The hoodies' sizes were easy to pick and were perfect. My daughter and her Australian Shepard LOVED them. They are super soft, well made and they get compliments all the time. Zeus loves wearing his hoodie and comes running when my daughter holds it up! Very reasonable shipping times too. Very satisfied. Thank you!

I ordered the product (Flex Shell Water-resistant Dog Boots) just before Christmas (18/12), despite the chaos of the 'silly-season' they arrived as promised on New Years eve ... the product was true to its description (and very cool!), fitted well and she loves them. A reputable and trustworthy company selling good quality products - I will use them again!

It's been a month and still have not received my order. Nearly impossible to track where your shipment is at. There are plenty of other options out there don't waist your time or money with spark paws. I feel bad writing this review but this is insane. I hope my order is correct and I don't have to return and go through this crap show again

Your sizing is way off. I ordered an XL for my medium sized dog and what I received is barley an XS.

I still haven’t received my order after a month.. I was told it would be delivered by now and its not.. customer service called me Sally? And then never really confirmed my order. Not sure if I’ll get it or not! I hope it arrives.

I purchased a coat for my dog that was too large. I returned it as instructed and was told another was being shipped out but it never came.

Order was received a month late, and we missed the Christmas Day photos we were hoping for. Once I put out a negative review the product suddenly appeared the next day. Once received the product was good quality and we are happy to have it!
