Worst EVERYTHING
Worst service, worst customer experience, worst customer care reps, worst billing, worst back end team, worst invoicing process, WORST EVERYTHING. You will be forced to pay upfront and then god knows when will they deliver. They don't deliver as committed timelines and quantity. They rob your money by holding of part of the order nor do they return your money. No response when questioned on the missing items. Net net, don't waste your time, effort, money.

I feel, it's good app and really helped us a lot in buying medicines online. Medicines are available at a reasonable rates and delivery speed is good too. The app is easy to use and one can very easily track down the orders.

item did not arrive, 5 months late
Ordered respirator sensors for our baby (to use with Graseby MR10) on 23rd April and still not arrived. Last order was over 3 months late but not many places supply these so tried again knowing delivery is slow. This time, no response to our emails and no answer when calling. Terrible company considering these are medical supplies that are needed for health. Want a refund but I'm not going to hold my breath

It's been 3 months and still no item. My emails have been ignored since the week after purchase and there's been no resolution to the fact they've not even dispatched my item. I can't get through on the phone either. If you want to effectively flush your money down the toilet then by all means order from here but if, like me you prefer to spend money on tangible products that are useful then go elsewhere!

Sökte för ett vanligt dykintyg men trots upprepade påminnelser, mail och samtal har jag 8 månader senare fortfarande varken fått intyg eller avslag. De svarar inte på mail från mig men från andra som mailar. 900 kronor för att ödsla min tid. Nu har jag intyg från annan läkare.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from EyeMyEye taking advantage of promos they were incredibly inexpensive. Progressives, photo chromatic lenses and sunglasses. All have been accurately made and I am pleased with the frames. No virtual try on app makes it a bit challenging but mostly frames have been nicer than expected.

I had a very frustrating experience with eyemyeye, and I feel compelled to share it. While their product return process was quick and efficient, the refund process has been a nightmare. Despite their promise to process refunds within 10-12 days, I’ve been waiting far longer without any resolution.I’ve sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly, and even tried to call their customer care number only to find out it’s not working. The responses I did get to my emails were generic and didn’t address my concerns or provide any timeline for my refund.I wouldn’t recommend eyemyeye if you value good service and timely refunds and yes I'm still waiting for my refund

Paid for express delivery. They claimed my glasses were at their "shipping partner" for weeks. Next they claimed the packaged was lost. Took another week or so of daily prises of a refund to finally get it. Ordered October 1st, refunded November 3rd. Wasted a month and hours on chat. No glasses.

Affordable. Acetate frames did not feel as expected
I paid $0 for the frames, $5 for the lenses and $6 for shipping. This is ridiculously affordable for prescription glasses. My single vision prescription was accurate. The frame size also seems to be in line with the dimensions offered on the website. The material is described as acetate on the website. This may be true - I can't say for sure. I will note that the frames are noticeably lighter, and less substantial than other acetate frames I've tried. They are thick frames, but it's almost as if they're hollow, if you can imagine that. I might have guessed that they were just regular plastic. It's possible that this is just the style of this particular frame.

I love them! They fit great, the script is perfect, they look cute and are exactly what I ordered. Shipping took like 3 weeks but for virtually free glasses it was worth it imo!

I wouldn’t use this service again. For starters you get given your swabs to send back to Auckland, then they send it to Australia which takes a month or so. They never gave me paper work to send back with my swabs. It was a good thing I emailed them otherwise my swabs and all wouldn’t have been done. It took over 2 months to get results. For almost $400 you may as well use ancestry it takes less than a week to get to Ireland than EasyDna to get to Australia. There has to be better services then this :)

After hearing the vet's estimate of over $300 for the test, we opted to give the EasyDNA test a shot. The experience was wonderful, and they delivered the results just as they promised. which gave us a list of allergen-free based on the intolerances reaction. This unique service wasn't offered by any other company that we came across. All in all, it was a fantastic service that didn't break the bank.

DO NOT USE FOR YOUR ANIMAL. Despite being a NZ website, my dog intolerance test came from Australia. I should have trusted my gut and immediately asked for a refund. My test has been sitting in customs for over a week, sent an email four days ago which hasn't been acknowledged (let alone a useful reply). Feel like I've been scammed. I've emailed again asking for a refund but doubt I'm going to see either a test result or my money back.

Sneaky fees
This company proclaims loudly on their front page that you pay a fixed fee for a DNA test, with no hidden or extra charges. They then bury in their Terms & Conditions that you will need to pay an additional $85 if you do not return a sample within 3 months of paying for the pack. This is a disgusting practice. If there are potential additional fees, have them in the same place you proclaim there are no extra fees. No explanation on what the extra cost is either. I returned a sample 2 weeks later than their cutoff. I prepaid for the pack, so I had to pay the additional $85 or lose my initial $309 I paid for the kit.

