Steer Clear of Online Store

Would definitely not use the online store - purchased a set of cordless hair straighteners for a Christmas present. Luckily I checked the box to make sure they were charged to find that the straighteners and charging cable missing - contacted Customer service who just refunded me - but I’m guessing for those who don’t check the box until Christmas morning are in for a shock because they have a thieving rat in their warehouse!!

Helpful customer service

I ordered two items which were dispatched the next day, but Royal Mail lost the parcel. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately, and they sent me replacement items. PS: The only reason I gave four stars is because they didn’t send me the RM tracking number the second time. This created a confusion, I was not aware that the order had been posted, and my parcel was left at the back porch for two days. Fortunately it was not stolen.

They cut off my hair with no desire to rectify the problem. I had to fight them and threaten to post on social media before they accepted that they are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not cover the cost to fix my hair in the form of hair extensions. This is the first review I have posted and I will continue until they cover the actual cost to fix my hair. Not 300 pounds only. This is unacceptable. I had an appointment for a balyage for two weeks after the cut - how was he going to balyage this? Its a disgrace I am a mixed race woman our hair takes years to grow, I had the longest hair of all my friends who are mixed - this will take 9-10 years to rectify, and I've got health problems enough that affect my hair growth you can't just cut peoples hair off like this. And then take no responsibility for 6 weeks. You've offered 300 pounds, and said you cannot negotiate so I was forced and bullied to take compensation that you devised the amount yourselves - when the quotes I obtained at the cheapest were 650 pounds and the highest came in at 950. So at this point I am at a minimal monetary loss of 350 pounds at least. Not to mention the mental impact of having my hair theived from me in that manner. My boyfriend just left me and that hair cut was suppossed to be a new start for me. I had an interview the very next day and they were just looking at me on Teams like I am a mad woman, BECAUSE OF TONI&GUY! I bet the boy who cut it still skips about the salon no bother not a care in the world, when he's just chopped off an ill womans hair that's going to take years to grow back and mentally you've added stress to my plate a hair appoinment should never end like this. Especially being bullied to take 300 pounds compensation that does absolutely nothing to fix the hair.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, I ordered two items of Keratase hair products, received a confirmation on the 31st January, it’s now the 7th of February and have had absolutely no delivery information. I looked on there site and the advice is to go onto the couriers and put in tracking info, neither of which I have. Absolutely shocking service, they weren’t slow at whipping out the payment, but can’t follow through with delivering the items ordered. Following on I’ve just managed to contact them by telephone, apparently the order has not been dispatched due to them doing a stock take. Unsure why this would prevent them from sending out my order, it’s two items, just ridiculous. I think watchdog should have a look into this, reading these reviews they are not fulfilling there obligation to those customers who have paid to receive products. It’s a real pity that Tony and guy are letting customers down who are placing orders in good faith.

Ghosted by customer services when trying to return incorrect items, and no return slip provided in parcel

Initially got a quick reply when reaching out to customer services to request a returns slip, as no returns info was included in the parcel (it just says to reach out to customer services for returns) I was then asked to send lots of pictures of the items and the reason for return. When I let them know it was because I had received the wrong items I was sent a rude email back telling me I had received the correct items and I needed to send another picture to prove they were incorrect. Once I pointed out the original pictures I sent already showed the wrong item had been sent and it did not match the website description I didn’t receive any further emails. I have been chasing for a couple of days and no reply. I have no way to return the incorrect items and get my money back (£43).

Don’t use online shop

As others have said, the delivery time is terrible (or non-existent in my case!) 11 days since I placed the order and it hasn’t even been despatched yet. No response to my email. Have now requested a refund, but not hopeful I’ll hear anything so will likely have to call my bank and reverse the charges. Awful experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolute diamond of a place!

