Package was lost at post office and...
Package was lost at post office and I let Tribal Chimp know right away, they quickly wrote to me and said if post office did not find it they would replace, that was very assuring. It took less than a week but the post office found it, and I notified Tribal Chimp no need to replace. They wrote back again very quickly, and thanked me for letting them know. The customer service was great all the way through the incident. Thank you Tribal Chimp-please keep up good customer service 5 stars!

VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!
First of all It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not got it. They say that your order will ship within 48 hours... I sent one e-mail no response did I get , I tried calling no one would answer the phone it would say for me to hold on and someone would be with me shortly then the phone would just cut off.. tried this twice. Then I sent second e-mail they said my order would ship next day and they would send me a tracking number I am still waiting . So you see why I am so disappointed with this company and they have already charged my credit card !

If you need it quickly, go somewhere else.
This is the second time I've ordered from nature's organic market, and while both times the price was good, it takes forever for them the process the order. They say 1-2 days; it's not even close. I placed my last order on 7/9. It is now 7/22 and my order won't arrive for two more days (7/24). A vast majority of that is due to their processing times. Next time I'll pay a few extra dollars and not have to wait two weeks.

Such a great experience after a horrible one with another company
I recently purchased this supplement with another company online and had a horrible experience. Two weeks after i purchased it, i recieved an email stating that the order would be shipped within the next two days. 3 weeks later I had never recieved my order and emailed them to find out why. 4 days later they wrote back saying something went wrong and they never sent it out. I told them to credit my card back and cancel my order. I started looking for another place to purchase and found your company. Within 24 hours of ordering, i received an email saying my order was confirmed and i got my order within just a few days. THANK YOU so much for being a breath of fresh air! Your company obviously has everything organized! I have reccomended your company to my "support group for new mommies" (over 200 members) so that they can use your company for their lactation supplements as well.

I am in no way happy with this company and will not be ordering from them in the future. They are quick to charge you for the product but EXTREMELY slow to deliver. It has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order and STILL have not received it. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Delicious Collagen Gummies
Their collagen gummies are great! Great taste, though the initial smell is deceivingly pungent, and texture. Not too squishy like a lot of other brands. I also like that I can eat these on their own, unlike collagen powders that have to be mixed into a smoothie. Highly recommend!

Fantastisk serviceoplevelse. Jeg købte sauna fra Coldhawaiivildmarksbad tilbage i februar 2020, som jeg købte netop her pga det flotte design. Desværre havde saunanen fået en løfteskade, som gjorde at der trængte fugt ind i saunanen. Derfor tog jeg kontakt til Coldhawaiivildmarksbad igen, og efter et par ekstra undersøgelser blev vi enige om at saunanen blev byttet til en ny. Vi har oplevet en virksomhed, som er blevet meget mere professionel over de 2 år vi har kendt det, og jeg kan kun anbefale at købe produkter herfra, da der både er styr på produktet og på den service der følger med.

Efter at der er blevet sat et nyt hold i efteråret 2021, kan vi virkelig mærke en forskel i serviceniveauet. Hvor vi tidligere har kunnet opleve lange svartider. Lang levering af dyrt saml-selv-produkt
Vi har købt et koldtvandskar og selve produktet er der som udgangspunkt ikke noget galt med, men oplevelsen af købet halter noget. Det hele startede med, at vi var nødt til at kontakte firmaet 3 gange, før der overhovedet kom hul igennem. De svarede ikke på henvendelser sendt via hjemmesiden og først da vi kontaktede dem via en emailadresse, fik vi kontakt. Herefter gik der adskillige måneder før NOGET af bestillingen nåede frem - uge efter uge blev forventet levering udskudt. Da karret endelig nåede frem, var det uden afløbssæt og afsluttende kant/håndliste. Vi måtte kontakte dem igen og kort tid efter fik vi tilsendt afløbssæt. Aftalen var da, at jeg kunne kontakte dem og få en kort instruktion i hvordan det skulle monteres. 3 forgæves telefonopkald senere, endda med beskeder på deres telefonsvarer, monterede jeg det selv. Inden ordren var fuldt leveret, trak de pludselig alle pengene for min bestilling!! Altså måtte jeg have fat i dem igenigen og de beklagede mange gange, at ordren endnu ikke var fuldført. Nu har jeg så langt om længe - ca 6 måneder efter handlen blev indgået - modtaget sidste del af min ordre, håndlisten/den afsluttende kant på karret. Den er ikke oliebehandlet som resten af karret - og som vi har betalt for - men leveret i ubehandlet træ. Da jeg igen får kontakt med firmaet, kan de ikke se at jeg har bestilt oliebehandlet træ og iøvrigt regner de med, at jeg selv monterer håndlisten. Det kan jeg også sagtens, ligesom afløbssættet, men til dén pris forventede jeg egentlig et færdigt produkt leveret på adressen og ikke et saml-selv-sæt og en ikke-eksisterende kundeservice. Der findes mange andre firmaer, der sælger den slags kar. Jeg vil nok anbefale et af dem - med mindre man er usædvanlig tålmodig...

