I received the heated gloves as a gift. First time skiing and using them the zipper which holds the battery in place broke. I contacted them, they were very polite asking for pictures and details. The final verdic was that this model is no longer produced so no replacement would be provided. Crappy product do not buy!

I wish I had read the reviews PRIOR to spending $500 on a power station. We got the extra 4 year warranty on top of that price. BAD decision because the phone number basically said there was not customer service and I needed to email the problem to the company and WAIT for a response. I would not hold my breath because I would have died before someone would call me back. I guess because of so many faulty pieces of equipment, or a LACK of a QI department, maybe the business folded and is not selling anything anymore. Who know? you can't get anyone of the phone number that was listed on Amazon. That is probably why they are not selling these on Amazon anymore.

Shoddy product
Shoddy product, horrid customer service. Bought a 500w power bank 2.5 years ago. Barely used it as I bought it for backup. Now it will not charge at all, and all customer service said was "too bad, so sad" with not even any suggestions of what was wrong or what to do. $500 down the drain. Really??? My pool vac quit working
My pool vac quit working. It was still under warranty. When I call paxcess customer support, I get an Aiper rep. Send the vac back for a repair/replacement. Now they have my pool vac. They won’t repair/replace it and they won’t send my original pool vac back. All I get is a runaround every two days.

I waited so long to open the new arrival I was past the guaranteed part replacement and agrred to pay for the part. After being lied to in two different phone calls, they finally admitted they don't have the part. I have NEVER used the machine. BEWARE!!!

I purchased a pressure washer from them in June 2021. It's been used 10-15 times in that period. I took it out of the gargage to use it this year to clean the drive, and now the hose won't go into the socket it goes into! I've contacted their customer support and was told "sorry, we don't have any UK stock" ... well I call BS, as they have them on Amazon going for £200 currently! I'll be reporting them to Amazon and everywhere else I can find to vent my anger!

Do not use!
Placed an order on the 4th of July, got a confirmation email. Still no sign of my order 8 days later! I emailed twice.. No reply. Now just received a refund with no reason or email 13 days later!! Totally ridiculous, if you do not have the stock then don't take the order, if it goes missing in transit let your customer know! Doesn't even look like it left the warehouse to be honest. Will not use again due to the lack of communication regarding my order and terrible way of dealing with things!

I paid a deposit for a massage service with them to find out their business had closed (instagram account /aprilspromisespa) so was never available in the first instance. Have been trying to call and email for 2 days now with no avail and since then they have charged £500 worth of treatments to my card. Unknowingly they set the payment up as recurring without permission and now keep setting up new treatments and attempting to take payments. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE

Rad. ce n'est clairement plus ce que c'était ! J'avais l'habitude de commander en 2015. Les tee shirts étaient de super qualité, de la marque american apparel. Je viens de commander à nouveau, et je suis très très déçue. Plus d'un mois d'attente pour recevoir un tee shirt dans un coton quasi transparent fabriqué au Bangladesh ! Inadmissible ! Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.

Pour résumer, commande passée le 14 décembre 2018 , et à ce jour, toujours rien reçu ! pas de numéro de téléphone pour les joindre évidement... J'ai donc contacté le service par mail en demandant un remboursement , qui m'envoie des mails pré écris, en me précisant que le colis sera envoyé prochainement... Après plusieurs mails, ils m'offrent un bon d'achat de 10€ sur le site, même pas le prix de ma commande ! De plus je ne veux certainement plus commander sur leur site. Donc pour conclure : toujours pas de colis, toujours pas de remboursement et maintenant plus de réponse de leur part...

Na 2 jaar en 3 maanden ben je je geld kwijt
Bij aankoop van de kaart wordt er niet gewezen op de kleine lettertjes, namelijk dat na 2 jaar en 3 maanden je geld kwijt bent. In mijn geval gaat dat om € 150. Wees gewaarschuwd, geef iemand liever fysiek geld cadeau dan het risico lopen dat je een bedrijf als dit spekt. Toevoeging: binnen deze 3 maanden na de 2 jaar geldigheidsduur gunt het bedrijf je een (lachwekkende) 'coulance' van 50%. Dat is makkelijk geld verdienen. Nooit weer koop ik een cadeaubon.

De bon is twee jaar geldig maar is uitgegeven in corona tijd daar houdt Sauna Cadeau geen rekening en daarbij komt dat ze adverteren op hun website met heel veel sauna's die permant gesloten zijn ze verkopen dus gebakken lucht. na bellen en mail bieden ze 50% van de waarde van de bon aan. dit heeft niet met coulance te maken. bestel hier niks mensen!