Wow, what a fantastic experience we enjoyed today at SEC in Lutterworth. My daughter is in the process of opening her first hair salon (MUSE in Harrogate). We found SEC on the web and called to arrange a visit. The young lady on the phone was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It was really refreshing to receive such great customer service. We arrived at their fantastic and state of the art showroom where we were met with a very warm welcome and a lovely “brew” after travelling down from Yorkshire. Julie, Megan and the whole team were absolutely superb in their help and advice regarding what was needed to furnish Millie’s salon. The range of products and various colours were extensive, and we were honestly spoilt for choice. After a few hours mooching around the showroom we compiled a “wish list” of products for Megan to produce the quotation. We all sat down, discussed the various options, and agreed on a price which was very fair and competitive bearing in mind the quality of the products. Honestly we couldn’t speak highly enough about the experience, so we would thoroughly recommend SEC without hesitation. Megan, Julie and the team, thank you for all your help and giving us such a lovely experience when we visited today. We look forward to furnishing the salon with your products when they arrive. THIEVES! Avoid at all costs. I placed an order in January for 2 trolleys, and prior to placing, phoned up to explain the access to the property and check there would be no delays or problems. The lady checked with the delivery company and assured me there would not be. However, there was considerable delay and no communication of this. I have been requesting my money back (£800!) for nearly 4 months and the company are refusing to give it to me unless they deduct 25% for cancellation, despite the fact they did not deliver within given timeframe. Furious, appalled and currently £800 poorer!!!!!!

Bad customer service

We have ordered backwash unit and it was marked the item is in stock and will be delivered in 5-7 days. In 4 days I've contacted customer service and asked about date of delivery and they have asked me - but when do you want it? So looks like deliveries are being planned only after client calls and asks. We were also told that backwash unit will be left by our door outside and it will be delivered on a pallet. The company deals with beauty salon equipment. Majority of beauty salon workers are ladies and they leave heavy stuff just outside without offering some extra service. So I need to find somebody to come and take it inside and also to pay for pallet disposal too after. By the way, we've paid GBP 95+VAT for transport and looks like we'll need to pay GBP100-150 extra for taking goods in and disposal of the pallet. Hopefully the backwash unit itself will be ok...

A disaster, it all broke and we were left with nothing

I bought 3 top of the range REM styling units, which arrived damaged, and were the wrong specification. I was offered £800 to keep the damaged and wrong spec REM styling units. This was never paid. I also bought 5 new electric backwashes. The enamel wore off the basin, the footrest arrived damaged, the motor gave out. Then one by one the remote controls stopped working, making them unusable. Salon Equipment Centre had to constantly repair the back washes and the electric chairs. Now they have run out of parts, we're stuck with 5 useless unusable backwashes and still damaged REM units. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I called very last minute looking for a basin and chair for my home studio and Jade in the office was so helpful. I was after the copper Canterbury but was advised it wasn’t in stock so she done lots of digging for me and called me back with different options that would suit my colour scheme and be available to collect or deliver in my time frame. I couldn’t be more thankful to have the pieces in time! Jade was so kind and patient and the pieces that she found for me are absolutely y stunning!

I booked an appointment in Jan and it has been cancelled by them 5 times for different reasons each time...short staffed, staff sickness, flooding to the clinic! They won't refund my deposit although they said they will. Now I can't get through to them and still waiting for a refund of £50. Don't know how often they do this. Response to your comment....No. It is the correct clinic. I double checked before writing the review...same address and phone number I've been trying for months.

Do not buy from them. I ordered a 10in bob wig and it looks more of an 8in. The wig is super thin and the wig has uneven choppy lengths. It looks like they just took some scissors and was just cutting the wig to the supposed 10in length. Some areas are longer and shorter then others. I emailed the seller and they told me someone will get back to me and they didn’t. It’s been almost a month and still have heard from them. This was my first time ordering from this company and my last time!! Not worth the money!!

Deres behandlinger virker ikke. De lover de virker på alle og det passer ikke. Jeg prøvede først fedtfrysning på min mave ( efter deres anbefaling ) hvilket gjorde min hud løsere på maven . Istedet for en flad mave fik jeg en hænge mave. De forsøgte derefter og rette op på det med laser slim og EM sculpting uden resultat . Jeg brokkede mig og de gav mig heldigvis mine penge tilbage . Men var mere tilfreds med min mave inden jeg kom hos dem. De virker meget uprofessionelle, de famler i blinde og alle de målinger og billeder de tog, hvad skulle de bruges til? Troede jeg fik en forklaring til sidst men hørte aldrig fra dem efter min sidste behandling i november . Det virker bare som en penge maskine og de aner ikke hvad de laver. De burde lukke deres klinik. “Tak” Shapes fordi i gjorde min mave grimmere!!