No aftercare or keeping in touch after surgery
Can not recommend. Clinic's customer service after operation is non existing! No control check times are given, no keeping in touch after surgery. The clinic's offer and instructions talk about after surgery control checkups, but the reality is, there is none. You pay for nothing. I never got an answer why was i not given any post-op checkup times, instead the client coordinator wrote to me how "many women prefers not to come to the aftercare appointment", which seems very odd thing to say, and certainly is not a reason not to take care of your patients. It feels like they are only interest from your money. I suggest go somewhere else, where patients are actually been taken care of. UPDATE: fixed the date of experience. Operation happened in aug 21st.

The reason for 2 star is for quality…
The reason for 2 star is for quality and communication style and level of expertise as far as fat transfer. The doctor did a good job with liposuction - only positive point to give. minimal scars etc. However, the results did not last at all and the money spent on the procedure was basically wasted. The operation was double or more the time and that cant be very good for someone's health either. The patient needs to be made aware of and given a choice. It felt more of just getting it over with and retrieving one's money. There are better and safer non-surgical alternatives out there to achieving more permanent results. The doctor's communication style was unique as well. Numerous inspections were conducted and in areas, that were not needed, leaving question marks regarding someone's dignity. Something to def. watch out for.

Pressured to move my dad into memory care
My dad had already been diagnosed with dementia when he moved into assisted living at Brightview Fair Oaks and I always expected that he would eventually end up in their memory care unit. What I did not expect was Brightview’s management team making me feel very pressured into moving my dad to memory care before I thought it was appropriate. I felt like they were argumentative and abrasive in their meeting with me, and their reasons for wanting to move him were alarming and scary. I wish I had known at the time that as a family member you have the right to see the staff’s written reports about your loved one, you don’t have to take management’s word for it. In my case, I installed a video camera in my dad’s room which proved to me that their assessments of him were not accurate. They added unnecessary additional stress and worry to what is already an incredibly hard thing to go through, and they made me fearful because I could no longer trust them. I removed my dad from Brightview’s care as quickly as I could and he is now living in a new community.

Vegro: fout in systeem? Of gewoon te lui...?
Ik belde Vegro om af te spreken dat ze een geleend hooglaag bed zouden komen leveren. Dit was afgesproken met de huisarts. Maar het bericht van Vegro was dat er een melding in het systeem kwam dat er 'geen actieve zorgverzekering' zou zijn. Dat klopt niet want ik heb wel degelijk een actieve zorg.verz., maar men wist verder ook niet waardoor dat kwam. Ik kreeg het advies om contact te zoeken met mijn zorgverzekeraar. Daar ingelogd bleek alles uiteraard helemaal in orde. Sterker nog, ik kon het bed via de site van mijn zorgverzekeraar gewoon bij Vegro regelen. Laat ik het er maar op houden dat er bij Vegro een fout in het systeem zit waar ik (en wie weet ook anderen) de dupe van zijn geworden,....Want anders zou ik denken dat de medewerker gewoon te lui was om me te helpen...

Slechte afhaalservice
Goedemiddag, zojuist heb ik telefonisch contact gehad met Vegro. Dit ivm een bezorging waarbij er NIET is aangebeld of aangeklopt maar wel briefje door de deur is gedaan. Mijn partner en ik zijn de hele dag thuis geweest. We mogen nog niet eens naar buiten met onze kindjes. Telefonisch ben ik zojuist ook niet goed geholpen. Ik kon niet verbonden worden met een klachtenfunctionaris. Ze gaf aan dat er geen kosten zitten aan het inplannen van ophalen leen goederen . Online zag ik dat dit wel zo was. Vroeg aan de dame of ze dit dan per mail wilde bevestigen dat we hier geen kosten voor kregen. Kon ze ook niet doen. De naam van chauffeur kon ze ook niet geven terwijl ze ervoor na gevraagd zou hebben bij hem over de levering, diegene zegt 3 keer te hebben aangebeld (onze bel is echt niet te missen en deze is niet afgegaan). Ze wilde me niet verder helpen behalve nieuwe afhaal afspraak geven (wellicht dus met kosten) en ze gaf me het mailadres kwaliteit@vegro punt nl

