I ordered matching PJ’s for 2 dogs, myself and my partner (over $250). They were never shipped due to the Canada Post strike. I contacted the company for a refund as they would not arrive in time for Christmas. They refused the refund. The order has since been returned to their warehouse (has never been delivered to me) and they still refuse to issue a refund. Be wary if there are issues with delivery as you won’t get your money back.

Still have not received..was embarrassed yo show up without a gift at the Christmas gift exchange..consider using s more reliable carrier:(

Ordering was quick and easy, as was receipt of our order. The hoodies were of high quality. I wish I had paid attention to your sizing chart. I donated the items to our local dog rescue and reordered with correct sizing. My new order has already shipped.

I ordered matching hoodies for myself and my pooch. They arrived in good time, they were packaged appropriately and the price was good as well (approx 50USD for a medium human [that fits true to size on a 5'3 woman], and approx 30USD for a 3XL dog [that fits true to size on a 40lb mini aussie]). My boy only wears his when it's super cold (-10ºC or more) but i love mine and wear it all the time since it arrived in October. The stitching came apart at the side of the front pocket but I was able to fix it myself with my limited hand sewing skills. That's the reason for the 1 star off. Some folks may not be able to do that for themselves. Otherwise, like the title says, it's nearly perfect! Highly recommend. I check back regularly for new colors I might like to get and will absolutely be getting another in future. The fabric they describe as "buttery soft" feels like those really lovely minky throw blankets and it's on BOTH sides of the sweater!

Purposely waited til I received my order. I got my pup the flex shell water resistant boots. I love the hard bottom of them. She quickly learned to adjust to them. The 3 securing points make it so we haven't lost a boot yet.. normally my pup is houdini and loses boots running. Shipping took awhile - mainly due to a postal strike in my country. Once the boots were shipped it didn't take too long to get here. They also threw in a free gift as an apology for the wait, which wasn't their fault. Everything I've got was good quality doesn't feel cheaply made. At first I was a little apprehensive with their customer service not having a phone #. My apprehension was very quickly set to the side with the amazing chat/email service I was provided. Will definitely order from spark paws again

I hadn't initially realized that products ship from China, so I was extremely concerned that my order wouldn't arrive in time for the holidays. However shipping was extremely quick, and my order was received with plenty of time to spare. The quality of the product is also fantastic. The fabric is extremely soft and feels durable, and overall they seem like a very good quality product. The sizing chart (specifically for the pet sweater) was very helpful, and fit our American Bulldog perfectly (80lbs, went with a 3xl).

I still haven't gotten my order that I placed on December 8th! It was supposed to be a Christmas present! I never would've ordered if I knew the shit was coming from China!!!! **UPDATE: Sparkpaws customer service was excellent! And they reached out as soon as they seen my review and made up for the slow shipping! I have since received my items and they are great! I love the quality!

my order was placed 12/6/24, i inquired about the nondelivery of my order on 12/25/24 and received an email with a non working link for tracking. as of 12/31/24 this order has still not been delivered
