We ordered a pallet of paving slabs. Price was the best we’ve seen around. Delivery was a little while due to them being busy they said which was completely fine as we had other stuff to do before they arrived. During the process, we talked on and off to the same woman called Sam and she was lovely and helpful every time. She went into more effort to message us and keep us updated which we really appreciate. Thank you.

Did not deliver on time, late communications when deliveries were not possible. No update provided, had to call them 5 separate times to get a resolution and I'm still waiting for delivery.

I ordered two pallets of riven sandstone at a calibrated depth of 24mm. The first batch was fine, but on opening the second batch it was clear that half were in fact 18mm calibrated (which was also available on the website). I had to chase up customer service no less than 5 times before I received a response from the company director, who categorically refused to acknowledge these were different depth slabs and instead kept stating they met industry tolerances. This was clearly not the case, and I provided photograph evidence which showed nearly 10mm difference between two slabs. It looks like plenty of people have had issues with this company and their customer service is clearly lacking. I would go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Should have read the reviews first... Had been waiting for a product to be in stock online and when it was I put an order in as they state 2-4 days delivery and needed it for the following week to be installed. After not receiving any update on my order or a delivery date, I chased them up for timeframe a week after ordering. I have been told they don't have a date and are having delays collecting materials from the ports. This clearly means it was not in stock when I ordered it, and that the delivery timeframe they advise is completely made up! Very disappointing as this has now impacted the installation date.

Price was competitive and any questions were answered quickly. Slabs were delivered on the day I requested. Excellent.

Ordered 2 pallets of slabs. The first pallet, although very delayed in delivery time, were really beautiful slabs. 4 weeks on, no sign of the 2nd pallet. I have had the wrong slabs delivered, and been promised delivery several times of the correct ones. I am still waiting. Lovely people on the phone, but sadly, promises of delivery are yet to happen.

Quick to take your money!! Ordered 23sq metres of slabs off their website on 2/4/23 stating 3-5 working days for delivery. Waited 7 working days and was told it has been shipped and was with their local delivery depot who will contact me. Heard nothing a week later so chased again and told by a different member of staff there are issues and it hasn’t been shipped. Immediately became suspicious and asked for a delivery date but was told they cannot confirm. I have requested a refund and was told it will go to accounts, this was a week ago. I have threatened a section 75 if I do not have a refund issued by the end of this week as luckily used a credit card. Avoid this company!!

I have recently ordered 140 sq metre of Autumn brown tumbled paving slabs. On initially reading some reviews I was nervous about ordering. However, on speaking/messaging with 3 different companies who could provide the same product, I decided I had a better initial feeling with paving superstore and therefore went with my instinct and placed the order. Sam in sales was helpful in providing product options and also in looking for a delivery method that suited my needs. Everything arrived on the day it was meant to and having started to lay the flags I'm very happy with the quality. I will certainly post a picture of my new patio area when completed!

Placed an order for some slabs. Website showed in stock and delivery usually in 2-4 working days. It’s been nearly two weeks. Live chat them and you wait an eternity for an answer leave your email and they take days to reply. Apparently they’re having logistical difficulties. No mention of that on their website. Really quick to take your money then you can’t get an answer out of them. If you want a company you can rely on don’t use these.

Excellent company to deal with. Great product, quick delivery and if there any issues with paving slabs once delivered, they resolve your issues swiftly. Highly recommend 👍
