Josh Roach at bathroom escapes Chard was brilliant at helping me design a complete bathroom refurbishment after making 2 rooms into 1. I didn't know where to start! Josh completely designed the bathroom into a fantastic spacious bathroom with a bath & a shower area, giving me everything I wanted. I was able to take colour sample’s home of wall tiles and flooring .And I visited the showroom a few times to see the plans & colours etc… it was also sent via email for me to see and somethings were sorted via phone as it suited my busy life. i would highly recommend Josh Roach and escape bathrooms. Gina was an excellent collaborator in designing the kitchen and helping me with choices (sink, tap, countertop, etc.) Although the installers are not employed by Escape, they were referred by them and they were excellent. The kitchen is fully transformed and truly stunning.

We wanted a complete bathroom refit and went to the Chard showroom as recommended by our neighbours. A mind boggling choice of products, and a very patient Josh Roach who coped admirably with all our questions, and the indecision with colours! A definite example of how too much choice makes life more complicated! Once the final decisions were made, the products were ordered as per the specification and were ready exactly when our brilliant fitter (Ben Chubb plumbing & bathrooms) needed them. The shower tray arrived with manufacturing damage, but Josh sorted a replacement from the manufacturer for next day delivery - amazing! The quality of the parts is excellent, and the finished bathroom definitely has the wow factor in our opinion - we love it!

I had an excellent experience at Total in Shepton Mallet. Tara could not have been more helpful or patient as I dithered over what to buy. She gave advice when I asked for it and knew the products exceptionally well, she’s certainly an asset to the business! The showroom is very well laid out and gave me a real idea of how items would look in my own home.

We always go to Escape Bathrooms for our bathroom fixtures and fittings and have found Becky to be very helpful and efficient. Recently, we needed replacement tap heads and disc valves and Becky sorted it all out for us with the manufacturer straight away. She is always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. DDL is the best tile shop in our area!!! I browsed a lot and visited hundreds of them. Had fab service for my main tile order back in Aug and tiles are gorgeous however I placed an order for additional tiles in Nov as I had run short come bathroom fit. My order was for £250, I then changed my order to a lower value as I didn't need as many tiles as my bathroom fitter once thought, I received the tiles in Nov however have not received a refund of £135 which I have been chasing now for 4 weeks. Website has gone down, phone not answered, Alex' email does not exist now and haven't had response from their main email. Edit: company got in touch via email after my review and refunded the money. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience with this company. Bottom line is that we didn’t receive the tiles we were hoping to as the website had vague descriptions and some incorrect photos on the product pages. The company refused to part exchange because we hadn’t complained within their required 48 hours. We don’t really think that 48 is a reasonable time limit to impose during busy construction and feels unfair given the consumer rights act states 30 days right to return for non perishable goods. Based on our experience we wouldn’t recommend or use the company again.

Impossible to get hold of them. I've tried phoning, email, Instagram and twitter and still no reply. I ordered a hammock to replace the one I had purchased from them 7 years ago (I had been very happy with this one). I ordered the exact same name as my previous one thinking it would be a direct replacement but it has turned up and its completely different. I am trying to return it and find out what to get instead but despite trying various methods several times for 2 weeks now, I am still to get a response.

Having previously had upstairs and kitchen blinds fitted with shady blinds I started having issues with my living room blind which was fitted 3 years ago by a different company. The brackets holding the blinds up were not connecting forcing the blind to hang in the middle and at one side. Thinking I’d needed a complete new blind I was given an appointment on the same day I made the enquiry , thankfully I was fitted in the following day with new brackets and no expense of a new blind! Fantastic product featuring quality design and construction. Chris and Kevin were excellent on the day of installation. We first saw the study bed at a Home Builder show - it was a very busy stand with many people interested. Ordered one there. Now that it's installed, it is my favourite place to read or work - even though it's technically my son's... Really beautiful and sturdy and elegantly saves space in a smallish room that we've redesigned a few times to try to maximise the space. The Study Bed has finally helped us crack it. Once we're able to we'd like to get another for our daughter's room.

Product is excellent and transformed our tiny spare room into both a spare room and an office. The small double was a perfect fit and means that my son and his girlfriend can stay when they visit. I’ve just had the universal study bed installed. I’m completely wowed. It’s turned my small box room into a multi purpose office/bedroom and I love it! It’s incredibly sturdy, I’ve got more storage space than I had with my previous desk and cupboards and I can quickly and conveniently covert to to a guest bedroom when needed. From order to installation, communication was great including a call from the installers 20 mins before arrival and a helpful post-installation email. Spot on from start to finish. I will be buying again in the future, for sure.

I absolutely love my new study bed! The guys who came to install the bed were brilliant, too. I highly recommend this company. All the staff have been wonderful. I had to delay delivery, and they were so helpful. The whole experience has been fantastic, and my new bed is stunning! It's so incredibly well-made. I'm using it as my main bed, and it’s no issue putting it up and down daily; it's straightforward. I have shelves in mine, so I pop my two pillows on the shelf, tuck the blanket around the mattress, and then simply push the bed up to put it away. It’s so easy, and no real bother to add lifting as an extra manoeuvre on your morning routine. The mechanism to pull down and up is so smooth and safe. I love the extra space it give me during the day.

Absolutely brilliant product - had it fitted in a small spare room so we now have instant flexibility between office and bedroom for any unexpected guests. Very, very professional company - the two chaps who fitted it were so nice to deal with, fitted it quickly and efficiently, took us through how to use it and told us to call with any questions etc. I would highly recommend them and the product.