Jeg havde en Lotte Gram i røret der sagde at jeg lignede i hvert fald ikke én der kun ku fjernes 200 gram fedt på efter de billeder hun har set. Jeg er helt normal vægtig og normal bmi. Tror de skynder sig at skyde skylden på deres kunder så de slipper for at betale retur som lovet. Dårlig behandling og dårligt snyde firma. Medierne bliver kontakte pga det her.

Har flere venner der har prøvet fedtfrysning hos dem uden det virkede, det eneste vi fik ud af det var kæmpe blå mærker og meget ubehagelige behandlinger. Da jeg gik tilbage til klinikken for at fortælle det ik virkede målte hun med vilje forkert, hun målte ikke fra nul men fra den cm der starter før nul. Så det ville ligne man havde tabt sig 1 cm. Hun sagde det var de oplært i. Hun tog så målene rigtig og kunne godt se jeg ikke havde tabt mig. Efterfølgende har klinikken shapes ikke svaret på min mails da de i annoncen lovede penge retur hvis kunden ikke oplevede noget resultat. Efterfølgende har Lotte sagt til mine venner at hvis de er samme størrelse som før eller taget lidt på frafalder garantien 🫣🫣🫣 vi købte allesammen et tilbud hvor der stod at man kunne få pengene tilbage hvis man var én af de få som ikke tabte sig.

Their email reply doesn't work, it keeps being rejected, so it's actually impossible to confirm how I'd like to proceed with an exchange. They refuse any refund, even for a serious reason. Which of course means not even an exchange - really bad practice. I will not buy tickets from them again. They could at least offer ticket insurance for genuine illness. The policy is totally unfair to those, and they could easily resell, there's still 6 weeks.

j'ai reçu une boite de Hepatic avec 6 mois de validité seulement. j'ai écrit pour m'en étonner car j'utilise cette boite sur + de 6 mois. vu le prix 20 e, ce n'est pas normal. la seule réponse faite est (par email) : "La prochaine fois, précisez que vs souhaitez une DLC moins proche". client depuis 20 ans, la prochaine fois, j'acheterai ailleurs !

Biophenix is outrageous ly unprofessional. They have a customer care person who appeases you patiently but that doesn’t solve a real issue EVER. It can take you hours to days and weeks to place, receive your order. Once the order is placed you are at their mercy to hear about your shipment. I have waited for 6 days to hear about my order, sent messages but no body responds to the request. So long as you are placing the order this customer care person hears you, after you pay everybody disappears. Biophnix should do something to clean up this mess. I am dependent on them because my doctor prescribed these supplements . Best is not to get into this entanglement and insist on other brands in the beginning. I hope to help other new victims like me. Stay away if possible.

Les produits Biophenix sont a priori fabriqués en France….mais nul part il n’est fait mention du lieu exact de fabrication. L’entreprise a son siège au Luxembourg et fabrique…. Quelque part en France… cela manque vraiment de transparence !! J’ai posé la question à Biophenix et jamais eu de réponse et plus de trace de de ma demande qui a mystérieusement disparue.… Voyons si cette fois ci il y aura une suite !

C'est scandaleux !

Malgré plusieurs contacts par e-mail avec le service client, l'entreprise refuse de reconnaitre qu'il y a eu un défaut de fabrication sur l'un des lots de Vitamine C bio. Au prix où sont vendus les produits, c'est purement et simplement scandaleux. Je retire ma confiance en cette entreprise et la déconseille formellement désormais.

On 2/03 I ordered a pair of pants for bruncheon in March. After about 2 weeks I emailed them because I hadn’t received a tracking number or anything saying my pants were shipped. They sent me a fake tracking number which showed the pants originating in Illinois then being sent to China. I live in New Jersey. It said my pants were shipped and it would take 7-10 days to reach me. After a few days the tracking number stopped working. I emailed them and they sent me a new tracking number which now showed the pants were waiting to be shipped. On 2/26 I still had no tracking info so I requested a refund. It is 3/26 and I have still have not gotten my refund!

