Avoid!! Don't waste your time and money with this company.delivery time shows up to 10 days I was waiting for my order 3 weeks and still was not shipped so I canceled the order and now waiting over 3 weeks for refund and still not get it. I am start thinking this company is it a scam. Better order somewhere else if you dont want to loose your money.

Have had to reach out to my credit card company in order to secure a refund due to Paving Superstore failing to process it after more than 17 days. Please be wary of all the recent good reviews from newly created accounts with only 1 review. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.
No refund after 2 weeks.
Placed an order on the 15th August, emailed the same evening to cancel my order as found the same product much cheaper elsewhere. Called on the morning of 16th August to avoid the order being processed. Customer service advised they had cancelled my order and I got an email to confirm the same. Last week (21st) I called to chase the status of my cancellation to which I was told it was done "yesterday". I am still yet to receive the refund into my bank, if I don't hear anything within the next 24 hours I will be raising it with my bank. I am currently £401 out of pocket. Starting to think this is a scam, I'd recommend avoiding.
I ordered porcelain slabs on the 18th June
I ordered porcelain slabs on the 18th of June 2023 with it stating 3-7 working day’s delivery and we still have not received the goods to this day 25th August. I have telephoned every week to get an update and am told the same thing every time being, Your top of the list to go on the next freight..it’s an absolute joke. We have also been told not to start with any workman, which the works were carried out at the beginning of June, now I’m left with a builders yard in my back garden waiting for these slabs. Yes they have offered to refund me but unfortunately these were the only ones I liked.

I ordered garden furniture on the 10th July 2023 and paid fully. I haven't received my furniture or any explanation for the delay. All communication is one way, from me to the company- only to be fobbed off time and again. Rang this morning and was told would receive a response within the hour- nothing!! Now resorting to taking legal advice.

Placed online order as delivery is promised with 2-4 days which is quicker than local suppliers. Had to call them after 4 days for an update only to be told they had courier issues and it would now be 14 days before they would deliver. Seems this is their stock excuse and they assume their customers won’t check. Cancelled order as I had landscapers booked in to install and couldn’t putting them off. Paving superstore clearly sell products they do not stock and hope that they can fob you off until they can drop ship Zero communication and absolutely no apologies for the issues they create which speaks volumes for the attitude towards their customers. Also no refund issued yet despite promises. Trading standards have been contacted. Avoid at all costs. Update 26/09/23 Still no refund. They have stopped replying to emails now. Legal proceedings have been started.

Their website advertises next day delivery which sounds great. When we placed our order (£750) it said 7-10 days delivery which is still a good service. our slabs never came! both my husband and I contacted them. Received the same excuse of haulage company problems and that they slabs weren't in the warehouse yet but we were their main priority. After waiting and waiting and still getting the same excuses we cancelled our order. I don't trust this company so have opened it as a PayPal case to receive our money back. We had to do all the chasing, not once did this company message us off of their own back to inform us of any problems, they were all too happy to take our money but have showed no customer service quality's at all and massively lack communication skills. We are still waiting for our refund!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! If I could, I would give them No stars. Disgraceful service. Order the slabs and no sign of delivery, every time different excuses. I got feed up and ask to cancel my order and full refund which the comfirmed but no communication and no money returned since. I will be contacting trading standards and the police of this fraudulent and deception behavior.

Unable to meet their stated turnaround times
I ordered a pack of paving slabs for which delivery was stated as 'usually' within 7-10 working days and were marked as being in stock. Their help page states that paving delivery takes around 2-4 working days, so I felt confident purchasing and understanding when the slabs would arrive. After purchase, however, I received an email that contained lengthy terms and conditions, including that delivery can take up to 30 working days (six weeks) - although this didn't worry me at the time because the slabs I had ordered were in stock. After a week or so of receiving no order updates, I contacted customer services to check the status and was told that there are national delays in the pallet delivery network that meant my order was likely to be delayed in transit for an unknown length of time. This suggested they had been shipped, but it surprised me because I had received several pallet deliveries from other companies in the preceding weeks that arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Ten working days after ordering, I spoke with customer services again and was informed that the paving had not yet even been dispatched. They easily agreed to cancel the order and refund me, and confirmed the cancellation in writing on the same day, stating that the refund would be processed within 14 days but may take a little longer to reach my bank. 17 days later, with no sign of any pending refund on my credit card, I phoned customer services again, who stated that they had been struggling to contact their accounts dept, but assured me the refund would be processed that day. According to my credit card company, the refund wasn't issued, and I received no reply to further emails to customer services, so I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company a few days later. It's difficult to know whether this company is credible but disorganised, fraudsters with a convincing website, or seriously struggling with supply and cashflow issues. Their telephone customer services are friendly and reassuring and easy to reach, but the issues I was experiencing seemed out of their control to resolve. Given the amounts of money involved, I would not order from them again, as they seem unable to meet the turnaround times they provide. If they were able to provide realistic deadlines that they were able to meet, this would manage customer expectations better and improve confidence in their ability to deliver both products and refunds.