Een saunacadeaubon in juli 2023 aan broer en schoonzus gegeven voor hun huwelijk. Willen ze in maart 2024 naar de sauna maar blijkt het saldo er helemaal af te zijn. Tegoed is leeg! Hoe dan?!? Volgens klantenservice is het tegoed van 65 euro eraf geschreven in november ' 23 maar ze zijn niet eens geweest! Mailtje gestuurd om een oplossing te vinden krijgen ze nul op rekest. Zo zielig! Wie flikt nou zoiets.

Bon niet verlengt, net verlopen. Ja ik kon nog de helft van het geld terug krijgen maar vanaf € 15 moest je wel een nieuwe fysieke kaart bestellen. Of je wel even nog € 3 verzendkosten wil betalen. Van de oorspronkelijke € 50 nog € 22 over. Totaal geen toegevoegde waarde dit bedrijf, maken misbruik van een verloop optie waar ze lekker vaag over blijven om geld te kunnen vangen. Mijn advies, gebruik lekker je geld zelf om een leuk dagje uit te betalen, de bon draagt daar verder niets aan bij.

Helaas zeer matig aanbod en geen gebruiksvriendelijke website. Je kan nergens op filteren behalve 'provincie'. Was handig en modern geweest om de mogelijkheid te geven om te filteren op beoordelingen/sauna's/baden etc.

mijn saunawellnesscadeaukaart is verlopen. Dit komt natuurlijk door de corona periode. maar hij wordt dus niet meer verlengd. Dit klopt natuurlijk niet. Ten eerste mag er geen geldigheid datum op een cadeaubon staan en ten tweede zou het bedrijf coulance moeten hebben. Heel jammer, zeker niet aanschaffen.

In november 2019 heb ik deze Nederlandse Saunacadeaubon tv € 75,00 cadeau gekregen. Door de Corona kon ik deze cadeaubon niet verzilveren. Daarna werd ik helaas geconfronteerd met zeer ernstige ziekte met de hoofdletter K. Een heel proces volgde. In 2022 is de ziekte onder controle gekomen en kan ik mij weer gaan storten op de leuke dingen in het leven. Ik wilde graag gebruik maken van mijn sauna cadeaukaart. Helaas deze was verlopen. Via telefoontjes, mail etc etc alles geprobeerd maar de organisatie achter Nederlandse Saunacadeaubon is niet van plan om enige coulance te verlenen en mij een nieuwe Nederlandse Saunacadeaubon toe te sturen. hierbij waarschuw ik iedereen; KOOP NOOIT EEN NEDERLANDSE SAUNA CADEAUBON.

Mijn tegoedbon van "De Nederlandse Sauna Cadeaubon" is inmiddels langere tijd verlopen. ik vind dat ik hiervoor een héle goede reden heb. Daarom heb ik contact gezocht met "De Nederlandse Sauna Cadeaubon" via e-mail. Ik krijg wel netjes een reactie. Ze zijn helemaal niet benieuwd naar de reden waarom ik de bon niet tijdig heb kunnen verzilveren. De bon is verlopen en ze kunnen niets betekenen. Ik wacht nog op een reactie waarom dit bedrijf ervoor kiest om met een beperkte geldigheidsduur te werken. Verdienmodel? Voor mijzelf ga ik kijken welke sauna's met dit bedrijjf werken én òf dit bedrijf ook andere bonnen uitgeeft dan alleen voor sauna's (bijvoorbeeld restaurants).

Bardzo polecam ;) Biorę ,Collagen Marine Premium+ ,Omega 3 i zaczęłam Eqology Essential a moja dwuletnia córeczka Omegę Kids ,nawet nigdy nie mamy lekkiego przeziębienia ,więc coś w tym jest . Service client inexistant
J’ai commandé en ligne, ce n’est pas la première fois, mais j’ai été très déçue cette fois, pourtant c’était bien avant. Bugg lors de la commande : impossible de voir le point relai pour réceptionner le colis. J’ai voulu les joindre pour savoir où mon colis serait livré : numéro non attribué et l’email de contact : j’attends toujours une réponse.. donc totalement injoignable. J’ai envoyé 2 emails : aucunes nouvelles 2 semaines après. Par chance j’ai fini par recevoir la commande chez moi et non en point relai, heureusement que le facteur a fait ça, sinon j’aurais pu attendre longtemps sans savoir où aller chercher mon colis. Je ne laisse habituellement pas de commentaires négatifs, mais aucune réponse : il faut pas se moquer du monde quand même. Je ne commanderai plus chez eux. En plus c’est hors de prix, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le coup de commander chez eux.

