This company is a complete joke. They keep getting shipments wrong. I've tried multiple times for exchanges, but nothing! Was charged again today and I sent an email telling them I never received my last exchange and I keep getting a message from an AI bot. I've cancelled my service and next move is to file a complaint with the FTC, my state attorney general and better business bureau! Do not use this service!

Comprados dos productos que, durante su envío, perdió GLS. Ahora GLS no responde (ni por mail ni por teléfono). Tuve que personarme en las oficinas de GLS Vallés, donde me dijeron que habían perdido el paquete. Brasty me respondió al primer mail diciendo que se informaban sobre el envío... y nunca más se supo... aunque he ido enviando diferentes mails al respecto. Ahora me hayo sin productos, sin dinero y con la sensación de que a nadie le importa.

Lentos en el envío,atención al cliente lamentable, tienen un teléfono ficticio que no funciona nunca, gastos de envío desorbitados para lo lento que se le envío, atención por correo electrónico lenta o inexistente, sólo ponen en oferta con envío gratis perfumes que cuestan de 10 a 15 € menos en otras webs y solo perfumería árabe low cost inflada de precio, solo tienen alguna oferta buena en algún perfume aislado pero el gasto de envío hace que no merezca la pena, he comprado dos veces y he tenido problemas ya no voy a comprar jamás en esta web

NEFASTA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE
Hola, hace unas semanas hice un pedido de un perfume de Tiziana Terenzi en esta web y todo fue bien. Hice el pago y me enviaron el perfume y cuando llegó venía mal. Estaba derramado, con el vaporizador mal, suelto. Me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente por mail ( el teléfono que ponen de Sevilla en su web olvidarse de llamar, no van a contestar) y me dicen que les envié fotos de la caja y del perfume. Se la envío y me dicen que es un defecto de fábrica y que le devuelva el perfume a la Republica Checa para que me devuelvan el dinero. Les digo que me envíen etiqueta de devolución y me dicen que no, me dan una dirección y que lo mande por mi cuenta. Les digo que los gastos de envío son caros y que si me los van a abonar. Me dicen que si. Recuerdo que es una devolución por un producto que ha vendido mal, no lo devuelvo por otro motivo. Pues me cuesta el envío 25,50€ y se lo digo. A la semana les llega el perfume y me hacen la devolución del importe pagado, pero no de los gastos de devolución que yo pagué. Nunca más he sabido de ellos, ya no contestan al mail, han desaparecido. Así que me toca perder esos 25,50€. No recomiendo comprar aquí, no hay ninguna garantía de nada, no hay atención al cliente. Es una sensación de indefensión absoluta. Si tienes un problema no hay solución. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

When i tried to place a return request the very next day, they denied stating that the return can be done only in 3 days. After multiple follow ups, they finally agreed & I returned the product to Delhivery agent. Now it's been more than 20 days that I haven't received the refund. I am continuously trying to follow up with them. Last week they said that I'll get the refund in 2 days , but i am still waiting on it. When I asked for transaction ID, they told me that refund has not been initiated yet

shady site
customer support is a big drawback. Ordered a saree and din like the quality, so returned and asked for a refund, it’s been more than 20days since the initial order and about 5 days since the return was complete yet they did not issue my refund inspite of multiple mails and follow-ups. A month after ordering
A month after ordering, I contacted you and asked what my items were and was told that there had been a mistake but that the items would now be sent. Was offered free delivery by UPS. But you wrote the wrong address, the wrong tracking number, and didn't give my email or phone number to UPS, so they couldn't deliver. The day before Chrismas I contacted UPS and they helped me so I could go to their drop off location and pick up the items. This was on December 23 at 5:00 p.m. I ordered in the middle of November when it was Christmas presents, now my grandchildren don't get the Christmas presents until after New Year. Very boring.

