AVOID
As others have experienced, it seems they’re taking orders they cannot fulfil. They take your money then blame haulage companies for lack of delivery. I cancelled my order after 2 weeks because they said they wouldn’t be arriving when expected. I ordered the same slabs from Hardy Stone Company on Saturday and received them today, 4 days later which shows there is no issue with haulage from the manufacturer. To top it off this company wouldn’t give my an estimate for refund so I had to raise a dispute with PayPal. AVOID

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give them even less than 1 star. Disgraceful service. Order the slabs and no sign of delivery, every time different excuses. Their website says that the tiles will turn up in 7 to 10 days, but in reality I have been waiting 6 weeks and when I ring them they say they still have no idea when I will receive them. Meanwhile the same tiles are still advertised 7 to 10 days deliver. I waited more than 4 weeks and now they are not returning my money. It has been more than 2 week since I cancelled my order.
Not worth the hassle
They ran out of stock and they failed to inform me, I was informed the day before the slabs were due to arrive. This happened because they take a very long time to respond to emails. Updated 29.8.23 I am still waiting for the accounts team to process my refund. This has been an absolute shambles.
Do not use!
Didn’t deliver slabs, constantly fobbed off, no communication. Took 18 days to get a refund which is a joke! Got the slabs in 2 days from paving stones direct!! Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. If they changed delivery dates on the website and communicated with customers I’m sure things would improve.

Literally THE WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. Placed an order for Talasey Porcelain 'Vitripiazza Bellezza Lite' paving slabs on the 17th of June. Left it a week as it said 3-7 working days before I made contact with them, got an email back saying they’re experiencing delivery haulage issues expect it to be delivered within 10 days. Again, no delivery, contracted them again, same response but this time expect it within 14 days. Again, no delivery, see a pattern? This time, I got a response from a “ceo” saying apologies blah blah blah, it’ll be with you soon. Then nothing, for weeks. I’m so glad I paid via klarna, I contacted them and they froze all payments after submitting a complaint. I phoned the company and spoke to someone who was “in a different department” to answer my questions, the other girl was apparently on her lunch (2.45pm) n promised she would contact me via phone or email with my order update. Nothing, for days. They then didn’t answer any of my calls. Klarna stepped in and cancelled my order, on the 10th of august I got a refund. All I wanted was a pallet of tiles at a decent price to complete our patio for summer. It’s now nearly over and the gardens a building site still. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS S**T SHOW OF A COMPANY.

appalling service. Order placed early June no sight of slabs. Poor customer service do not reply to emails. different story told every daily contact. they do not contact you always us contacting them.No compassion of how you are feeling and stress caused. Blaming haulier but have had plenty of time to sort out!

Absolutely disgraceful service! Non delivery of slabs and after 3 weeks of us ringing daily they email us to say they are cancelling order as they are unable fulfil order. order was placed 13th June!!! They do not get in touch with you at all we had to ring them on a daily basis. Lied to us every time spoken to and changed excuses. Don't care that we are living in building site as preparation work had been done and we were constantly having to defer builders at our expense. DO NOT USE!!!
Ordered paving with a 2 week delivery
Ordered paving with a 2 week delivery, had to cancel after 8 weeks because there was never any idea of when my delivery would come. No help from customer service. I lost money in materials and lost the summer because of them. Avoid Edit: Refund from my cancelled order has not turned up almost 3 weeks after cancellation..
Avoid like the plague
Ordered on 4th July expected delivery within 14 working days, chased up on 28th still no delivery date so cancelled on the 3rd August refunded on the 6th August! Very disappointing and embarrassing having to explain to a client that I have no idea when to expect the delivery, stick to the usual merchants. FYI company number given on pavingsuperstore.co.uk relates to a different company but same address!
