A total rip off - so don't use.
The condoms they sent were completely different to those I ordered, just loosely packed in unbranded paper bags. The condoms are horrible and I won't be using them - so that's £40 down the drain. The 5 star reviews all appear to be fake to me, so don't buy from there people.

Came across this site as I was looking for latex free condoms that I could have delivered to my house. I found what I needed at a fair price. One thing I thought was great was how discreet the parcel was when it arrived. You would never have known what was in the parcel, which is a bonus when you have kids 😄 100% using these again

Did not send what I had ordered, plus came in nondescript packing, without the proper branded Urex boxes. So, had no confidence in what there were. Won't be so lazy next time - I will go to Boots so I can see what I am getting!

Some Problems but Resolved Superbly
I placed an order as the price was reasonable and they seemed to be reputable. Sadly my first order did not arrive. I contacted them to report this and was asked to wait another week as Royal Mail were having delays in service. After another week I followed up and was told my order would be sent again. They even upgraded me after advising that some items weren't available. A few days later my order arrived. I was a bit disappointed that the condoms were not in the sealed packaging, and that might put me off a repeat order, but I have to praise the excellent customer service. Thank you Adam who helped me out!

I paid , no product received and i was accused of being a liar.
If there was an option for no starts i would have chosen that. I have had the most terrible experience with this company and the people who are working there, from customer service to management m, to know about the details please read my drafted email to skin fanatics, which will also be shared with which, trading standards and all those involved, which i intend to share with multiple agencies and authorities. To whom it may concern. On 11th April 2022 I contacted your customer service office to explain that the product I had ordered had not been delivered. Rather, I received an empty envelop in the mail. Photo evidence is attached which is a photo taken by Royal Mail, NOT by myself. I was expecting your customer service representative to take time to understand what had happened and to work with me to resolve the situation. I spoke to customer service and to His supervisor or manager. Rather, customer service representative told me he was unable to help as there was no process he could follow to resolve this situation. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was passed to Him, who then proceeded to accuse me being a liar and a thief. His supervisor/ manager told me, it’s not his problem, that he thought I was lying and had received the item, and I should contact Royal Mail. First of all, I can assure you I am not a liar or a thief and I am extremely disappointed and upset that your staff felt that this was their first solution rather than help resolve the situation appropriately. They were extremely rude and not ‘Customer Support’ in any way. Secondly, I have attached (as mentioned) photographic evidence from Royal Mail that shows an empty envelope being posted through my letter box. Thirdly, as you have selected and paid Royal Mail to deliver the item and it’s clear the item has not been delivered, therefore you should be the one to raise this with Royal Mail, not me, the customer, who has paid for this item in full and have not received what I paid for. I have also shared this with other customer bodies (as per below) as no paying customer should have to be treated the way you have treated me and furthermore, accept liability for yours and Royal Mail’s errors. I am looking for resolution to this matter by either receiving the item I have paid for OR receiving a refund in full. I will continue to pursue resolution through other means should you not respond, or response in the extreme rude manner you have done so far. Jeg købte for nylig en gave til min voksne søn fra Parfumeshop.dk til en værdi af 800 kr. Jeg fik ikke nogen kvitering , kun fra Anyday hvor jeg havde købt gaven igennem . Der gik mange dage , uden en lyd fra selve butikken , og da de endelig skrev til mig , var det for at sige at de ikke havde den alligevel . Det var dumt gjort men jeg købte endnu en , samme produkt , hos dem igen , men kun fordi jeg kunne afdrage gennem Anyday , og nu har igen ikke hørt fra butikken i adskillige dage -intet , ingen email , eller sms hvor jeg kan spore den , intet , så det ender nok som sidste gang .

Fuld tilfredshed!
Det er nogle år siden, jeg sidst købte hos parfumeshop.dk, men jeg har aldrig oplevet dårlig service. Jeg blev derfor meget overrasket over at læse så dårlige anmeldelser på Trustpilot, som de seneste, og det var selvfølgelig derfor også med en lille nervøsitet i maven, at jeg d. 5. april bestilte to stk. EdT fra Floris of London til en pris, der er ca. 40% under forhandlere i DK. Levering med Bring til Silvan i Odense kunne ifølge ordrebekræftelsen forventes i perioden 10.-15. april. Der stod på mailen med trackingnummer pludselig et andet ordrenummer, så jeg skrev for at sikre mig, at de rigtige produkter blev afsendt. Der kom svar med det samme, at alt var ok. Pakken blev leveret d. 15. april. Omhyggeligt indpakket for at beskytte de to EdT’er, der naturligvis begge var i original, uåbnet emballage. Det kan simpelthen ikke gøres bedre! Hvis jeg kunne give parfumeshop.dk seks stjerner, ville jeg gøre det. Det er naturligvis virkelig trist, at andre kunder har følt sig dårligt behandlet eller måske ligefrem direkte snydt, men jeg kan overhovedet ikke genkende den kritik, andre anmeldere har givet udtryk for på Trustpilot. Som en lille ekstra detalje kan nævnes, at jeg i ventetiden har forsøgt at ringe til parfumeshop.dk blot for at tjekke, om der er nogen i den anden ende, da flere anmeldere har skrevet om dårlig og en telefonisk ikke-kontaktbar kundeservice. Der har været optaget hver gang, jeg har ringet, hvilket selvfølgelig opleves som lidt utrygt som kunde, når man læser andre om kunders dårlige oplevelser, men parfumeshop.dk har faktisk efterfølgende ringet mig op. Jeg undrer mig derfor over, at samme firma som har ydet mig en så sublim service skulle have behandlet andre kunder så skidt, som andre anmeldere har givet udtryk for. Det er vigtigt at advare andre om falske firmaer og andre svindlere på nettet, men det er lige så vigtigt at anbefale de gode og ærlige firmaer. Jeg kan kun anbefale parfumeshop.dk på baggrund af mine erfaringer.

