We got our 1st order today and my baby girl loves her 1st ever jammies. The material is super soft and I can't keep from running my hands over the material, which works for my girl as she gets extra pets. LOL! I would certainly buy from this online store again. In fact we are picking out 2 more outfits today. Also the sizing guide was spot on. They fit her to a tee.

I ordered several items Dec 6th and it quoted it would arrive in 3-9 days, plenty of time to get before Christmas. It has still not arrived and when you click on their shipping number link it goes to a website with Chinese characters. It says this company is based in New York but it is clearly not. I asked for a refund and was ignored so I had tobdispute it on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE.

Company replacement items were delivered and I am happy with my purchase.

The product itself is satisfactory. I was disappointed that the company was listed as being in Canada, so based on previous experiences with Canadian companies and without any more information, I was expecting the product would arrive within a reasonable amount of time. The website said it would take 3-5 business days for the order to be processed. As soon as my order was processed I received an email that it had shipped as well...from China. Almost 5 weeks for the sweatshirts to come from China would be perfectly fine if there was any indication that they were coming from China and not Canada which, on the slow side is about 10 days to get something to where I live in Michigan, USA. The sweatshirts themselves are cute, which is why I left 3 stars but I can't help but feel a bit bamboozled by the lack of transparency around where the products are actually coming from.

The hoodies are great for the pups, but they don’t tell you it will take a couple months to get the order because they come all the way from China.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and just received my items and had no idea where they were or when they were going to get here. Tracking wasn’t updated in over a week. Product is fine but didn’t like no communication on my products.

Couldn’t have had better customer service! I bought the wrong sizes on my initial order and it was no problem at all to get the right sizes sent. Not only that they allowed me to donate the ill fitting items to the nearest shelter rather than demanding them back (this was their suggestions which I thought was fantastic)

Dont expect the delivery to be on time. I order mine in the beginning of December. I was told two week. It's almost been a month, and its still not here. This will be the last time I shop at sparkpaws.
