I’m so angry about this discrimination against Christian festivals on your 2024calendar I have been a member for many many years but I now need to re consider my membership. Why would I want a calendar that doesn’t portray Christianity. Or Jewish. We are a multi faith country and I for one am proud of it. STOP going on about Christian things that are provided at properties that’s just a pathetic excuse. Get with the mood of the country.

I find it hard to understand how an 'inclusivity' calendar that makes note of various religious festivals can exclude noting the dates of Christmas and New Year. Christianity has as much right to appear on this calendar as any other religion. This gives me concern about how the Trust is actually run so I will no longer support it in any way until it is truly inclusive. The trust has behaved immorality in many ways in recent years so it is now time to say it is not just an oversight but actually aggressive activity against many of the people it should be serving. Reading about the current issue with the 'Inclusive Calendar' which includes other faiths religious holiday but not Christmas and Easter just fills me with disgust and shame. We are a Christian country still and just as much as we should respect and be inclusive of all faiths, and I send best wishes to all my Jewish, Muslim and Hindu friends and customers on their special festival days, for an organisation that is truly British and depends on public funding, this decision to print this calendar, whether they have produced other calendars which reflect Christmas and Easter, is appalling and whoever gave the go ahead should be ashamed. So very simply all of my family and friends will be cancelling membership with the National Trust and we all will actively encourage anyone we know not to support them. I’ve supported the NT for years but no more. I notice you’re happy to monetise Christmas through sales of Christmas gifts yet refuse to have Christmas and Easter on your calendar (whilst happily supporting other faiths). Shame on you National Trust

This is the up Date TO STEVE: Thanks for reply, i do get this, but you are assuming all your staff know all the Christian holidays. As many of them may be from other back- grounds, you should treat all the religions the same and included the Christian holidays on your internal information and not assume everyone know everything . You may not have foreseen this unintended outcome, but it's time to amend it. I see no where you have added it to your calendar. Have you done that now? WHEN WE JOINED the national trust many years go, i never thought it would turn racist against the original British people. On top of that, it has become anti Christian and seems to be going into other religions that it has no right to do so. The trust is meant to be protecting our heritage and green land and our culture. And not become some sort of arbitrator to what is right or wrong. If you feel you cant' even put a Christmas message on a Christmas card, then i dread to think who is running the trust now. Start protecting the culture and the country side. Not some political oligarchy. Unless this changes, we will not be renewing our membership when it comes up.

Company can improve by not ignoring its roots and taking notice of its white middle class patrons your latest debacle a non Christian calender shame on you another company that can always shine when it comes to its woke left wing views

I'll be cancelling my membership due to them all going woke re the Daily mail peice on including all other celebrations in their calendar except actually traditional English ones like Easter and Christmas no thanks you can keep your card shan't be renewing

Last year it was your woke blue plaque scheme, this year it’s your ‘diversity’ staff calendar. How sad that you treat your non diverse staff with such contempt. How strange that I can go to Normandy and learn what a great leader Winston Churchill was but not from our own National Trust. What a disgrace you are. I think you need to sack your diversity manager, they are obviously very racist!

Rasism pigs against the Christian faith not including in the calendar eg Christmas and Easter, wonder if it has anything to do with, the world health organisation and world economic forum, the whole UK needs to defuned them