Dette firma overholder ikke deres egne regler i forhold til at returnere deres varer. Jeg har måtte betale over 200 kr i porto og jeg kan se, at de har modtaget min pakke men de svare mig ikke og sender ikke mine penge retur. Det er direkte tyveri !!!! Det er over al kritik !!!

Jeg har bestilt en parfume, som I åbenbart ikke havde på lageret alligevel. Jeg har skrevet, at I skal annullere min ordre. Men hører ikke fra jer, og pengene er reserveret på PayPal, så jeg kan ikke annullere betalingen. Jeres telefon virker åbenbart ikke. Så det er ret svært at kommunikere med jer. Virkelig dårlig service ikke at svare på mails, og trække penge for en vare I ikke har. Handler aldrig hos jer igen.

Tjek firmaet inden i bestiler
Ordre Nummer 4897967 Jeg manglede lige en enkelt lille ting til en gavepakke. Havde bestilt ved at andet firma, men noget Bring sidder åbenbart fast i Holland. Fandt så lige denne ParfumeShop. dk. som kunne levere til min adresse (Sic!) Det ligner ganske aldeles en dansk forhandler, og de har sågar et dansk telefonnummer. Desværre viser det sig, at det ikke er spor dansk, og med levering til min adresse mener de åbenbart, at jeg skal køre halvdelen af Jylland rundt, for at kunne modtage/afhente min ordre. Følgelig har de annulleret ordren, da de ikke har noget samarbejde med et service orienteret budfirma. Nu venter jeg blot på at få refunderet min betaling, og de skal de jo nok bruge et par uger til, da de jo residerer i England, som jo ikke hører til blandt de mest kvikke.

Langsom leverance og uklar information
Efter at have bestilt den 14. december, og fået at vide at pakken var sendt den 16., får jeg den først den 28., så jeg manglede en julegave. Ydermere får jeg et Bring sporingsnummer, men da Bring først får pakken den 27., er dette jo ikke meget bevendt. En henvendelse til Parfumeshop den 22. giver ikke nogen brugbar information, ud over at den er afsendt den 16., og de fortsat forventer, at den leveres mellem den 21. og 24. december.

Dårlig forsendelses service
Jeg bestilte varer d. 31/07/21 til hjemmelevering, jeg modtager kort efter en mail fra Tanja om at Bring ikke levere hjem i øjeblikket, hvilket er løgn, da jeg selv ringede til Bring og spurgte om dette kunne være rigtigt, hvor de dertil svarede at de leverede til hjemmeadresser. Jeg skriver så derefter tilbage til Tanja at de bare kan levere til den nærmeste pakkeshop, da jeg egentlig ikke gider diskutere ydeligere med hende. Jeg modtager Track & Trace nummer dagen efter. Der går 1-2 hverdage, har stadig ikke modtaget sms/mail om at pakken er klar til afhentning eller at Bring har modtaget pakken. Jeg ringer til det nummer der står på ParfumeShop’s hjemmeside for at høre hvad der sker og hvor min pakke bliver af, dog bliver telefonen ikke taget, og efter jeg ringede anden/tredje gang, havde de blokeret mit nr. Jeg ringer derfor i stedet til Bring for at høre hvor min pakke er henne, jeg giver dem så mit Track & Trace nummer, som jeg modtog fra Tanja, dertil svarer Bring at de ikke har kunne levere pakken da de ikke har modtaget leveringsadresse fra parfumeshop, så de har sendt den retur. Jeg skriver så igen til Tanja at jeg vil have mine penge tilbage, da der er gået lidt over en måned uden at have modtaget pakken og de reklamere med at der er 1-3 dages levering på deres hjemmeside. Jeg skriver dog en ny mail om at jeg faktisk gerne vil modtage pakken, da det var en gave. Tanja skriver så tilbage at hun vil sende en ny pakke, hvilket jeg takker ja tak til, jeg modtager så endelig en sms/mail fra Bring om at min pakke er klar til afhentning. Jeg modtag pakken 29/09/21, altså to måneder efter jeg havde bestilt.

