Glover Priest are my mum’s solicitors during her house sale & purchase, and their dishonesty and mishandling of the case have caused her unbelievable stress—so much so that it has began to impact her health. From the start, they have been unreliable, evasive, and completely unprofessional. Key documents were mishandled, promises were made and broken, and we were repeatedly misled about progress. My mum had to chase them constantly, only to be ignored or given excuses. Important deadlines were missed with no explanation, and their incompetence turned what should have been a straightforward sale & purchase into a nightmare. Their complete lack of care or accountability has made an already stressful situation far worse. No one should have to go through this, especially not someone who put their trust in professionals to handle such an important matter. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs. If you do make the mistake of choosing these to represent you let's hope you do not get assigned Stephanie like my mother has.

I purchased my property 2 years ago. My mortgage broker offered this company, and their Tamworth office dealt with my case. Now I'm in the process of remortgaging, and my present solicitor informed me I'm not in the land registry as proprietor. So I contacted Gloverpriest with an email enquiry. They responded, assuring me their post completion team would address this. This has been several weeks ago, since then I've sent them several emails, no response, I called them, no answer, and now not sure what to do. Frustrating that these kinds of people are charging you days worth of salary to do a few minutes job, they don't do it, then they are just ignoring you.

Unprofessional. 2 and a half years after contacting them, they would ask for forms that was already sent. Then I was told they would have to wait for a “test case” result. No communication from them. I doubt they even submitted my support claim to the court. I would avoid if given a second chance.

Reliable and efficient. It took long time due to the pandemic but very satisfied with the result and the whole process.

TUI refused our claim made 3 times before I contacted fairplane UK to sort thing out which they did with a fantastic result.

I had a small claim against BA regarding a cancelled flight which they rejected. Having found Fairplane through the internet they handled my claim. Because of delays in the court system (nothing to do with Fairplane and of which as a litigation lawyer myself I am only too well aware) it took 3 years to conclude (!) but I was successful. I found Fairplane very impressive in keeping me informed and being persistent in pursuing the claim. Their fee at 25% of the recovery was extraordinarily reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them. Don't go anywhere else if you have a claim of this sort.

My claim for an unexpected cancelled flight with no reasons was declined directly by EasyJet but Fairplane thought I did have a case. I have to say they've provided excellent service. The claim has taken two years to process due to EasyJet’s stubbornness and Covid, but thanks to Fairplane I haven’t had to lift a finger. They’ve kept me fully informed the entire time at any new development, set expectations from the very beginning including costs if the claim was successful so I knew how much I’d be getting if I did win. Lo and behold, I’ve finally got my money all thanks to Fairplane. Well worth the fee, they deserve it. I shall be recommending Fairplane to others in the future.

I wrote to them many times that I wanted to hand over the case to a more competent company, and they told me that if I did it, they would charge me with the costs. The case was simple because it was about a 4-hour flight delay due to air conditioning problems. Now, after 3 years, it's too late !! They are useless !!!!

I actually called them from Canada to help my sister. They helped to prove everything we needed to help her get child maintenance, that her ex was working under the table. They responded fast, were extremely professional, and the technology they used was great. It wasn’t cheap but saved us quadruple what we spent in court fees, not to mention time. Made contact again for a refund and asking for their complaints procedure. Their terms and conditions are commital from the instance you make payment. They say you can cancel but you are committed from the time of signing their contract as they start the investigation as soon as you put the phone down on them! This means that you lose your cancellation rights straight away. In reality, this company commits you to paying with no refund available and their ability to deliver results is very poor. Even though I challenged and asked for a response to the results I had found openly from Land Registry, no acknowledgement of this in their response to my complaint! They just keep sending me back to their terms and conditions.

Very rude people answering the phones. Called up to ask if they could help identify some people for us to do with a death of a family member. They said they cant. We asked why, in a nice way, just want to know why as we will be asking others, and no explanations given why they wont help just a very rude reply from two different people. One just hung up on us, the other was very sarcastic when we told them they should not speak to customers in that way. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not even give us their own name due to "data protection". Strange manner of dealing with customers if its a legit company.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Dutton Gregory was recommend to me by a friend of mine working closely in the industry. Described as reliable and efficient. Happy to confirm this is absolutely truthful. I can comfortably add that they reply incredibly quickly. All nerves at ease with Dutton, choose them.

