This is a scam they are sending out letters postmarked to be from Daytona FL telling you that you need to call them about your mortgage. If you call them they will get your information for a representative to call you but when you Google search the number it comes up for a victim lawyer in California.

They got a payment from my credit card company. and then tells me I've got to pay extra money to them of £500 and they made the claim. on the amount I was given as that was paid off my credit card. and the Mount was left. to go to them. Now they're trying to say I've got to pay them more money. This come. in a scammer.

Please do not do business with this company. They employ South Africans to work for them and scam them by not paying them a salary. They instead remove all workers out their slack group allowing no communication. They have been doing this since 2023. Got me compensation against a Credit Card company who kept increasing credit limit without my consent. Dealt with a solicitor called Fabian Neal who was most helpful and kept me informed. He dealt with Ombudsman when ridiculous bank statements were requested. Successful payment received on 14.11.24 after a long drawn out claim, due to the tactics of the credit card company.

Refunded for my Vanquis Claim which paid off my card balance, was £332 left over which Pearson Locke Law automatically claimed with vat on top ! So I now have to PAY THEM ! £61 seriously, they can jog on, not paying a penny further.

Absolutely appalling company. I instructed them to look into and investigate a finance claim and all they have done is lie to me from the start. When I emailed them they would tell me the same thing time and time again, yet when I called them out they admitted to me that they had lied. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved. Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.” The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. I paid for a package that contained the bargain and sale deed and all of the forms were from 2019. The NJ State forms have all been updated but they are charging you for old data.

I pointed out they incorrectly spelled Massachusetts as Massaschusetts on the deed template. Instead of correcting their misspelling, they snarkly cancelled my account. Seriously I'm supposed to submit a form to the State of Massachusetts with the State name spelled incorrectly????

County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.

I wish I didn’t even have to rate it one star! The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.

I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about a month ago, very helpful in understanding key legal elements. Now that I am ready to sign up for the monthly plan, "The Lights are ON, but NOBODY IS HOME!" The A.I. is unhelpful and the "Get Started" link leads to a blank dashboard page, even after signing in. Yes, it is a weekend, but the Online Payment System still works, except for courtroom5, sadly.

While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.

You are fraudulently charging my credit card. I did nothing but draft a document, I never printed anything and to lure people on the premise that just because you type a document doesn't mean you've provided a service. To make the website virtually impossible to make contact and/or change/delete information that you have used to create a billing cycle is not legal. You have been blocked from any future transactions on my account.

The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess. This is a fraud company that is somehow still in operation. They have multiple addresses in residential streets that are flooded with fake reviews, google has done absolutely nothing to deal with it. This firm is showing up falsely at an address in Boston on Google Map. I tried to contact them at the phone numbers shown but was phoned back from a Welsh man who spoke a string of four letter swearwords of the worst kind. Those guys used cheap web agencies that created dozens of fake venues for them. Unfortunately for me, one was made in Burnley at my address. Called them to tell them to remove it and stop using my address and was simply told to shut the f.. up. Was so upset that I decided to dig a bit more and oh surprise, they have made it in many cities. They try to catch customers by creating a national presence but guess what, reviews are all fake and a guy reviewing Burnley agency is also reviewing Leeds or Manchester... At least I had a good laugh. Honestly stay away from those piece of sh... that even don't understand what they paid agencies for. On the phone he sounds totally unprofessional and uneducated. AVOID

SCAM. Nolo attorney referral service offers "non-exclusive" referrals, meaning they sell the same "lead" to as many attorneys as they can get to buy the lead. Further, the leads are of poor quality - "How did you get my number, I didn't request a call from anybody?" or "You are then 8th attorney to call me in the last half hour!" Cancelled immediately.

Another attorney in this office was recommended. Unfortunately, he was not taking new clients. I settled for Damian Nash. It proved to be a terrible decision. The hallmark of an effective attorney is excellent communication skills between the attorney, his staff, and his clients. An attorney should keep clients updated on all developments, and thoroughly explain legal terms and the processes to ensure they are understood. Equally important is having competent, responsible, and dependable office staff who will forward all forms of communication to the attorney. All of these were blatantly lacking. Important emails were overlooked and not sent to the attorney. The attorney met my inquiry regarding these issues with anger and a defensive attitude. Damian Nash was unresponsive, uncommunicative, and displayed an unprofessional response to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I am a businesswoman who treats clients with the respect they deserve. He needs to do the same!!!