Dårlig kundeservice / geografisk sans
Efter bestilling af varer til min hjemadresse (5500 Middelfart) får jeg mail om at “Bring” kun levere til afhentning i 5690 Tommerup eller på forskellige adresser i Odense-området der ligger ca. 50 km væk. Da jeg spørger om mulighed for levering i Middelfart (her er der 4 pakkeshop) får jeg at vide dette ikke er muligt. Så hvis ikke du har lydt til at køre langt efter din vare, så lad være med at handle her !

Jeg var lidt skeptisk efter at have…
Jeg var lidt skeptisk efter at have læst anmeldelser, så mine forventninger var ikke skyhøje. Jeg bestilte dog alligevel, da det er et af de eneste steder jeg kan få de parfumer jeg gerne vil have. Jeg fik straks en ordrebekræftelse, men hørte ikke mere før der var besked fra bring, hvornår min pakke ville ankomme. Der gik 10 kalenderdage fra bestilling til levering, og det er derfor de ikke får 5 stjerner, da de reklamerer med 5-7 dages leveringstid. Jeg må sige, at jeg er godt tilfreds

Zbyt dużo stresu jak dla mnie. Po złożeniu zamówienia zauważyłam, że firma ma bardzo dużo negatywnych opinii najczęstszym problemem jest nie dostarczanie przesyłek, brak towaru albo brak zwrotu pieniędzy. Po nagłośnieniu mojej sprawy medialnie wydaje mi się,że głównie dlatego udało mi się otrzymać moją przesyłkę ale niestety produkt nie nadawał się do użytku. Siedziba Salontal zachowała się tylko na tyle dobrze wiedząc, że jestem osobą medialną i zwróciła mi koszt zwrotu za produkt, który nie nadawał się do spożywania.. Suplementy były stare,spierzchniałe i sam kolor wskazywał na to,że nie są najświeższe. Odniosę się jeszcze do odpowiedzi cyt.” Jak wspomnieliśmy wcześniej, na opakowaniu wyraźnie zaznaczono, że żelki mogą zmieniać kolor. Jest to spowodowane czynnikami naturalnymi i w żaden sposób nie wpływa na jakość ani skuteczność produktu.” Żelki zamawiam od prawie 8 mcy i akurat wiem jak wyglądają PRAWIDŁOWE te natomiast były twarde, łamiące się i NIE WYGLĄDAŁY jak przy każdym złożonym zamówieniu ( z innej witryny www ) wręcz „stare”. + za odzyskanie środków pieniężnych

Jeg får 2-4 spammail hver eneste dag igjennom hele uka. Å avmelde seg ifra å få mere mail hjelper ikke mot dette useriøse firmaet. Tydeligvis har de et dårlig produkt som ikke selger seg selv, siden de driver med slik spam. De skjuler også avsenderen i mailene, slik at en vanskeligere kan sende dem til søppelposten.

Falsk varebetegnelse
Jeg var blevet lovet at man ikke kunne smage fisk af deres fiskeoliekapser, det er løgn. Når man så skriver til dem, har de åbenbart lige pludselig skiftet mailadresse. Først svare de mig godt nok, men med et helt idiotisk svar, hvor de ridser op hvornår jeg har købt produktet, og at jeg har meldt mig ud af deres abonnementsservice, ja tak det ved jeg! Jeg har jo selv gjort det! Men de forholder sig slet ikke til at jeg klager over fiskesmagen og gerne vil have mine penge tilbage! Da det jo er falsk varebetegnelse.

Jeg startet med å bruke FriFlyt Omega-3-fettsyrer for svært mange år siden. Først som del i behandling av leddgikt i knærne. Etter operasjoner har jeg fortsatt med vedlikeholdsdose daglig. Opplever at dette er positivt for mange funksjoner i kroppen og er meget fornøyd med produktet.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order for next day, noticed that 2 days later they still had not shipped. Asked customer service for a reason and they wanted a photocopy of my ID and 3 months bank statements for a perfume! Wow. Just bought it at argos instead. Utterly useless company.

I finally got a response from FlyHugz
I finally got a response from FlyHugz. This was after 6 emails and 1 phone call. Their response makes it sound like they responded several times. This is FALSE!!! I received 1 response after 7 weeks. Now I have to pay to return it and trust them to get a credit. As an Amazon Prime member, I should have ordered it there. I would get a free return. At this point, I don't believe I will get a credit so why spend more to return it.