Der Shop existiert, entgegen der Behauptungen einiger Nutzer hier. Es dauert ein bisschen mit der tatsächlichen Bestellbestätigung, wie man sie heute von den grossen online Händlern automatisch in 1 min erhält, aber sie kommt nach 2 Tagen. Ist halt kein Großhändler. Ware kam auch innerhalb von 4 Tagen nach der Bestellung. Einwandfreier Zustand und sorgfältig verpackt. Hab mich von den Bewertungen hier irritieren lassen, aber habt ein bisschen Geduld :)

Kein Geld zurück, MDH abgelaufen, schlimmer geht es nicht- bestellen Sie hier nicht.

Ich habe Produkte im Gesamtwert von ca 200 € bestellt. Nahezu alle Sachen waren in Bezug auf das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum nahezu abgelaufen. Ich habe deshalb die Artikel retourniert und weder mein Geld zurück erhalten noch irgendeine Nachricht bekommen. Ich musste erst die online-Plattform einschalten, um mein Geld zu bekommen. Das hat circa DREI MONATE gedauert, weil der Laden zunächst nicht auf E-Mails und Anrufe reagiert hat. Die positiven Rezensionen hier sind meiner Überzeugung nach vom taleeo-Laden selbst, um die wahren Erfahrungen wegzulügen und die Durchschnittsnote manipulativ zu erhöhen. Man achte auf den Sprachduktus/ Sprachstil, der sich anhört, wie die Werbung eines miesen Ladens: "Ach, ich habe mich ja so über eine kleine Gratisprobe Pesto gefreut, (ich bin völlig aus dem Häuschen wegen einer Gratisprobe)!" "Immer eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit von taleeo,.., hoffentlich sind alle anderen KUNDEN auch so happy wie ich wegen einer 5 ml Gratisprobe...ich verstehe ja gar nicht, wieso taleeo immer so schlecht gemacht wird..." Ich denke, dass das das Geschäftsmodell von taleoo ist, Retouren, MDH Produkte, Versicherungs- und Konkursware billig aufzukaufen und teuer bis mindestens regulär zu verkaufen. Darüber hinaus: Einfach mal das Geld der Kunden und Kundinnen bei Retouren und Beschwerden nicht zurückerstatten, nicht auf E-Mails und weitere Kontaktaufnahmen antworten und hoffen, dass geschädigte EinkäuferInnen klein beigeben.

Leider fehlen die wichtigen Dinge

Ich habe schon öfter bei Taleoo bestellt. Die Ware kam immer erst verzögert (nach 1-2 Wochen) bei mir an. Wenn man es mir mitteilen würde, gäbe es hierfür keinen Sternabzug. Jetzt habe ich aber eine Bestellung erhalten, wo ca. 25% der bestellten Artikel nicht geliefert wurden. Die Rechnung wurde von Klarna aber sofort angepasst. Bei den nicht gelieferten Artikeln handelt es sich um Mehl und Haferflocken. Bei telefonischer Rückfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass diese Artikel nicht nachgeliefert werden. Warum konnte ich sie dann bestellen? Diese Frage wurde mir leider nicht beantwortet.

Ich war letzte Woche mit Partner das erste Mal in der Therme im textilfreien Bereich. Uns als erfahrene Saunagänger und FKKler ist unangenehm aufgefallen, dass einige Personen im textilfreien (!) Bereich, speziell in den Saunen, Badebekleidung tragen! Das darf nicht sein!! Wer sich nicht entkleiden möchte, soll bitte in den nicht textilfreien Bereich saunieren gehen!! Das Service-Personal sollte auf jeden Fall darauf achten und auch umsetzen! Ansonsten wunderschöne Anlage! Wir werden trotzdem wiederkommen!

