 Der Support von Bodylab ist sehr unkooperativ und meint, jeder schmeckt es anders. Wer mit Espresso wirbt erwartet einen nicht süssen Geschmack, das Branding mit Bild und Text ist irreführende, unlautere Werbung. Ekelige Zuckerbombe kam von meinen Bekannten, möchte niemand geschenkt bekommen.

Whey protein (naturel) samengevat: BITTER en KLONTERIG. Het is oud spul die ze me hebben toegestuurd. Klantenservice reageert niet op emails. Als ik de overige review bekijk zie ik dat ik niet de enige ben. NOOIT MEER! Update 20-09-2024: U heeft mij gevraagd om meer informatie. Het betreft een email waarin ik heb aangegeven dat ik 2x BITTERE natural whey heb ontvangen die niet makkelijk oplost (klonterig). Volgens google ligt dit waarschijnlijk aan de oudheid. Waarom reageert u alleen hier op deze site en niet op mijn email? Ik ga verder geen persoonlijke info hier vermelden uiteraard. De email was verzonder naar info bodylab.nl

Vector security remains the worst…
Vector security remains the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They feel no need to abide by a legal contract ending with a form that they signed. They charged me for years after the service was over, but they purposely did not call me. They waited till 2 years later to beg for money, hoping the paperwork would not be there any longer. Now I leave a review every year when they start harassing me. I’m not the only one with this experience. They do not abide by the law and you will need to protect yourself from the security company’s harassment. Take every precaution.

They refuse to provide the paperwork they claim is necessary to cancel their service. I have been trying since November 2024 to do so. They continue to take money from my checking account to pay for service I do not want. They are no better than scammers and any other nice name you want to give a thief.

Horrible Service
Horrible Service - paying for monitoring and service and no one contacted us for two “critical incidents” CO monitors expired in June of 2024 and I had to call for replacement when monitor failed. We had to call the fire department Vector never did. Multiple fails today and can not reach service center. Automated answering.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! We received a call from them telling us our system had faulted so tried calling back and the message said call back during regular business hours. What happened to 24/7 coverage that we pay for and if someone wants to break into our home guess they can do so as long as it’s not during regular business hours do you think. Customers for 15 years and the techs are great but try to get someone on the phone is impossible and this is a repetitive result. With all the competition available these days guess I’m going to have to research and make a change because this certainly isn’t what is necessary to cover and protect our home!

I was a customer for over eight years
I was a customer for over eight years. Half the time the cameras didn't work. Customer service was awful and they are two expensive. I moved three times and continued to use this company for service. The last move, I was only in the home for a year. They charged me over a 1k for two cameras and sensors. They started me on a new contract for whatever reason. Then I sold the home and they forced me to cancel service and charged me over 2K to get out of the contract. RUN, don't walk away from this company. They will rip you off!

We just received a wireless installation
We just received a wireless installation. Every day we get many calls and emails about our system not communicating with vector. When we call, they don’t know why or they run a test. They say the “test” is working and then an hour later it’s not working. This company is such a waste of daily time and money. Very frustrated. Also, I’ve called the Fort Lauderdale office. No one answers, so I leave a message and never get called back.

I previously left a review and gave them 1 star. The sales rep was out to my home today and is satisfactorily resolving all issues and concerns. I am happy with the system and utilize it remotely. Really like the Wi-Fi thermostat.

We've been Vector clients since 2015
We've been Vector clients since 2015. Never missed a payment. We don't travel much anymore, which was the main reason we got the service in the first place. Since we don't use it anymore, we wanted to get out of the nearly $60 per month fee. The original contract was for three years, and states that after that period the contract would be renewed on a month to month basis and cancellable with 30 day written notice. This is the provision I thought we were operating under. When I sent the letter to cancel, we were told we had another 10 months on the contract, and would have to continue paying. They say in 2021 upgraded my "cell communicator", (nothing else changed about the service) gave us a paper to sign, which was not openly undisclosed except in the fine print, obligated us to another 3 year contract. I was told this was to make my system compatible with "5G". This process seems a little dicey. I don't remember requesting this service change since I know nothing about the technology and would be hard pressed to explain why an upgrade would be needed. We had no idea an "equipment upgrade" would require another 3 year contract, since we were already subscribing to the service. Based on this, I will not recommend this company. Seems like a questionable way to treat long time customers. I might have to bite the bullet on this one, but I'll communicate my disappointment to the company, and any prospective customer that asks me about my experience with Vector.