Wauw. De rolstoel van mijn vader overgenomen. Had na 6 jaar service nodig. En moest ik als klant van Dordt naar Assen worden over gezet. Prima. Maar de fijne rolstoel komt uit de UK en na brexit is dat een beetje een drama vwb onderdelen. Van 3 weken naar 2 dagen, en dan kan ie weer een hele tijd mee. Ik ook hoop ik. Hele slechte klantenservice
Onlangs hebben wij tot onze grote verrassing een factuur ontvangen met een aanzienlijk bedrag voor de huur van bedverhogingsblokken die wij via uw zorgwinkel hebben geleend. Wij willen hierbij onze onvrede uiten over de gang van zaken rondom de facturering en de wijze waarop onze situatie is behandeld door uw medewerkers. Voor de geboorte van ons zoontje hebben wij deze blokken in bruikleen gekregen, met de mededeling dat wij deze enige tijd konden gebruiken. Rond de uitgerekende datum ontvingen wij echter de sleutels van ons nieuwe koophuis, wat een zeer drukke periode met zich meebracht. Naast de verhuizing moesten er talloze administratieve en financiële zaken geregeld worden, evenals alle voorbereidingen rondom de komst van onze baby. In deze hectiek is het doorgeven van ons adreswijziging aan uw zorgwinkel helaas over het hoofd gezien. De nieuwe bewoners hebben ons pas enkele dagen geleden op de hoogte gebracht van deze rekeningen, waardoor wij totaal niet eerder wisten dat de blokken teruggebracht hadden moeten worden. Op het moment dat wij dit ontdekten, zijn wij direct naar uw zorgwinkel gegaan in de hoop dat er begrip zou zijn voor deze situatie. Tot onze teleurstelling werd er echter geen enkel begrip getoond, noch door de medewerkers in de winkel, noch door de klantenservice. Er werd enkel gesteld dat dit onze eigen verantwoordelijkheid is, zonder ook maar enige bereidheid om mee te denken over een redelijke oplossing. Van een zorgwinkel hadden wij op zijn minst verwacht dat er rekening gehouden zou worden met persoonlijke omstandigheden en dat er enige vorm van coulance mogelijk zou zijn. Wij zijn heel erg teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van dit bedrijf en zullen ieder dan ook afraden om hier spullen te lenen. Mocht er door persoonlijke omstandigheden iets verkeerd gaan, dan blijven ze zich heel strikt vasthouden aan bepaalde richtlijnen. Gezien mijn eigen werkervaring bij klantenservice van een ander groot bedrijf, ben ik gewend om klantvriendelijker en welwillender om te gaan met situaties zoals deze. Het bedrag voor bruikleen is bovendien ontzettend hoog, dus de rekening is enorm!

Op 22-01-2025 een bij Vergro gekochte ter reparatie aangeboden.
Op 22-01-2025 een bij Vergro gekochte rolstoel in Lisse gebracht ter reparatie omdat er een schroef uit de rugspanner was verdwenen. Na 10 dagen gebeld dat de monteur ziek was en de stoel daarom naar de fabriek werd teruggestuurd. Na ca. een week teruggebeld dat de reparatie going plaatsvinden en alles onder de volledige garantie viel. Ca.14-02-2025 zelf gebeld hoe het er nu mee stond, antwoord was dat het onderdeel binnen was en hij snel klaar zou zijn. 25-02-2025 factuur ontvangen voor reparatiekosten, na gebeld te hebben bleek dit een vergissing te zijn en op mijn vraag wanneer hij nu eens klaar zou zijn omdat de nota blijkbaar wel gereed was kreeg ik geen duidelijk antwoord. Vandaag 27-02-2025 maar weer eens gebeld of ik de stoel eindelijk eens op kon komen halen, weer een onduidelijk antwoord van een weinig empathische vrouw die vond dat ik niet de enigste was en ze het nogal druk hadden. Ik wacht het nu maar weer af maar zet Vegro niet bij mijn favorieten,ik ben er wel klaar mee.