Nolo is how Martindale now sells leads from clients to attorneys. The program is garbage, very bad leads that Nolo charges for, but refuses to refund under its stated refund policy. Every email from them, the representatives that sell the service is a SalesForce template email. If you reply, you never get a human. I hate this company for its, IMHO, deceptive practices.

They helped me get a cita previa de extranjeros to get my NIE as a citizen of EU. I paid the price that everybody at the market proposes, which isn't exactly low, but they kind of have a monopoly because there is only one other attorney that does it for a price that is 3.5 times higher than theirs and the other ones suck. Nevertheless, they suck too. I got the cita previa 13 days after I was done with all the documents that were required, and gathering the documents took me 2-3 weeks. I got the cita previa 8 days after the day they got it. I'm not satisfied because they weren't clear enough about some of the missing documents and without the help of my friends that went through the same process I might have had a hard time. Also talking to them is not exactly easy because they use a very hard Spanish vocabulary and they put a lot of resistance, they were uncooperative giving me the information I needed from them and I paid for. To summary, the result is a success, but the process was unnecessarily hard.

No recomiendo para nada este despacho de abogados, su interés es sólo cobrar su dinero y no tienen ningún interés en resolver o explicar lo que hay que hacer en su caso.

Later is er nog politie geweest die een verslag hebben gemaakt .. Alle lof voor de politie in Amersfoort voor hun geweldige optreden dat was erg fijn ze stonden gelijk voor ons klaar dikke pluim en bedankt …

I got an online quote for conveyancing which was fine. Then came the spam. Phone call, texts, emails without an 'unsubscribe' button. More like a boiler room operation than a professional company.

This company has young girls who exhibit poor communication, inflated quotes and lack of follow-up.

We used Ownit to purchase a property and all I can say is save yourself a whole lot of angst and use a different business to do your conveyancing matters.

Totally frustrating experience. Settlement was on the 13th of December. Our over payment of over $28K took over a month to be paid back. Numerous calls made with little action made. Still to this day we have not received a final statement of accounts after asking more than 10 times. Loads of excuses made and blaming other conveyancing companies for their lack of follow up. Find another service provider that is customer focused.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Totally useless bunch of amateurs. Every piece of communication is automated and they don’t even bother to personalise the emails with your name or information. Felt like I was acting on my own behalf the entire time. Complete waste of money. Never again.

To say the least they are nightmare to deal with, they call themselves professional which I don't think they know the meaning of it, they call themselves exceptional customer service which they have proven over and over they are otherwise. They settled our to buy property without our knowledge and to make the matter worse ignored the very important contract's special condition so burdened us with potentially a faulty property. No communication and no one own to the blunder they made, we are still to receive settlement documents after a week. Absolutely stay away from this firm at any cost as they aren't what they claiming to be, not at all.

This conveyancing firm is a nightmare to work with. You get emails constantly 24/7 and you can never speak to anyone when you ring up. Since settlement of my new property I have been sent an overdue council bill in my name when I didn’t even own the property at that time. I have rung and you guess it no one available to speak to me. Still waiting for a call back 24 hours later. Very unhappy client who will be getting legal advice on this matter

Coming up to six months after settlement and I'm still over $1,000 out of pocket because Ownit won't Own the problem they created by paying six months rates in advance - without any consultation (or perhaps thought). In my opinion TERRIBLE SERVICE! Miscalculation of conveyancing cost us $615.37 extra. Very hard to contact for help! Tried to double charge us for some fees. When asked to fix up stuff up of conveyancing they gave us the runaround and then just stopped taking our calls. Could not run a chook raffle. AVOID.