Good information on how to design, draft, and decorate interior spaces. Good on the how to set up a business in this field. Trying to get help online felt impossible nobody seemed to want to help. The teacher always tore me down but gave me an “A” but sometimes she would fail me yet only grade me on one room. Very unorganized had to wait awhile for them to grade my work. Too much money. Aggravated.

I did their “interior design” program. Which in reality in the end is told, you will be an interior decorator at most. So no real chances of getting areal job in the end, unless you open your own people and start scamming people that you actually know something. I don’t recommend it in hopes of getting any design job in the end, unless it’s just for yourself to decorate you house.

Take your AutoCAD class elsewhere
I was so excited to start learning AutoCAD but was quickly let down. There is basically no one teaching you except for the book (the only instructor videos are in the first section- they were actually very helpful and I heavily relied on them because I'm a visual learner) The book taught 2017 AutoCAD, but why would I want to learn such a dated version of an extremely involved program(2017 wasn't even available to download) ? I had already purchased the class so I went with 2020 AutoCAD. In the end, I would never recommend this course. Waste of my time and money. I'm sure NYIAD's other courses are fine

Here's absolutely amazing online course more than I think. The interactive, connection, and stability with the school, tutor and smoothing procedure to step by step to the test and project. Every unit we could receive the new material for the project and learn some new skill with a flexible schedule. That's really awesome. Now on, I considered to enroll more design course and improve myself more. If NYIAD could turning to an online degree will be much better. Thanks, NYIAD. This is a true story, not an advertisement. Hope you all could have a great distance learning moment.

I believe the content along with the pics are very informative. Sometimes the questions on the test get a little confusing because it's worded differently than what's been said in the chapter. However, it makes you think a little deeper about what the chapter and questions are trying to convey in the test. I appreciate the short videos that give a clear summery of certain key elements within the chapter. I also appreciate the chat room though I don't use it as much as I should but when I do, it motivates me to see other NYIAD students. The training is good but needs more..
The training is good but there are no templates for practical use. For example, for event planners, NYIAD should provide a sample schedule with real tasks so that students have the tools to begin working. Sample contracts would be helpful as well. Any sample template would be worth while over the test version explaining the need for the document.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. It should not take up to 2 weeks to grade the work that was turned in and then another week to return it back to the student. If the school is that busy then they should consider hiring more teachers so the turn time is not so long. And also it seems take 2-5 days for the student advisors to answer an email.

Amazing program
I’m so glad to have completed the interior design program with NYIAD! I feel that I’ve learned so much and have already implemented what I’ve learned. A few things were challenging, using regular mail was hard on timing, and also the short chapters on kitchen and bathroom designs I wish would have been more extensive. But over all a really awesome program

For the most part I enjoyed my course
For the most part I enjoyed my course. I did feel I should have had some drafting experience before hand. I also think they should have recommended some good books or teaching videos that would have helped a great deal. Learning the different styles/eras of home furnishings were difficult to figure out on the copies you were given for grading. Photos of the furniture would have been so much easier to distinguish them. Also the very short history on Islam was false. They have never conquered anything/anyone peacefully. It is always with violence. I suggest you leave out this statement all together.

The classes are fun and the website is easy to use. Overall, I love this program... I do wish that this program offered something for those who complete the program though, like an internship.. I’ve noticed other online programs offer many more options for after you finish.

En julegave blev indløst og jeg inviterede mine 4 veninder med til KIDNAPPED i Roskilde. Det var mega fedt og tilpas skræmmende. Det er ikke sidste gang vi tager derud. Min kæreste og jeg var forbi Locked i Roskilde og prøve “Undercover” opgaven til vores 3 års dag. Vi har aldrig prøvet escape rooms og synes det var så fed en oplevelse at vi spurgte om de havde flere ledige tider på de andre rum. Vi prøvede så “Kidnapped” opgaven som var en del sværere men virkelig sjov og udfordrende. Mega fede gåder og rigtig sødt og venligt personale. Return Policy On Websites is Deceptive!
I recently order 2 collarless men shirts from suits outlets. I wished I had done my due diligence and visited their website prior to ordering. The Return Policy on their website (which I read) states " You can return any item that doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact and no alterations done. This is what I read online before ordering the shirts. Now they're telling me that a tag is on the shirt that states no return. When placing my order, I was not able to see a tag on the shirt stating, "no return". What company deceives their customer with this kind of tactic. The clothing on their website looks very cheap & upon receiving the shirts, the quality is not what I expected. I had to pay for shipping & upon calling customer service they just informed me that I also must pay for returning item for a store credit. Buyer beware this is not where you want to shop. What am I going to do with a store credit if everything on the website looks cheap. I was google searching men collarless shirt and the shirts appeared. Remember the old saying "haste makes waste" is a very true statement. Don't know how long the credit is good for but since it appears to be ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on their website that I would consider ordering for my husband; I'm stuck with a credit that I probably can't give away.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. No way is their true rating 4.5. Most of their collection is designed for "SuperFlys", but I found some traditional stuff with great prices. Purchased 8 dress shirts, a pair of dress pants and a sport coat. In summary: Cheap prices but....Horrible quality, horrible fit, and horrible return experience. It would appear they buy the "worst of the worst" on the close-out market and then put lipstick on the pig on their website. Believe me, it's an insult to pigs.

