Their professional website says that the tiles will turn up in 7 to 10 days, but in reality I have been waiting 6 weeks and when I ring them they say they still have no idea when I will receive them. Meanwhile the same tiles are still advertised 7 to 10 days delivery

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I'M WAITING 3 WEEKS AND NO SLABS OR REFUND. THEY SAID THE HAULIER THEY USE WENT BUST SO CAN NOT GAURANTEE DELIVERY DATE. AVOID AT ALL COST, I WOULDN'T BE SUPRISED IF THEY GO BUST SOON... SAVE THE HEAD ACHE AND DO NOT PURCHASE!!!1

Paving superstore have quite a slick website but the service is terrible. Our paving order was never dispatched each time I rang they could give no indication at all of when the order would be delivered. I requested a refund and was given wrong e mail address. Awaiting refund. The way this company conducts its business needs investigating by Trading standards and Watchdog.Happy to take your money even got the cheek to request before and after photos!!!! Use a local company

Would not recommend using this supplier. Poor customer service, lack of any updates regarding delivery and when you cancel you will have to fight for a refund. I am glad that I had used PayPal who eventually managed to secure my refund. Suggest that you use a local builders merchant for vastly superior service.

Shocking performance! Ordered patio cleaning solution, showed in stock and then got an e-mail stating 'having trouble with supplier', so clearly not in stock. 3 weeks on, still trying to get a refund. Woeful, at best!

WARNING : Do not buy from these !!!! Put an Oder in on the 12th of June! Now the 30th July and still not got my goods . Phoned 5 times now and they still can’t give me a date , on their site says 3-5 days , this is not the case !!!! More like weeks or months. They take your money when they don’t have the goods. They keep telling me that I am top of the list and they have a haulage issue as 1went bust . This must be a load of lies !!!!!! You have been warned!

I ordered some slabs on 14th July, they took the money from my account straight away, it's now 27th July and not received my order. I have tried contacting them via on-line chat, they state that on average you will receive a reply within 25 minutes, absolute rubbish, no reply at all and they also don't answer the phone either. I'm not sure there's any customer service at all. Will certainly never use this company again.

I ordered some paving stones on 16th June, however due to the ridiculous delivery time scales I ended up cancelling the order over the phone having never received the goods on the 30th June. I was informed a full refund would take 14 days approximately and as of the 25th July I have received nothing. I have tried ringing and email but nothing seems to succeed. Be extremely careful using this company

Appalling service, I reported breakages with pictures as requested nearly 3 weeks ago. Despite a reminder email to them I still have had no reply Beware if you are thinking of using them. Supposedly they have emailed me but no emails , quick to take money , slow to deliver and then no response time and time ago .. DONT USE THEM

Staff were friendly and I am very pleased with the slabs