1e aankoop paar jaar geleden vriendelijke verkoopster die een rollator Pegasus Carbon Turbo ons verkocht. Wij staan altijd voor u klaar werd er nog bijgezet. Inmiddels had ik voor mijzelf hulpmiddelen nodig voor een knieoperatie welke 24-02-2025 heeft plaats gevonden. Krukken, urinaal (automatisch lekvrij inhoud 1 liter) en de schoonmaakborstel gekocht, contant. De krukken zijn prima maar nog lastig in gebruik. Na de operatie de volgende dag naar huis en 's-nachts de urinaal moeten gebruiken maar bij rond de 500cc begon de boel te lekken en te overstromen. Daar wordt je dan midden in de nacht niet blij van want de hele vloer werd natuurlijk nat. Dan probeer je nog zo goed en zo kwaad als het kan de boel beetje te drogen en dan maar gebruik te maken van het toilet. Klacht via het formulier opgenomen met Vegro maar de volgende ochtend nog geen reactie. Het gaat om hulpmiddelen voor mensen die dat nodig hebben. Maar goed, dan de telefoon maar gebruiken. Nou daar worden we dan ook niet blij van, het eerste wat je te horen krijgt is dat ze dat nog nooit hebben meegemaakt en ik het verkeerd had gedaan met het klepje. De betreffende dame begreep er totaal niets van want ik had gelijk verteld dat het om een urinaal ging die niet lekt en rond de € 65,- heeft gekost. Ik moest er maar mee naar de winkel dan zouden ze daar er wel naar kijken. Ik had ook nog een extra rollator nodig om i.p.v. de krukken te gebruiken want in de slaapkamer was er meer ruimte gemaakt zodat ik daar ook met een rollator kon lopen want dat gaat u makkelijker dan met krukken. Maar nee hoor, totaal geen empathie voor de situatie en ben ik maar gestopt met het gesprek want ik voel me niet lekker en nu helemaal niet meer. Slechte klantenservice en voor ons nooit geen Vegro meer en gaan we andere ook zeker niet aanraden. Inmiddels is de klacht netjes opgelost daar zijn we blij mee.

Waardeloos! Bespotelijk
Deze organisatie is totaal respectloos, Geen ster waard! Waardeloos! Dit ook nog op deze manier omgaan met behoeftige mensen: oude mensen, zieke mensen die nogal vergeten, mensen die de dag moeilijk door kunnen komen, die met de computer niet kunnen omgaan, mensen die steun nodig hebben en het niet uren en dagen lang aan de telefon met hen kunnen zitten bellen om een onjuiste factuur ongedaan te maken. Ook nog 4 weken wachten op hun antwoord die maar niet kwam, ip daarvan viel een factuur op de deurmaat. Tot de bloeddruk nog hoger en hoger gaat stijgen van de zoveel spaningen veroorzaakt door deze waardeloze praktijk. Ik herken alle ervaringen die in andere reviews gelezen heb. Ze komen de afspraken niet na, ze negeren de emails. Het automatisch omzetten van het lenen in het huren ondanks dat je het aangaf dat je het niet wil. Ik heb het idee dat ze dat bewust doen om maat te te verdienen. Ik belde ze allang vantenvoren om ze te vragen hoe lang ik de spullen nog kan lenen. Ze zeiden dat ik voor die tijd een brief zal krijgen. Maar ik kan de spullen ook huren, na die tijd, zeiden ze. Meteen gaf ik aan dat ik ze absoluut niet ga huren. Ik stond aldoor op die brief te wachten maar er kwam geen brief. In hun email staat dat de leenperiode is BIJNA voorbij. In de tweede email las ik weer hetzelfde zin: BIJNA voorbij, terwijl de leenperiode 3 weken geleden al VOORBIJ was. Vervolgens krijg ik een factuur van 8 keer hoger dan ik de spullen nieuw ergens had gekocht. Stel je voor als ik niet na 3 weken had gebeld, had ik voor de oude wc pot van hen net zo veel moeten betalen als ik een tweedehands auto had aangeschaft. Ze negeren de emails Bespottelijk! Wanneer 6 maanden de leenperiode voorbij is en de zorverzekering niet meer willen betalen, ze op de rug van kwetsbare mensen willen verdienen. Imoreel, asociaal gedrag!, Helemaal gezien de doelgroep, zou ze op zijn minst kunnen bellen en vragen of je de spullen verder wil houden, dan wel huren. Maar nee, ze schrijven je niet eens een brief! Het gaat hier niet om een redelijke huurprijsje. Het gaat hier om honderde euro's voor het huren van een oude wc pot!!!. Ze declareren ook nog iedere maand 51 euro bij mijn zorgverzekering voor een trippelstoel. De trippelstoel mag ik onbeperkt lenen. Hoe naief moet een zorgverzekering zijn om 51 euro per maand, misschien levenslang aan zulke praktijken te vergoeden! Reken maar uit! 600 euro per jaar. Binnen 20 jaar gaan ze 12000 euro verdienen aan het lenen van trippelstoel!!! Dit is te gek voor worden om zulke oplichtingspraktijken in ons land langer te tolereren! Hebben wij hier niets in de wet (autoriteit) die deze praktijk moet controleren en stoppen? Maar ik beloof jullie dat dit spel is voorbij. Wij hebben wel rechters in ons land.

This is legit! I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review but I’ve been scammed by others and I appreciate this company so much. Their honesty and efficiency, and quality product. You are provided with a tracking # and doesn’t take long (depending on your location). You aren’t charged immediately until they contact you to confirm. If you’re looking for someplace to find your meds , look no further. This is the only place I’ve found to be legit. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I just received my second order!