Exceeded expectations
In simple terms, Bonhams Cars Online exceeded my expectations with the sale of my car ! I dealt with Fraser Jackson and used their Concierge service. Right from the start of the process the communication was excellent. I arranged for the transportation of my car to their HQ and provided all of the documentation and keys with the car and they confirmed safe receipt within the hour. The pictures and video then taken (approximately 300 !) were comprehensive of every angle and looked very professional The tailored description they provided was very comprehensive and I think really adds to the overall packaging and brings the car to life. Throughout the 7 days during the auction I was updated regularly. Having spoken to a few members of the team including Fraser what comes across is a real passion for their business. At the end of the auction we achieved the upper end of the predicted guide price so I was very happy with this. In summary, this is a very professional business with a team of people passionate about what they do and at the top of their game.

Feeling scammed
The presentation of the car via Bonhams auction review (by Consignment Specialist) with the presence of a new MOT certificate was far from what I actually purchased in reality. The car I purchased via Bonhams and picked up in Oxford required 10.000 pounds of maintenance to at least pass an actual MOT test. Indicating a fraudulent MOT test being performed (by a company affiliated with the previous owner of the vehicle) about a week prior to auction sale and a worthless review performed by Bonhams specialist. It was the opposite of the professional experience I expected.

Caveat emptor
The problem I have got is with the description of a car I bid on and bought and the aftersale experience. "As would be the loss of air-conditioning, were it not to have been fitted. It is though, so you will be able to remain calm and unruffled no matter what the weather outside is up to" To me this means the car has air-conditioning and it is working. It was not working when I collected the car and I took it straight for a post purchase inspection to be told that there was no pressure in the system. Something more than needing a seasonal re-gas I contacted Bonhams to ask how we can sort this out and was told it was between me and the seller. Not suprisingly the seller did not want to know and Bonhams quoted caveat emptor. Apparantly they hold no responsibilty for describing the cars they sell accurately. They replied to review I left on another review site by quoting misinformation that I was a trade seller. I am not in the motor trade and have bought 4 cars in 8 years. They seem to be happy to put incorrect infomation online and make no apology when this is pointed out to them. I can do no better than the words from Bonhams online car sales themselves: "Buyer beware"

Hold dig langt væk fra Vios og hold øje med, om de trækker de rigtige beløb!
Vios trækker penge ved en fejl igen og igen, og deres samarbejde med Yousee er helt ubrugeligt! Det er på ingen måde besparelsen værd - der er sååå mange tekniske problemer, og hver gang er Vios umulige at få fat på. På de få år jeg har haft Vios, er jeg blevet nødt til at kontakte dem alt for mange gange pga fejl og hver gang svarer de (efter mange uger) kun på halvdelen af min henvendelse. Derudover har de opkrævet 59 kr. hver eneste måned (udover abonnementsprisen) i mange måneder ved en fejl, og da jeg opdagede fejlen, undskyldte de bare. Og selv derefter begyndte de hurtigt igen på det “ved en fejl”, indtil jeg gjorde dem opmærksomme på det igen. Nærmest direkte svindel bare at opkræve penge ved en fejl igen og igen, så længe de kan slippe afsted med det. Så har du Vios, så hold øje med, hvad de trækker udover abonnementsprisen! Og de vil helt sikkert kommentere her, at det var et administrationsgebyr, fordi jeg fik sat det i bero, men det kunne ikke være længere fra sandheden. Og når der opstår en teknisk fejl hos Yousee grundet Vios-samarbejdet (og det gør der tit!) henviser Yousee dig til Vios og Vios til Yousee. Du skal altså betale for noget, du ikke kan bruge i månedsvis, og du kan ikke få refusion, selvom du ikke har kunne bruge det. Det har også ført til en sag ved Forbrugerombudsmanden. Vios overholder heller ikke deres interne aftale med Yousee, og det kommer forbrugerne til skade, da ens adgang pludselig bliver lukket ned og du ikke kan bruge abonnementet, fordi Yousee har opdaget, at Vios ikke har overholdt deres aftale. Og så står du helt uskyldig som forbruger og ikke kan bruge abonnementet, du har betalt for. Det hele er en stor joke. Generelt - hold dig lang væk fra Vios.