Leider enttäuschend – wiederholt gesundheitliche Probleme nach dem Besuch

Ich war am Freitag erneut in der Therme Euskirchen – leider zum letzten Mal. Bereits vor einigen Monaten hatte ich nach dem Besuch eine bakterielle Infektion und Hautausschlag. Damals dachte ich noch, es könnte Zufall gewesen sein. Doch nun ist es erneut passiert: Wieder Hautausschlag, starkes Jucken das ganze Wochenende, und ich musste erneut Cortison und Antibiotika nehmen. Auch meine Frau ist betroffen. Ich sehe, dass die Anlage oberflächlich gepflegt aussieht . Aber wie sieht es mit der Wasserqualität aus? Irgendetwas scheint hier nicht zu stimmen, und als Gast erwartet man, dass hygienische Standards konsequent eingehalten und kontrolliert werden. Ein weiterer Punkt, den ich ansprechen muss: Es ist mir aufgefallen, dass manche Gäste komplett bekleidet ins Wasser gehen. Ich bin nicht grundsätzlich dagegen, aber man kann in solchen Fällen als Betreiber nicht ausschließen, dass Hautkrankheiten oder Infektionen unbemerkt ins Wasser gelangen. Auch hier sollte es klare Regeln und Kontrollen geben – das ist eine Frage der Verantwortung gegenüber allen Besuchern. Nach zwei schlechten Erfahrungen werde ich sicher kein drittes Mal riskieren. Sehr schade, denn die Anlage an sich ist wirklich schön – aber Gesundheit geht vor.

Wir waren am 1.4.25 zum zweiten Mal in der Therme zu Besuch. Wie schon beim ersten Besuch waren wir wieder begeistert. Luft. - und Wassertemperatur für uns optimal. Negativ ist uns jedoch aufgefallen, dass viele Gäste vom Beckenrand und im Wasser mit dem Handy gefilmt bzw. fotografiert wird, obwohl es strickt verboten ist. Das Personal greift nicht ein. Ich möchte mich nicht irgendwann bei Tik Tok oder Youtube wiederfinden.

Katastrophenbesuch gestern in der Therme Euskirchen

Gestern, anläßlich meines Geburtstags, lud mich meine Frau zum "Wellness und Relaxen" in die Therme Euskirchen ein. Leider wurde es bereits beim Anmelden (geht nicht mehr an der Kasse persönlich) bereits problematisch. Wir mussten zunächst in einer langen Schlange warten um uns dann auf Info einer Mitarbeiterin am Terminal anzumelden. Dort konnte zwar der Zugang, aber nicht die mir so wichtige Liege gebucht werden. An der Kasse versicherte man mir, dass im Bad am "Bambusstand" in jedem Fall eine Liege frei wäre. Ich sagte der Dame noch, dass ich nur hinein möchte wenn die Liege wirklich vorhanden ist, Antwort: ja. Dort angekommen war dies natürlich nicht der Fall, eine Muschel konnte es nur noch sein, die wir nicht wollten. Also zurück, umziehen und raus. An der Kasse gab es dann weder mit Geduld noch guten Worten das Geld zurück oder ein Gutschein. Die Geschäftsleitung lies sich auf Bitten auch nicht blicken. So waren neben schlechtestem Service in meinem 56 jährigen Leben auch noch 66 Euro pfutsch. Meine Gattin und ich haben so etwas noch nicht erlebt.

Enttäuscht

Mein Freund und ich sind von diesem Saunaaufenthalt sehr enttäuscht…Uns fehlen die Worte, an Entspannung und Erholung war nicht zu denken… Wir sind heute am 02.04.25 (an einem Mittwoch), um 9h50 angekommen, wo bereits eine Schlange bis zum Drehkreuz am Eingang stand. Es war nur möglich vor Ort am Automaten ein Ticket zu buchen und dann nur für 4 Stunden, total überteuert (78€ für 2 Erwachsene) … Am Eintritt bekamen wir eine Broschüre mit verschiedenen Aufgüssen aufgelistet, alles schön und gut, dann bekamen wir gesagt, wir könnten uns für 4 Aufgüsse anmelden, an denen wir sicher teilnehmen dürfen. Bei den anderen Aufgüssen wäre es dann eine Glückssache, ob man teilnehmen darf oder nicht. Dies war davon abhängig, ob viele sich für diesen Aufguss angemeldet haben oder nicht. Liegeplätze hätte man auch im Vorfeld kostenpflichtig online hinzu buchen müssen. Wir hatten jedoch da Glück das ein geringer Teil der Liegen frei war, ohne zusätzlich dafür bezahlen zu müssen. Zum Thema Aufgüsse waren wir auch sehr enttäuscht, während des Aufgießens ist gar keine bis kaum Hitze angekommen und während des Wedelns wurde man eher mit kalter, wie normalerweise warmer Luft bewedelt. In der 60 und 70 Grad Sauna war dies der Fall. In der 90 Grad Sauna hat sich die Situation etwas verbessert, jedoch hat dies den Aufenthalt nicht mehr ins positive rücken können. Wir sind nach bereits 2 Stunden an Stelle von den 4 gebuchten Stunden wütend und frustriert gegangen. Wir sind zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass wir die Therme Euskirchen nicht mehr besuchen werden, da es erstens zu teuer ist und man dann noch nicht das geboten bekommt, was dem Preis Ansatzweise entsprechen würde. Und zweitens die Organisation und Umsetzung dieses Konzeptes völlig schwachsinnig ist. Wir finden es sehr traurig, wie unser Aufenthalt verlaufen und geendet ist.