Première commande ; sur le site , il est indiqué que l'expédition de la commande est complète. Hélas, il manque un produit, et dans le carton, figure un mini bout de papier sur lequel, il est indiqué que le produit manquant me sera expédié prochainement. Rien n'est arrivé cependant. Mais, le délai pour réclamer courait pendant que j'attendais et n'était plus raisonnable lorsque j'ai réalisé ma mésaventure. J'ai tout de même envoyé un mail pour présenter ma réclamation. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse.

Très déçue.
Très déçue.. Après plusieurs commandes qui ce sont très bien passées j'étais tout à fait prête à pardonner une erreur ou un retard. Seulement après un mois d'attente suite au paiement, ma commande n'est pas arrivée, aucun service client : réponse par mail inexistante, pas de réponse par téléphone ou seulement pour me dire de rappeler plus tard. Aucune information, pas de remboursement ni aucune réparation.. Je vais désormais effectuer mes commandes ailleurs.

Un peu déçue, plus de petite attention
Un peu déçue par les délais, mais surtout plus de petite carte, ni d'échantillon, ni de lime.... On prend vite ces habitudes qui nous font plaisir, surtout quand on connaît la boutique depuis plusieurs années. Grâce aux échantillons de mon concept store local j'ai enfin trouvé une nouvelle routine qui me convienne parfaitement, du coup, je viens de passer deux autres commandes ailleurs dans d'autres boutiques ayant une éthique qui me corresponde et où j'ai trouvé mes produits légèrement moins chers.

Good product but complete absence of customer service
I love their deoderant - used it for many months without issue and it worked great, left no stains, nice small pots, recyclable. But they sent me a batch that were completely liquid and leaked everywhere - clearly a manufacturing issue, so I thought I'd just get a set of replacements sent out no problem. But absolutely no response to emails - sent a follow-up after a week but again no response. Eventually gave up. Big shame, but have cancelled subscription and now trying to find an alternative natural deoderant.

I bought from Pitt Balm during the pandemic and supported them as a black-owned business. I bought a subscription with them and am still waiting to receive my purchase. It might have been delivered to an old address, and that is what happened last time. I received an email to say it had been sent on the 10th of March, so I emailed them on the 17th as I had still not received anything. Mia emailed me back and said the parcel had been sent out on the 15th and that if I had yet to receive it by the weekend, to email back. Alas, I didn't receive it by the weekend, and then they advised it had been posted on the 10th and delivered on the 17th. I have not received this parcel, and they have stopped responding to emails. The service has been shocking, to be honest, and I will no longer be supporting this business.

Ordered their products Dec 2 2022, but received nothing. I sent an email on Dec 29th & they replied that there'd been a postal strike & delivery issues but stated other orders shipped on that date had arrived - but nothing came. I contacted again twice but no reply. I contacted Visa to see if they can do anything. Don't bother unless you want to throw your money away.

Cannot comment on the product because I never received it but customer experience was horrible. Placed order in May, never received it. Sent two follow up emails and reached out through live chat. No one ever responded to my messages either. I’ve never had such bad experience with any company before.

Love this deodorant
I received this as part of a gift box, and I'm so glad I did! I finished my last anti-perspirant and haven't looked back. My first tin actually lasted me SEVEN weeks (applying once a day)! And I'm on the second now. You don't need much and it's very moisturising but dries quickly. My underarms were quite dry between shaving and anti-perspirant, so they're loads better now. The grapefruit and lemon fragrances I've tried are both lovely. The subscription price isn't bad when it lasts a decent length of time.

The best natural deodorant ever.
I absolutely love Pitt Balm, I've struggled for years to find a natural deodorant but I've been using this deodorant for over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier, I doubt i'll change anytime soon. The packaging is cute and convenient and it doesn't make your underarms greasy like other brands do. The lime and peppermint smells incredible and the fragrance free is perfect if you'd like to wear some perfume or essential oils on top.

Awesome deodorant
I hesitated for ages before trying a natural deodorant, having tried other variants before and sticking loyally to a brand of anti-p spray deodorant for years. This Pitt Balm deo has completely changed my mind. Doesn't feel greasy or sticky once you rub it in and has a nice, almost powdery feel. And more importantly, it works! No sweaty smell - I don't know how it works but it does. Even my other half, who is usually highly sceptical of any new product, has made the swap. And we just add the tin to our household recycling when we're finished with it, so no stacking up of aerosol bottles needing to go to the dump anymore. We've been using it for almost a year now. Ordering via the website is efficient and our deodorants arrive the next day. It's a winner!