Orderd a pair of shorts. Tried to return them with the return lable that was in the box from armystar due to the size being way off. One week later i got a message saying that i needed to provide further shipping info wich i did not have due to me using the previous mentioned lable. Sono stata truffata in un modo indecente. Ho inviato un reso (scarpe arrivate il 12 febbraio e inviate lo stesso giorno o forse il giorno seguente). Oggi sono stata contattata dal servizio clienti e mi hanno detto che dal magazzino riferiscono che le scarpe inviate sono macchiate. Mi hanno inviato anche delle foto di un altro paio di scarpe, in cui, peraltro, non si vede il numero, chiaramente una truffa. Non ho mai utilizzato le scarpe e le ho rinviate con l’etichetta plastificata che non ho staccato dalla scarpa (come avrei potuto utilizzarle?). Non acquistate in questo store; sono poco seri o, comunque, hanno personale che fa le truffe sui resi! Risposta del 26.02: La risposta sottostante, di fatto, non è una risposta. Io vi ho detto che le scarpe inviate erano nuove di zecca e, come tali, le ho reinviate il giorno seguente alla ricezione. Mi avete inviato le foto di una scarpa macchiata e con diversi segni di usura. Non serve una spiccata intelligenza per capire che non è possibile aver rovinato quelle scarpe in una sola sera, peraltro con l’etichetta attaccata! È una palese truffa ai miei e, forse -mi auguro- ai vostri danni, da parte di personale poco serio. Non so cosa sia successo ma veramente non mi aspettavo una gestione simile da un’azienda come la vostra! Mai più!

Pull de mauvaise qualité qui bouloche au bout de 4 jours
Très déçue de la qualité des pulls Dans un 1er temps, Size Factory a gentiment accepté de m’échanger un pull de marque MANEVEN qui n’était pas à la bonne taille alors que j’avais passé la date de délai de retours. Mon mari a porté ensuite une semaine ce pull, et encore, pas tous les jours Au bout d’une petite semaine, alors qu’il n’a pas encore été lavé, le pull bouloche de partout, et cela ne va pas s’arranger. Size Factory a refusé de me rembourser arguant que c’était normal, puisque le pull était en cachemire. Faux, il n’y en a que 10%, et les pulls en cachemire ne boulochent pas, ou alors au bout de nombreuses années. Ils m’ont donné des tas de conseils pour enlever les bouloches : rasoir, ruban adhésif etc…qui ne marchent pas A 159 € le pull (je ne l’ai pas acheté en solde), cette piètre qualité n’est pas admissible., et je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre de la qualité si j’en juge sur les autres avis. J'ai acheté un polo dans ce magasin en mai dernier malheureusement les coutures ont commencé à lâcher après 2 ,3 lavages. Le magasin a refusé de me rembourser et ne m'a proposé qu'un bon d achat de 10 % de la valeur avec retour produit soit 10 euros c'est une honte je suis très déçus par la qualité et le manque de professionnalisme du service client. Alors que je me considère comme un bon client Les prix sont plus cher qu'ailleurs alors un minimum de respect . Je ne recommande pas ce magasin vraiment très déçus et croyez moi je vais le faire savoir .

Client depuis 10 ans , je n'ai jamais eu à me plaindre.mais dernièrement, j'ai commandé un gilet qui comportait un léger accroc (rien de grave) mais à 79 euros, on s'attend à un zéro-defaut .et je viens de recevoir un jean noir "slim" alors que j'avais commandé en taille classique. La gestion de ma commande (3 articles) a été décevante sur le site Size Factory: 1 article en rupture, 1 autre dont la taille ne correspond pas du tout à leur guide des tailles, et un 3eme article dont l'envoi a été "oublié". Pour les contacter, le 'chat' en ligne ne fonctionne pas, pas de réponse via la messagerie, et au téléphone attente longue et nécessité de rappeler plusieurs fois pour la prise en compte de ma réclamation. Par ailleurs, un bandeau sur le haut de leur site stipulait "livraison et retours gratuits". Or en recevant mon bon de retour, un astérisque mentionne une participation aux frais de retours....Trompeur ! Un mois après ma commande, j'attends, en espèrant être remboursé prochainement... Pour toutes ces raisons, pour moi c'était la 1ère et la dernière fois que je commandais sur ce site.