Frei gänzlich Liegen ohne Reservierung

Waren am 20.03.25 in der Therme Euskirchen und hatten keine Liegen reserviert, es gibt aber ein Bereich wo die Liegen mit eine Palme 🌴 gekennzeichnet ist und das sagt aus Day diese Liegen frei zur Verfügung stehen. Denkste, wenn man seine Handtücher auf die liege legt und dann schwimmen oder ins Restaurant zum Essen geht, weden die Handtücher von den mitarbeiter einfach weg geräumt und man sucht dann seine Sachen. Wo ist das der Sinn? Muss ich dann also mit Kind und Kegel nach dem Schwimmen oder Restaurant Besuch mir eine neue liege suchen gehen. Mitarbeiter sagen darauf hin, wenn das Bad Volker wird wären diese Liegen immer besetzt. Day muss ich doch hingehen und nur soviel Leute ins Bad lassen wo die liegen auch dann ausreichend sind und mann seine Sachen nicht suchen muss. Kein guter Service

Katastrophe statt Entspannung

War heute in der Therme in Euskirchen,fahre in der Regel 2 x Pro Monat dorthin. Aber heute war es die reinste Katastrophe. Nur eine Kasse besetzt so das man gezwungen wird den selbst Check-In zu machen wo man ein Plastik Band bekommt (Einweg= Müll) und die Schranknummen fortlaufend sind. Sodas dann an den Umkleide Schränke 10 Personen und mehr stehen und man nicht an seinen Schrank kommt. SOWAS HABE ICH NOCH NIE ERLEBT. WIR WERDEN UNS WEIGERN DIESEN BESCHISSENEN SELBST CHECK-IN ZU BENUTZEN!!! Wenn das nicht mehr geht, suchen wir uns eine andere Therme und nehmen es auch in Kauf,weiter zu fahren.

Es war so ein tolles Erlebnis in dieser Saunawelt 👍👍👍. Der Flaggenaufguss mit den Sauna meistern Sven und Melissa waren so faszinierend. Es war wie Meditation für mich. Ein sehr schönes Zusammenspiel 👍🙏. Was aber alles getoppt hat, war der Wildbad (ich glaube so hieß es) Aufguss, da ging es richtig ab. Das war der passende Aufguss für mich, an meinem Geburtstag 👍👍👍. Der Tag, mein Geburtstag, war ein erfüllender Saunatag für mich und meinen Freunden und Bekannte🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Die schlechteste der Badewelt Kette

Ich war schon in jeder Badewelt und muss sagen das hier ist die Schlechteste. Das einzig Gute das ich gefunden habe ist das sie die Sauna vor dem Aufguss absperren. Ansonsten das Personal am Pool ist unfähig eine Cola einzuschenken! Die kostet mitllerweile 4,5€ ! und die Bedienung öffnen eine neue Flasche und schenk das Glas einfach mal kopfüber ein, so das es im dem Glas 6 cm hoch schäumt und man Kohlesäure dannach nur vermuten kann. Dann muss man sein Glas die ganze Zeit festhalten und hat nur selten eine Abstellmöglichkeit. Zudem sind alle Liegeplätze selbst bei wenig betrieb schnell weg. Ansonsten Ist es in der ganzen Therme eng. Ehrlich hat der Tüv mal die Fluchwege geprüft? Überall wo sich eine Schlange bildet, wie vor der Sauna oder im Restaurant müssen sich die Laute die vorbei wollen durch quetschen. Im Resttaurant stehen die Tische so eng das man beim Weg an seinen Tisch, an die Leute kommt. Dann ist das Restaurant mitten im Durchgangsweg zur Sauna. Das gibt es in keiner Badewelt! Entspannen ist hier nicht! Es fühlt sich an wie in einer Kantine! Dann vor der Keltensauna sind höchsten 2m Durchgang. So das dieser sehr schnell beengt wurde und kein durchgang mehr möglich war und ich auch schon keine Lust mehr für in die Sauna hatte. Dann kommt aus den Wirlpool Blaßen draußen kaltes Wasser. Der Salatteler war für 14,50€ eigentlich nur 3/4 voll und der Bereich bei den oberen Liegen war so überhitzt das man im Winter auf der Liege so in Schwitzen kam das es dort nicht angenehm war. Denke nicht das ich wieder komme.

