6 Weeks on and still waiting….

Still waiting…… I ordered my paving the beginning of June and I’m still waiting for the delivery or a response from the company. The advert states delivery in 2-4 working days. Having read recent reviews this hasn’t been the case for many people and I’m beginning to think this is a scam. Do not use, I’m out of pocket with an unfinished garden and no sign of my money being returned. UPDATE….. despite their quick response on here, I am still waiting. I have cancelled my order and was informed via email the refund will take up to 14 days. This hasn’t happened either. Now they aren’t responding to my emails. Awful company and I will take this further.

Service diabolical

Service diabolical, website says delivery within 5,7 working days,I ordered on 22nd June still waiting on 13th July,poor service, wouldn't recommend, go elsewhere, you cannot rely on these to deliver on time,we are a professional pave laying company, extremely busy,been let down by a poorly organised outfit!!!

I would seriously consider not using…

I would seriously consider not using this company. I ordered and was told 5-7 day delivery. 10 days later still no slabs and upon enquiry was told it would be with me by the end of the week. End of the week comes and no slabs. Then I was told they didnt know when they would be in stock. Why advertise 5-7 days if you have no stock??? I cancelled my order and was told i would get a refund in 14 days. 3 months later and after much chasing I finally started section 75 claim against them to get my money back.

Poor Haulage or Freight, defo communication

Placed an order for some slabs 10th June, thinking not too concerned about lead time as I have alot of prep to do first. Here we are a month later and still no idea of when it will be delivered. They state haulage issues, which I struggle to believe, 1) as I have had many deliveries and collections of building materials and skips to my house over the past month. 2) I work in a business that uses hundreds of lorries each day and not heard of any issues of haulage. We now sit here for the past two weeks with a the front of our house looking unsightly while we wait for a mere morsal of when it may arrive. Do we wait, do we cancel, we are away on holiday in a couple of weeks, what would you do? My opinion is they is no issue with haulage but a freight one, it is just in a container making its way round the continents to the UK, hence having to wait 6-8 weeks, note their site says 5-7 working days. Just dont believe the responses we get from chasing each week which are typical to the ones below, unforseen issues (what does that mean), many bank holidays (are you kidding me), haulage (do you mean freight lead time). There site does not even mention these difficulties, which also cooms across as underhanded, which makes it all the more difficult to believe these responses. Just an exhausted customer not sure what to do as their prices are very competitive, but cannot wait forever like a lemming, may have to spend a bit more to get it from, dare I say it, a more reputable supplier.

AVOID total lack of customer service

AVOID! Order placed 8th June, website quotes 3-7 days delivery, I included a note and email ‘please can delivery be by 15th June?’ as I was going on holiday, nothing, so call, ‘no cannot deliver before 15th but what day would you like?’, brilliant ‘Mon 25th June please’. My builder did groundwork on Mon 25th, cutter, mixer, sand, cement all here ready to lay. I call in afternoon to be told they are coming 4.30-5.30 by Palletline, by 5.30 no slabs, no answer at Paving Superstore, call Palletline ‘no we are due to pick up on Tues deliver Weds!’, driver turned away on Tues, try again Weds, by Thursday I had established there is no stock! Cancelled order, waiting for refund, they have had my money for 22 days as of today, I have found stock somewhere else, luckily my builder very understanding and gone on to another job! Absolute shambles, difficult to get through on phone, no response to emails, stressful week! This has taught me to look at Trust Pilot for this kind of purchase!

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Initially was told 3-5 days delivery. It never arrived. After several calls and emails I was told it would arrive the following week and they would communicate the courier and tracking number. No email, and no information. Eventually I cancelled the order on the telephone (the company confirmed) and followed with an email. No response. 4 days later the order arrived. I am still seeking a refund but was told I would have to pay to return the product. They claim that my order was not cancelled because they received my email cancellation after the order had shipped - despite not sending any information to that effect. They promise call backs and never do, they have a ticket support system, but I didn't receive one email from them in reply. All in all, non-existent customer care and very frustrating to deal with,

Would totally recommend this company

Would totally recommend this company. Very helpful on the phone when placing my order. Delivery was quick and price was reasonable. Will definitely be using them again.