My husband loves his FlyHugz
My husband loves his FlyHugz for both plane and bus travel which used to make him feel nauseous but not anymore. So grateful. I liked my FlyHugz too but my neck was not as comfortable as my husband's so I didn't sleep as well. Travelling again next month and I will try it again.

Flyhugz is a scam. Their customer service is fraudulent and misguided. I have sent 4 emails requesting a refund because the pillow does not fit me comfortably. After the first request, Flyhugz offered me a 20% on the price I paid. I refused. "We are sorry if we are not able to meet your expectations. We acknowledge that our product may not be for everyone. We also would like to offer you a 20% discount on your purchase to give you a reason to keep our products rather than going through the hassle of returning them Let us know what you think. Never Received Product Paid For!
Ordered FlyHugz 12/26/24 and received emails early January saying my shipment was on the way. Later two emails asking about my experience. When I stated product was not received they sent an email indicating the shipment had been lost and did I want them to reprocess and send. I said yes, but when I went to check it looked like I was being charged again. An email was sent stating I wanted the product I paid for and it appeared they engaged in shady business practices. At least 15 emails have been sent and they are ignoring me. I still don’t have my product. I will not give up. AVOID this company!

I love my FlyHugz
I love my FlyHugz. So comfortable, way easier to doze off and actually sleep in comfort. I bought one for my daughter who was flying with me. She loved it too, actually napped and she never sleeps on a plane. Recently I lent mine to a good friend. She now wants to get one.

Just returned from trip to New Zealand…
Just returned from trip to New Zealand and the fly hugs worked as advertised. I'm not a good sleeper but I got more sleep this trip than on previous trips. I have a short neck so it took a minute to make the adjustment to be both comfortable and functional. Also used eye mask and it shut our any light. Very glad we purchased these pillows.

Spa (pequeño)+masaje (el mio bien,el de mi mujer malo)+noche(bonita habitación)+ almuerzo( muy rico) El gran problema es la atención (nula) cuando tienes un problema y no te han tratado bien. Los que tenemos hijos no tenemos mucho tiempo para hacer escapadas a este tipo de sitios y cuando se hace una no esperas que te la chafen ellos mismos.

Mi hermano me compro un vale para utilizarlo en San Valentín que es nuestro aniversario. Cuando fui a utilizarlo resulta que no dejaban siendo el mismo precio ese dia que el valor del vale. Llame y no me lo solucionaron, diciendome que me llamaria algún superior para hablar conmigo y ver si se podia solucionar (cosa que no ha acurrido). Conclusión, el dinero del vale ya lo tienen asegurado y en fechas concretas que saben que va a ver alta demanda no les interesa que vaya. Plan de aniversario estropeado. No vale la pena regalar vales pues puedes tener el mismo problema que me ha pasado a mi. He ido varias veces, incluso me he alojado allí y he cenado en el restaurante degustación saliendo muy contento. Esta vez me han decepcionado por la poca sensibilidad y pasotismo de estropearnos el plan de este dia tan especial para nosotros

Brækket fod- ingen reaktion
Pas på helbredet - jeg forlod stedet med en brækket fod for 10 dage siden. Det var mit andet besøg i Aire. Var der for 3 år siden og det var skønt. Denne gang med min datter, og vi fik en fin massage. Desværre betyder den dunkle belysning at det kan være svært at orientere sig, og jeg overså et niveauspring. Det betød at jeg hørte et knæk i foden og fik senere på dagen konstateret at foden var brækket. Nu 5 uger på krykker, uoverskueligt for en selvstændig, der taber penge hver dag. Efter kontakt til spaen fik jeg oplyst at deres forsikringsselskab er på sagen. Men jeg har endnu ikke hørt noget. Og efter snart to uger, tvivler jeg på at det sker. Så det blev nok sidste besøg.

Et besøg værd
Jeg har besøgt stedet tre gange. Hver gang har generelt været en god oplevelse. Ved det tredje besøg bemærkede jeg - ligesom nogle af de andre anmeldere - løse fliser og manglende fuger. Det håber jeg, at de får styr på. Vi havde bestilt massage og cava. Vi ventede et godt stykke tid på, at det blev vores tur til at få massage, og vi rykkede endda en enkelt gang. For at bruge ventetiden bad vi om vores ‘bobler’. Desværre nåede jeg ikke at drikke cavaen, før det pludselig var vores tur. Og personalet havde ikke pli nok til at give mig plads og ro til at nyde de sidste dråber. De må vide, hvor mange gæster, der har bestilt massage og hvor længe. Derfor undrer det mig, at de ved vores ankomst ikke kunne oplyse, hvornår vi ville få massage. Måske havde de glemt os. Det påvirker desværre oplevelsen i negativ retning, og jeg lander på fire stjerner. Men alt i alt kan jeg anbefale stedet - især på en råkold januardag.