If you want a solictor that you have to do the job for them, chase several times to be ignored and are quite frankly incompetent - the team at Dutton Gregory are for you. In other words avoid avoid avoid. It actually pains me to have to pay them for what they made such an extremely stressful process. I was roped in by being recommended by the estate agents (mistake number one) and a shiny app to monitor and track progress. This didn’t work at all, nothing was ever updated and I had to chase constantly for email responses. On working with them I made clear that I’m a phone girl, it’s easier so please call but this didn’t happen. I barely heard from them at all. They delayed my exchange and completion on the sale due to sitting on my file for 2 weeks instead of transferring money required for documentation, I almost lost my buyer. On my onward purchase, we were meant to exchange on a Friday, we didn’t, yet I had zero communication from Gareth (my case handler) leaving me wondering what had gone on over a long weekend. I raised my concerns and for the last 2 weeks we saw a slight improvement. Dutton Gregory weren’t prepared to offer any compensation which is concerning as they don’t recognise how poor they’ve been. I feel like I should be paying myself at this point for all the chasing and facilitating I did this end. Really I don’t think they could care less about their customers, you’re passed from person to person left wondering what an earth is going on. What’s gone so wrong in the industry that this service is the norm? Please, take this review seriously and go elsewhere.

This is my 3rd trademark, but first time with Legal Hoop and the first time I've ever had any issues related to my business information with USTPO. I believe they do not know how to file business/ LLC owned trademarks in an acceptable way. Please learn from my situation. If you are a business using a business address that is a co-working space, a mailbox, or anything that isn't considered a livable address you will receive a rejection letter from USTPO. However, there is clearly a way to file these type of addresses as it was done just fine for my other trademarks and patent - Legalhoop just doesn't know how to do it. They also refused to honor their customer satisfaction policy and said that I needed to advise them on how to file my address - which is nuts because they are supposed to be the law firm not me. If I need to advise them, then they would need to be paying a fee to me, right? TLDR: Do not use them to file for business trademark. Fake Customer Satisfaction Policy. They are responsive and good otherwise, but they refused to make it right to complete the trademark. Maybe they intentionally do this and get you rejection letters so they can try and charge you more fees for filing responses. ****** Update 2: I like how their support team never replied to any of my 3 emails, but they can reply on here and try to blame a customer. You never tried to "cooperate" with me, your response to this issue was to charge me another $199 (which is an entire filing fee, its literally your new application filing fee) to fix this address small address issue. Responding to an office action to fix an address costs $0. USTPO confirmed this. The issue was you filed an office address as my owner domicile address apparently and now you won't fix it or even reply to email. USTPO won't let me fix it on my own because the attorney aka gatekeepr on file has to reply, but you're not replying to any support messages other than on here to try and act as if you did your job. I am so glad this happened and now I know to never trust a discount online filing company. All buyers please beware. ****** Update : Just discovered they are not BBB accredited and they have 4 open complaints against them and they are reported as not responding to the BBB. C- Rating. I wish I saw this before I hired them. I was swayed by the low prices.

I went with migrate-me to help with applying for the express entry to Canada. I originally spoke to a gentleman that won me over with his sales pitch. I paid the fee and was passed over the Hazel and that's where the service stopped. I have received next to no support. They have no contact number that works so email is the only option and Hazel is happy to ignore them. I've asked multiple times to be called and have been ignored. I finally managed to get a profile submitted and a month later my points dropped. I emailed Hazel and actually got a reply saying she didn't know why and then carried on ignoring all further emails. Half of me feels like this is a genuine scam. From my experience so far I would advise you to not use this company. Its been a huge waste of money and potentially a stop to our dreams of going to Canada.

It's funny, the sales pitch was great, reeled us in, then handed over to a handler who used to keep us updated with numbers released by the country. They have basically been silent for a long time, I've enquired numerous times about getting a refund due to the poor service from them, this has also been ignored. Lots of great reviews here.... But tread carefully.......... My case handler was Lauren Garvey, then she left with no information, I got no further messages until I messaged asking what was going on, this was picked up by someone called Hazel, who would not message us any information, was very sharp in replies and rude in some instances. What we were trying to achieve was a life changing event. These people have been shoddy in replies, shoddy in service and like someone else stated below. Laughable. Advokatfirmaet Berling Dincher v/ Peter Berling Dincher skulle hjælpe mig med at komme ud af en lejlighed der havde været rotter i, uden udgifter, men hele forløbet har været under al kritik. Der er flere gange kommet fuldstændig modstridende oplysninger fra ham om hvordan jeg stod med min sag, om hvad jeg skulle gøre og ikke gøre. Kommunikationen har været tæt på ikke-eksisterende efter han modtog depositum og han har stadig ikke svaret på nogle af alle de spørgsmål jeg har sendt til ham på mail. Han tog heller ikke telefonen når jeg ringede og det har været rimelig umuligt at komme i kontakt med ham. Alt i alt har det været en rigtig dårlig, stressende og dyr oplevelse. Emma guided me on how to deal with some proceedings I had pending (and were managed by the previous firm). Meanwhile, my ex's situation changed and we decided to go for a deed of separation before divorcing. Emma's work on the deed of separation has been great, and she delivered it quite quickly. She then guided me through my divorce application and proceedings, which also included a clean break consent order. Being honest I was skeptical given the number of reviews that claim them to be a scam. Yes they will charge you a sum of money up front for their services but after that the process was very easy for myself, with direct communication with Josh who was always on hand to answer any questions I had, big or small. They simply told me what documents I needed and provided an easy platform to upload them to, and they did the rest. I will give an update when I successfully arrive in Canada!!

