3 days from "maybe I would like a new boiler" to a new boiler being installed and working well. Previous boiler and hot water tank were removed and care was taken not to make a mess (protective flooring, etc)

I would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to get a new boiler/heating system installed. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly explains all options and potential issues to make sure you choose the right boiler set up for your home. He works quickly and cleanly and we couldn't be happier with our new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder. Our water pressure/flow-rate has improved dramatically, as a result of his work. We'll definitely be using Gareth for our annual servicing and any other plumbing or heating needs in the future.

This is the third bed I ordered from DFI. The bed is nice but they are losing points for two things. 1) The first delivery apt they gave me never came so I had to wait an additional week after arranging someone to be home on the first set day. 2) The bed delivered was not the bed I ordered. The colour is completely different. In fact, they no longer do the bed I ordered but it is still on the website. The team did offer to make me an alternative colour but I just kept the one they delivered. It's nice. Just not the one I had hoped for (excuse the pun).

Sofa access is super professional, efficient, and incredibly meticulous. They took apart and redid the sofa to fit in my apartment and the work was impeccable -- you'd have no idea it was cut up. Highly highly recommend this company and especially Louis and Shane who were diligent, friendly, and total experts. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We recently moved from Hutton to Chelmsford and our much beloved big comfy couch didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting into the tight turn of our new lounge. Between ourselves and the movers we tried absolutely everything but there was no chance! It ruined our move and we were looking reluctantly at a new sofa whilst our favourite was just stuck in the conservatory. Complaining about it at work a colleague mentioned to me that his daughter had used sofa access with great success. I never imagined in my wildest dreams it could be done. Long story short the guys from sofa access gave us a very good price quoted from a few pics of the sofa and kaboom! A week later they were able to squeeze us in and they are maestros and amazing craftsman. My wife who works from home said the was some cutting and banging going on for a little while and hey presto it was in my lounge a couple hours later! It's made what was fast becoming a really difficult and frustrating move so much better. Love my sofa and we now feel back at home and settled. I couldn't tell you for love or money how they did it but I cannot find a stitch out of place and structurally it's exactly the same as it ever was. Extremely happy customer and I would have NO hesitation in absolutely recommending these guys if you happen to have the same problem we did. Saved us thousands not having to buy a new couch and I've got my old faithful couch where it should be! 🙌 ..... Not planning on moving again for a very long time but if the need arises these guys will be my first phone call!

Lewis and his team did an excellent job. We purchased a sofa bed, but unfortunately, it couldn't fit through our very narrow hallway. My husband and I were desperate to resolve this situation, especially since the sofa was non-refundable, which led to many sleepless nights. After some research, I found Sofa Access online. Given the challenging nature of the job, Lewis reassured me multiple times about the feasibility of the task and was able to arrange a booking at short notice. They expertly dismantled the sofa by cutting it into pieces and reassembled it back to its original form in less than an hour. Additionally, they managed to repair damage caused by the delivery company! I couldn't be more grateful to this team since I had no other sofas that I wanted. I highly recommend their services!

How nice to find a company that is so professional and nothing is too much trouble. They arrived on time assessed the problem and decided they needed to take arms off our new Sofa to get it into our property. Extremely happy with how my panels are producing power. My only regret is not going bigger. Now trying to get this rectified. We had few companies to give us a quote, but I they could not answer all my questions. This was until I met Alan. Overcharged for 8 panels whilst pocketing our Victorian government scheme money. After many phone calls to recoup some of the financial loss, Alan confessed he was a gambler and lost our money. Alan arrived intoxicated to attempt installation of the panels although we advised that we required a full refund and no panels were to be installed by his company. The panels are still sitting in the garage 4 months on and zero return of any money we paid him for zero goods and services. Complete con, I hope no one else fall's victim to this scam

Snelle bezorging. Mooie tafel. Jammer dat er 2 gaatjes mistte in de ladenplankjes waardoor we zelf moesten boren en het plankje beschadigde maar als de lade dicht is, dan zie je het niet. Snoertje voor elektra had voor ons langer gemogen, maar we hebben een verlengsnoer gepakt. Belangrijkste is, tafel en spiegel zijn mooi. Nuttige indelingsmogelijkheden. Dochter blij!

EasyLiving helped me find a luxury apartment room in the middle of Times Square on very short notice when I had just relocated to NYC! They made the move in process so easy, and staffed me with wonderful roommates. They gave me a fully furnished, very spacious bedroom and a very clean bathroom. Vakmanschap was onze drijfveer en dat is het geworden ook. Een niet alledaagse kast is er getimmerd en op de mm nauwkeurig gemaakt en geplaatst. Alles in goed overleg. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die van goed degelijk vakmanschap houdt.