Pantalons - Faible qualité de tissus
Les magasins grandes tailles ne courant pas les rues, j'ai persisté plusieurs années avec ce magasin, pour des costumes, des pantalons, des shorts, Tshirts, polos. J'ai décidé d'arrêter car la qualité des tissus n'est pas au rendez vous pour les pantalons et shorts. Les pantalons toile se délavent et se déforment après 1 ou 2 lavages, le tissu des pantalons de costume se déchire - plusieurs fois avant même le premier lavage. Pas acceptable vu le prix. Et lorsque vous réclamez, on vous dit que c'est l'usure. Pour les vestes et hauts, c'est ok de ce point de vue.

Boutique de Claye Souilly. Si j'ai mis 3 étoiles c'est uniquement pour la très charmante vendeuse par contre je ne suis pas fan du responsable. Donc j'ai essayé 2 pantalons qui avaient une étiquette rouge SANS PRIX (c'était les soldes) et 3 chemisettes. Au moment de payer je demande les prix des pantalons et la vendeuse m'indique 190 € je trouve cette manière de vente très discutable... voir plus. Le prix était difficilement explicable vu la qualité qui pour moi ressemble à de la fripe. Bien entendu je ne serais plus client de cette boutique.

Sehr teuer, kleinste Paket 20 € Zu teuer und unzuverlässig!!! Die Seite erweckt den Eindruck, dass die Firma in Deutschland sitzt. Eine kostenlose Retoure gibt es nicht.

Their junk lenses would not fit my Oakley Exchange frames and as a result of spending almost 30 minutes trying to get them to fit my frames bent. Threw the frames and these junk lenses in the trash. I'm out over $200 and never again will I support these junk replacements.

Defect of materials
i have only worn them a few times but my costa harpoon lenses have weird horizontal lines running through them. They appeared after I had used them hunting, never dropped and always placed in a case. I am out of warranty period but, why buy something that only is good for a year?? Ordered a pair of glasses two weeks later still told that the product is being prepared for shipment reach out to customer service. Customer service says that they are no longer in stock instead of offering any other option or offering to put me on the top of the waitlist for when they get more in stock, even though they took my money, they offered a discount code to apologize….. It’s literally the exact same discount as you would for being military or a first responder or a first time user which I was both so it meant nothing to me. They don’t have a phone number. The only person you can talk to apparently is the customer service rep who won’t take it up any further. 10/10 Customer Service, Looking Forward To Ordering Custom Frames
Haven't ordered custom frames from them YET but, if the customer service is any indication of their glasses service then I am in for a treat. The whole website is very well made and clear, and I was quickly connected with a real life person who was able to answer some of my questions concerning the process and eligibility of my frames to be replaced with custom lenses. Emé was the person to help me, and not only did they explain and answer all my questions, they made no attempt to upsell or hassle me. Simply sent the links for the things I needed, instructed me clearly on what to do, and was extremely polite and pleasant. 10/10 experience, and I will be updating this review in a couple of months when I order custom frames.

Perfect fit for my RayBan's
Perfect fit for my RayBan's. Two models with cracked lens, RB4089 at least 5 years old and RB4034 7 to 8 years old. Cracked the RB4089 couple of months ago. To old for RayBan to repair, to expensive for a optometrist to repair, was quoted $115.00 each, for new polarized lens. New RB's to expensive. Wasted money on some cheaper glasses. RB Frames fit perfectly hated to throw away. Glad I found Revant Optics. Purchased the regular polarized for both. Install was easy to pop out the old and insert the new, the RB4089 has a thicker frame, soaked for 5 minutes in hot tap water to help with lens removal. So far polarized quality seems pretty good. Might try the Elite Polarized in the future to compare difference. Price is right to save the frames! Thumbs Up!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, clothes I received were very dirty with sweat marks like they have been wore before. Taken a month and a half to receive a confirmation email that my refund is being processed, after returning the goods on the same day as they were delivered. After 15 odd attempts still no answer on their phone. Very unprofessional, slow and poor service. Would not recommend shopping here.

Terrible experience, day 8 since placing order and still haven’t received anything, got in touch with customer service team via email around 5 days and as well as yesterday and still nothing, awful company with awful response skills. Will not order from them again, said on websit expected delivery 2-4 days. It’s not been 8 days and I’ve not had a single thing from them.