Genericmedzonline.com is a total Scam/Fraud RX website. The same scammers also operate several other RX websites. But if I list them Trustpilot will delete this review. Anyway They use Google Voice tel# and claim to have USA addresses that are not real. Your CC will be denied (even though it was never charged) it’s just a gimmick. Then you will get a text or email that payment has to be made by giftcard or bitcoin. Make sure you notify your Creditcard company as they will also sell your info. Its all a SCAM / AVOID. I have no doubt all the positive reviews on here are fake.

Beware or returns policy
I ordered some compression socks, using the provided size charts and measuring guide, chose the correct size. Delivery was very efficient. Out of the box, they looked very wide but you can't know how they will fit until you try them on. I tried them on and they were massive. The only compression was at the ankle and the elastic by the knee, the whole way up the leg it was very loose, providing no compression whatsoever. I phoned to arrange return and was told that I couldn't because I tried them on and I should have looked at the size chart and ordered the correct size! The returns policy only mentions you can't return items that have been worn which is fair enough, but they interpret this to include trying it on once! Ordering from them was a very expensive mistake for me. And since I still need to order multiple replacement pairs will gladly give my money to a more reputable company next time.

Diabolical Company!! Avoid at all costs.. A prescription was ordered for me by the NHS from this company and I paid the full prescription charge to Daylong.. The order was chased up several times and still took 8 weeks to arrive!! and to top it all was incorrect.. The NHS nurse reordered the product for me. Two weeks after the second order was made Daylong contacted me to pay a further prescription charge.. I tried to explain that the first order was wrong and was returned without a refund therefore I shouldn't have to pay again.. The extremely rude female senior 'customer service' person insisted I should pay again and when I said I wouldn't pay twice for one prescription the conservation became heated and I was advised my order which the company had already had for two weeks will be returned to the NHS! Reviews of this company's customer service are also very damming on FB

Order doesn't turn up with no communication
I ordered a medical stocking, but when this turned out to be too tight ordered another from the same brand. The first one arrived fine, but the second was nowhere to be seen 8 days later. The company didn't bother to let me know in 8 days that they did not have stock of a medical product ordered on 48 hours tracked delivery service. No communication from the, no messages. When I called up, the manager Helen was rude, did not even bother to apologise "for the inconvenience". She proceeded to hang up on me in about 5 seconds claiming "bad line", though ot was completely fine for the previous junior manager. When I called back and asked why she hung up, she offered to play back the recording, but refused to send it, and didn't play it back either. I recommend this investigated internally to improve customer service, currently extremely poor. Products happen to come out of stock, but communication with the customers must be in place for mitigation. Also, a refund on an undelivered product is a shop's obligation, not a kind offer, as Daylong's customer service purports. I will never buy from this outlet again and advise others with medical needs to stay clear. The delays and lack of reliability are not worth it.

Worst customer service and website has…
Worst customer service and website has errors that should be reported to trading standards! GP recommended I wear compression leggings so I went onto the Daylong site to purchase some. Used their guide to properly measure myself in 3 places to ensure correct fit, even though its a boxed product. Size Guide said waist circumference 106-140cm should purchase 4XL, so I purchased 2 pair of leggings (one beige and one black) per THEIR sizing instructions. On arrival the garments looked very small but I appreciate they are compression so will appear this way. I verified box says 4XL however, garment itself says XL and specifies on the waist label ‘waist circumference 77cm-87cm). I immediately stopped unwrapping, took photos and reported it to Daylong expecting to hear a ‘sorry about that, we messed up, will send correct size, please return to us…etc’. Nope, instead the Customer Service team NEVER apologised, and insisted I read the box sizing wrong??? What kind of Customer Service school did these people go to? I sent photos with evidence of website sizing guide, garment label, boxes, all the evidence a company could need!!! They refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, but are supposedly sending me a returns number so I can pay my OWN postage to get the bulk of m my purchase price back and nowt more. Seriously, the WORST customer service experience and the most appalling experience of being told they accept no wrongdoing. These people sell medical-grade garments - you’d think they had at least a little bit of empathy and education on how to treat customers. In the meantime, I will just have to take my evidence to Trading Standards to ensure they get reported because the goods do not match sizing standards on their own website for this product and they seem to have no intention of correcting their compliance violations in this regard.