Pervert male masseur, felt VERY unsafe as two women
My first ever experience doing a spa session (only ever done a massage before) and came here because a friend had heard good things and had made a booking later this month. Sadly, the experience was awful and one I wish I could forget: a male member of staff ogled over my girlfriend's body and breasts when she was wearing a robe, when we were getting into the lifts, moving from the thermal baths to the massage room as part of a couple's massage. I glared directly at him angrily, as women often do, so he knew I had seen what he had done, though my girlfriend had not noticed. We then showered and entered the room for our couple's massage and to my HORROR, there he was - turns out he was one of our masseurs - he looked absolutely sheepishly at me, he KNEW I didn't want him anywhere near my body or my girlfriend's body!!! Guilty pervert. (Side note - he was one of two men masseurs in room- odd that we were not asked if we wanted females upon booking, as two women, but that's a side note). I did not want him anywhere near us so I asked for there to be a change as politely as I could - I explained the incident to the member of staff outside of the room but she didn't understand and thought I wanted two women masseurs (I just didn't want the pervert) and then agreed to get me a woman masseur and the other (non pervert) man masseur could massage my girlfriend (we had to wait for this). They then arrange for new masseuses - we enter the room, and there the pervert was again! The woman trying to solve this did not understand the incident, so this was escalated to a manager, who was very rude - she didn't believe me and said dismissed my experience, saying her staff were respectful. We were given two female masseurs (had to wait again!!) and eventually had our couple's massages but I spent the entire time thinking about him and what had happened, and how awful this was. I did not relax, I just wanted the experience to end. This was meant to be a lovely, refreshing, start to the year with my girlfriend, but I don't feel this way at all. The experience felt unsafe, and to add to this horrible situation, the pervert kept lurking about the hallways while we had to wait for new masseurs and my girlfriend has to pass him to get to the toilets. So unsafe, a horrible experience for women. Have told my female friend who had the booking later this month to avoid the male masseurs in case she gets him and she has requested a female masseur since. She is very worried as she has booked solo.

Top lækre faciliteter, mindre god service
AIRE Spa var overordnet en god oplevelse. Jeg synes, at det var lækre faciliteter både i selve spaen og i omklædningsrummet. Det er fedt, at der er mange forskellige former for spa oplevelser i AIRE og man kan prøve lidt af det hele, For mig fungerede det som små oaser, hvor man kunne gå hen og slappe af. Dog må jeg fremhæve den mindre gode service og mødet med personalet. Da vi ankommer til stedet, 15 min før vores tid, som der står i bekræftelsesmailen, får vi at vide, at vi skal vente med at gå ned, fordi der er fyldt i omklædningen. Den tid vi ventede, blev ikke lagt til vores samlede tid i spaen. Jeg havde igennem hele oplevelsen en fornemmelse af at være overvåget af personalet. Som om, at de gik rundt og tjekkede op på folk. Blandt andet blev vi tysset på flere gange af personalet, selvom vi talte meget stille og lavt. Som voksent menneske er det en smule ydmygende og det var med til, at jeg ikke rigtig kunne slappe af igennem oplevelsen. Der udover virkede personalet mest fokuseret på, at vi overholdt deres regler og ikke på at skabe en god og imødekommende oplevelse for os, Det ville gøre oplevelsen langt bedre, hvis der var sammenhæng mellem deres luksuøse faciliteter og servicen fra personalet - for rammerne er der.

Man skal ikke tage i Aire som trans- eller queerperson. Selvom jeg havde ringet på forhånd, forklaret min situation og aftalt at få en privat omklædningsmulighed, blev denne bekræftede aftale ikke imødekommet da jeg ankom til stedet. Jeg blev gennet ind i herreomklædningen hvor vi blev ubehageligt overvåget af en kommanderende medarbejder og flere gange fejlkønnet. Stedet er på ingen måde parat til at imødekomme særlige behov. Faciliteterne var lækre, og vi fik en massage, som var okay .. men de ansatte var forvirrede, klodsede, uklare og ikke særligt venlige. Selvom der var uproportionalt mange, som holdte øje med os, virkede systemet rodet og uorganiseret. Hele rytmen med elastikarmbånd resulterede i at de ansatte mange gange ville checke os. De kom også flere gange for at tysse på os selvom vi ikke snakkede. Det var ikke en elegant service og deres håndtering virkede meget forstyrrende på ambitionen om at slappe af.

