Ho acquistato presso il sito Relaxan un paio di Collant e un paio di autoreggenti a compressione graduata. Ora, con riguardo alle autoreggenti nessun problema, ma nei collant, sin dal secondo giorno di utilizzo, hanno iniziato a formarsi buchi all'altezza delle cuciture del cavallo e si sono tirati fili ad ogni lavaggio (pur lavandole a 30 gradi senza altri capi). Ho scritto all'azienda con il solo scopo di esporre le problematiche riscontrate nella calza, dato che non mi aspettavo un rimborso, ed invece questa ha ammesso che probabilmente ciò era dovuto a un difetto di produzione e mi ha prontamente rimborsata. Pienamente soddisfatta, acquisterò ancora da loro!

Jag antar att jag har mig själv att skylla som är för naiv. Men jag känner mig rätt blåst och vill varna andra för att göra samma miss. Ha inte bråttom! Produkterna är presenterade på ett lömskt och vilseledande sätt. Enligt all logik så borde angiven melatoninmängd på burken vara per tablett. Och i de flesta fallen är det så, iaf i styrkorna 3 och 5 mg. Jag var dock ute efter starkare grejer och blev glad när jag såg att de hade 10 mg. Notera att burken med märkningen 10 mg är i princip identiskt avbildad som andra burkar/styrkor från samma serie. Men! Skillnaden är inte styrkan, utan från den här burken är det meningen att du ska ta två tabletter istället för en och på så vis komma upp i 10 mg. Varför behövs denna produkten?? Man kan lika gärna köpa burken som är märkt 5 mg, det gör ingen skillnad. Detta går förvisso att läsa sig till längre ner i produktbeskrivningen om man är noggrann. Men seriöst, vilken svensk konsument förväntar sig sånt fulspel? Jag gjorde inte det och sitter nu med 90 tabletter som i realiteten är 45, och ordentligt dyra också.

Terrible company, wrong tracking number and no reply from customer service Update Vitasunn manage to contact use the day after I submitted my trust pilot review, thank you trust pilot. Stating that they attempted to contact us on a number of occasions but the email bounced, and provided an email with Bounced typed in it, even though I had submitted Vitasunn online customer service form 4 times, submitted emails to Vitasunn customer service and messenger by both myself and my wife's email and phone numbers. And to say that the replacement is free is not correct I had paid for this item and postage already. As i said Vitasunn contacted myself and my wife the day after the review which was appreciated, but the communication to my wife was not what you would expect, cheeky would be putting it lightly.

The customer service is amazing, but the quality of the product is very bad, i bought burberry hero “ parfum” The lasting is around 10 minutes only and you can smell that there’s too much alcohol in it, before i buy I tested the perfume in sephora and it lasted around 5 days, i think they sold me a fake perfume, I really regret buying from them.

I have bought recently a niche perfume as a gift for another person asking for home delivery and they assisted me step by step via whatsapp as I don't live in their country. Before, I had already submitted some requests and doubts to their attention receiving clear and exhaustive answers. The perfume is great and the person who received it was really happy with it. Delivery process was also ok.

I bought two perfumes from the Burjuman Exit 4 shop, which are Duke and Versace. Justine was very helpful and attentive. She recommended the best fragrance products to us.

I was amazed with their customer relations. I will come to the product quality later but the service provided was something more than that. I really appreciate it. I purchased Black opium from YSL and the quality was good. Also I received few complimentary gifts from them. I loved it!!

I purchased a Versace perfume from Sharaf DG Metro Station. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product’s quality. The tester I was given to try and the sealed product I received appear to be completely different. The fragrance of the perfume fades within 5 minutes of application, which is unacceptable for a brand like Versace. Based on my experience, I suspect the product may be counterfeit. I had been sending email for the complaint to check the issue but no one seems interested. This is really disappointing & waste of money.

Ich war seit Jahren regelmäßiger Kunde, aber habe jetzt mal den Kundenservice benötigt und bin bitter enttäuscht. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Produkte fehlen oder sind defekt geliefert worden, Mails werden ignoriert oder erst sehr spät beantwortet, Rückerstattungen angekündigt, aber nicht geleistet… und hier geht es nicht nur um ein paar Euros.

Sehr guter Service, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Hatte ein Problem mit meiner Bestellung und zwar ist etwas ausgelaufen und so nicht mehr zum Verzehr geeignet. Der Betrag wird zurück erstattet.

Erdnussbutter jetzt nicht mehr im Glas sondern im Kunststoffbecher. Durch Abrasion mit dem Messer im Becher nimmt man als Konsument kleinste Partikel von Kunststoff auf. Kunststoff gilt weiterhin als Umweltproblem, eure Kostenersparnis nicht!

