Website makes it look like a high quality U.K. company but this could not be further from the truth. DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM AS YOU WILL REGRET IT! Someone is making a lot of money selling us rubbish.

Absolute rubbish. I am now in dispute with them and trying to get a refund without having to pay excessive costs returning the item to CHINA. BUYER BEWARE!!! After a successful first purchase from this company, I ordered a Blazer that looked really good quality and woven fabric. When it arrived it was so disappointing the fabric was printed and washed out nothing like the advertising photos. On wanting to return I was informed that I had to pay for it to be sent back to CHINA as there isn't a warehouse in the UK. Or I could keep the Blazer which is only good for the bin an have a 30% refund, after checking how much for traced postage back to CHINA I went for the refund of which I received £14.99. Please don't buy anything from them; they are scamming people. I ordered a pair of socks from their website, and when I received them, they were different from what they had showcased on their website. They were not woollen at all but poor-quality local socks. I contacted them to either exchange or return this item. She told me to return the socks so I did and after doing the courier they stopped receiving the phone. The number that they mentioned on their website is also never functional and received and everything is misleading, they are only looting people.

I bought a bracelet from Dueros. I paid £60. Arrived in a timely fashion but after one wear of an hour the Dueros 925 Silver tag had fallen off. Within a few days of wearing the cord had started to fray away. I contacted the company via social media yet had no responses.

I made an order on May 9, 2021 and received the order’s confirmation plus they charged it completely from my credit card. The shipping rules said that it takes 18-20 days. UPDATE. I placed an order for 186.90 euro on April 7th. My credit card was charged the full amount. After the latest update below from Dueros I checked with my bank and was informed that the charge was cancelled by my bank 72 hours later because the charge was not claimed by Dueros. I don't understand why I was not contacted directly by Dueros after I initially sent all of the details of the transaction to the "order" email address in dueros.com to solve this situation some way. So, I was not able to place the order I wanted through the dueros.com website. I guess I'll have to wait for whenever it's possible for me to travel and visit a physical store. ----------- UPDATE. Received a response to this post form Dueros. I will provide additional information to see if the problem is solved. I made the purchase on April 7th. I ordered 12 tins on october 22nd and my shipment only got sent out for delivery on november 1rst. I sent an email which someone from the team responded to but then after that no more updates despite numerous email sent. Also, when they responded to my first email they told me they would send my package express and they did not so im in to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Great!!

Taking ages to arrive

The ordered items had clearly had their "best before" date in the past, as the product basically disintegrated when touched. This was also more or less confirmed by the fact that the containers had the stickers in the bottom of them removed. No ingredients list, no problem? So, there's no way of knowing what was the strength of the product, nor anything else. Tried contacting the seller about this but have not received any answer. Not recommended.

The pants received are torn, didn't notice the tear until I wore them and it was pointed out as it is in the back. They are knitted so I large run in them and a hole at the top and bottom. I am 8 months pregnant and i bought a stroller yesterday, when I went home i had a breakdown not wanting the stroller anymore, i just can’t seem to slightly like it, I had a hell of night, my sister came and called them, they told her they can do something if the box is unopened, the box is not opened, but still they refused with other excuses, like I tried it outside and so on, I really didn’t want to try it outside, i felt guided to the sleeworld buggy, not having a choice. Actually you don’t have a choice, because everyone who buy from there id that brand, they dont let you choose what you wanted and end up with something that you really dislike, very cunning. They make it look like its only one day sale, i feel scammed. I regret it, its just a day after, but can’t return, Like you’re buying it in the black market. I am in deep depression about it and their only solution is put it in the marketplace. PD: i got threatened too for the review

Terrible customerservice and a bad product (Slee Mobile, pram). If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke with the salesman on the phone and was treated very rude. He actually hung up on me after telling me to 'go fly a kite'. After writing a negative review on google, the salesman actually started sending intimidating texts on my mobile phone, threatening to sue me for writing a bad review, and 'casually' dropped into the conversation the fact that he knew my home address. I will never ever buy something here again (note: this review goes for the location in Beverwijk, The Netherlands. I have no experience with the other locations).

Ordered a pair last December. Paid, shoes delivered. Looked great but appealing quality falling apart, sole separating from shoe, letting weather in in no time at all. Reported to Spark Fashion Customer Service. Timely responses but they asked for photographs of the damage. Sent this in every possible format that requested, including a WeTransfer but they always claimed they could not open the images. Eventually gave up as clearly they're not interested. Bitterly disappointed and would not recommend.