Shocking service from Urban
Ordered a tracksuit and Jumper from this website on next day delivery, the day after I was at work but got a message to say delivered. couldn't find it anywhere so filled out the online contact us form. didn't hear anything for a week so ended up ringing up. they advised they needed to open an investigation with the courier and will take 5 days. the courier returned to my house and asked us if we had received it. we obviously told him no. the driver then went back to urban celebrity and told them we had refused to talk about the parcel which was a LIE. we simply told him we didn't have it and then he left. Urban celebrity have now told me the investigation is closed without offering me a refund or replacement so assume they believe this driver. Terrible service from both them and DPD Would never in a million years recommend shopping here just in case your parcel goes missing and they basically say tough luck. £75 down for nothing.

Boden überzeugt mit ausgefallenen Mustern und Farben. Besonders die Kleider sind einfach nicht von der Stange und bringen regelmäßig Komplimente ein! Jeder Kontakt zum Kundenzentrum hat bei mir bisher gut und schnell geklappt- ob falsche Artikel oder zu spät überwiesen. Ja, die Preise sind hoch, ich bestelle nur bei Rabattaktionen. Und ein bisschen vermisse ich persönlich die schlichten aber edlen Kleider. Habe seit Jahren ein wunderschönes Kleid im Schrank und warte, dass mal wieder etwas Vergleichbares kommt- manchmal ist es der Farben und Muster fast zu viel. Bei manchen Stücken hat die Qualität nachgelassen. Andere dagegen überzeugen zu 100%. Ich bleibe treue Bodenkundin.

Inkassounternehmen trotz Zahlung/Mahnungen nicht erhalten
Ich kann mich meiner Vorgängerin nur anschließen - ich habe das gleiche Problem. Ich hatte ebenfalls in der Weihnachtszeit eine Rechnung vergessen zu begleichen. Am 07.01.2025 hatte ich eine Zahlungserinnerung im Briefkasten, angeblich die 2. Erinnerung (was nicht stimmt - ich hatte bisher keine Mahnung erhalten). Das Schreiben war auf 22.12.2024 datiert und hatte 7 Tage Zahlungsziel. Ich habe die Rechnung direkt bezahlt. Am 15.01.2025 habe ich nun ein Schreiben von einem Inkasso Unternehmen erhalten. Ich bin seit ca. 15 Jahre Kunde und habe meine Rechnungen immer pünktlich bezahlt. Das ist das 1. Mal, daß ich eine Rechnung vergessen hatte. Schon etwas irritierend, wie man hier mit Kunden umgeht und direkt an ein Inkasso Unternehmen abgibt. Noch dazu mit solch kurzen Fristen. Der telefonische Kundenservice hat mir nicht weitergeholfen, sondern mich lediglich an das Inkasso-Unternehmen verwiesen, da man scheinbar die Forderung weiterverkauft hat. Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, ob ich hier weiter Kunde sein möchte. Das ist schon etwas befremdlich. Da ich scheinbar kein Einzelfall bin, bei dem die 1. Mahnung gar nicht ankam und die 2. Mahnung erst nach der gesetzten Zahlungsfrist, muss man sich vielleicht einmal fragen, ob die Bearbeitungsabläufe im Hause BODEN korrekt laufen. So vergrault man sich nur die Kunden.

Inkasso, obwohl Mahnung nicht abgeschickt
Auch ich habe bis heute in den letzten Jahren mehrere Hundert Euro dort gelassen… warum auch nicht, die Mode ist schön und sie passt mir. Leider habe ich im Vorweihnachtsstress eine Rechnung übersehen… ich hatte dann eine Mahnung per Post bekommen, die am 19.12. geschrieben und erst am 27.12. von der Post gestempelt wurde. Zahlungsziel 7 Tage 🤡. Ich habe sofort bezahlt und Boden eine email geschickt, dass ich den Brief erst Mitte Januar bekommen habe und unverzüglich bezahlt habe. Genau an diesem Tag habe ich allerdings auch ein Schreiben von einer Inkasso-Firma bekommen. Eine erneute Rückmeldung bei Boden wurde von „Erik“ zweimal sehr unfreundlich abgebügelt. Leute… Ich weiß nicht ob man sich das als Unternehmen heute noch leisten kann. Für mich gabs ein Leben vor Boden und jetzt gibt es eins danach. Habe da das letzte mal bestellt. 🤷♀️