Even though I have been using Pureauty…
Even though I have been using Pureauty Naturals scar cream for a short time, I have noticed that it makes my skin soft and it definitely smells good. Making the choice to use this cream was a great decision, I know that eventually I will start seeing amazing changes. The area that I am applying the cream is on my face and I don't have to use much, I use it twice a day on the areas that are scarred and those areas seem to feel somewhat smoother.

incredibly disappointed; terrible communications
I’m am incredibly disappointed. I have messaged through the shop app, twice, text the number on their page, and emailed twice to get an update on a purchase I made on December 30th. It hasn’t been shipped or changed status since then. I haven’t received any sort of response. I hope this isn’t the typical way they do business. I will be contacting my bank and will continue with further reporting to the necessary outlets by tomorrow, if no response.

I've ordered from Perfuum many times at this point, and it has always been an excellent experience. Legit fragrances, clearly labeled (with batch codes to help us with future purchases and reformulations), and great quality vials/atomizers (some sites have atomizers that have a fishy smell, theirs never do). They always include a little something extra in each order as well that I highly appreciate. Store selection is also amazing - there are fragrances here that I can't find samples of elsewhere. Highly recommended, order with confidence!

I will need to pay to return the item and a restocking 15% fee. This is the first wig company that does not provide customer service for an item that was misrepresented. I paid a fee to have it shipped to me and now to return an item that was not good quality, I need to pay and hope to get a refund.

Delusa è dire poco
Purtroppo la mia esperienza con il trattamento di epilazione laser presso lo studio di Roma è stata decisamente negativa. Ho effettuato 7 sedute per le braccia e l’inguine, a cui si sono aggiunte altre 3 sedute di mantenimento che purtroppo non hanno portato ai risultati promessi. Le operatrici sono sicuramente gentili e professionali, ma il servizio di epilazione laser non ha rispettato le aspettative. Già dopo la terza seduta ho notato scarso miglioramento sulle braccia, nonostante avessi scelto questo trattamento proprio per risolvere un problema di follicolite che mi era stato consigliato dal dermatologo. Inizialmente avevo scelto di provare il laser per le braccia e l’inguine, con quest’ultimo che ha mostrato qualche miglioramento, ma non in modo permanente. Purtroppo la ricrescita è stata comunque evidente, e sulle braccia, dopo 10 sedute, la situazione è persino peggiorata, con peli che crescono come prima o addirittura più spessi, a causa dell’obbligo di passare la lametta due giorni prima di ogni seduta. Ciò che mi ha deluso di più è stato il comportamento durante l’ultima seduta, quando le operatrici hanno riconosciuto il problema e mi hanno chiesto di aggiornarle, ma quando ho seguito il loro consiglio e ho scritto, non è stato fatto o detto nulla per risolvere o delle scuse niente . Non è stato proposto alcun rimedio. Purtroppo, nonostante le promesse iniziali, il risultato finale è stato assolutamente deludente. Il trattamento è stato efficace solo per prendere i soldi, ma per quanto riguarda i risultati, non posso che esprimere grande una grande fregatura e delusione.