I wish you could put a zero star because that’s what you would get from me. I applied for SSDI in 2022 and of course because the Biden administration I was denied. That’s crazy because their doctor told me I was completely disabled. I was medically denied even though I can barely walk and have hyperglycemia because of diabetes that’s severely hard to control. Not to mention spinal stenosis in my lumbar region drop foot and osteoarthritis oh I forgot Gout too. So I hired Morgan and Morgan or at least I thought I did. But I filed the appeal for myself and waited and waited and was not contacted by anyone from their company. That was 2023. Unfortunately I was forced to try and go back to work. I was even denied Medicaid by the Biden administration because I had applied for SSDI. Sorry excuse for a human if you ask me. But back to work I went 1 job, couldn’t perform tasks. 2nd job was let go because I couldn’t do the job, (lost medical insurance caused DKA) 3rd job Fired for being unable to perform jobs (committed wage theft against me caused infection and blood clot in my leg) 4th job, had to quit because I can’t walk and couldn’t do the job. Was in hospital and had all my stuff stolen from my apartment. Now I’m unable to work at all. I started looking into my claim. Of course Morgan and Morgan was still assigned to my case It was still stuck in DDS for two years. I contacted them and they acted like I was starting over. I had my sister trying to help me and their representative was rude and told us we were liars. I fired them on the phone and got another lawyer. Well today they called back again and just sent me a survey. Let me speak to John Morgan himself because his commercials say he’s compassionate and works for the people. BS!!! Give me the satisfaction of seeing how much you care. I’m seriously contemplating suing them for causing this pain and suffering I’ve dealt with. Now I’m about to file bankruptcy because I lost everything and can’t pay for anything. Car repossessed evicted from my apartment. Left with nothing but a few clothes. Where were you 2 years ago when I was in better shape and still had a prayer for a better life. Where is John Morgan when you really are a person in need? After 7 months Morgan and Morgan decided my claim wasn’t worth their efforts. Now because of the delay in filing no one will accept the case. Not because it’s not valid but because they carried it so long and dropped it. The attorney who was handling it no longer works for. M&M. My adult daughter was traveling in another state when she was hit by a car, in a crosswalk, on a green light, by a fully insured motorist, caught on camera by the police, and severely injured. When I called Morgan and Morgan all the person who answered could ask me was, “how badly is she hurt? We need to know how badly she’s hurt. Does she have a spinal injury? If so, how bad is it?.“ I kept trying to explain that she was still in the ER that I wanted them to take over immediately, but I could not get a response. I had to call someone else. I was very, very upset and very disappointed in a company that I assumed was great.

It is trash, I used texasonlinedivorce.com and the amount of money I spent and the monthly payment is complete crap. You can just go to your county clerk get a packet fill it out for $23 file it and then file with the court and it’s cheaper and less chaos. They are only using you for money, no help at all.

Do not use them. Spent $195 to fill out the forms and half way through, had a change of heart and wanted to cancel. I didn't even submit the form. So they did no processing or work at all and it was within 24 hours. Emailed for a refund, they said they will then had me sign a suspicious "refund policy" that states I can't go to my bank to cancel. I signed it because i believed they'd refund me like they said. 1 month has passed with no refund at all. Now I don't know what to do. Please do not sign the policy and just cancel through your bank. It's what I would've done if I had another chance. I hope this helps someone.

It was hard to get a real person to answer questions. There were no free revisions in 30 days. There was an upcharge of $50 for one requested revisions. It took multiple phone calls and a chat assistant to get requested revision. The county I was in had a standing order and the 6th amendment had been in effect for 3 months. I was provided the 5th amendment and ended up paying $1 page at clerk's office to get correct amendment into filing packet. I hope other online services provide better caliber of service. I requested a refund of copying charges for outdated amendment/standing order. Not optimistic after reading other reviews.

Never use this company. Complete waste of time and if you want a refund after figuring out they string it out forever to keep the 39,99 going and try to upsell more and more. You won’t get it because it’s 30 day. You can’t get anything done in 30 days. Run run run.

I tried desperately to use their site repeatedly with no luck; after three calls to their 'customer service', I was still unable to complete the required forms. It’s a scam. They charge you $150 to fill out a questionnaire and then send you a refund for $69 saying they can’t help you. Imagine how much money they make doing nothing. Good business model although probably illegal or at least unethical.

