Great toy, charge doesn’t last long

My Yorkie loves his toy but after it’s fully charged it only works for 10 minutes. I guess I expected it would stay charged longer.

Ho comprato una combo felpa uomo + felpa cane. I prodotti si sono presentati come nelle foto e di qualità. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stato che mi hanno fatto un cambio taglia per il cane, senza che io dovessi mandare l'articolo sbagliato indietro e senza dover pagare altro. Questo è fantastico

Our Jolene loves her Teddy Sherpa hoodie! And gets so many compliments! She’s a 47 lb rescue pittie with a bit longer, thinner neck. We measured & used the tool for a great fit. The inside lining is very soft, similar to a blanket. The outside is gray Sherpa with a hoodie. You can snap the hoodie down when not using. It’s easy on and off. Put their feet through the front, pick which snap works underneath and you’re ready to go.

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. All them a question and they are too busy trying to gather personal information (never ordered from them before) to pull up my past (non existent) order history. You really need a name and email address to answer a question about sizing? Then ignored my question entirely and sent me the sizing chart from their website. Yeah. I saw that, had a question, and contacted you with further inquiry. Apparently, it wasn't worth answering when you could just send an unrelated image over.

Supposedly shipped twice but nothing arrived …

I ordered 11 items in early November and in January have received nothing. They “sent” them and their horrible tracking service with no real information said they were delivered but they were not. They claimed to send them again and another month later a different terrible tracking system said they were delivered and again were not. So now I’m still waiting on their joke of customer service to fix this situation and still don’t have the Christmas presents I bought over a month before Christmas. Honestly the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. I’m not sure what company these good reviews are from because I can’t even get any product from this company. It’s a shame because I would have loved these items for my dogs.

It’s been 35 days and I still have not…

While it took 37 days for my order to arrive which is extremely frustrating, it finally arrived and my pups love their sweaters. My first 2 engagements with customer service looking for an update we’re not great but Meena knocked it out of the park with really great customer service and assistance. Small hiccup this time around in the order but I will def be ordering again because we love these sweaters!!

Miserable customer experience

Ordered jackets, hoodies and sweaters for my puppy at great expense, they were shipped on a slow boat from China and by the time they finally arrived (over a month!), my puppy had already outgrown the clothes. I emailed them because I feel I should not have to pay return shipping when arrival takes more than a month from the time of purchase, and they just sent me the same canned email over and over saying where to return at my own shipping expense. VERY bad customer service, with only robots answering their emails.

A fuir. Service client inexistant

Commande passée le 15 décembre avec des délais de livraison annoncés sur le site de moins de 10 jours. Articles en provenance de Chine envoyés depuis la Chine et annoncés comme étant livrés le dimanche 5 janvier à 21h22. Évidemment, je n’ai rien reçu et aucun service de livraison n’a lieu un dimanche soir à la campagne. Le service client ne me répond pas. J’ai même été bloqué sur leur page Facebook suite à un commentaire relatant mon insatisfaction. De très nombreuses personnes témoignent de la même mauvaise expérience que moi.
