Excellent experience. I live in Brazil and I send flowers to my niece in London every year on her birthday. They are always impeccable in arrangements and punctual in deliveries. I am very satisfied and recommend it.

Ordered flowers online spent £70 on a premium arrangement which consisted to large extend of weeds that gave off extremely unpleasant smell as if they were decomposing - 70% of arrangement had to be thrown away immediately could only keep the roses

Why you advertise a product if you don’t have it? Now I have a delay because you don’t take the lead into replacing them for another option. I have work to do and I am now in a different time zone, so In the time I receive the email, the timing for delivery is lost. Very bad.

I ordered for our Anniversary and didn't arrived on the same day as they advertised on their website. Very poor customer service and really disappointing. I would like to have my refund because there is no way if you delivery my order after 2 days and actually I'm not even sure that you will delivery my order. In the system it was saying accepted but no more information nothing regarding delivery. Poor service and not enough to satisfied to the customers. I was gonna try from the local flower shops but because of my job It was impossible to catch them open and there was no way to find something after my working hours that's why I ordered online but it was first and going to be last time for me.

The didn’t get delivered till 10pm the flowers were nearly dead and only lasted a day for what I paid to say I’m disappointed is an understatement I’ve used you before and was very shocked at my experience this time