3 Shakes bestellt in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Alles kam nach 3 Tagen super bei mir an. Man sollte es mit Wasser mischen. Das ist mir aber definitiv zu dünn und hält nicht satt. Mit Hafermilch, oder normaler Milch ist das viel besser.

I have made a big order with nu3. However, the package never arrived at my address. According to the post, the complaint about lsot/stolen package has to be initiated by nu3, apparently, it can not be done by customer (me). They were rude and declined to give any help. All they had to do is forward my complaint to the Post from their side and that was too much to expect. After this review, they got in touch with me. And they were extremely professional, granting a refund!

I payed more than 400 Euro for a wig that s not worthit. Although revoked the purchase contract in time and sending back the produkt, i never got my money back! When trying to contact the customer service, i got no reaction. For me that is not relyable, that s criminal !

Beautiful topper - stunning .. it’s so natural and healthy looking . It only had 3 clips so I sewed in another as for my thinning hair it wasn’t sufficient. It was shipped to Italy unfortunately I had to pay duty tax which was around 39% extra.

Attention au service client qui change drastiquement. Ce site était autre fois bien plus concilient et commercial, aujourd'hui vous n'avez plus droit à l'erreur. Vous oubliez de choisir le cadeau auquel vous avez droit pour une commande de 136 euros, vous demandez comment rattraper cette erreur, on vous répond sèchement que c'est trop tard.....

Service efficace. J'ai eu un colis de leurs colis ,perdu par Colissimo. Ils m ont renvoyé un colis , super rapidement. Collagène vanille : super produit. Je recommande.

Le produit est livré dans les délais . Pour le moment je passe à travers les maladies saisonnières. Un bon boost, le fait qu'il ne soit pas supplémenté en fer est un avantage car je suis un peu au dessus de la norme de se coté .

Suite au retour de notre précédent avis et après avoir laissé nos coordonnées pour être recontacté comme demandé par la marque (ce qui a été fait par la marque pour le contact) : Un appel de ma part suite à leur appel : l'une des premières remarques a été d'exposer qu'il aurait été plus simple de les appeler pour trouver une solution que d'écrire un avis sur une réalité...Belle surprise que d'avoir une forme de leçon de morale. En finalité, malgré un échange agréable : aucune solution de proposer afin de profiter de ses points fidélité si nous ne faisons pas de commande ou plutôt la conseillère client n'a pas souhaité faire un geste n'étant pas d'accord avec le fait de laisser un avis négatif sans leur téléphoner en amont. Je reste persuadé que ce n'est pas au client consommateur de contacter en cas de problème mais au fournisseur de proposer une solution puisque dans la réponse au premier message nous avons donc laisser nos coordonnées. En finalité : cela sera une fin pour cette marque (qui n'aime pas recevoir un avis négatif en cas de problème), ma mère terminera ses deux paquets de collagène (car nous avions juste suspendu l'abonnement) et elle rejoindra la marque NAALI au safran pour son collagène. C'est dommage pour la fidélité, mais il faut croire que si nous n'allons pas le sens de la conseillère l'égo a été plus fort :) Une fin bien triste et une perte de temps. Donc si vous souhaitez quitter la marque pour une autre collagène : pensez à utiliser vos points avant. Surtout que le collagène au Safran de Naali est top :) A bon entendeur pour ceux qui veulent changer et tester de nouveaux produits. Prenez soin de vous et votre peau ! Edit du 30/01 : il est quand même très déplacé de votre part de parler à la place de tous les commerçants...De plus, votre commentaire remet en question l'existence du site TrustPilot dans ce cas ! Donc, nous restons sur notre position et tant pis pour cette fidélité qui n'a pas été récompensée. Vous vous permettez de remettre nous devrions vous appeler ? J'ai eu une très belle expérience avec Nutri&Co ! En effet, j'ai deux adresses postales. Une en Corse et une à Fréjus. En ce moment je suis à Fréjus pour 4 mois, j'ai passé une commande chez Nutri&Co, Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé mais mon colis est arrivé à mon adresse de Corse alors qu'il y avait l'adresse de Fréjus mais le code postal de Corse. La Factrice de Corse qui me connait très bien m'a téléphoné et m'a expliqué l'adresse du colis. Je lui ai demandé de me retourner le colis, elle n'a pas voulu et me l'a mis dans ma boîte aux lettres de Corse. Le problème c'est que j'avais un besoin urgent de ma commande. Donc j'ai repassé la même commande. Nutri&Co m'a, non seulement remboursé ma commande, mais me l'a renvoyé dans les deux jours ! Je n'en revenais pas. De nos jours, personne n'aurait pris en charge ce problème comme ils l'ont fait. D'autres sites se seraient retranchés derrière le règlement ou autre prétexte, pas Nutri&Co, j'ai quelqu'un qui m'a accompagné jusqu'au bout avec rapidité, efficacité et gentillesse. C'est un magnifique geste commercial. En plus de leurs pratiques commerciales irréprochables, leurs produits sont français et surtout très bons. Un exemple : je ne supporte pas du tout le magnésium chaque fois que j'en ai pris j'ai eu des effets secondaires négatifs, j'ai essayé le magnésium de Nutri&Co et miracle, il me va très bien et je n'ai aucun effet secondaire. Très sérieux sur la commande, en ceux qui concerne le produit acheté je n’ai pas encore essayé.