mit web tv virkede ikke
Jeg ringede i aftes, men der var lukket. Fejlen var der stadig her til morgen 12/2, så jeg ringede igen og fik en flink mand i røret efter kort ventetid. I går tog jeg billeder af skærmen af den besked der blev sendt fra Yousee om fejlen. Det kunne jeg ikke finde ud af, så jeg forklarede ham, jeg boede i en bebyggelse for ældre, så han hjalp mig igennem ved at jeg gav ham mine oplysninger til at komme på mit ABB. Det var Yousee, der var noget galt med, men han fik mig på, både på tv og min pc, så med udsigt til sne i morgen, er jeg glad for at kunne se tv igen. Weiterbildung ist auch online gut möglich
Dies war meine erste Online-Weiterbildung. Anfangs war ich skeptisch und der Start auch etwas holprig - eh die Technik bei jedem so funktionierte, aber der Support war schnell erreichbar und hat die Probleme kompetent gelöst, notfalls auch Remote. Die Tutoren waren weitestgehend motiviert und konnten einen Trotz räumlicher Distanz gut abholen und in den Kurs einbinden. Weniger gut fand ich, dass die Kurse teilweise sehr voll waren, so dass meist nur die gleichen Teilnehmer zu Wort kamen bzw. Fragen gestellt haben. Auch dass Vollzeitler und Teilzeitler in einem Kurs waren, war in einigen Kursen nachteilig - während die Vollzeitler den Lernpfad parallel zu den ersten Turorien bearbeiteten, fehlten den Teilzeitlern die Zeit und damit das Wissen dann in den Gruppenarbeiten und leichtere Verständnis in den Tutorien, wodurch einiges an Zeit für Fragerunden aufgewendet wurde. Gefallen hat mir, dass es unterstützendes Lernmaterial zum karriere tutor eigenen Lernpfad gab, so dass man auch im Nachhinein vieles nochmal nachlesen und verinnerlichen kann.

Zu viele Ausfälle und Dozentenwechsel. In den Tutorien teilweise betreutes Lesen. Lehrpfade wiederholen sich und die Prüfungen sind entweder zu leicht oder sehr schwer. Für nicht deutschsprachige teilweise zu schwer. Trotz guter Vorbildung in dem Bereich, auch mit diesen „Zertifikaten“ null Chance auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Wenig zielführend. Ich hatte allerdings auch tolle Dozenten und dann hat der Unterricht auch Spaß gemacht!

Bad Experience
I booked Armishaws to undertake the packing of goods and to remove me to my new address. Subsequently the agreed completion date was not met and I therefore I had to telephoned cancel and rebook. It was not, made clear at the time of booking I would have to forfeit the full price of removals if I had to cancel within 36 hours, I believe this should be clearly stated in the quotation not hidden away in the terms and conditions. I have since moved with another company, plus received other quotes from a few more companies and after this terrible experience from Armishaws I did check if they had this horrible clause in, they Terms & Conditions which none of them have. So been warned a small clause in the Terms and Conditions can cost a lot of money like me. My experience Armishaws has not been at all good and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I can’t get royalties from Horus music
The human customer service is very good. It has been used for about 9 months, but most platforms have not received royalties. I have never received royalties from a single stream from soptify. Only Apple Music and NetEase Cloud Music have serious discrepancies between the royalties data and the playback data. Revenue per stream is one-tenth of the previous distributor's, and per stream only 0.001eur from any country on Apple Music.from previous distributor is 0.005-0.01$, I ask they twice , they didn’t give me any explanation.