I have NO idea where the "5-Star Reviews" came from- If there were minus stars, that's what I would give. I read the1-Star reviews & word for word they ditto my own experience. Step 1: "Oh, how amazing- Your company had the exact hard-to-find item I'd been searching for!" Step 2: Pay with credit card. Step 3: A month later, nothing is received. Step 4: Get email stating they are now only focusing on "health & wellness." Step 5: Refund is promised. Step 6: I send an email inquiring why NO refund has been made, even after the longest possible allotted time. Step 7: Receive a fake answer about the credit card company taking longer to process than usual. Step 8: I wait awhile, still no refund & so inquire again. Step 9: Same BS response from "TT" or "JJ" or whoever. Lesson learned. Step 10: Write scathing bad review...

vor einer Woche bestellt, bezahlt, leider nur Vorauskasse, andere Zahlart nicht mehr möglich. Außer der Bestellbestätigung nur noch Schweigen. Habe die Fa. 3x angechrieben, aber ich bekomme keine Antwort.Die Bestellung ist noch nicht mal bearbeitet. Telefonisch kann man auch keinen mehr erreichen. Alles sehr mysteriös. Heute mein Geld zurückgefordert Fühle mich betrogen. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Nie wieder

Am 27.07. bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Außer zwei Zahlungsaufforderungen nichts bekommen. An der Hotline gibt es nur eine Bandansage, die auf die Mailadresse verweist, aber auf Mails (bisher 5 geschrieben, an zwei unterschiedliche Mailadressen) wird nicht geantwortet. Mittlerweile (13.08.) habe ich das Geld zurückgefordert.

Don't use them - THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This has been ongoing for MONTHS a. Paid $$$ up front - sent me lotsa things but aligners did not fit properly, cracked a crown - and when I contacted them about the problem they sent me another impression kit and never sent the new ones. Then I tried to contact them...they cancelled my account and sent the following: This is Tony with the Clinical Support Team. Thank you very much for your patience throughout this process. We are happy to support you in the next steps of your smile journey. We understand you’ve been waiting for your additional aligners, and to make sure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information, we’ve temporarily CANCELED your order. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you move forward as quickly as possible. To move forward, we just need a little more information. First, we’ll provide you with a $400 reimbursement to cover the costs of your dental visit and scan. This reimbursement will be credited to your account once you provide your credit or debit card information?HERE.?Please let me know when you've completed the form. I was at the end of my treatment in Oct 2024 when they stopped services and indicated I needed to go to my dentist to get a letter indicating I was not at risk for the various issues that were surfacing for some clients. I only needed my retainers and indicated as recently as June of 2024 my dentist had given full authorization for me to use/continue Byte. (I had to do this as I had two crowns done.) We went in circles via email communications as I could not get back in to see my dentist for over a month and that the letter on file already indicated that my dentist gave approval- but Byte still refused to send me my retainers. (I already had the top retainer- just needed the bottom.) I have since found another company that made my bottom retainer and now only order retainers with them. That was so frustrating and left me with a really bad view of Byte. I am lucky that I was at the end of my treatment and did not need any more alignments.

AWFUL CRIMINAL SERVICE
AWFUL, AWFUL,AWFUL!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Awful customer service, awful care, no access to real people or the provider that is listed on our care plan. I find this particularly criminal after paying for the aligners, I paid for the warranty for lost aligners and have not been able to get them replaced.. After months of requesting them, and sending multiple pictures and answering repeated questions, they have only replied with a demand for me to sign a waiver of holding them responsible for the outcome of my teeth. On the letter it requires me to go to a local american dentist and get checked before they are able to communicate with me or issue any new aligners (ones I have already paid in full). Problem with that, I live in another country and have no access to an American dentist, so my entire care is now void after they took my money. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES AND no one picks up or calls back. By email, they send a demand for me to sign that they are NOT responsible for the outcome of my teeth. I am stuck with nothing, reoccurring bill over 2k and a lot of frustration. I need a refund, so that I can seek care in the country I am in and there is no customer service to review the gross incompatibility of their new demands and my geographic circumstance. BYTE: PLEASE DON'T REPLY WITH A FORM LETTER THAT YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE THROUGH TRUST PILOT. YOU DO NO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE NUMBER OF YOUR HEAD OFFICE. I NEED MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN FIND A LOCAL ORTHODONTIST. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR OF NO RESULT.