Daylong refusal to allow me to add a review on their site
This is my first ever review online. It is well outside my comfort zone because I am not that good on computers, but the issues are too important not to make the effort. I have asked 3 times for Daylong to send me a link so that I could l leave a review of Medi compression stockings on their site. They have not done so. In 2017 I had my third hospital treatment for varicose veins. Afterwards I was advised to wear Class 2 thigh high compression stockings instead of the socks I had been using. I had found that Activa and other stockings supported by suspender belts were horrendously uncomfortable and would make my life miserable. But I had once had a pair of self support stockings bought in France and they were very comfortable. I searched for this type of stocking and found Medi Duomed Class 2 Thigh stockings with a topband. They were very comfortable and from 2017 to 2020 Daylong supplied me by prescription and buying extras. In 2020, the stockings were supplied with a fault. I put one on and the top band immediately rolled up tightly. It would be impossible to wear at all. Others were not so bad, but I knew they were faulty. However I wore them hoping the problem would soon be put right. I contacted Daylong explaining the problem and sending them photos. They contacted Medi and I answered all their questions about correct size, build up of residues, type of detergent, etc and Medi sent me a replacement pair. One of the replacement stockings went into a tight roll at the top. The other was faulty but not so bad. I returned them with notes. My contact at Medi told me that she had not seen the stockings but she had been told that they had no fault. The ulcer on my ankle returned. I had not had this for a number of years. The pain, lack of sleep and disruption to my usual life was horrible. I had treatment at the medical centre for a month and was then referred to the hospital's Ulcer Clinic. They prescribed Haddenham stockings which are comfortable. My ulcer has healed and I have returned to my usual life, well Covid life. I know how important compression stockings are to people with leg circulatory problems, and tried to leave a review on the Daylong site. I failed and phoned reception. She said that I would need a link so that I could leave a review using Feefo. She would ask for one to be emailed to me. Nothing happened so I emailed my usual contact asking for the link to be sent to me. Next day I was told that Technical Services could not send it because I had not set up an account with them. I emailed again asking that she take the matter to the Chief Executive. I reminded her that they had been supplying me with the Medi stockings, by prescription and purchase, for about 3 years. The reply said that my request had been seen by a senior member of staff and I could not be emailed a link. As a gesture of goodwill a discount code had been set up entitling me to 20% off an order total. I will not be buying from them again. Blocking a negative review from a site is so bad for possible customers. It is worse when their lives can be so badly affected by a poor product. Best wishes to all you compression stocking wearers.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. Ordered on 22nd March and more than 5 weeks later still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed several times and been told they are a bit behind with orders and my order will be with me within a week. Suspect they never really checked what was actually happening with the order. Have come to the conclusion it’s never coming so have cancelled and asked for a refund. Let’s hope that arrives.

Don’t bother wasting your time
They claim same day dispatch and 2-5 days for delivery. I chased up after 8 days and was told they have a backlog and I could cancel if I wanted. I asked if they could send it next-day delivery and they said they don’t offer that service but I ‘should’ receive it by the end of the week. Following day they sent me a cancellation email saying I’d request the order to be cancelled. I did not. How they are still operating is a mystery.

very unprofessional
first appointment therapist was 10 min late to 30 min appointment. virtual appointment. we liked the therapist and set another appointment, but she never logged on, never sent a cancellation notice, just ghosted us. I paid copay before the appointment time and have not been refunded and have made multiple attempts to contact the therapist and the billing department by phone and through client portal.

Waste of time and money
Although I felt positive going into this, as the psychiatrist came off compassionate - I am sorely disappointed. I explained that I always felt that I had ADHD symptoms since I was a kid and it's made it hard to function as an adult. I wanted to take a test and was told that there are different types of ADHD, and that they would determine what kind through an online test. I questioned the legitimacy of it since it was online, but figured that it was worth a shot. The test was riddled with potential for false results. Between the simplicity of it and the fact that internet connection could show my responses as delayed - I just didn't understand how they were going to get any comprehensive results out of this. Well, of course, I get my results and they are "inconclusive" and showed signs for "malingering." I want legitimate, accurate results, so of course I would not have tampered with it by altering it or fabricating my responses. They don't allow you to retake the test without payment ($200) and told me I would have to be referred to a neuropsychologist. Well, most of the NP's are either not in my network or completely out of my budget (charging $1,000+). So now, I am out $200 (not including what I was charged for my psych sessions), without any answers, and no next steps. I am unable to get a refund. I would avoid this place and try your best to find an in-person clinic instead.

Incorrectly diagnosed
I was given an incorrect diagnosis by a provider. I contacted Foresight multiple times and was told that they would review documents and then decide if I was diagnosed incorrectly. I requested documentation to prove the diagnostic criteria I met for the diagnosis given and they would review the files. Only after I told them I could just reach out to a government entity would they respond to me. Now I cannot access any documentation or records on my portal.