Organic deodorant that actually works !!!!
I have tried 2 other brands of organic deodorant and towards the end of the day I would start to stink. But with Pitt balm it keeps me dry and smelling nice through out the whole day. It’s amazing with such little and organic ingredients how it does the jobs rather than all those out there with those toxic ingredients. Happy to have finally found an organic deodorants that’s not toxic to my body and works!

Your pitts deserve it!
This is such an incredible product, I can't believe what a difference it's made to my life! 'Normal' deodorants always seemed to make me smell worse when I broke a sweat, but that problem is in the past now and I'll never be switching back. The natural ingredients do an amazing job and the scents are so fresh. I chose lemon and lime and I can't wait to try grapefruit when I repurchase. Such a lovely brand and I'll be telling anyone who will listen!

Ich habe den vaganen Wondershake bestellt und bin überzeugt von der Qualität! Das Pulver löst sich leicht in Wasser oder Milch auf und schmeckt wirklich gut. Versand ging auch schnell. Schade nur, dass die Verpackung deutlich größer war, als für den Inhalt nötig gewesen wäre. Auf recourcenschonende Verpackungen wird scheinbar noch nicht sonderlich geachtet.

I don’t think I’ll order again…
I initially liked that the prices for eminence items are low. However it is obvious that one of my items did not have a box and I suspect it had been used/ opened by someone else. Further, they seem to allow returns if the original packaging is retuened with product. I am questioning whether other ordered items had been returns. Maybe they were tried. Can’t imagine ordering from them again with this uncertainty. I also emailed them and called them -with no response. I don’t have trust.

Not An Authorized Reseller
This website is not an authorized retailer for any of these brands. They purchase their products through the grey market. They are able to discount so highly because of where they purchase, as they can buy under wholesale cost. Multiple brands have and will be filing law suits against them for selling their product with no authorization. The CEO of Editor’s Pick, Kathryn McDavid is not a real person. She even has a fake LinkedIn profile. If the companies she “worked for” were called, they would not be able to verify employment simply because she does not exist. Her information is even attached to the company info on the BBB.

Best prices on quality skincare items
I have ordered 2 items from Editor’s Pick and I have been happy with both purchases-Revision C+ Correcting Complex 30% and Dr. Dennis Gross Extra Strength Peel Pads. Both are real items because I use these products almost everyday. The date for the peel pads is 09/27 and IDK if Revision has expiration dates on their products, but the box was sealed and I’m sure it is the same product I have purchased in the Dermatologist’s office. I will continue to order from them because they offer the best prices on quality skincare products.

Products don't have expiration dates and don't come shrink wrapped. Had an adverse reaction and tried calling/emailing the company and ZERO response. I received notification from DHL product delivered on Nov 22nd. To date there’s still no sign of product. I contacted DHL who indicated they would follow up with local post office. I left voice mail messages for Editor’s Pick on Nov 25 & Nov 27. Today is Dec 2nd. I have no product, no follow up response from anyone and obviously no refund. It would be appreciated if someone would actually respond and find a resolution.

I believe there products are fake. I’ve been using PCA pigment bar for the last 5 years. I decided to look into a cheaper site which was this one. I started using it on vacation in Jamaican I instantly felt burning on my face. I thought cleaning products must’ve gotten on my facial sponge. I was left with burnt marks on a parts of my face. I Continue using the product for three months not realizing what was going on, and my face is a totally different complexion than my body. My husband ask me if I was bleaching, my lips are dark and my face is much lighter then my neck. I embrace my dark skin. I’m highly upset that I was scammed effecting my confidence.

The doctor was very nice and patient. Answered all the questions we had and he even gave some unrelated health advice. He was great! I was really impressed with the coordinator's/assistant's (Emrullah) work! His attention to details and problem-solving skills was exceptional, and he consistently exceeded my expectations. You can ask him anything, he'll find answer/solution! Their positive attitude and willingness to make you feel at ease made them a pleasure to have the surgery with them. Most of the nurses speak English at some level. Overall, I am happy we chose them!

Gastric sleeve 22nd May 2024 After suffering with high blood pressure and having to take 2 different tablets daily, Yoyo diets all my life. Losing 2-5 stone a time and then gaining it back. My whole world has changed thanks to Dr Mustafa!
