Ordered on black friday (Nov 30th) for christmas and it’s officially over a month (Dec 31st) and it still hasn’t arrived. It stopped moving through shipping on Dec 16th after it arrived in the USA from China, and hasn’t moved since. I begin requesting refunds as early as Dec 23rd as I was leaving town, would no longer be able to receive it for the holidays, and had to spend much more money on express shipping a different item for it to arrive on time. After 3 messages out to their customer service, they offered me a 10$ gift card (wouldn’t cover a single item on their site, and am obviously not interested in giving them more $$). Finally after the 4th message out to them on Dec 27th they finally gave me a refund. I never ever do this but I felt compelled to share so people wouldn’t buy from them again!!

The quality of the clothing is great. The items fit my dog well. I just won’t order from them again because the shipping took a long time, around 23 days, coming from China. My gift arrived after Christmas. Ordered on 12/8 and didn’t receive my order until 12/30. They deceive you by thinking the product is coming from US and/or Canada. Just order well enough in advance and expect not to be updated on a regular basis. This reminded me to look closer at the reviews before ordering.

Great Customer Service Overall the product, purchase ease and dealing with your customer service were all great. I will say that good customer service is hard to come by these days and y'all were phenomenal. Customer service was quick to respond during the busy holiday season and took care of my exchange with zero issues. Thanks again! My pup and I love our hoodies so much we got one for my boyfriend too.

The shoes are horribly made, and they didn’t stay on even with the straps. The hats are very cheaply made, and the delivery person was very disrespectful handling my package. He threw my package from like 3 feet away.

After 2 weeks I got in touch to chase up my order. The person responding clearly didn't read the message very well but did respond quickly and tried to help. After clarifying what the issue was, they sent me a different link to the one I'd originally been sent by the automated machine. The link told me my parcel was at a different stage of the process to the other so I waited a few days longer. After a another couple weeks I chased up again as there were apparent attempted deliveries but I was finding that hard to believe given that no one left any letter to communicate that - I had to go onto the parcel tracking site myself. Nor did they prompt me with an email or message to say it was arriving that day. This package is now over 3 weeks late... I decided to cancel the order by emailing spark paws again only to receive an email back telling me to contact to courier. I told them no, I'd ask to cancel the order and they'd clearly just ignored me hoping to keep my money. I told them again that I wasn't interested in chasing things up anymore I wanted my money back and they could deal with retrieving their items. Later that day the package arrived and they (conveniently) didn't respond to my message until after that saying that they were sorry for the hold up, something had gone wrong with their system and hoped that I'd enjoy my new product. NOT OK I SAID I WANTED IT CANCELLED AND YOU REPEATEDLY IGNORED ME! I wish I could upload photos on here to save myself writing so much because the email thread would speak for itself. The worst delivery and customer service I've ever experienced. Please listen to your customers instead of just forcing your narrative onto them so you can keep the money. People don't come when you treat them like this. I hope you change.

We love the hoodies. It is soft. Appears to be constructed well. My big dog wears his a lot. And it covers his 9x9” tumor. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! It doesn’t even appear as shipped. Your records are treating this purchase as completed!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MYBORDER!! I received an email offering a full refund for the delayed order. I was asked to submit a favorable review with this offer. I have not received the refund.

First purchase. 3XL was too large so they sent a free exchange (no extra shipping costs). Going down to 2XL gave me more color choices too. They were great about changing the color for me after starting the exchange already. Shipping is a little slow.

Updating review: Although I didn’t ever get shipping information, I did finally get my order yesterday on 1/3. I see now that weekends and holidays extended my shipping time and appreciate the explanation. The sun shirt I ordered for my dog is way too small so I will now attempt to return and get a different size. I ordered from this site on 12/17 with an email confirming shipment on 12/19. I have not heard anything else about shipping progress and it’s now 12/30.