Steer clear - horrible company
Very unresponsive company. I've not seen a provider in 6+ months, but am still navigating issues with billing and invoice. Foresight does not respond to messages, phone calls, or voicemails. Last person I spoke to, over three months ago, said a manager would call me back to resolve - surprise, they never did! I'm now receiving invoices via email asking for payment, though I have paid for these appointments previously. Additionally, I was never refunded when a provider no showed to my appointment (payment was provided while checking in) and I was also charged for an appointment that never occurred after my provider left Foresight - so totally unacceptable and obvious errors on their end. Very frustrating experience and feel like I'm being scammed at this point - I almost want to pay just to put an end to this experience but can't believe the lack of communication and accurate record keeping on their end. Look anywhere else for mental health services.

The WORST
I was with PACT ATLANTA before they changed to Foresight. Prior to the change I had no problems, knew everything that was going on with my care, and trusted my providers. With the change it has been a nightmare. Let’s start with the fact that I have been refused a refill of my medications several times. A medication I cannot go without. I get the run-around every time I try to talk to someone. Nikki specifically is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She blamed me for all the problems and would not listen to anything I had to say. She also had the audacity to say she understood what I was going through because she “studied it”. There is absolutely no communication with this new staff, and I’ve had to call and send multiple messages several times to get any sort of answer. My previous provider left the company and I got switched to another without any sort of notice. This new provider (whom I have only spoken to once) is making decisions for my care without knowing the basics of it. I absolutely hate this place and will be looking for new care as soon as I’m able to

Unethical practices by doctor turned into corporate puppet.
I had been with the psychiatrist Todd Antin for 15 years at a place called PACT Atlanta, and his practice was bought out by Foresight. So, my former doctor is now nothing but a puppet for a corporation. I was forthcoming about getting some pain medication from another doctor because of a serious injury. A couple weeks later I got a frantic phone call from Dr Antin and he stopped all treatment and cut our relationship because of it. He would not listen to reason. Now I'm frantically trying to find a new psychiatrist who will fill my meds before they run out, making his actions completely inconscienable. He was freaking out about Foresight sending the DEA to investigate him. I know I've done nothing wrong, so his affairs must not be in order. Do not trust Foresight.

The provider I have is great but the corporation makes you hold forever to talk to someone who transfers you to another hold time... and the only way to reschedule or check if they take insurance (my insurance changed) is to call. Useless gigantic corporation that has cut costs when they are probably raking in profits.

One of the single worst experiences…
One of the single worst experiences with a professional since I was misdiagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and nearly died. Thinking I was going to get help, it was only making a very bad situation worse. I wanted to die. Nov, 2019 I was in the process of needing to take a leave of absence from my job to focus on my mental health. Since Kaiser couldn’t take me for at least 3 months, they recommended a company called Magellan, who referred me to Foresight San Jose. Upon my first visit Jan 2020, I made it clear to Omar that I needed assistance with the necessary paperwork to provide to Lincoln Financial so that I can go ahead with my leave and in his words he said, 'no problem'. I had never taken a leave, let a lone went out on disability. For the next 30 days and the next 3 visits, between my employer, Lincoln Financial, Kaiser and Foresight, I was running in a viscous circle on the daily. Waking up to emails and phone calls in turn making phone calls, sending emails and going down to Kaiser for help, getting nowhere. I was nearing using up all my PTO and was now desperate to have someone help me. I continued to request my medical records, again, not knowing that all I needed was a certification of health and a treatment plan. I assumed Kaiser, my employer, Lincoln Financial OR Foresight knew exactly what was needed, it was apparent no one knew because no one told me until the absolute end of this horrible process. Needless to say, Lincoln Financial had reached out to Foresight to no avail on several occasions. I was begging someone to help me as if I was begging for my life. I ended up using up all 31 one days I had accumulated in total, I could have used that money. I messaged Omar 15 times between Jan 25 and Feb 18 to no avail. On Feb 18, I finally emailed every person I could on Foresight portal and I finally heard back from a woman named Victoria. Victoria had assured me that Omar was not in compliance and would address this with him as when someone requests their medical records there’s a 14 day grace period that had been exceeded. Victoria called me back on Feb 19, I saw her call coming through and felt I needed to take it with hopes I could finally get some resolve. What she didn't know is that I was in pre-op at Kaiser getting prepped for surgery. Here I was sitting in my gown, needle in my arm, scared, taking all that I could take up until this point. Her final words to me telling me that Omar wasn't actually a therapist. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I wasn’t sure what difference it made when it came to a certificate of health and treatment plan which again, I didn’t know that’s all that was needed as of yet. I told her that I called the State of California to certify his credentials and see if there were any complaints against Omar or Foresight so what she was telling me did not make any sense. On Feb 21, I ended up paying out of pocket to see another therapist by way of referral. I saw her on a Friday at 4:00p and by 7:00p that same night I was back paid my disability and she had filed the appropriate paperwork with Lincoln Financial. It took this therapist 3 hours to do what my employer, Lincoln Financial, Foresight and Kaiser combined, could do in 30 days. I would also add that I didn’t know that state disability is filed separately until about half way through thinking well why do I need to deal with Lincoln Financial at all? It was very very very confusing. If I now understand it all correctly, I had to file a claim with Lincoln Financial so that I could retain my employment status. But even that wasn’t clear from any one party. If you go to the same person twice, they don't tell you the same thing. It's crazy. Isn't that these peoples job? Even just sitting here writing this is upsetting and drudges anxiety. Fast forward a year and I receive an email to my inbox on Feb 22, 2021 from someone named Jasmyn E Titled: 'Hi, F*** You' with the subject line: 'RE: Message from F*** You for Foresight Mental Health'. I sent this to the CEO and Director of HR but haven't heard anything since which seems typical. And that is why I decided to leave this review, to warn others. These people nearly ruined what was left of me when I came to them. I'm still recovering from not just the experience that brought me to therapy, but this experience as well.