Poor Quality
I purchased two dresses from Boden after reading the reviews as I wanted to invest in clothing that would last and assumed their clothes were high quality for the price. I was SHOCKED. The material and construction of the dresses was, no exaggeration, appalling! The material was cheap and thin and the threads were hanging out of the hem and the button holes. I would have been disappointed had I bought these from Primark or Shein (one of the dresses was 200 euro from Boden!) This seems to be a very sad trend in brands that once prided themselves on quality. They build a good name, the brand get sold and the new management sells cheaper goods for the same price to maximize profit.

Ich möchte eins vorweg sagen: Boden hat grundsätzlich eine super Auswahl. Zwar ist die Preisgestaltung schockierend, aber es ist eben mal was anderes. ABER: deren Arbeitsweise im Back-Office, bei der Abwicklung von Retouren und Finanzen ist gruselig. Ich habe letzte Woche ein Inkasso-Schreiben erhalten. Daraufhin habe ich mehrfach im Kundenservice angerufen und gesagt, dass ich alles zurückgeschickt hatte. Die Damen haben mein Anliegen zwar aufgenommen, aber erfolgt ist daraufhin nichts weiter. Erst als ich selbst meine Retour nachverfolgt habe und denen ein PDF Nachweis IHRES PARTNERS ZIGZAG zukommen lassen habe, wurde mein Inkasso "aus Kulanz" eingestellt und auch "aus Kulanz" die anstehenden Gebühren zurückgezogen. Eine Frechheit. Kein Entschuldigung für das Versehen, nichts. Wenn ihr bestellt speichert euch gleich die PDF von der Retour als Nachweis. ------ I would like to say one thing in advance: Boden has a great selection. The pricing is shocking, but it's something different. BUT: their way of working in the back office, in handling returns and finances is scary. I received a debt collection letter last week. I then called customer service several times and told them that I had sent everything back. The ladies took my concerns on board, but nothing more was done. Only when I tracked my return myself and sent them a PDF proof from THEIR PARTNER ZIGZAG was my debt collection stopped ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ and the pending fees were also withdrawn ‘as a gesture of goodwill’. What a cheek. No apology for the oversight, nothing. As unfortunate as it is, don't order anything from them! And if you do, save the PDF of the return.

Nachtrag zu Kredikartenzahlung
Ich komme auf meine vorherige Bewertung (Bloß nie mit Kreditkarte) zurück. Was sich der Kundenservice aktuell leistet, schlägt dem Faß jetzt wirklich den Boden aus. Wie geschildert hat Boden irrtümlich eine hohe Vormerkung von über 1300,-- € nicht gelöscht. Mit Mail vom 20.09.2024 beharrte Boden ausdrücklich auf diese Vormerkung. Danach schwieg man - trotz aller Mails. Man schwieg bis zum 01.10.2024. Dann stritt man ab, dass es diese Vormerkung je gegeben hatte. KEIN SCHERZ! Ich möge das doch bitte beweisen. Mittlerweile hatte man die fehlerhafte Vormerkung nämlich doch gelöscht. TOLL! Fehler sind natürlich menschlich - aber man sollte sie zugeben und korrigieren, anstatt erst darauf zu beharren und anschließend abzustreiten. Boden sieht auch keinen Grund sich zu entschuldigen. Man habe ja keinen Fehler gemacht. Wenn man irrtümlich eine Vormerkung nicht gelöscht habe - was natürlich nicht passiert ist (da nicht erlaubt) - würde man sich vielleicht entschuldigen, aber...da es ja keine Vormerkung gegeben habe..... Leider hat man vergessen, dass man per Mail vom 20.09.2024 auf die fehlerhafte Vormerkung beharrte. Und diese Mail habe ich noch - und auch an Boden weitergeleitet. Seitdem ist wieder SCHWEIGEN angesagt. Man will mich auch angerufen haben zwecks Klärung - leider zeigte mein Telefon und mein Handy keinen Anruf in Abwesenheit an. Boden muss dringend am Kundenservice arbeiten - Service am Kunden! Nicht vom Kunden. Und an der Buchhaltung!!!! Irgendwas muss da schwer schiefgelaufen sein. Obwohl man die Vormerkung ja nicht der Kreditkarte belastete (fehlte "nur" beim Verfügungsrahmen), ist auf meinem Kreditkartenkonto jetzt ein dickes Plus und ein Minus auf dem Girokonto. Obwohl immer noch eine Vormerkung von 178,20 € hinterlegt ist - der Zahlungseingang wurde mir aber für den 21.09.2024 bestätigt. Wahrscheinlich kommt bald Post vom Inkasso-Büro. Dieses "Nachtreten" von Boden hat die Sache weiter verschlimmert.