Jaren 30 voordeur voorzien van deur-beslag dat voldoet aan moderne eisen op het gebied van veiligheid en uitstraling. Deur werd meegenomen voor aanpassing om 3-puntsluiting in deur aan te brengen, kozijn werd aangepast om 3-puntsluiting toe te laten. in loop van middag werd deur weer teruggeplaatst en sluit als een zonnetje. erg tevreden met het resultaat en een gerust veilig gevoel!

Vernieuwing van Velux dakraam, vernieuwing slot binnendeur en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden zijn geheel volgens planning en kostenbegroting verlopen. Enkele weken geleden diende ik een serviceverzoek in bij de winkel waar ik mijn Jasno shutters had aangeschaft, omdat 2 shutters scheef hingen. De servicemonteur van de winkel inspecteerde het probleem en zette de serviceaanvraag door naar Jasno Service. Met een starttarief van €185,- excl. btw (incl. 1 serviceuur, **) is de service van Jasno niet goedkoop. Daar staat tegenover dat shutters die ouder zijn dan 10 jaar nog gerepareerd kunnen worden en de kwaliteit na 14 jaar nog uitstekend is (*****). De service monteur van Jasno was erg sympathiek (*****) deed zijn werk prima en vol passie. De shutters hangen weer netjes recht en lopen weer soepel over de rails.

6 jaar geleden een 2 fold gordijnen gekocht (40 x 90 cm a 600,00 euro) Deze zijn van een soort papier, dus erg kwestbaar en dat wist ik. Ik heb ze in de badkamer hangen en dat gaat/ging prima. Hierdoor ben ik zeer voorzichtig met deze gordijnen. Nu zag ik recent dat 1 gordijn toch wat ging inscheuren/rafelen, dus ging ik ook naar het andere gordijn kijekn en zag dat daar aan de achterkant van een silicone verstevegingsband zit en bij de ander dus niet. Ik heb contact met ze opgenomen maar enige vorm van meedenken heb ik helaas niet mogen ervaren, al was het maar; mevrouw wij sturen u verstevegingsband toe en als u dat zelf wilt bevestigen, of we hebben navraag gedaan maar.....! Ik begrijp dat de garantie is verlopen en ik er pas na 6 jaar achetr komt dat het niet goed is, maar zij hebben/hadden iemand in dienst die niet controleerd of alles klopt en dat mag je wel verwachten voor 600,00 euro voor 2 gordijntjes van 40 x 90 cm.

Ik dacht een geheel nieuwe shutter te moeten bestellen, maar de medewerkers dachten mee en bedachten een andere (goedkopere) oplossing. Binnen een paar dagen had ik de nieuwe sluitingen ontvangen, makkelijk zelf te monteren, en mijn shutter doet het weer als vanouds. Erg blij mee, bedankt Jasno!

Zo'n 10 jaar geleden kochten we Jasno shutters. Nog steeds zijn er hier erg tevreden over en vooral ook over de service die Jasno ook nog na aankoop biedt, zelfs zoveel jaar later was het geen probleem om nieuwe afdekdopjes op te sturen! Dankjewel Jasno, wij zijn supertevreden!

Super goede service! Er was na een aantal jaar een bevestigingsbeugel afgebroken. Snelle reactie van vriendelijke medewerkers en geheel kosteloos 2 nieuwe naar ons opgestuurd. Zijn ook erg tevreden met al onze houten jaloezieën en koop de volgende keer zeker weer bij Jasno!

Al paar jaar Jasno houten jaloezieën en nog steeds heel blij mee. Na jaren 2 nieuwe koordknoppen nodig en er werden er gelijk 4 kosteloos opgestuurd: Dat noem ik top service!

In ons koophuis waren wij een afdeksticker kwijt bij 1 vd shutters. Helemaal gratis kreeg ik nieuwe afdekstickers opgestuurd zonder dat ik de shutters überhaupt bij hen gekocht had. Top service!

Wat een goede service en vriendelijk personeel bij Jasno! Bij een van onze Jasno Folds waren de draden naar binnen getrokken. Tijdens het telefonisch contact werd goed meegedacht. Uiteindelijk zijn we langsgeweest in Eersel en in een half uur was het mankement (kosteloos) verholpen door een vriendelijke medewerker.