StudyBeds customer service is the best service I’ve ever experienced. It’s not often you can say a company goes above and beyond. Immediate response and their product is amazing. This last order was the 2nd StudyBed as it was installed in my summer home. If you have a spare room which you want to use as a home office but have a visitor sleeping over this is perfect for you. Why devote a room to a permanent double bed when you can enjoy the best of a study AND a spare room?! It is also brilliant for a teen with a small bedroom where bed can be stowed away to give access to a large desk during day for studying. So many uses for this brilliant idea. In short 11 (out of 10!) stars for service, installation and after sales. I’ve had my original study bed serviced FREE twice over the last 10 years and that original one still is amazing! So 11 stars for customer care and after sales.

We can honestly say that the whole process has been a real pleasure and very professional. We really appreciate the extra steps that were taken by the installers when fitting our furniture, to accommodate our individual need. The ordering process was so easy and every question we asked we had an informative and swift response. Communication at every stage was a breath of fresh air, even on the day, the installers checked things with us as they fitted each piece. We are absolutely thrilled with it, the room looks so different. It means we will now have a lovely comfortable sleeping area when needed and we have a great office/craft desk too.

Professional company, high quality product! Was wowed from beginning to end. We managed to get our hands on their limited edition wallbed without desk. The product is phenomenal but the customer service really pushes the entire experience to the next level. From touring their show room in Thames to installation day, the team made the entire process quick, easy, and pressure free. The bed itself is exactly what we wanted and essentially gives us the function of a room being added to our house at a pittance of the cost. If you’re on the fence, take a trip down to Thames to see them in action.

The salesman Andy at Project Solar told me that I could receive substantial intro fees for recommendations I made - I made 2 intros: one (my friend) wasn't contacted at all and the other (my brother) wasn't dealt with properly which meant that that didn't end up resulting in a sale either - as no sales were made, I was unable to earn referral fees so I am effectively hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They also didn't recommend bird proofing at time of installation, so that needed fitting retrospectively (as pigeons started nesting under my panels within 2 weeks of installation) and, lastly, they installed my battery and inverter in my loft which is against fire safety guidelines and therefore need moving which is apparently going to cost me £650. All in all, not sure I would recommend Project Solar unfortunately.

We’ve had a great service from start to finish. Larry explained everything that we would receive, earn, not have to worry over, etc. Scaffolding company came along, setup and were gone in a flash, the solar fitters were very similar, came along, setup and ran over everything before leaving. Again, can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend using them.

A brilliant service from start to finish with Project Solar. Simon Stanmore initially came out to do the assessment and talk me through it. He was very helpful, patient and informative. From the time of signing up, my installation was only days. The Electrician and fitters only took hours to install the system and were very friendly. Overall a very good experience and I would definately recommend.

Fast and efficient from start to finish. Quote was delivered extremely well with a breakdown of all costs and predicted savings. Installation was done within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. Battery and inverter was installed very securely and cables neat and tidy. The team were very polite and did not just throw it in and run. They also took me through the associated app.

Never turned up to the appointment - took a morning off work only to be told 30 mins before that they weren't coming. I'm trying to find a reputable solar company, but it doesn't sell well if you dont honour your agreed appointments.

The initial salesman who came to speak to us was very pushy and insistent that we sign a contract on the spot, which was strange and completely unreasonable. Installing a solar PV system with storage battery is pretty complex and there are lots of parameters to consider - there was no way I could make a decision there and then having only just seen the quotation. I declined and the whole experience put me off… … however, a different colleague from Project Solar (Nathan) called me back a few months later with a courtesy call to check the state of play, see where our thinking had got to and answer my questions. From this point onwards, the whole experience with Project Solar has genuinely been five-star - I couldn’t be happier. Nathan spent a lot of time and effort working through my questions, as did his colleagues Chris and Nathaniel. We considered different options for the installation, battery size, type of panels, they guided me through how this could fit with my existing panels in the best way, oversaw the DNO application, all with great responsiveness, technical knowledge and professionalism. The installation itself went smoothly - the guys who came on site were again very polite, professional and made sure they designed things with my needs in mind (discrete cable runs and conduits etc.) Derry led this as the electrician on site and was a pleasure to work with. He and his colleagues took the time to talk me through the Fox app, how it all worked and what I needed to do. Finally, the after care following the installation has again been superlative - Kane and colleagues in the office have been fantastic in helping me configure the system to make the most of my import/export tariffs, answering my questions and providing all manner of helpful advice. These guys really do care about their customers and I have been really impressed. Oh, and the system itself is top notch - working really well, easy to monitor and control, and integrated with Octopus’s tariffs and my electric vehicle. Even without much sunshine over the winter, the battery by itself has been a game changer in allowing us to use cheap overnight electric rates for all our usage. In short - great products, great company from design, through installation and aftercare, and a great customer experience with truly expert support. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a solar installation. I’m very glad Nathan called me back after our initial (oddly unfortunate) sales visit!!

The flannel sheets are beautiful! They're deep-pocketed so won't come loose from the mattress, even with pads and/or toppers. And the aubergine color is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. I reserved a star for the as yet unknown. The cotton is thick and good quality, and I expect it will soften up quite a bit with time, but it's a bit stiff for now. I washed the full set, when it arrived (with two 'Color Grabber' sheets), before making the bed, as I expected the rich, dark color to bleed initially, which it did, and the flannel to shed a bit (which it did). I'm eager find out whether it bleeds or sheds any further and whether the fabric gets buttery soft.

We love the actual product (a king-sized mattress cover). The communication from Whisper Organics re: shipping was disappointing. I downloaded the SHOP app as suggested, and until it was actually delivered it only stated "preparing to ship" (or something along those lines). After repeated request for an updated shipping link, I received no correspondence answering my questions. I'd like to buy another cover for our RV, but hesitate because of the communication issue. Edited: There were no notices of shipping tracking whatsoever (in my spam folder nor elsewhere), however the confirmation emails were all received.
