Ladri patetici, ho ordinato un paio di scarpe che non mi sono mai arrivate, ordinate il 14/05/23, non sono mai arrivate morti di fame, ladri morti di fame

Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe l'11/03/2023 e ad oggi al 07/04/2023 ancora lo stato dell'ordine non è cambiato. Ho provato a contattarli in tutti i modi ma senza l'ombra di una risposta, anzi se qualcuno può darmi una mano molto volentieri

TRUFFA e Mi hanno dato una Air Jordan falsa di bassa qualità per 225 euro e ho chiesto il reso mi hanno fatto pagare 15 euro a DHL e hanno ricevuto le scarpe e nessuno risponde per restituirmi i soldi. Voglio intraprendere un'azione legale per riavere i miei soldi. eng: FAKEEE, SCAM and They gave me a fake low-quality Air Jordan for 225 euros and I asked for a return they made me pay 15 euros to DHL and they received the shoes and no one is responding to give me my money back. I want to take legal action to get my money back.

Da evitare come la peste, spero che chiudano e paghino qualche multa. Vendono merce contraffatta che spacciano per originale. Sul loro sito garantiscono l'autenticità dei prodotti, ma a me sono arrivate delle Air Jordan 1 palesemente false. In casa ne abbiamo diverse paia, tutte originali e sappiamo riconoscerle. L'assistenza clienti non esiste, al numero indicato non si degna di rispondere nessuno, e nemmeno per mail. Sul sito (purtroppo ho letto solo dopo questa cosa) garantiscono il "reso gratuito" entro i 14 gg dall'acquisto, cosa illegale, poichè deve essere, al limite, entro i 14 gg dal ricevimento della merce. Ho effettuato l'acquisto di un paio di Jordan per la modica cifra di 225 euro il 29.12.2022, ho ricevuto le scarpe il 20.01.2023, nessuno ha risposto alle mie richieste di reso. Vergognosi! NB. Acquistate solo sui siti che offrono Paypal come sistema di pagamento, che è una garanzia di serietà.

Le sneakers sono con rifiniture pessime ,il logo Jordan sul tallone è coperto dalla cucitura bassa,la suola quasi inesistente di colore bianco e non nero,i fori dei passanti non sono presenti più altri dettagli molto visibili e per finire mi ha inviato la scatola aperta rotta da montare ...è la prima volta che mi capita , poi invio un messaggio di lamentela e mi spedisce un messaggio su WhatsApp insultandomi per l'accaduto come se fossi stato io a causarlo no commento complimenti per la professionalità

I placed an order on February 9 for a ring. The order is still processing, hasn’t been shipped, still waiting tracking confirmation. I don’t know where these customers are sending the satisfied reviews, as I have not even received a shipping confirmation let alone the product I ordered, not to mention the fact you already have my money. I have tried to call, the phone number that I found just rings, I have also sent a message, which has not been replied to. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would like a full refund! However, can’t seem to figure out how to get that because no one will reply! I think all these reviews are Explicit Word scam

Got a bracelet for my husband and it was too big. A couple of emails to a very lovely lady and got a smaller replacement. No fuss or bother. Wonderful company to deal with. My thanks to them

My wife was very happy with the ring I chose for her. I had the first letters of the names of all the dogs we have owned since we met that have passed over the Rainbow Bridge, so it is very sentimental. It is a great value in today's economy. The quality is good, and it arrived in the promised time and my questions were answered promptly via email. I will recommend them highly and will probably buy from them again.

The worst! I put in an order 30 January. I paid extra for delivery and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I emailed them twice and called a few times and I never get an answer in return. Do not waste your time or ever order from here!

I appreciated the “ships in X days” descriptor of each item on the website as it ensured that I could receive my item by the date that I required. I wish that there was an option to select multiple “ships in X days” instead only being restricted to one per filter. The product arrived in a timely manner, was in excellent condition and was very beautiful. The sizing was inaccurate - I ordered a size 38 (US size 10) since it was the smallest size available, as I normally wear US size 6/8 for the top. The top that was sent was almost too tight despite it being larger than my usual size. I knew that the skirt would be slightly too big but the skirt was unusually too large despite being only 1 size too big. I was able to fix this issue by taking in the band myself. The skirt length was perfect even (my height 5’8” + 3” heels) Overall, I would size up for tops and order your usual size for the skirt.

