I purchased some of their Azure lights after seeing loads of ads and liked the look. Unfortunately 3 of the 5 lights failed after less than an hour. I've tried various different methods of getting in touch (email, socials), but have not received a reply. A real shame as these look really nice and had customer service been better I would've been recommending them to everyone. I'll now have to contact Amex to see if they can reverse the charges. EDIT: After customer services got in touch the matter was resolved promptly and professionally

Absolutely phenomenal lighting company. I'm blown away by the level of customer service I received!

Defects with the bulbs and pendants, no response via email from customer service after 48 hours. Called the customer service number, couldn't tell me when I'd get a response as they couldn't contact anyone at the office to ask.

These guys are super helpful and their lamps are amazing.! These LED lamps are the bomb. 98.3CRI on the new dim to warm range is INSANELY GOOD.!! I also just change all the GU10’s in my house to their 24* Dim to warm 97CRI and the whole room looks incredible. The green walls render this vivid colour that I’ve never seen from them before.. Ace products, Ace service. Would definitely recommend.