This company is a scam. The treatment didn’t work. My teeth are still not straight after completing the treatment. I have been reaching out for weeks, Sending pictures, looking for some kind of resolution. All I wanted was for a product to work, and it didn’t . Shame on me for not doing more research on this company before doing business with them. Lots of websites including the BBB and Reddit have horror stories. I’m sure this company will be out of business soon. The worse part is they will Probably rebrand and do it again under a different name. It’s a shame. If you’re looking for treatment DO NOT go with byte. You will be disappointed. You’re better off paying a little more and going through your dentist.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to reach them for a month, and they take weeks to respond—only to offer no real solutions. My aligners don’t fit, my teeth are shifting, and they want $800 for a new pair after I already paid $2,000. You have to fight to communicate with them through endless emails, typing so much just for them to ignore you. They never answer calls, and their Trustpilot rating speaks for itself. Horrible experience.

Terrible service. Received the product to complete my order. First, none of the links or the QR scans used to assist in the use of the product worked. Trying to reach customer was a no-go. Each time, you are directly sent to voice mail. Returned calls, if any, are from the same person. Emails to company and customer service bounce back. I paid $400 and did not receive what I paid for. Waiting for refund. My suggestion for anyone interested in the type of service this company offers would be to look somewhere else. I mean, anywhere else.

5/5 I saw Dr Ross Perry at Putney in London, which was a nightmare to get to, but once there the appointment was quick and painless. Very professional doctor who had availability the same week I booked the appointment. I'd had a biopsy of a mole on my forehead which hadn't healed properly and looked awful especially when I stood under a light. The doctor fixed it, gave me some advice and sent me on my way within 20~30 minutes. Staff were polite an curteous and the doctor was obviously very knowledgable. 2 weeks later and the shave site has almost healed with a 1000% improvement. Very grateful and wish I'd had this done a year ago. Very close to a station but I chose to park on St. Johns road which was £10 for 2 hours with plenty of space, but I needn't have worried as parking was available much closer. Highly recommend based off this one short experience. The biggest downside was that I was in the waiting room for such a short amount of time I didn't get to sneak in a free tea / coffee. Which as complaints go, is pretty good!

Whilst the on the day removal was quick…
Whilst the on the day removal was quick and painless, the aftercare has been terrible. Due to my location I was given dissolvable stitches, so I was not due for a check up/stitch removal. I was happy with this approach as I had been given the email address for any issues and was informed the response would be quick. 7 days after my appointment I was instructed to change the steri strips and bandage. When I did this my wound was half open and bleeding. I cleaned and redressed the wound and emailed the clinic as instructed for advice on what to do next and how to treat, not expecting a response until Monday as I knew they were closed. Monday morning passes and there was no response, I had to chase, the reply later that afternoon was that they hadn’t received the pictures of the wound I had sent and once received they will get the Dr to assess. I replied straight away with the pictures I attached for a second time and it’s now over 24 hours later and still no response. I have had lots of surgical treatments minor and major with various clinics/surgeons, and this is by far the worst aftercare I have ever had. Really disappointed, hoping the wound is not infected and heals.

Treatment not finished properly
I had two moles removed on my face in May 2022. One of these was not fully removed and has been left looking more prominent than it did originally. Since then, I have been pregnant and breastfeeding meaning I could not attend for further treatment. Having now requested that the mole is shaved down further, I am told that I will have to pay £75 for this. I am so disappointed that I paid a lot of money for a service that was not actually provided, and I now need to pay more. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for treatment if you would like it to actually be completed properly without having to pay out more money. Such a shame as having used Cosmedics in the past, I was impressed by the follow up care to make sure I was happy with the treatment. Things have clearly changed. Update: Cosmedics offered to waive the fee. They believed I had not raised this with them for 15 months when actually I raised it with them promptly in June 2022 shortly after having the mole removed originally. They believed that the mole had regrown during my pregnancy which is not the case hence me raising it with them before becoming pregnant. I have decided not to continue with the treatment due to this experience and will go elsewhere. Edit: the response below is concerning as it implies they can not remove your mole successfully and charge you money for a follow up to actually remove it.

I had a slightly more complex set of investigations and was very anxious but I knew I could call or email at any point and would receive a reply. Dr Perry explained results clearly without instilling any fear in me! A particular thanks to Naomi, who could not have done enough for me - she is an asset to their team. Would absolutely recommend.