My accounts have been under arrest since 2015. The case is that I helped in 2007 my relatives to get the loan from this bank. They had a problem paying in 2009 because of the 2008 financial crisis. So, at that time we agreed with the bank to sell the apartment under the loan and free all sides from the loan. But it took 2 years to sell the apartment. But from 2015 under that court's decision my bank accounts were again arrested and my travel abroad was also limited. So from that period, I do not have any access to the traveling abroad and bank accounts. Today was another case. Again about Kaspi Bank and its meaning. Today a guy from Shymkent called. His name was Aibek - he said (Tel: +77013944319). He was threatening me as a Kaspi Bank representative....He was saying: “I am speaking as a representative of Kaspi Bank. I need to make an assessment of your property in Shymkent (my property in Shymkent cost more than 120K and the debt they are asking is only 10K)”. “I answered that the debt was closed a long time ago in 2011. More than 25 million tenge have been paid.” He said “We can meet and talk like a man.” I found a man from Shymkent strange." I started talking in a high tone. “Listen, man. Do you really need problems? I don't have time for Kaspi Bank anymore. Only through the court". I now have the Court of Cassation in the Supreme Court. Come on, if you are a representative of the Bank, let's meet after the Court. He said: "No, need to meet you now". I said even higher in tone. “Why do you need problems? You can only do it through a lawyer. I can ask him to come to you.” He asked, “Are you scaring me?” I said, “Who are you, an employee of the Bank or a Private Court Executive? Introduce yourself.” I asked twice, “Do you work for Kaspi?” - said “no". . I asked "Are you a private court executive? again - no. Then I said "Bye-bye." It seemed odd at the time. He was behaving like bandit or robber. Maybe this is an intimidation tactic for Kaspi Bank. Imagine citizens who have no acquaintances or support in this world at all. No relatives, etc. So they can do anything using intimidation. Today, first time in my life I started to check the ranking of the bank. I found a lot of bad reviews on banker.kz and even here. Like in any other part of the world, I want Kazakhstan to be a free market economy, democratic and independent. Let the people themselves evaluate whether we need such a vile Bank in Kazakhstan. There is no limit to the meanness of Kaspi Bank in Kazakhstan.... I looked at them all these 10-15 years as an ordinary person... They climbed on my head.... Lies, incitement of relatives, deception, intimidation... I urge to stop and abandon the vile Kaspi Bank. We don’t need such brands that disgrace its clients.

Ужасный банк и сервис
Ужасный банк и сервис! вот уже больше месяца мы пытаемся отправить платеж обратно отправителю. И письмо писали, дозвониться это вообще не реально. Никто ничего не может сказать, по какому номеру телефона обращаться не знаю даже сотрудники, на запрос о возврате от банка отправителя тоже не отвечают. А речь между прочим идет о 13000 евро, что очень критичны и важны для любого бизнеса. Единственное, что ответили, что через 180 дней платеж сам отправиться обратно, так если он сам обратно отправится, почему нельзя сейчас его взять и отправить. В общем оставили 10 человек без зарплаты тем, что не отправляют эти деньги

Ужасная поддержка. Непрозрачность операций
На первый взгляд все довольно неплохо. Но до тех пор, пока не столкнешься со спорными ситуациями и не обратишься в поддержку. Поддержка вообще ничего никогда не знает и ничем помочь не может. Как попугаи повторяют одно и тоже, что сказано в их методичках. Недавно просто взяли и пересчитали транзакцию от 22 октября спустя почти неделю 28 октября. И дополнительно списали 4500тг. По их словам из-за курсовой разницы. Вот только курс они взяли с потолка и на 28 октября по их мнению курс евро был 481тг. А 29 октября, то есть сегодня, 471тг, также как и предыдущие все дни он был около 470тг за евро. Ну то есть просто подогнали курс на 28 число для ответу клиенту. В чате поддержки вообще говорят "загуглите курс visa mastercard, мы не знаем".