Nutri & Co propose leurs "promos d'hiver". Exemple le multi vitamines au prix de 25,11 au lieu de 27,90 et le Magnésium à 17,91 au lieu de 19,50. Donc un gain de 4,60 Euros. Seulement Nutri&Co propose également des packs dont le pack Multi vitamines + Magnesium au prix de ...45 Euros donc supérieur à la promo de -10% puisque le total est de 43,02 pour les deux produits. De plus pour le pack cité Nutri&Co affiche le prix barré plein pot à 47,80 et met en avant le prix promo à 45 Euros. Je leur ai demandé des explications mais pour eux il n'y a aucun souci. Nous pouvons nous interroger de la pertinence de mettre un pack Multi vitamines + Magnésium plus cher que les produits achetés individuellement alors les promos annoncées vont de -10 % à - 50%. J'informe que je suis bon client de cette marque. Quel reproche ? Vous faites des promos certes mais sur le cas cité cela peut porter à confusion! D'autre part il serait plus pertinent de laisser le client composer ses packs. De plus une beaucoup.de vos produits sont ou plus onéreux sans qu'ils apportent quelque chose de positif et il suffit de faire le ratio quantité/ prix .

Bought two higher end products totalling £21.98. I knew I shouldn’t have purchased the second product as the bottle was sticky. The guy said he would clean it and he did. When I got home the seal on one item was broken, and I thought the bottle felt light. There was no seal on the second bottle, which had been sticky (all the bottles of that product were sticky) and it did not smell like it is supposed to when bought from online from a different retailer. I’m of course very disappointed, il be heading back first thing in the morning to get a refund, let’s see if they comply. I’m not confident that they will, but I will see if they do regardless. It’s not unreasonable to expect a retailer to comply with trading standards and consumer law. Supper annoyed though because I don’t expect to spend over £20 on a clearly used product and what I believe is a fake.

I visited the Upton Park store yesterday and will never visit again. I went with my elderly mother, our speaking voices were mocked, the guy on the counter refused to speak when asked a question responded arrogantly that "silence is the best answer", my other said "thank you" as she handed over HER money again to silence. The worst shopping experience ever, I live locally & haven't visited this store for many years and will certainly never go back - basic human civility was missing let alone professionalism. My mother struggles with walking which is the only reason we didn't go straight to a different store but I will never frequent this store again. Shocking approach to customer service!

This was my worst shopping experience ever. I would encourage others to not frequent this store, I walked in with my elderly mother instead of a greeting our speaking voices were mocked, the guy at the counter did not smile or even speak when asked a question. In fact we said "thank you" as we handed over OUR money to Stone cold silence. Absolute worst shopping experience EVER, these people seem to have contempt for paying customers without the bear minimum of human civility let alone peofessionalism, I am horrified that I took my mother to this store

I visited Supergrows Leytonstone earlier today and received such a pleasant friendly experience as usual. Every time I have visited the store, the staff have always been welcoming and helpful to ensure I was able to look at the range of products on offer and never pressurised into purchasing. I did purchase today and last week when I visited.

Good, I got my parcel well packed and delivered on time.

Supergrows helped me when I was in such a tricky spot. Setting up a new business in Uganda, and I needed a few products sent here ASAP using a courier service not far from them. They dispatched the product the same day to the courier company I used, and invoiced me for the goods with quantity discount. Really pleased with how everything went, and their customer service was 10/10. I don't usually leave reviews, because...well, lets be honest, who does? But Fahim asked me kindly if I could leave one, and I couldn't say no. His customer service is literally 1 in a million and he has saved me from a lot of disgruntled customers. Phew. Thanks Supergrows for saving the day.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'utilise Herbalife. Herbalife m'a d'abord permis de perdre du poids et des centimètres dans le cadre bien sûr d'une alimentation équilibrée. Ainsi plus de beurre le matin un petit déjeuner avec mon shaker Herbalife un fromage blanc skyr avec des graines de chia . Le midi normal mais équilibre et le soir légumes ou soupe de légumes et mon shaker. Depuis Herbalife me sert à faire des rattrapages quand je m'ecarte de mon poids de croisière. Je n'attends pas je ressors le shaker et je me mets sur les rails. Herbalife précieux pour moi et en plus c'est très agréable a consommer.