En août 2023 nous avons décidé de nous faire accompagner par Uis parce que nous avons justement lu les avis qui n'étaient que positifs (Nous avons compris pourquoi ces avis). Cela nous a reconforté et nous nous sommes décidés à leur confier notre dossier d'immigration. Ils nous ont demandé 4 700 euros d'entrée de jeu et avant de faire quoique ce soit. Cette somme comprend l'étude de notre dossier, la soumission dans le bassin d'entrée express jusqu'aux frais de visa pour nous 5. Sur les paroles rassurantes du rabatteur Mr M., nous avons donc verser cette somme. ( Il nous rassuré sur notre profil qui était juste parfait et que nous ferions sans aucun doute partie du prochain tirage.,,) Nous sommes sommes en mars 2025 et toujours rien !!! Il devient difficile pour nous d'échanger avec nos interlocuteurs du début. Nous avons le week-end dernier demandé à être remboursés de la totalité de notre argent, sachant que cela fait déjà quelques mois que nous exprimons notre mécontentement et que notre interlocuteur de l'époque nous proposait de nous rembourser que 2 500 euros sur les 4 700 ! J'ai transmis mon Rib depuis dimanche et rien ne se passe. Je viens juste alerter de faire attention à ces MARCHANDS DE RÊVES qui avec ruses vous mettent en confiance dès le début pour vous soutirer votre argent. Mais je vous rappelle que vous l'avez fait à notre demande et tout simplement aussi parce que nous avons apporté un élément nouveau et que nous nous sommes renseignés de notre côté sur comment on pouvait augmenter nos points. Avec cet élément vous avez dont retiré, puis soumis à nouveau notre dossier et je vous rappelle que cette action ne coûte rien du tout. Vous dites avoir été disponible et avoir travaillé jour et nuit sur notre dossier en changeant stratégie ? Mais oui effectivement nous vous avons demandé de faire le point au moins une fois tous les mois et demi voire tous les 2 mois car rien ne se passait sinon. Et je vous rappelle aussi que le fait de changer la stratégie A ETE ÉGALEMENT A NOTRE DEMANDE. Nous vous avons demandé de travailler parallèlement sur une autre option. Et depuis ce jour là ça été une cacophonie totale... Nous avons toutes les traces écrites et audio de nos échanges. Aujourd'hui nous ne vous demandons qu'une seule chose : NOUS REMBOURSER ET VOUS AVEZ MON RIB. Vous m'avez demandé par mail de retirer dans mon avis LES NOMS DE VOS COLLÈGUES et je l'ai fait, maintenant faites votre part...

The process went smoothly overall. It was a bit more expensive than I expected due to specific rules in Madison County. Other than visiting a Notary, everything was handled online and completed fairy quickly.

Overall I'm happy with services. To start with READ EVERYTHING. I went to this site with the hopes of "Free or low cost divorce" Lower cost is true. I didn't read everything to start with and I was under the impression that everything was gonna be less than $300. Wellllllll.... Got notification that they needed another $400(rounding) to finalize everything. I was not happy, after going back and reading all of the fine details sure enough... I failed myself. The length of time it took wasn't horrible. I started everything in December, got finally judgment middle of February (this was due to my funds).

Takes just over two months from start to finish but that’s so they can get the details as accurate as possible before moving on to the next phase. I applied early December and my waiting period will be over mid-Feb. It is more costly than advertised, you have to pay for the papers and also the filing fee for your county but that was expected that there’d be additional fees somewhere. The total from start to finish for everything was about $800, cheap compared to the time and headaches I saved. Overall it was relatively fast and easy in today’s busy world where time is precious, and I would highly recommend it.