Scam company. Ordered shoes, paid for shoes no shoes delivered. Contacted customer service through email only as this is the only way to contact them. They only respond and give excuses why you haven’t received your product. They don’t give you a valid tracking number. They use two shipping companies to ship and the tracking number they give you doesn’t correspond to the shipping company tracking system. Scam Scam Scam stay away from this company. Facebook is partially responsible for providing this company a platform to sell on . Tried to report to Facebook and only able to report generic issues. Not able to tell Facebook the whole issue with this company.

I purchased a "Jasmine" bridesmaid dress labeled "in stock". It was only available in the size posted on the site, although it is available for order in other sizes. The salesperson (Colleen) was helpful and friendly. I inquired first about the dress via email, and the initial response with quote came within 1 day. The price quoted was about 5% less than I had been quoted anywhere else. Free shipping and no sales tax (since I am out of state). Package is to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Colleen offered to email me the tracking number when it went out. She will also email my receipt. Accepted Visa, MC, and Discover for payment. I will update to 5 stars once I receive the dress.

Called in advance to make sure about the package weight and size as I have to mail it forward as a gift, but it turned out they provided inaccurate info as the box was about 3 times larger. The gown wasn't packed at all just stuffed into a box in a damaged plastic bag that wouldn’t even close.

Otherwise it tells you how long production or shipping will take prior to you placing your order. I found their site to be very easy to shop around. I had called their customer service number and emailed them a couple of times and had wonderful service. They answered every question in a timely manner and were very cheerful. I ordered my wedding gown (a Casablanca gown) and we got all of my bridesmaid dresses too from Mydress4less.com. They all came in within the estimated time that they gave us and they are just to die for! If I get married again, I will be back to shop at Mydress4less.com

Website said 994 in stock, called and the rude staff told me it would be 10-14 weeks for delivery. Beware of scammer online Prom shops. Goto a real prom dress shop and get the customer service you deserve. Even if it is more, it's worth it.

Vill inte ens tänka mig vilken uppväxt Marcus har fått av Magnus?

I ordered a moose knuckles 3q jacket for my son. My son wanted it with SILVER color logo or mark. But we received with BLACK color logo. It was very bad experience as a father, I felt deeply bad... Handlade en massa omgångar med två stycken presentkort tills det blev rätt storlekar. Var tillslut nöjd med storlekarna och bad kundtjänst uppdatera den uppsjö av fakturor jag samlat på mig för de olika beställningarna så att värdet av presentkorten drogs av. Fixades supersnabbt, inga problem. En extra grej som är trevlig med handlaren är att kläderna är mycket väl paketerade.

I recently used Hamlet Laundry and overall, it was a good experience. Their service is professional and convenient, with an easy booking system and timely pick-ups. There was a slight delay in delivery, but they communicated the reason well. Despite minor hiccups, my items came back clean and fresh. Would recommend giving them a try!

If there was a zero star, that’s what I would allocate to this company. I sent a pair of expensive custom made curtains for the French doors (so they were tall and wide) to be dry-cleaned. The booking and pickup service was prompt. However, they first delayed the delivery and I had to chase it a few times. Secondly and in utter horror, once it came and when we hung the curtains they were COMPLETELY ruined. It was evident that they washed instead of dry-cleaned so the lining was longer than the front of the curtain and they were all crushed and torn on one side. I contacted them and they offered £70 of the £90 that I had paid for the service. No acceptance that they ruined the curtains even through I sent multiple photos. They agreed to come and take it back to ‘fix’ it and that was another hopeless exercise as it probably made it worse. I asked for compensation to replace the curtains (after given quotes of £1,500 from the curtain shop) and was told if I didn’t accept their £70, I could go to citizens advice. I did and sent 3 recorded letters guided by Citizens Advice and they replied to none!! I was advised to take them to the small courts but honestly, I don’t have the energy for this as shortly after this incident, my sister had a fall in Canada and we nearly lost her so I’ve been helping with her care and somehow this scumbag of a company doesn’t seem to matter now. I’m not one for writing negative reviews and as you can see, this incident happened in Sep 2023 (trustpilot wouldn’t allow me to post more than 12 months) but I’ve not been done this lightly. But if I can help you avoid not experiencing what I’ve gone through, don’t use their dry cleaning services for delicate or custom made things, they don’t know the difference between washing and dry cleaning and take NO responsibility for their mistakes!! As a pensioner, I set myself up with some nice things while I was working to enjoy them my later years and they have no regard for this or the impact of their very cold customer service. To have ignored all of the letters was a total disregard of the law in this country and an example of being above the law! If there was a place here to upload photos, I would gladly share their shoddy work.