Te atienden con todo el cariño del mundo, empatizan contigo en todo momento y procuran que la experiencia sea lo más llevadera posible durante el tiempo que estás allí. Las instalaciones son estupendas y el proceso se pasa de manera excepcional. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Alfonso, mi asesor, por su atención y apoyo en todo el proceso, y a la Doctora Soto (excelente persona) junto a su increíble equipo formado por Verónica, Lidia y Sara que tuvieron una empatía y profesionalidad de diez, siempre atentas a cada detalle durante la cirugía. Me explicaron de manera clara y honesta lo que podían hacer y lo que no, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad y confianza desde el principio. Recomendaría esta clínica sin dudarlo. Tras ser intervenido ayer, quiero dar las gracias a Sandra, la asesora por la que elegí Hospital Capilar, es muy profesional en la primera valoración y en el seguimiento, dar las gracias también al Dr. Leone y el equipo médico que me atendió Jacán, África, Laura…hacen que sientas todo va a salir bien desde el primer momento, están muy pendientes del paciente para que estés cómodo en todo momento, y eso es algo que marca la diferencia. ¡Sin ninguna duda este el centro que siempre recomendaría! Transparencia total, tienen una política de precios clara que ya manifiesta la profesionalidad del sitio. Desde la primera consulta el acompañamiento es continuo desde la asesora, al doctor y todo el equipo medico. Además las instalaciones son únicas, en muchos sitios no cuentan con sus propios quirófanos en cambio aquí tienen todos los medios para no moverte del sitio, incluido el hotel.

He tenido una muy buena experiencia, me operaron ayer y todo muy bien. La comunicación muy fluida desde el primer momento, Sandra ha sido super profesional y ha estado super pendiente de mi caso. La doctora Soto y su equipo han sido encantadoras y han hecho que el proceso sea lo más cómodo y agradable posible. Las instalaciones están muy bien y el trato general no podría ser mejor. De aquí a unos meses actualizaré el comentario para añadir la experiencia durante el posoperatorio y siguientes fases. ¡Un abrazo a tod@s y gracias!

Nada que objetar desde la primera consulta con Sandra (asesora capilar)hasta el equipo de cirugía debo de decir que son muy profesionales y serios en su trabajo lo recomiendo 100%no doy las 5 estrellas porque solo llevo 2 días injertados (debo de decir que no he sentido ningún dolor ) y esperaré a los resultados que seguro que serán los esperados

I have let my fine wavy/curly be in it's natural state (stopped straightening) for the last 2 years. I've used lots & lots of products in those 2 years and eventually found my holy grail - CurlyEllie Intense collection strong hold gel. As I can't break away from the bleach this gel conditions and keeps my curls bouncy & shiny. Only a small amount is required. Can't thank you enough. Please don't ever stop producing. I would highly recommend this product!

Die Rasierseifen sowie die Aftershaves sind sehr gut. Schade, dass diese so schwach beduftet sind. Die Lieferung mit den hohen Zollgebühren entäuschte mich. Ich musste bei jeder Lieferung mit Fedex CHF 30.00 Gebühren bezahlen. Bei einem Einkauf um die CHF 30.00 lohnt sich ein Kauf nicht. Ich werde nicht mehr über E&S Rasage bestellen. Es gibt viele Hersteller, die viel günstiger liefern. Schade für die vielen tollen Produkte von E&S Rasage..

Naast de snelle levering en goede communicatie was ook de snelle reactie toen een lamp licht beschadigd bleek heel prettig. Per ommegaande werd een nieuwe lamp geleverd.

lamp was niet direct leverbaar kreeg keurig een tel dat het een weeek later zou worden

Het is daadwerkelijk een snoezig lampje. Enige opmerking: het heeft een draad en die was op de foto niet te zien. Ik meende dan ook een oplaadbare tafellamp te hebben gekocht. Maar ik houd ‘m toch!

I was fortunate to receive a Tantra massage from Olga that was healing. Her sensitive touch was relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly go again.

The massage was thorough and contained strong pressures and techniques which i felt were very effective and which i havent experienced before. Usually energy massages are smooth and sensual but this one was also enough strong which I enjoyed. I felt the therapist there in every moment, so she did it with her whole heart.