Shoe sizing and review deletions
I bought a pair of the pink Jeanne shoes in a size 8. The descriptions recommends sizing down if you’re between sizes in order to wear socks with it, but 8 is my regular size. When I received the shoes, there was 1.5 centimeters of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. Stuffing my toe, adding an insole, and adding a heel grip all didn’t work to keep it on my foot. Socks certainly didn’t help. No returns since I bought it on sale. They were adorable, but had a couple of other issues and I left a two star review saying that other customers should size down no matter what, not just if they’re between sizes. The size chart was inaccurate. As of writing this review, however, this is not available on the shoe listing on their website. This, the lack of anything below 3 stars on all of their other items, and the other Trustpilot review all lend me to believe they that carefully monitor and delete negative feedback from their website. EDIT: The owner graciously offered a refund after I reached out. The reviews on their site are run through a third party service. Best of luck to the Kitteny team.

Good Quality & Service
I recently purchased a dress. I received the dress with a small defect and a sizing issue. After bringing it up they quickly resolved the issue with kindness. Otherwise though, the stitching and fabric quality seem very good, and the small details on each piece are super cute. The product pictures and reviews for many products are clearly specified and shown. Which I really enjoy. So, I believe as long as you fully read the description of the product you are buying, you will be very happy about your purchase.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had a beyond bad customer service after I thought I had found my new favorite brand. I paid 148 plus tax for the pink cherise shoes. I was so excited to receive them cause I’m obsessed with the roses and rosettes right now, I was waiting to try them on to make sure they fit right to order the ones in red along with some dresses but when they finally got here, one of the shoes had extremely wrinkled heel and base, it looks super bad, like there was something wrong with quality control, don't tell me its cause its a leather shoe cause I have a lot of handmade leather shoes and they don't look like that, even the heels of used cherise shoes on sale on Poshmark look better than the new one I received (I would have received a nicer better condition pair if I had ordered the used ones on poshmark)… so I emailed twice and provided pictures in both emails and I didn't even get a response, not even a sorry you cant exchange, nothing, zero response after a week of emailing twice. For this reason you lost a new customer that was about to put a second order of +500 dollars.. I’ll continue to take my money to revolve or for love and lemons better, websites and customer service I can actually trust, thanks Edit: they emailed me right away after seeing my review and offered me to return them without the box and tag cause I already thew them out after a week, all for a full refund. I re-ordered the shoes with my credit card before getting the refund cause I don't want them to sold out, I’ll for sure order the red ones and other stuff if pink come in good condition, thanks a lot!

The clothes are cute and well made but unfortunately they do run much smaller than the size chart and if you point that out on the website, the owner argues with you about it. The dresses are almost always modeled on someone very thin and that wouldn’t be a problem if the brand just catered to smaller bodies, I just wish they wouldn’t pretend they didn’t. I’m a 34B and a size 4-6 in most brands but in Kitteny I buy a medium and the adjustable lace up back still stretches to capacity in order for me to fit, and that’s every garment.

Kitteny has quickly become one of my favorite small brands. I adore fashion and feminine styles, and its like they read my mind with the dresses and adorable sets they put out. Their customer service is top-notch, if there’s ever an issue with my orders they are quick to help me out. I’m also very petite and lately I’ve noticed many brands have just been making their sizes bigger and bigger which is not ideal for me. Kitteny has a wonderful range of sizes and the clothes fit and flatter me like they were made just for me. Thanks Kitteny for giving me the clothes I need to feel like a princess! ☺️💕