I had ordered a vest and the size was wrong I asked for an exchange for a different product from the range I was told that can’t be done and only have to get the vest coat in smaller size it was order for wedding on 16 November which didn’t fit so I had to come up with an alternative I wasn’t happy to get a vest coat after the wedding when I really didn’t need it and now it’s just sitting in the wardrobe

Ordered garden furniture in sale on Sunday afternoon 19th January 2025. I emailed customer services to check delivery date and Louise responded at 3.39pm that day to confirm free delivery on Tuesday 21st January. Driver phoned 20 mins before delivery on the Tuesday. When unpacked on the Wednesday we realised a chair was damaged. I called and the support team who asked for a photo and arranged a replacement to be delivered on Friday 24th January. Replacement arrived as promised and damaged chair taken. All staff were so helpful. I could not fault this company. Excellent customer service and beautiful garden set at very competitive price. I urge people to think twice before using this store online. I ordered some Villeroy Bosch coffee cups which was the wrong size but decided to keep them as this was my error. I called the store and spoke to an Assistant who gave me the correct code number and advised the size was the bigger version. On arrival they were smaller than the original. Called Customer Support and emailed. Their response was aggressive, unprofessional and poor . They wanted me to pay for the return even though I was given the wrong code and advice. There are better online companies to order this make and have a more professional and better customer service/support.

Bought a bean to cup coffee machine last week. Does not give out the aroma of coffee. Taste of coffee not good as well, despite using one of the most expensive brands, either powder or beans. Want to return it but they refuse to take it back as it has been used! Well, how can we know we are not happy with a product unless we try it out, please? And we should have statutory rights to return a product within 28days of purchase if we are not happy? Poor quality Filter handle already snapped just as I lifted it! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Bought this Crucible pool table set on line through Dawsons in Clitheroe in June 2024. Very poor quality item. Sent images of fraying table covering from first unpack to Dawsons who appeared to be on it to arrange replacement, however after months of chasing retailer one excuse led to another, one delivery date moved to another, rain proof covers leaked on first rains in July and Hartman refused to replace them. Took weeks of back and forward to get replacement covers set to be told I should put something under them to angle and let rain flow off. Fair enough so they are not rain proof then! Final insult came in November (still no replacement) when Hartman sales prevention services sent an email reply meant for the retailer to me and the level of excuses in that email trail going back to June were shocking! Well done Hartman on evidencing to me how you simply don’t care. Ian at Dawsons was apologetic and agreed in email that compensation would be looked for the inconvenience throughout this whole episode and once the table had been exchanged it would be sorted then - all evidenced on email. Replacement eventually arrived late December with return of original completed January to then be sent email from Ian saying they would not now be offering compensation. I did reply asking if he was sure that was their final position given the offer was about the inconvenience and time it took, tumbleweed moment and no reply! Shocking service and that’s giving it too much credit, non existent support with no follow through on what is detailed in an extensive email trail. Buy from this retailer at your own risk!

Had an issue with the size of the ring and the style. Needed to return it. Went through returns got a QR code went to the post office scanned into the post. Email following with confirmation of receipt and refund. Can't fault the company for this process very easy. Gave me confidence to continue to use them as a customer

Wat een slechte kwaliteit zeg! zit maar 78% katoen in en viscose 19% en wat rek stof van 3%. Het is één en al rek zooi en lelijke kwaliteit! G-Star is ook een Nederlands merk zins 1989 en die maakt wel zeer goede broeken! Ik had daar een broek van 30 jaar maar die is nu te klein helaas! :)

Han funcionado muy bien conmigo. He comprado una mochila en oferta en el black friday y aunque hubo un error en la dirección, lo pudimos subsanar sin problema con el mensajero. Ahora he comprado la funda de invierno para el bebé y ha llegado en 2 días. He de decir que cuando tuve el problema de dirección les escribí en español y ellos me contestaron sin problema (ellos escribieron en inglés)

Hemos hecho un pedido de una mochila portabebes y viendo que no llegaba les mandé un correo electrónico (tienes que escribir en inglés) y la respuesta fue que se habían equivocado y que no había tantas mochilas como demandas. Lo cobraron justo después de hacer el pedido. Me parece una gran estafa puesto que ahora estamos sin mochila, no nos han devuelto el dinero y nos han dicho que escojamos otra pero a ese precio (estaba rebajado) ya no hay mochilas. Muy mala gestión, contacto muy malo y no hay ningún teléfono de contacto para España. NO COMPREIS EN ESA PAGINA WEB.

Hicimos el pedido hace 17 días y todavía no hemos recibido ningún mensaje sobre el estado del pedido, por lo que estamos temiendo que sea una estafa. Escribimos al correo de atención al cliente y nos llego un email un tanto extraño en el cual la única información que nos daban era que iba con retraso, aún habiendo echo varias preguntas sobre el estado, fecha estimada...etc.

Jeg bestilte et par Carhartt-bukser fra Lagune. Jeg havde ellers hørt godt om Lagune fra venner. Derfor fik jeg et chok, da de ankom, for der var nemlig fire store mørke pletter på dem. Det undrede mig, så jeg ringede til kundeservice, som beklagede mange gange og sagde, at de straks ville sende et nyt par til mig. Jeg ventede et par dage, men der skete intet. Om mandagen ringede jeg igen til kundeservice, hvor de indrømmede, at de havde glemt at sende de nye bukser. Der gik endnu et par dage, før jeg endelig modtog dem. Det krævede altså to forsøg og to opkald, før jeg fik de bukser, jeg havde bestilt i første omgang. Derfor kan jeg absolut ikke anbefale Lagune til nogen.