Teedose… Kommt nur im Klarsichtbeutel 😖
Ich habe unter anderem die 4 verschiedenen Sorten Hanftee bestellt. Leider kommt der Tee nicht in einer Dose wie auf dem Produktfoto und in der Beschreibung an, sonder nur in einem Klarsichtbeutel, ohne Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum und auch nicht besonders dicht. Mir kam der lose Tee schon beim Auspacken entgegen und klebte dazu auch noch an allen anderen Produkten. Wenn ich eine Teedose bestelle, erwarte ich auch eine Teedose. 12,90 € für 50 Gr. sind ja auch nicht gerade günstig! Und das Beste war der Energy Tee… handgeschriebener Aufkleber, ohne jede Beschreibung, was da überhaupt drin ist! Wollte ich eigentlich verschenken, das getraue ich mich jetzt natürlich nicht! Der Service hat auf eine Anfrage immer noch nicht geantwortet! Immerhin kam die Bestellung diesmal innerhalb einer Woche an, wobei die Bestellung aber schon wieder nur per Vorkasse möglich war, obwohl doch per Rechnung möglich sein soll.

Abzocke! Fehlende Ware - 120€ Bestellung
Schrecklich! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe bei Paula's Choice für 120€ bestellt und zwei der Waren im Wert von 80€ waren im Paket nicht drinnen! Ich habe dem Kundensupport geschrieben, und dieser sagt, dass ich die Produkte angeblich nicht bestellt hätte und schickt mir eine Rechnung als Beweismittel von 63€?? Der Screenshot von Paypal von den 120€ blieb vom Kundensupport unkommentiert. Ich habe nun Paypal eingeschaltet, sowas habe ich NOCH NIE bei einem Skincare-Shop erlebt!

Terrible customer service and no products delivered
I ordered for the first time directly from Paula’s choice Germany and it was horrible. They used the worst delivery company possible (Hermes) for their deliveries and my package got delivered a half an hours drive away from my house. I made a complaint with Hermes but also called Paula’s choice. The customer service was terrible, was very rude and they didn’t even offer to give me a solution. I spoke in German with an accent and I also got the feeling that some their customer care was racist and not accommodating. I would recommend that nobody orders directly from the store. A good product RUINED by terrible logistics and customer care in Germany.

Ich habe einen Ausschlag von Resist Anti-Aging Skin Restoring Tagescreme LSF 50, auf der Webseite werden leere Versprechungen von einer Rückgabegarantie ab 60 Tagen gemacht, die dann nicht eingehalten wurden. Auch die Beratung im Vorhinein war obsolet. Habe mir mehr von diesem Produkt erwartet. Bei dem Preis könnte immerhin der Kundenservice adäquat sein. Ich kann PC auf jeden Fall nicht weiterempfehlen.

They sold me expired cream. Chatgpt even told me the site was created in a high-risk location, meaning there usually tend to happen a lot of frauds and scams. Oh, and also they don t even ask for medical prescription to sell you creams (tretinoin) on which it even says on the packaging to be sold ONLY under a medical prescription. Don't buy from them. Apparently greenderma.ro belongs to them as well.

Very Disappointed
I purchased Deep Sleep Overnight Cream after smelling a sample being sold by a major retailing group. It smelled divine, i tested it on back of my hand, it was very smooth and the wonderful smell of Lavender oil lingered for ages.. I checked out This Works website and there was an offer making the product less expensive than from the retailer. However, when it arrived there is hardly any smell of Lavender, infact it's a chemical like smell. The cream does not moisturise my skin at all, my skin is normal, my skin feels very dry in the mornings. I am Very Disappointed indeed. Is this cream old and out of date or just a con? I will certainly not buy anything else from This Works!

It really does work!
Decided to try the cleavage and neck serum after seeing it on Instagram. Up to now I've been using Clarins chest and neck serum and was OK with it, but the difference after just 2 months of using This Works is actually really noticeable! I took a 'before' pic after first use, and have religiously applied the produce twice a day for 2 months. Im still on the same bottle but have reordered already. The 'creases' that were visible are no longer so prominent, I still can't quite believe it!

This Works products are a green wash
This Works products are a green wash - they claim to use natural non-harmful ingredients but I have just had an allergic reaction to their "in-transit close up camera" primer and my friend scanned it using the Yuka app and it came back with the lowest possible score of 1/100! The list of harmful ingredients were shocking and included carcinogenic substances and releases formaldehyde!! This is the last thing I expected from this brand which claims to be free from nasties. Total waste of money, and shame on the company for allowing people to unknowingly use harmful products on their skin.

Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order and a week later you told me there had been an error with it because one of the items I ordered was out of stock. You said you would send it by next day and honour the free gift even though I had effectively not spent enough. You didn't send it until several days later and by way of an apology, you gave me a special 15% discount code against my next purchase. There was nothing special with this because a 15% discount card was in the box when it finally arrived and I have received numerous emails since, offering me 15% off my next order.

