I ordered flowers for friend’s birthday a day before assuming they would be delivered at least by noon on the day of BD (day after). At 6 PM I realized that the bouquet hadn’t still been delivered. If I didn’t remind that it should be delivered, it wouldn’t be delivered at all. Finally it was delivered at 9 PM (!!) actually after BD.

A bit expensive

They left the flowers at the door of a closed building, did not confirm receipt neither with me or with the recipient. I called to confirm and got no answer. Very unprofessional service.

Ordered flowers with a bottle of wine and a balloon, only got the flowers. They did refund but still.. kind of defeats the point. Would not recommend

Hope the inconvenience where not happen again, you should have your own courier. Since it have separate payment. Do not trust your product to very busy courier.
