I've had mixed experiences with London Power over 3 years. While interacting with agents like Alicia or Imogen was pleasant and efficient, unresolved issues with billing and smart meters make me hesitant to fully recommend them. The website is simple to use, but the service can hit or miss. Needs improvement overall.
Helpful and responsive
I called to query the increase to my monthly payments which they had recommended. Richard D answered my query fully and explained clearly the reasoning behind it. He gave me alternative options to consider and discussed these with me. I’ve been with London Power for some time and generally found them helpful and responsive,
Best energy supplier we have ever had
Been with LondonPower for over 3 years, simply put they are the best energy supplier we have ever had. Easy to use website, no issues with the smart meter and excellent customer service. Can see why their/Octopus's customer service is rated so highly

Alicia was friendly and attentive from the start of the call. She made sure to take time to listen and answer my queries with sufficient details. She also followed through in the actions and assured me on the next steps. It was amazing speaking to someone who out the customer needs first.

Been with LP a good few years. Moved home and found the supplier there did not hold the same attentive qualities. So now back with LP and I’m so glad. Staff are so helpful and always go above and beyond to help. Alicia was very helpful and supportive in making my switch over a smooth and easy.