Nothing about 'This Works'...
Oh boy.. it's clear I'm not the only one facing the entirely inappropriate shenanigans of this company and its dreadful quality products. So quite simply.. the pillow spray does not work - the packaging is useless.. after a couple of uses (absolutely nothing special about the fragrance - in fact, it smells really cheap and ineffective to me), the atomiser head got stuck in the lid and having eventually managed to get it free it no longer dispenses the product. So I sent an entirely polite email to the company - wondering if this was a known product fault and the response was to tell them the product codes on the packaging and send them a video. No time to mess about like that so replied asking if they could just collect it (I mean that way they can take as many videos as they like). Response was 'I have discussed this request with my supervisor and unfortunately, without these details we will be unable to process your refund as this order has passed our 30-day moneyback guarantee.' It was like the 31st day since purchase. Quite clearly they are pleading ignorant to consumer laws/rights. Immediately clear what type of business this is - especially having now read the many other dreadful encounters with this company. Yet another unscrupulous outfit to give a wide berth in future.

Going to give a neutral review of the website service, seems the delivery was handled in a reasonable time, but as they didn't communicate to me that they shipped or delivered it, and wasn't in at the time, it has been hidden in front garden for 6 days without me knowing, and only found out after asking them 9 days after placing order why my order wasn't showing as shipped. Product seems OK.

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! BEWARE before ordering. I ordered and have been trying to contact customer service all day. I tried the online chat, which stated for me to call. Then called, stated longer than normal volume of calls which will be a longer hold time, I opted for the call back. Three hours later still no call back, so called again and have been on hold for over 60 minutes, then line disconnected. Called back and on hold for another 30 min before then requested a call back. Which I never got. I want to cancel this subscription but they make it impossible!!

This was my first time ordering, it was easy. I needed to try a different foundation color. They were very helpful in making sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I also realized I misunderstood when I placed my order, they helped me correct it and gave me a price adjustment. They were wonderful...and the airbrush finish is beautiful.

Producto deficiente, postventa inexistente
Me gustan las pastillas de dentífrico, al menos hasta que me di cuenta que al menos la mitad del tubo recarga tiene que ir a la basura porque se desmenuzan. Les mandé email preguntándole sobre eso y otras cuestiones relacionadas con su producto, porque no entiendo por qué en unos meses las pastillas se vuelven inutilizables. Llevo más de 10 días esperando respuesta y nada, pero en forocoches y demás sí siguen respondiendo para captar clientes. Una vez has gastado dinero en ellos olvídate. No solo eso, sino que en el pedido se olvidaron de un Onak de viaje y me dieron varias opciones, opté por la de que mandarían dos llenos en mi próximo pedido, ya que el hecho de que me enviaran solo eso en ese momento me parecía un gasto innecesario para ellos y para el medioambiente, y ahora que no voy a comprar más, básicamente por su nula atención postventa, me he quedado sin el bote y sin el dinero (que era 1 euro, me da igual, pero que se lo han llevado gratis y la mitad del coste del tubo recarga que no puedo usar). Eso sí, cuando haces el pedido y contactas te responden, pero te empiezan a preguntar un montón de cosas en varios email, osea que hacen un estudio de marketing a tu costa en vez de enviar una encuesta por ejemplo y dejar que la rellene quien tiene tiempo (esto lo hacen en todas sus redes sociales, lo peor es que no te preguntan todo de golpe, es que siempre tienen algo para preguntar, además señores/as, si acabo de comprar el producto no puedo decirles qué me parece a corto plazo, no sirve de absolutamente nada solamente sirve para que creáis que tenéis un producto bueno, asi que allá va el de largo plazo: es una estafa) Pues eso, nunca más compraré aquí. Además desde que empecé a utilizar solo Onak, los dentífricos de tubo del super me dan reacción alérgica en la boca. Ha sido la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida, comprar este producto que no sé ni como permiten comercializarlo.

Great service to match a great brand
I absolutely love this brand so my opinion was very high anyway but after contacting the customer advice email about an unusual problem I experienced with one of the bottles of cologne that I had purchased, Elaine in the customer care team resolved my query within minutes to my complete satisfaction by confirming that the item would be replaced and I am delighted! You don't get great service in very many places nowadays so (to be honest) I didn't know what resolution to expect, but I'm really pleased I took the time to enquire. Thanks Jo Loves team, oh and your products smell absolutely incredible 😊

Jo Loves used to be amazing and my go to for gifts and treats for my home. Sadly the customer service has really declined. I’ve been purchasing JL for years either direct from JL or more recently via SpaceNK too. I recently placed an order for my sister in law’s 30th birthday. I struggled to log into my account and in the end had to set up a new one. Online it says that their customer services live chat and emails are available Monday - Saturday 9.30-5.30 but could I get a response on Saturday? I was trying to double check that the gift would arrive in time if I placed my order and also query my birthday gift from being part of the JL scent artist club - I sadly didn’t receive an email this year. So I placed the order and paid £7.95 for next day delivery so that it would be dispatched on Monday and arrive in time for her birthday on Tuesday. Nothing arrived! So upsetting and embarrassing!! I contacted customer services and they just said that it would arrive on the Wednesday. They eventually kindly refunded my next day delivery charge “as a gesture of goodwill”. I never received the service I paid for!! They also said that I could have the birthday gift next time I placed an order - sadly I won’t be placing another order - why would I after such a dreadful experience? Also, £5 for a box? When you’re paying a premium for a luxury product surely this should be included - it certainly used to be. Such a shame JL has gone so downhill!!

