The service is not as good as it use to be
Sadly Flower Station is not what it use to be. I placed an order for some same day flowers. The flowers I ordered were out of stock which they didnt inform me of until after 2pm on the day of delivery. This meant the flowers were late being delivered and didnt arrive until 8:30pm. I tried to call a number of times and they didnt answer the phone during the 2 hours period from 6pm I tried to call which is not helpful when they are meant to be 24 hours.

Flowers were lovely but not quite what I ordered no gypsophila was included in the bouquet. Particularly annoying as the flowers were ordered to match the flowers my daughter and future son in laws wedding theme. You did however message me to ask if others flowers were suitable and did comply with my request regarding colours

Although the flowers I ordered were out of stock Flower Station were so very prompt at communicating with me and recreating a bouquet of flowers similar to what I originally chose. Delivered in the same day and my friend really loved them. Amazing customer service and I’m very happy despite the hiccup. Many thanks! X

I am in New Zealand and specifically ordered flowers for a birthday gift. They were out for delivery from 2.30pm and delivered just before 10pm! Who wants flowers at that time. Will never use you again

Slow to update on progress
Delivery was to an office yet driver turned up after 6pm expecting to find the gift recepient. It was too late and the online tracker didn’t have any update about progress until later on the 19th (the delivery date). Perhaps there should be an option to pay extra to ensure delivery in a specific window eg 1-3pm rather than up to 8pm. Poor show as my wife didn’t get her flowers on her birthday at her office.