I am using the first (and last time) this service. My machine has broke down so I had to use alternate solutions for the time being but I am absolutely disappointed based on the service. You can book time sloth for collection and delivery, however it doesn’t mean anything. Today supposed to deliver back my goods between 1-3pm and as of 5pm still nowhere. Saying busier than usual so delayed. Thinking I have whole day to sit home. Why can I book a slot if it’s being ignored? I had to stay home from work and wait for you to come, with this loosing a day worth of Wages!!! Who is gonna pay for my work today that I missed!??????? Absolutely ridiculous, never ever again. If there was a possibility to give zero stars, then Hamlet Laundry would receive this rating. I used them twice in April and March 2024; the first time, they brought my 3 shirts back with stains which I could only guess was caused by a dirty iron. The second time, they destroyed the buttons on my pure cashmere jumper. The service was terrible and to top it off, I found their customer service to be unprofessional and unresponsive - totally disappointing. The one positive thing to come out of this is that after I used them, I found another firm who are the complete opposite of Hamlet.

I found the bike i wanted online at Harry's department store on the Shetland islands. As I live in England I was concerned about how delivery would be undertaken. My daughter in law ordered lobster Mac and cheese. The crust was burned and there was barely any lobster in it. When I mentioned it to the staff she brought back a thimble full of lobster. Really if you are going to have lobster Mac and cheese put lobster in it or dont have it in your menu

I ordered shoes, unfortunately I got the size wrong but they were beautiful, exactly as advertised. They arrived on time. I ordered a box of electrical wire connectors that I had seen online and they arrived exactly as described. I must confess that they did take a little longer than most things I had ordered before - just over a month all told however I did send an email to customer services and they were more than happy to either refund me or send out a replacement, which I thought was very good. Unfortunately the tracking option was not working and neither myself or customer services were able to locate the whereabouts of the product. The product actually turned up a day or so later so I was able to cancel the re-sending of the product. I think given the current pandemic and the fact that everywhere is suffering (staffing-wise and trying keep everyone safe) that they did a brilliant job.

The product knee supports have helped me get good support because I have a bakers cyst on the back of my right knee. But since using the knee support has helped me start walking again. Because I couldn’t walk very well at all.

Can I please rate 0 Stars???? This company is diabolically awful. Ordered an item over a month ago, received nothing. Emailed the company who sent a replacement which still didn't arrive. Requested a refund through them for them to tell me they have requested it from wowcher who will email me to tell me when the refund will be received. Had no email from Wowcher now 2 weeks later. I give up hope of receiving the item and have had to threaten Trading Standards as this is beyond a joke.

These hold up great through washing and drying, mine have been washed probably 30 times now and there's still no issues with the stitching, fit, nor any fabric pilling. The material is buttery smooth, doesn't pickup lint like crazy, and quite soft. They're definitely not see through. These have a true high waist, which I definitely prefer. The inseam is sized well; I don't have any issues with them drooping or rolling down, and the high waist isn't too tight on my stomach. They're so comfortable I even sleep in them sometimes. Really good quality for the price!

I came across these leggings in search of organic cotton bottoms. They're called "the mom's life leggings" and I passed that line years ago so I was hesitating to order them at first. They turned out to be great leggings - really soft (organic cotton)), no see-through fabric, not a basic two seams cut so they look more like real pants than a home/yoga bottoms. I found they run a little longer than I need - it says a full length - and I wish they made some variety of lengths and colors (still basic - like navy or charcoal) to match my wardrobe. For the size reference - I'm 5'4" 120 lb, usually size 4 in BR pants, size S/6 in JJ bottoms. I got a size M in this one and they are a tad longer than I want so I mostly wear them with booties). I found this kind of bottoms goes really well with tunics, oversized sweaters and cocoon coats - which is very useful when you start aging. The bottom line - love Lyna, please do various lengths, colors and maybe even some other organic cotton clothes))