SCAMMERS!!! All good doctors and their entire teams left, only a**holes left. Ontop of which, they will never pick up your call nor call you back; your subscription goes to waste, you cant get any more scripts. The doctors now treat you like sh**t verbally. If you have in any way invested money into this sh**t hole of a scam, then i suggest contacting your solicitor straight away as I am. These people have been sued before, extremely shady place. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!

An Awful Experience With Travel Medi
I had a Tummy Tuck and Breast Reduction and Lift and Unfortunately my experience with TRAVEL MEDI wasn’t great .. After surgery and 6 months post op I’m left with a large amount of fat still on my stomach , my belly button is off centre , my breasts are completely different sizes , and my nipples are in different places .. I also asked for a particular surgeon and this was agreed , when I paid for my flights I was suddenly told the surgeon couldn’t operate on me due to my BMI , (but was told this was ok before hand) I was given another surgeon and presumed naively that my surgery performed was ok .. my drains were taken out in Turkey (I feel too soon) and returning home my incision opened up and was getting infected (turning green) my co-ordinator with travel medi kept telling me to cover it up, even tho my incision was getting more infected I was then advised by my doctor in England to go to the hospital and was kept in for ten days and put on a drip due to an infection. and seroma .. I was given no support by the company and was waiting 5 weeks for reply’s from them .. They have been extremely rude , unsympathetic and very unprofessional throughout the time I started having problems and now have to get new surgery to correct everything

I recently had a consultation at the Newcastle clinic, on booking, the receptionist (which was simply a sales person) spent 99% of the call trying to sell me a treatments package which I batted off as I hadn't actually seen a doctor yet, I was then pressured to pay for the non refundable consultation over the phone, which foolishly I did at the cost of £135. I attended the consultation and before I had even sat down, there was a cream already on the desk which to no surprise i had to buy and use pre-treatment at the cost of £25. I was told the consultation would last 30 minutes, and they were right! 20 minutes of that was the Dr (also a GP) asking me basic questions while he filled in an electronic form and talking me through a consent form, all of which I could have done very easily online. The remaining 10 minutes was largely the Dr explaining how many treatments I would need and how much they cost - £135 for 10 minutes work aint bad! I asked to pay for the cream at reception on my way out and i was told not to... more on that later! The very next day I had an email asking me to call the office to pay for the cream over the phone and no surprise, there was more pressure for me to book treatments in the email. I respectfully declined the opportunity to pay over the phone and requested an invoice/ online payment method... I have now (3 days after the consultation) been threatened with the bill "going down the collection route". Absolutely appalling customer experience and they made no effort to hide the fact that it is all about getting those non refundable treatments booked regardless if you have even seen the doctor. Its all about your money, not you!!

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS
I attended the London clinic for sclerotherapy treatment on my legs. During the session the Dr persuaded me to have thermavein treatment on my face- even though I informed him I would be in the sun for the rest of that day. He assured me it would be fine to have sun exposure so quickly after the treatment. But of course it was not! Even by the end of the day, the sun had caused scarring on my face and I still have the scars a year later. That same day Sarah from customer services called to say she had lost my bank card details (which if they were a bank I could sue them for doing) so needed me to give the details again. I told them the treatment had gone badly & I needed some help. They refused to offer any assistance until I paid & have continued to harass me for a year now for payment, insisting they would not offer any assistance until I paid for the appointment. Their debt collector Gavin has been extremely aggressive with me on the phone and I have had to ask him to stop shouting at me. 4 months ago I sought a second opinion regarding the scars and the medic confirmed they were caused by being in the sun so soon after treatment. A year on I still have the scars on my face and the clinic is still aggressively chasing me for payment.