Don't use it!
Scam. First they show fast processing/distribution of your releases. But when your songs start getting streams, they suspend your account. The bad thing is they don’t notify you about this, you only know when you log in. Also they keep your releases on the platforms without taking them down. They want to steal your royalties as much as possible. No notice or response to this. Or they don’t dare to respond to me because I caught them doing it. EDIT: They replied my feedback saying they have contacted me. That's a lie. As I said, there has been no response, despite my attempts to reach out 3 times and sending emails to all the addresses they have LOL Using the excuse of "artificial streaming" is ridiculous. I've been in the music industry for over 5 years, don’t try to fool me. Everything is normal. They’re using "artificial streaming" as an excuse but still keeping my release up without taking it down LOL. Now I have to file a DMCA to stop them from stealing my songs. Edit 2: I hope people can see that they’re just trying to argue here and don’t care about user feedback. My releases are still live on the stores. Now they’re blaming me for using threatening language. It’s ridiculous. It’s like a thief stealing your money and then demanding you treat him well. If they only responded to "friendly" emails they would have replied to me from the first email. I was fine then. EDIT 3: They tried to cover up by reporting my review. It's embarrassing. My review is now verified by TrustPilot. Horus can't do anything about it. A warning to everyone who is considering using this distributor.

Not impressed
So far, not impressed. I made enquiries before signing up, asking what I thought were straightforward questions. Such as copyright issues with use of samples legitimately bought, and what the censorship policy was, etc. I did not even get a reply. It all seems geared toward convincing people churning out the same old same old that they have a chance. This is not rock ‘n’ roll. EDIT Got the response shown, which completely misses the point that I already did ‘reach out’ and contact Horus. So either that was ignored, or somehow vanished within their system. I’ve since read numerous reviews from others who are not at all happy, so I think I’ll make my own way.

They were initially very good, but about 10 months ago, suddenly in September, royalties dropped by around 70%. When I contacted them, they had one response: YouTube Red hasn't sent royalties since that time, and the royalties have been continuously declining.

Can't be faulted
I've been with Horus Music for a few years now and I've only got positives to share. The UI is super simple, the customer service is incredibly quick and efficient, and they're great value for money. I've not yet used any of their add-on features, but their standard features stand up against anyone's. I can highly recommend using them.

They don't distribute to instagram and facebook and not possible to get content IDs for your original tracks
I didn't care about the bad comments here and I continued and I was idealizing Horus in my mind for they have an Asian market and they have adding team member feature to manage my profiles... It was all good in theory but in practice, this is a huge disappointment. I released my first song and released as an album as I was inspired from this model: (see. Meduza - Pegasus album on Spotify, trustpilot didn't let me put links) And here is mine: (see FVRKAN - Anger) And although everything in this song is 100% original, they claimed because I released also extended mix, and because these are together in an album, sending these to Content ID is not possible and they sent me some unuseful Content ID rules which doesn't collide anything with what I submitted. They didn't send my song to instagram and facebook and yt content id by saying it goes against their policy. It's totally original, how it can go against their policy? They said if I released this track as one song then it would be possible for me to get Content ID. It's unbelievable. But in the first example I showed above, Meduza, has released their song like this and they have Content ID for their tracks, moreover they have Content IDs separately for their both tracks and they do both appear on Facebook and Instagram. Definitely do not use Horus.

They have a great support team in India & UK. after I started to work with Horus I did two new releases & those two tracks was playlisted by Spotify Editorial. We recently used Ralph Sayer to sell our flat in Edinburgh and buy our forever home. I cannot fault the service we received. We felt supported at every step and their service was impeccable. I was particularly struck by the personal level of service.We were able to speak with a member of the team at any time, no hanging around waiting for contact or information. Ralph Sayer
We recently used Ralph Sayer for the purchase of our new home and sale of our old property (both in Edinburgh) and we would definitely recommend them for both buying and selling. Ralph Sayer are very good at explaining the buying and selling procedures at the beginning which we found useful as we had not bought or sold for a long time. Their negotiation skills to get the best price with the seller of the property we eventually bought; and also the buyer of the property we sold, are excellent. They communicated quickly with us by phone, email and post on the negotiations and also timings for viewings with interested parties. They organised the inspection of the property we sold for the Home Report (Shepherds); the marketing brochure - photography, floor plans, property tour (Property Studios); and also the sales board; and the online visibility (ESPC, Rightmove, ralphsayer.com etc). The legal team is good at concluding missives and they dealt with any issues efficiently. The various professionals we dealt with at Ralph Sayer are very efficient, polite and we always thought that they were acting in our best interests.

Contacted them because my missives from Ralph Hendrie legal hadn’t been sent to me, I needed to activate my ten year warranty with them and the solicitors were no longer in business. It took one phone call and ivan took my details, sent me a form, and two days later he has activated my warranty. I had been panicking about this and how I was going to get hold of the documents so for him to make it this easy was amazing service. Will absolutely be my new solicitors from now on.