Do not use this company. I changed my mind within 72 hours and they refused to refund me my $100 because I took my time to filling out their standard questionnaire. They claimed the “lawyers” had already started working by simply providing access to the questionnaire. How is that fair or true when it’s a standard questionnaire? I work hard for my money. This is a company that appears to be based in and a foreign country and appears to be preying on people who do not do their research when it comes to divorce. Everything that they are offering, you can do yourself, using most Legal Apps and your county courthouse to file. They put so much jargon and criteria in their refund policy that you absolutely can’t get your money back, even after 5 minutes, even though they say you can and will. I’ve waited all this time and never got a refund. The same lady with an accent answers the phone and emails every time you email or call. In my opinion, this company is taking money and not doing anything for it, or at the least, very little. Some people may have gotten divorced, but I would propose that the company is making more money off of the people who change their minds and are refused refunds for whatever reasons. When people actually realize that a divorce is going to cost a lot more than they are indicating, and they might as well get a low cost attorney, they’ve already basically donated $100 dollars or $200 if they’ve made both payments to this “Company”. I recently contacted LM Notary Public Limited for notary services and was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. My initial inquiry on 25 Aug 2024 was ignored for 46 calendar days. After chasing by phone on 8 Oct 2024 and 10 Oct 2024, I finally received a response. Except there was no apology offered for the excessive delay. Instead, the representative simply stated that my email "may have been overlooked". The initial response, which had the unhelpful email subject of "Timeslots", also lacked clarity regarding the consent form required for document verification. I had to seek further clarification on several points, further delaying the process. Their response to my request for clarity was unprofessionally written, with no email greeting or signature. They are the biggest cheaters. If you post real reviews about them on google they will remove your honest reviews. They have opened this consultancy to steal your hard earned money. Their employees who have no immigration background/experience will misguide you and you will put your future at sake. Had the worst experience with them. Ralph Sayer are very good at explaining the buying and selling procedures at the beginning which we found useful as we had not bought or sold for a long time. Their negotiation skills to get the best price with the seller of the property we eventually bought; and also the buyer of the property we sold, are excellent. They communicated quickly with us by phone, email and post on the negotiations and also timings for viewings with interested parties. They organised the inspection of the property we sold for the Home Report (Shepherds); the marketing brochure - photography, floor plans, property tour (Property Studios); and also the sales board; and the online visibility (ESPC, Rightmove, ralphsayer.com etc). The legal team is good at concluding missives and they dealt with any issues efficiently. The various professionals we dealt with at Ralph Sayer are very efficient, polite and we always thought that they were acting in our best interests.

Contacted them because my missives from Ralph Hendrie legal hadn’t been sent to me, I needed to activate my ten year warranty with them and the solicitors were no longer in business. It took one phone call and ivan took my details, sent me a form, and two days later he has activated my warranty. I had been panicking about this and how I was going to get hold of the documents so for him to make it this easy was amazing service. Will absolutely be my new solicitors from now on.

I paid these best part of 200 to fill in my application I was told on the phone that the application I filled in would be re written it wouldn’t be the scruffy piece of paper they provided but they just uploaded it as it was . I have given this company one star only because I cannot give anything less. On a recent holiday to Portugal I applied to this company for a 2-day Covid test kit. Along with this the company agreed to complete my passenger locator form. I did not receive anything from them and was forced to apply to a different company to ensure that I could leave Portugal and return home. Since then I have been trying to obtain a refund. Two emails and a letter were ignored. I tried to phone them but could only leave a message for someone to contact me. This request was also ignored and eventually I had to claim my refund through my credit card. Full marks to Santander Bank for sorting this for me. I am letting everyone I know about this experience and discouraging them for using this company. I will never use them again.

I registered with this company 2 weeks ago. I quickly encountered problems with their payment system and asked for help. But despite repeat messages and calls, no one contacted me back. Eventually I found the problem and paid my £564.00. I thought everything would go fine after this. But despite further requests for assistance, no one called me back. I was very disappointed when the system rejected my online application because I had 2 days from my travel. I had to pay additional US $ 250 in order to change my ticket and I had to travel separately from my daughter! The VISA is issued within 2 hours so why this restriction?!

This Visa is a joke. We do not understand why my 21 months old son needs to apply for this visa, and have to change his flight if the date is wrong, and has to be 3 days in advance when we have free entrance into the EU. Not to mention no actual background check is done. Our experience is TERRIBLE.

I felt cheated because I was actually looking for the official UK Visa website and didnt realise I went through an agent where I had to pay GBP 63 per person instead of the official GBP 15. To make it worse, I needed to changecthe date because my daughter's student visa was late. When I tried to change through their website, it takes me to a new application form and requires me to pay another GBP 63 which I refused. I even tried to go to the official UK Visa website, but the adress in the original request was the agent, not mine. I requested the agent to forward me the link so I can change my details, but they didnt reply until it was too late to make any changes. In the end, I paid the agent GBP 126 for 2 people and had to apply afresh through the official website and paid GBP 30 for 2 people.

To be honest, the online travel visa has made a lot of people’s lives easier. I do want to raise one concern, however. I’ve applied online twice. And on both occasions couldn’t figure out which paper or form of the approved visa to print and carry with me upon traveling. I panicked at the airport both times because I brought along the wrong paper (the letter informing me that I got the visa successfully). Is there perhaps a way that your website could clearly indicate the paper that is needed at the UK customs. Many thanks!

No reminding to me before Flying to UK , and the price is too high with no extra benefit

The documents are second to none and detail absolutely everything we could possibly need as a SME. They are very well presented and easy to amend if necessary.
