Following several emails back and forth with the Flower Station prior to placing my order for my wedding day bouquet, I was sure what I'd ordered would be delivered. And so you can only imagine my disappointment when they delivered PINK roses instead of white. I contacted the company immediately when I got home from work and saw what had been delivered ( I was gutted). The flower station apologised for the "mix up" and said they would delivered the correct bouquet the day AFTER my wedding day (despite the fact that the flowers were delivered 3 days before my wedding day (admittedly I don't live in London). It took several more emails back and forth before they finally agreed to refund only half the cost of the bouquet. I was so disappointed, having spent a lot of money on the bouquet (& delivery) which I then could not use as the flowers were PINK. I found the customer service very dissatisfactory and everyone I've spoken to about this experience has been equally shocked firstly with the "mix up" (as the company described it) despite several emails detailing the flowers were for my wedding bouquet and then their refusal to give a full refund.

I ordered same day delivery and it was perfect! I liked the detailed tracking and updates

Terrible. What ever you do, do NOT order flowers to an office! Spent £90 ordering flowers for my wife to her office, ordered the day before expecting delivery around midday, flowers were eventually delivered at 19:00 on a Friday, office was shut, flowers currently sitting at the security desk over the weekend. Absolute waste of £90. There are so many services & websites that gaurantee delivery before 13:00 the next day, absolutely foolish that I didn’t do my due diligence and seek them out. Let my mistake be a lesson for you all

flowers were delivered at 7.30 pm!!?? Very late.. I expected it to be delivered during the day

Flowers given as a gift so only saw them when I got there. They were quite fabulous and greatly admired by all the guests. Would definitely use again. Well done

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience, ordered flowers for a friend a day before to get them next day, delivery attempted 8:00PM knowing it was school. Then had to call and arrange next day, customer service said I was getting fresh flowers, but they were not fresh, bags, papers and everything else looks very much smashed up and soggy. Not sure what happened with the delivery. It was my first purchase and I would not use this service. I can see Flowerstation had replied to my comment. **STOP lying Ben! I have requested flowers to be arrived before 2:00pm. If that’s the condition you deliver flowers, good luck with that poor service. Flowers looked like they were so old battered whilst transporting. Continue to lie, your making no progress on customer’s complaint. Firstly delivered 8:00pm when I requested the delivery by 2:00pm then again flowers delivered at 3:00pm.

Flowers died within 3 days - very disappointing as I paid a premium for what I had hope would be a fantastic product.
