The service was excellent. My clothing was laundered and folded perfectly. And the price was incredibly reasonable. Extremely happy with the results.

Great customer service. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, professional, and helpful. Driver was extremely courteous and friendly. Laundry was folded and separated nicely and neatly. Everything was soft, fresh, and smelled incredible! Money well spent.

Took 2 days instead of 1

Great early pick up and delivery. I still haven’t given the delivery person a tip. How do I do this. Good fold and clean clothes.

Edit — Do not ever do business with these people. They are completely untrustworthy. They’re demanding receipts for replacements to clothes they can’t even find. In the “you had one job” category, there’s really nothing worse for a laundry service to do than not to give your clothes back at all. Yet that’s exactly what happened. We got two bags of clothes that didn’t belong to us, and Happy Nest has no idea who has ours. We got yet another bag today that wasn’t ours. We trusted them, and Happy Nest completely betrayed our trust. I hope that the clothes we returned actually get back to where they belong, but this carelessness is inexcusable.