Cameron at Cambridge Blinds was excellent in helping us identify a solution to our challenging project. We needed to retain the heat in our apartment in the winter, but also keep the heat out during the hot weather. We have large double height windows, so now have electric Duette blinds to resolve the cold issue and Ultimetal roller blinds to reflect the heat in the summer. Cambridge Blinds provided excellent customer service and overcame the technical challenges of erecting blinds against uneven ceilings and window frames. Among these were numerous and varied automatic curtains and blinds, operated in three ways; In the case of the curtains, by physical touch (a gentle pull in one direction or the other, thereafter completed by the automation). Remote control. Voice operation. There were also blinds of one sort or another throughout the property, including one blackout blind in a bedroom and two very large, heavy specialist acoustic curtains in a small cinema room. Unfortunately, for reasons it would be unnecessary to go into here, the installation was less than perfect and problems had been present from the start. Couldn’t get all of the units to speak to the same hub, one unit would operate whilst triggering another inside the house, handsets that should’ve been present were missing, one unit was completely non-operational et cetera et cetera. This had been an issue ongoing for many months over the course of the renovation and was indeed one of the last problems to be resolved. Several people other than the original installer, all of whom had opinions which were at least worth listening to, had looked into it and while some ground was made, there were still many problems... Enter Cameron. My intelligent systems technician found our noble protagonist on the Internet and things immediately got better. On his first visit, he was able to immediately identify one of the core problems which had eluded everybody, including the original installer. Motors in some of the units were mismatched to the control units and hub, therefore stumbling the connection and communication process and further more hindering setting up parameters, such as at what points curtains and blinds should stop, et cetera. He was further able to identify that two handsets were missing and two others were not really appropriate for the job I was also able to ascertain, with his accumulated wisdom, that a second hub I had been erroneously advised to purchase by another individual, was surplus to requirements and in actual fact making things worse by creating a conflict of communication… As an added bonus to that particular cock-up, he was even able to advise me where best I might manage to sell said item, in the hopes of recouping most of my unnecessarily spent pounds. In short, I was well and truly up the creek with this whole system and was facing weeks, if not months, of painstakingly slow research and discovery by both myself, my electrician, my intelligent systems technician, et cetera et cetera, to work out what Cameron breezed through and nailed in about an hour and a half in total, over the course of two visits. On top of that, my mother immediately warmed to him and was hugging him and giggling cheekily almost immediately. 🙄 Do I need to say any more people? I cannot begin to describe how much I wish I had come across Cameron at the beginning of my job all of those many months ago now. Not only would’ve made my life so much easier regarding that element of my own renovation, I am by profession a property developer at a small scale and could’ve used his services on several of my projects in the past. I’ve spent most of my life, both as a child and adult, around the building profession in one way or another, through my father’s endeavours and laterally my own. I know a straight shooter when I meet one and I know high quality workmanship, knowledge and application to task when I see it. I’m very glad to have added him to my list of trades people and if you have any requirements that his skills could address, I would very strongly suggest you do the same! Don’t be like me people. Get him in at the beginning of the job and do it right from the start rather, than getting him in at the end to fix everyone else’s cock ups!

Cameron did a great job helping us spec and agree a blind solution that met all our needs. It was different to what we originally planned, but a much better fit. The blinds were matched perfectly to the windows via RAL colour and the materials on offer were good. There were challenges with the material supplier, out of Cameron’s control, but he kept pursuing them and making sure they were getting the blinds to us as soon as possible. I felt he was in our corner the whole way along. Install was quick and efficient, and nicely done. Cameron and his colleague made sure we were happy before we left. He also showed flexibility on an add-on we didn’t need. Overall a great experience.

When we started we knew nothing about awnings other than that we wanted one to cover our new patio area. After looking at some national companies we decided to contact Cambridge Blinds who are fairly local to us. Cameron Brookes came to see us and it was clear from the first moment we met him that he was very knowledgeable and able to recommend a perfect solution for our needs. We called a number of companies to help fix our blinds with no success. Cameron came and quoted for the job and managed to re programme our electric blinds. Very pleased with the service.

We ordered a nice awning from Cambridge blinds and have now just had it fitted. Time from order to completion was very close to the time scale quoted. We found Cameron Brooks very helpful and the entire fitting went smoothly despite a challenging job to get the awning to the fitting site. We chose this awning as it was the only one that could supply the case and brackets in a colour that matched the surrounding woodwork. We can throughly recommend this firm they are very efficient.

I purchased some of their Azure lights after seeing loads of ads and liked the look. Unfortunately 3 of the 5 lights failed after less than an hour. I've tried various different methods of getting in touch (email, socials), but have not received a reply. A real shame as these look really nice and had customer service been better I would've been recommending them to everyone. I'll now have to contact Amex to see if they can reverse the charges. EDIT: After customer services got in touch the matter was resolved promptly and professionally

I always buy the old fashioned linen tea towels, 100% linen are increasingly difficult to purchase, I usually buy the 12% cotton 88% linen which are good, but these Givan ones 100% linen are excellent, they dry dishes quickly, and are superb for glasses. They are well worth the price.