Clothes are cute but the company isn’t the best to deal with it there are any issues with shipping or you need a refund. It has been a nightmare to be honest. There was an issue with shipping and I thought the package was lost. I contacted kitteny about it and they basically told me I’m outta luck because I didn’t purchase the extra package protection. They advertise free shipping yet it’s a little disingenuous as it is not truly free when you must purchase package protection so you don’t lose hundreds of dollars in the mail. I have also never had this happen to me ever living at this address so basically if the company messes up and the package doesn’t arrive you are still outta luck. The clothes were okay. A little pricey for the quality of fabric and what they are but it’s a small business so I am willing to pay the premium. Be wary that they fit tighter than the stated size chart on the website. Maybe it was my bad experience with customer service that soured my opinion on the clothes themselves. I don’t know. But I wanted a refund. It took almost a month for me to even see a refund notification. I didn’t get refunded the full amount even after accounting for the shipping return label fee. Nowhere in their return policy does it state a reason someone would get less than the full amount. (The clothes were still brand new. I tried them on once. Surely simply trying them on very carefully isn’t enough for them to be less than new? Maybe for kitteny it is.) Nowhere in the return notification does it say WHY I got less than the full amount refunded. Very shady. I was thinking of reordering for a different size but this has been a nightmare and I am done with this company.

Poor Service from Tanya
Poor Service from Tanya I have read many good reviews of this company. Hence wanted to go ahead with the Authentication of my Rolex. When I enquired re having my Rolex authenticated, spoke to the advisor by the name of ‘Tanya’. Had fee conversation with Tanya in the pone to confirm what i needed, Tanya verbally confirmed to have this Authenticated in writing, it will cost £50 all Inclusive. On the 28th, prior to going into the Office, i called and confirmed it again and the price stood £50 still. So i took my time from Lunch and commuted to the branch around 12:30 PM. Only then to be advised by Tanya that the price is £150 and she is sorry, was very disappointed how she lied several times to me re the price and only to change the price soon as i went face to face. Please feel free to verify this with Tanya and feel free to listed to all the phone conversation. Always best to be honest and give correct information. Spent the lunch wasted. It was in the Kirby Street, Hatton Garden.London.

Wrong item, Have to pay for return
Ordered a Jacket for holiday from this company as they were the only place that had it stocked in the UK and could get it to me ontime. The jacket in question was double the price of other retailers I might add, but I was in a pinch. Today I receive the package to find out they’ve sent a completely different jacket in the same colour, It is now too late to do anything about it and I will have to return the item AT MY OWN COST. To receive a refund for my mistake, tragic service wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using them again.

Shocking Customer Sevice
Ordered two T-shirts and had to send one back as wrong size, got proof of postage but Two Seasons are saying they never received the item back and are refusing to refund. Used this store in person for years but never will again, all for the sake of £22. Shocking. Avoid as it’s not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

Excellent customer service…
Bought some waterproof snowboots in December for a trip to Finland in March. Unfortunately, the first day I wore them the sole came away from the uppers! On my return I read reviews regarding customer service so didnt hold out much hope for any help or financial recourse. However, I was pleasantly surprised so felt I had to give credit where credit is due as its all to easy to complain. I got an immediate response to my email and subsequently got a refund without even asking. I was expecting a long drawn out 'battle' but was pleasantly surprised. I felt this was extremely good customer service so cannot fault the outcome. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others on the back of their response. I would also like to mention that my travelling companion had bought the same boots and didnt have any problems with them so must've been a dodgy pair!

They think it’s acceptable to say that they are ‘not in on Saturdays’ to accept returns from Royal Mail and hence the returns got lost an no refunds available…. Despite tracking an signatures available !!!!! Shame on you !!!

Am gasit la aceasta firma, papuceii cautati de mult timp de sotia mea, excelenti pentru plimbari lungi in zilele de vara. Confectionati din piele, ii poti adapta datorita ariciului, dupa latimea labei piciorului, astfel ca nubte pot jena, la spate de asemenea, cu pernita aflata, pe bareta din spate, nu exista posibilitatea sa te jeneze. Talpa ofera conditii de aerisire a piciorului, astfel incat mersul sa fie cat mai confortabil. Felicitari producatorilor pentru ca au realizat o sandalutza foarte comoda si deloc scumpa. Cred ca si celelalte produse realizate sunt la fel de comode la purtat.