Misleading!
Misleading! Bought from Nz with the impression the blood was tested in Wellington.. However after enquiring where my results were I was told it was being sent to the UK! Well over a month and several conversations with customer service later I do not believe my results were real at all. I have some known intolerances to Alliaceae and Solanaceae foods however non of these were flagged, whereas it indicated I have intolerances/allergies to food I've never had a problem with. I found it difficult to get straight answers from customer service regarding the location of my blood sample and how the were going to uphold the customer garuntee of getting your results back within 10 days of the lab recieving. Funny enough, I recieved my results the day after I enquired about potentially getting a refund as it was on day 9 waiting for my results. I think they sent me some bogus results to avoid giving me a refund.

The Straight Shaving Razor not as described
The Straight Shaving Razor With Plastic Handle wasn't as described or of the same quality as the other items ordered, it was only after using it that I noticed the dye/paint on my hands from the paint covered wooden handle not plastic, it was some kind of water based colouring which isn't the best choice for something what is more likely to get wet, the blade was very loose in the handle. The JAG's Lee Shaving Kit and Double Edge Safety Razor - Black Handle were both great quality and would recommend them.

I was skeptical about placing an order on the site as I did not see much reviews/customer experiences online. However, any doubt I had has gone out the window as I got my products delivered to my door, as ordered and within 2 working days. Now the second phase of the test will be to see if the Minoxidil actually does help with my hair loss (fingers crossed).

Fantastic results
I am almost 60 and I have been using Minoxidil for over 2 years. My hair was very thin, due to hormonal changes, but it has thickened up really nicely with Foligain for women. The only drawback is that my scalp sometimes gets a bit itchy, but in my case it just means the roots of my hair are active. I have no skin irritation or rash. Great product!

Great, fast & efficient service. Bought Foligain 5% minoxidil. Product is good quality, I've made great progress after being on Minoxidil for around 5 months now. The "child-proof" dropper is a let-down though, it stopped working before the first bottle was done. That's on the manufacturer though. I ended up using the dropper from my previous 3 month supply of a different brand, which is NOT "child-proof" and still works perfectly.

Do NOT shop with this company
If you're considering purchasing from Perfumeroo, I strongly advise you to think twice. I recently had an incredibly negative experience with this company that left me without my purchased goods and out of pocket. Here's what happened: On 30 April 2024, I placed an order with Perfumeroo, excited to receive my new fragrances. The checkout process was smooth, and I received a confirmation email shortly after my purchase. However, that's where the positive aspect of my experience ended. Weeks went by, and my order did not arrive. I reached out to Perfumeroo's customer service, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. I was left in the dark, unsure if my order was ever going to arrive. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I made the decision to request a refund, as it was apparent that the goods I had ordered were not going to arrive. To my dismay, my request for a refund was denied. Perfumeroo claimed that my order had been shipped and that they were not responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery. I was shocked and disappointed by their response. Not only did I not receive my order, but I was also left out of pocket, with no resolution in sight. The only reason I'm giving this company…
The only reason I'm giving this company 3 stars is because they don't communicate with their clients, basically there is no customer service at all. They respond when it suits them and after many attempts of trying to get a hold of them he/she would always respond around 11pm to 12am midnight. Long story short, this morning we received our oder. I am very happy with the oder but I just wish that they can improve on their customer service. I personally won't be ordering through the same company anymore and my reason is simple :I don't want to feel like I got scammed again or like I have to chase you for something I paid for. I would have given at least 4 stars had I received some form of apology from the company even if it was verbal but anyway we move and wishing you the best moving forward PERFUME ROOM.

I ordered on the website on April 19 2023, and when I didn’t get any shipping information, I reached out on instagram on April 22, 2023. On April 23, 2023 they responded to increase the prices claiming they were updating the website prices, I had to add more money to the price already paid for the items even though the claim was ridiculous to me. In fact, as at the time of writing this review, they’ve still not updated the prices on the website. Seems to be priced low on the site to lure people to buy? They ended up still having to refund me for one item as they insisted they didn’t have it in the size which I ordered and which was advertised on the site. I finally received my order on May 14,2013; 24days after I first ordered. I give them 3 star because it’s a genuine item and I got a refund for one of the items, but the service was nothing to write home about. I had to keep checking in to get updates. I will not be using the site anymore.