Super oplevelse også med returnering.

Jeg købte nogle bukser men de havde dem ikke i min størrelse, men kundeservice ringede og hjalp så fik vi løst problemet. Virkligt god kundeservice.

Lagune har det fedeste tøj på lager samt en exceptionel kundeservice. Jeg havde spørgsmål ang. størrelser og de vendte tilbage indenfor kort tid med professionel vejledning og guidning. Tøjet blev leveret lynhurtigt og det lever op til mine forventninger. Alt i alt bedste anbefalinger herfra!

The backpack I ordered were missing an item and quality of bag wasn’t to my standards. Once I emailed kkbags they immediately responded back. We came to an agreement. Another backpack was sent. I am very happy with the 2nd backpack and so was my granddaughter. Very courteous and professional.

Update to my previous review. The company was very responsive and we opted to refund our money and forgo the backpack since school had started weeks ago and we ended up busying something in our city. We received the refund like they said they would. We may try again another year as my daughter likes the design of this backpack but will pay extra close to the address and order well in advance. I gave them an extra star as well because they did provide great customer service.

They fixed my concerns. The kids received their backpacks today. I’m going to be honest. I was very angry with shipping but the company did fix all of my concerns. Ordered 8/2 received 8/26. I will give another star because of doing what they said they would.

I have yet to receive my order. Site said 6 to 20 business days. When I try to track the order it says the same thing over and over with just the date changing. If my granddaughters don't get there bookbags they are going to be so disappointed!!!! The money came out day of the order yet still no bookbags!!!!!

I bought my pink swimsuit last year. I wore it only handful of times and the material has uncrinkled in so many different places. My friend has had the same problem. I expected my swimsuit to last longer than one little trip away :(

I ordered the lovely red bikini with bandeau top. The bandeau top did not suit my shape and seemed small, although I’m a size 10. I tried to return it for another shaped top because I noticed you sold separates but I was told I had to return the whole bikini. I couldn’t do that because I’d removed the hygiene piece, although still haven’t worn the bikini. So I can’t wear the bikini as it is and will need to spend another £90 on the other top. This is disappointing as I’ve already spent £210. Rules are rules of course but a little flexibility would go a long way towards keeping a customer.

I own several suits and love them! When I had a quality issue with one of them Hunza stood by their product. Labeekah in customer service went above and beyond to ensure a good brand experience!

Had such a great customer service experience with Hunza G. I’ve been a long time customer and had an issue with a suit that was purchased fairly recently from Net-a-Porter. Despite not ordering direct, they are replacing my suit with a new one at no charge. Thank you Hunza, will continue purchasing your suits for myself (and now daughter) for years to come!

What can I say great customer service and they made my daughters dress just as asked, I contacted them on WhatsApp, spoke with them about the little things I’d like to be customised such as the colour and the appliqué on the dress, it is absolutely stunning and excellent quality my daughter and it love it. the is shipping also very fast, was told 1/2 week to take it and 2/3 weeks to ship I ordered the dress on jan 25th and received feb 5th with standard shipping. The dress also came with a garment bag, petty coat and a every cute letter addressed to your child to make the experience more magical 10/10

The out fit was good but the way they charged my card was so messed up. I got charge double the price and it’s been 2 weeks and no refund. Amazon charged my card and when they got ready to ship it. It was another charge on my Apple Pay card causing it to be in the negative $61.14. I contacted the seller and Amazon and nothing has been done.

Well the dress itself was done to perfection!! I ordered 2 custom dresses. Everything goes through what's app. They were obsolutely very nice and kind with everything I wanted to add and change. I received the dresses and the color was ugly. I wanted a white and the bottom was like a bluish or pinkish white. Now the sample dress came in pink so it's hard to imagine the dress with white. I expected that they will text me pictures while sewing the dress. When all of a sudden I get an email with confirmation. So please be aware when you do custom it's a huge risk. So think before you do it. There are no returns. And me silly one ordered 2 dresses. So more than $800 spended and now...

My daughters dress for my upcoming wedding is absolutely gorgeous!!! The dress is beautiful. Look just like the picture . And it came with a mask to match the design of the dress . I can’t wait to send pictures.

The dress was absolutely amazing! I loved everything about it, my husband said it was her best purchase EVER, it’s breathtaking! I am so glad I found out about Kingdom Boutique Even the mask is so creative, she was soo happy with everything and didn’t want to take it off. J'ai découvert au départ le modèle de chaussures en magasin. J ai été conquise et j ai voulu trouver le même modèle, mais de coloris différent, donc je les ai commandé, au départ sur ce site "au hasard" parmi d autres car il proposait une réduction. Du coup, j ai commandé 2 paires d un coup. Je les ai reçues dans les jours qui suivent. Emballage vraiment soigneux. Ravie. Bonjour, par le passé j'ai eu de bonnes expériences avec le site TC, mais cette fois ci, beaucoup d'énervement ! J'ai voulu retourner deux paires de chaussures.