I insisted there easy returns do not disclose the return is to china an not usa. I spent $ 75 an got back $ 27 62. Not ok. I will never do business with Miss leading companies anymore. Non-delivery of an order

I ordered a wig from wigyy.com some time ago. I never received a confirmation of the order. I emailed with their customer service several times requesting an update, always getting an assurance it would be shipped at “the earliest possible time.” To date I have still not received my order, or a refund. I will never order anything from this company and will tell everyone I can to steer clear of it, too! They are frauds!!!

They do not look natural to me and I have been arguing with their customer service for weeks for a refund. The best they have offered so far is 25% refund with a coupon and keep the product. Not at all what their return policy states. Not happy at all. Returns are to China, not worth sending back, would cost too much.

I'm from Switzerland and because I've seen the ads all over Instagram, I thought I'd give it a try. So I ordered the Scalp care Massager with red light. At first everything was fine, I got an email that my package was on its way. But then they wrote to me that it had been delivered, but I never got anything, so I wrote to them. They never gave me a reply. I wrote at least 4 times but they don't care. So people be careful. Don't buy everything you see on Instagram, it's a scam. Even though I thought Instagram will control the scammers....plus it‘s pretty expensive for that you risk to not get it🤦🏻‍♀️

Prepare for it to not work and not be able to return

Less than half of the prongs do not even disperse oil. And I have to use force to get the oil out of the working prongs...therefore feeling like I'm scraping my scalp. The whole business of only being able to return this if it is unused, leaves no room for a customer to actually return a product that is faulty (one can only find this out from USING IT). I wasted the money I used on buying this.

The oil canister is useless. It releases the oil so slowly that if you really wanted to use all the oil it would take over an hour, Easier just to put oil on your hair with your hands. I contacted customer service for a return but heard nothing back. Totally useless

Je regrette de ne pas avoir consulté cette page avant de passer ma commande sur "Comptoir de l'homme". Mon expérience est en tout point similaire avec les commentaires laissés par les autres clients. J'ai commandé deux produits sur ce site car il proposait une livraison express. Partant à l'étranger pour 6 semaines j'espérait recevoir mes produits avant mon départ. 3 jours plus tard, le colis n'est toujours pas envoyé et les réponses du "service" client restent génériques et vagues. J'ai donc annulé ma commande ce matin, espérant que j'aurai plus de succès que les autres clients pour me faire rembourser. Est ce de l'incompétence ou de la malhonnêteté Je n'en sais rien mais c'est un site à fuir absolument

Suivi de colis (message de Colis Privé) : Votre colis a été livré en boîte aux lettres. Je vais voir RIEN ! J'attends une heure je retourne voir, boite aux lettres vide. Pour finir c'est ma voisine qui est venue frapper à la porte pour remettre mon colis. Le livreur s'était trompé d'adresse... A part ça, le colis et son contenu étaient en bon état.

Excellent skincare and excellent service! Quick and efficient delivery. I would really recommend the company. I originally came across them via a beauty box but have now gone on to buy face oil and moisturiser independently. Really lovely stuff! Now that Decleor has closed I think their oils are a great replacement. I have dry/sensitive skin and they are ideal for me.

Do not order from this website, it is fraudulent. They debited my account £55.95 and sent an order confirmation. I did not receive my Uggs, telephone number does not exist and they do not respond to your emails. I paid by debit card and disputed this with my bank who have kindly refunded. Didn’t receive the product..it’s been exactly one month & have been told that it’s on its way, then that they are changing warehouses (prior to Christmas?!!) v odd!