Utterly disappointed with the online service/after service. Tried placing an order. There was an offer where when spending over £120 two free gifts were given. This wasn’t showing when on ‘check out’. I emailed and this was sorted for me - no problem. An invoice was raised which I then paid. I realised shortly after that they hadn’t asked me about gift wrap. The products are a Christmas gift for my father to gift my mother. Within a few hours I emailed back to ask that the gift packaging be used (which I had originally added online) along with a written gift card. The response has been utterly unsatisfactory. The package had already been dispatched and they will not send me out any sort of gift packaging. I have emailed again asking if they could please just send me a bag to make the gift look special for my mum - their response - no! Surely they can post me a bag. So disappointed. ** Since writing this review, Elaine from the customer experience team has been in touch again and has sent out two gift boxes for the items I purchased. Thank you Elaine!

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. There was a issue with my product and I emailed Jo Love. Elaine from customer service emailed me back and within about 3 hours she had an update and refunded me for the item. I was amazed and delighted with this service as it is hard to get good customer service these days. Jo Love you should be so proud, the training you give your staff and also to Elaine who was in my words only brilliant 👏. Thank you 😊

I have just taken £380 of product to the checkout to find they are now charging £5 to pack it in a box!!! NO premium brand does this, i have not processed the order and won’t use them again. Discussed is an understatement, Le labo have made money on the back of this.

Oltre a non avermi spedito uno dei tre pacchi non mi danno nemmeno il rimborso. Hanno avuto 4 mesi di tempo e di chat per farlo, ma niente, VERGOGNATEVI. In risposta alla vostra risposta il rimborso è stato parziale e non totale, quindi fatela finita di sembrare corretti, siete una banda di delinquenti. Mi avete fatto pagare le spese di spedizione senza rimborsarle di qualcosa che non ho ricevuto per colpa vostra. Ho ricevuto un articolo diverso da quello ordinato:nonostante i miei solleciti di rimborso inviatogli da un mese non rispondono. A differenza del prodotto che è riportato sul loro sito(cupper fragola e vaniglia),quello che mi è pervenuto contiene INGREDIENTI DIVERSI,ovvero ci sono bucce di cacao,che invece nell'articolo pubblicizzato non erano riportate,e quindi teobromina,e io essendo allergico al cacao(e inoltre soffro di ansia generalizzata e sociale) non posso consumarlo. Inoltre gli ingredienti sono elencati in spagnolo,e non in italiano. QUESTO E' UN LORO ERRORE(HO ALLEGATO LE FOTO DEL PRODOTTO NON CONFORME) PERCHE' HO RICEVUTO CIO' CHE NON HO ORDINATO,MA SI OSTINANO A NON RISPONDERE E MI TROVO ADESSO COSTRETTO A NON ORDINARE PIU' DAL LORO SITO E A DIFFIDARLO A TUTTI I MIEI FOLLOWERS SU OGNI MIO BLOG E CANALE.

Ich habe mein Paket nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage bei DPD ist das Paket auf dem Transportweg beschädigt und der gesamte Inhalt entsorgt worden. Nun soll ich den Absender kontaktieren,damit er mir ein neues Paket mit meinen bestellten Artikeln zusendet. Alles ziemlich mysteriös.Ich werde den Versuch starten. Passiert nichts innerhalb der nächsten Tage, werde ich mir mein Geld zurück holen. Nachtrag: In der Zwischenzeit hatte ich Ihnen bereits eine E-Mail geschrieben, in der ich alles geschildert habe, woraufhin ich aber keine Antwort bekommen habe. Mein Geld habe ich per PayPal zurück erhalten. Alles weitere müssen Sie mit DPD klären. Ich habe bereits woanders bestellt.

Biolab peluquería en CC Encinar Moraleja en dos ocasiones me ocurre lo mismo, el tinte no cubre las canas y al quedarme preocupada por el resultado final, pido por favor que revise lo sucedido y ponga remedio ya que en la primera ocasión me aguanté, pero no puede haber una segunda Mi decepción es que costó excesivamente poner solución ( hubiera sido muy fácil ya que el enfoque era muy amigable. No quiso ser "comercial" y solucionar el problema con la misma sonrisa que pasó la Visa. Por lo que no recomiendo en absoluto este sitio, calidad precio no están a la altura.
